i have these pmd OCs ived played through every game as (excluding gates to infinity). the idea being they reincarnate every once in a while and are destined to save the world together as partners, kinda soulmates who find each other in every life core. :)

the human is always a girl turned into a Pikachu named Frannie (Francis). and Mew reincarnates as a Squirtle named Kai (Aukai) their personalities change with each life, sometimes theyre just besties, sometimes its /romantic

my favorite series of games were the Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky, so it gets my fave incarnation of the two lol. i try to have their personalities match with how the characters act in the game, so Frannie in this life is selectively mute, Kai has a knack for understanding what she's trying to say and usually translates for everyone. Kai's a bit cowardly, bit of a bookworm, yearns for adventure, and discovers his courage alongside his friend. Frannie's brave, dives into danger, and naturally takes to leadership of their rescue team. in my little doodle, i figured Kai took a hit to protect Frannie and she's kinda frustrated at him for doing that, knowing she can take care of herself, but he just wants to keep his friend safe. ;___; <3

HoO is so funny to me when you actually think about the ages of all the characters. Octavian is 18. Percy and Annabeth are 16, almost 17. Reyna is presumably 16. Frank just turned 16, Jason’s about to turn 16. Leo and Piper are like 15. Hazel’s like 14 and a half, and Nico is 13.

The Death Sibs are both the youngest and oldest on the Argo II. Octavian is a college freshman getting into petty drama with a bunch of high schoolers. He gets told to shut up at one point by a random 8th grader. Everyone is scared of the 8th grader. We Sent A 13 Year Old To Superhell and he came back weirder, Just Like Middle School. TLH was just three high school sophomores being sent to do a task and it going Exactly Like You’d Expect. Percy’s the only demigod on the ship who can legally drive (though Reyna gets her drivers license at some point before TOA). What Is Happening.

[Nico is younger than her in literally every way feasible]#ive just decided Hazel is an unreliable narrator who is just really bad at guessing/remembering how old people are #which like. adhd mood. forgetting how old everybody is.#and she has the bonus excuse of saying her sense of time is skewed from being a ghost for so long #but it's just so funny every time she's just. with the upmost confidence. blatantly the wrong answer.#i want a scene of Hazel looking at Percy and just going ''hm. I bet he's like 20.'' and then learns he's 16 #and she's just [surprised pikachu]#also we know it isn't an error that she's 14 cause in TOA she's like ''oh yeah im learning to drive!''#so she's 15 by then #it is however an error that *Nico* is said to be 14 in hoo cause he's 12 in TLO and 14 in TOA #but we know in HoO the reason that error was made was cause Rick hadn't figured out Nico's birthday yet #and he was flipping it between January or March #so he just forgot how old Nico is for a series and then we went back to normal

finally got around to drawing things from my figure shelf :]] (video of my figures below - if nothing else, click to see the litleo figure. its horrible [affectionate])

[image id: a sketchpage featuring many different pokemon, Ingo and Emmet, and Hatsune Miku. In the first drawing, Miku sings cheerfully into a microphone, while Ingo and Emmet look up at her - they're significantly shorter than Miku, and have to look up quite a ways.

Beneath this is a drawing of Ingo and Emmet doing their signature point pose, and they stare down and to the center, both smiling. Between them is a Lucario mimicking their pointing pose, riding a very happy Boltund.

To the side of this is a drawing of an exasperated Emmet, bent over from the weight of two Galvantula crawling on his head and shoulders. Emmet fruitlessly pulls the leg of one away, saying, "this is verrrrry unprofessional of you two." Above this is a sketch of Ingo being haunted by a Gengar. It looms behind him, grinning hugely as he stares ahead in dread.

Finally is a series of pokemon sketches. First, there is a Pikachu and Slowpoke sleeping together, then a very small Pikachu sitting on top of a very large Pikachu's head. Then are a number of sketches titled "Knockoffs 🤍". All of these are very silly sketches. There's one of a wide eyed Arceus titled "He has seen The Horrors", two very silly galvantula, a pink zorua, a blocky stunky, and a litleo that barely resembles a litleo. End id]

[video id: a soundless video panning over a shelf with lots of pokemon figures on it. Most notably are the figures depicted in the drawing - Ingo and Emmet, Miku, as well as the various pokemon drawn above, such as Litleo, Arceus, and Galvantula. Eevee's always been a popular Pokemon, but around 2018 The Pokemon Company suddenly started boosting it to "co-star" status alongside Pikachu, which I find interesting. Even making the "Let's Go Eevee" video game where it was your special partner.

It was a good decision imo, but I do wonder what made them decide to do it. Before then it felt like all Pikachu all the time.

#Eevee #Pikachu #Pokemon #like these days if they're doing a set of six little figures or something #there will more than likely be a Pikachu AND an Eevee #whereas it used to be that Eevee wouldn't show up more than any of the other popular 151 original Pokemon #like sure it was more common than Mr. Mime in merch #but the original three starters used to be more common than an Eevee #obv. they are still commonly seen but in the sleeping Pokemon figure set for example #Bulbasaur is the only starter #but there is also an Eevee #another example is the gachapon 'Fans of Pikachu and Eevee' set #where half the Pokemon are wearing a Pikachu themed accessory #and half are wearing an Eevee themed accessory #(and of course one figure is Eevee wearing a Pikachu hoodie #and one is Pikachu wearing an Eevee hoodie)
