Thanks for asking politely. I'll answer because I can present it as a business case study which allows me to talk about BOC's failures somewhat objectively. It's clear at this point it doesn't matter how much feedback BOC gets from fans, so at least hopefully some of y'all can learn some things. *jazz hands* Didacticism.
Warning to everyone else this does not mean I am opening my inbox to complaints about how BOC sucks or how certain fans are entitled 🤪 I will block you. Open your own blog.
Be On Cloud's Communications Crisis – Business Case Study
So first, we need to define a couple of things: what is the difference between communications, marketing, and PR. Other folks with experience, please feel to add your opinion too, but how I see the difference is:
Communications is usually the the written or spoken content by which events/occurrences of a company are shared with both those internal and external to the company.
Marketing focuses both on the process by which that information is disseminated outwardly, and also usually aims at a high level to sell you an idea or product. Often the goal of a marketing campaign is explicitly measurable, whether it's in sales, conversions, email opens, etc.
Public relations (PR) is the process by which a company aims to maintain a positive public image to those outside the company
As you can see, those each have quite a bit of overlap with each other while also being distinct. Depending on the size of the company, each of those teams can be the same or differentiated. The fourth piece I want to add on to this is strategy. All three of the above are the actual day-to-day implementation of work, while strategy is the overarching goal posts by which they operate. Executives (like Mile being a CEO) influence strategy. When things go wrong, new strategy needs to be developed quickly and implemented.
(Aside: Mile has mentioned that he is an executive at BOC, but I want to clarify "executive" positions may also include being on the executive board/board of directors, who advise on strategy to the CEO or possibly of another department, and wouldn't have influence over marketing/comms. He isn't doing that work at his own businesses so I can't imagine he'd run comms for another one.)

I'll keep this brief, allow me to highlight a practical differentiation of the four of the above succinctly and is something the fandom collectively can agree on was a massive comms flop and PR nightmare.
Strategy: We want to recruit new talent for an upcoming series as well as generate fan hype for this series/season
Marketing: We will announce global auditions for this series/season
Communications: Unfortunately forgot to have marketing, which handle the social media posts, mention that "global" means three cities in Asia, as well as only looking for men between 16-22 despite most fans -- who saw the post -- being female.
PR: Not only makes the company's strategy look inadequate by the details of the audition only following the SM marketing announcement rather than sharing those details first/simultaneously to manage fans' expectations but also makes BOC look sexist. They haven't recovered. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I started with this one because where it went wrong was way more clean to see the breakdown.
The Case: What happened on Sept 12
BOC somehow managed to generate a PR crisis out of something that originally had the fans rallying around them, which is...impressive(ly bad).
I'm not going to document the triggering event too much but at approximately 10pm on Sept 12, stalkers tried to break into Be On Cloud's offices. I maintain my stance that it's not the company's fault or responsibility this happened, especially since these people obviously didn't succeed into getting into the building.
BOC issued a statement in Thai condemning these actions and immediately issued a following statement in Chinese on Twitter, due to the stalkers being Chinese-speakers. Obviously, a large number of KPTS fans are Chinese-speakers, but some Chinese fans pointed out that there was no immediately second translation/third set of tweet of the statement issued in English on Twitter which a large portion of the KPTS fanbase also used, especially on Twitter.
Chinese fans immediately disclaimed the stalkers as being fans but also felt they were specifically being targeted/attacked for the behavior of the stalkers.
Sept 13: The next morning, BOC issued three statements, in Thai, English, and Chinese this time. Many Chinese fans felt that the explanation in the Chinese statement was both overly brief compared to the English version and comparatively aggressive/unapologetic. BOC stood their ground and did not issue any more statements. Chinese (former?)fans then began to unfollow Apo on Weibo as well as perform a number of visible acts of quitting fandom.
What broke down? (Hint: Everything, for no reason)
I'm not going to give out too much free advice here, but here we go.
Strategy: They clearly don't have a PR crisis strategy despite the fact this isn't the first go-around. It's pretty clear they likely don't even have a PR strategy most of the time and are flying by the seat of their pants. Everything they do in terms of comms is almost reactive rather than proactive.
Marketing: The dissemination of information via socmed isn't terrible; that being said, there appears to be very little discipline over what is being sent through which channels such as if it's vetted at all (ie, the admission of being heated in the Chinese statement on Sept 13) and how well it's vetted (eg, wrongfully tagging accounts of their talent). There's a reason a lot of companies' CEOs have a personal twitter account. It allows a reiteration of statements, especially apologies, to be more personalized. Actually a lot of fans interpret Mile and Apo going online and making statements as doing damage control for BOC. Whether or not that's true, it's certainly unwise to use your talent to do that rather than your CEO who's ego should be able to take it
Communications: I'm not bothering to read the statements in depth. But It's not unreasonable for your audience to have the expectation that what's posted in one language is reasonably equivalent in other languages. Don't treat your audience like they're dumb, can't speak other languages, or don't have access to Google translate.
PR: BOC is creating these PR crises, not managing them. This isn't even the first one they've put themselves through. I think that's incriminating enough how good they are at PR.
Do I have an opinion? Sure.
Can I see where the Chinese fans are coming from? Actually yes. Fans want and deserve to be treated equally.
Do I think they're being unreasonable overreacting? Absolutely. Speaking as a Chinese-speaker too. If your personal reaction to BOC's comms team messing up is more heated than how your feel about the actors you care about being threatened by stalkers ... that's a lot.
That being said, I'm not going to waste my energy judging how individuals handle their lives or emotions. I am, like many fans, deeply concerned about how BOC is mishandling comms because BOC is not going away (for now).
Fans say lots of reactionary things, but the process by which BOC's comms team is failing is so overwhelmingly loud and public that I'm here writing a business case study about it. And that's part of PR too. Fans are always reactive -- this is not limited to KPTS or BOC. There are publicists and managers that manage Beyonce, BTS, Taylor Swift, etc. who all have loud fanbases. It's embarrassing to see a talent agency fuck up so badly it then begins to reflect on the talent. That's not just about fan reactions. BOC really needs to hire a consulting company and a new director of communications.
Should we be worried about the 2023 Film/KPTS Season 2
Surprisingly: probably not. BOC has at least two branches: a management (talent) branch and a production (art) branch. We see they're capable of handling the art.
This discrepancy between the art/artists being actually emotionally effective while the marketing side of the company just being a disaster is very reminiscent of the creators who work on Disney movies and Disney's extremely weird marketing team/s.
I'm sure Mile and Apo will do their utmost to bring us a beautiful piece of work. We likely just have to suffer BOC's continuous comms disasters while they do it.

DC X DP Fanfic idea: It's all Fun and Games Kids!
Danny Fenton moves to Gotham.
He moved there not because his parents ran him out of the house. His dad was bawling and begging him to stay while his mother spent three full days writing up different graphs to show how much safer was by nearing by so they could protect him.
(It's not like he still lived with them. Danny had moved out to his own place in amity when he was twenty-five. Moving clear across state lines wasn't much of a difference in his eyes)
He moved there, not because the ectoplasm was high. Ectoplasm is everywhere on Earth, and quite frankly, Gotham's was as polluted as its water was. It made the air spicy.
He moved there not because he was offered an amazing job or a life-changing opportunity. Danny's full-time job was writing novels. They were all based on his adventures in the Ghost Zone -with changed names of course- and were a hit online. He also had all of the Ghost King's gold.
He moved there simply because Danny wanted to.
Something about the city called to him, in a way that said "Hey this could be your home." He visited once for a Humpty Dumpty concert and fell in love with the sights, the people, and the life of Gotham.
Now some people would accuse him of being mad. Those people probably had a rebellious teenage stage where they had done crazy things like sneak out of the house, underage drink, sleeping around, or smoke something.
Danny, when he was a teenager, was fighting for his life and the lives of the ungrateful townspeople.
He didn't get to his rebellious stage. He didn't get his rush of doing something stupid because he was young and thought himself bigger than life.
So here Danny is, living his life as he pleases to make up for it.
He doesn't have to sneak out of his house since he owns it, he rather not drink or smoke (would they even affect him? His healing factor has never been tested against it) and Danny would like to be emotionally attached if he decided to sleep with someone.
What then does a man with too much time, too much power, and not enough bad young person decisions do?
He flirts with Death.
Death just so happens to be Batman-shaped.
Now it's all fun and games. He knows he doesn't have a real chance with Batman- it's Batman. Way out of Danny's league.- but that doesn't mean he can allow himself to fall into stupid situations and be dramatically rescued by the crime fighter.
Now if only his kids weren't so good at their jobs.
"You really should be more careful, Mr. Fenton. This is the third time this week" Nightwing says while untieing him. Danny does his best not to pout at the other. He had been having fun finding the answers to the riddles.
He wasn't at all worried about the fact he was placed over a pool of burning chemicals. He had been tried to a chair that was carefully balanced on overlapping ropes. It wire would snap with each correct answer, until he would fall his demise unless they could outsmart the Riddler.
Danny had gotten five out of ten correct before Nightwing burst through the ceiling.
"I don't mind," Danny says rubbing his wrists. "Better me than someone innocent."
Nightwing's lips purse "You are innocent."
"Yes, but I hardly matter in the grand scheme of things." Danny waves his hand missing the look of distress on the hero's face. He looks around the darkness of the ceiling hoping to spot a certain crouching figure.
"Is Tall Dark and Daddy here with you?" He asks Nightwing when he fails to see him.
"Please don't call him that."
Danny shrugs, suppressing his smile. He twirls back around to Nightwing pulling out a piece of paper from his jean's pocket. "By the way, I found the other victims, hid them in the cellar, and drew a of map of Riddle's bombs for you. You're welcome."
Nightwing stares before carefully taking the map. He taps his ear twice, muttering in a code- for that may be English but sounded like gibberish that it can not be anything else but code- and only after he hears a voice respond back does the hero give a strained smile. "Thank you, Mr. Fenton. This helps a lot."
"You're welcome!" He repeats with a bright smile. It's so odd for his efforts to be appreciated. Odd but nice.
Danny waits for the other to do his Bat-trained disappearing act- sometimes he wonders if Gotham gave her Knights a form of invisibility- but the man remains.
He shuffles his feet uncomfortable and Danny's eyes light up. Oh! Another attempt to get him to stop flirting with his father. What fun~!
"Mr. Fenton.....last week Red Robin rescued you from the Joker. Do you remember?"
"Yes. Red Robin is a great kid."
"A kid....weird for you to call him that when he's only a few years younger than you." Nightwing starts but Danny holds up a hand.
"I'm older than you"
There is a tight frown on the other man's face now. "You are not."
"I am." Danny pulls out his wallet flashing his ID card. The downside to his Ghostly powers is that he seems to be aging at a slower rate- at least physically. His parents theorized that he would take two years instead of the one that his aging required. Not an accurate number but the closest they had especially since both his parents were late bloomers and had baby face.
While Danny might be thirty-eight he appeared to be no older than nineteen.
"Mr. Fenton I don't think you should be carrying a fake-"
"Stay away from my father Harlot!" Robin screeches falling down from the shadows above. He points a very sharp sword at Danny's neck, sneering the whole time. "He has better things to do than rescue a love-struck worthless fool!"
Danny, leans on the top of the sword, eyes drinking into Robin's slight flinch when it cuts his skin a little. This is it. The Rush he had been craving for.
"I don't mean to be kidnapped Robin honest. It just sort of happens in Gotham." He makes his voice and body innocent in a way even Orphan can not tell he is lying. He knows because Clockwork confirmed the last time they met that the girl read his body language just as he wanted her to.
The two ghosts met up regularly to watch his overly "sweet" eyes fluttering and cheerful "Oh Batman you rescued me~!" performances together for a good laugh.
"You lie! You plan for this to happen to try and seduce my Father!"
Huh. The kid was smarter then his foul mouth and snobby behavior looked. Still Danny only had to twist his face into confusion for Nightwing to step in. The other vigilantes pulled the scowling child away, scolding him for harassing frightened civilians.
It was fun to see but nothing beat making polite come-ons to Batman- nothing gross like catcalling but more of overly thankful and dreamy sighs. Maybe he should see what Two-face is up to?
Surely the man would take him hostage and Batman's many children would be too busy to save him thus leading the Dark Knight himself to come to his aid.
Or in a world where Danny Fenton decides that it would be hilarious if he took on a Brucie Wayne persona in Gotham. Complete with a Heart-eyes-it's-beefy-Batman mentality that tricks the Batfam into thinking he is a Himbo who has bad luck for always getting caught up in villain schemes for being at the wrong place and wrong time.
Also, the Bat kids make it their life goal to keep Bruce from rescuing Danny since they do not like watching Fenton flirt with their dad. Even if Bruce himself ignores the boy they can't really threaten him.
Danny Fenton isn't being malicious or anything. He's just a boy with a crush who doesn't know better.
Clockwork is cackling, recording his favorite parts of Danny's interactions with the Bats.

Still Here (Chapter 4)
Summary: Timothée invites you and Madison out to the lake.
A/N: This Timothée variant is so dad-coded that I'm falling in love with him myself.

You spent the next few days helping your mother clean out and rearrange your old room to be livable once again instead of a dedicated craft space. You checked your phone constantly the first couple of days after your lunch with Timothée, but slowly resigned yourself to the fact that he may not reach out after all. You wouldn't blame him if he had changed his mind. The two of you hurt each other pretty badly all of those years ago and were practically strangers again thanks to time and distance.
On the fifth day, as you were perusing job ads in the local newspaper, you heard your phone ding. You stared at the device for a moment in disbelief. Was it going to be a message from him, or just another spam text that gets your hopes up? You flipped it over and spotted:
"Want to go out to the lake on Saturday?"
You bit your lip and grinned, hugging your phone to your chest. Finally.
"Sounds fun! Let me see if my parents are available to hang out with Maddy." "She's welcome, too."
Wow. You weren't used to that. Your "friends" in California weren't much on kids tagging along on your outings. It got to a point where you didn't go out much at all because getting a sitter was too expensive.
"Really? Thanks! I think she'd enjoy getting out of the house." "Of course. Let's meet at my place early around 7am so we can have some fun before it gets hot. Do you remember how to get here?" "As long as you are still on Hawk Road, I can manage ;)" "Yep. See you in a couple of days."

Saturday morning finally arrived. It was hard to convince Madison to get out of bed, but with some persuasion (i.e. favorite breakfast) she was up and dressed relatively quickly. You went through your verbal checklist to ensure you had everything you both needed for day of fun in the sun:
"Phone charger, check, snacks, check, cooler of drinks, check, sunscreen, check, spare clothes, check. Alright, I think we have everything. Let's load up!" As expected, you were able to find Timothée's place with ease. He had a small house on the same land as his parents. You had spent enough time there as a teenager that you still knew the route like the back of your hand.
Timothée was already outside packing stuff into the bed of the truck when you arrived. He turned and waved as he heard your car make its way down the gravel driveway. Once you stopped, he walked up and opened the door for you. Another gesture you weren't used to anymore.
"Good morning!" You looked up at him from your car's seat and smiled. He hugged you once you stood.
"Morning, [Y/N]." He pulled back to look at your face, smiled again, then looked to the side as he spotted movement behind the car. "Hey, Madison!"
"Hey," she replied flatly as she walked up to the two of you. You pulled the girl into your side.
"Mornings aren't her favorite. She'll warm up eventually." You looked down to give her that "mind your manners" look.
"That's alright. I'm not a morning person either, unless I'm up for something fun. Like today!" Timothée said cheerily. That's when you noticed something connected to his truck.
You leaned around him and exclaimed, "You have a boat now?!"
He chuckled. "I did grow up a little bit while you were away, [Y/N]."
You laughed awkwardly, but then quickly froze when you realized, "Oh no, we don't have life jackets. I didn't know, so I didn't plan for..."
"Don't worry, I already thought through that. I had an extra adult one on hand and borrowed a kids' life jacket from the neighbors. By the way, they have some kids around Madison's age. I think their youngest may even be in the same grade in the fall. They want to meet you both."
"Oh, it would be so great if Madison could at least know one other kid when school starts up. Are they new in the area?"
"Relatively. They moved in about five years ago," he replied.
"Ah, I see. I have a lot of catching up to do," you noted. You looked down at your daughter and squeezed her shoulder, "And we have new friends to make."
"I may not even still be here when the new school year starts, remember?" Madison grumbled.
"Well, it doesn't hurt to have some friends around when you come visit your grandparents, though, right?" Timothée chimed in.
She shrugged. "I guess not."
"Right, well, back to the fun at hand. Before I saw the boat, I was going to offer that we all pile in my car since there is more space. We can just follow you over there instead," you stated.
"Nonsense. We can all fit in my truck. Here, let me put your things in the back." You opened the trunk and allowed him to transfer your bags and cooler.
As he walked away, you bent down to talk to Madison quietly. "His truck only has one row of seats. Are you okay with sitting in the middle between us?" Just because you had known Timothée most of your life didn't mean she would (or should) be automatically comfortable around him.
"Sure, I've never ridden in a truck like this before, or in a boat!" You could tell she was starting to perk up. She ran over when Timothée opened the heavy passenger door of the old blue truck and climbed inside eagerly. "Whoa, we're so high up compared to your car, Mom!"
Once you followed suit, Timothée shut the door and ran around the front to the driver seat to join you. "Alright, everyone buckled up?" he asked. You and Madison nodded. "Then let's go!"
As he drove, you pointed out some of the places from your childhood. This triggered some reminiscing on Timothée's part about some of the shenanigans the two of you got into, which made Madison giggle. She seemed to enjoy hearing about some of your irresponsible moments. Hearing her laugh again was like music to your ears. You looked over at the two of them as they laughed together. Even though it was at your expense, you couldn't help but smile. Maybe this is what it could have been like had you stayed, the two of you together with a child in between.
Your arrival at the lake interrupted your reverie. Soon the three of you were out on the water and heading for a cove Timothée liked to frequent. Madison sat at the front of the boat with you close behind. She was nervous at first, gripping the edge of the boat, but quickly loosened up. Her long blonde hair flowed behind her as she faced into the wind. She looked back at you with a grin and yelled, "It feels like I am flying!" You laughed and waved, then looked back at Timothée, who was watching the two of you with a soft smile...
...which quickly turned into a mischievous grin. "Watch this!" he shouted. Now out on open water, he opened the throttle on the motor. The nose of the boat raised out of the water with increased speed. This time, you were the one gripping the edge of your seat while your daughter screamed, "Woohoo!" with both hands in the air. You could hear Timothée laughing behind you.
Much to Madison's disappointment, Timothée had to slow down as you neared the cove. When you approached the shore, he turned the motor off and jumped out to drag the boat to the bank. The girl jumped from the boat to the sand. "That was awesome!" she exclaimed as she shucked her lifejacket.
Timothée offered his hand to help you down then grabbed the bags and cooler. "Glad you're enjoying yourself, kiddo. Now, can you help me find a spot to set up our stuff?" he asked.
Madison ran up a small hill and quickly spied a dry grassy space to lay out the blankets. "Over here!"
"That's perfect, Maddy." You laid out a blanket. "Why don't you sit here, take your shoes off, and put sunscreen on, then you can go wade around while I get everything else set up. But no swimming until one of us can join you."
Madison rolled her eyes. "Okayyyy..."
You raised an eyebrow. "Or I could make you sit here all by your lonesome while Timothée and I swim, if you're going to be like that."
"No, no, I'm good. Shallow water only." She gestured to cross her heart then ran back down the hill.
Timothée set the cooler down beside you. "I know it wasn't part of your plan years ago, but you're really good at that."
"What's that?" You gave him a questioning look.
"The whole mom thing. You seem to have a knack for when to give her space and freedom, and when to rein it in. Oof, and that eyebrow raise. Even I stopped in my tracks."
You laughed. "Oh just wait until I have to break out her middle name. That's when it's really serious, Timothée Hal Chalamet." He playfully shuddered. "But, uh, thanks. I feel like I fail at it all the time. Especially these last few months. Parenting is supposed to be a two person job, you know. Or more. Like they say, it takes a village." You dropped your head to prevent him from seeing the tears welling up in your eyes.
Timothée reached out to lift your chin. "I think you'll find a village here to help you, if you give them a chance." He brushed a stray tear from your cheek with his thumb.
Before you could respond, Madison interrupted with a squeal. He dropped his hand and cleared his throat as you quickly turned to investigate. "A fish touched my leg!"
You both chuckled. "I guess we better get down there," you said. You both undressed down to your swimwear and joined her. The three of you played and swam for hours. Once Timothée caught you by surprise by grabbing your waist, hoisting you out of the water, and throwing you back in. Madison giggled when you came back up spluttering, then asked to be thrown next.
This continued for several rotations until he was worn out. Both you and he needed a break. Madison was still going strong but was willing to come back into the shallows if it meant staying in the water.
Timothée sat beside you on the blanket as you dried yourself off. You could tell an idea dawned on him by the look on his face.
"Is it alright if I let her drive the boat around a little when we're back in open water? With help, of course?"
"Sure. That should be incentive enough to get her out of the water." You paused. "Thank you for today. I haven't seen her smile and laugh this much in months. It's all been so hard on her."
"Oh, think nothing of it. I come out here all the time to get away from life for a bit. Based on what you told me at lunch the other day, you hadn't had a chance to just stop and have some fun. I'm glad I could offer that."
"You...you're being so sweet to me."
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"Well, we never talked about the way we ended things. I'm sorry if I made you feel like you weren't important to me."
"No, I'm sorry. I should have been happy for you. Instead I selfishly focused on what I was losing versus what you were gaining. After some time, when I was able to see past my own hurt and look at things more objectively, I realized how incredibly brave you were to pack up and chase your dreams," he replied.
"I didn't reach them, though," you said sadly.
"Yet. You still have time," he said matter of factly.
You scoffed. "I appreciate the vote of confidence, but life is too crazy right now to even think about finishing school."
"Well, just don't lose sight of it. K?" You nodded. "So shall we pack up and head back?" He stood and offered you his hand.
"All good things must come to an end, sadly," you replied, allowing him to help you stand. The two of you folded up the blankets and hauled the stuff back to the boat.
As you predicted, Madison whined when she saw what was going on. "I don't want to go yet!"
You smirked and looked over at Timothée. "I got this," he muttered to you under his breath. "Hey, kiddo, would you want to go if I let you drive the boat?"
"Really?!"
Timothée nodded. "Only when we get out in open water, but yes, I'll show you how to steer."
Madison looked at you with big puppy dog eyes. "Can I really drive it, Mom?"
"Hmm," you put your finger and thumb on your chin to look deep in thought. "I suppose so."
"Yes!" She jumped up and down and pumped her fist in the air.
"Now go get your shoes and lifejacket back on," you instructed. You all loaded up in the boat and set on your way. Madison was visibly vibrating with excitement as she sat beside Timothée next to the motor.
"Ready?" he asked once out of the cove. She nodded emphatically. "Alright, we're not going to go as fast as we did on our way out here, ok? Now, you have to face forward, but put your hand here on the handle behind you. Good. You will need to push or pull the handle in the direction you want to go. If you want to head right, push right. Left, pull left."
"Got it. Right is right, left is left."
"Ok. I am going to twist the handle to get us going again. You focus on where we're heading." She looked at him very seriously and nodded. Timothée slowly increased the speed. Madison looked nervous for a brief moment as she experimented with how far to push or pull to get the boat to move.
"You're already a pro!" Timothée shouted.
"Look Mom, I'm doing it!" She beamed. It was a beautiful sight. You pulled out your phone and took their picture. You made a mental note to send it to Timothée later.
Madison steered the boat almost the entire way back to the boat ramp, then. Timothée took over. After he expertly brought the boat to rest at the dock, you and Madison unloaded your belongings while he got the truck. After loading up and heading out, Madison fell asleep against your shoulder before you even got to the highway. You rested your cheek on her head, reveling in the closeness. She didn't come to you for cuddles like she used to.
The girl stayed asleep even once you arrived back at Timothée's house. He gently picked her up and carried her to your car.
"Thank you for your help," you said softly as you stood by the car door. "And thank you again for today."
"I enjoyed it. Hopefully we can do it again sometime this summer."

wip wednesday saturday
one of those "I can't tag anyone else because I don;t know who to tag" situations, but thank you @r6shippingdelivery for tagging me in the first place <3
it's been a hot minute, so I'm gonna post a couple WIPs - the first being a muze wip from the early days of Rainbow, the second being a wip chapter from my Gentle Progress rewrite, Set in Motion, and the third being from a Fallen Hero wip because I am fucking rotted by this game-
ANYWAY, IT'S ALL UNDER THE CUT
first is from Early Days, which is the mute/fuze thing that just... bites at my heels
The party was loud. Too loud, really, but Mark had grown somewhat accustomed to the way the team liked to celebrate. With new arrivals from Japan to liven the party further, Mark had ducked out to get a breath of fresh air and hopefully escape the party altogether. He had never been one for parties in the first place, having never been quite old enough to be invited to any among his peers, and had little interest in learning to enjoy them. With a flimsy excuse about needing to finish his latest prototype improvement for MONI, he’d escaped a lecture from Mike – a well-intentioned lecture about needing to learn how to socialize, but a lecture nonetheless – and slipped out of the mess hall. A walk to clear his head and ground himself would do him some good, and then he’d go back to his ideal holiday activity; six hours spent coding something for fun rather than for a deadline. It’d be quiet until the operators came back from the holiday party disappointingly sober yet still all too happy to carry on their chatter, but by that time he hoped to be well and truly too tired to care. As he tugged his hood up and prepared to take the short walk around the obstacle course that he had come to well and truly despise, he heard the steady pace of another set of boots on another late-night jog. He raised his head to look down the track with furrowed brows, only to be met with the now-familiar figure of Kessikbayev. The smell of fresh cigarettes overpowered the smell of the rain and Mark was suddenly glad for the mask that covered his face and hid the way he cringed at the smell. “You weren’t at the party,” Mark commented as the older man slowed to a stop under the overhang. Shuhrat raised a brow as he shook his head to get rid of the excess water. “No.” The answer was simple and curt, and Mark felt a twinge of relief. “You have left it.” “Too loud.” It was as much an excuse as it was a reasonable explanation. “You done jogging?” “Yes.” The older man paused and gave a sidelong nod toward the barracks. He was done for the night, Mark assumed, but they were heading the same way. “Mind company?” “No.”
This second part is for Set in Motion, but it's a ways away
"I brought a peace offering." Jayce's boots were heavy on the old steel floors but just controlled enough that Viktor could tell the man was being conscious about his approach. He stared at the wall as the Piltovan approached and placed something glass on the dusty old bedside table,  immediately followed by a retreat and the sound of his colleague circling around to the other side of the bed. The silence was so thick that he wondered if a bullet could kill it. "Can we talk?"  The bed creaked as Jayce sat on the other side, the dip in the old mattress just enough for the Zaunite to notice. He refused to turn over and look at the man, something bitter built up in his heart.  "Or maybe I can just… talk. I… I know I fucked up. I should have listened to you but instead, I paraded myself down an alley because I heard something. Even after you warned me that it's dangerous down here." Viktor listened as the Piltovan continued, aching hand slowly relaxing. "I was an idiot. And an asshole. And if your friend Vi wasn't there I probably would have ended up dead in a back alley instead of alive with a few new scars." Viktor looked at the pattern on the pillowcase. He wanted to be something mad, to be angry enough to yell at Jayce again, and found himself empty of it. The hollow cavity in his chest felt only slightly cracked, but enough to keep his attention on what his colleague was saying.  "I don't know what I'm doing. Obviously. I nearly - I did hurt people down there. And I… I'm… I didn't realize how upset it would make you or how dangerous it was or… or anything like that and now I feel like I've crushed your good will for me into the ground and I hate that more because you… you. You. You're smart. You're leagues beyond anyone else I've ever met, like the Lady of Progress herself made you to force me to change. You've never once been hesitant to tell me when I'm wrong or a jackass or just not being the best I could be." The Zaunite shifted his bad leg to stretch it slightly. "Such as your misconception about Shuriman naming conventions. You insisted upon yourself so loudly." "Yeah, exactly," Jayce replied, his voice tinged with an emotion Viktor couldn't place. "You damn near threw the history book at me. My point is, I don't want to lose you because you're one of my only friends. I just… I don't know how to be a good friend. I've never had many. Most people think I'm an asshole on purpose but half the time I can't even tell if they're mad at me or happy with me and the other half I can't tell their facial expressions apart."  The bed shifted again, the dip shifting into a full, familiar, comfortable weight behind him that made him ashamed and relieved at the same time. He wanted to turn around and look at his roommate, his friend, to encourage him and reward him with the end goal. Viktor knew better.  "I don't know how to be a good friend. I'm barely a good person. I know this because most of why I haven't built a city-leveling bomb is the morals of those around me. But I want… I want to be good for you. And I don't know where to start because I feel like every time I start to do something I'm inevitably gonna fuck up. Maybe not as bad as this excursion, but I still think about how angry you were when you left the play. I never want to do that to you again and here I am,  somehow doing something even worse. I think I'm asking for forgiveness, maybe? Or guidance. Just… I want to know how to..." "Fix it?" "You know me. There's nothing I can't fix, right?"
and the last bit is fallen hero, also very rusty, but also vaguely??? nsfw?? it's meant to be intimate but not necessarily sexual idk
The dreams had a strange mercy for once in that he could see nothing, but in exchange, his mind had conjured something far worse; a fantasy he could touch, smell, and hear. He didn’t need to see to feel Chen knelt in front of him, broad form settled between his thighs as a solid anchor among uncertainty. He needed a reason – and his mind provided, familiar hands pulling a blindfold tight over his eyes and the tickle of an all too familiar beard along the edge of one shoulder. Chen knew his strength. He kept one rough, weathered hand flat against Cole's lower spine to keep him still as he pressed quiet kisses against the warm, soft skin. Teeth grazed the edge of the ink that lined the smaller man's collarbone in fractal patterns too tightly interwoven to discern with the naked human eye; bruises bloomed over his neck and chest like flowers carefully embroidered into cloth too fragile to hold them. Held still as if he’d fall apart if Chen dared let go. Ortega had learned to be careful. His hands were softer than the Marshal’s, but just as grounding as they rested on his waist. Warm lips pressed to the nape of his neck, the scrape of a well-trimmed beard along the dip of his shoulder just as ticklish as it was when they kissed. He held the telepath as if he could save Cole from falling again, as if he could hold him close and somehow save him without knowing what he was saving him from. Like a hero should, if they could. It was too much to bear, not enough to fill the aching hole in his chest. Like filling an ocean one rainstorm at a time, bringing life from extinction. Washing away the barren empty with nothing more than a rag and their tears, they had no intention of letting him slip from their hands a second time. Monsters and all. Don’t touch me, his mind whispered in an instinctive flinch, I don’t know how not to bite.

Affection
Lee mirabel ler Isabela dolores and Luisa
(Scenario mirabel has lately not been receiving any affection from her elder sisters nor her cousin Dolores minus the “hello “ and “how are you” she wanted to spent time with them just them time and so she gets a little more than what she’s asking for)
It was a day like any other, Antonio was sorting out the mole issue and Luisa was returning the donkeys back to their fence
Mirabel was strolling down the village greeting everyone and after being in the village for a few minutes she headed back to the casita because she wanted to admit her craving for affection to her elder sister and cousin but she wasn’t sure how she was going to do that
Mirabel wasn’t focusing until she bumped into Luisa, ofc Luisa being the strong one she didn’t fall over but mirabel’s did
“Cmon mira think THI-OW!”
“Oh my god, are you okay mira?” Her elder sister asks worried
“Yes I’m fine” she says giggling standing up removing the dust off of her
“Are you sure?”
“Yes Luisa I’m fine”
“Alright”
Mirabel wanted to bring up the affection thing
“So Luisa uhm, are you….”
Mirabel was trying to tell her what’s going on but the girl couldn’t because the words didn’t come out as she wanted it to
“Lu i know you’re busy but..”
“Are you always busy Luisa…”
If you didn’t know she wanted to ask if her sister was free so they could hang out but was worried since she had plans and didn’t want to waste her sister’s time
“Uhm….no nevermind it was stupid anyway” she said,hands behind her back
Luisa gave a blank stare as if her sister had just said some sort of code but bent down to her sister’s level and placed a hand behind her back and said “I’m your elder sister, you can tell me anything take your time”
With a sigh of relief coming from mirabel she was about to start speaking when isa and Dolores came running to tell them the newest gossip in town, it’s kinda their thing to do
“Hold up guys, Mira has something to say” Luisa told as she stopped bending down returning to her normal height
“Uhm…” she looked as all three girls were waiting patiently for her to talk
“It’s actually about all 3 of you” she hesitated twirling and fidgeting her fingers
In a Sync all 3 girls said “us?”
“Mhm” she said biting her lip
“Well what’s the problem?” Isa asked
Mirabel inhaled then exhaled and said “well you see I’ve noticed that we often don’t spend time with each other like we used to but I don’t know why but we’ve suddenly stopped and it’s really been bothering me and I just wish we would hang out again like we used to, you know like just us. I’ve missed us”
The girls gave a reassuring look towards mira, Dolores cupped her face and said “oh mira you could have told us from before”
Dolores gave Mira a little poke causing Mira to giggle and gave a glance to her prima’s to do the same
They got the message and shared a smirk
“Dolores is right mira, we are your elder sisters you should have told us from before” isabela smiled as she squeezed her side causing Mira to jerk to the other side
“And now we are going to give you what you want” Luisa chuckled as she shot her arm up her armpit
Mira jerked into Isabela’s arms looking up to see a mischievous isabela
“Wahit we can spehnd sometime tohgether another wahy” Mira tried blocking her laughter but couldn’t, she could already feel the tickling
“Aw Mira sweetie we aren’t even tickling u yet and you’re already laughing how cute” Dolores teased as she started to tickle Mira’s stomach
Mira had already turned bright red
“Nohoho waihit doholorehs” Mira buckled not before falling to the ground when isa struck her armpits
“HAHAHAHAHHAAHAH MEHEHERHRHCYHYH”
Luisa came and flipped Mira over placing Mirabel’s head on her lap and pulled her arms up
“Ooh thanks luisa, I could have done it with my plants- wait why don’t I? That will just make this way more fun” and that’s exactly what she did
So luisa came and started to tickle mirabel’s hips, squeezing and kneading but before she did that she told Dolores that if it was to loud, she would let luisa or isa know
Mira jumped arching her back
Luisa knew that was one of mirabel’s death spot so she already knew what was going to happen
Her arms weren’t all the way up just lifted enough so isa can attack her armpits
“IHIHI CAHAHAHNT STOHOHAHAHHAP” mirabel screamed
“Awe Mira, didn’t you say you wanted to spend time didnt you? Well we are now? So what’s the problem?” Dolores teased as she gently tickled her belly
“WEHEH CAHAHAN SPEHEHND TIHIHME AHAHNOHOHTHEHEHEHR WHAHAHY” mirabel squealed
“Awe Mira your squeal is so cute isn’t it?” Isa smirked as she raised a brow before attacking her ribs
Mira blushed at the tease
“Aw look at her, she is turning redder than Dolores’s dress” Luisa teased as she squeezed Mira’s thighs
“NAHAHAHAHA*squeak* STAHAHAHP”
“Did I just hear a squeak?” Dolores grinned as her eyes shimmered with mischief
“How about we deliver a final blow”
“Plehahseh dohohnt”

All 3 girls blew a raspberry on mirabel’s stomach
Isa blowing a raspberry on her right side and Dolores blowing on the left while Luisa blew below her belly button
“BAHAHAHAHAHAHAH NAHAHAH *snort* WAAHAH *squeal*”
Mirabel had entered a silent laughter and they stopped knowing she couldn’t take it anymore
Isa released her vines letting mirabel free, Luisa wipes the tears away and Dolores rubbing her belly to get rid of the ghostly tickles
It took a while for mirabel to recover but she was alright
“Gohd why”
“Well you asked to spend so we gave it to you didn’t we?” Luisa chuckled
“Yeah actually mirabel i have a question if you wanted to spend time with us why didn’t you tell us sooner?”
Mirabel took a deep breath said “I was scared you would judge me for acting like a kid for wanting affection but im 15”
Mirabel’s didn’t expect it when the girls pulled her in for a tight hug which made her make the little “oof” sound
“Mira we would never judge you” isa smiled
“Yeah Im 21 and isa is 22 and yet we still want affection” Dolores responded
“I never said that I was to old for affection it’s just that I would like a little bit more affection from you guys, not to sound greedy or anything”
Mirabel was interrupted when Luisa cut her off by saying “mirabel you don’t sound greedy, we all feel like we need affection and it doesn’t matter how old you are we all feel like we need a little affection at times and that’s totally normal”
Mirabel smiled warmly
“Say how about we go and eat arepas while talking about the newest gossip in town?” Isa jumped up
All 4 girls agreed and made their way to Dolores’s room and that’s what they did
And mirabel got lots of affection :) (not just from them but her whole family)

Soulmates: Chapter XIX

Lena felt a little guilty as she stared down at the sandwich in her hand.
Not for the morning spent teasing Kara breathless and panting but for the lie she had told after.
Then again it was straight out of Kara’s old playbook. Not technically a lie but just a little bit of missing context.
Lena didn’t go to work; not right away at least. That was the main thing she felt conflicted about. She had known for some time she wasn’t going to work because Thursday mornings had become a period for constantly reliable out of office engagement.
A short interim of time spent elsewhere, nothing salacious, sometimes an hour, sometimes four, and she didn’t really talk about it to anyone.
At first, Lena didn’t mention it because she thought it might awaken something painful for Kara. That feeling passed. It solidified and became its own secret, just for the sake of having a secret to keep between old friends, silly, fun, and little more than that.
She had been meaning to talk to Kara about it.
She just didn’t know how anymore.
“It does look like bunny ears,” Cat agreed.
“You want half?” Lena offered the other one forward.
“With respect, I would rather try and perform fellatio on a horse running the Kentucky Derby.” Cat’s eyes came to the side again, smirking at the paltry excuse of a sandwich, then back to the television. “Salmonella written all over it.”
“I know, I said the same.” Lena sighed and leaned back in the plastic chair. “How are you feeling?”
“Good.”
“I’m being serious.”
“I know,” Cat sighed. “Me too.”
“You don’t want…” Lena wasn’t even sure what there was to offer. “I can’t get you anything?”
“A magic bullet to rewrite the faulty genetic code that is causing cells to uncontrollably divide and spread into the healthy tissue of my body?” Cat suggested. “Did you pack that with your sandwiches this morning?”
“Forgot it on the kitchen table, sorry.” Lena shrugged and earned a grin. “Cat?”
“Yeah?”
“I love you.”
Cat sat there, unbothered by it, in her perfectly Catherine Grant kind of way. There she was in a hospital bed drowning in the size of the gown, some inches too big, still growing bigger by the day, yet still so immaculate and beautiful.
There was this power she held in her hands, even like this, it simply exuded from her; to sit there with an IV pole, dangling chest port, with this certain pronounced thinness from the treatment, and yet she was beautiful in a way that announced itself—demanded it from the eye of the beholder.
Fierce, dignified, highlighter and blush on her cheeks because she still held herself to that standard, and Lena could tell that her blonde hair had been cut and styled, blown out, some pride put into it despite…
Lena didn’t want to acknowledge that Cat’s hair was thinner than last Thursday, but it was. Cat didn’t care, for as long as she had it, she would make the best of it, the most of it, and that was yet another perfectly Catherine Grant thing to do given the circumstances.
“Cat?”
“If you tell me that you love me again—”
“I do.” Lena nodded, solemn, exasperated, staring at nothing. “You are…one of my best friends. You are the person who was there every day, when Sam died, when I was sick and in the hospital after, you killed every hit piece dead in the water—never said a single thing in the magazine despite knowing all the big scoops. I hate things feel weird between us, I hate that you don’t call or text anymore. I hate that we’re not talking about the elephant in the room because you are—were—my best friend.”
“And yet here you are, despite all of this supposed disconnect from my end, every week, more reliable and on time than a German train service.” Cat’s eyes twinkled with amusement, though she never looked away from the television. “Lena, I don’t call or text because I’m…” She gestured at herself, at the room, as though it was arrogant for Lena to assume some priority above it in her thought processes. “Listen, I don’t know what elephant you think there is but if you want to talk about it you should talk about it.”
“Kara.”
“Nope.” Cat shook her head.
“You’re soulmates.”
“We may very well have been,” Cat quietly agreed in a way that was non-committal to the idea, then shrugged and finally looked at her friend. “Here’s the thing, Lena. We can play what if games, we can go round in circles, talk about hypotheticals where I have some long years ahead of me, where Kara is…” She shook her head, as though wanting to say something based and cruel, yet struggling to find something.
That was very unlike Cat Grant.
“She does this thing, you know.” Lena stared off to the side, thinking about it, smiling despite how sad it made her feel. “We’ll be doing something, watching television, eating dinner, whatever. I’ll say something. She doesn’t reply. Then I look and she’s…” Lena gestured at nothing. “She’s away in some daydream, with this vacant look on her face, and I know she’s playing out a different life—some life she says that she doesn’t think about despite very much, constantly, always running away from anything that makes her think about it. She just sort of comes back to life, and there’s this look in her eyes, as though she’s looking at me but seeing…”
Lena didn’t know how to say it.
She didn’t want to say it because then she would be admitting it.
But she gestured.
And Cat understood.
“Lena.” Cat gestured her hands for the rambler to slow down on her rapid, nervous rabbiting. “It sounds as though you care a whole lot more than either of us do and for that I can only apologise.”
“I am objectively the person who should be apologising to you.”
“That won’t be necessary. I sincerely am sorry that I have…become an imagined competitor in your relationship with Kara Danvers. I want you to be happy. I want Kara to be happy. I want that for you both because me?” She stared very seriously. “I have had the happiest, biggest, greatest of lives. I regret nothing. I wish for nothing. If I am supposed to be sat here, filled with regret, then I’m not.”
“I’m not Kara, Cat.” Lena pushed forward slightly. “I know you well enough, for long enough, that I know when you’re talking out of your ass.”
“Then ask me whatever it is you really want to ask me, Lena.” Cat closed her eyes and sighed.
“Did you…” Lena stopped, because she didn’t want to ask, she just wanted the answer so that if ever Kara wanted to know, one day, then someone would have answers to give her. “Did you feel some pull, some awareness? People say that but I wouldn’t know. I just, I’m curious?”
Cat opened her eyes and looked at Lena with a faint, vague expression that couldn’t be deduced. It wasn’t displeasure but it wasn’t a happy memory.
“I felt drawn to her, yes.” Cat nodded. “I think…a week after she started with the temp agency? I realised I was having to force myself to call her Keira. I knew her name, and I don’t know names, not assistants at least.”
“That doesn’t sound very romantic.”
“Because it isn’t.”
“Do you love her?” Lena blurted.
That took Cat back more than a little. She blinked, then blinked again. Lena felt guilty because the answer wasn’t for Kara. It was selfish, it was necessary, it was something she herself wanted to understand, because how could Cat possibly not love that girl?
More than that, Lena didn’t feel jealousy, just this faint sense of unselfish purpose to somehow give everyone a little of whatever they needed. Mostly because she felt greedy, as though there had been an abundance in her life, a prolonged series of habitual good things, despite the fact it wasn’t true. Her wife had died. She had grieved it then, still grieved it now, but there was joy, and her love with Kara didn’t feel like a band aid. It felt like a breath of life. It felt like this good, insular thing where she might make a home for the rest of her life.
But, Lena knew what she had been seeing as time had gone on.
She knew because she used to do the same thing, staring off, losing herself, playing house with Sam long after she passed, wondering about a life that would never take root. The trouble was that Kara still had time to know things, hold it in her hands, have moments beyond the realm of her imagination, and Lena felt it was be selfish—repugnant—to deny her of that.
To deny either of them that small moment in time to just have whatever the universe wanted to give them.
“Your lack of answer is an answer,” Lena told her straight. “I’m not asking because I’m hoping for one or the other. I’m asking because…we’re too old, too jaded, and too fucking deep into this thing not to talk about it?” She rolled her eyes at her friend.
Cat sighed and looked at her manicure resting in her lap.
“She is a very pretty girl.” Cat smiled to herself. “She reminds me of myself when I was younger. It’s not the sweetness, it’s the fury, every now and then her eyes would…” Cat imitated Kara’s expression, eyes narrowing with tension, angry and righteously laser-focused. “I know you won’t believe me but there isn’t some pointed, obsessive attraction. I don’t think I’m supposed to have a soulmate, Lena, because the truth of the matter is that I like women, a little, sure, but I have always preferred men because they are stupid and well-behaved, and Kara Danvers is neither of those things.”
“Please talk to her?” Lena shut her eyes and pleaded.
“I don’t want to make this situation any worse than it—”
“Please,” Lena begged between tight, uncomfortable lips. “Cat, please let her know you a little better. I want to spend my life with her. I want to be the woman who is rock solid and there when she needs me the most. You—” Lena felt a dampness on her cheeks because it hurt, not just for Kara, but her heart too, Cat was her true friend.
“Well go on.” Cat snarked, smiling a little. “Don’t quit just before you start blowing smoke up my ass. You were saying?”
“I was saying, you royal bitch.” They both chuckled and staved off some differing sized rocks in their throats. “You are bowing out in a way only you ever could, you know? A little too early, but still in your own time, with everyone on baited breath hoping for an encore because you are Catherine fucking Grant.” There was such fierce respect in the way she said that name. “I do not know how I am supposed to compete with you, Cat, at some point after the dust settles when she starts to put you on the pedestal. I do not know how to explain and talk about my friend, to the girl I love, knowing that she is falling in love with some version of you in the back of her brain.”
“Kara Danvers will never put me on a pedestal. I think, personally, for her to have my name on her ass cheek?” Cat lifted a brow and thought about it. “Well, she is the person consecrated by the universe to not put me on the pedestal. Everyone else does, seems only right that she wouldn’t.”
“She is twenty-three, but she won’t be always.” Lena shrugged. “What the fuck am I going to do when she’s thirty, forty, then fifty, and she stops and looks around and realises she’s closer to you than she ever was when you were alive? I mean, fuck, dude, don’t do that to me?” Lena scowled at her best friend.
“Lena,” Cat cleared her throat. “I don’t want you to worry.”
“I’m worried.”
“Then shut up and stop worrying.” Cat levelled. “Jesus Christ. Only you. Only fucking you could step on to an oncology unit and feel like you have the right to be upset and wronged by the world. Yes, fine, I will write a letter or something. Just, please can you leave now?” Cat made her laugh without meaning too. She grinned despite herself, rubbing her temples. “Go. Bring actual food next week, and champagne, two bottles, something corked before we were born.”
“Cat?”
“I know,” Cat shooed, “You too.”

At this point, Armin’s legs were burning, his heart racing and hands uncontrollably shaking, while you were practically out breath, your lungs tightening as you released yet another hearty laugh and not caring about the sweat running down your forehead. Neither you nor Armin expected to be running away from the librarian at 2am in the morning on the cold, campus sidewalk, your hair and makeup questionably messy and his shirt noticeably unbuttoned with hickeys staining his neck. However, the thrill of it all was something you didn’t know you both needed…
Earlier:
“Y/n?” Armin questioned, waving his sharpened pencil in front of your face. “Are you paying attention?” He awkwardly laughed as he scratched the back of his neck. You look up at him, battering your mascara-covered eyelashes at him. “Ahh… I have no idea what’s going on,” you sighed.
Armin wanted to bang his head against the library table. He knew it would be difficult teaching the ‘campus bimbo,’ but he didn’t know it would be this hard… yet there he was. 1am on a Thursday, the test tomorrow, and you still couldn’t grasp the basics of quadratic functions.

What was with Martin and Tuesdays. 
He was never late for work, which managed to surprise Jon as it wouldn’t seem out of character based on the rest of his quality of work ethic. But on Tuesdays, and Tuesdays alone, he was always early. 
Not only that, but he was oddly... Chipper, at 8:45 on a Tuesday, stepping into the Archives with a takeaway cup in one hand and a bag of some unspecified pastry in the other. The pastry varied from week to week. 
His hair seemed to curl more than usual, like it was damp and just starting to dry, as if he’d showered not more than a few minutes before stepping foot into the Institute. Aside from his unusual sense of alertness, though, there was a contrasting weariness to his step, like his limbs were heavier than expected, or he simply didn’t have the energy to keep his shoulders up, allowing his arms to slump when standing casually. 
And it wasn’t any of Jon’s business, but it was strange. And, unfortunately, Jon hadn’t spent four years in research to see something he deemed ‘Strange’ and be able to let sleeping dogs lie. 
Of course, he couldn’t just ask him. That seemed like it would be some sort of workplace violation, for a boss inquire as to the activities of their employees outside of the workplace. Maybe if they were friends, yes, it would be acceptable. Tim could clap Martin on the shoulder, sling out a casual “Up to anything interesting this morning?” and Martin would stammer off a tale of whatever it was that he did in the early hours of a Tuesday. But he and Martin weren’t friends.
So he just... Did some casual observation. 
Martin always seemed to have a bag with him, on Tuesdays. Just a backpack, grey,  nothing strange, but he usually had a messenger bag slung over his shoulder most days. He didn’t have it on Tuesdays, though, so clearly whatever he was putting in the backpack was small enough that he could fit his usual baggage in it too. But aside from whatever the indeterminate contents of the bag were, his damp hair and weary but confident demeanour, Jon couldn’t find anything else glaringly obvious that made Tuesdays different. 
Until one Tuesday, of course. 
The Institute had never been terribly strict about dress codes, but that was mostly because it didn’t have to. The type of person who worked there usually had a certain demeanour about them that meant they didn’t need to be reminded what was and was not appropriate for the workplace. Some of Tim’s more colourful shirts aside, the Archives had never had much problem with this subject so far. 
So of course, eyebrows were raised when on a Tuesday Martin arrived to work five minutes after Jon and approximately twenty five minutes before Tim and Sasha were due to arrive, wearing, aside from his coat, his usual slacks and a t-shirt, the front of which displayed the cover of a book Jon had never heard of.  
And apparently Jon was staring, because Martin seemed to notice. “Ah, I’m sorry, I know this isn’t exactly proper of me but I forgot to pack my shirt this morning so when I was getting changed after practise I only had a t-shirt.” He made his way across the room, over to his desk. “Well, either a t-shirt or my training shirt, and I figured that might not smell too great, heh. “Training for what?”

Not your choice of pajamas. They were having this argument over pizza and Taehyung was waving his around saying she should at least try a dress on every once in a while, never know, might actually like it, and her rolling her eyes as she shot back that she didn’t have to do anything just because it was stereotypical for her gender. Taehyung told her to stop using big words and waved his hands, accidentally flinging his pizza slice into her lap, and Jungkook remembered thinking, I should tell her after we clean up.
And he didn’t.
He remembered seeing her prepare to leave for university once again, holding a small package from the internet and handing it to her, a small but practical belated birthday gift, both of them surprised when she opened it, not the matte black phone case he had ordered, but somehow mixed up with a pink bunny phone case that had no business being owned by someone who didn’t like girly things.

“Yeah, with the red bean popsicles they used to sell at the ice cream trucks, but then they stopped, those assholes, I’ve never been so heartbroken in my life,” you grumbled, remembering the day where the ice cream man told you they were sold out and your young teenage heart shattering.
“I love you, you know.”
Was this a fever dream? Why did he keep repeating himself? You looked over to his back, still looking outside onto the street, the street where you all used to run and laugh every summer, pretending you were surviving in the wild and not in the middle of a suburban neighborhood, sitting around sipping lemonade and complaining about the heat even though you all could have gone inside, lighting sparklers at night and seeing whose would last the longest even though such a thing was only based on chance anyway.
“Is that the worst thing you’ve ever heard?” he added quietly.
“The worst thing I’ve ever heard was accidentally hearing Jimin jacking off. Twice.”
Jungkook finally turned around, giving you a disgusted look. “What?”
You placed a hand on your face and sighed heavily, trying not to remember. “For some reason he thinks the bathroom isn’t echoey or something, like, at least do it in the shower, so the water masks the sound…” You chuckled, shaking your head. “Anyway, I would much rather hear you say you have love for me than listening to Jimin getting off.”
“I don’t have love for you.”
You raised your hand from your face and shifted your gaze to him, half-smile lingering on your lips from remembering Jimin’s carelessness. You made eye contact the second the words left his mouth, those brown eyes shrouded in shadows, but still so clear, a little helpless, a little sad.
“I’m in love with you,” Jungkook whispered softly.
Your eyes widened.
A soft breeze swept through the window, lifting the purple-gray strands from Jungkook’s face, revealing his lost, desolate expression.
The cicadas hummed.
A car alarm honked loudly, screeching through the night.
Both you and Jungkook jerked to face the window. You bolted out of bed and you both threw your hands onto the edge of the window, yanking it shut, wincing at the loud noise.
“Ah, jeez… what the hell…?” you groaned, slumping to the ground.
“What’s with people…?” Jungkook muttered, falling to the floor beside you, yanking the towel off his shoulders.

“Fuck, I pressed the wrong button!”
“Taehyung, what the hell, turn it off!”
“I was just trying to put the tangerines your parents gave me in my car!”
“I don’t care what you were doing, turn it off!”

“Anyway, sorry, you were saying something important and you got interrupted by some dumbass,” you sighed, nudging Jungkook with your shoulder.
“Uh… well, that was it…”
You blinked at him, tilting your head. “What, that you’re in love with me?”
“Y… Yeah?”
You blinked some more.
“Not the, want to go to the arcade and see who can get the highest score in PAC-MAN or go watch shitty action movies and rate the unrealistic plot lines or dare each other to eat whatever expired delicacy is in Taehyung’s fridge, kind of love?”
Jungkook made a repulsed face. “I regret eating that tofu. Don’t think I can ever look at uncooked tofu without gagging a little now…”
You leaned over and caught his eye.
“Do you mean the… want to date and get married and make babies, kind of love?”
His lips parted and the moonlight lit the small mole placed perfectly underneath his lower lip.
A delicate kiss from the moon itself.
Then you realized he was staring at your tits.
You yanked the neckline up a little and Jungkook started, looking back up at you with wide eyes.
“Sorry, I’m just not used to you in a dress, sorry, I’m being really rude–”
“It assures me that you’re at least interested in the making babies part,” you chuckled.
His ears turned red and he reached up to cover them, trying not to look down. “S… Sorry…”
“So…?”
He chewed on his lip, messing with his earrings with his fingertips. “Um… yeah, that kind of love. The latter kind.”
You lowered your hand. “You’re not messing with me, right? I swear, if this is one of Taehyung’s elaborate ideas to mess with me, I’m going to ki–”
Jungkook shook his head quickly, purple hair flying about. “I’m not joking around. I wanted to tell you for a long, long time, but…” His eyes darted about, panicking a little, before looking back to you helplessly. “You’re Jimin’s best friend, besides Taehyung, and what if… what if you thought I was gross or something and then I don’t think I could hang out with you guys anymore, but then you went to that prestigious university far away and I thought, I’m so stupid, I should have said something, anything, but every time I could even think about it, I didn’t know what to say, nothing seemed right…”
He let out a big sigh and tapped his head against the windowsill, closing his eyes.
“Also, I said it before and threw up in your lap right after, so that kinda fucked me up.”
“Can’t say I was really feeling the romance, yeah.”
He groaned and covered his face with his hands.
“I’d date you though. For real.”
Jungkook removed his hands and blinked at you. “What?”
You chuckled. “Why are you acting so surprised? I’m not going to date Jimin, blergh, I’ve known that guy since I was in preschool. I’m not dating Taehyung, I’m pretty sure he’s on a different brainwave than other human beings.”
You smiled at him and turned around to pick up your phone, holding it up.
“I don’t like girly things or cute things very much, but I kept your gift because it was from you and, funnily enough, I think it made me realize that I was rejecting femininity because society puts such a negative connotation on things young women like and because my friends growing up were primarily male, thus I wanted to seem cool or relatable so I rejected stereotypically feminine concepts…”
“… What?”
Now it was a confused what.
“Uh, never mind,” you laughed awkwardly, putting your phone back on your nightstand. “Anyway, Jungkook, you made me realize things about myself, and I love being around you, but I thought a handsome guy like you would want to date a pretty girl, and I’m not really that.”
Jungkook furrowed his brows. “What are you talking about? You’re the prettiest girl in the world. No one could ever be prettier than you.”
You felt your neck heat. “Yo, don’t inflate my ego when it’s not the truth,” you chuckled sheepishly, waving a hand. “You’ve been drinking anyway. Alcohol makes everyone prettier.”
“It’s the truth.”
Was he drunk or were you drunk? Why was Jeon Jungkook getting closer?
“Would you really date me?”
You stared into those chocolate eyes and smiled.
“Yes, I would.”
And you leaned forward and kissed him.
His eyes widened, staring at you and you closed your eyes, pressing your lips to his, inhaling his scent, memories of hot summers and mirthful laughter filling your head, standing beside Jungkook and kicking Jimin and Taehyung’s ass at table tennis even though Jungkook was doing most of the work, finishing a movie together after Jimin and Taehyung had passed out on the couch on top of each other and talking excitedly about it until you both fall asleep, getting lamb skewers after Jimin and Taehyung went off to eat ramen in a huff, unable to agree on the same meal as a foursome, but it was fine, no, better than fine, perfect even.
Because you were with Jungkook.
You broke the kiss and opened your eyes, smiling at him.
He blinked slowly, looking down at you.
“Noona…”
His hand raised, fingers spreading out longingly. You quickly reached up and pushed it back down.
“Jungkook, I swear, I do want to touch you in a less than holy way, but maybe not when you’re wearing my dad’s clothes, including his underwear, because that’s really fucking weird.”
Jungkook looked down at the brown t-shirt and beige shorts. “Oh. Yeah. Right.”
“You know, come to think of it, I feel like Taehyung has slowly stolen Jimin from me over the years, so maybe this was fated…” you mumbled, remembering at the moments you had shared with Jungkook were because your other two friends had abandoned you.
“I feel you, sometimes I feel like a third wheel…”

“I’m so sleepy.”
“I’ll tuck you in first, but I’m going to get us some water so we don’t die tomorrow morning.”
“Ugh, Jimin, bring another pillow please.”
“Hah, fine, but you’re buying breakfast tomorrow…”

The sun shined through the curtains, warming up the naked bodies that were tangled in the satin sheets. Tom’s eyes fluttered open, immediately turning his bed to see his wife laying on his chest. He smiled and pushed back a piece of hair that was hanging in front of her face. Waking up next to Y/n was his favorite feeling because to him, she was the most beautiful person he had ever seen in his life. He moved a bit to get out of bed making her stir. Her eyes opened softly to look at him and smile. 
“Morning, love.” he said softly leaning in and giving her a peck. 
“Good morning, honey.” she chuckled and bit her lip while smiling widely. Tom stood up from the bed, his butt bare making Y/n giggle. He turned around with a questionable look while she layed back down on her pillow. 
“You have a nice butt.” she giggled making him roll his eyes and make his way towards their walk in closet. 
“Where are you going?” she groaned, sitting up in bed with her back against the headboard. 
“I have a meeting with the boys. Haz told me some things have been going missing on the ports.” 
“What things?” she asked with furrowed eyebrows. 
“That supply we were gonna send to Columbia last week.” He walked out butting up his shirt, then moving to his sleeves rolling them up. 
“But… Tom, that was the biggest supply this month.. we were gonna get a fortune.” Y/n said sitting up straighter. 
“Love, I know that. That’s why I need to find out what’s going on and who did this. I’m gonna be with the boys most of the day. I’ll see later.” Tom leaned down, gave his wife a long kiss and stepped out of the bedroom without uttering another word. Y/n started thinking about a possible plan that would help her husband and the whole company. She quickly got out of bed and went into the shower where her thoughts sort of became clearer. With a towel wrapped around her body she walked into her side of the closet. 
“What the hell am i gonna wear?” she asked herself with her arms crossed over her chest. She scanned her color coded closet and finally chose a short black Prada dress. It was tight around her curves and it had a small slight on the side to show part of her thigh. Y/n put her hair up to show off her collarbone and the diamond earrings Tom had just bought her. She put on her favorite pair of heels and made her way towards the meeting room. Her heels clacked on the marble floors as she strutted to the testosterone filled room. 
She pulled open the dark brown doors making every pair of eyes land on her. Of course, Y/n smirked and began to make her way to her husband, who was sitting at the end of the table with a whiskey in hand and his fingers rubbing his chin deep in thought. When she was half way there, she turned to the bartender. 
“Martin? I'll have my usual.” 
“Dry martini with two olives. Got it, boss.” he nodded and turned to start off her drink while she smiled, turning back to look at Tom. Finally, she stood next to him, making him look up at her. Tom looked back down and stared slowly at her thighs, her hips, the day the dress got extra tight at her waist, her breast that were shaped perfectly to him, her collarbone that he desired to kiss and bite at that very moment and last, but certainly not the least, her beautiful face that made him melt every single time he looked at it. 
“Darling, what are you doing here?” He asked, smirking at his wife who was smiling widely. 
“I thought I could give you some ideas, help you out a bit. What do you guys have so far? That’s if you do want my help, of course.” she said as she crossed her arms quickly looking to her right to see Martin with her drink in hand. 
“Thanks, Martin.” she muttered and took a sip while looking back at Tom. 
“I would love to hear what you have in mind. You know I always need your help, darling.” he smiled putting his hand on her thigh and moving it up and down making Y/n get goose bumps all over her body. 
“I need to know what you guys have first.” she smirked and drank another sip from her strong beverage. Tom looked at her and chuckled, sitting straight. 
“Okay, boys… let’s tell Mrs. Holland what we have, now.” he said, strongly making Y/n feel an undeniable tingly feeling on her covered core. The next 30 minutes were spent discussing the problems and the suspects. Of course, Harrison believed it was someone from the inside spilling out details on the supply’s destination. The only thing they seem to have left is a good hideout place to keep look out. Harrison brought over some files of properties close by to Y/n. She put her glass down and sat on the armrest of Tom’s chair making him put his hand on her hip. 
“You’re planning on buying this?” she asked with a questionable look with her head turned to her husband. 
“Yes, why? Do you not like it?” 
“Is not that i don’t like it.. is that…. they’ll find you before you move in. You have to be somewhere that no one's gonna expect you to be in.” Y/n said while looking at the different properties in front of her. She took the last sip from her martini and stood up, still looking at the papers. She walked around the table in silence, every single man following her with their eyes. 
“I hate this. This… this is… what the fuck are you thinking?” she exclaimed turning around to look at Tom who was looking at her with a straight face, waiting for her to explain herself. 
“You wanna spy on someone who’s probably stealing your shit and you wanna buy a 3 million dollar mansion to do it?” she scoffed and shook her head in disbelief as her husband stood up from his chair and slowly started walking towards Y/n. 
“You have to get a place that no one’s gonna expect. Get an abandoned apartment or something. Somewhere dirty and ugly.” Tom finally stood in front of her and grabbed her waist, pulling her towards him. 
“I love the way you think, darling. I like your idea.” he whispered and leaned in to give her a peck. 
“Of course you do, it’s the right one.” she said smiling which caused him to chuckle. 
“We’ll go with that. Harrison, get everything ready.” 
“If you want something done right, let a woman do it.” she said and grabbed his face to give him a quick kiss. She pulled away and started walking towards the door. 
“I have to go, check on my employees. I’ll call you later, honey.” and with that she left the room leaving every man speechless. Y/n walked to the living room where her driver was playing cards with the maids of the house. 
“Dylan, bring the car around.” 
“Yes, ma’am.” she quickly turned around and walked back to her room to get her purse and of course, her small golden gun. She walked outside towards the car where Dylan was holding the door open. 
“Where to, ma’am?” he asked before Y/n got into the car.
“You know that apartment building close to Le Royal?” 
“Yes.” 
“I need to go there, William is waiting for me.” the man nodded and she got into the car. The ride was silent but she was mostly talking to herself in her head. Thinking of what to say and what to do when she got there. The car came to a stop making her jolt out of her trance. The door opened showing Dylan with a small smile. 
“We’re here, ma’am.” he extended his hand to help Y/n out of the car. 
“Thanks, Dylan. Stay close, please.” 
“Sure thing, ma’am. Good luck in there.” he said, closing the car door. 
“Thank you.” she smiled putting on her Dior sunglasses and walking towards the door.  Y/n walked inside and got to the elevator, going to the last floor. When the doors opened her right hand man, William was waiting for her with a bloody fist. 
“Thanks for the help, William.” 
“Anytime, ma’am.” he nodded and she made her way to the long hallway that led to a wooden door. She opened the door and was met with a man tied to a chair and another chair in front of him. 
“I’m so sorry for the delay but i’m sure my right hand man kept you company. He’s a great conversation starter. I'm sure you guys had fun.” Y/n smiled sitting down on the chair and crossing her legs. The man lifted his head with his sweaty hair falling on his face and the blood coming from his lip, dripping down his chin. 
“Yeah, fun.” 
“Do you know who i am, John?” 
“Yeah.” he scoffed. 
“Okay, do you know what i’m gonna do to you?” the room filled with silence and Y/n chuckled at his nervousness. 
“Of course you don’t. I’ll tell you anyway though.” she said, uncrossing her legs and standing up. Finally in front of the man, she placed her hands on the armrest of the chair leaning in front of him. 
“You mess with my husband, you mess with me and our company. You're not gonna get out of this so easily.” she whispered in a low serious voice making the man’s breath shaky. 
“I’m gonna bash your skull with a metal bat until it has a hole in it. You got that?” the man stayed quiet, scared for his life. Y/n stood back up and smiled. 
“I’ll see you later, Johnny.” she said as she walked out of the room leaving the man screaming out her name over and over again. She walked down the familiar hallway again, getting into the elevator with William. 
“Let’s go, Will.” the elevator door closed, it started moving and then it opened at the 1st floor. Y/n walked out first and then William behind, Dylan was already holding the door open which caused her to smile. 
“Thank you, boys.” she said as she climbed into the back seat. When the door closed her phone ran, it was Tom. 
“Hey, baby.” 
“Hello, love. How’s everything going?” 
“Everything went smoothly. How bout you? Is the plan in motion?” 
“It is. Everything is being handled as we speak.” 
“Great! I have to meet up with some business partners I wanna negotiate with so i’ll get you when i get out okay?” 
“Alright, love. We’ll talk later. I love you.” 
“I love you too, honey.” she smiled and then hung up as the car came to a stop in front of Le Royal. It was a very famous hotel that had it’s very own casino with the same name. Dylan helped her out of the car and she made her way to the entrance with William right behind her. Her heels clacked on the marble floors of the hotel lobby. Everyone stared at her in awe, only people in the business knew who she really was and what she did. They walked to the casino side of the lobby and went up a long glass staircase. It led them to big white doors that led to a small waiting room with the secretary typing quickly on her computer. Y/n walked towards her and stood in front of the counter, making the woman look up from her device. 
“May i help you?” she asked in a bitchy tone which made Y/n go serious and angry. 
“Yes, I have a meeting with Mr. Matthews.” she said coldly, giving the woman a killing look. 
“Go ahead.” 
“Thanks.” she spit out, turning and walking towards the office. Once at the door, she knocked and waited for the man to give her mention to enter. 
“Come in!” screamed the man from inside alerting William to open to the door and letting Y/N walk in first. 
“Y/n Holland, welcome! It’s a pleasure to finally meet you.” the man smiled as he shook her hand and introduced himself to William after. 
“It’s nice to meet you, Adam. Thank you so much for agreeing to speak with me. I’ve heard nothing but good things about your business.” she said as she sat down in front of his desk and crossed her legs. 
“Same goes to you. You and your husband have left a really big impression on all of us.” 
“Oh, well thank you.” she chuckled as he leaned on his elbows on his desk. 
“So, what kind of business are we talking about?” 
“Oh well. I came here to offer you a deal.” 
“What kind of deal exactly?” he asked leaning back on his chair and crossing his legs. 
“I wanna buy the hotel.” she said seriously, making him laugh dryly and shake his head. 
“I’m not selling, Y/n.” 
“You didn’t let me finish.” he stopped laughing and moved his hand signaling her to continue. 
“I wanna buy so you can be in charge of everything while I'm gone. You’d report back to me or Tom. You’d get 25% of all income.” the room fell silent, Adam kept thinking about every single scenario of what would happen if he accepted. 
“What would I be doing, Y/n?” 
“We wanna use the casino for every exchange and to sell our little things that everyone seems to love. I assure you, Adam, you’re gonna get triple the clientele if they know what you’re gonna have.” he looked at her and scratched his eyebrow, standing up without another word. He made his way towards the glass windows, looking at the city below. Y/n played with her fingers, feeling nervous that maybe he didn’t want to go through with the deal. Even William knew she was nervous. After a few seconds, Adam turned around with his hands in his pockets, looked up and smiled. 
“You have yourself a deal Mrs. Holland.” he said, extending his hand for her to shake. She stood up quickly and grabbed it, shaking it. 
“Thank you so much, Adam. You won’t regret this.” 
“It was a pleasure doing business with you, Y/n. Call me anytime to schedule the first special casino night.” he said putting his other hand over hers. 
“Of course. I’ll call you tonight with my husband to schedule everything. Have a nice day, Mr. Matthews.” she smiled taking her hands out of his grasp and walking towards the door that William opened for her to walk out. They made their way downstairs to the lobby when Y/n came to an immediate stop. 
“Is everything alright, ma’am?” William asked, standing in front of her. 
“I don’t know if you know but I kind of have a sixth sense, Will. I don’t trust that man.” she said rummaging through her purse. 
“What are you gonna do?” 
“I need you to go to the main office of this building and plug this in into one of the computers.” Y/n whispered holding up a small pendrive. 
“While you’re doing that i’ll be having a couple drinks at the bar, just looking around. Checking what I have to work with.” she said looking around. 
“I can’t do that, ma’am. Mr. Holland gave me direct orders to not leave your side.” 
“Well he’s not here right now, William. I won’t rat you out okay? But please, get me that information.” she said turning to him while taking off her glasses and giving him pleading eyes. He sighed and nodded making Y/n squeal. 
“Thank you, thank you. I’ll be in the bar, find me when you’re done okay?” 
“Alright.” he said and turned walking towards the back doors of the lobby. 
30 minutes went by when William finally walked out. He turned the corner and saw his boss drinking her martini while looking at the ceiling, the walls, the employees, the bar countertop and the alcohol bottle in front of her. Every detail was important for her, to think of different ways to work with that place. 
“Mrs. Holland.” William said breaking Y/n’s trance. She looked at him and smiled as he held up the pendrive she had given him.
“Is it there?” she asked, getting down from the bar stool. 
“Every last bit, ma’am.” he said, giving it to her. She chuckled and patted him on the chest. 
“Good job, Will. Let’s go home.” Y/n said and walked towards the exit of the hotel where Dylan was already waiting in the car. 
When they arrived at the mansion, Y/n walked straight to her bedroom where Tom was taking a shower. She took off her heels so he wouldn’t hear her walk in, unzipped her dress and tied her hair up, slowly making her way to the bathroom. The shower door was foggy but she could still see her husband’s silhouette. Y/n pushed it open and stepped in quickly. She placed her hand on his back making him jump and quickly turn around. 
“Sorry to scare you.” she whispered, making him sigh in relief. 
“It’s alright, darling.” he said as he grabbed her waist and pulled her towards him. They looked at each other’s eyes for a while until he leaned in and kissed her passionately. She pulled away and leaned her forehead against his. 
“Did you get it?” he whispered, making her smile.
“Yeah, all of it.” she whispered back knowing exactly what he was talking about. Tom chuckled and grabbed her face, pulling her into a long kiss. She wrapped her arms around her neck while he moved his to her waist. Suddenly, he grabbed her ass cheek, moving her against the wall. Both of them feeling content about they’re new multi million dollar deal.

Talks, Teases and Tea
Warnings: I can’t think of any. They’re just talking about boundaries and lightly teasing and tickling ech other. Brief Ler!Aizawa and Lee!Hizashi with implied Lee!Toshinori. About 2500 words.
Kanene’s notes: Heya! I’ve been wanting to finish this fic for a while! I wanted to write a bit more about it because it is an interesting scenario but dfghjdfghjr I was already losing the tracks with this quite long fic, so, yay! I am glad I am finally sharing this w u all <3. I hope u like this ^v^

Toshinori winced at his own smile, staring at the cup of tea in front of him with an intensity that wasn't really needed. His gaze flicked quickly across the two guests in the room, analysing the situation. Aizawa drank his tea slowly, partly oblivious to Hizashi, who kept drumming his finger on the tabletop in a rhythm he was sure he heard somewhere, humming a song. Their gazes locked together and Toshinori couldn't help the slight blush which traveled to his cheeks. They quickly averted their eyes.
Aizawa's loud, exasperated sigh flew across the room. "You two are ridiculous."
Hizashi and Toshinori broke down in giggles, not really denying the black haired teacher words, the acknowledgement of how they, professional heroes trained to act through the nervousness and pressure, just spent minutes deviating glares and blushing like teenagers in love making them only laugh harder.
"It's kind of silly, isn't it?" Yagi was the first to get himself together, softly smiling under Shouta's intense eyes.
"Yes." The aforementioned retorted. "But it's necessary."
"We can't say it isn't even a bit awkward, though." Hizashi contemplated, stirring a spoon on his untouched drink. His smile became wicked as he wiggled his fingers in front of Aizawa's face. "Aren't you nervous about sharing your deepest desires with us, Shou?"
He yelped as the other batted his hand away, scoffing, not unkindly. "Stop, you're scaring Toshinori."
The attention switched to the taller one. Showing vulnerability was difficult to all of them, but to the former number one hero it sometimes felt as if he would never be able to fully do it.
He was working on that.
"Oh, shit, sorry,  I didn't mean to."
"It's okay, Hizashi-san." Yagi scratched at his neck, wondering if the hot feeling painting his cheeks would ever disappear. "I wouldn't be here if I didn't trust you with it." His grin was small, but honest.
Aizawa did his best to not get up from his chair and hide Toshinori on his capture weapon before he killed him with cuteness, just as he did with his cats. At his side, Hizashi made a show of placing his hands on his chest and crying "My heart!" dramatically as if he just got shot. All Might's face got even redder.
"Right." The erasure hero started before his urge became stronger. "Let's start with a safeword."
"Right." Yagi beamed, getting a small notepad in hands and hurrying to find a blank space on it. 
He looked up when no more suggestions filled the air, only to find a very amused green gaze staring right at him as the other grumbled something about not being awake enough for that and stole Hizashi's tea. "Toshi, dear, what are you doing?"
"I'm, uh, actually I…" He cleaned his throat. "My memory is kind of bad so I was wondering that I could, maybe, take notes?”
"Will they be coded?"
"Yes."
“Then I don’t care. Do what works for you.”
"Oooh," Yamada popped in, hands resting on the tabletop as his body inclined forward. "Clever! Such a clever idea! Can you teach it to me later? And let me take pictures?"
"O-of course, Hizashi-san."
Shouts huffed, amused. "You know he will use all that information against you, right?"
"Shhh! Shou, don’t expose my evil plan!"
"Maybe we could use the Spotlight system?" Yagi cut their bickering, knowing the lengths they could take their playfulness and he really doubted he would have the courage to finish this conversation another day.
"Bo-o-ring! We should choose something more unique and new! Something more like..." The blonde's eyes suddenly gathered a dangerous glint. "I am here."
"No."
"Absolutely not."
"No, no, no, Toshinori-san, hear me out, hear me out!" His words almost couldn't be understood across his crackles, the voice hero trying to make the Number One hero to stop hiding his face, knowing that any attempt of reasoning about this with Aizawa would be quickly ignored. "Think about it! Think carefully about it!"
The called one peaked between the fingers of the hand, opening his mouth to vehemently protest against the use of his hero persona’s trademark phrase, but then, in that exact moment Yamada pointed to Shouta.
Suddenly, a very clear image of his gloomy, reserved coworker, with a gigantic smile plastered on his face shouting "I am here!" between his frantic, low laughter filled his mind.
He took a steady breath.
"I am tempted," was his final verdict.
"Yes!"
"I refuse."
"Democracy is really a bitch isn't it?" Hizashi pouted in fake empathy. "I promise I won't tease you... too much."
"I can and will kill you both before that. I am an underground hero, I have my ways."
Yagi chuckled. "I still believe we could use the spotlight system, too. It's faster."
"Noo, Toshinori-san! We were almost winning!"
Aizawa flicked him on the forehead, lips quirking upwards before he sobered. "We also need a word to signal a need for a break and a non verbal one. That is not negotiable."
Hizashi blinked, red dusking his initially confident expression. "Oh, yeah, this is actually a very good idea."
"For the non verbal we could tap out?"
"Nope. I trash around too much, probably would do this without even realizing it…" How could Yamada talk so freely about this, Yagi would never truly understand. "Ah, I know! We could just snap our fingers!” He was fast to demonstrate his words. “Quick and easy!"
"And we could use Break as the other one, everyone agrees?" Aizawa nodded at the affirmative sounds said by the others. "Good. Bondage?"
Silence.
"I am… not very comfortable with it as the ler, but…" Hizashi drummed his fingers harder on the tabletop, stopping only when Aizawa gave his mug back, happy in occupying his antsy hands with it. "Sometime... When I am in a strong Lee mood, I like the light ones?"
"Always ask before, then." Yagi smiled kindly at him before scribbling that down. "Shouta-san?"
"Yes. Just not my arms."
"Right."
"And you Toshinori-san?"
The pencil stopped for a second. Yagi chuckled nervously. 
"...I don't really know."
He couldn't describe it. That not quite quite, but definitely there, feeling that accommodated on his chest everytime he thought about it.
"It's okay." Yamada reassured. "It's never too late to discover and try it! When you feel comfortable enough to do that, of course. Also, don’t forget: just one word and we will stop."
"This talk is important exactly because of that."
Warmth filled Yagi’s chest at care and the safety that flowed from each act, each word from the other two.
"Of course." His tune then became serious. When did he get so soft in the first place? "And, if any of your preferences change, warn me. This needs to be comfortable for all of us, right?"
"Will do."
Shouta hummed in agreement.
"Okay. Aaand what about petnames?"
Suddenly, Yagi was very, very happy for having that conversation in person and not through shy, quick messages in their shared group - how he first intended for it to be,- because otherwise he wouldn't have had the gold opportunity to watch how fast Aizawa’s face was able to blush entirely with a single sentence.
The Erasure Hero lifted his gaze, gave a quick glance between Hizashi’s smug expression and Toshinori’s truly awed one and immediately shrunk on his chair, arms crossed and grumpy grubbles being chewed under his breath, the red on his features still shining brightly. 
“Fuck.” Both of the other two integrants in the room snickered at the curse.
“Baaabeee.~”
“Shut up. I hate you.”
“My deeear, my adorably, adorable blushy toyy.~”
Shouta twitched in his place, an uncontrollable wobbly smile opening its way to his lips, butterflies jumping and dancing non stop on his stomach. He shrunk even further on the chair, refusing to hide his face only because he knew how much of a fuel that would be for both blondes.
(And, maybe because deep down, he liked the attention he was receiving.) 
“I am going to leave.”
“Aww, why? The serious, grumpy Shouta can’t stand letting his bestest friends knowing that he is actually a soft, adorable, flustered-” at each adjective Hizashi ignored the other’s - admitelly fake - sharp gaze in order to poke his stomach with every word. “-little wiggle lee?”
It took just a blink of an eye. In a second Yamada was tormenting him, having an absolute blast with the way Shouta’s blush was travelling all the way to his neck, chest shaking with his attempts to trap the bubbling giggles inside, and, on the other, the underground hero used their proximity to grab the Voice Hero’s hand and twist him so the blond would be trapped on his arms, a surprised high pitched sound flying the air.
“I would be very careful with my next words, if I were you.” The black haired hero adjusted them so his low tune would hit directly Hiazhi’s unprotected, and also very sensitive, ears, that act alone being able to fish more whining noises from the blond.
“And you.” Toshinori couldn’t help the way his soft smile turned into a nervous one when those black, deep eyes stared directly on the bottom of his soul, the redness of his face taking some of the sharpness of his words, however. “Don’t think you’re out of danger just because there is a table between us. We know I’m faster.”
“I wouldn’t dream about it, Shouta-san.” Yagi replied with an amused placating gesture, his entire face filled with softness. “I was just appreciating how considerate and attentive it was from Hizashi-san’s part to bring up such an important topic and also how great it was for you to let him have some fun before your immediate reaction.”
He watched with a sweet interest and a polite faked confusion, as if he couldn’t understand the impact his words and the implications they held, as their faces were set on flames again with his blunt honesty. 
“You’re on thin fucking ice.”
“I have no idea what you’re talking about, Shouta-san!” The former number one hero chipped before innocently writing down a few more lines on his notes.
“Yagi-san!” Yamada whined. “I thought we were a team! Partners in crime! Two forces that gathered together to bring Shouta down. How could you betray me like that?!”
Toshinori just grinned free of any guilt, not taking long before he sobered again. “Is there, however, any nickname you’re not comfortable with, Shouta-san, Hizashi-san?”
The one with vivid green eyes seemed lost in thought for a moment, so the underground hero’s grumbles were easily noticed in the sudden silence.
“Just don’t call me any variation of ‘pet’ and you’ll be fine.”
“Thank you.” Toshinori replied, writing that information down as well.
“Oh, yeah, I just remembered something. It’s not really a nickname and more of a situation? I think it can be called that?” Hizashi cocked his head to the side, fingers tapping on the temple of his glasses. “I mean, it’s not the topic here and I can wait for when talk about it, of course! I just literally remembered it-”
“Hizashi. Spill it.”
“Right. Okay. Hm, don’t call for help while we’re at it?”
Shouta furrowed his eyebrows, not really getting the reason for the wish. His gaze found Yagi’s one and found confusion there as well, however both were quick to let it be buried  away by understanding.
If Hizashi wanted to share his reasoning in the future, he would. It was not in their place to question his boundaries.
“Of course, dear.”
Hizashi could barely describe the warm, nice feeling filling his chest when he heard Toshinori calling him that, immediately melting when Aizawa gave his back a few light scratches, not enough to tickle, but just the nice tad of a good, comforting gesture.
“Softies, softies. All of you.” He sing sang cheerfully at them.
A squeeze on his tummy made a loud squeal cut any other teasing he might come up with. “I can show Yagi how soft you can be.” Aizawa purred, his hands slowly crawling to strategic, ticklish spots on his belly and thighs. 
“Shouta. Shouta, wait! Y-you know I was only kidding, my dear, my sunshine, my old pal, my very kind, very, very forgiving friend!” Yamada’s wiggles become stronger, titters spilling from his lips in between his pleas, body squirming and trying to escape from the other’s still strong hold.
“Don’t think you will able to escape so easily, not after the whole ‘petnames’ topic you decided to bring up.” His titters evolved to fast giggles when Aizawa decided it would be a good idea to place surprising pokes and prodding on his skin. “Also, a serious, sad face doesn’t fit you.”
“We stihihill have to finish the conversation!” Aizawa hummed, not convinced. “Yagi, my hero, tell him!”
Toshinori wouldn’t point himself as a coward, really. He had faced and battled against all kinds of villains with a reassuring smile and a booming laughter on the tip of his tongue, he had survived a meeting with Nedzu and Gran Tourino’s training.
However, as Aizawa’s smirk was thrown in his direction in sync with a sharp, playful gaze, he couldn’t stop the excited squeak that escaped from his mouth.
Also, at the scene of a previously smug Yamada giggling himself silly and staring at him with a fake pout, maybe he couldn’t help but feel a little playful, as well. Besides, even though he would deny it until his end days, Yagi knew how much soft Aizawa truly was when it came to the people he cared about, therefore the underground hero would be careful to not cross any of the blond’s boundaries. 
“Oh, my, it seems like the tea is cold.” He got up, gathering the cups on his arms. “Maybe we could take a deserved break before discussing the rest of the topics, right? I will make more tea.” And he grinned, light and innocently, at Hizashi’s energetic protests, which grew more less like words and more like a mess of laughter, snorts and giggles as the tallest friend directed himself to the kitchen.
After a few more minutes of tickles, Aizawa stared at the smiley mess on his hold with a dangerous shine on his eyes.
“You’re really a tickle monster, aren’t you?” Hizashi chuckled.
“It’s not my fault that he really believes he can escape from the same fate of yours.”
Yamada huffed a laugh, lightly smacking his arms. “Go. But soon enough I will catch my breath, so don’t forget to watch your back. ~”
Aizawa gave his hips a warning pinch before snorting as he got up, looking at the kitchen’s direction with a smirk on his face. “Good luck with that.”
Needless to say, they had a very giggly break.

The next morning, you woke up with your cheek still squished to Satoru's chest and your leg draped over him. He was asleep and lightly snoring. You marveled at him: his soft and fair skin, his silky and messy hair, and oh god his toned body. The way you felt looking at him right now reminded you of the first time you met him and were captivated by him. It was your first year at Jujutsu High and Satoru was a third year. He was assigned to be your mentor and look out for you, the main reason being that the higher-ups had an eye on you, suspicious of your inexplicable strength. You were meeting in the courtyard and your impression as he walked towards you was that he was a giant; he's well over six feet! As you came to face each other, he had to look down to make eye contact with you which made you pout.
"Wow, Y/N! You're like a foot shorter than me."
The choppy laugh he let out annoyed you a bit and you stood there, staring at him in silence.
"Gojo Satoru. I'll be your mentor and guardian from now on!"
He reached out his hand for you to shake. You took his in yours and firmly gripped it, feeling his calluses and thinking this man works hard. His thumb lightly rubbed over the back of your hand and you quickly retracted yours, putting it back to your side, feeling a bit flustered.
"Gojo-san-"
"Call me Senpai."
You rolled your eyes, adding to your unamused expression while he snickered. You called him by the honorific with a bit of a hiss.
"Senpai, I don't need a guardian. I can take care of myself."
He shook his head and leaned forward to be at eye-level with you, putting his hands on your shoulders. A small vein on your forehead popped out from your irritation because of his patronizing behavior but then you caught a glimpse of his eyes above his pitch-black lenses. You had already known of the Six Eyes but they were even more beautiful and intense in person. They held the sparkling ocean, or maybe it's the sky, and thin clouds passed through them. You turned to ice, feeling mesmerized by him and his presence.
"I'm sure you can but it isn't just cursed spirits you need to be wary of. There are sorcerers that don't have good intentions for you too."
Noticing that you were in a bit of a daze, assumedly from his presence, he chuckled and put his arm around you and began walking.
"Well, don't worry. I'll be the best mentor and guardian. Ora. I'll show you around the campus."
That marked the beginning of a crush that lasted 4 1/2 years. It would've been 5 and maybe longer, but six months ago when you started your second year in college and Satoru started his fourth and last year, you met Sukuna who was in his last year as well.
Your reminiscing was cut short when Satoru began to stir, transitioning from dreaming to awakening. A groggy and throaty noise escaped from his mouth when he outstretched his arms and legs. Slowly opening his empyrean eyes, you perked up when his met yours. He smiled and spoke with a deep and sleepy voice that you found erotic.
"Hm? Have you been waiting for me to wake up?"
"No, no. I woke up not too long ago."
You stammered, not wanting him to know you spent the last several minutes ogling him in his sleep. You both sat up and Satoru began looking for his phone.
"What time is it?"
You unlocked your phone and held it up to his face so he could see the time.
"SHIT! 9 AM!? I was supposed to be in Osaka at 8 for a mission. Yaga's going to kill me."
Satoru hopped out of bed and frantically looked for his clothes, tearing the sheets up and looking under the bed. He found them and hurriedly put them on. You spotted his phone on the floor and picked it up to hand it to him.
"What's the mission?"
"Exorcising curses responsible for the many incomplete domains and missing people in the area."
"Sounds like fun! Can I come?"
"Sorry, sweets. I have to go alone since it's a field assignment for class. I'll be back in a few days. Wait for me?"
He gave you a peck on the cheek and patted the top of your head. You looked puzzled, pondering what he meant by 'wait for me' but before you got the chance to ask or even say goodbye, he had warped away.
Does he want me to wait in my room until he gets back? No, that can't be it. Ugh. I don't get it.
You went back under the covers and stared at the ceiling, sighing as you began to feel lonely. You opened up your contacts list on your phone and scrolled through the names, wondering who you should hit up to hang out with. You winced as you slowly passed by Sukuna's name; you pressed on his contact and was about to hit BLOCK but then an incoming call with his name on it took over your screen. The screen became blurry and your heart began to beat against your chest. Not knowing what to do, you waited there until the call went to voicemail but a few seconds after the ringing had stopped, he was calling again.
Don't answer it. There's nothing important he has to say to you.
Your hand holding your phone was shaking and you gave yourself a pep talk to be strong but you'd be lying if you said you didn't want to talk to him. If you answered, you hoped he would grovel at your feet and beg you for your forgiveness. But then what would you do? What would you want to happen afterward? You rid your head of the hypothetical situation and blocked his number after his second call went to voicemail. He had left one this time.
"Y/N, I know you don't want to talk to me or see me but I'm begging you, please give me a chance to explain. If you're truly done with me, can't we at least talk so I can get closure? Call me back. I love you."
Your heart skipped a beat when you heard him say he loves you. He had only said it a handful of times when you were still together. You tossed your phone to the other side of the room and brought the covers over your face.
“You love me, but you cheated on me? Why do you need closure, you idiot?”
You huffed in annoyance but then tears were escaping from the corners of your eyes. You grabbed the pillow Satoru used and buried your face in it, holding it to your chest tightly. His lingering scent made you feel a little better but you still sobbed into the pillow until you fell asleep.

The next week, after doing nothing except sleeping and sulking, you decided to go out to the club tonight for a few drinks and music so loud you wouldn't be able to hear your thoughts. You didn't have club attire so you pulled up in black cargo pants, a black tube top, and black platform boots and luckily, it barely made the dress code and the bouncer let you in. As soon as you stepped inside, you felt the stale air from all of the people crowded together. You squished in between some and pushed your way through others to get to the bar. Once you finally made it, you took a seat and ordered a strawberry margarita. Every so often, someone took a seat beside you to try and talk to you but you rebuffed each one with just a wave of your hand without even giving them a glance.
Three margaritas later and you were feeling tipsy, thinking now is a good time for a cigarette. Stepping out of the stuffy club into fresh air, you pulled out a fresh pack and checked your purse and all of your pockets for a lighter, sighing when you didn't have one. You timidly began to ask the people around you but were out of luck because they either didn't have one or they wanted something in return for it. Unsuccessful in your pursuit, you took a seat at one of the tables with your unlit cigarette between your lips. You sighed, your elbow on the table and your hand supporting your head up, using your other one to scroll through your phone.
"Do you need a light?"
You stiffened knowing whose voice it was and you slowly turned your head up to see Sukuna standing before you, a smile with a hint of mal intent on his face. Shaken up and unsure of what to say, he used the pause to take a seat in front of you and he pulled out a lighter. You leaned in and your eyes locked onto each other’s as he lit your cigarette. Seeing your doe eyes ignited something in him and you saw a mischievous glint in his. Feeling uneasy, you closed your eyes and took a deep drag.
So unlucky.
"You're the last person I thought I'd see at the club. And alone too?"
"I was bored and needed to get out of my apartment. That's all."
"You look beautiful tonight."
Caught off guard by his compliment, you bit your lip to keep yourself from smiling, reminding yourself why you two aren't together anymore in the first place. His hand moved towards your face and you flinched a bit, but he gently brushed some strands of your hair behind your ear. You looked down feeling disconcerted, his slight touch sending a chill through you. You inhaled deeply, taking another drag and beginning to feel lightheaded from the alcohol you drank earlier even more.
"Thanks."
That was all you were able to mutter out. You felt awkward and didn't want to say anything at all. The feeling was intensified when Sukuna put his knee between your legs, rubbing it against your thigh. He loved teasing you in public places. He held his hand out over the table for you to grab. You apprehensively took it and he brought your hand close to his face and kissed the back of it. He then set your hand on the table, putting his over yours. You stared at him as blush formed across your cheeks, overwhelmed by his presence. He smirked at your docility.
"You haven't been answering my calls or texts. Did you block me?"
You quietly answered.
"I did."
He shook his head in dissatisfaction.
"That's mean, princess. You don't know how much I've missed you."
He moved his knee farther in between your legs so it was lightly brushing against your cunt. He hummed in amusement when he felt your warmth, the desire in his eyes tempting you. You focused on keeping your cool but you were slowly losing your inhibitions. You hadn't seen him in a couple of weeks and for a little while, you forgot what he looked like. But even in the dim light, you could see his features perfectly: his pink hair and undercut that you loved ruffling, his tattoos that you would trace over with your fingertips, his build under your small hands, and his aura that hypnotizes you. He cheated on you but that doesn't mean a hook-up was out of the question, right? You took a drag and puffed the smoke out, deciding to shift away from him and your rash ideas. You were brought back from your thoughts when a woman approached you two.
"Hi, baby!"
You tensed up hearing the woman speaking sweetly to Sukuna. She wore a white off-the-shoulder dress and looked elegant, contrasting the full-on black streetwear you had on. Feeling a tad jealous, you wondered if she was more his type than you were. They exchanged a kiss and you turned your head discreetly and cringed. You had a look of disappointment on your face that changed to a more friendly expression when she greeted you. Sukuna introduced you to each other but your cloudy thoughts didn’t let you catch her name. You tried your best to wear a polite smile though you really wanted to scream in anger or cry in dejection.
"You go ahead inside. I'll be there in a little bit."
He gave her a kiss on the cheek and then she scurried away, waving goodbye to the both of you. Sukuna then slowly turned to face you and you squinted at him with disgust. Before he got the chance to speak, you stood up to leave.
"I have to go."
"Wait, Y/N. She's no one."
Your thoughts were in a flurry, wondering how he could even say that after they had just kissed in front of you. Feeling disrespected, you scoffed at his absurd statement.
"Looks like I'm interrupting something. You don't have to lie to me anymore. We're done, remember?"
"You're the love of my life, Y/N. I'm only hanging out with her because I'm lonely and I don't have you around."
Tired of his nonsense, you took one last, long drag, finishing the cigarette and blowing the smoke in his face. You dropped the stoge to the floor, extinguishing the flame by rubbing it into the ground with your foot. Your face was hot with fury and intensity lined your voice.
"You missed me so you started seeing someone else? Do you hear how ridiculous you sound? I don't want to talk to you. I don't want to see you. I don't want anything to do with you. Okay? You cheated on me. You hurt me. You replaced me. We're finished."
You made a sound of disgust and turned your back to him, beginning to walk away. But he stood up after you and roughly caught your wrist, pulling you to his Herculean chest. The smell of his cologne was intoxicating and the warmth he radiated made you want to close the distance between you two but you reminded yourself he was already here with someone. Regardless of what he feels, his actions say something entirely different. You wanted to push him away but he spoke with a harsh tone that stopped you in your tracks.
"No, princess. Don't you know how much that hurts me?"
Sukuna looked down on you, scrutinizing you. He didn't want to get aggressive but he had lost his patience and he hated not getting his way. His dark stare brought a bit of fear to your eyes but you were enticed as well. The energy around him exuded sinful intentions and though your fight or flight response triggered, it exhilarated you more than anything. He leaned over to whisper in your ear, his voice deep and breathy.
"It's cute how defiant you're being but I think what you really want is to be taken for it in the back of my car right now."
His crass words were provoking you into submission. He leaned back and took hold of your chin between his thumb and index finger, tilting your head towards him and wearing a malevolent grin for you. His demeanor made you feel small and he knew it aroused you. He lightly pressed his lips against yours and hummed in contentment as you didn’t resist.
"I missed my little girl."
Stunned by the dominating air around him, you didn't kiss him back but you mindlessly followed him as he led you out of the patio area and to his car, his grip on your wrist still rough.
"Let's make up for lost time."
As you neared the vehicle, your thoughts began to flood. You knew this was a bad idea; your soul willed to reject him but your flesh was weak. You hadn't stopped missing Sukuna since you broke up and you wanted him so badly in this moment. You tried to justify it by telling yourself this was the last time for old time's sake and then you would really be finished with him. Your contemplation then transitioned to a vision of his date and you began to feel guilty, wondering how she would feel if she knew how low Sukuna could get. You almost brushed the thought off thinking Sukuna was yours in the first place but once he was about to open the door for you, Satoru's voice echoed in your head.
"Wait for me?"
Awakening from your stupor, you gasped and snatched your wrist back from Sukuna, Satoru's words finally making sense. You were dismayed at yourself as you almost traded your dignity for a little fling. You exhaled deeply and covered your face, tears collecting in your eyes. Ignoring the heartache in your chest, you steeled your resolve.
"I can't do this. If you really love me, you'd want what's best for me. And you're just not that. Not anymore."
His domineering presence disappeared and a bit of desperation was laced in his voice as he realized that you were no longer under his spell.
"Princess, please. I’ll do anything to atone."
"Save it for your next love."
You said it sharply but your chest ached as if you had just stabbed yourself with your own words. Tears ran down your face as you gave him a parting hug, cherishing for a few seconds the comfort you felt in his arms. You fit perfectly with him, his embrace on you snug yet tight and his chin resting on the top of your head. Not able to handle another second with him without sobbing, you teleported away. Sukuna stood there speechless, your warmth had left him and the rejection defeated him.

Once Satoru came back from his mission, he took you out to eat. He sat across from you at the maid cafe he suggested you both go to, though he insisted it wasn't because of the outfits, rather it was because of their delicious desserts. He ordered a crepe filled with strawberries and bananas, topped with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar, and strawberry and vanilla ice cream on the side. Your eyes grew in size at the sickly sugary and loaded confection and your sweet tooth ached for it.
"Why couldn't you have gotten me my own crepe?"
"I got the biggest size so we could share! You wouldn't have been able to finish one on your own anyway, sweets."
You shrugged and quieted your protests. Eating a spoonful of the sweet course, you closed your eyes and hummed in delight. Satoru smiled warmly watching you eat and then followed suit.
"How was the mission?"
“A cakewalk. I thought it’d be a little challenging because of the volume of incomplete domains but a first-grade sorcerer would’ve been sufficient. What’d you do while I was gone?”
You were in awe at his coolness and confidence he effortlessly exuded. But at his question, you let out a long exhale and rested your chin on your knuckles.
“I went to a club and saw Sukuna with a girl. She called him baby and they kissed right in front of me."
"Ouch."
He made a straight face and pursed his lips. You were apprehensive to tell him what happened next, but you weren’t one to lie or keep things from others. You sighed again, anxiously moving fruit around the plate with your fork.
"Worst of all, he tried to seduce me and it almost worked."
He leaned forward in interest, raising his eyebrow and looking at you intently. You nervously met his gaze, unsure of what he thought about the situation.
"Almost?"
"My mind was all over the place debating whether I should or not but I decided not to because I remembered you telling me to wait for you."
He chuckled haughtily and patted you on the head endearingly. You winced at his reaction, his unpredictability confusing you as usual.
"I said wait for me? I meant that I'd be back soon. I'm flattered you thought I didn't want you having sex with anyone else. Though that isn't my decision to make, is it?"
Your palm met your forehead, feeling a little foolish at your misinterpretation of his words. Though you couldn’t be sure that that was what he really meant. Regardless, you didn't want to seem desperate for him.
"Well, whatever. Hooking up with him would've been a mistake."
He nodded, taking a spoonful of crepe, fruit, and ice cream and holding it up to your mouth to feed you. You gladly accepted it, looking up at him and making eye contact as your lips slipped off of the spoon. He returned your lusty stare, telling you that he knew what was on your mind.
"Is this… a date?"
You innocently asked him, not wanting to get the wrong idea of his company.
"Yeah, it is."
You were surprised at the seriousness of his tone. Usually, he teased you by skirting around these kinds of questions.
"And I want to ask you out on another date tonight. Suguru is throwing a party! Everyone will be there. Let's go together."
"That sounds like a lot of fun, but you should go without me. I'm assuming 'everyone' includes Sukuna too."
A look of disapproval was shown on your face at his proposition and he pouted, voicing his objection.
"He might be there but what does it matter? Are you scared of him?"
You sighed in exasperation, knowing this was a bad idea. But you had already stood up to him twice now. Surely you could do it again if a confrontation happened. Though you would prefer not to put yourself in a situation like that at all, you didn’t want his mere presence to influence your actions. You pushed the plate of dessert towards Satoru to signal you were full and done eating. He happily ate the rest. You conceded to him.
"Fine."
"Yay! I'll pick you up at 9 then."

Later that night, Satoru arrived at your apartment an hour behind schedule. You were laying on your bed, hanging off the edge of it upside down when he walked in. He was wearing a fitted white dress shirt that you could easily see his muscular figure in and he had the first couple of buttons undone. Your eyes widened at his attractive appearance and you felt completely underdressed in your colorful shirt, baggy corduroy pants, and platform converse.
"Oh. It's that kind of party?"
His eyes lowered at your outfit and he frowned.
"I had a feeling you didn't have the right clothes for the occasion so I bought you something."
He handed you a black mini dress with spaghetti straps for you to wear. You took it and examined it, trying to decide if you liked it or not.
"You didn’t need to do that. It's not really something I'd buy for myself."
"At least try it on. Please? You can wear your platform boots with them."
You compromised and asked him to look away while you changed but he pretended not to hear you.
"Oh and Y/N? Don't wear a bra."
Your eyebrows scrunched and you pouted at him but you undressed down to your panties anyway. Satoru was obviously checking you out and you saw him lick his lips from the corner of your eye. He scanned you up and down, taking a bit more time viewing your breasts and ass that your panties couldn’t fully cover. You slipped on the dress and it fit a little too well, accentuating your curves and falling right at mid-thigh. After putting your platforms on, you looked at yourself in the mirror, content that you had at least one piece of clothing you were comfortable in.
Satoru came up behind you and hugged you, admiring your figure in the garment he had purchased just for you. His hands trailed the curve of your waist to your hips slowly while he pressed his lips against your ear, lightly licking your earlobe.
"You look delicious, sweets."
Taking one last look at yourself in the dress, and in his arms, you closed your eyes in satisfaction, your heart fluttering. He then grabbed your hand and led you out of the apartment to his car. After putting the key in the ignition, he drove fast, speeding recklessly towards Suguru’s residence. His driving unsettled you, but you were comforted when his hand moved to your thigh, giving it a squeeze. The drive was short and once you got there, you were on edge knowing Sukuna would see you tonight and would undoubtedly approach you. Your thoughts were interrupted when Satoru opened the car door for you and put his hand out for you to grab.
"You're welcome for the dress, by the way."
You turned your head and made a ‘hmph’ sound but then you batted your eyelashes at him and blushed, taking his hand and following his lead. Once you were inside and in view of your friends, you and Satoru unclasped hands, in silent agreement that you didn't want them to think anything was going on between you two yet.
"Fashionably late as usual. And Y/N! We haven't seen you in forever."
Suguru said as he lightly shoved Satoru. Suguru then embraced you tightly, picking you up and twirling you around. You yelped and Shoko came to your rescue, picking you out of his arms and giving you a tight hug as well. They both became straight-faced and asked how you were doing after the breakup. You chuckled nervously, putting your hand behind your head.
"I'm doing fine. Is Sukuna here already?"
"I haven't seen him yet. But wow! I've never seen you in a dress before. You look great."
Shoko nodded in agreement but then snickered after she surveyed you in the dress.
"Is it cold in here?"
Pointing to your nipples that were poking through your garment. Satoru and Suguru’s eyes fell to your chest and they both grinned. You instantly reddened and put your head down, calling them out.
"Stop looking!"
The three of them laughed endearingly while you crossed your arms over your chest to cover it. Shoko pulled you to the side while Suguru and Satoru began conversing with each other about their last missions.
"Seriously, Y/N. Are you okay? I heard Sukuna cheated on you and he's been seeing someone else already."
You sighed, a bit upset that your business was probably known by everyone by now.
"I saw them together at the club last week. It was terrible. Sukuna came with her but we almost hooked up in the back of his car while she was at the bar."
Shoko grimaced at the awkward situation. She put her arm around you to comfort you and you leaned into her.
"I just wanted to warn you that he'll probably show up with her tonight. And what about Satoru? You two are hanging out again?"
"Yeah, I'm slowly trying to reconnect with everyone I disappeared on when I started dating Sukuna."
She smiled knowing she'd be seeing you more often. Satoru and Suguru argued about who knows what but they resolved it quickly and rejoined your conversation.
"Well, you two should go grab a drink! Let's catch up later."
Suguru nudged you both in the direction of the alcohol. They had almost every kind but the only hard liquor you could keep down was tequila. Satoru knew that and had already poured you a shot.
"I'm only having a couple of drinks since I'm driving. I'll take care of you though."
"I can handle my alcohol, thank you very much."
You both said cheers and clinked shot cups. Downing the bitter drink, you made a face of disgust, wanting to cough it up. He then skillfully made two margaritas for both of you to sip on. You chugged it instead and Satoru furrowed his eyebrows at you, thinking he would definitely need to look out for you tonight despite your earlier protest.
"Do you wanna dance?"
You nodded and he led you into the dark room only dimly lit by red LED lights on the ceiling though you could see his intense eyes holding the heavens clearly. The faint light made the atmosphere erotic. He pulled you closer to him, his hand on the small of your back, and you awkwardly did a two-step dance. The unsynchronized movement didn’t fit with the music so he turned you around so your ass was on his crotch. He had to bend his knees a considerable amount because of your height difference. Regardless, he held you close and led your hips to grind on him. The slow swaying and the tequila setting in made you rid yourself of whatever awkwardness that was left.
"This dress looks a little too good on you."
He whispered in your ear as he began to get more frisky, one of his hands cupping your breast while the other crossed over your torso and rested on your hip. He held you close to him tightly, leaving no room between you two and wanting to get even closer. He buried his head in the crook of your neck, lightly kissing down it. You shivered a bit under his touch, sighing in gratification. Your hand found the nape of his neck and you held onto it, giving in to your lust as you felt his erection forming.
"Let's go somewhere else."
Grabbing your wrist, he eagerly led you out into the hallway where he pushed you against the wall, caging you between his arms. He kissed you feverishly, his lips smacking against yours and his tongue finding its way into your mouth where he brushed along your wet muscle. He lightly bit your bottom lip and you let out a soft moan, your body feeling loose and ready for more. Your hand trailed down his torso and over his groin, where you lightly grabbed his hard cock. He was a bit startled but then he smiled, kissing into you even more roughly, his hands cupping your face. You pulled away from his lips to lean over and whisper in his ear.
"Can we get out of here? I want you."

As soon as you got outside, he gave you another impassioned kiss and grabbed your ass with both of his hands. You two were about to head over to Satoru's car when you heard a thunderous voice.
"Are you fucking kidding me, Satoru?"
Sukuna stomped his way over to you two and placed his hand on Satoru's shoulder. Satoru made a sound of disgust and brushed his hand off, turning to face him. He leaned over to look at the woman standing beside Sukuna and he scoffed.
"Aren't you going to introduce us to your new girlfriend, Sukuna?"
Satoru spoke his name with a hiss and had the smuggest smile on his face seeing Sukuna seething with anger.
"She's not my girlfriend and what the fuck are you doing with Y/N? You're always getting your hands on my sloppy seconds."
You and Sukuna's date both winced at different parts of his harsh comments. This was probably the worst-case scenario.
"Don't be so full of yourself. Not a fan of your type, besides Y/N of course. And how could you cheat on the sweet girl? Let me guess, is it because you couldn't have the fucked up sex you want with her?"
The girl’s eyes widened, realizing Sukuna had cheated on you with her. You cringed at Satoru’s unintentional insult towards her, seeing how hurt and confused she was already. Your eyebrow raised at Satoru's comment and you inserted yourself into the conversation.
"What are you talking about, Satoru?"
Sukuna crossed his arms and shook his head. Satoru chuckled arrogantly and looked at you with darkened eyes.
"Why don't you tell her why you cheated, Suku?"
He mockingly called Sukuna by the nickname you had given to him. Sukuna sighed deeply and rubbed his forehead with his index finger and thumb in frustration. He didn’t want you to find out like this but he was caught and couldn’t lie anymore.
"I have some kinks I didn't think you'd be into. I got drunk and couldn't control myself when I met someone with similar quirks."
Sukuna spoke as if his date wasn't even there. She glanced at you with embarrassment and dipped her head down so none of us could see her face. You huffed in disbelief and you shot him a dirty look, glaring at him.
"That's why you cheated on me? You didn't trust me enough to tell me what you desired? You didn't even give me a chance to decide whether I did or not?"
"Y/N, what are you even doing with Satoru? Was looking like a pathetic puppy following him around for years not enough indication of how he feels about you? How hopeless everyone thought you were until you started dating me?"
He deflected your questions and you balled your fists in anger, feeling like you were close to your boiling point and about to explode.
"Pathetic, huh?"
"Yes, pathetic. Running back to Satoru as soon as we're over? You don't think it's odd he went after you as soon as he found out we broke up?"
You slapped Sukuna straight across his face, his head turning and your eyes glowing red at him with rage. Your cursed energy changed the air around you hostilely and the three of them shuddered feeling it. Sukuna placed his hand over his cheek where you had hit him and he scowled. His date trembled at your actions and she tugged on his sleeve to ask if he was okay, to which he shrugged her off insensitively.
"I don't give a damn what you think of what I'm doing, Sukuna. You cheated on me for an asinine reason and then you berate me for actions that have nothing to do with you. I never want to see you again."
You spoke jeeringly. Satoru tried to grab your hand to comfort you but you plucked it away from him. He began to plead with you. Sukuna smiled slightly seeing that he successfully pitted you against Satoru.
"Y/N, I told you I'd make everything right. And I will, slowly and steadily."
You rolled your eyes and shook your head in resentment. You were done with all of this and everyone, ready to leave it all behind.
"The both of you can go fuck yourselves."
Satoru looked at you with pained eyes while Sukuna couldn't even face you. You turned to Sukuna's date and sighed, putting your hand on her shoulder in an act of comfort. You were both completely humiliated and she was on the verge of tears. You had a similar feeling but anger was the more prominent emotion.
"I'm sorry about all of this. You really don't deserve it."
She was mortified and began to cry, unable to speak. You turned your back to the three of them and began walking away.
"Don't follow me. I mean it. You two disgust me. I don't know who or what you think I am but I'm not a fucking toy."
"Y/N, please…"
Satoru's voice trailed as the distance increased between you two. You released your balled fists and one of your palms was red and stinging from the vicious slap you gave Sukuna. You then put your hands over your face, groaning loudly.
"What the fuck was all that?"

The walk home was miserable. You trudged back to your apartment, walking uncomfortably as the cold bit at your skin harshly and the dress hiked up your thighs. You constantly pulled the piece of clothing down to an almost modest length for the entire thirty-minute walk. The scene between you four replayed in your mind relentlessly. You wished you could just forget the past six months.
As soon as you stepped into your apartment, you fell down to your knees in front of the mirror. You examined yourself, thinking that you didn't like who you were or anyone very much at this moment. You banged on the mirror with the side of your fist, shattering the glass and distorting your reflection. Your hand began bleeding, shards of glass still embedded in it. And then, you began to sob hard, trying to catch your breath. Your chest felt heavy and your heart ached beneath it. Your phone hadn't stopped ringing since you left, mostly from calls and texts from Satoru, a few from Suguru and Shoko, and a couple from an unknown number which you assumed was Sukuna. You doubted yourself and the people closest to you.
"Am I not deserving of the love I give to others? Am I really just a pitiful person?"
You laid face down on the floor in despair. Exhaling deeply, you were unbearably exhausted and the confidence in yourself had completely dissipated. The depression began to settle in and you fell asleep in absolute defeat.

Could you write where sky is with a princess of solaria (Stellas sister) and they attempt to keep it secret from Stella and set before the summer of the events on the fate the winx saga is set.
A/N I paired these request because they were so similar and would have the exact same plot line. Will be doing this to a couple of the requests since they’re so similar.

“Free at last!” you exclaim as you walk out the doors of Alfea with Sky in tow. You’ve finally finished your last exam and now it’s time to just enjoy the summer. 
“So, what’s your plans then?” Sky asks propping his arm around your shoulders. There’s nothing new in this but you still get butterflies. At this point, it’s just a given whenever he touches you. 
“Oh, you know. Travelling through the realms, visiting all my rich friends. I may even buy a yacht just to pass the time.” It’s a bit of an inside joke between you and Sky. He knows you’ll have to return to Solaria and face the dragon. 
“What about you? Will you be alright?” You’re a little worried about leaving him here. Stella had decided to dump him just days before the exams once again proving that the girl had no regard for other people. Needless to say, you weren’t the biggest fan of your sister. She always tried to live up to your mother’s expectations and acted more than royally around school whereas you had decided that the disappointed frown your mother wore every time you saw her actually suited her face. 
“Yeah,” he says shoving his hands into the pockets of his jeans, “I’ll be fine. I have Silva.” It’s right then and there you decide that there’s a greater need for you here than hiding away back in Solaria. 
“You know, my mother is already profoundly disappointed in me. I don’t think it would make much of a difference if I were to stay.” Sky’s smile is brighter than the sun when he realises you’ll be staying right here with him. 
“Thank you,” he says hugging you tightly. He’s never been one to share him emotions easily but over the years you’ve learned to decipher his many facial expressions and there was just no way you would leave him right now. Your mother is as delighted as you expected when you tell her of your plans for the summer but you figure she’ll forgive you at some point. The way you see it, there’s a throne waiting for you back at Solaria and you want to enjoy freedom as long as you possibly can. Sometimes, you catch yourself wishing that Stella was the older sister. She’d be much more suited for the royal life but there’s a strict code of conduct when it comes to heirs and you’re the first born so the crown will eventually be placed on your head.  
“You won’t be returning with me?” Stella asks as she’s packing up her suitcase. Her tone in stern already setting you off. 
“I’ll be spending enough time there once I graduate.”
“Oh yes. The ever-repeating speech on how this is your moment of freedom and you won’t give it up for anything,” Stella mocks clearly upset to be facing mother alone. You feel a pang of guilt knowing what you’re sending Stella back to but the two of you have never been able to see eye to eye especially when it came to mother’s expectations of her daughters. 
“You’re welcome to stay here at Alfea if you’d like.” It’s an offer made to be polite because you know she’ll never accept it. 
“Please. Someone has to be responsible and return home. Our people look to the royal family for support. We can’t all pretend to be someone else.” 
“I’m not pretending, Stella. If I could give you the crown, I gladly would. If I had my way, I’d be just another fairy attending Alfea.” It’s a discussion you’ve had more than once and it’s always the same outcome. You don’t want the crown and Stella does but your mother would never allow the two of you to switch. Stella doesn’t say goodbye when she leaves and you’re okay with that. Instead you head out to find Sky. 
“Ready for the summer of your life?” you ask him and he smiles. It passes by too fast. The picnics out on the field, Silva training with you, walks in the forest at night. It’s nothing grand but it becomes the perfect summer on the final day when Sky pulls you aside as all the students start to arrive. 
“I have to tell you something. I’ve been wanting to all summer but I was scared I might ruin it.” Your heart skips a beat but you tell yourself that it’s probably not what you think it is. Rather than making assumptions, you stay quiet waiting for him to speak. 
“When this summer started, I thought I’d spend it alone and heartbroken over Stella but then you stayed. And I know it seems insane since you’re Stella’s sister, but I just can’t help but feel the way I do around you,” he smiles. It’s too good to be true. There has to be some kind of catch or problem in your way but right now everything feels perfect. You carefully take his hand and intertwine your fingers with his and Sky’s cheeks turn red. He’s always so gentle and kind so you know you’ll have to make the first move. As you stare into his eyes, you notice little specks of green mixed with the blue. You finally close your eyes, lean in and kiss him. Something you’ve wanted to do since you laid eyes on him the first time. You pull away with a huge smile plastered on your face thinking this moment is perfect and then you spot her. 
“Stella.” Thankfully, she hasn’t seen you but it’s only a matter of time before she’ll spot the two of you. Hand in his, you drag him with you behind a tree keeping you out of sight. 
“Of all the things I imagined you’d say after our first kiss, Stella wasn’t one of them.” He’s teasing you but you feel horrible. Despite your many differences, you do care about Stella and it would kill her to know that you’re dating her ex-boyfriend. You’re not even sure if she’s properly done with him or not and just thinking about her finding out about the two of you is enough to make your skin crawl. 
“She can’t know,” you plead looking into his eyes. He has to understand the importance of it. She’s not strong enough mentally to handle this. 
“Hey, relax,” he says cupping your cheeks, “how about we keep it to ourselves until we know what this is?” You know you don’t want to give him up but you don’t want to hurt Stella. His offer gives you him and keeps Stella blissfully unaware of the relationship which is good enough for you. 
“Okay. Just you and me, no one else can know.” 
“Please just kiss me,” he whispers leaning in and you don’t know how you could ever refuse him. Over the next few weeks, you and Sky have stolen moments between classes and nights spent wrapped in each other’s arms. You know you shouldn’t but you love him. One night you whisper it when you think he’s sleeping and he almost gives you a heart attack when he whispers it back. 
“I thought you were sleeping,” you whisper-yell trying to hide your face in his chest. 
“You’ve been turning around every two seconds. It’s impossible to fall asleep,” he chuckles wrapping his arms tightly around you. 
“I’m sorry, I have a lot on my mind,” you sigh. 
“Do you want to talk about it?” he asks turning on the lamp by his bedside table. It showers Sky in a golden light making him look more angelic than human. It’s not fair how some people look so beautiful without even trying. 
“Yes. No. Maybe. I don’t know where to start,” you reply sitting up and leaning your back against the wall. You want to tell Stella so you can be done with sneaking around. As much fun as it’s been, you’re getting tired of watching Stella try to flirt with him because she decided he was good enough after all. Of course, he’s been turning her down but it just doesn’t seem to click with her. But you also know it’s a risk telling her since she’s not likely to congratulate you. 
“I guess I’m just tired of sneaking around,” you finally say. He signals for you to lay down with him again and you have no reservation as you crawl into his arms. 
“I’m ready for it when you are. Frankly, I just want to tell everyone you’re mine so the boys leave you alone.” 
“Please, you literally have a whole fan club waiting for you at every corner giggling and blushing if you even look in their direction.” Sky has become very popular now that he appears single and you can’t blame them. He is ridiculously handsome and more importantly, he’s kind and patient and warm. Right about now, he’s your favourite person in the whole world. 
“I do not,” he protests but even he knows it is the truth. His face is serious when he says: “Maybe we should tell her. I know you wanted to protect her but we can’t hide it forever. You’re expected to marry at some point and so am I.” 
“I know. I know. I just feel like a horrible sister.” This feeling of guilt comes as a surprise. You’ve never been that close but you don’t want to be the reason she’s hurting. 
“You’re not a horrible sister. Everything you’ve done these past few weeks has been to make sure she didn’t get hurt. It’s not selfish to want to be happy, Y/N.” But that’s just it. You’re already far too aware of your own happiness. It’s the reason you always stay away from Solaria and the expectations of the crown. It’s why you’re lying in bed with Sky right now. You've always put your own happiness first and you’ve never had a problem with it until now. 
“I’ll talk to her first thing in the morning then.” He kisses you one last time before you both fall asleep. You wake up to a note from him informing you that Silva had added a morning practice which meant you had no reason not to march into Stella’s room right now and tell her about you and Sky. 
“Can I talk to you?” you ask entering Stella’s bedroom. 
“If you must,” she replies not even bothering to look at you. 
“I don’t know how to say this so I’m just going to say it. I’m dating Sky,” you force yourself to keep going even as she goes completely rigid, “and I have been for a while now. I’ve kept it a secret because I never meant for this to happen and I didn’t want to hurt you. But it’s getting serious now and I needed you to know. I promise I’d never ever go for him if I didn’t have feelings for him.” She’s quiet for so long you’re worried she might just never speak to you again. 
“I’m not happy you kept it from me but I suppose if he has to date someone else, it wouldn’t be horrible if it was you.” Relief floods your body as you realise that she’s not breaking and she doesn’t hate you. 
“Thank you.” This is about as heartfelt as it’ll ever be between you and Stella. You share a moment locking eyes with each other before she turns her back to you. 
“I’m going to go then,” you say slowly backing towards the door. Stella doesn’t say anymore but the fact that you’re still breathing is a much better reaction than you’d dared hope for. Immediately after you head to the training grounds to find Sky. Once you spot him, you run right into his arms and he lifts you from the ground. 
“I love you,” you say kissing him in front of everyone. It’s so freeing to know that the secret is out. 
“I love you too.”

You were wiping a sweat drop from your forehead when the pink-haired boy appeared beside you, offering an isotonic drink and a warm smile. 
You did your best to hide the tiny heart attack you had.
¨Koby-san!¨ you shouted, smiling awkwardly. ¨Oh... is it for me?¨
¨Of course! You have been working really hard these days.¨
¨Thanks.¨ you took the drink from his hands. The heat and condensation caused a layer of cold sweat to wrap the bottle. ¨I just don´t know why they are making us help prepare this party. They have a team for this, Koby-san! Besides, we´re Captains now.¨ you pouted the last bit. 
¨Yeah...¨ he scratched the back of his neck. ¨well, at least we get to spend some time together!¨
¨I know, I just-¨ you stopped talking as his words processed in your brain. 
You felt your blood vessels dilating on your cheeks, leaving a hot sensation on your face. 
Perhaps he was just being polite, or maybe you were making a big deal out of this, but you couldn´t help. You have been fond of him for a while now, and you couldn't stop that involuntary reaction of your body when he said such lovely things. 
Koby realized the words that came out of his mouth, and the scene that followed made even your spirit giggle. His eyes opened wide, and you could almost feel his throat running dry with all his stuttering.
 If that was a blushing competition, you would be down to the second place. 
¨W-We´ve been on separate missions for ten months, right? I m-mean... and it´s not dangerous or anything, and-¨ 
¨Yeah, you´re right, Koby-san.¨ a smitten smile blossomed on your lips, and you tried to hide it by sipping the refreshing drink. 
As stated by the boy, you had spent almost a year in different locations of the Grand Line, leading missions of your own. That was the kind of thing you had to do as promoted Captains.
You had no idea where Koby ended up going. These subjects could not be discussed over snail transponders, just for precaution. In fact, you barely spoke to him during this time. There were only a few nights when you would exchange coded messages. 
Since you became Captains, your tasks have kept you apart for much longer than before. You couldn't help but miss him and wonder how he must be doing during those times. 
You have already met thousands of Marines. Some even stronger and more agile than him, but no one had his willpower. You would put your hands on the fire for that. 
Whenever you felt unmotivated or helpless, the memory of the boy standing up against Sakazuki, putting his life on the line to honor his fallen comrades made your blood burn hotter. 
He did what no one else had the guts to do. 
Too blinded by the bloodshed, in the end, the number of casualties made it clear that accomplishing the task was no reason to celebrate.
When the sole of your shoes stained with blood and the blade of your sword sliced through anyone who didn´t wear the justice symbol on their back, you questioned if the Marines had finally lost their purpose. 
You should be civilized and do justice, but not at the expense of soldiers who had families to return to. If the target had already been eliminated, why were you still fighting? 
A chill ran down your spine when, for the first time, you looked up and faced the massacre. It was as if before, you could look at everything and, at the same time, see nothing. 
If Koby hadn´t stood up at that moment, you wouldn´t be here today. Maybe for leaving, maybe for dying. But his act of braveness and courage returned a bit of your hope. 
You wanted to see how far he could go, and hopefully, you would be by his side. 
Before, you used to watch him, along with his colleague Helmeppo, getting beat up and beat up by Garp and always put himself back on his feet. 
You wondered if they were training kamikaze marines now. 
From your room, you had a perfect view of the training circuit, so you could see the cycle repeating itself over and over again. Boys, seduced by the idea of absolute justice, strength, and power to fight bad guys, came to Marineford willing to prove their worth. They would fall a few times before the sparkle in their eyes started to fade. 
Eventually, they would fade too. 
Those boys, however, fell and fell, being punched to a pulp, then patched back together only to suffer on Garp´s hands again. Watching them became your late-night entertainment, and seeing their improvements and growth turned out to warm your heart. 
At some point, you were assigned to be their opponent, and from that moment on, your days became brighter. They would share the craziest stories and tell the funniest jokes. Or not so much tell jokes. They were naturally clumsy and fun. 
Although, if you could choose, you would prefer to spend more time with Koby. Nothing against Helmeppo, he was just too much sometimes. But apparently, they came in a two-for-one pack.

It has been only a few hours since the party started and you reached the jackpot. You had taken all your frustrations on alcohol and rice cakes, and it showed. 
Every ten seconds, the memory of what you wanted to do disappeared, and that was somehow hilarious, making you explode in laughter and cause commotions. So for every ten seconds during the first hours, one of the last remaining sober in the enclosure had tiny cardiac arrests. 
Everyone was drunk enough to have a good time without causing any trouble. But the detail worth mentioning was that your party had started a little earlier, under the statement that you needed a little incentive to help you through the night. 
It meant that your energetically loud phase was close to reaching its end, giving place for your sleepy and distracted persona. Your eyes felt heavier by the second, light dizziness fogging your brain, but it felt relaxing. 
¨You know Koby is a type of meat?¨ you said, resting your chin on the table and giggling to yourself.
¨Y/N-san, I-I don´t think that´s the name of it.¨ his face turned red as he shifted on the cushion, adjusting his posture. 
¨Ugh, you´re so nervous Koby, you should relax.¨ you sang the last syllable. ¨Look at Meppo, he´s relaxing.¨
Your lips bent in a goofy smile as you watched your comrades building an okaki tower on Helmeppo´s head. The blonde had passed out on the table a few minutes earlier, too exhausted and drunk. He looked so peaceful in his sleep that a yawn escaped your mouth, catching Koby´s attention. 
¨Y/N-san, you should go to bed already. Y-You look tired.¨ his voice trembled when he took sight of your sparkling but sleepy eyes, rosy face, and messy hair. 
¨Hmm, no... I´m still good.¨
Another yawn. 
¨Come, I can walk you to your room before you relax like Helmeppo.¨ 
Your brain was working in slow motion, so by the time you thought of answering him, your grip was already tight in his. A little tighter than necessary, but you were afraid your wobbly legs would cease, and honestly, he didn't object at all.
The air outside the salon made your nostrils hurt within every breath, not because it was freezing cold but because the alcohol made your body run hotter than usual. Your ears felt like they were clogged, but that was merely the tingling silence on the empty hall. 
When he guided you inside of the elevator and pressed the corresponding button to your floor, your gasp, which echoed through the narrow walls, made Koby jump back, scanning for any sign of danger. 
¨Oh my God, look at this, Koby!¨ 
He watched you walk closer to the panel, completely mesmerized. ¨Uh... what, Y/N-san?¨ 
¨Wow! They never did this before!¨ you shouted, falling on your knees and leaning in like a child on an ice cream shop showcase. 
The boy kept staring at you, who pressed the buttons in a row with shimmering eyes. What was in that saké?
¨They never did...?¨
¨Look!¨ you clicked some more. ¨When I press the buttons... they light up!¨
A moment of silence fell upon the two of you, and although Koby always felt comfortable in your presence, he wasn´t sure what to do now.  
You, on the other hand, didn´t seem to mind, too focused on your groundbreaking discovery. 
¨Y/N-san, they have always...¨
¨This is so cool!¨
¨Y/N-san... I don´t think you should...¨
¨What does this one do-¨
A loud shriek escaped your mouth when the shaking of the elevator took you off balance, making your butt meet the floor in a thump. The lights flashed a few times before everything in your sight was pitch black. 
You heard Koby call your name, asking if you were hurt, but all you could do was hold still, fearing for your life. The alcohol made the bouncing feel like a devastating earthquake. 
¨Y/N-san!¨ you felt light pats on your shoes. ¨Are you ok? I can´t see anything!¨ 
Koby crawled on the floor, using your foot as a way to locate you. 
¨Koby, stop moving.¨ you whispered, but he seemed not to hear, lost in his rumbles. ¨Koby, stop moving!. We´re going to fall.¨
¨Wh-no! Y/N-san, are you hurt?¨
¨No, I don´t think so.¨ you answered, head swirling and heart racing in your chest. 
¨Y/N-san, did you press the emergency button?¨ 
¨No!¨ you stopped for a second, failing to hold your drunken giggles for yourself. ¨But that´d be a great idea right now. I think I remember where it is!¨ 
You twisted your body towards the panel, ignoring Koby´s attempts to stop you, and started to touch the many buttons, searching for the emergency one. 
Click. 
Click. 
Click, click, click. 
¨It´s not worki-¨ you squealed when the elevator struck again, piercing sound of creaking metal cooling every disc in your spine.
¨Y/N-san, please stop pressing the buttons!¨ Koby cried. 
The feeling was too strange. You felt everything rocking slightly, no light was coming in, and the adrenaline made it difficult for you to calm down and adapt to the darkness. 
Your breathing had already become irregular and heavier when the emergency light turned on. It was dim and greenish but better than nothing. 
¨Oh, no.¨ he said.
¨No, no. Don´t say oh, no.¨ You shook your head. 
¨Y/N-san, that´s the emergency light.¨
¨Yeah, so...?¨
¨So the elevators are not a priority now.¨
¨And that´s bad...?¨
¨Well, yes, because the energy is being used somewhere else.¨
You stared at him for a few seconds. All of his words made total sense, and in a normal situation, you would be able to handle it without further complications. 
¨Koby, I don´t know if you´re getting somewhere...¨
¨Y/N-san, there was probably a problem with the generators, and they had to redirect the energy consumption.¨ you nodded, starting to connect some dots in your head. ¨I think they are sending everything to the kitchen beca-¨
¨Wait.¨ you said with a terrified expression painted all over your face. ¨We´re stuck?¨
He saw the panic grow in your eyes. 
¨Y-Yes. B-But it should be back soon, don´t worry. Someone will come.¨ 
You remained in silence for the first hour, mainly because you kept falling asleep.
Little by little, the effects of the alcohol on your body began to cease and your temperature to cool down. Added to that, the darker the night fell, the chillier it got. So at some point, you couldn´t sleep anymore because your bones wouldn´t stop shivering. 
Koby handed you his coat as soon as he took notice of your discomfort. 
¨No, you don´t have to-¨
¨Y/N-san, you´ll end up getting sick.¨ he spoke, leaning a bit forward so you could take the piece of clothing. 
¨Thanks.¨
A huge smile rose on your lips when the coat fell on your shoulders. It was incredibly warm and had his soothing laundry fresh smell. 
Maybe with a hint of meat from the party. 
It served you like a cape, so you pulled the collars closer to your body and curled up to retain the warmth. If you closed your eyes, you could almost feel like it was him. 
That granted you another nap. 
Still, after about twenty minutes, something woke you up. This time it was a sneeze from Koby, who leaned against the wall, hugging his legs close to his body. 
Guilt hit you right in the guts. 
You crawled towards him, gently poking his leg. 
¨Koby-san...¨
He raised his head and mumbled something you didn't understand. Maybe he asked if you were ok. 
¨I... I´m still a little cold... c-can I sit by your side?¨
¨Uh? Yes, of course.¨ he shifted on the same spot, only to return to the previous position. 
His voice was a little nasal and rasped, probably from the cold. You hoped he wouldn´t get a sore throat. 
The coat became a blanket that you used to cover both of your legs, although he made sure you had gotten the bottom end since it had more fabric.
¨Are you feeling better, Y/N-san?¨
¨I am, thank you.¨ you whispered.
¨Y-You can lay on my shoulder... if you want.¨
You smiled and did as he suggested, curling up closer to him. It took you very little to fall asleep once you rested your head on his shoulder. His body began to feel warmer, and he even asked if you wanted to hook your arm with his to maintain warmth. 
Using the last bit of boldness provided by the saké, you reached for his hand. You had this sensation, deep down, that the feelings you carried for him were reciprocated. But you could deal with this some other time. For now, you focused on calming down the fireworks inside of your chest.

[EXTRA SCENE]
A roaring noise followed by a ray of light fished you out of whatever dreams you were having. You pulled the blanket up to cover your eyes and snuggled deeper into the warm body in front of you.
Nothing crossed his mind at that moment. All you wanted to do was get rid of the light and have a few more hours to sleep. However, a sound like a throat clearing caught your attention.
You blinked a few times, images of last night taking form in your memory. The last thing you remembered before blacking out was you leaning against Koby.
I must have slipped to the floor at some point. 
Your hands were wrapped in a turquoise fabric, and it didn't take long for you to realize that the fabric was wrapped around someone.
Koby's scarf.
Koby!
You ended up lying in front of each other, sharing his uniform. Your face a few centimeters from his chest.
After yawning a couple of times, you opened a distance to look at him. 
His face was wrinkled, brows furrowed, and lips turned into a pout. The round glasses were no longer on his head, and the bandana, like his hair, was frowzy. 
So adorable.
A louder throat clearing made you turn your head. The groggy smile on your lips disappeared instantly with the image of the elevator repairer, Garp, and dozens of other marines staring at the two of you.

Stark Industries had been a household name for decades. Household gadgets to military weapons, you name it, Stark made it. Upon Howard Stark’s passing in the 90s, his son Tony took up the mantle, making changes to the way the company was run and dropping the weapons for other ventures. Starkly Yours was the adult division of the company, focusing on lingerie, sex toys, and the production of high quality, ethically made porn. Tony Stark was known for keeping a strict code of ethics when it came to that division of the company. No drugs. No alcohol. You could leave at any time and he had ways of disguising appearance for those who didn’t wish to have their true identity revealed.
That technology was a closely guarded secret. Tony had mentioned time and time again not wanting the government to get their hands on it. You didn’t blame him for that, knowing the guilt he carried for what had happened to Sokovia, the home of Wanda Maximoff, who had started working in the adult division a couple years prior. Her story had been one of many Tony had heard over the years. Wanda had started out working as a receptionist in the R&D lab in high school and college, before she graduated and moved to Starkly Yours. Wanda worked alongside you as a PA.
You marveled at the tech Tony had made to conceal identities. It was usually the younger actors and actresses who went that route, the ones who had no intentions of making a career out of being in Stark’s films. It was good money. Tony ran heavy background checks on all staff who worked within the video and image division. Brock Rumlow had once tried to out a girl and that had been the end of his career. You’d never cared for him anyway. He’d hit on you several times, with you rebuffing his attempts each time. You knew about Brock and none of what you knew was good. Last you’d heard he had started on with Hydra Productions, a sketchy production company based in LA. The last time you turned him down he called you names you refused to repeat, making comments on your weight and the fact that your pining for Bucky Barnes was becoming obvious. You never told Tony, not wanting to give Rumlow more of a reason to dislike you. You knew if you had told Tony, Rumlow would have been out the door sooner. 
You had started out as a PA for Tony after he and Pepper had gotten together, with Pepper taking over the day to day of the main part of the company. Tony’s domain these days was primarily Starkly Yours, between the films and the products. You were usually getting the lunches and drinks for the actors, and whatever else they needed. Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, Sam Wilson, the list went on. There were a core of actors at the studio called the Avengers. It was a fun little nickname, after a superhero themed series of videos that had been done. Their personas stuck across multiple films and it had been a moment of marketing genius. 
You were sweet on Bucky Barnes, something it seemed everyone but Bucky knew. Tony had crafted the arm he now had, working with the Wakandan princess who had spent a summer working with Stark Industries a few years back. You didn’t know the details of that exchange, just that Tony knew the Wakandan royals. Bucky’s arm was the only one like it in the world, made of vibranium and other metals. Others in the Stark prosthetic line were modeled after it, but with different metal. You knew the vague story of how he’d lost the arm, but never pushed for more than he was comfortable sharing when the two of you would hang out. 
You glanced at yourself in the mirror. It was hot in New York that morning, summer making itself known with an early heat wave. You were thankful that day’s shoot was indoors, in the air conditioning of the penthouse Stark had just for filming. You had opted for a tank top and a light cardigan that morning but you were regretting your choice. The tank top clung to you in a way that you felt was unflattering. Natasha would reassure you that you were in your head. You never did believe her, or  Wanda for that matter. You poked and prodded at your stomach after washing your hands in the bathroom sink. It was going to be a long day. You took in the image of your face, frowning at the appearance of your chin before letting out a sigh. 
You knew it was going to be a long day. You had gotten a text from Tony early that morning that you might be needed to perform additional duties. You weren’t sure what he meant by that. There was a pit in your stomach that told you that you might not like the answer. Tony would never force you to do something that made you feel uncomfortable, that much you knew. You pulled yourself from your thoughts and headed to where your boss was, talking to Natasha and Wanda. Natasha was set to be in the scene that day, alongside Bucky and Steve. 
“There she is, world’s best PA. Bad news, buttercup. Georgie resigned effective immediately. She got quite the opportunity across the pond in London with Peggy Carter’s new agency and Peggy needed her as soon as possible. That leaves us in a bind because you know how particular Barnes is,” Tony said. It took a moment for your mind to catch up. Georgie’s official job was as a camera tech, but she would, on occasion, act as a fluffer. Bucky was particular about everything, from who he did scenes with to who he’d allow to help him stay in the moment. He didn’t need help often, but Georgie was his go to person. She had been there before Tony had pulled you over to Starkly Yours. 
“What about Nat?” you asked, your voice cracking. 
“He said no. But something tells me he won’t say no to you helping him,” Natasha said with a mischievous smirk on her face.
“Me? Nat, I get near him and the man will be softer than an ice cream cone,” you replied. She rolled her eyes.
“Maybe you can’t see it, but that man has had it bad for you for months,” Natasha replied. You snorted. When you’d started working with Starkly Yours, you’d been seeing someone. He hated that you worked for a porn production company, but you refused to quit. It ended up being the end of your relationship six months earlier, with a parting jabs that stung more than you cared to admit. 
“Nat,” you whined.
“It’s true. He’s always flirting with you,” Wanda noted. You couldn’t disagree there. Bucky did flirt with you, but you couldn’t bring yourself to believe it was more than friendly banter. Bucky Barnes was the kind of guy who could get any woman he wanted. You were sure that woman wasn’t you. No matter how long it had been, your face always warmed when he’d call you doll, honey, or sweetheart. 
“No, he says that shit to everyone,” you deflected. You saw the look the two women shared. 
“You’re up, buttercup. Trust me. He’ll be open to it,” Tony said, patting your shoulder. Natasha practically dragged you down the hall to Bucky’s dressing room. It was more like an actual bedroom. You glanced down at what you were wearing, regretting the fact that laundry day had left you with that damned tank top. ‘There’s no way Bucky will be turned on by this. If anything he’s going to get soft and I’ll be the joke of the day’ you thought to yourself. Natasha stopped suddenly, arriving outside Bucky’s door. You almost slammed into her. She looked you up and down.
“That top looks gorgeous on you. Don’t let him rip it,” she said. You held back a laugh at her comment. Only in your dreams would Bucky Barnes rip your clothes from your body. 
Natasha knocked on the door before you had a chance to back out of it. It swung open to reveal Bucky, his robe wrapped around him. You tried not to stare, you honestly did. But Bucky Barnes did things to you. Sinful, wicked things that would surely make a nun blush. Nuns, think of nuns, you told yourself, hoping your expression didn’t betray you. Oh, the things you would let that man do to you. 
“Bad news, Barnes. Georgie resigned suddenly to take a position immediately with Peggy’s new agency,” Natasha said. 
“Oh?” Bucky asked. That voice. You could listen to it all day. You would take it to the grave how many times you had gotten yourself off thinking about that voice telling you just what to do.
“Lucky for you, everyone’s favorite PA volunteered to assist you. However you’d like,” Natasha said with an exaggerated wink. You felt your cheeks warm again. You wanted desperately for the floor to swallow you whole.
“Did she now? Is that true, doll? You volunteered to help me today?” Bucky asked, his voice dropping lower. You felt your own wetness begin to pool between your legs. 
“Uh...yeah, I uh, I did,” you said, your voice cracking a little as the pitch increased. Natasha walked away, calling over her shoulder “have fun, you two” before disappearing around the corner. You were surprised when Bucky took your hand and pulled you into his room.
You had been in there before, bringing him lunch and occasionally hanging out. He was a friend above all else. His eyes roamed your body and you could have sworn you saw them darken as he did. He placed his hand under your jaw, tilting your head so you couldn’t help but look at him.
“Tell me the truth doll. Do you want to do this?” he asked, his voice low. You swallowed. You had a feeling he was talking about more than just a quick blow job to get him hard before a scene.
“Yes,” you replied.
“If we do this, sweetheart, there’s no putting that back in the bottle. And I’m not sure I can be just friends if we do. I’d prefer to take you to dinner first, but I think you and I can both agree, we are past the getting to know you stage,” he said. You blinked. It felt as though your brain was short circuiting. There was no way Bucky Barnes, one of the most attractive men you’d ever met, was asking you out, and from the sound of it, asking for something serious. You weren’t sure what had come over you before you answered.
“I’m all in if you are,” you replied. He smiled, a toothy grin that you knew was reserved for only you. He moved his hand, opting to take yours as he pulled you toward the bed, and gestured for you to sit. You looked at him, brow furrowed.
“I thought I was supposed to get you hard,” you said. He chuckled.
“Oh sweetheart, you underestimate how much I enjoy what I’m about to do. Our first time is gonna be all about you,” he said. He looked at you as he brought hit hands up to the button of your pants. With a swift nod from you, he undid the button and zipper in one motion, taking both your pants and your panties as he moved down your legs. You weren’t sure when you had lost the flats you were wearing, certain that it was somewhere between the door and the bed. 
Bucky moved to take your shirt off, but you touched his hands, stopping him. He gave you a look, brows furrowed in confusion. Your mind was racing. You didn’t want him to see you fully naked. No. Not Bucky. 
“Doll, let me see you, please?” he asked.
“Bucky,” you whined. 
“Let me show you how you should be treated. You’re gorgeous, sweetheart. And it’s about time someone showed you some appreciation,” he replied. He was smooth. You’d give him that. You pulled at the hem of your shirt, making the decision in that moment to pull it off, leaving you in your bra. You had never seen someone look at you quite like Bucky had in that moment. You’d had partners in the past, people who had loved you, all of you. But no one had ever looked at you like him. Bucky looked at you with such an intensity you thought you would melt. He pushed you back on the bed, having you lay down. He moved between your legs as he pressed gently to get you to open them for him. 
He kissed his way up your leg, taking his time. In the moments, thoughts about stretch marks and your size went out the window. You felt the anticipation, the desire for him to be where you needed him the most. At first contact, you arched off the bed, wanting more. You felt him smirk against you as his tongue moved from your entrance toward your clit. His right hand moved toward your center as he pressed one finger into you.
The sounds coming from you were absolutely sinful. Bucky swore he would do anything just to ensure he’d never go a day without hearing those sweet sounds coming from your mouth. He pressed another finger into you, knowing it wouldn’t be long before he pulled you over the edge. 
And over the edge you fell, screaming his name. You swore you saw stars. As you caught your breath, you saw him, your wetness on his face and him wearing a grin that told you the pair of you were far from done. His robe had since been discarded and you glanced down. He hadn’t been lying when he said he didn’t need you to do any of the work. But you still wanted to. God did you want to. 
“Later doll. Tony’s probably going to be knocking on that door any minute now looking for us,” Bucky said, seeing the look on your face. He had plans for the pair of you. Starting with dinner that night. 
The two of you emerged a few minutes later, Bucky with an arm around your waist. Natasha gave you a knowing look as the two of you entered the room being used for the shoot. 
If later that night, Bucky showed you just how much stamina he had, well, that was between you, Bucky, and the walls of his apartment.
