i think a lot of people mistake vegans for believing themselves to be "morally superior" rather than the actual, and very reasonable stance that IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION NOT TO KILL OTHER LIVING BEINGS, YOU SHOULDN'T DO IT.
most of us can understand that it's stupid to wield "oh so you think you're morally superior" against any type of human or environmental rights activists because how do you even respond to that? sure? Because its NOT ABOUT MORAL SUPERIORITY. IT'S ABOUT NOT UNNECESARILY CAUSING HARM.
Also, an activist could be the most annoying, self righteous person on the entire planet, but their stances having NOTHING to do with that. An asshole saying "trans rights" doesn't mean you shouldn't support trans rights because an asshole said it.
PLEASE start looking at veganism like you look at any other form of activism and resistance, and consider what disinformation and propaganda you've been fed about it.

when the groceries are low and it’s just before the designated grocery shop, consider just frying up an onion and adding in some tomato purée, some black beans, some cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and some frozen spinach cubes for an easy meal that’ll keep your stomach full for the night.
even better, maybe pair with brown rice or some roasted potatoes to make it even more filling if you have either.

The way that parmesan is made should be fucking outlawed, disgusting. Its made with dried stomachs of calves to give it that distinct flavour. Lots of cheeses are 🤢 🤢 imaging eating that shit.
Thats why I dont want to ‘just be vegetarian’ not only is it retarded because the dairy and meat industry ARE the exact same thing, but literally everything ‘vegetarian’ has traces of meat in it. I dont give a shit if its from :((( poor british farmers trying to make a living uwu :(((( if they can get their quid from selling the products of rape and murder then they’re obviously not struggling.
I dont care if all eggs would be from some independent family business. I don’t care if the cows are milked by friendly farmers or wool from pet fucking sheeps from starving african children idcidc its all a lie, its all capitalist, it is bullshit. i don’t give in to any of this greenwashing SHITE.

my latest recipe is up on my baking insta & my wixsite, but I wanted to share this one here too!
✨ZUCCHINI COOKIES✨

~ingredients~
•1/4 cup coconut oil
•1/2 cup brown sugar
•1/4 cup organic sugar
•1 tsp vanilla
•1/4 cup nondairy yogurt (vanilla or plain)
•1 cup shredded zucchini
•1 1/4 cup flour
•1 tsp baking soda
•1/2 tsp salt
•3/4 tsp cinnamon
•2 cups oats
•1 cup vegan chocolate chips
•3/4 cup raisins
~directions~
•preheat oven to 350 degrees
•mix together coconut oil and sugars until well combined
•add yogurt, vanilla and zucchini
•in a separate bowl: combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
•gradually add dry mixture into wet mixture until fully incorporated
•stir in oats, chocolate chips and raisins
•drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet
•bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden
makes ~36 cookies!
