Jesus can always reject his father, but he cannot escape his mother's blood. He'll scream and try to wash it off of his fingers, but he'll never escape what he's made up of.
Matthew 7:23
Then I will tell them clearly, Get away from me, you who do evil. I never knew you.

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given;
and the government shall be upon his shoulder,
and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

My man Jesus over here tortured, nailed up, dying for our sins… and what do we do?
Call it Good Friday.. and then wear necklaces of the thing He suffered and died on. Like why couldn’t it be a dove… or even a wave for the ocean he calmed. This guy did so many miracles and we gonna focus on a torture implement. To be honest most of the churches I’ve been to focus on torture instead of love as well so I guess it explains some things.

Walking in the Light
If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie and don’t tell the truth. But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son, cleanses us from all sin.

"We were created for eternal life by our Creator, we are called to it by the word of God, and we are renewed by holy Baptism. And Christ the Son of God came into the world for this, that He should call us and take us there, and He is the one thing needful. For this reason your very first endeavor and care should be to receive it. Without it everything is as nothing, though you have the whole world under you."
