your son is a carbon copy of dream, down to the shared pouting

they've actually quite good at teaming up against you to go out for ice cream and frozen yogurt

dad!dream would post family pictures on your birthday and your son's birthday + would post date pictures on your anniversary with one picture featuring your son

twitch chat will often hear your son wander into your lover's office asking for cuddles, and from what they can hear, dream lifts him into his lap and holds him while he continues his stream

whenever he buys things for your little boy, he buys something for you too

always asks your son if he wants to go with him to cons and such and does everything in his power to get his kid with him

sometimes he'll ask you to fly over to whatever side of the planet he's on trips just so he can see you both

other times, he'll stay up all night on facetime with your son until your phone fucking dies because he just missed him soooo much

dad!dream who makes sure your kid knows the rest of his family so that, growing up, he has people to talk to – especially his sister because he knows it's hard for kids to tell their parents stuff

dad!dream booking family vacations and always inviting his sister to go so that you guys get at least one night of alone time on the trip

also also also dad!dream who asks every year on your son's birthday if you can have another one because he already adores your first kid and the idea of having more mini hims and mini yous makes his heart melt

Dream slowly pulled the car into the driveway. He drove 10 under the speed limit the whole way home from the hospital knowing his wife and baby girl were in the back.

You carried the car seat into the house, “Welcome home, sweet girl.”

You walked into the living room, setting the carrier on the coffee table. Clay watched over your shoulder, hesitant to do anything.

You unclipped your daughter and slowly pulled her into your arms. You handed her towards Clay, knowing he needed reassurance that she was okay.

The little girl looked minuscule in her dads arms but she fit perfectly. “Hello, pretty girl.”

Her dark blue eyes batted up at him, taking in her new surroundings.

For the rest of your first day back home, Clay tried his hardest to make sure you didn’t move a finger.

When it was time to put her to bed, Clay was the one getting her dressed.

“Do you want the blue onesie, sweet girl?” He said, digging through the dresser drawers that were stuffed full of baby clothes. He was so gentle putting the onesie on, worried that one wrong move would shatter her.

He picked her up, she clung onto his shirt and drool dripped out of her mouth but Clay was so infatuated he didn’t even care. He brought her into your room where you were laying.

“Hello, loves.” You smiled, reaching to take your baby girl from Dream.

He laid down next to you, bringing you into his chest so he could see both of his girls.

“She’s so beautiful..” He whispered as her eyes started to droop with sleep.

“She really is.. You’re gonna be a great dad.” You looked up, smiling softly at how in love he was.

Tom uses the butterfly miraculous not for himself, but for the benefit of his daughter. The vengeance he's trying to take on "Hawkmoth" isn't quite as simple as "you're responsible for the death of my wife," it stems from a very, very different source - which makes Nooroo more sympathetic to helping him.

Many forgot that it was not the Dark who courted Time, but Time who courted the Dark. That It was just, if not more so, merciless as Its partner, and would Devour worlds should Its child- still with newdeath soft scales- was not returned.

Which meant that for the heroes, there was now a Clock ticking down ever so quietly. They had to take care of what was a government branch, had to deal with consequences of going over the law, or their World would End in dragon fire.

Steve brings out a tray of cookies to the dining room table and the kid gets stars in their eyes at him, “But Daddy makes cookies!”

You were up early in the morning to get ready for work, the sun was just over the horizon. You walked into the nursery to see your daughter laying there awake. She was a great baby, she rarely ever cried just to cry.

When you reached down to pick her up and felt the head radiating off of her, you knew something was wrong. You lifted a hand up to her forehead, feeling that she had a fever. You and Clay made sure you had one of those non-contact forehead thermometers in case of times like these. She had a temperature of 100.8°F.. No need for emergency but still a bit worrying.

“Clay? Honey, wake up..” You gently shook your husband in bed, holding your daughter in your other arm. “She has a fever..”

The worry in your voice caused Clays eyes to open fast. He was still drowsy with sleep when he reached a hand out to feel how warm she was. “Geez, she is warm..”

The two of you went back to the nursery, getting her out of the onesie in order to not trap any heat in. She hadn’t cried at all. She had squirmed around in your arms like she was uncomfortable but nothing too out of the ordinary.

“Should I call off of work? Maybe we should take her to the doctors..” You worried, watching your daughter rest her head on your shoulder.

Clay leaned forward to leave a kiss on your forehead. “No, you go to work. I can take care of her. It’s a low grade fever, she’ll be better by tomorrow.” He reassured you.

You handed the baby over to him, giving Clay a proper kiss before leaving. Your poor girl looked as if she was ready to jump out of her skin. Clay’s heart melted for her and this new feeling of being sick.

As the sun continued to rise higher in the sky, Clay sat down on the couch to give her a bottle. The meal that she’d had every day for the last eight months seemed to bring her comfort. Clay made sure to not warm the milk up too much, leaving it a bit cooler to help her temp.

“You’re okay, sweet girl. Let’s get you a bath, maybe that will make you feel better.” He mumbled, kissing the crown of her head.

Clay drew a lukewarm bath for her and put her favorite water safe toys in. She seemed happy to be playing with her toys and cooling down. If he was being honest, Clay was really worried for her. She’d never had a fever before and he was worried he’d do something wrong.

Your little girl babbled to her dad, swishing the water around her. “Feeling better, honey?” Clay asked, cleaning her up.

The cries came after the bath. When Clay lifted her out, she started to whine. Being wrapped in the warm towel made her uncomfortable, small tears falling from her eyes. Clay felt horrible, as if he’d done something wrong. He quickly changed her into just a diaper, trying to cool her down.

They ended up on your bed, the air conditioner blasting in your room. Your daughter layed on Clay’s chest, watching the children’s show he’d put on the tv. Her temperature had gone down a bit but he could tell she still wasn’t feeling herself.

Clay soothed a hand down her back, shushing her whenever she whined or squirmed. She started to drift off to a nap. Clay kissed the top of her head again, trying to make her feel as comfortable as he could. Her eyelids closed and her breathing shallowed, telling Clay that she was finally asleep and feeling okay.
