ok well i hate exams. officially. they were annoying before but now there right up there with that one kid who spoilt the entirety of tenant for me back in 10th grade. and, yes, hatred of exams is probably a universal thing but i just went through like a wholeass spiral from studying for an my history exam.

ok, so i classify myself as a lazy perfectionist. i don't necaassarily feel like putting effort but whenever i do decide to do something. i go all out. and its not ready that diffrent when it comes to exams. i study really hard and wait for the upcoming validation cause im a praise and attention whore. but. it was 9 pm and i had 3 whole giant chapters to study and mcqs and maps to revise. i was getting tired and cranky. i hadn't eaten lunch cause i wasn't hungry and forgot water was a thing, like usual and had been studying since 12 am running entirely on pure stubbornness and 3 hours of sleep. not a great state to be in. im aware. and I'm already on the verge of tears and my father calls me for dinner and forces me to eat cause i hadn't had lunch and my dad hates skipping meals and boom! worst idea ever. cause i immediately start puking and then that jsut makes me feel shitty and useless and brain just...stopped??? i don't know it felt like my brain was starting to lose connection and was attempting aa full faactory reset?? make sense??. i felt like i wasnt there for a while. and everything was buzzing and loud and it was all very confusing and sort of terrifying. and i had no ideas what was happening.

later, im like on the couch with a blanket and a bucket next to me and it's 3 am and i gave up studying and went back to sleep. tried to atleast. i was overthinking and then decided to study one more chapter because in the back of my head i was terrified of failing. and then like not 10 minutes after i opened my text my mom calls me and she gives me the most undesi advice ever.

stop studying and go to sleep before i kill my brain. aand because i have self preservation and a healthy amount of respect for my mother i attempted to go to bed. i slept at 4 and then woke up at 6, had the shittiest morning and wroe a truly horrible examination.

and my feeling for exams have gotten to truly concerning levels. at this point im thinking of quitting. it's turning into a very toxic realtionship.
