I think that Kaz already knew he was going to fake Kuwei’s death from Chapter 3 of Crooked Kingdom onwards, I don’t think he knew how and I don’t think he saw the rest of the plan yet, but I think Kaz spent that entire book knowing the only way Kuwei was getting out of Ketterdam was in a body bag from one conversation on Black Veil in Chapter Three and that is one of the greatest testaments to Kaz’s intellect that we will ever have in this essay I will
