Thank you so much, Sunrise (and Rumiko, of course) for giving us a freaking good first season of Hanyou no Yashahime.

I am VERY grateful to have been able to watch this season. It was clearly a gift no one asked.

The season ended on a dramatic note, but that's the beauty of a story that needs more than one season to be told. So many questions still unanswered, but I have faith in Sunrise.

I hope that this war, going on between fans and antis will stop. There is no reason to fight. You don't like where the show is going? (Because, news flash, It won't stop there)

Just stop watching it then. Move on.

I want to express myself here.

I know Yashahime is not perfect. It has flaws and mistakes that I, as someone who grew up watching Inuyasha, have witnessed and it stress me.

For example: On chapter 15 they nerf Bakusaiga Power, Sesshōmaru could one-shoted the space yokai with one swing. Loving Yashahime doesn't make me BLIND.

But this is a show of the girls. The protas are Towa, Setsuna and Moroha. Of course they are going to show us more of them while slowly explain what happened before, they need to get a SL from somewhere lol. And I'm loving their dynamic, I want to see what happened with Setsuna after the fire and I'm excited to see Moroha's DAMN teacher.

It is sad that instead of coming here and read different opinions about what is going on in the show, or different theories y'all have (I love reading them!), this is just ships war. I love SessRin, yes, and I'm happy that Rin is the mother of the kids and Sesshōmaru's wife. And I know people ARE NOT OBLIGATED to love them as I do. You hate the pairing? That is fine! I won't blame you nor attack you. In Spanish we have a phrase thay says "Para gustos, colores" (for different tastes, different colours). And it's okay if we are not agree.

But this last days here un Tumblr have being awful. The antis who don't like SessRin have all the right to express their discomfort and dislikes, we have free speech. But attacking other people? I've been receiving death threats just for saying I'm happy with episode 15. There's a line and many people are crossing it.

We can be better than this. Loving different otps doesn't mean we have to be enemies. For God's sake, many of us are older. We are not kids anymore, let's act with respect we want others to treat us.

My main language is Spanish, and the fandom over there is all happiness and flowers due last episodes. Is sad to see English side of it, destroying something just for dislikes and threatening others for fiction. I hope this gets better, honestly.
