How is Wanda in the Iron Family? She pretty much blames him for the deaths of her parents, and for the fact that she was placed under house arrest.
I used to think the same thing too!
Tony has a habit of overcompensating to make up for his mistakes. I firmly believe he would do everything in his power to try and make it up to Wanda, to and her feel better - especially after Pietro.
He knows it was his weapons that killed her parents, even if he didn’t fire them. And once Wanda realised that it wasn’t him that was dealing under the table, wasn’t him that had sold those weapons to the ones who fired them, she would be more understanding. (She would still hurt, of course. That kind of pain can’t be washed away with gifts, but damn it if Tony wouldn’t give it his best shot)
It may take a while but once they had that conversation, there’s no way Tony could stop himself from caring about her. He may put up a cold front for paparazzi and interviews, but Tony probably has the biggest heart of all the Avengers

3 AM Talks (not complete)
“Mr Stark, please- Please don't go!”
Peter shot up from his bed, kicking away the blankets that had become wrapped around his ankles. This wasn't the first time he'd woken up like this, Mr Stark's bloody face and fading eyes taking over his mind. He hadn't slept in… God, he couldn't even think of the last time he'd slept a full night.
His options were to go hide out silently in the kitchen or to wait in his current room at Mr- Peppers house until morning, and looking at the clock that read three am, he knew he couldn't sit around that long. Rubbing his face, Peter sighed before he stood, sliding his feet into a pair of slippers before he made his way into the kitchen.
Food. Food is definitely what Peter needed. He hadn't been eating enough, but luckily he hadn't been called out on it by anyone just yet. He'd eat a bit now and maybe he'd calm down enough to get an hour of sleep in after all. He nearly tripped over himself when he saw that he wasn't the only one awake. Great. Just his luck.
“What are you doing up?” It was Harley. Of course it's Harley, because when had Peter ever had good luck? Best not to start now! Harley was sitting on the counter, phone in hand, a glass next to him. He wasn't paying attention to the video that Peter could hear, no, Harley was staring at him, clearly waiting for an answer.
An answer. From Peter. Who was just standing there, staring at Harvey like a crazy person.
Great.

Stand Behind Me, Chapter 1
Rated: M
Summary: THIS IS AN ENDGAME FIX-IT. Most of the movie happened, except the end part because HOW DARE. We now follow Peter Parker as he interacts with Tony, May, The Avengers, his high school and the rest of the Iron Family, including Harley Keener and Priya Williams-Mehta (OFC), his #IronChildren. Yes there will be a field trip. No, Clint will NOT be in the vents.

"Alright, kid," Tony announced, striding into the lab. "We have an idea."
"What's the idea?" he asked absently, not looking up from his current project—wafer-thin screwdriver in hand. "And who's we? The last "we" was you and Cap, and that ended in Nat beating the crap out of me."
"What?" An alarmed, familiar voice demanded. Peter spun in his chair so fast that he nearly fell out of it. He would have, if not for his reflexes.
"May!"
"I already told you about that," Tony assured her. "The hand-to-hand combat lessons. So that he doesn't...how did you put it? YEET yourself into bad guys?"
Apparently, May remembers that, because she "ohhhhh's" in realization as she nods.
"Can we stop sharing my embarrassing stories without my permission?" Peter begged. "No, wait—May, why are you here?"
"We have a standing lunch date to discuss your wellbeing and development," Tony replied. "And Rhodey, Bruce and Pepper joined us today, which led to an excellent idea." He clapped his hands together. Peter relaxed a little. The idea couldn't be that bad if those three were involved. "How would you like to spend your summer with an R&D internship at our outpost facility?"
"Outpost facility? What outpost facility?"
May snorted. "According to Rhodey, it's where Tony stores his prodigy children when they graduate."
Peter stared at them blankly. "His what?"
"Apparently, there have been a few other pseudo-Stark adoptees. You're just his favorite." May smirked.
"Hush woman. You'll ruin my cred. The outpost facility is a lab just outside of Fairfield, Virginia, where I place my more mad-scientist level employees. It gives them space to invent and test without the risk of destroying property or risking civilian lives. It's where we tested VERONICA and the Hulkbuster." He explained.
Peter frowned. "Uh...I can't go to Virginia. What about Spider-Man?"
Tony and May shared a look. "We decided...well, decided is the wrong word..." May began.
"Look, we've all been through a lot, kid. We all think it might be a good idea for you to take a break—just a break—and start getting work experience and back on top of your school stuff. Just for the summer."
"What about patrols?" He demanded.
"If you agree to do this, we'll work with the other Avengers to make sure your patrols are covered," Tony replied immediately. "It'll be a good experience for you, and we'll all get the opportunity to relax a little. Especially your aunt. It's a little difficult to see you throw yourself head-first into danger after we just got you back, kid."
"Oh god, that's unfair! You're totally guilt-tripping me!" He cried.
"100%." May grinned.
"Besides, you'll meet more of the future Avengers." Tony continued. "Really, we're not KO-ing the spider. Just a...scientific hiatus. And heaps of training." He explained.
Now that sounded more tempting. Future Avengers who worked at SI's outpost facility? He loved working with Tony, but it would be cool to work with people closer to his age...who he wouldn't have to explain memes to. The science-bro Avengers of the future.
"If you're sure that Spidey won't be missed..."
"Oh, he'll be missed. No one can replace Spider-Man. But we can cover him while he takes some time to be a kid." May explained warmly.
"Learning and growing and all that." Tony agreed.
He pondered for a while—longer than Tony and May had hoped, but finally nodded. "Okay. Yeah. It sounds like fun."
"Done deal. I'll call down and have them set up lab space for you. You work on getting together a couple of ideas. I want you to get familiar with standard lab procedure for MIT or if—for some ridiculous reason—you choose not to work at Stark Industries. That means submitting proposals and getting them approved."
Peter nodded. "And who will I be submitting them to?"
"First will be your supervisor. Then if your supervisor approves, it's submitted to me." He replied. "Your supervisor for the summer will be Priya Williams-Mehta. She's intimidating at first, but she mostly doesn't like distraction. Once you learn to read her moods, she's a piece of cake."
"That's his oldest prodigy child," May explained, smirking.
"Ignore her. She's been listening to Rhodey." He rolled his eyes. "The outpost is where most Avengers tech is produced aside from my lab. It's remote and secure, and its location is confidential, so even though I trust you implicitly, you'll have to sign a crap-ton of paperwork."
"And you won't be able to tell Ned and MJ," May added.
Peter flinched. That...wouldn't be easy. "And what will I tell them I'm doing all summer? That's my best friend and my girlfriend. I'm bad at lying to begin with, but with them, it's just pitiful."
"Summer camp?" Tony suggested dryly. May elbowed him.
"Say you're helping with repairs and research projects at the compound." She suggested. "They already know that civilians aren't allowed on the grounds. Besides, the damage is awful and the terrain is hazardous, so they won't want to visit."
He squinted at her. "You've given this a lot of thought."
She snorted. "Of course I did. Have you met yourself? If I didn't have a response to everything, you wouldn't go."
He had to admit. She had him there.

IronFamily makes me feel some sort of way
Just the imagery of Tony looking at YouTube videos of a kid swinging around Queens in pyjamas and going
‘Yes, I want this one’
Harley threatens to shoot him with a potato gun after a terrorist tried to kill him and he’s like
‘Ah, yes, my first born’
Morgan is an absolute terror
but what she lacks in the ability to make rational decisions (which she totally gets from her dad), she makes up for in cuteness (pepper)
He would have ABSOLUTELY claimed Shuri as one of his own
‘You like science, you’re mine now’ -‘I’m better than you at science’ -‘immediately disowned’
Vision says something slightly annoying and he goes full dad™️
‘I created you, I’m technically your father. Don’t speak to your father like that’
Peter: ‘yeah vision, don’t talk to Mr Dad like that!’
He tries so hard to fill the hole he inadvertently left in Wanda’s life by being a surrogate parent to her, and she loves him for it
‘Eat your greens little witch’ -‘yes dad’
The dad was sarcastic, but Tony grins anyways
Rhodey unironically becomes Uncle Rhodey to all the IronChildren, and though he puts on a blank face, he honestly lives for it
Peter: ‘Hey Uncle Rhodey, punched any stupid government men today?’
Rhodey, grinning: ‘unfortunately not, squirt, but it’s still early’
Pepper looks out at all her kids, only one of them biological, and decides she loves them all the same
Morgan never assumes for a second that the others are anything other than her older siblings
Sam: ‘how many siblings you got now, Morgs?’
Morgan: ‘I don’t think I have enough fingers to count’
Their little family is pretty great, and the IronParents wouldn’t change it for the world

Nebula joins the IronChildren
In the wake of Thanos’ snap, Tony looks at Nebula and sees a scared girl: she reminds him of Wanda.
He tries to keep her occupied, tries desperately to find a way of getting them to Earth
And when Carol finally shows up and takes them back, he offers her a home
Peter, Shuri, Wanda and Harley have been snapped, and Vision is gone. Tony’s IronChildren have been decimated.
He’s not sure how to react, when Steve tells him that they’re all gone. Who does he have left?
Instead of leaving with Rocket to travel the galaxy, helping others, Nebula chooses to stay and help Tony.
She holds him when he cries, telling her that Pepper is pregnant. That he’s having a kid.
She helps as much as she can, preparing for the new arrival.
Tony slips into the role of IronDad so easily, he’s more than practiced at this point.
When Morgan is born, Nebula looks at her like she’s the center of the universe
‘Hey look, Morgs, it’s you big blue sister’
Nebula finally has a father figure that she trusts, one that cares for her on the way a father is supposed to care about his daughter. Not as a weapon.
After five years, when Scott shows up and they offer a method of getting the rest of his kids back, Tony says yes.
Nebula helps, offering knowledge
She warns them about Vormir and instead of lettting one of them die, she tells them when Thanos went
Clint and Natasha steal the stone from his hand before he wakes up
The IronChildren show up on the compound battlefield, ready to fight
Wanda makes Thanos regret crossing her, no matter what timeline he’s in
Pete and Harley protect the gauntlet, right until Carol arrives
And when Tony snaps his fingers, he knows that all his kids are safe
But Nebula can’t let him die, not when he just got his kids back.
She never tells him where she got the elixir she poured into his mouth, something about being illegal in all civilised regions of the galaxy
But he doesn’t push. Because he’s alive, and he’s got his family back
Nebula meets her new siblings, and decides that she should stay in Earth for a while
She‘s found a home
