I fell off my workout regimen for a bit but I’m back at it again and I’m so excited! I decided to try the Keto diet as part of my weight loss plan coupled with intermittent fasting(18:6).

On a keto diet, you cut back on carbohydrates, also known as carbs, in order to burn fat for fuel. It can be effective for weight loss and certain health conditions.
I was able to get my 30 day- custom Keto meal plan for close to nothing. You can get yours here
