So, I said recently I was on a Miraculous Ladybug mood; but then I bought Hogwarts Legacy so... Now an AU mixing the two have popped! OuO The main house of each character was hard to choose honestly : - Marinette would be like Hermione; either a Ravenclaw nor a Gryffindor; but since she's kinda a brain and act more cautiously in usual; I tend for the Ravenclaw one. - Alya is a brainy reporter too; more on the strategy that on the battlefield so she became Ravenclaw easily. - For me, Adrien would be either Gryffindor..or Hufflepuff! Yeah, his main goal in like is to make friend, and you can't find more caring than him. However, he likes actions, much shown in his Chat Noir alter ego and is the one taking the punches for his lady, sometimes too taken by his emotions. So gryffindor he became. - Same for Nino; but I feel like although he have moment when he act before thinking; he is always angry for the someone else's sake ( except jealousy, but no matter your Hogwarts house, I'm pretty sure everybody could react the same). But, this is the way I see them; so what do you think? Are you agreeing with these house I choose? For the little story : Master Fu would be a teacher interested in spiritual beings (or something like that), giving kwamis to the students that made good impression before him to defend Hogwarts against the akumas sent by Hawkmoth the Death Eater, able to brainwash the students. But thanks to the ancient powers; Magibug and Chat Noir defeat him. Hawkmoth being also an influent teacher, father of Adrien; trying to revive his spouse, a powerfull mage woman ( and Adrien could be an hidden Horcruxes of his mother if we push things far, far ,far!! OuO). Yeah well, your basic MLB x Hogwarts then.

Lila Rossi: Hogwarts AU

Lila Rossi is a Pureblood witch that was born on the 1st of April 1978 and started attending Hogwarts on the 1st of September 1989, being sorted into Slytherin house.

She has a Dogwood wand with a Dragon Heartstring Core.

Her Patronus is a Kitsune.

Her favorite subject is Transfiguration and her least favorite is Care of Magical Creatures.

She was one of the Slytherin Prefects in her year until she got expelled.

Lila is proud and loves attention, which she is willing to obtain with her pathological lying. This even means going beyond words to support her lies, like buying a necklace that looks like the Fox Pendent to convince Adrien that she is a descendant of the fox-themed witch or cause situations that can discredit whoever can threaten her lies. She gets jealous if someone gets more attention or love than her and doesn't like it when someone reveals that her lies aren't true, showing no remorse for lying in the first place. If anyone attempts to expose her, she won't hesitate to try to make them miserable or break them down just to get them out of her way. She also doesn't take advice from those who try to make peace with her or encourage her to be honest like Ladybug or Adrien. At first glance, it appears that the reason why she acts like this is probably because her mother is away a lot with her busy job schedule, making Lila feel disheartened and using lies to cover up that loneliness to her mother and others that are around her.

Lila doesn't easily forgive people who she feels wronged her, as she is still furious at Ladybug for ratting her out harshly and ruining her chance to woo Adrien. Aside from being adept at lying, her desire for vengeance is so great that Gabriel Agreste decided to form a formal alliance with her, not just to put her under the Imperius Curse.

Lila is also not afraid to get her enemies' friends against them by manipulating and lying to them, portraying her enemy as the villain, and not having any care for the consequences that her lies may have on others, as she doesn't feel any remorse after almost causing some of her classmates and teachers to be put under the Imperius Curse after blaming Marinette of cheating, hurting her and steal her necklace to turn everyone against her.

Another example of this is shown when she lies and manipulates Kagami into thinking Marinette is a bad person.

Due to her talent to create the most convincing lies, Lila is extremely intelligent and observative, being able to notice the most subtle details, especially when she is motivated by her hatred and grudge.

Similar to Félix, Lila was able to deduce Gabriel Agreste was Monarch and used that information in her favor, manipulating the dark wizard for her gain, like convincing him to put Kagami under the Imperius Curse again to separate Adrien and Marinette.

The extension of her lies goes further than her school and social life, as they also extend into her family life. It's revealed that Lila has at least three identities, along with three different mothers, keeping them ignorant of the existence of each other by making them believe she does a lot of travel around the world due to works such as acting and conservation of endangered species.

As Volpina, her personality is still intact, while additionally determined to get revenge on Ladybug. Wanting to make Ladybug suffer, she nearly convinced Ladybug to give up her earrings twice, almost tricking her with illusions of people she threatened to hurt, such as civilians like Adrien.

As Chameleon, because she was put under the Imperius Curse voluntarily, her personality remains the same, using her powers to get even with the ones that she believes wronged her. For example, she took Adrien's form to make him look bad and at the same time to lead Ladybug into a "trap". Her desire to defeat Ladybug is so great that she would rather advance to battle her than take an unconscious Cat Noir's ring to Hawk Moth.

As Hoaxer, her vengeful personality becomes much more intense, as she uses her power to convince everyone that Marinette is Monarch to turn them against her, as well as convincing them that Ladybug and Cat Noir are dark wizards that will destroy the ozone layer to defeat them, as the duo wouldn't use their powers against civilians. Not just that, but Hoaxer showed to be very intelligent, keeping herself inside the system of the Alliances to avoid physical confrontation and even using her pursue over the teenagers to keep Monarch distracted and prevent him from realizing the vengeance she was about to enact on him by manipulating Nathalie to deliver her all of his secrets.

It turns out that there’s a reason wizarding birth rates are so low and that purebloods are so emotionally distant. You see, sex isn’t actually required for conception. All it takes is a kiss immediately preceded by or following a declaration of love and a witch will find herself magically pregnant. Magically raised children are groomed to be prudish and self controlled to so far beyond the Edwardian ideal or Victorian myth that they’ve honestly almost forgotten sex exists. Outliers like the Weaselys are looked down upon more for their lack of emotional control than any other factors. The broom closets at Hogwarts are so heavily patrolled because the staff knows how little it takes for a mistake to happen. Of course, no one ever bothers to warn the muggleborn or raised about this. So when Hermione is panicking because the book she wants isn’t immediately at hand during her O.W.L. prep frenzy she doesn’t understand why the entire common room falls into shocked silence when she says, “I love you Harry!” and kisses him after he ran and fetched the tome needed to calm her down.

As I promised the lovely @lucy-andreas here’s a list of my favorite jegulus fics. Be warned, it’s a weird mix all around:

1. One Thousand Wildflower Fields by ThisLiminalSpace

James is a good citizen. He pays his taxes, waves at his neighbours, remembers his mother’s birthday, works on things and stuff on the Internet like any other human in this day and age, and certainly has never been involved in anything illegal.

Well.

There is a first time for everything.

Notes: no-magic, abo au where omegas weren’t allowed out of the house until recently. Regulus deals with his new found freedom by fighting in illegal rings. James deals… not. Completed.

2. Of Pinstripes And Potions by pansysnarkinson

When James wakes up, his head is pounding. He can’t remember drinking anything, but supposes he must have because it feels like he’s been hit square between the eyes with a bludger. He’s never been one to get hungover, but he knows this is what it’s supposed to feel like. Although, come to think of it, he doesn’t remember celebrating their victory on the pitch, isn’t completely sure they had one at all. The last thing he remembers is turning to look to the stands, revelling in the roars of his fellow Gryffindors, certain that they were going to beat Hufflepuff. Then, he turned and… was hit square between the eyes with a bludger.

Now he’s stuck in the hospital wing, and the bed next to his is occupied by none other than Regulus Black.

Notes: not much to say about this one. Very light as far as jegulus in Hogwarts goes. Completed.

3. James Potter's Application to Court Regulus Black by MiriamMT

“Hello and welcome, my name is James Potter and this is my presentation on ‘Why I should be allowed to date Regulus Black’.”

When James asks for Sirius' blessing for his and Regulus' relationship, Sirius insists on a formal application and a presentation on why he deserves to be with his little brother.

Notes: hilarious and very fluffy. It’s a one shot and there isn’t much going on in the background. Completed.

4. the golden king by maladaptivewriting

When Regulus Black woke up in 1991 after he was supposed to die twelve years prior, he realized two things. One, the locket he had worked so hard to steal had never been destroyed so the Dark Lord was still alive. And two, Harry Potter, James Potter's son, was in danger.

Regulus goes to school with the Golden Trio.

Notes: one of my favorite Regulus-survives-the-cave fics. Also one of my favorite jegulus fics in general. Follows the golden trio + de-aged Regulus as they go to Hogwarts, and how Regulus’ influence changes things. James may or may not be dead, though he is definitely present. It’s complicated. Ongoing, but has steady updates.

5. All you need is love by touchlikethesun

James Potter is so helplessly in love with Regulus Black. And miraculously Regulus loves him back. And in the end, isn't that all that matters?

Notes: morally gray James. It explains most of what happens here. It gets pretty dark at some point, but I personally love me a Death Eather!James Potter when done right. And this one is definitely done right. Hopeful Ending? Ambiguous Ending? Something like that. Surprisingly, the only steady relationship is jegulus. Everything else is a mess, as Marauders tend to be. Completed.

6. my almost lover by alarainai and salmon_says

“If I was dating Regulus, I would have noticed.”

A pause. His friends all stare at him with various levels of disbelief. Suddenly, he feels very stupid.

“Are you sure?” Remus asks.

Regulus and James are a couple. James is the last person to realise this.

Notes: fluffy and funny. Very light, almost no angst considering the canon material we have to work with. James is a very lovable idiot as per usual. Completed.

Notes: modern au with a wrong number situation. Strangers to lovers, very cute all around with a healthy doze of panic and angst (but nothing too terrible). Completed.

8. Only the Brave by Solmussa

Regulus Black is angry. He wants revenge. He wants to watch the world burn for all it's done to him. He also wants to make out with James Potter, but that's a secret he'll take to the grave. Vengeance is more important than... whatever it is that chokes him when he lays eyes on Potter.

James Potter is confused, because Regulus Black is, all of a sudden, hot. And it's unfair because Sirius is going to kill him if he doesn't get his impulse control in line.

OR

A fic about two idiots falling in love (x2 because there's wolfstar, too) during a war, and the sacrifices they'll have to make to survive it.

Notes: one of the best jegulus fics I’ve read in my life. Gut wrenching, soul shattering angst. It’ll make you cry at five in the morning while contemplating your decisions and at four in the afternoon, also contemplating your decisions. The fluff will kill you, as will the hurt/comfort and the happy ending. Everything in this fic is designed to hurt, but you’ll thank the author because it’s all worth it in the end. A monster with more than 600k worth of words so thread with caution if you’re thinking of starting this at night like I did. Other than that, put on your seatbelt because you’re in for a ride. Completed.

9. Mastermind (Love Made Me Crazy) by MiriamMT

Regulus is consumed by bitterness and pain after his brother Sirius ran away from home, and he blames James Potter for taking him away.

Seeking revenge, he plots to take James away from Sirius. But what starts as a means of vengeance quickly turns into a tumultuous affair, and Regulus finds himself falling in love. Passion and desire turn into feelings and the wish to do and be better for James.

But, as he navigates his complex feelings for James, a dark wizard rises to power, seeking to gain followers among the Hogwarts students. Trapped between duty and love, Regulus is forced to confront his fears, as he tries to protect those he cares about.

Notes: the only reason this didn’t break me the same way Only the Brave did is because it’s half its size. Which is still an impressive 300k worth of words, but you don’t spend wallowing in despair as long. I can promise a happy ending but at what cost? Completed.

10. i regret you all the time by inevitablestars

What happens when James falls for Regulus and his friends lose their trust in him?

Notes: deceptively short summary. I still haven’t finished this one out of sheer fear of how much it’ll break me. I never do MCD or canon compliant fics when it comes to jegulus but the Death Eather!James Potter tag seduced me. I regret it all the time (pun intended) but at the same time I don’t. Can’t say how it ends because I still haven’t gotten the courage to read the last chapter but… thread with caution and keep a pair of tissues near you. Completed.

11. glimpses of heaven by lunahunt

In the aftermath of the prank, James Potter is at an all time low. He can barely look at Sirius, Remus’s dad is keeping him locked up all summer, and Lily Evans hates him even more than usual.

In an effort to get James out of the house, Euphemia signs her son up for a summer Quidditch program with the famous Josef Wronski—seeker for the Grodzisk Goblins and inventor of the Wronski Feint.

The last person James expects to see there is Regulus Black.

Notes: one of the best James characterizations I’ve ever read. The author makes him so inherently flawed and human and it’s wonderful. Post Prank Angst, of course. My only regret reading this is that it’s incomplete, though I still harbor hope that the author will update again.

12. Crimson Rivers by bizarrestars

Regulus Black was fifteen the first time his name was called at a reaping. He's twenty-five when it happens to him again. A lot has changed in that time, and one of them is that he's ready to do whatever it takes to make it home. Nothing or no one will stop him, not even James Potter.

James Potter has no plans to stop Regulus Black from making it home. In fact, his plans revolve around the opposite. He has his reasons, but he's made his choice to get Regulus out of the arena, even knowing it'll be the last thing he ever does.

Sirius Black was sixteen when he volunteered to take his little brother's place in the arena. At twenty-six, without the option to do it again, he has no choice but to be a mentor to his brother and best friend, knowing that only one of them can make it back out.

Two names called, a mentor on the verge of falling apart, and more secrets and grief between all of them than they know how to handle. None of them are prepared for what comes next, or how far they'll go to make it through.

Notes: is it really a jegulus fic rec list if I don’t recommend CR, aka the best jegulus fic of all times? No it’s not, so here it is, the best jegulus fic I’ve read. The Hunger Games au, with aged-up characters. Promises a happy ending but at what cost? Prepare to bawl, scream, look blankly at your wall, laugh and fall in love with this pair of idiots as they fight for their lives. Surprisingly, not everyone dies, and there is a happy ending. There’s pretty graphic depictions of violence though, so thread carefully. It’s a 865k words monster fic (longer than the Bible!) but it really doesn’t feel that long when you’re desperate to see what happens next. I don’t recommend reading this if you’re planning on stopping for long periods of time, though be ready to feel emotionally drained afterwards because this one is the definition of a rollercoaster. You have to have an account to see this work. Completed.

13. just lovers (like we were supposed to be) by bizarrestars

Regulus closes his eyes and shakes his head again, looking pained, then he opens them and sighs. "And your solution to this is me? Pretending to be my boyfriend?"

"Yeah. It's actually bloody brilliant, if you think about it. Everyone will leave happy. I'm going to fake date my way into falling in love," James announces grandly, sticking his hand out and waving it through the air like he's presenting a banner.

Or, the one in which James Potter wants to prove he'd be a good boyfriend to Lily Evans and comes up with the brilliant plan to fake date Regulus Black his way into falling in love. It doesn't quite go as anyone expects.

Task failed...successfully?

Notes: no Voldemort au, fake dating trope, angst with a happy ending. As always, Zar delivers complete masterpieces. Also one of my favorite jegulus fics of all times. The angst, thankfully, is not of the life or death variety, which is refreshing in this fandom. You’ll suffer, but you’ll be happy about it. You have to have an account to see this work. Completed.

14. By Your Heart's Calm Strength by pansysnarkinson

Nobody knows who started the fire at Grimmauld Place.

Some people swear it was Sirius, hell-bent on taking revenge on an unloving family.

Others swear it was Regulus, gone mad like other Blacks before him.

The only thing James Potter knows is that the mystery is occupying far more of his mind than is healthy.

Notes: I read this a long time ago but I remember being bamboozled when I did. James slowly discovers the truth of what happened at Grimmauld Place, and falls in love with Regulus along the way. Fluff and angst, of course. Completed.

In which a very nosy James Potter notices that every weekend, when everyone falls asleep, Regulus Black sneaks into an abandoned fifth-floor classroom, and he can't help but try to find out what the little Black is up to.

Notes: another one of my all time favorites. Enemies to lovers, secret relationship, standard jegulus fic. This one has Seer!Regulus, which is both very important and at the same time not relevant at all. Non canon compliant and a promised happy ending which is the only reason I read it because at the time it looked too similar to Choices and I don’t touch canon compliant fics with a ten feet pole. A 680k word monster, it’s currently on hiatus but I strongly believe the author will come back to finish it. Every time I think about it I consider giving it a reread.

16. Finders Keepers by jeggie_toast

"Bloody hell," he murmured. "I really fancy you, Reggie."

It sounded like music, coming from James' lips; a piece that Regulus would like to listen to for the rest of his life.

"...I fancy you, too."

A slow-burn, canon-compliant fic documenting the relationship between James Potter and Regulus Black - from the first time they officially meet, throughout the development of their friendship and eventual romance, right to the moment it all ends. Lots of fluff, no smut :)

Quidditch Rivals turned Quidditch Lovers. That's what the world sees them as, at least.

Too bad Regulus hates James Potter's guts, and James? Well, it doesn't matter what he feels about their definitely fake, definitely emotionless relationship.

Notes: no Voldemort, modern technology meets magic, professional Quidditch au. Enemies to lovers (though are they enemies if they were in love with each other already?), fake dating trope. Fluff with the appropriate angst dosis, amazing happy ending. Completed.

Fanfic Idea! (Lucemond, Hogwarts AU)

Lucerys was no hat stall, it taking only five seconds before the word "Ravenclaw!" left the hat's "mouth". He still can't believe he was placed in Ravenclaw. He didn't feel smart at all! He also felt a bit disappointed, not being in the same house as his brother, a proper red and gold Gryffindor like almost every Targaryen, but seeing Jace cheer the loudest as he made his way to the blue and bronze table made him feel a bit better, at least, enough to ignore the fact that his table was next to that of Slytherin. He's particularly ignoring a certain green, one-eyed third year's glare, opting to sit farthest away, back facing the green and sliver table, not willing to acknowledge any of his uncles.

He was a bit startled when a cool finger poked the nape of his neck, but after turning around and seeing a certain fifth year Ravenclaw, he instantly relaxed. With Helaena by his side, his uncles would, at the very least, not try anything "funny".

"Hello, aunt." A real, albeit small, smile on his face as he greeted his aunt. He hadn't seen her in years, ever since the... incident.

She had seemed fine enough, more mature than she used to be. Her face lost most of the baby fat, her long white hair clipped with what looked to be a dragonfly hair clip, her uniform perfect, save for what Lucerys believes to be mud at the bottom, though it was a bit too dark to be sure, and a beetle necklace, though Lucerys was not sure what kind. She looked as dazed as Lucerys remembered her to be, as if she was in a different plane of existence, though when he greeted her, she seemed to somewhat return from wherever her mind took her to.

"Hello, dear nephew." She answered, her voice soft and dreamy, as she stared not at Lucerys, but at her hands. It was then that Lucerys noticed his aunt's source of wonder, a spider, weaving it's web around his aunt's fingers. "Congratulations, the thread of blue has been weaved into the tapestry, though amidst the red, black and green, it does seem to have no place in the image envisioned. Alas, only the weavers know of it's purpose."

He nodded awkwardly. Even now, he does not understand much of what his aunt would say. Being a dragon dreamer, she often speaks only in riddles, rarely does a straightforward sentence leave her lips. As a younger boy, he would often ignore her in favor of his uncles and brother, who were quick to let him join, as his face would be used to escape the punishment of whatever scheme Aegon concucted.

But things are different now. And he does need someone from his own house to guide him in the school. He can't always rely on Jace being there for him. It was time to stretch his own wings, but he needed to be cautious, and what safer person to be with than the sister of the very person he needs to be protected from? Thank Merlin he wasn't placed in Hufflepuff, otherwise he truly would have no one, and the likelihood of his body being found floating around the Great Lake before he gets to have his first breakfast in Hogwarts would be exceedingly high.

After everyone was sorted, the Headmaster, his grandfather, welcomed everyone warmly. Lucerys winced a bit, noticing the way his grandfather used the podium to keep him from falling. Fortunately, his speech was short, encouraging everyone to enjoy the feast prepared. He quickly returned to his seat at the head of the table, miraculously having the strength to keep him upright.

He did, in fact, enjoy the feast, particularly the lemon cakes placed right in front of him. It at least distracted him from the obvious whispers from different tables, and the still glaring eye of his uncle.

Once all the plates were cleared, instead of his father, there was Otto, the Headmaster's right hand man, telling everyone to enjoy their night's sleep, as their first day would start tomorrow.

Helaena, who turned out to be the Ravenclaw's prefect, stood beside her male counterpart, and led the first years to the Ravenclaw tower. It had so many stairs, and by the time they reached the entrance, most of the first years, Lucerys included, were tired, sweaty, and sleepy.

The male prefect told all of them that their door is different from the others. Instead of passwords, their door asks riddles. Get the answer right, and the door will open for you. It does not have a limit to how many guesses you make, but if you truly cannot answer, you would need to wait for someone else to answer it for you.

Lucerys hopes he truly was sorted in the right house, and secretly prays to all the gods that he wouldn't be one of the students stuck waiting outside for someone to help them get in. That would be embarrassing.

Once the male prefect answered the riddle, they were led to a beautifully furnished blue common room. There, Lucerys sees another familiar face. His grandmother, Rhaenys, in a high collared blue dress, looking as regal as ever, fitting perfectly with the regal decorations of the room. She was strict, but kind, introducing herself as Professor Velaryon, the head of Ravenclaw House. She then informed them that she would provide them the rules of the Ravenclaw Tower, when their brains can actually absorb her words. She greeted them a good night, before gesturing to them to go to their rooms. Lucerys felt her gaze on him a few times, though he doesn't know how she must feel to see him under her care once again. Helaena led the girls to their rooms, waving a quick goodbye to Lucerys as he followed the male prefect to his side.

When he finally laid on the bed, he felt the tears he held back come pouring out. It was stupid, he knows, but he can't help it. He misses Dragonstone, he misses his old room, his mother, his grandfather, Corlys, his brothers and step-sisters, and Arrax, his dragon, who sadly wasn't on the list of pets students were allowed to bring with them. He was never alone, always with a family member, or a servant, or a private maester.

Realizing that he was laying on an unfamiliar bed, with strangers in the same room must have made him conscious of how alone he now was. And he didn't like it at all. It made him conscious of how much he truly missed home.

He hoped his mother won't be too upset he was an eagle rather than a lion, though he knows she would just pat his cheek and tell him that her own mother was a Ravenclaw, and that they were all dragons at the end of the day (he knows this because she did say this when he asked what she would do if he didn't get sorted into Gryffindor). He knows his step-father, the Head of Griffyndor House, Daemon, would have felt a bit unhappy he wouldn't be under his care, like Jace, but would say something in the lines of, "better a bird than a snake". He knows his other grandfather, Corlys, would be proud, saying that blue fits him more, anyway. Again, he doesn't know how his grandmother felt, but he hopes there would be some part of her that was pleased he got into her house.

He tried to breath properly, hoping his roommates didn't hear his sniffling. He tried to think of something less sad, so he could stop.

He allowed his mind to wander. What would Jace be doing right now? Would he sit with Lucerys on the Ravenclaw table for a bit for breakfast? He hoped not, despite wanting to break his fast with him. He and Aegon would start fighting again, and there was a reason why Gryffindors and Slytherins were seated far away from each other. Mayhaps he could sit with the Gryffindor table instead? But wouldn't that look like rejecting his new house? No, better they eat separately. They could always see each other beyond the dining hall. What were Baela and Rhaena doing? Were they enjoying Beauxbatons? He hopes they were. He wonders if they entered Hogwarts, what would their houses be? Baela was definitely a Gryffindor, Rhaena would fit in Ravenclaw, more than he would, at least. Maybe Daemon and his grandmother would threaten the hat so he would place them under their care? It would be hilarious to watch if Baela would get sent to Slytherin. She would rage and Daemon would threaten to cut the hat in half with Dark Sister. His grandfather would have to sew the hat back together and beg for it's forgiveness. He hoped, though he knows it wouldn't really happen, that Rhaena would transfer to Hogwarts, maybe they could sneak in each other's room to read and tell stories, like they did in Dragonstone, but what would....

So on and on Lucerys thought happier thoughts until he finally slept. When he opened his eyes, he was determined to have a good first day.

Julieta Madrigal: Hogwarts AU

Julieta Madrigal is a Half-Blood witch that was born on the 17th of October 1944 and started attending Hogwarts on the 1st of September 1956, being sorted into Hufflepuff house.

She was the oldest of Pedro and Alma Madrigal's triplet and she often helped her mother out as a child after their father died, with her being the golden child of the family.

When she started attending Hogwarts, she and her siblings were quick to befriend the happy-go-lucky Gryffindor Felix and the clumsy yet kind Hufflepuff Agustín, with her and her younger triplet sister Pepa eventually marrying them.

Her mother was never exactly pleased with Julieta's choice go marry Agustín due to his clumsy nature and his Muggleborn status (despite being Muggleborn herself).

After she graduated from Hogwarts, she started working as a healer for St. Mungos while her husband started working at the Leaky Cauldron until their first daughters were born, to which he became a house-husband instead.

She had three daughters with Agustín, with her oldest daughter Isabela being the favorite of her grandmother which caused her to become obsessed with perfection which Julieta and Agustín never truly realized.

While she wasn't an official member of the Order of the Phoenix like her brother, she was still an ally to the organisation and helped out both during the first and second wizarding wars.

During the Second Wizarding War, she helped out with hiding Muggleborns and spies who had been found out with her becoming an official member during this war.

She eventually participated in the Battle of Hogwarts together with her family which they all miraculously managed to survive even if it was a close call with her daughter Isabela and her nephew Camilo.

While she wasn't much of a fighter during the battle with her helping more with taking care of the injured, she still knew a bunch of curses who she took down a lot of Death Eaters with.

After the war, she continued to work as a healer until retirement and eventually became a grandmother to her three daughter's children.

She has a Rowan wand with a Unicorn Hair core.

Her Patronus is a Newfoundland.

Her favorite subjects are Herbology and Potions.

Her least favorite subjects are Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration.

“Wizardly Ladybug and Chat Noir”

Going on with some Hogwarts x MLB!

(I had to reduce the  size  because the file was too heavy for tumblr, it might have dropped the quality of the picture!) Not sure I will do more; but at least I got the idea out of my head and it feels great to share ! o/ If we may whange the synopsis a bit : Marinette, a ravenclaw awkward student and Adrien, a punny gryffindor have been entrusted with the power of miraculous  from their ancient runes teacher, Professor Fu, to find the one who stole the butterfly miraculous by transforming into Ladybug and Chat Noir. Little do they know that behind Hawkmoth mask hides Gabriel Agreste, father of Adrien, renowned wizard designer, ex-Death eater and  Transfiguration teacher at the same school. But while Hawkmoth is relentlessly using the ancient magic to transform the student into akumas in order to find the creation and destruction miraculous that could somehow revives his wife (he wished); our duo is resolved to not let him do as he pleases! As it's true their new costumes are less convenient for moving; I feel that in a wizard world, they would need this less. They both have a broom ( Chat's stick can transform into one), and Ladybug can use her wand to control her "yoyo". The metamorphosis actually allow them to use an ancient spell each : Lucky Charm and Cataclysm ( of course); spells that can't be used otherwise.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng: Hogwarts AU

Marinette Dupain-Cheng is a Pureblood witch that was born on the 9th of July 1978 and started attending Hogwarts on the 1st of September 1989, being sorted into Ravenclaw house.

She has a Willow wand with a Unicorn Hair core.

Her Patronus is a Ladybug.

Her favorite subject are Transfiguration and her least favorite subject is Herbology.

She is one of the Ravenclaw Prefects' in her year and Head-Girl of her year.

Marinette is a sweet, outgoing, young, and joyful girl who loves fashion, her friends, family, and Adrien Agreste (her crush), who describes her as honest, kind, fair, and the type not to cheat. She is very helpful towards those who have insecurities, such as; Juleka Couffaine, who thought she had a "frog choir audition curse", and Marc Anciel, who was too afraid to share his creative writing. According to Clara Nightingale, Marinette has a pure heart. She cares deeply for other people, usually putting their feelings and interests even before her own, in some cases at a personal cost. Despite being genuinely kind, she has her limits, such as when she gets irritated with Chloé Bourgeois to the point that she refuses to continue guarding her against Nathaniel while he was under the Imperius Curse under her nickname Ladybug.

Despite her outgoing and sympathetic personality, Marinette struggles with self-confidence and self-esteem. Before finding out about the prophecy and creating the secret alias of Ladybug, she was more nervous and didn't oppose others, but her confidence grew considerably since then such as talking with Adrien and standing up for others. In urgent situations, she becomes very nervous, clumsy, a bit awkward, and quick to panic which includes approaching her crush, trouble-choosing between her love interests, when in contact with major celebrities if she thinks others do a better job compared to herself or losing something that will expose her secret identity. She once had an unhealthy obsession with Adrien, a male model who is in her year. In her fifth year, with Kagami's help Marinette starts to figure out that her lack of confidence and self-esteem come from a fear of being not good enough. It also comes from out of the fear of being hurt and humiliated again as Marinette was the year before.

Marinette can act impulsively and irrationally at times, as shown when she deflected the false accusation of "stealing" Chloé's bracelet onto others who are also innocent. She is willing to do several risky tasks in order to protect her image, like erasing an embarrassing letter to Adrien by stealing his owl. More so when she expresses jealousy whenever other girls such as Chloé or Lila Rossi flirt with Adrien, even abusing her alter ego Ladybug to keep them away or forgetting to take off her disguise in the first place. However, Marinette learns from her mistakes and becomes a more open-minded, understanding person. She also takes advice from others very well, whether it is family or friends, as seen throughout her Hogwarts years. According to Marinette in "Family", as her civilian self-personality wise, she takes after her father, having her great uncle's creative side and her grandfather's fear of change.

As Ladybug, Marinette retains many of her alter ego's characteristics, but she is much stronger. Her confidence and bravery come out more prominently. According to Cat Noir, she can be stubborn at times, especially when she isn't easily convinced. While almost all of Ladybug's plans are effective, they tend to be complex and rather bizarre. She is more cautious and careful than Cat Noir, sometimes needing to restrain or stop him from doing hasty acts seen several times when their classmates gets put under the Imperius Curse. Only on rare occasions, she can act hasty, especially if she is in a rush to do something or multiple things at once or being quick to assume like when she mistook a Boggart for an akumatized Cat Noir. She believes that a great wizard always listens to their head, meaning that she isn't easily fooled or swayed by deceptions and lies.

Ladybug strives to rescue everyone, including those put under the Imperius Curse by Hawk Moth. She usually tries to persuade the Imperius victims to calm down and stop their rampage when she can. She is aware that there is a line between justice and revenge believing that honesty and justice don't mean anything if you're pressured into doing it, like as she did with Bob. She acknowledges that good things come by doing good actions and that not all problems can be solved by hurting others like Hawk Moth does. She also values the lives of others more than material possessions. Similar to her partner, through her lifestyle, she isn't tempted by power because Marinette understands that her life can be great without it. However, for a long time, her obsession for Adrien got in the way of saving people.

Marinette takes her image, spells, and those of others very seriously as Ladybug. Such as when fighting against Hawk Moth's victims, compared to Cat Noir's laid-back and goofy personality, and more so at Chloé for using magic to create a fake accident, that could have led to a serious one. It took the most critical point when one of her moral codes as a witch was used against her but also realized even if it is that the person must still stand and do what is right. Given these traits, Adrien claims that her civilian form is funnier than Ladybug. But she is also sensitive about her image, such as getting annoyed at Chloé playing her alter ego in Clara Nightingale's photo-shot in the Daily Prophet, a little angry when Nora doubted her abilities, and even attacking someone impulsively after the latter tauntingly mimicked her. Although she can get exasperated with Cat Noir if he jokes too much, she handles it calmly at times and enjoys teasing him or others. Similar to Cat Noir, she is clever with her words and occasionally enjoys making puns. According to Marinette as her alter ego personality-wise, she takes after her mother and her grandmother Gina's adventurous spirit.

As her alter ego, Marinette strives to keep her personal and hero lives separate to protect herself and her loved ones. Still, she aims to be honest with others in other ways, like with Cat Noir about not having romantic feelings for him and seeking advice from others. No matter her difficult tasks, Marinette does everything she can to set things right as Ladybug while keeping up with her everyday responsibilities, like studying, designing things, and more. There are exceptions to the rule such as when she mixed up her duties to her former professor and her personal plans, like her letter to Adrien. She also has occasional problems inventing excuses for her absences to her friends, professors, and parents. When off duty like Cat Noir, Ladybug has learned to relax and have fun.

As a duo, she is cool, calm, and level-headed, but does let personal matters take over sometimes as she voiced her frustrations at Cat Noir during a fight leading to her doubts about trusting him and then an accident. As time went on Ladybug realized that she and Cat Noir would have to include others in their work with them following her as the leader and adopting a caring protective mother figure role. Doing so Ladybug doesn't see them as sidekicks but as friends and extremely values their support. She is also great at giving advice to others when they need it and shows great care for them and their loved ones when in danger such as when Chloé and Kagami, were suspended from their team roles as the cost of revealing their identities to Hawk Moth. According to Cat Walker, as team leader, Ladybug doesn't play favorites and cares for everyone equally. Also, she learned to take suggestions, and ideas and to follow the lead of others when the situation calls for it such as following Cat Noir's lead when she became more aggressive and irrational than normal, fierce boarding reckless.

After taking on Prefect and Head-Girl duties, Ladybug still continued to accept the help of her allies both old and new understanding that the rules are slowly changing. And yet, she became overprotective of and bordering afraid for Cat Noir, herself, and others as well as affecting her friendship and partnership with him unknowingly acting like her archenemy by keeping him out of the loop, taking him for granted, calling the others excessively or not trusting him to retrieve their friends whose identities he knows unaware that he wanted to protect her to but in the opposite direction. She fully realizes her and other mistakes, after Hawk Moth stole the list with all of their friends' names (except for hers and Cat Noir's), feeling immense guilt believing what she deserved until Cat Noir reminds her that she still has him, the faith of everyone at Hogwarts and ensured her they will retrieve the list, and make sure Hawk Moth doesn't steal anything from them again inspiring her with the hope to keep fighting.

With Hawk Moth finding out the identities of their friends, her confidence as Ladybug has shaken to where she occasionally hesitates and becomes sensitive at the mention of it especially missing the alter egos of their friends and the rest of the team.

Despite the fact that being Ladybug had allowed her to meet her cat Tikki and save people, Marinette started to grow tired and stressed about keeping her two lives separate and having to lie to everyone she loves, eventually causing her to break down and cry to Luka about her problems. While on occasion, she rarely breaks down as Ladybug, often voicing her doubts and mistakes to Cat Noir during their hardest times. She felt more of the strain in her civilian life as she took the mantle of Head-Girl, causing her to break down, even more, realizing she can't have a love life or be honest with anyone; effectively condemning herself to a cage of lies until Shadow Moth is no longer a threat.

Speaking of her tasks as one of the chosen ones, Marinette worked relentlessly to decode the letters that Hawk Moth sends her and was very determined to stop Hawk Moth from putting more people under the Imperius Curse. However, she is also stressed out more and struggled to balance everything to the point where she constantly lies to her parents and friends. Because of this, Marinette started to act out like Gabriel such as when she resorted to using drastic measures such as not telling Luka the truth and calling off her friendships with her friends, both instances lead to them being put under the Imperius Curse. It was there that Marinette, after breaking off with Luka and making up to her friends, she decided to let Alya in on her secret of being Ladybug and the prophecy. After gaining help from Alya, she has a deeper understanding of her destiny and was happy about protecting people even further. Through it, she calmed down and started to see the flaws in others. Unlike Hawk Moth, Marinette has let go of past mistakes as she wasn't angry at Mister Fu for losing the book about Horcruxes leading to now, and not blaming herself for Fu's condition knowing that he wouldn't want her to do that as others still needed her. However, because of the big burden, she has as one of the chosen ones, Ladybug becomes very protective of the forbidden books under her care.

And yet, the burden of being one of the chosen ones wasn't the only thing that made her behave the way she did it was Hawk Moth's relentless hunting of her and Cat Noir. Over time she had grown more aware of Hawk Moth's deceptive and super sneaky nature to the point where she had nightmares and was afraid of what he was going to do if he found out when she let others in on her secrets and has the power to back it up. Despite burdening herself to keep everyone else safe she had forgotten it works both ways as no one else wants to see her suffer for them. Because of her archenemy, she understood what the other chosen ones felt knowing what it's like to be hunted.

Unknowingly because of her archenemy, she learned what happens when one obsesses over their own desires and that you not only hurt yourself but others too. Such as in her early Hogwarts years, Marinette would have been all over Adrien but in her sixth year she forces Kagami to see him, but she also goes to great lengths to avoid seeing Luka. Her love obsession caused many problems, such as where her emotional preference caused her to give Adrien the snake disguise, even though Luka was a much better fit. And causing the list of their allies to be stolen and with that being the last straw Marinette gives up her love for Adrien for the sake of her people. However, in trying to shut off her love affections she goes denial crazy again from running away from her feelings to desperately wanting a guy to love her back even to almost foolishly accepting Monarch's offer aware that everything would end in disaster if not for Cat Noir. As well as because of her archenemy's influence as both sought easier ways out of their problems but were short-sided and yet Marinette accepted the outcome and followed her friend's example.

As Lady Noire, Marinette retained most of her personality as Ladybug, like her cautiousness and creativity. She took after her partner's sense of humor, cunning, and charm, with Mister Bug believing that she was the one wearing the clown suit. Returning as Lady Noire again, she adopted more of her partner's persona, becoming flirty.

Like Adrien when he was Aspik, as Multimouse, while trying to protect her identity as Ladybug, Marinette was trustworthy, faithful, and clever. However, she pretended to be a klutz and "revealed" her identity in front of Cat Noir so he wouldn't think that Marinette is Ladybug.

As her adult alter ego, according to Bunnyx, Marinette will grow into a wise, calm, strong, and confident leader, meaning that she isn't impulsive and irrational. Such as when she comforted Bunnyx, telling her that their fight wasn't over, easily figuring out she had a message from her younger self, and after Timetagger's defeat, she confidently told her younger self that they'll always be able to save the day.
