meeting harry

•everyone was gawping, he needed a break

•sneaking out during first year because you were homesick and couldn’t sleep, bumping into his

•literally bumping, because he was invisible. first year harry, despite his traumatic start to life, was more naive. more trusting. he told you everything

•you started joining him on his midnight outings, though he came to meet you after his trips to the mirror

•out of robes at night, he didn’t know your house

•not until he noticed you in class, emerald green. he was confused, because you didn’t match what he knew about slytherins. ambitious sure, but so was he

•he missed a few of your meetings, and you weren’t sure how you knew, but you did. so you confronted him, not one to avoid confrontation

•he got over it

•ron and hermione know you exist, but you aren’t part of the trio. you’re more harry’s secret crush that is not a secret at all. they honestly don’t trust you at first, slytherin stereotypes and all that, but they come around

meeting luna

•met on the hogwarts express the year she joined, your second year, and latched onto her instantly

•made sure people didn’t give her a tough time, standing behind her like a guard dog if anyone gave her shit

•quietly helping her find all of her things when they went missing

•luna was your main friend, your meetings with harry fewer between as his own cursed life heated up

•but he missed you

they met each other

•in compliance to book canon, they meet in a train carriage, as ron and hermione are prefects. you’re there too, and if he looks surprised to see you, he doesn’t show it

•harry is struck with two realisations

•the first, he has not properly talked to you in a while. to think you were the person who really got him through the adjustment of hogwarts and... well, everything. and you’d drifted so fast. he resolved to rectify that.

•the second, you and the ditzy blonde next to you were so very pretty, and he was suddenly very aware of his tongue

•he stammered a lot that first time meeting you together, before reprimanding himself. bigger issues

•but he did reconnect with you, and in turn, your new best friend, luna. through dumbledore’s army, the three of you were spending a lot of time together - he made sure nobody gave you crap for being the only slytherin there

•after meetings, you two would stay and help him tidy

how it started

•it was messy. in a nice way, sort of

•harry asked you out on the day you’d been planning on asking out luna, but you’d found yourself saying yes on instinct

•“yes! wait, no-” “oh, that’s fine...” “i mean yes, but... i was about to ask out luna.” “oh.” “maybe... she could come too.” you suggested it, harry considered it. maybe his heart didn’t just race around her because you were usually near

•luna was, simply, into it. it wasn’t a complex issue for her. she liked you, she liked harry.

•it was a nice start

the war

•harry didn’t want you two to come horcrux hunting. he wanted you safe, and dumbledore ordered he’d only take ron and hermione with him

•you and luna were supposed to return to the deteriorating hogwarts

•but dumbledore had given you the same secret mission he gave every slytherin kid that wasn’t a blood supremacist. everyone in a position he could abuse

•you became a spy. luna didn’t ask you to stay, she just held you tightly the night before you left, afraid to be alone but not willing to hold you back

•you weren’t based in malfoy manor, nor were you high enough in the ranks to hear about any plans. so you didn’t know luna had been snatched from the hogwarts express

•harry noticed neither of you were on the map. he noticed neither of you were at hogwarts. being targets, he hoped you’d both gone to ground. didn’t let himself consider another possibility

•but the night harry arrived at the malfoy manor, so did you. both of you discovered then, luna was downstairs

•with silent communication, you hatched the plan

•you were present for hermione’s torture, you held her as soon as everyone had left the room, assuring her you were on her side

•once dobby was buried, harry lost his temper. you, him, and luna were upstairs, but the shouting could be heard throughout the house

•he said you never should’ve left luna. you were blaming yourself for the same thing and couldn’t help but lash out

•“i’m not the only one that left on dumbledore’s orders, harry.” and you were right, but neither of you would back done

•out of the dynamic, you two could clash, and luna was always the middleman. soothing you both, reminding you how much you loved each other, as well as her

•you two held each other when harry’s body was brought forth, and he had to force himself to not twitch at your screams

•but happy reunited ending and fred never died🤭

epilogue

•it took time after the war, to heal

•harry was loaded with guilt and pain, he pushed you away, but you never let him get far

•you had a dark mark. you burned it off, but the scars remained.

•luna was the best at coping with the trauma, but she had her falls too

•but the three of you got through.

•luna surrounded your house with her magical creatures, which harry and his riches indulged her with

•she would go away for spells of time, looking for creatures, elated at her success when she returned, but also elated to see you two again

•harry’s job was dangerous, but you had never loved him for his sense of safety

•you pursued your love for classics, more in the muggle world, but making magical crossovers occasionally

•the rooms of your house were a constant muddle of your careers, passions, hobbies

•a beautiful muddle of three unique people with so much love for each other in their hearts

•luna has definitely painted a mural in every room

•birthdays are always celebrated in the most unique ways, as are any other milestones

•newspapers are always wanting interviews out of the lot of you. sometimes you say yes, sometimes you say no, sometimes luna stares at them blankly until they go away

•your nieces/nephews/own children if that’s something you decided to do, absolutely love you guys. your house is so interesting to them, you all love them so much

•harry does most of the cooking because you just can’t and luna tries to put ingredients in things that ingredients don’t go in for ‘science’

•your home is a blend of magic and muggle. your library is almost completely muggle, except for the fact it’s stored in a cupboard on the first floor, which opens up into a full scale...library

•you have healthy communication, like any functioning relationship needs, though things can get lost in translation

•like the time harry was running late for work and asked luna to put some toast on for him, while he was in the shower. he dried off and shrugged on his blazer, only for two slices of buttered toast to fall from the inside

•or the time luna asked you to feed her bowtruckles while she was away, but you fed them human food the whole time (they were fine, don’t worry)

•but overall, you’re a solid group of unconditional love and support

Currently listening to Hollywood undead while I write this fanfic, anyways I’m a big whore (unfortunately) and I see that currently my poll is around the same votes for Mattheo and Theo…so this one will be for Theo (since my first fanfic was for Mattheo) and then my next fanfic after this one will be Mattheo x Reader x Theo bc I absolutely love men and poly relationships‼️

Summary - Theo notices someone being too handsy with GN!Reader in class and gets possessive

I am willing to make a smutty part two of this if anyone wants it and I hope y’all recognize what I’m loosely referencing in this fic at the end LOL

Word Count - 1979

I fiddle with my tie, trying to re-adjust the cloth as it hangs loosely around my neck. I had originally loosened it because it had gotten really hot in the class room but that can be expected when you’re working on potions from time to time.

Harry was assigned to be my potions partner. Ron and Hermione were sat next to us as we read off all the needed ingredients.

Harry begins listing the items while counting them on his fingers in 3s. Once he’s mesmerized part of the ingredients, his eyes drift towards me. His eyebrow quirks up when he sees me struggling with my tie.

Immediately he forgets the stuff we need as he reaches over to my tie, gently removing my hands from the area as he re-adjusts it for me. A small blush forms on my face at how close he has gotten. I can very easily see his scar up close and how his glasses are settled on his nose.

Has he always been this pretty?

As if on command, his hands drop from my tie. I look down at his hands and back up as he gives me a cute but awkward looking smile.

The kind of smile you give someone when you realize just how close you are before moving away.

Harry stands and goes to grab the ingredients.

Hermione smiles at me with a grin that just screams, “I told you he liked you.”

I roll my eyes at her, watching as Ron fucks up something in their potion, causing his eyes to go wide. Hermione’s attention is redirected as she hits the back of his head, pushing him over to fix whatever he’s done.

As I wait for Harry, I look around the room. Some people are already done with their potions, some are restarting. And by restarting, I mean that Seamus’ is covered with dust and his hair is everywhere.

Well now I know why it’s so hot in here.

My eyes wander next to him to see the next table of students. At this table, Blaise Zabini and Theodore Nott are sitting and just talking.

Looks like they’ve finished their potion.

I realize that Theo is looking at me and quickly look away.

I’ve talked to him a few times before but I really tried to stay away from his friend group. Except Enzo and Blaise, they’re really the only two I get along with well.

Being friends with the golden trio is nice but that just means that Draco’s friend group bitches about it all the damn time.

Harry walks back over, holding a tray in one hand with everything we need. He stands behind me, placing his free hand on my shoulder as he leans over me in order to place the tray on the table.

My eyes widen as a reaction at the touch. It’s not necessarily a touch that most people would think about however, I wasn’t used to people being physical with me.

#TouchStarved, I think to myself before cracking a smile at my own humor.

Theo and Blaise’s table is right behind where Hermione and Ron are sitting so I furrow my eyebrows when I see Theo staring directly at me still.

Ah shit he looks pissed.

I avoid eye contact with him because we all know that a mad Slytherin really isn’t someone you want to be around. Although I can’t help but wonder if he’s pissed at me for something. I never talk to his friends though so there shouldn’t be any problem.

I brush it off as Harry begins speaking.

“Alright. Um- could you hand me that knife?” I nod at his question, grabbing the blade next to me and handing it to him. He nods in appreciation.

Soon enough the potion is done and was a great success. Harry and I were really happy with how it turned out since this would be very important for our grade.

Harry and I smiled at each other and raised our arms, celebrating the victory. Harry’s hands make contact with mine in a double high five. At this I smile even bigger, entwining our hands before he pulls away.

We begin laughing as Ron groans, upset with how his potion was turning out. Hermione rolled her eyes before grinning at the Potter boy and I.

Harry had the greatest idea of standing up from his stool and pulling me to stand with him. Our hands were still locked as he began to make me dance with him. At first we were doing the waltz that we were taught for the Yule ball but after he spinned me, I came back to him and instead of having our hands together, he settled for placing his hands on my hips.

He began using his hands to guide my hips in a very different dance than the waltz.

My hands were around his neck as my hips swayed from the pressure of his hands. And honestly if we were at a party this would seem extremely sexual, but since it’s just Harry and I, it’s platonic fun.

Although it definitely brought yet another blush to my face, but I was like 100% sure that Harry didn’t like me. I think he’s just a very physical person when he becomes close with people.

The Professor looks over at us, staring us down as we both laugh before scrambling away from each other. Rushing to sit down before we got yelled at.

Once the Professor looks away, a note flies over and hits Harry in the glasses. He picks up the note with his eyebrows tensed in confusion. We both look over from where it came from and it was definitely from Theodore Nott.

The only way I could be sure is when I saw him motion for Harry to read the note.

I watch as Harry reads over the words. Clearly becoming more and more confused, stealing glances between me and the note.

“What is it? What’s it say?” I vocalize, inquisitively.

He shakes his head as if he were clearing an echa sketch. But instead of a drawing, he was clearing his thoughts.

“Ah- um- it’s nothing really.” Harry stutters, licking his bottom lip. Which I’ve become aware is one of his nervous signals.

His eyes connect with Theodore, who in return stares back. His stare is clearly more frightening since he has what I like to call “dead eyes”.

Those eyes are absolutely gorgeous but when the light fades from them when he’s pissed, it’s the most terrifying thing.

I make eye contact with Hermione, having a conversation with just our eyes. Asking about what’s happening seeing as the two boys look like they’re holding back to urge to jump the tables and punch each other in the face.

Granger shrugs.

I quickly try to gain control of the situation again by calling the brunettes name. “Harry?”

“Hm?” Instead of breaking eye contact with Nott, he just makes a hum of acknowledgment.

“What’s wrong? What did the note say?” I whisper to him, trying to cover our chat from Theodore.

Potter doesn’t make an effort to say anything, instead he throws the note in front of me to read. I pick up the note and begin reading from left to right.

“Back off from what I’ve been trying to claim.” Is the only sentence written on the piece of parchment.

My mouth drops open in surprise, my mind immediately drawing the dots together like Stiles does in teen wolf.

Man he’s a smart character. But also really stupid.

I get off track with my thinking, refocusing on the important thing at hand.

But honestly, I don’t care all that much. Is that a bad thing?

Now that I know why they’re both death glaring at each other, I can only feel my stomach erupt into butterflies.

I crumple up the note, trying to be sly as I slip it into my pocket but I see as Harry’s jaw clenches and Theo now has a shit eating grin on his face.

It lasts for a couple more seconds before Potter breaks eye contact first, scoffing at the Slytherin. Harry stands abruptly and turns to leave the classroom. Ron following after him as I hear the ginger exclaim, “Bloody hell mate!”

Hermione and I look at each other again, an expression on our faces that is making it very evident that we both thought that was attractive.

Like oh my god, two guys getting jealous and possessive over me.

Perhaps it is wrong to find it attractive but I love feeling wanted.

Class soon ends after that, Harry and Ron never returning back for anything. Hermione is left to pick up after them while I exit the class. Hermione agreed to cleaning up, knowing that my next class is basically across the school and with all the moving staircases and students. It’s just torture to arrive on time.

I walk as swiftly as I can, dodging people and walking between random people in order to reach my destination.

But before I reach my class, a hand is promptly placed on my upper back. I look over my shoulder to see Theodore standing tall over me. His hand still resting on the small of my back, showing his possessive and dominant side. Practically towering over me as he guides me over to a private area.

Which happened to be a janitor’s closet. He opened the door and gently but still roughly shoved me inside. He steps in after me, clicking the lock.

I was about to speak up but he cut me off.

“I want to make you mine.” He said with a completely straight face as he put it bluntly. His voice low and deep as he kept eye contact with me.

I froze with my eyes wide as a small smirk formed on his lips.

“What? Cats got your tongue, Amore Mio”

Oh okay that got me a little bit.

I feel a small wave of attraction wash over me, something so intense for just a moment it could visually be seen in my eyes.

“Oh oh ohhhh, you like it when I speak Italian don’t you, Dolcezza?” He inquires, his eyes searching my face for some kind of a reaction as a smile grows on him.

And the answer to that question is 1000% yes but why would I admit that???

Unfortunately my body betrays me as I swallow anxiously, giving him the flustered response he was hoping for.

He could literally be calling me a cunt in Italian and I wouldn’t know except based on his tone but I would still find it attractive.

His captivating eyes look down at my lips as he closes the space between us. He slowly looks back up into my eyes as he gets on his knees in front of me.

Oh I like that too.

Theo grabs my arm gently, placing a kiss on my inner wrist as he still keeps eye contact.

My stomach flips and I shuffle a little closer to him.

“Can I kiss you?” He questions, and holy shit I swear to god if he doesn’t look away I will because his eyes are literally hypnotic.

I nod but it’s not enough for him. His eyes are trained on me, pulling me down to be level with his height.

“Words.” Is all he says. Yet it’s such a powerful thing for me to hear right now.

“Yes, yes you can kiss me.” My face heats up, I turn my head away from him out of embarrassment. But he just grabs my face with his hands, aligning the kiss.

He hovers over my lips for a moment,

“If I wasn’t about to kiss you, I would’ve beat Harry bloody for the way he touched you.”

And just like that, our lips meet.

“His?” Enzo laughs. “Y/N is not his.”

“Not if we can help it,” Draco mumbles.

The pair watches in silence as you throw a snowball at the ginger weasel, ducking behind Harry when the bloodtraitor tries to retaliate.

Harry scooped you up in his arms, like a valiant prince coming to save the day.

They can both hear your clear laugh, even from the other side of the courtyard. It makes them both seethe with anger.

“C’monnnn,” you pleaded, tugging at Harry’s arm. “I have friends other than you. I wanna talk to Luna and Pansy and Blaise.”

Harry rolled his eyes, not putting up much of a fight as you dragged him into the Great Hall.

It was a new thing this season, to promote house unity, or whatever. The heads of houses had come up with the idea; tea, cocoa, and cookies in the Great Hall every Friday evening. Everyone welcome.

The Great Hall is dimmer than usual, not all of the floating candles lit. A few dozen student of all houses mingle and meander.

A group of kids sat on a blanket on the cool stone floor, almost as if it were a picnic.

Another group had thrown blankets and sheets over part of the ridiculously long tables, creating a blanket fort underneath.

You headed straight over to where Luna was painting Pansy’s nails. They greeted you with laughter as Luna’s unsteady hand got orange nail polish all over Pansy’s knuckle.

You gasp. “Harry! Let me paint your nails! Pleaseeee?”

He shrugged, looking over the myriad of colors laid out. He picked one up and held it out towards you.

“Snitch gold, for luck.”

You laugh, accepting the bottle and pointing for him to sit down.

“You don’t need luck, Harry. You’re you.”

Across the room, two Slytherins clocked Potter’s shy grin and bright blush.

You sat down with your friends, a wicked game of truth or dare already in full effect. As predicted, Gryffindor had won their game against Hufflepuff, resulting in a very large house party. You’d noticed a few Ravenclaws around and wondered how they got in, until you saw the Slytherins, the lions’ main suppliers of firewhiskey and good times.

“I dare you…” Ginny trailed off as she thought. A wicked grin spread across her face. “I dare you to wear that failed blue glitter lipstick that me and Cho made.”

You roll your eyes. “Oh, please. That’s easy.”

“For the whole day tomorrow.”

You raise an eyebrow. “I’m not afraid. Bring it on.”

~~~ “Draco!” Enzo hissed as he harshly elbowed his friend in the ribs.

“Ow. What?” He followed Enzo’s finger, pointing straight at the Gryffindor table. “What am I looking at?”

“Potter.”

Harry James Potter was furiously scrubbing at his skin with a napkin as you, Ginny, Ron, and Hermione were all practically howling with laughter.

Sure enough, you were true to your word, wearing that ridiculously tacky lipstick that stood out like a beacon when surrounded by all of that garish red and gold.

Harry let out a visible sigh, tossing down the napkin and sitting back in his chair, arms crossed over his chest in an obvious sulk.

Right there, smack dab in the middle of his cheek, was a perfect blue stain from a kiss.

Draco’s ears burned with rage.

“Nope. Come on, Enz. We’ve waited damn long enough.”

~~~ “It’s not coming off, guys,” Harry whined.

“Why do you think we called it failed?” Ginny laughs, the blue smudge on his cheek looking quite comical. “That’s what happened when we tried to wear it.”

You snicker. “You look good in blue, Harry,” you teased, enjoying the faint blush that settled over his cheeks.

You suddenly felt a heavy hand come down on your shoulder, tightening to the point where it was almost painful.

You whirled around, surprised to see two Slytherins you’d barely talked to.

Harry sneered at the sight of his long-time rival, Malfoy. “What do you gits want?”

They both ignored him, as if he wasn’t there at all.

“We need to talk to you,” Enzo snapped, his hand on your shoulder tightening even more as he all but dragged you out of your seat.

You stumbled after him as Draco propelled you forward with a firm hand on the small of your back.

The two boys dragged you out into the hall, away from prying eyes. Draco wasted no time before shoving you up against the wall in a secluded alcove.

“The fuck do you think you’re doing, kissing Potter?”

“W-what?” You stammered, your brain not yet having caught up with the situation.

Enzo scoffed. “Whoring yourself out to anyone who blushes at you, huh?”

“What?”

“How long have you been sleeping with him, hm? How long?”

“Wh- Harry? We’re friends!”

“Friends, huh? Friends?” Enzo scoffed.

“Yes!” You snapped. “Who d’you think you are, questioning my- mmfph!”

Draco surged forward and kissed you harshly.

Enzo Berkshire, Draco Malfoy, and Y/N L/N all stumbled into Defense Against the Dark Arts twenty minutes late, their clothes rumpled and their skin stained with blue lipstick.

“Tiny this project is about the war.” Ron said before getting cut off by hermione.

“What ron means to say is that this assignment is supposed to be filled with information and not color mkay?” She said causing you to pout.

“Will one of you help us out on this?” Harry asked your caregivers rhetorically.

“Why would we tiny’s got it covered right angel?” Mattheo asked you with a smirk.

You nodded enthusiastically making Pansy chuckle. “Alright alright. I’ll help you guys since none of the boys feel like pitching in” Pansy said sitting down on one of the common room chairs.

“Can we go to the gryffindor common room instead? I feel like I’m getting glared down” ron said nervously looking at Adrian staring at him with a scowl on his face.

“He’s not glaring you down that’s just his natural look.” Theodore replied lighting a cigarette.

Draco snatched the cigarette out of Theodore’s mouth causing Theodore to groan. “No smoking in front of tiny.”

Before Theodore got to defend himself Blaise cut him off. “Second hand smoke Theo. Princess doesn’t need to inhale that.”

“This is boring. What if we make cookies and then watch a movie?” You suggested causing Harry to sigh.

“Angel we can do that later. Right now we need to finish this.” Pansy said softly.

You pouted whining. You hopped of the chair and jumped on top of mattheo who was currently laying on this couch.

“Mommy bein boring dada” you whispered in his ear causing him to chuckle.

“I know love I know” he said pressing a kiss on your head.

“What’d she say?” Theodore asked. “She said pansy’s being boring” mattheo answered causing pansy’s attention to turn to you both.

“Oh really?” Pansy asked you raising an eyebrow.

“No I didn’t!” You said trying to defend yourself. Mattheo let out a laugh watching you hide your face in his chest giggling.

(btw this is oddly formatted cuz i still dk how to write abt myself 😭)

my hogwarts house is slytherin & i'm an intp. i've been told im observant, 'mature for my age', 'elusive' & creative, and that i could do a lot of things if i choose to and set my mind to it. i can be really funny, vulgar & charismatic, but also aloof and cold. im a bit of a slacker and i get into my fair share of trouble. i also keep a small amount of friends.

my favourites books are the secret history & the goldfinch. i like journaling and reading but i tend to procrastinate a lot. my fave fruit is pomegranete. i tend to associate certain places with how deeply i felt or an eventful moment that happened. i have an eclectic music taste and usually listen to songs from/before the 2010s, mid 60s/early 70s & 50s. once in a while i will listen to some modern new releases, though. the song ive been listening to on repeat recently are sleepwalker by akiaura, your face by wisp, noisy sunday by patrick watson and you know im no good by amy winehouse. other than harry potter, i know mcu (spiderverse films <33), the umbrella academy, the twilight franchise, the walking dead and lord of the rings. i also like silent films. i love daydreaming and sleeping. i have the burden of the oldest sibling. ans i plan to taste all the best wine i could get my hands on, but that probably won't happen.

idk if this i a necessary description but i have olive/tan skin, black wavy hair, freckles & dark brown eyes. and my aesthetic would probably by beatnik and midwestern emo combined (and 'older brother' core but minus all the videogames).

i know theo likes old times music and he would 100% put some on and just twirl you around your dorm room whether it's just the two of you or if the room is full of you're dormates

his friends have grown used to it and at this point just watch in adoration as you two get so wrapped up in your own world.

theo will take you on a trip to taste the best wines in the world, probably to italy during your last summer at hogwarts and he makes sure it's the best trip you've ever taken.

theo will also go to see every marvel film in the cinema with you if you asked.

Anon you came to the right place 🙌 I love triads and this is a great opportunity to finally make a proper reclist.
