This sword is responsible for transforming Adora into She-Ra. It is made of both technology and magic, making it uniquely suited for allowing this transformation to occur. Its wielder is an honorary princess of Etheria. In addition to this, it grants a number of magical abilities, including energy blasts, healing, animal mutation, and hydrokinesis, and can even be transformed into other weapons.

Sasha's Heron Swords

From: Amphibia

Wielder: Sasha Waybright

Sasha was gifted these swords by Grime, the pink one when she proved herself to be an ally by defending the Toad Tower against herons, and the silver one later as a sign of respect and trust. Herons, the birds depicted on the hilt, are actually deadly creatures in Amphibia, so their inclusion in the design on the sword has a more powerful air to it than one would expect from a bird motif.

Cat folk/Magicats as First Ones

I’ve discussed before how, in the classic She-Ra series, the First Ones must have come from Eternia to explain how only they could repair a magic sword from Castle Grayskull.

However, they didn’t all have to be human. Since they were seen as fire spirits in the Etherian Underworld, we don’t know what they looked like before they died. There was at least one other species that had dwelt on both planets for a long time.

No, not Snake Men. These two guys might have just come with Hordak.

The Magicats: they had a civilization of unknown age on Etheria and swore “by the whiskers of Saz!”

They had an equivalent on Eternia, called Cat folk, who also swore by Saz.

So since there’s a logical need for someone from Eternia to colonize Etheria and bring the Sword of Protection (which later teleported back to Castle Grayskull), Cat folk are just as likely as humans. Or both together.

SPOP Sword of Protection

To be specific, the First One/Ancient Eternian creation. Also an addendum to my post of SPOP She-Ra design.

In general, it quite resembles the DC Masters of the Universe Design of the (awakened/active) Sword of Protection:

It also resembles with it's circuitry the 200X version of Sword of Power...but also the 200X Sword of Protection itself, that appeared only in concept art form and toy form:

It having a crystal blade, might be inspired by the Sword of Power when wielded by He-Ro and champions before him (with the Sword turning metallic when King Grayakull inherited it).

BUUUT, it might be as well or even more possibly inspired by the 80s Sword of Protection toy, with a translucent blade:

The SPOP Sword of Protection's rainguard and crossguard resemble the Filmation Crystal Castle:

An Assassin Child and His Ghost Sword

For whatever reason, Danny has become a magical sword and been thrown through time and space, eventually landing in a completely different world far in the past.

In all honesty, being a magic sword isn't the worst thing ever, to the point he's basically using it as an extended vacation. Whenever he's alone he sleeps, whenever he has a wielder, he gives them advice and extra abilities and the like. If he gets bored in one area, he's able to move himself to another.

However, Danny ended up screwing up somewhere down the line. See, he has the ability to only work for those who are 'worthy' (basically a catch all term for the people Danny likes or can at the very least be civil with). If someone 'unworthy' picks him up, he'll curse them.

Unfortunately, after a long string of unworthy people, everyone now believes Danny is solely a cursed blade, his ability to bless others forgotten when he finally goes down in the history books.

Then when Danny finally come to the modern age, he ends up being found by one Damian Al Ghul.

Damian is all by himself for one reason or another (running from the League, disagreement with the Bats, etc.) when he finds Danny. And frankly, what kid wouldn't want a magical, talking sword that grants incredible powers, especially when you've been trained in how to actually wield them. He doesn't really have a plan, so he decides to just travel around trying to find a place he belongs.

Danny likes the kid and decides to look after him since he's all by himself. He helps the kid travel around the world, teaches him how the world works, helps him with any moral issues that being raised by assassins brings, etc.

Meanwhile, the rest of the world is wondering who this small, wandering child with the sword is.

These katanas have the ability to summon portals, and can also teleport their wielder to the location of either katana. They are also important for a couple of lore reasons that I believe it would be wise not to mention!
