1. Are you named after anyone?

Nope!

2. When was the last time you cried?

Hmm 🤔 I'm not sure tbh, maybe last week? Two weeks ago? Less than a month most likely. Just felt bad about myself and had a good cry.

3. Do you have kids?

No kids, nor do I want any.

4. What sports do you play/ have you played?

Dance (contemporary and a bit of modern jazz) when I was a kid but I didn't learn much even though i started when i was 3 or 4 i think, and did maybe 8(?) years of it.

Circus for 9 years.

Taekwondo for 2 years (I think you're supposed to be a yellow belt after only two years but my teacher gave me the blue belt so 🤷 guess I'm a blue belt).

Self defense for 1 year.

And ski and snowboard since I grew up in the alps though I barely took any classes, mostly just with my parents.

(+ all the sports I had to do in PE class in school. I really liked rock climbing, orienteering and step aerobics)

5. Do you use sarcasm?

All the time!

6. What's the first thing you notice about people?

Either clothes or hair I think? I'm not very observant or a good judge of character so it has to be something obvious.

7. What's your eye colour?

Blue 🧿🧿

8. Scary movies or happy endings?

Happy endings! I don't really like scary movies, though I love suspens and action that get you on the edge of your seat.

9. Any talents?

I have pretty fast reflex? Not sure that's a talent but I'm good at games where you have to catch something or put cards down faster than the other players. Actually I'm good at board games in general (unless I'm playing against my brother, he's way better that me).

10. Where were you born?

In the french alps 🇨🇵🏔

11. What are your hobbies?

Reading (I wish it was more books (it used to be) but honestly most of the time it's mostly fics), playing video games, sewing, knitting, crocheting, random arts and crafts that I'll drop a week later, watching movies and going to the cinema, astronomy (mostly just stargazing so far but one day I'll buy a telescope), playing board games, travelling (does it count as a hobby?), daydreaming about star wars characters...

12. Do you have any pets?

Sort of? I've always had cats at my mom's house but since I moved out it's mostly my mom's cat? But it's also mine and my sister's. Idk it's our cat.

(My mom also has a dog but that's her dog, not mine)

13. How tall are you?

169 cm (which is 5'6" or 5'7" i think)

14. Favourite subject in school?

Maths and Latin

(I was also very good at physics but I didn't love it for some reason, even though that was the most interesting)

15. Dream job?

Prop guy or costume maker in movies (not the designers, the people who actually make the stuff). Or somehow living off of making cosplay and stuff like that (through YouTube and Instagram I guess).

(I'm not actually trying to do any of that though, I don't think I have the skills to do it)

okay. so. im getting into twisted wonderland

and. can i just ask. why does the story actually seem cool? also DESIGNS??? WOAHHH.

Maybe I'm biased, I've had the story a bit spoiled to me cause. Okay so I got into Twisted Wonderland because I was reading Katekyou Hitman Reborn! fics, and there's this series filled with Skull being characters from Twisted Wonderland (and other stuff ofc). And I decided, why not, and it seemed so cool (I adore bamf skull), and also. Honestly. My favorite is Riddle Rosehearts. (Also the 'OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!' ability. 1. Ayo CoLLAR ME PLS HAha- 2. I don't know if it gets more extreme but in the fics its been used to kill a bunch of people at once because, y'know, off with your head. The ability seems very cool.)

honestly i have no complaints about the story?? and maybe thats on me because the most experience i have with japanese visual novels is they're all romance games. and i really appreciate it not being that. HELL YEAH. give me my fantasy adventure with disney villains everyday!

i cannot tell you how much i LOVED Ever After High. And then there was Descendants (i think it got so popular that Ever After High got discontinued, which NOOOO)

Anyway I got so obsessed with Descendants. And then I went to a store and there was Descendants stuff and I bought a lot. I don't know why but I even bought like a Mal wig?? I don't even know why, I don't cosplay.

I'm not sure whose related to who and where exactly it fits in the universe (like, for example, if Riddle's related to the queen of hearts or something, no idea), but there's basically these dorms for seven of these like.. villains. Introduction to who they are in the prologue imo is kinda portraying it in a way that you want to be inspired by them? Like, oh, Scar just wanted equality between the Hyenas and the Lions (I think? I haven't watched that movie in so long), and while technically that's kind of true.. I think other stuff happened but I honestly can't remember.

Or like... The. evil queen? I think that's from Snow White's story. Uhh, that she wanted to be the fairest in all the land and was willing to do whatever it takes, which that was something to be admired about. Honestly don't hang on my word if you don't know about the game's story and reading this anyway because I don't remember a lot from the movies.

(ALSO for once not a story where we're assumed to be like, a girl? again, my only experience is those romance games sadly, but oh my god. I've been trying to get back into Mystic Messenger cause I never had the patience for it before, but the

and cause overblotting is like a dangerous thing

I may or may not have escalated a lot tiny bit and I made FoxXian and DragonJi plushies. More details under the cut.

... It all started when I had some short brown fur leftover from a project and I was like "Hu, the short brown fur would go nicely with the leftovers of the long fur from my FoxXian cosplay" and suddenly I had a FoxXian plushies and of course then I kind of HAD to make DragonJi too, ya know. Both plushies are designed to match to @recipe-of-seduction 's and mine DragonJi&FoxXIan cosplays.

Details on the DragonJi:

The head and the (modified) claws/feet are 3D printed using the Lung Oriental Articulated Dragon model by 7Fish on thingiverse. The jaw can be opened fully (which can't be fully seen in the pics above so I added a WIP picture of when he was still bald ☠). The rest of the body is made of fabric and leather scales, all sewn by hand. Originally, I wanted him to be fully posable and I put wire into him but RIP he's too heavy for the wire and now he's a very floppy wet noodle.

Details on FoxXian:

The pattern for the body is by Dollphinwing on Etsy and I altered the pattern for the tail and the head. The head contains a 3D printed replica of a fox skull, so yes he can actually open and close his mouth and he has a tongue to blep (very important!). There's a little bit of wire in him to stabilize the head and the tail (they're heavy), but he's not as posable as DragonJi. The fox is completely handsewn and the eyes are also embroidered by hand.

And last but not least: They're rather big.

bingeing an entire season of a trashy reality show in one sitting together + hellcheer

Modern AU is a good time // Chrissy isn't watching a specific show that exists in the real world here, but fashion competition shows are one of my guiltier pleasures sooo. PG-ish and also on ao3.

There are a few little things Chrissy Cunningham thinks the universe created at least in part because they make her happy.

Iced white chocolate peppermint mochas and yes she knows that’s a small furball of a coffee order but she’s polite and tips well so it evens out. Brightly colored eyeshadow. Small dogs out in public. Fashion competition shows.

It’s this last little cosmic treat that has her in a good mood on a particular weekend. One of her favorites has just dropped a new season, and she is more than ready to live vicariously through it all, and-

“Shit, that’s a lot of leopard print.”

If there is a complication against this perfect day of binge-watching, Chrissy thinks, it’s going to be her otherwise lovely boyfriend. Eddie is a sweetheart, absolutely no harm meant against anything about him, but his media tastes veer a lot more… high-fantasy, bless his little heart. Which is objectively fine, and someday soon she’s going to cave in and let him talk her into a cosplay project or three, but right now-

“If you’re going to snark, sit down and watch with me. If we’re lucky, it gets a lot worse.”

“How much worse?”

“Haven’t gotten that far but third episode of the season is lingerie and that’s never good.”

“I’ll take it as an excuse to cuddle with you. Deal?”

Chrissy moves over on the battered couch to make space for her boyfriend, then promptly puts most of her body on top of his once he looks comfortable. One advantage of being as tiny as she is, she thinks, is that she can do this whenever she wants and-

“This isn’t too distracting for you?”

“You don’t get to distract me until semifinals, understand?”

She can envision the eyeroll behind her well enough. “You’re that invested in this?”

“Just watch with me. When this show is bad, it’s bad.”

It has its moments, Chrissy thinks as the season progresses. All of the designers are talented – they always are, you don’t get on this kind of show if you’re not at least competent – but some of their perspectives and tastes are just wild, and the judges are appropriately vicious, and it’s just…

There’s less animal print disasters than usual, but a midseason episode about bridal wear has Chrissy thinking that either she’s never getting married or she’s making her own wedding dress and both of those options are just terrifying.

To her pleasant surprise, Eddie stays put on the couch with her. He’s less talkative than she expects – less talkative than normal, really – and she starts to think he might actually be enjoying this, and-

“How many other seasons of this are there?” he asks as the semifinalists are announced.

“This is season six, so…”

“Other ones any good?”

“Define good,” Chrissy laughs. “They’re… obviously different casts, but it’s a heavily format-oriented competition show so…”

“Watch those with me sometime?”

She turns and straddles his thighs like she’s been thinking about for a few hours now and takes a deep kiss. “You really are the perfect boyfriend.”

“Nah, just… you’re into this, and if it makes you happy it has to at least be kinda okay, right?”

She takes another kiss and flips her hair back. “You say this now. Wait until I get you into cooking-disaster competition shows.”

“Into what?”

“Just… trust me. They’re a thing. And the people on those are something else, so…”

“Sounds fun.”

“Love you too.”

RWBY Redesign - The Malachite Twins

Twins I wished to return to the story but there are already so many characters. Melanie and Miltia are redesigned and I think this is going to be my last RWBY Redesign for a while, so hopefully, this is enough for 3 months or so-

Main factors I have when redesigning the Malachite Twins!

Primary Color: Red and White (Any of team RWBY’s colors must be included too in some way)

Environment: Modern for Vale

Their clothes have to be combat orientated and match her style, they must be theoretically and/or easy to cosplay. The animators must also have an easy time animating them in their attire.

For Melanie I wanted her to be a mix of Yang/Weiss vibes where she looks like a boxer with similar traits to Yang’s Vol1 look, and Weiss’ skirt but shorter since Melanie’s old design was an old draft for Weiss.

For Miltia I wanted her to have an old western bartender vibe similar style to her mom; Lil’ Miss Malachite. I know I’m surprised they’re related but I never read Roman Holiday and personally don’t give a crap about spin-off books from RWBY.

I wanted the twins to still have something matching so of course they got the same shoes but different colors.

Let me critique the redesign though since it’s not perfect (feel free to add to this)

Originally I didn’t want the girls to have feathers so they wouldn’t have connections to Qrow/Raven but the feathers were too iconic and I added them last decision than a natural plan.

Melanie looks less protected for combat since she did have shoulder armor but I feel as though she would look too much like Tifa.

Even tho there’s a lot of detail to Miltia’s dress with the newspaper font I still think the dress is too plain and just missing something…

This is like C- on the tier for me, I do love Melanie’s look the most and Miltia appears the same or so but this was still very fun. It makes me wish the Malachite twins return even tho they’re just bodyguards.

Lucifer : I feel like Lucifer would relate a lot to William T. Spears from Black Butler. Both are serious, responsible, and work oriented. William is constantly being annoyed and inconvenienced by Grell. Lucifer gets annoyed by his younger brothers and their ongoing shenanigans. So it's very fitting that William's character would resonate with Lucifer ^^

Mammon : I think Mammon would like Yato from Noragami and understand his desire for 5 yen offerings (though Mammon would charge much more lol). I also think Mammon would enjoy the gameplay/gambling parts of Death Parade. It would give him the idea to challenge others to billiards, darts, bowling, and other games... as long as monetary bets were being placed, of course~

Leviathan : I'm sure Levi would enjoy any magical girl anime, such as Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor Sakura. But I also think he would enjoy Attack on Titan (I can totally see him cosplaying as Captain Levi purely because they share the same name) But regardless of what human world anime Leviathan would watch... As long as MC enjoys it and watches it with him, then Levi would enjoy it as well (:

Satan : I imagine Satan would genuinely love My Roommate Is A Cat. Haru is such an adorable little kitty, there's really no way that Satan would be able to resist. And since that anime is partly from the cat's perspective, I can see Satan using the excuse that viewing My Roommate Is A Cat was for "educational purposes" if anyone questioned him lol

Asmodeus : I honestly think Asmo would like Princess Jellyfish. The fashion and (slight) romance would be right up Asmo's alley. Maybe it would even inspire him to showcase his own jellyfish outfit designs on Devilgram, which would obviously be a huge hit :3

Beelzebub : No doubt about it, Beel would love Food Wars! Every dish would literally make the Avatar of Gluttony drool buckets. I can imagine Beel asking MC, Simeon, Barbatos, and even Luke to recreate some of the dishes especially for him, which turns into a fun little cooking competition of their own. And of course, Beel is happy to be the judge ;D

Belphegor : I can picture Belphie enjoying Servamp. He would feel honored when MC calls Kuro (the Servamp of Sloth) Belphie's spirit animal. Because, hey... sleepy vampire cat = sleepy demon boy. I also think Belphie would enjoy Tanaka-Kun is Always Listless, so much that he watches episodes just to help him relax and fall asleep faster c:

Barbatos : I think we can all agree that Barbatos would relate very well to Sebastian Michaelis from Black Butler. He replicates recipes and brews different teas shown in Black Butler specifically for Diavolo. Because Sebastian isn't the only demon with a "Young Lord" to serve and a butler aesthetic to uphold ¬‿¬

Do you have a fashion inspo blog?

Well, although I'm a millennial and technically from the generation that made blogging popular I have never been into fashion blog like that

Even when I was studying fashion I was more into reading magazines/industry news than blogs

It didn't stop me from digging a particular individual style though. And on that aspect, as far as I know, Toru Inagawa has been my biggest style crush. I discovered him because he was often featured into TUNE magazine (streetstyle magazine) and I immediately fell in love lol. I'm a sucker for everything oversize so I quickly became obsessed with him and his pants and knitwear

Fun fact: I am such a fan of him that when I went to Tokyo I was adamant in going to his second hand shop (he's the owner) and bought gorgeous oversize denim pants there. The same day I made an Instagram story tagging him and he looked at it 😳💗 Biggest "Sempai noticed me" moment!!! lmaoo

For female inspo it definitely was Tsubasa Masuwaka. She peaked big time during her gyaru days ; her way of coordinating sporty items (beanies, varsity tees & socks) with more fashionable pieces (denim, cowboy boots) has always fascinated me

But beside her sense of style, the way she conducted herself, being so confident in her taste and how to properly convey it in the shootings she was featured in was very inspiring.

There's this documentary about her on youtube ; even if you don't understand Japanese you can have a glimpse of her style and allure (starting from the 4:00 mark). Keep in mind this was 15 years ago, so this style might come off as kinda dated but even today I think she still she had that visionary je ne sais quoi which totally explains why she is to this day the queen of a 10 millions yen empire lol Tsubasa has always been a smart businesswoman

I remember obsessively trying to buy that exact same kind beanie at New Look. Tsu chan really got young wannabe gyaru me on a chokehold lol

Today, now that gyaru fell off and she getting older, her style became pretty underwhelming (it a hit or miss really...). I'm currently reading her book "Tsubasa REAL" and the fashion chapter is okay, but it's nowhere as "WOW" as it was back when she got a big break as a gyaru dokusha model. It's interesting to see her rocking designer brand more than she ever did (in that documentary she's making a Shimamura haul - basically the equivalent of Primark in Japan) but....she never manages to pull it off and always looks like she's cosplaying

Though it seems more like a global movement in the reiwa era, which is more beauty than fashion oriented(?)

I replied to an ask where I more thoroughly elaborated on the whole difference of era in Japan but to put it bluntly, reiwa is much more conservative and "safe" (styl & make up ise) so it makes sense that Tsubasa is going along and toned down her style?

I find fascinating how her makeup style perfectly represent the Heisei vs Reiwa aesthetic shift

Heisei: glamorous/big hair, tanned/glolden skin, heavy eye makeup & eyelashes, thin eyebrows, glossy lips, shimmer...

Reiwa: pale skin, little to no eye makeup, strong eyebrow, 涙袋/ namidabukuro (drawn or surgically enhanced tearbag to look more youthful)..

The last day I was (re)watching her video of listing all her plastic surgery and she admitted messing up her face with hyaluronic acid because she was so insecure about her big round shaped head, and used hyaluronic acid to have a sharper face, but the hyaluronic acid eventually migrated on her cheeks which made her face even rounder 💀 so now she's trying to fix it with HIFU (which is some sort of electrosound muscle treatment...). She lowkey sounds addicted but that's how far narcissism will get you.... (and it seems well ingrained in the family since she said her own parents told her when she was still in middle school to pinch her nose with a clothespin 1 hour a day to have a high nose bridge (which she did) 💀 and when people clown her for having weird shaped nostril she said it hurt her feelings because that's her "natural features"....like?? bestie, maybe if you didn't mess up your nose cartilage during your growth development your nostrils wouldn't look so weird. There's nothing 'natural' about it 😬)

This woman started getting plastic surgery very young (in her early 20s with eyelid surgery) and did so continuously up until now (she's in her mid 30s) so that explains why she's looking so uncanny when she doesn't have her pictures monitored/filtered to hell and back. Tsubasa has the same syndrome as Kylie Jenner, which is women trying to fit into a very specific beauty aesthetic that only looks good on Instagram but in reality looks super uncanny.

Can I draw whichever character I want? As the purpose of this zine is to include as many characters from the Saint Seiya universe as possible, limiting the amount of works per character will help bring variety into the final product. Before filling out the sign-up form, check the taken character list. Your final selection will be made visible later that day. This is on a First Come, First Served basis.

Can I include other characters in my submission? Yes, as long as there is a clear hierarchy where your chosen character is the main focus. Original Characters (OCs) may also be included as long as they follow this guideline. There is no problem if those secondary characters belong to different branches of the Saint Seiya franchise, or if they are already taken.

Can I use spinoff characters? Sure! All characters officially included in the Saint Seiya universe are applicable (except those without an official visual design, like Chronos). Please note that even though there are characters with different versions across the franchise [ex: Aiolia], they are not counted as different options for the Zine, so if said character is already taken, no other version of them will be available. 1. Cosplaying as an ancient fuckboy dudebro. Look at that sly, knowing smile and the suggestive wide open lap and jutting knee. "I'll call you blush - pink pomegranate blossom, buy you makeup, miniskirts and other stuff wimmin like.' Is disgustingly convincing at the cosplay.

Catherine/Evelyn Evans - girl from Catherine's Adventure and girl in plane and cosplay girl from Poweredd (Edd's wife/Ethan and Eddie's mom)

Presumably Evie's father is American and her mother is English. Her mother, Suzanne Evans, is an elementary school teacher/kindergarten teacher. At the age of seven, Evelyn experienced a divorce from her parents. She has a very close relationship with her mother.

Evelyn was in the same class as Edd and was in love with him. One might even say obsessed with it. She is quite capable of killing her rivals (this trait disappeared later). I had a concert for her in high school, but now I will enjoy this one.

In the original AU, Evelyn is very attractive, and even sexy. Her orientation is gay (it's not rofl). She loves Edd very much, and often tells him about it. About their physical contact, she likes to embarrass him, but only until Edd's patience snaps and he pushes her onto the bed to....

Evelyn can be thanked in terms of the fact that thanks to her Tom and Susan are together. She just works at the musical instrument store where Susan was sold.

Also, Evelyn is very caring and loving, which is observed in Next Gen Ay. She cares a lot about her children, and often worries about them. She is also able to chastise Ethan for taking illegal substances.

The opposite of Evelyn is Evie (opposite day). She has an even more outgoing personality and is more sweet than sexy. She also does not like when someone quarrels. When Nastya and Molly quarrel, she often shouts "No, why are you all so rude ?!"

Her Ellsworld Version is Eric. Eric is similar to the original Evelyn, with the only difference being that he is a guy.

In any au, she is friends with Susan and Tom.

Molly was from a wealthy family, and a very spoiled girl. She was on good terms with both parents. Also her first boyfriend was Tord. That was until they broke up, and the next day Molly had an accident in which only she survived and she had amnesia. Later, she remembered everything, and noticed that Tord was now dating Anya. Then Annya introduced her to Matt.

Molly works as a fashion designer and is also a red army designer (designed new uniforms) and is very well paid.

At the beginning of the Next Gen, she began to drink even more, and often beat Max for a simple question. She also flirted with other men. Then, after Annya returned, she stopped drinking. She also loves her children, as well as Matt.

Molly has the opposite character in the opposite day ay. She has a fairly criminal past, she is mentally unstable after the accident and amnesia, and she does not like Tord (not that she liked him there in the original, she just does not like him, but there is a strong dislike here). She also has a complicated relationship with Matt. With Nastya they are still friends.

Ellsworld version of Molly - Modest. An exact copy of the original Molly with the opposite sex. Matilda for him is just a holy person. And when Vlada crippled her, Mody threw a tantrum on Tori (with whom they are also ex). But luckily everything ended well.

Here I will not say anything about Susan, because Tumblr does not want to and writes "this did not work, try again." So there will be a reblog. Because I already painted Susan in a draft, but it does not save!

Kim Headcanons

So I decided to make some headcanon posts for everyone in the squad because I can, and I’m doing Kim because she’s one of my favs and I love her. Some of them may be not as fun, but I felt the need to add them.

- As I implied in one of my other posts, Kim is “incapable of driving” (or is she?). She has her driver’s license, but no one knows how, because she is terrifying on the road. But here’s the thing that no one knows; she is a perfectly good driver, she just drives chaotically when her friends are in the car. This is due to the fact that she finds it funny. She can actually drive literally anything perfectly. But since none of her friends want to be in the car when she’s driving, she never has to be the driver, so she gets free rides all the time. Perfect planning. Willow will still go in anyways because she does not fear God nor death.

- Kim’s favorite ice cream flavor is mint chocolate and she and Will have argued over whether it’s good or not.

- After she and Kevin broke up, she filled her TikTok feed (she canonically has a TikTok account) with memes, and some people are slightly concerned. She’s coping in her own way.

- One of said memes was the “I need to cry but my foundation was 48 dollars” vine.

- Speaking of TikTok, she has 9,000 followers and mainly posts dance tiktoks, movie reviews, and random birds.

- As you can tell, she likes birds. Her favorite bird is the blue heron.

- She also likes movies, particularly mystery movies and psychological horror, but she will occasionally allow herself to enjoy a Marvel movie.

- Her favorite movie is either Knives Out or Murder on the Orient Express (it’s a good book, and a good movie!)

- Recently watched Turning Red and cried for about an hour because what a mood

- Cosplayed as Rei Ayanami for an anime convention Will dragged her to. Even though Kim doesn’t watch anime, she came because she wanted to support her friend. Legitimately likes the opening song and mecha designs though.

- Is Korean American

- Has three younger siblings: Ari (13, girl), Kija (10, boy), and Binna (5, girl)

- Low key rich???

- She really likes cooking with her mom, and they always make dinner together on the weekends

My SwampCon Experience

Since this is my first year at UF, I was not quite sure what to expect when I first headed into SwampCon. Walking into registration, I was immediately standing next to people who chose to showcase their fandom nature through cosplay as Furry idols. As I made my way through the convention, the sea of people became a sort of conglomerate of database pop cultural elements that the participants had recombined into their own art. One of the many facets I enjoyed about the convention was that there was no judgment or social awkwardness. Whatever character people dressed up as, whether it be cosplay or crossdressing, or whatever niche passion they were into, I found that everyone was generally supportive. Everyone there was there to enjoy themselves, participate in their hobbies and divulge in their passions. Similar to aspects of Otaku culture discussed in class, people were very accepting of the multiple orientations because of their ability to separate interests from actions and separate fiction from reality. The convention became a safespace from the rest of society so that people could show a different side of themselves they otherwise wouldn’t. 

The convention itself featured all sorts of fan culture that catered to many crowds and featured different areas for different types of fandom. Consumer culture was on full display, as there were rooms dedicated to artists and vendors who had recycled elements from manga and anime to create personal artwork, crafted memorabilia, and collector’s items, all of which I spent more than a considerable amount of funds on acquiring. I participated in some VR gaming, and learned from stands dedicated to helping others learn about and explore new niche hobbies, such as Naginata and Doujinshi. I also checked out stations for card trading, and dancing and singing to K Pop. There was no fandom gatekeeping, but rather the opposite, as many participants were more than thrilled to include others and introduce them to different artforms and knowledge of their fandoms. 

There were also some larger events that I experienced. I enjoyed watching the theatrical display of the Thieves Guild, but my favorite events were either the Idol Fest, which was a form of Wotagei, a type of Japanese choreographed dance using high-intensity glow sticks, or the cosplay costume contests, in which there was a formal judged contest of cosplayers’ costume design. Some of these performers had accumulated recognition within fan circles and had exercised their unofficial cultural capital to turn their passions and hobbies into careers, such as one group who had made a career from making Anime cover songs. There were several comic panels which served fan circles to break down and deconstruct the works that they consume, and meet and greets with featured cosplayers and artists that allowed fandoms to interact with some of their idols. Next SwampCon I definitely want to check out the Drag Queen spectacle, and maybe try the Anime Trivia meant to reward unofficial cultural capital. 

Overall, the event was definitely a worthwhile experience. SwampCon definitely delivered on allowing its participants to achieve their goal to promote fiction and make it their own. I found the experience to be quite extraordinary, and I’m glad this class gave me the opportunity to enjoy the convention in a new light.
