also I messed around with gradient maps for fun and I liked the bottom version too much to scrap
Above I have some drawing of stills from a video I took of a sink. I wanted to capture the drip of the tap.
To add disruption to the video, I changed the expected drip of the tap to a loud bang. There’s a contrast in the image that we see and the sound we hear.

Fun fact: All of the colors in this are actually some variation of blue! The furthest it strays is teal. If you don't believe me, you can try color picking it and putting it on a neutral background!
