so i have a girl bsf, were both gay. i am actually so attracted to her atp i think im in love with her like im always blushing and kicking my feet whenever i talk to her, shes the only person on my mind all day everyday. BUT. heres the big plot twist, she has a crush on a straight girl! she doesnt talk ab her crush that much but when she does she sounds so inlove and i always comfort her ab it. i have to sit there and tell her she will get a chance with her crush (i lowkey think her crush is gay) but it physically hurts to tell the person i love to shoot her shot with the girl she loves. like i acc dont know what to do. whenever we text im always rlly bold and flirting with her and she flirts back but idk if she means it or shes js joking, for example we would be texting and she would say ‘i want u’ randomly or when we were hanging out once she was manspreading and taking up a lot of space so she takes my leg and puts it on her lap and she puts her hand on my thigh (i was literally dying when she did that). i get so nervous but im acting like im joking and stuff. sometimes i acc think she likes me too but then she starts talking ab her crush and i get so jealous i would be pouring my eyes out for the next two days. but yeah pls help me i need advice on what to do and how to act around her 🙏

I meet her during occasions where she needs a friend who is not a part of the friend group she has in college. And I think I didn't understand that before.

Every time I was with her, she seemed really happy and excited to see me. And, because of that, I started to feel the same way. I started to think of her as a very close and dear friend.

Recently, I found out she isn't as thrilled to be with me when her other friends are around. I kept ignoring that since compared to her other friends, I really am not as close to her as others, and I understood that. But, I don't think it ever dawned on me that I'm not her best friend.

Sometimes, I forget how deeply I am capable of viewing friendships as, especially as an aroace.

I'm still at the process of realization that my platonic love for her is not fully requited, and I really, really, really don't know how to feel.
