I know everyone is doing it but had to jump on the bandwagon in drawing Stephen's (ridiculous) winter ensemble 😂
So meanwhile in the sanctum snowglobe....

Definitely the drawing that has taken me the longest to complete and I am super tired now. But I’m happy with it too! I mean, don’t look too close or you’ll see everything that’s wrong with it but just bear with me. 😂😅
Avengers going back home at the end of the day. Both iron men are very exhausted. Peter and Nat are enjoying the moment. Stephen is regretting some life decisions (“join the Avengers they said, it will be fun they said!”). Pepper is not impressed. Cloak is sleepy. Vision is... also there 😅.

Tony: Who’s turn is it to give the pep-talk?
Stephen: [sighing] Harley’s...
Harley: Fuck shit up out there, but don’t die.
Peter: [wiping a tear] Inspirational.

These two idiots mesmerized by each other at 300 feet in the air. You could interpret Stephen as either regular Stephen or Villain Stephen, whatever suits your headcannons ;)

Another day, another prompt from the prompt table of couples poses, and this time it's Avengers Academy ironstrange.
My first time drawing this version of the characters and I have to say that Tony's jacket is already one of my fave pieces of clothing to draw. I love the design and the colours.
Also that scarf design makes it look like Stephen is a Gryffindor when I am sure he'd be a Ravenclaw. 😅
Anyway, the prompt was for a sweet, tender kiss, as you can see, but I got carried away. Much like two teenage douches in love.

Fantasy AU time!
Tony Stark, the son of Howard, a famous blacksmith in a well-known village.
Stephen Strange as young healer of the faerie realm.
They met when they were young. Tony was wandering around and got lost in the woods and found a young and injured Fae. He helped him, not knowing that he wasn't human and they'd become friends.
He told his friends about the person, but they only told him the dangers their parents told them about meeting strangers in the woods.
He didn't listen.
Tony and Stephen, which he soon learned was the name of the lost kid, continued to play and wander in the woods. He never knew Stephen's origins and never bothered to ask.
They were chilling in the woods one morning when someone approached them. It was Tony's friends. He looked surprised when he realized he's been found. He stared at them, the silence stretching out. Soon, he realized the two looked stunned, horrified even. Tony asked them if something was wrong, but they only answered him with another question.
"Who are you talking to?"
Tony looked at his friends, then at Stephen, who looked shaken. He then turned to face Rhodey and Pepper.
"My new friend, Stephen!"
The other two looked at each other, then at Tony. They looked at him as if he had hit his head.
"There's no one there," Pepper said.
But there was. Someone was there. Stephen was there. He was sitting beside him and he looked uncomfortable. He realized that maybe Stephen wasn't ready to meet his friends.
"I have to go," he stated. He stood up abruptly, grabbed Stephen's hands and ran in the opposite direction.
He could only hear Rhodey and Pepper's screams become distant.
They both gasped for air when they've stoppped at a clearing, somewhere they've no idea what. When Tony finally regained his strength, he looked at Stephen.
"Who are you?" he asked.
Stephen looked wrecked, miserable, standing in the middle of the woods, desperately gasping for air, just like when they first met. Tony felt a twinge of pain stab him at the thought.
"I'm not like you," Stephen murmured, but was loud enough for Tony to hear. Tony swore he could feel his heart race again.
"Who are you?" he repeated the questioned. He needed to know why. Why can't his friends see him? Why did he look he comfortable when his friends found them.
Why hasn't he said anything when he asked why he was hurt.
Stephen hesitated, afraid that if Tony found out about his origins, it would scare him away and he'd never see him again.
"I just want to know..." Tony whispered softly, like a person would when in deep thought.
"I'm not human. I'm not like you."
Stephen took a deep breath.
"I'm what your people would call, 'a fae'."
Tony stared at Stephen. He knew Stephen was different from other kids, but having said that out loud hits differently from hearing it from his head. And he's a fae for Christ's sake. He hasn't suspected Stephen would be one.
It's not like Stephen was trying to show him he was one in the first place anyway, so what's there to suspect?
"What happened to you when we first met?"
Stephen winced. He didn't want to think of the time when he hasn't met Tony. Yet. It seemed like a long time ago now, despite it only being a few months ago.
"They – my people– did not want anything to do with me. They cast me out, told me I did not belong, that I wasn't one of them."
"I haven't returned to them since"
The silence that followed felt heavy, and Tony took this time to let that information sink in. They hurt Stephen. Stephen's own people hurt him because he was diffirent.
He was beginning to feel his heart pound relentlessly in his chest, and it wasn't from all the running he just did. No, this was pure anger, pure rage. Those bastards did Stephen dirty and he was going to unleash hell upon them. They were just like his people.
Tony stopped.
The fae were just like his people.
They'd cast out those who do not belong, throw them away like garbage when they've no use. They'd discard them without a second thought. If they could do what his people could do, then what makes the fae any different from humans? What sets them apart?
"I'm sorry," he didn't know what else to say. His thoughts ran wild.
"It's not your fault," the other reassured, but the guilt, anger, and pain still lingered anyway.
Tony couldn't do much. Stephen looked absolutely destroyed. His heart ached in his chest at the sight of Stephen looking so small, crouched down and staring into nothing.
and to top it off– "I'm glad I met you," his chest felt like an anvil was placed on top. His throat squeezed in a tight grip.
Stephen did not deserve this shit.
He hugged him instinctively.
He had no idea what to do, no clue what to say.
he cradled the boy in his arms until the tears poured and they were both crying.
They'd stayed like that, in the middle of the woods, pouring out their pain, anger, grief all at once.
And for once in their life, where the woods once felt too big, now feels too small.
