Aaron has seen his fair share of injuries. He's spent time in hospital himself, and sitting vigil at the bedsides of others. His job is dangerous, and more often than not, it's gorey. He's seen blood, and burns, bruises, and contusions. But this is the first time he's ever seen someone so out of it with a concussion.

You're sitting on the back step of the ambulance when he arrives, trying to get away from the paramedics, and worming your way out of the holds Prentiss and Morgan are trying to keep on you. "I'm fine!" He hears you insist as you try to stand again. Your eyes widen when you set your sights on him walking toward you, and he can't help but wince as your head jerks away from the medic who has been trying to stitch the wound on your forehead with a butterfly bandage. "Aaron tell them I'm fine!"

He looks towards one of the medics who explains that you're definitely concussed and the cut on your forehead will need help to close. They're kind and professional as they go over your injuries though he can hear the undertone of mild frustration as you fight to get closer to him.

"You need help," Aaron tells you, letting you take his hand hoping that being next to you might help calm you enough to get you patched up.

You pout, your brows furrowing as you frown and it makes your laceration bleed again. You're holding his hand in both of yours now as if you're afraid of him disappearing. "No, I need you".

"I'm right here," he nearly smiles. Morgan slowly slips away leaving room for Hotch to sit next to you. "The sooner you get patched up, the sooner we can get home".

"We should all get Thai food," you say matter of factly. Emily laughs, now moving away as Morgan had a moment ago, "if I had known I just had to offer you food, we would've been out of here twenty minutes ago".

You know she's only teasing, but Hotch still asks her to go meet up with the rest of the team getting ready to leave. He squeezes your hand as your eyes slip shut watching as you blink yourself awake. Silently he does the math, making a mental note of what times he'll need to set alarms for tonight, very serious about following concussion protocol and making sure he's up to monitor your symptoms.

With your butterfly stitches applied, he guides you to the waiting SUV making sure you're settled before he shuts the door. He trusts JJ to keep an eye on you while he drives, incredibly glad this case was local.

You're more yourself again by the time you've collected your things from the office and made it home. Everyone accepted your rain-check for Thai food with good humour and you're more than ready to just flop the moment you get through the door.

Aaron encourages you to do just that. He helps you change into your pyjamas when moving around too much leaves your head pounding. Once he's changed himself he disappears only to return with a painkiller and a glass of water for you. He seems relieved when you reach out with fairly steady hands to take them.

"Do you need anything else?" He asks making sure you're comfortable.

"Just you".

regarding twst self aware au, the characters who are always coming home to me AND very early might i add whenever i pull the twst gacha is malleus and silver. it always took 10 rolls or 20 rolls to get their cards and im almost complete getting silver's cards AAAAAA

the most memorable twst gacha for me is the time when i only have 75 gems and 3 single keys on my twst jp account and that time, malleus masquerade ssr is out in twst jp server and i was SO SO SO SAD but i still tried to pull for him by using my 3 single keys, so i tried my luck and when i used the third AND last key, he sUDDENLY CAME HOME AND I WAS SO FCKING SURPRISED????????? because im not really expecting for him to come home and that time also im still salty over silver bc his halloween card didnt come home to me but malleus make it up for me HEHE 🥰 bUT STILL I WANT SILVER'S HALLOWEEN CARD TOO maybe in the future :((

Mewtnutes homophobia call is unjustified.

@mewtnute an African American bisexual boy who seems to at least two years older than me has made a post claiming a double standard between het ships and homo ships(they’re certainly is one all right!)in the jjk fandom and in this post I am going to examine to see if this call is justified

Okay first problem this is a dumb generalization of what akutami actually meant he said of all the characters he could actually write a good romance story for mechamaru and Miwa were the only two he could actually make work (understandable shonen romance is a tricky thing to get right)if this were the case we would have to question what Yuta and rika’s relationship was

Well this is a dumb generalization and it shows a genuine lack of willingness to engage or study the other side of the conversation (like I do) there are other reasons people ship itakugi other than the fact that they are a girl and boy but if you’d did say that you ship itafushi you would more than likely be praised for it while itakugi shippers would get Attack for shipping a “sibling relationship” don’t believe me here’s the proof

Not to mention this is ignoring the subtle hints that Nobara might actually like itadori more than just a friend but hey what do I know I’m just a homophobe forcing heteronormality on a queer person

Okay first off I never did see anybody who ships gojohime says it’s canon and actually means it secondly nobody I’ve ever seen interprets utahime as a tsundere I’ve seen more interpretations of her as a frustrated spouse I don’t that was intended but gojo has shown to be attracted to wake inoue who utahime has taken inspiration from but back to business second while utahime does find gojo annoying it’s more because of his behavior and attitude and in spite of this Gojo and utahime have shown that they have a degree of trust in each other third Gojo and nanami do not have a similar dynamic to gojohime because while both are annoyed by Gojo utahime lashes out while nanami just tries to tune him out as far as the asking out part it’s debatable if Gojo was serious or not during the jujutsu stroll because of well it’s Gojo as well as his comment after utahime threw her tea at him(don’t acuse me of being partial here)

This is one of the more debatable topics among the post here because gege has confirmed that they both are interested in girls and while the language most likely is leading to that conclusion they don’t show any signs of attraction towards the other aside from said dialogue again this is my interpretation and it’s up for debate to me it feels like they are more than friends but not exactly lovers

And now the most idiotic section of the post first off the blushing things fails because you have to consider the usage and tone not to mention the cause of said blush and there are more hints that maki may like Yuta more than as just a friend both because of her reaction to her words panda shipping them together and hinting that maki is nicer when Yuta is around which is evidenced by their interactions in later chapters as well as rika becoming jealous of maki as well as comments from even maki’s Jp voice actor you don’t get this with inumaki as far as Nobara is concerned I make this claim because of the context in which she was saying these words the reason which throwing the both of them blushed in that one scene was because both for different reasons in that scene most likely out of embarrassment

How would I grade this meta
