I love everything about this episode, but Stede's absolute maniacal delight at watching the aristocrats cannibalize each other is a fucking ride.

He doesn't even blink. He gets them to burn their ship and thinks it's the funniest goddamn thing in the world. His reaction when the curtains catch on fire is “oh, LOL!”

Listen. One of my favorite parts of the "stab me" scene is Stede calling Ed a nut. Like, I could listen to him say "I've stabbed you, you nut!" over and over again. It's sweet, incredibly endearing, and just so so silly.
