alrighty, so being tagged by @katwritesshit means i'm up for a very interesting tag game so here goes
rules: answer as many (or as few) of the questions about your WIP as you can
What was the first part of your WIP that you created? - might be my favourite question of the lot but for me at least, it's pretty simple, i start with an idea - a theme of sorts I suppose, and I wanted to write about a heist, I wanted treachery, danger, and crime (lots and lots of crime), and from there I spun the rest of my story
If your story was a TV show, what would the intro song be? - consulting my many, many Spotify playlists has made answering this one very difficult (shoutout once again to @katwritesshit for The World Ender because I love that song) but I'm going to have to say Dinner and Diatribes by Hozier or As It was, also by Hozier, most likely because I've spent a great majority of this story listening to Hozier along the way, since Wasteland Baby is one of my favourite albums and it fits so so well
Who are your favourite character(s) and why? - I feel as though I'm committing to a betrayal here by not saying the character who is supposed to be the main protagonist but I'm going to go for Fenley, purely because his cynical, overall dark demeanour has been the most entertaining to write (and his POV contains some of my favourite scenes of the novel)
What other pieces of media could share a fan base with your WIP? - now this one is FUN. especially since I draw inspiration from so so many things, Throne of Glass, The Cruel Prince, The Mummy (one of my all time favourite movies), Now You See Me, The Witcher - just to name a few, I'm not even going to mention the inspiration for the combat scenes because action movies are just (insert chef's kiss)
What has been your biggest struggle while writing your WIP? - truth be told, finding the time to write, as this labour of love has taken me a solid four (ish, I think) years to write, a lot has happened, I've grown with my novel which is to me at least, a very heartwarming thing
Are there any animals in your story? Talk about them! - sadly there aren't any major animal characters in my story, my characters use horses for transport most of the time but that's about it
How do your characters get around? - well, when they aren't on horseback they're either walking or sprinting for their lives
What part of your WIP are you working on right now? - edits, dreaded, dreaded edits - just kidding I'm loving getting to dive into the earlier parts of my novel and change bits as I go, I'm falling in love with the story all over again and I'm only editing Chapter 7/40(something, the current number escapes my mind)
What aspects of your WIP do you think will draw people in? - hopefully the sheer and utter chaos of unlikely thieves trying to do an impossible thing, the characters are my favourite sort to read about, and the tropes (not giving too much away I do enjoy a good mystery :) )
and that's about it, this was super fun so thanks for the tag!
and passing the metaphorical torch on, I'm going to tag: @the-ellia-west @somethingclevermahogony @unlikelycreationwasteland @leotheponderer @alwri-tes and of course anyone else that would like to give it a go! (being new at tag games appears to be my fatal flaw since i have very little clue who to tag, but here you go!)
(and as usual in my rambly responses, very, very little read through, but in my defence this is a late night post so I feel as though the grammar-police might cut me some slack :) )

The bustling nightlife of the Devildom had continued like usual, it seemed like everyone had turned a blind eye to the death of the infamous human exchange student. It was always like this, with all the commotion you caused while living with the Avatars of Hell— you were constantly in some sort of issue. Rumors would spread like a wild fire, only to be forgotten days later, you knew that all the demons in Devildom saw you as nothing more than a pawn in a game or a troublesome fly.
You were tired of mimicking someone you never even knew, tired of spending hours trying to imitate everything about her, tired of never being able to express your true emotions, and tired of being tossed around like a useless ragdoll. Day by day, you could slowly yet surely feel yourself losing grip on the true reality of the situation you were in.
It felt like a sick joke when you suddenly awoke, laying on a random bench not too far from RAD. You quickly realized you were in the exact same state as before, but your dress was still in perfect condition; you couldn't see the resemblance that you and the fallen angel shared. It drove you insane, you no longer knew who you were. Are you MC? Lilith? Nothing felt real.
Being in Devildom already felt like madness, but after dying twice and becoming an eerie ghost; you could no longer tell the difference between a cruel nightmare or the bitter reality you often faced. When demons walked past you they could sense your gloomy presence but continued on with their day— hardly any of them could see you in the first place. You had nothing to do, you refused to go anywhere near the Demon Lord's Castle or the House of Lamentation, so you usually walked through alleyways; moaning and wailing like a little kid.
But one day, a simple conversation with a drunk demon had unintentionally caused you to spiral once again.
"Ghh.. quit your crying, it's a pain in the ass." Your usual routine was interrupted by a random demon who was very clearly intoxicated, you were shocked to see that someone finally heard your cries; every other demon tuned your moaning out and continued on with their day, they were all fed up with troublesome ghost.
"You can hear me..?" You tried to hide your tear-stained face with your hands but it was already too late, he had already acknowledged the entirety of your presence. "Of course I- hngh! Ugh.. can!" He clutched a bottle of Demonus in his hands as if it were gold, he seemed like the exact depiction of a drunk man that you imagined in your head— tired eyes, wobbly steps, and a shaky yet dramatic voice.
"I didn't think any demon would notice me.. I hardly have a presence." The demon let out a loud laugh, seeming oddly amused. "Those are some weak demonsss! I doubt they h.. have much magical abilities." When you heard the demon say that you couldn't help but think to yourself, that maybe what if you found a demon, or anyone with magical abilities they could help you out with the situation you were in. You had no clue how you were gonna approach this, you didn't study much in RAD so you didn't know if there was anything that could save your pitiful soul.
"Demon.. magical abiliti.. s!" The words the demon next to you went in through one ear and out the other— quickly losing focus on what the conversation was actually about when you were reminded of the day you successfully ended your life. A frown formed on your face as you thought of all of the possibilities, you weren't sure if your new plan was going to work but you had hope.
You were cursed to wear the same dress Lilith wore even after your death, you wanted to seperate yourself from her but knew you could never do it with anybody in the past inner circle. The angels, the demons and the wizard all knew about the fallen angel, when you were with them you could never go a minute without hearing her name. But you craved to disconnect yourself from her, hate grew inside of you the more you heard her name or even saw a photo of her.
When you looked to your side— where the demon was you noticed he was quickly dozing off. A sigh fell from your lips as you stood up, catching a glimpse of yourself in the reflection of the demonus bottle. "Do I remind you of a past angel..?" The words fell from your lips, you knew that all of the demons you'd ask that would most likely say no— and you yearned for that.

Heavenly Delusion #2 - Two Confessions
Tumblr media
Screenplay: Makoto Fukami Storyboard: Itsuki Tsuchigami Episode Director: Kai Shibata Animation Director: Tooru Iwazawa, Yuuko Yoshida, Itsuki Tsuchigami, Haruo Okuno, Mayu Gushiken, Kai Shibata
I'm two weeks late as Saturdays just aren't very good days for me in terms of watching anime in general. I was planning on catching up and just writing about episode 3, but this episode was too amazing not to write about genuinely. I'm not going to mince words about it; this episode just kicked ass. It's easily one of my favorite episodes of the year so far. The first half featured some of the best lighting I've seen in anime for a dark scene like this. It's scary, thrilling, and makes you feel as if you're in a horror video game, not knowing when the monster could attack.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The cinematic aspect ratio change contributed greatly to the change in tension and threat level of the situation and made your eyes solely focused on the screen. I'm not truly familiar with Kai Shibata or Itsuki Tsuchigami, but both of them came together to create an amazing action scene that is complemented by Waki's beautiful and in-depth composition.
Waki's control over the usage of light is genuinely mind-bogglingly great, from creating a lurking sense of danger amidst the darkness to the flashy impact sparks of a monster attacking.
There are so many things to talk about just in this whole scene against the Hiruko. I haven't even mentioned the camera rotation usage. The slow turn of the camera creates a feeling of something creeping toward you with your eyes being naturally drawn to a pitch black background and is a great showcase of anticipation. On the other hand, when the Hiruko attacks, faster movements of the camera emphasize the imminent danger.
The sound design was great for the entire episode, as it has been throughout the series. The quiet ambiance during the fight scene increased the creep level to a maximum, and the impact sounds of the Hiruko attacking remained sharp without being overpowering or unfitting for the scene. The silence when the landlady is sliced by who she thinks is her son is also well-executed, keeping within the established ambiance. It's quick, and the suddenness of it creates a more impactful moment than any loud swinging sound could. However, the great sound design is not to this Hiruko scene. In a simple scene where one of the kids at the facility is climbing up a pillar and falls, the sound of the fall is not exaggerated. Instead, it's a brutal and blunt sound that truly makes you worry for the kid. It's just one of the simple scenes that shows you the consistency of this show in almost every element.
As a manga reader, I already know what will happen to the story. Therefore, I don't have much to say in terms of the mystery setup and questions they have developed in this episode because I don't want to spoil anybody. However, as a manga reader, I'm more than satisfied with what we have gotten in this adaptation so far. It's been a thoroughly amazing experience and has even forced the sloth that is me to write up on this episode, which I was planning to skip and just do a write-up for episode 3. But most importantly, I hope you guys are enjoying it too. If you're curious about my thoughts on the pacing, it's completely fine with me. I've heard some people think it's going a bit too fast, but I don't think so. The way the story is told feels natural to me, and compared to many other anime adaptations, it's near perfect, which is a huge credit to Makoto Fukami. I didn't even really have space to talk about the second half which is simply me trying to tell you to just go watch and please experience it yourself.

Hii ** For the wholesome oc ask meme: 1, 8, 12, and 21 for Aediteia. Bonus: 10, 18 and 19 for a character of your choice 💛
HI BB ILY sorry these are so late, i've been kinda short on spoons as of late :'D it's such a joy seeing you on my dash again for real i love your passion for everything so much im so flattered you remember teia
wholesome oc asks
aediteia epirian
1. What is their go-to comfort food?
cheap takeout, the oilier the better. bad day? no worries, pick up a little to-go box of noodles and fried meat from that little street vendor on the way home and cry into it while watching vids of shelter animals getting adopted and cuddling the hubby, works every time!
8. What is a smell that makes them feel at home?
fireplaces, with the smell of cooking food floating in from the other room. it reminds her of the day she realized she was in love with ierian, and it makes her feel safe and loved.
12. What is their safe place? And what does “safe place” mean to them?
at home, either in her bed curled up with blankets and a book or taking a warm bath with a cup of hot tea. her "safe place" is where she can unwind and let herself just, let go of all the stress and the various roles she has to play throughout the day. no councilor's wife, no bubbly reporter, just teia, free to relax and be teia and enjoy some time to herself.
21. Which new skills they would really like to learn?
she's always kind of wanted to pick up ttrpgs and video games, her kids enjoy them and she thinks it looks like fun, if she could just find the time. she's also interested in knitting, she already does leatherwork and beading but she'd love to learn how to knit!!
and for another oc. hmmmm let's dooooo nautilea!! she's a fairly new one and could use some development, she's quentius's wife and an admiral in the turian navy, she's irreverent and snarky and gets in trouble now and then for leaving paperwork and stuff to her XO so she can go home to quentius like 20 minutes faster, lol
nautilea vitrilianus
10. What is their favorite thing in the world?
besides her husband and kids of course, she really loves gourmet chew-bones with fun wild flavors like berry tart or pina colada. it's a simple joy, but she doesn't get to have a lot of luxuries when she's on the ship, so she likes having something fun to indulge in. her actual ship, the enninion, pulls up a close second, she's very proud of being in charge of an entire dreadnought, but the chew-bones just spark joy in such a particular little way.
18. What is their favourite hobby? Would they share it with someone they love?
she's really into photography! she actually has an old-fashioned film camera, and a dedicated darkroom in her and quentius's apartment back on the citadel. she likes to try to get good shots of things that catch her interest but otherwise might not get any attention, like her husband lazing at his desk or a unique angle of things on her ship. she doesn't really do anything with the pics afterwards, just keeps them in a book for her own memories. she loves sharing the pictures she took with quentius once they've developed, just to go "look what i did" and get that serotonin dose from him telling her which ones are his favorites and what he likes about them.
19. What is something they excel at?
she's great at talking people in circles until she's convinced them of her point of view in such a way they think it's their own idea. very dangerous being married to an ambassador, of course, but she mostly just goofs around with quentius and stays out of xenopolitics, so it's fine. she's more a threat to the rest of the brass and to whatever primarch has to deal with her that month.

So around late summer I decided that I Need A Hobby and like don't get me wrong I do enjoy writing I'mma keep doing it but aside from that and video games I don't have a lot going on and what I do have going on involves staring at a screen for bad amounts of time.
So I thought what if I do something that is expensive.
This is around the time I got back into Star Trek after ST Enterprise broke my interest in the franchise. Turns out Star Trek is good again. My dad was the one who had gotten me into it when I was a kid. And at that time I had gotten into another hobby that's right you already know what I'm talking about
gluing badly painted pieces of plastic together
Model making!
So I decide shit I'm due for a midlife crisis. All my models I made as a child were destroyed during a move let's repeat this mistake!
So I did.
Tumblr media
I've been working on these since August and it's been fun! Defintely a highlight of becoming Old. It's a lot of thinking and patience and planning and being frustrated and watching one small mistake snowball into a disaster so as a writer I'm in my element. AND I spend a lot of money to glue tiny plastic bits together! The benefits speak for themselves.
So all this is to show what I've done so far.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My first model was the Grissom and, well, it's a first model. The colors are wrong the paint job is bad the decals are torn. But it's a small model and cheap too and that's why I started with it. A lot of good lessons, most of them about using the right tools for the job. Tempted to get another one just to contrast with what I've learned.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My next model was the larger Enterprise-A (these are all 1/1000 scale). At this point I had gotten an airbrush and also started using washes, which is where the black lines come from. An improvement! Still I was having trouble with assembly. Needed to learn how to fill and sand down gaps between parts. There are also painting errors but at least the brush strokes aren't so obvious and you'd need to look real close so whateva
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So like, I said that I didn't much like Enterprise. Too much time spent on the time war, too much let's do space 9/11. But I do like the ship design and it was on sale so yeah. I think I improved on the assembly and filling. I wish I had spent more time accenting the ship by picking out more pieces in bronze. But really the whole thing is kind of ruined by the big damn decal that sits awkwardly on two knobs that causes the whole thing to wrinkle up. It's annoying. If I knew this would happen I would have cut out a space around the knobs so the decal could settle better. Like look at this.
Tumblr media
Awful.
Anyway.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Just finished last night! The original Enterprise! I've gotten better at assembly and filling in gaps, but it's still not good. Lots of little gaps that I should have caught, but not as many as before. Plus this one I mixed paints to get the gray green hull color and I'm pretry happy with the result. Learning to dry fit parts to anticipate problems further down the line. But overall I'm pleased with how this came out. The original ship has a very simple design but it's intricate in places. I feel like you could paint a version that looks cel-shaded to look like the animated series version. idk might be fun.
I have long term plans. My sister sent me a model with an LED light kit for my bday. Not confident enough to tackle that yet but will get to it. Gonna continue to collect more versions of the Enterprise in the meantime, tho that's gonna be a whole thing. Wanna branch out into other model fields too. My sister asked me to do a couple miniatures for her ttrpg group and Iight try a gunpla at some point. We'll see!

Good Morn-After-Evening, I am an Unfocused Internet Guy, If you want to refer to me you can call me the U-F-I Guy. Speaking of I do use He/Him pronouns, but no sweat if you misgender me from not knowing me.
Since a lot of my interests are aimed at a younger demographic I should mention that I am an adult. If that fact makes you feel uncomfortable you have every right to block me here.
I also have dark humor and might make nsfw jokes. Though, I really do not like combining that with my interests in children's properties. But if that still makes you uncomfortable then you can block me as you wish.
Enjoyed media & Interests, DNI, and additional rules down here
I'm seperating these into categories for my sake. Some interests may be added down the line as I remember or gain new interests. Those that are colored the same as their categories are those I am more active in and are personal favorites.
Games:
Plants Vs Zombies: I've loved this series since I was very little, It might have been my first ever hyperfixation. Despite it's crashing and burning state currently I still enjoy every entry in the series, yes, that includes "that one"
Bloons Tower Defense 6: While all of the bloons games are a fun time I do like this one more for how much time comparatively i've spent on it. Also it has more interesting characters for me to care about from my perspective.
Brawlhalla: A fun fighting game I like to play with friends and online that has a roster of interesting characters to boot.
Rivals of Aether: Anothe plat form fighting game I enjoy, see above.
Pokemon: I'm 90% sure this is the first ever game I played so it holds a special place in my heart.
Skylanders: A fun toys to life gimmick game that may have bruised my parent's wallets when I was young, is still a game I like and has characters and character designs I appreciate.
Undertale: I think the story and gameplay are neat, especially since some of my fondest moments with my cousin were on this game.
Terraria: Aside from seeming like 2d minecraft this game is really fun and has some great characters that I get attached to If I keep them alive long enough.
Shows & Movies:
Team Umizoomi: Seems silly but I all-in-all just love overthinking about this basic kids show and the potential of the implications it has. Plus I find the characters very charming.
Ben 10: While I don't avidly watch this show (Although that point could be made to all of these shows) my nostalgia still creeps in sometimes and possesses me to gush about this.
Death Battle: Technically it is a show, even if a web series. I like overthinking things in media and I like fight scenes and i've been loving this series since I was little. (Hoping it doesn't die with roosterteeth) I'd only recommend watching it if you can tolerate seeing characters you care about die cause it can be rough.
Lilo & Stitch: I don't have much to say other than I love the message and I love the energy Stitch gives off.
Wall-E: As someone who genuinely has a hard time caring about romance this movie got me to care about romance, as a young child. I also just love how the robot characters act and are developed.
DNI:
The Owl House: I might've been late to the party but I loved the show and like usual I enjoyed the main protaganist the most.
Wordgirl: An edutainment cartoon that treats itself like it's own self contain show, what's not to like?
Super Why: I liked this show a lot more than most other shows here when I wad younger, I was also caught off guard learning that they got a new short series recently. I still find the show silly and edearing nowadays.
Wild Kratts: It's edutainment Ben 10 but with real world animals, do I need to explain?
If you are a Pedo, Get out. If you are a Zoophile, Get out. If you support or engage in Incest, Get out. If you are attracted to minors or minor appearing person (MAPs Lolicons) Get the fuck out.
NSFW beyond a simple sex joke or implied sex joke, I really loathe that crap.
People who just don't respect others like transphobes, and homophobes.
People who use AI to make "art" and pass it off as their own.
People who just say hurtful and hateful things without provocation.
Rules (Will likely be updated when needed):
1) Just be nice and respectful please, it's a common courtesy.
2) I literally have no intent to show political views and agendas here or reblog anything politically charged, I come here to reblog cool and funny stuff, gush about my interests, and post silly art. So please don't ask for it.
3) Don't do anything that'll make me add anything to the DNI list
4) I 100% will make mistakes so please keep that in mind, and don't be afraid to ask or directly message me about something.
5) I will never block on a first offense for you doing something I don't appreciate (Unless it's horrifically bad) and will just ask you to stop. If it continues I will not hesitate to block.
6) Read, it's an easy way to avoid misunderstandings.
7) Common sense is a virtue, use it.

Green colors survey answers found here, if you'd like 'em, I promise I tried to be funny occasionally:
green: Whats your favourite way to spend your day off?
Eee I don't even know. I don't get my days off to myself anymore, always working on my friendships or distracting myself with a video game. I should pick up another book.
jade: whats your favourite music genre?
~I like everything~ nah I kid. There's a certain amount of liveliness of music I enjoy but not like electronic music as much. Look up "Odo" by Ado and that's what I'm talking about.
emerald: whats your favourite place to visit? why?
The grocery store lmao. Which I haven't even done this month because I need to get a jump for my car and I just haven't done it yet. Soon.
peridot: whats on your bucket list?
To kick it.
envy: what are your hobbies and what got you into them?
I'm not sure envy is a specific hue of green? I have been enjoying pixel art and 3d art on blender lately. My buddy and I wanna make a video game and he's doing programming, I'm learning art. I haven't been progressing on my languages much (but my Japanese speaking feels much easier these days)
tea: top favourite movies growing up?
I wasn't into movies as a kid. I was very into the plots of the video games though.
mint: top favourite toys from your childhood?
I had a green Monkey Cat, a rainbow bear. My sibling and I liked pokemon figurines and we had some kind of house we used to play in. I had a lot of toy cars, too, but I gave them personalities and basically played them like Barbies tbh.
lizard: last show or series you binged?
I'm rewatching this anime series True Tears. Parts of it are eeeh cringe but it's got character. The main love interest in these animes are always the wrong ones imo like Noe was way better than Hiromi, get out of my face Shinichiro-kun
lawn: favourite show or series to binge?
One Piece obv. I also rewatch How I Met Your Mother a bit. Toradora was an instant fav.
sheen: do you like podcasts? why or why not?
I struggle to pay attention to them, so I don't listen, especially if they're on the longer side. My siblings and I listened to some like 10-15 minute spooky scary story podcasts and I was in and out but still getting most of it, it was nice
lime: if yes to the last question, do you have a favourite podcast?
I forget the name of the spooky podcast but it was on the Luminary website.
slime: do you prefer watching movies in theaters or streaming at home?
I prefer streaming at home but the theater has its charms. I'm sure it's impossibly expensive these days though
forest: list one thing, or person, that always brightens your day and why.
I have been existing in a server I made for a few friends on discord and I've been living in it tbh. My friends are so funny and it's genuinely exciting to engage with them, especially Morgan, but I've been too emotionally codependent on her and I need to fix that lmao
neon green: do you prefer breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or snacks?
I actually have been eating more than once a day but I'm still very low energy when it comes to any of them. Pb&j's were my main food source for a few days because it's so relatively simple. but I don't care for time restrictions on my food, if I want dinner food at 1 pm I'll eat dinner at 1 p-fucken-m
light green: whats your favourite song for a dance mix?
I have an entire set of jam lists on my spotify that I turn on late at night and just dance to (quietly enough not to bother my roommate but also naked sometimes).
Ado: Odo, Ready Made, Gyakkou, Tot Musica, The Faking of the Comedy
Yoasobi: 夜に駆ける, Idol
Yonezu Kenshi: 海の幽霊, Cranberry and Pancakes, 感電, 春雷
Basically anything by La Dispute
We could be here all day
pastel green: what top things always help calm you?
I've been kind of struggling with this because I usually just sing loudly and scream for a while but that is inconsiderate to my roommate lmao. Mortal Kombat 11 has been helping
india: what app do you use on your phone the most?
I have a tablet now so I can play my games on it so probably discord, Facebook, Signal, and Pixel Studio on my phone. I love Resourcer, Nonograms Color, and YuGiOh Duel Links on my tablet (tbh the tablet was like $100 and sucks, it can't handle everything I want it to do without crashing and I'm not asking a lot, but def make sure to get one worth your buck if you decide to do the same lol
fern: do you prefer cooking or ordering food?
Cooking. Ordering food is too expensive now, but I do love having GOOD food and not just QUICK, EASY food like I usually cook
hunter: do you prefer going out to eat or ordering from home and getting it delivered?
Going out. Delivery charges are necessary but they still suck
castleton: do you have a favourite board game?
This is probably not a good time to bring up the board game called Pandemic, but imagine if I did 2-3 years ago, am I right?
cadmium: if you drink coffee, do you make it at home yourself or prefer ordering it?
I don't drink coffee
british: if you make coffee from home; how do you make your coffee?
What is British green???
phthalo: if you order it; how do you like your coffee made or whats your usual order?
Come ooon maaaan
chartreuse: what's your most prized or "favoured" possession?
Phone and computer tbh. A few books I have that I've had for years. Car. I'm very sentimental in general but those cost MONAYYYY
juniper: have you ever been to a concert?
Yes, a fair share of them. Not always worth it unless the band really makes a show out of it tbh
sage: whats your favourite genre? does it depend on the media?
Didn't we already have a music genre question? Otherwise there's zero context for this question
pea: whats a plant you really like?
Moon flower!
moss: do you have any plants? if yes, what are they? if no, would you want one?
No. I've been looking into planting but honestly it's a hassle, I don't think I'll find the fulfillment I imagine there is to be had there
shamrock: what would you do if you had $500k right now?
Pay off my car, start helping those around me pay their debts
seafoam: do you have a lucky item? if so what is it?
My clothes, they keep me from getting kicked out of the grocery store.
olive: do you have a lucky number? if so what is it?
I have dabbled in the synchronicities of finding or designating a lucky number, but nothing sticks in the long run, so no.
parakeet: who's a person you envy? if youre comfortable saying so, why do you envy them?
Would rather not answer.
pine: if healing methods from video games were available in real life which would you choose?
Resta. Heal myself and everyone around me. Not particularly Technique Point heavy (normally). No clear drawbacks, though whenever I imagine magic where healing is possible, I basically throw it back to being a doctor. You can't just heal with words, you have to know how the body functions so you can magically guide the body to a quicker healing process. I like that idea.
seaweed: if you had to work one task as your job for the rest of your life, what would it be, why and how much money do you think it would earn you per hour?
Give me a shift's worth for sleeping every night and I'll get 8 hours every night lmao
pickle: if you could cure one thing from the world forever what would it be?
Joe Mama
pistachio: say you could heal anyone in any form, emotional/physical/mental etc, how your healing have to activate and whats the drawback?
Well I guess I already answered most of these questions, I'm not sure specifically on how to activate. Magically, I guess
basil: if you could magically summon money or artificially create wealth through mystical means, what would be required to do so?
Food!
crocodile: a veggie you despise with all your being?
If I don't like it, I just don't buy it, there's no need for me to expend energy in hating it. But I don't like citrus fruits
sea: thoughts on jealous partners?
Excess is the enemy. Small dosages may be natural (I've felt it before, I know it), but each person's feelings are their own responsibility to manage, so if your jealousy is so much that you can't manage it (specifically: it slips into your behaviors, not just your thoughts), maybe you should consider getting help. Perhaps even of the venting variety of help
uniform: are you the jealous type of partner? (romantic or otherwise)
Recently I have been a jealous friend (it's not fun watching your best friend call another bestie over and over or talk about drug use history) but like I said, I manage it. I had to step out of a game night this week because I realized my emotions were unfair and I had to go sort it out (which I'm still working on).
forest: thoughts on jealousy in friendships?
Happens. May be natural. Learn to manage your emotions. If you struggle, google it or get help. It may be hard but if you're a human, it's not impossible, I honestly believe.
Sacramento: whats something about the concept of luck you find ridiculous?
How it's connected to good karma or bad. And I believe in karma, but not quite in the universalistic sense of justice (there are probably better words for this). Sometimes shit things happen to lucky people and vice versa.
russian: whats something you find refreshing?
🎼enjoy coca-colaaaa🎶
I've also been drinking water with flavoring packets in them and they have helped make my 3 cups of water a day goal much easier to reach lol
army: something in your room that helps it feel more peaceful?
My TV, it plays Spotify for me lmao
jungle: whats a song you find peaceful?
I have a Spotify playlist for Eng, German, and Japanese called ENG Soft, DE Soft, JP Soft, and ALL Soft for these exactly. We'll just go with "In Our Bones" by Against the Current
asparagus: whats the most peaceful atmosphere to you?
Rainy days, sitting on the back porch with soft music in one ear. Maybe dancing, maybe reading poetry, maybe writing it. Maybe just sitting there in my thoughts. Rainy days are good days.
harlequin: whats something that makes you feel safe?
...rain. lol. Locks on doors!
kelly: something that makes you feel hopeful?
... haaaaa
spring: list 3 things you love about nature
Rain (and any body of water tbh), trees, warmth.
viridian: list 3 things you hate about nature
Cold, excessive urbanization, mosquitoes LOVE MY BLOOD
mantis: whats your ideal environment?
Warm summer rains. I feel like I've made this clear 😂
sap: an energetic memory from childhood?
I did not like childhood, next.
dartmouth: if you could bring something back from the past to be renewed or used commonly again what would it be?
COMMON SENSE, HA .. HA .. HA .. [laughs in old people]
Sorry, it's TOO easy to make fun of the cringy parts of the older generation. Um, nothing specific comes to mind, I'm sure there's something but my brain just ain't reaching for it.
camo: whats something you used to do that youre proud you've grown out of?
Go on dates. Lmao. I really don't want to do that anymore, it's clear I am too mentally fragile for it.

Thanks, buddy! So, I've been in an Austin &Christine headspace lately, so that's who you're getting. Some of these have been asked in a previous q&a about them, so that is linked here. With that out of the way, let's go!
3. what was their first impression of each other?
Their first meeting will be shown in an upcoming chapter, so get excite! But for now, let's just say he was enamored by both her beauty and her mind; her sense of humor and sarcasm. And she loved his kindness and also his humor; how easily they bantered and talked.
9. What do they dislike most about each other? Why?
Austin hates her timidness in new or stressful situations; how she tends to back down or let others talk for her in times of stress. He also hates her constant need to maintain the appearance of being perfect in front of her mother. Christine trying to impress her mother is the start of many arguments between them. Christine hates his need to always fix her problems or make her feel better. How he always has to find solutions and he can't just let her vent or sit in her feelings for a bit. She hates the way he thinks he knows how she thinks or what she wants and doesn't even talk to her or ask her.
14. Do they Enjoy PDA, or are they more private with affection?
This one was already answered! See the linked post. =)
19. Do they wear each other's clothes or jewelry?
Actually, that's how they first met! No spoilers, but it's because of a jacket Austin thinks he loses. Oh, I'm so excited for you to read it! But, other than that: yes. She steals his clothes all the time. And he commandeers a ring of hers that he either wears on a chain or on his finger. He keeps it even after they break up and starts wearing it again after they reconnect.
22. Are they comfortable joking around with each other or being silly?
This one was already answered! But, yes: they are very playful and silly. It's the whole crux of their relationship.
27. How do they say 'I love you' nonverbally?
This one was already answered too!
32. Do either of them drink? If so, who is the lightweight and how does their partner care for them?
So, they do both drink and can both handle their liquor fairly well, but Austin tends to get migraines if he drinks too much, so he tries to be careful because he doesn't want to be miserable for them next two days.
38. Who's got a quicker temper? Christine Emily. She's can get angered quite quickly, especially if she's being missheard or not listened too. It probably stems from her childhood being controlled by her mother and she should talk to someone about it.
43. If they picked out outfits for each other, what would they look like?
Christine would pick for Austin a dark, fitted suit, a fun patterned dress shirt, and nice dress shoes. She loves when he dresses up before games and thinks he looks absolutely stunning (and sexy) in dress clothes. Austin would pick for Chris a cute sundress or a tank top and shorts. and some strappy sandals. He loves her soft, casual style and effortlessly beautiful she looks in simple clothes, and how she thrives in the summer.
47. Do they sleep beside each other? Why or why not?
For the most part, yes they do. It's hard when Christine goes to away games, but they make it work. And then, of course, when they start having kids there is almost always one in bed with them. But, yes they do.
50. Would they ever break up? If so, why? Who would handle the breakup better?
So, funny story (spoilers if you haven't read it yet), they do break up. Their sophomore year of college, after trying to do long-distance, they break up when Christine gets scared and balks and breaks it off. She gets so in her head about them and how they were going to keep making it work. It's all rooted in her fear, and she thinks ending it will make her feel better, but it doesn't and she still thinks about him years later. He handles it a bit better. Obviously, he's crushed, but he understands and lets her go (reluctantly). And when they reconnect, he does his best to help her see he's always been her person and that they are going to be okay.

okay, hear me out, what about a platform game where you start as one of the fab four trying to escape BL/Ind and then in later parts try to save the rest of your crew which you can also play as when you succeed and each of them has like a special ability like for example Ghoul can turn into a raven and fly and some of the levels can't be finished without using the right character and their ability and maybe the game starts all black and white and later turns more and more colourful the further you get and in the end you save all of them and escape and maybe there's like little hidden Easter egg where you can fuck around with BL/Ind's stuff and be great annoyance or maybe get the car back- *takes a deep breath* so what do ya think

The coffee that sinks inside your stomach brings out a grimace and a click of your tongue where the taste stains; too bitter, too acidic but you’ll drink it anyway and to the last drop; there is something about the idea of spending time with three best friends that is so made of spring and honey that you wish to miss none of it.
“Someone is lurking,” George contemplates out loud, and the call goes silent for a second as if to look for the intruder. And it would so easy to flinch, to hit the back pedal, because you almost feel like one being exposed front stage like that. But today- today is not that day.
It's not that you don't want to join the discussion, it's that it takes a second to warm up, to absorb the energy and become one with it.
And sometimes, all it takes is Sapnap to exclaim, “Panini head, my beloved!” for your smile synchronizes with his chuckles. Somehow, once noticed by the right person, life flows back naturally.
George and Dream greets you in trailing unison, like two kids forced to greet their unwelcomed aunt on a sunday afternoon.
“H-hey troublemakers,” you finally say. Your voice is still quiet, not reluctant, but rather uncertain. It doesn't bother anyone.
“I’m beating Dream’s ass at chess and he’s bitter,” Sap explains, and you silently nod, as if they were able to see you.
A long silence follows along, rythmed by clicks of mouses and keyboards and it falls in your ears like high droplets. It's comfortable. It's intimate, shared with friends only.
"We haven't heard from you in a while," Dream says. "I mean ... before the clout fiasco."
You wouldn't exactly call it a fiasco, even though you don't really like the idea of being perceived a little too closely from the eyes of twitter.com, but you do agree anyway, "I've been caught up on college essays lately."
"That sucks," George probably adds.
“Good thing you’re here, then,” Dream notes, simple as a breath. “This is a worry-free zone.”
It hovers for a second, carried by George’s approval hum.
You squint suspiciously, detective mode, at the profile pictures that light on and off before your eyes, “Thanks, dream.”
He scoffs a “sure” and you’re not sure why you sense a bit of irony stuck on the back of his teeth. You're so tempted to call him out, but you don't. Instead, you write a mental note of this odd moment.
“It’s because I told him about your three brothers and now he’s scared they’re gonna find him and kick his ass,” Sap explains as if he just read your mind.
Sometimes, there’s this thing in the air, though you’re miles away. Something like a connection. There’s this thing when you don’t need to talk for Sap to understand. Sharing one brain cell, you dismiss ironically. Probably coincidences and predictability, but it always sounds a little special, a little like something you’d wish to be out of this world, like morning dew and fairy circles. And it makes you feel safe, at home, just like snuggling up in the sheets during a stormy night. Your smile washes up the sleeve of your hoodie, covered palm carefully hiding your chuckles.
“Three older brothers,” George muses, and there’s no telling if it’s something meant for you to hear. “That’s kinda scary.”
“You better be scared, one of them is probably your FBI agent,” you tease mindlessly, though there's nothing scary about those three grown men.
“I’m British, Bunny,” he points out. Whether the exasperation in his tone is fake or genuine, that, you can’t tell, but you play it cool, grin carved so deep it almost hurts. Dream’s wheezes rise and fall in the background.
“Say that to his face then,” you outbid smirkingly after a second of silence, heels growing into the carpet to make your chair spin slowly left and right, so breezily.
“I’d praise you for the rest of my life if you-Oooooooh your ass is wacked. Your ass is so wacked, dude. You fucked up so bad,” Sapnap chokes out between strings of giggles.
“Oh no, my streamer is losing his game?” You theatrically pout. “My streamer Dreamwastaken, have you met him? Guess you don’t need any of my brothers to kick your ass.”
“Okay yeah- no- it’s not my fault if your- they’re distracting me, okay?” Dream defends.
Slowly, the energy lowers again and the call remembers peace as Dream admits defeat.
“I’m not playing against you anymore,” he mumbles through greeted teeth, your hoodie shelters a muffled giggle. “Let’s talk about y/n’s twitter fame instead.”
“Let’s just not-” you mutter, both because seeing Dream lose at something is a miracle that has to be witnessed once and because you’re somewhat reluctant. “Let’s just not talk about that.”
“Yeah, sorry about that. I had no idea it would draw this much attention to you,” Sap admits.
“Well, you talk about her all the time it was only a matter of time before twitter finds out,” George taunts and you secretly smile, listening to the way your best friend tries to defend himself, mind flooded with the last memories you have of when you were able to see those chuckles for real.
“Yeah, Quackity already told me you guys talk behind my back,” you fakely muse. “That’s totally fine, I don’t wanna know what you guys are talking about at all.” It’s a lie, obviously, the idea creeps upon your mind with assumptions you can’t quite get a grip of nor let go.
“You and Quackity talk?’ Sapnap asks, hint of surprise, and you hum.
“Or rather, he talks to me. He keeps calling-.” Shit. The forsaken word traps itself into your mouth. It’s too silly anyway.
“Come on, just say it,” Dream pushes as if he knew too much, more than you even do, and your cheeks flush mindlessly. You don’t notice.
“Dream, quit it!” You demand.
“Quit what?”
“You talk as if you knew more than anyone did.”
“Maybe I just do,” he coos, so dream-like.
Oblivious or careless, Sapnap asks, “Is Quackity bothering you or something?”
“He-" you begin but stop to look for the right way to put it, "He triggers my flight or fight response.”
"I mean, duh," Sapnap probably rolls his eyes.
"But I like him. He's funny."
After a second of silence, George says, “Well that was unexpected.”
“Not so much, I think we’re both chaotic neutral people.”
“What is that neutral chaotic thing anyway?” Dream is confused.
Roll up your sleeve girl boss because now is your time to shine! You offer your best dream smp alignment chart to the classroom. They're speechless, but they listen carefully.
"Then you're more chaotic good than neutral. You're too sweet anyway," Sap says.
"I'd even say lawful good," George debates.
"That's because you haven't seen Bunny during her crazy cat hour."
"True," you note.
"She'll go absolutely batshit."
“What?" George burst between confusion and surprise. "We've never seen you like that."
"A lady never reveal her secrets," you retort. No one answer.
It leaves a second for your mind to enjoy peace. For your eyes to lay on c!tubbo on lawful good and think true, then on c!dream on chaotic evil and think also very true. You huff and it's like a wave; as sarcasm leaves your breath, an idea comes in.
"Sap, check your DMs," you request.
Surrounded by the evening lull, Sapnap’s laugh pops like soap bubbles, "God, you’re so stupid. Why can't you just marry me?"
“So, is it Sapnap approved?” You chuckle lightly to prevent Sapnap’s morning fresh laugh to fill your chest and leak everywhere.
“Just press ‘send tweet’ please,” he confirms with leftovers of a smile in his voice.
"George, get me out of here. They're doing it again," Dream whines.
"Doing what?" He asks, unbothered.
"Act like they're alone in the convo. Just get a room." And you don't get to stand up for yourself that you and your best friend are actually sent to another room.
"Well this one is chaotic evil confirmed," you mumble as you roll your eyes but the vibes are much peaceful, much more comfortable in here. "So ... hi."
"Hi," he chuckles in return.
Maybe that's for the best; a moment that needs to stay a little timeless, secretive and special. It hasn't happened in so long, you don't even remember the last time it did.
"I'm glad you're here. I miss you, you know?" He says, and it's hard to not feel so bittersweet about it. It's hard when longing involves a craved touch, a real smile and an eye contact. Your shoulder sinks in the chair a little harder.
"I miss you too. I'll be here soon," you promise. And soon couldn't come any sooner.
But the conversation, soft and free, will wash up any worries, as always, and you'll end up talking about everything and nothing, about streams and planned videos and college and god knows what. As long as it makes the two of you happy and smiling. Just like the old days, you'll both think and it's fair to say until the evening turns into night and night turns into fatigue.
"Are you sure you're okay about that clout?" He asks once again. "I know you don't like being exposed like that."
"Yeah, yeah don't worry too much about it. I'll try to make good use of it."
"I'm sure you will," he murmurs, but oh boy did he not know what was about to come until you two meet.

Work you out (M)
Tumblr media
Pairing: Jungkook x Reader
Rating: M
Genre: Smut
Word Count: 2.4K
In collaboration with the lovely @alwaysdarkestbeforethedawn94
Disclaimer: if you are under the age of 18 please know that this contains heavy sexual themes and mature language.
Summary: Working for Hybe has been an experience. Being Jungkook’s manager is another story. His sharp eyes, firm jawline and snarky attitude was a deadly combination to begin with. The guy easily found his way to your heart and you simply couldn't take it anymore.
Thinking back to how I managed to land such an unimaginable employment opportunity must have been a miracle. Unquestionably, working for HYBE had so many benefits; I swore to never leave this place. Sure, I was a simple manager's assistant, but I was by the side of one of the managers that handled the most important talent in the stretch of South Korea, the entire globe to be honest, BTS. I was assigned the position of assistant to the manager of one of the guys, none other than Jeon Jungkook. I really couldn’t believe my luck. Not only was I a part of one of the most skyrocketing influential enterprises in the country, but I also had the chance to meet some of the most inspiring people in the whole world! Who would have thought?!
Did I have a crush on the guy by the end of my first month working here? Yes, but who wouldn't? He is the sweetest, always polite and courteous. I've met my share of self-boasting asshats; this industry is flooded with such. This guy is worth billions and he has remained ridiculously humble. Word got around about him being a wonderful young man and I could positively say he is so much more up close. Jungkook is ridiculously handsome that’s a given already, but his personality was the real deal-maker. He reminds me of a dark stormy thundery night where I cover myself with my favourite warm fluffy blanket starring out of the window a rich flavored hot chocolate in hand.
In general, I quite enjoy working at the company’s principled environment. Don’t get me wrong, nothing in this world is rainbows and butterflies, but overall, I can confidently say that it’s been a mainly positive experience. Thankfully, the department I am in is assembled by kind, funny people who like to get things done. There hasn’t been a day were I regretted coming here. As for my daily duties as an assistant, working for Jungkook meant keeping up with his appointments, helping him with anything at anytime, managing his schedule, making sure it matches with the other guys' and so much more. I was required to work around the clock and as a single independent woman in her late twenties who was trying to figure out the world around her that didn’t sound like such a bad idea, though I digress. Essentially, I was one of the employees responsible for pretty much anything and everything he needed. Our department was at his disposal 24/7 running around, living that busy life.
That's until the pandemic struck. That was the first time I thought to myself that this might be nature’s valiant plan to get back what man so forcefully took from her. Suddenly, everything was canceled; life got put on a hold. My dearest supervisor, Jungkook's manager, had to stay at home because he had kids. In fact, a lot of people had to stay at home. Abruptly, days became weeks and weeks became months. The desperation and frustration we were feeling was like nothing else ever experienced. Truthfully, it felt like something had been stolen from us and we could never get it back. In this manner, when the gears finally started grinding again I was assigned to be the on-site manager for Jungkook. That meant being in direct contact with him more so than before and of course, being responsible for a ton of other obligations.
Not going to lie, the first months were slightly awkward for both of us and understandably so. We both were used to very different working arrangements. I might have been working behind the scenes before, but now I had to step into the spotlight becoming his own personal shadow, and I am sure he wasn’t really comfortable with that. Taken into account the current situation everyone looked like a volcano ready to erupt.
Once, I happened to accidentally step in a not so common incident; maybe it was a circumstance I wasn’t supposed to witness. He was on the phone at the time, when I saw him. That’s why I decided it was best if I stayed behind the half closed door of the studio. I couldn’t hear what he was saying and it was none of my business after all, but I could tell by the minute I laid my eyes on him that something was wrong. Something had been bothering him; irritation written all over his face. He was pacing back and forth, phone still on his ear. He was clenching his fist so hard I wondered if his nails cut into his skin. He was breathing heavily, almost as if he would burst and his muscles grew tense.
Then, in an instant, it seemed that the call ended and as he was putting the phone in his pocket he slammed his fists down onto the table a loud bang echoing in the room. After some consideration, I knocked on the door to make my presence known and he sharply looked at me. Without having the chance to say anything to him he let out a loud growl and left the room leaving me dumbfounded and unaware by the door. Soon after that, he apologized for the way he acted confessing that he had an unfortunate falling out with one of his closest friends and at the time he couldn’t process what was happening. I would never forget that day. It was the day I came across a not so familiar side to him.
From that day forward, things miraculously became easier and Jungkook was way more relaxed around my presence, we joked around often and he even texted me to ask about a variety of things outside of regular working hours. We managed to develop a teasing relationship full of endless borderline flirtatious banter. He had this other side to him that only a selected few got the chance to know. Jeon Jungkook was indeed a comforting raging night, but he was also an infuriating playful mischievous brat when he wanted to be. This in all honesty, made him a hundred times more irresistible in my eyes.
Life was going on smoothly until Jungkook decided that taking after midnight trips to the gym was perfectly acceptable, insisting that I escort him instead of his bodyguard. I cursed every single time but I went anyway. Forty-five minutes after midnight he was lifting weights, unbothered. Taking secret short glances towards him I contemplated what I had done in my previous life to deserve this torment. Don’t get me wrong, I couldn’t care less about the late hour, but to have this view in front of my eyes was causing me both mental and physical pain. The guy was clearly sculpted by the gods. With his broad chest, muscular arms and thick thighs he could have anyone he ever wanted. He even sported an hourglass figure; He is insanely unreal. That’s the main reason why I decided to sit there preoccupied with a silly game on my phone to kill time until the suffering ended. I was barely hanging from a string at the verge of blowing off the barrier between my personal and professional life.
Out of the blue, with a loud grunt, he dropped the weights, drawing me out of my contemplation. He looked annoyed for whatever reason. He tried his best to seem nonchalant but it was obvious, in his beautiful stern eyes. Could he be craving for an audience? Abandoning every rational thought I had, I put my phone away, looked in his direction as I got up to get water. I smirked at his clear annoyance. Surely, we weren't supposed to interact with the artists this way but I am cranky and sleepy, and for the first time ever, he was being kind of an ass to me. Was I perhaps the reason behind his sudden personality change? The thought kept floating at the back of my mind.
This kept going on for about three weeks or so and I gave him nothing. His annoyance prominent in his expression, more and more as the weeks went by. He was hot but I am sure all he had been seeking was an audience given that he missed it, or so I thought. Thursday evening rolls around and I was particularly iffy tonight ‘because I was extremely frustrated, sexually. This one was making my situation worse, sporting a tight black tank top and skinny grey sweatpants which made him look like a treat. He could easily pass for a bodyguard with those broad well-built shoulders. As my eyes scanned his body I realized this was the first time his tatted sleeve was on display. I couldn’t help but let my eyes wander. By the time I was done his eyes were already fixed on mine and I turned away immediately, embarrassment written all over my face.
Seeking solace in the women’s bathroom I tried to extinguish this ravenous yearning. The feeling of cold water did nothing to help the burning desire that was building inside me. Without warning, a knock at the door was heard, his sweet angelic voice following "Are you okay?" he asked, the remnants of a smirk could be heard still. "Jungkook you cannot be here, I am okay. I'll be out in a minute." I exclaimed, as calm as I could. "It's been ten minutes. I can't continue unless you're there." He insisted, I heard him chuckle after that.
With that, it was now or never, I pushed the door’s handle and made my way outside rolling my eyes in the process and he caught that, quickly moving closer, clearly annoyed, jaw clenched, eyes taking in my features, making him look not quite intimidating but definitely interesting. No, it was my mistake. Not just interesting, he looked ravishing. "As I said, I'll be out in a minute. Then you can finish up" I argued. But he didn't budge, moving even closer, if that was even possible, he was almost a breath away. "I don't feel like working out anymore" he declared like a child whose toy was taken away from him. As if I chose to play heads or tails with my career, I poked the beast further, "What is it that you want to do then?" I asked making sure he heard the annoyance in my tone. Coming even closer, to the point where he was completely pressed up against me, "You" he uttered calmly yet authoritatively. Before I could process what he had just said his soft lips crushed mine with a vengeance, thirsty. Pulling my lip with his teeth, he kept planting kisses from my lips to my jaw trailing down to my neck and décolletage; a surprised panting left my lips.
It felt as if I had involuntarily awakened this beastly hunger within him. His kisses insatiable and his touch was possessive, "I've been thinking about this for so long" he confessed as he took my hoodie off. "Sitting there, not giving a word let alone a glimpse. If you think this is off-limits you're wrong" he growled pointing at himself. "I can guarantee that once we're done here you definitely won't be able to look at me, ever." As he said all that, he managed to get me in a compromising position against the sink, his slim waist in between my legs. He kept my gaze as he lowered his head between my thighs. Little shit kept giving me hickeys on the soft flesh of my inner thighs, so close to my now dripping core. He enjoyed tormenting me and it showed. I was helpless but oh, God was all of this hot. He licked a stripe over my soaked panties, "Oh baby, you smell delicious" and with one hand he took off my underwear completely.
He sank in my folds, letting a guttural moan that I felt vibrating through my core. Not being able to think about what was happening I let myself indulge in my carnal desire my hands tangled in between his luscious hair.
He loved food and I've watched him eat before, but this must be one of his favorites ‘cause he was doing his best not to let a drop go to waste; he acted like a man starved. His hands held me in place, thankfully, ‘cause everything was too much; nothing could stop me from shaking, feeling everything deep in my core, he was too much. He just had to be good at everything. He kept a torturous tempo, from sucking my clit to his sinful tongue penetrating me, and as tears gathered around my eyes he decided to add his slender fingers in bringing me closer to heaven than I've ever been. "That's it baby, let go. Let go for me" he exhaled and just like that I had the most intense climax. My limbs felt numb, my whole body felt like rubber.
Before I could register what was happening he was back at it, sucking my over stimulated clit, my thighs unconsciously closing around his head as oversensitivity hit. "One more, please, come on baby, you can do it" he begged. He kept pumping his fingers while sucking my clit, as if it was his only goal in life. My screams muffled through my own hand clamped on my mouth as I reached my high for a second time that night. I felt it take over me with such intensity I didn't register what had happened. He emerged from between my thighs, soaked from me squirting and with a proud look on his face he declared "Now I look like I had the workout of a lifetime".
He helped me get dressed and pulled me close for a soft peck. He must have noticed my concerned look because he wrapped his arms around me in a warm hug and said "Don't be scared about this, we can work it out. I really like you and I'd like you to stick around". Starring into his eyes, I nodded and he pulled me close for the sweetest kiss, trying to tame my bewildered hair. He helped me get dressed and got out the door first to make sure that no one was around. I waited for a moment and then I got a text.

I’m sure I’m retreading old points on the sonic movie here with my thoughts, but it always surprises me when I hear people say jimbotnik should influence or replace game eggman
It’s like, I enjoyed the sonic movie for what it is, a fun enough family/kids movie with a simple plot and enough jokes that actually landed for me. Heck I even enjoyed jimbotnik- but not bc I felt he was a good eggman, more bc he felt like a self-insert evil/mad scientist robot creating genius I would have written for my own use. Am I happy he’s getting a little more eggman in the sequel? Of course. Do I want him in any other sonic thing? No. Unless it’s like crossover stuff- that I could at least see possible.
He’s just not an eggman to me, just eggman inspired and I’m happy taking what I can get for the movie sonic stuff but it always stuns me when people call him a good eggman. I’m just not sure where people are seeing it? It’s like did we play the same games with eggman in it?
The movie sonic stuff’s dear to me but I’ll always hope for a proper animated movie in a similar style of the unleashed opening as many others do I’m sure. Give me more animated game egg he’s a delightfully cartoonish man with a stellar design and just fun attitude. He can be dramatic and serious and silly and dangerous. And it’s great such a character can be an ongoing threat, even if the games really haven’t really written that the best lately
That hasn't been brought up as much here but it is a fear of mine. I don't see people saying they want him to be replaced with jimbotnik and if people have been saying that, that's even worse. I have seen people saying that they'd like jimbotnik to have an influence/impact on og Eggman in a few ways though and I'm really not on board with that. I'm also hoping that, like all the other separate universes and non canon media, they keep it entirely separate.
It's interesting to see this take from the perspective of a fan of the Sonic movie/jimbotnik. Some people say I just have this opinion because I don't like the movie as a whole but we have the same opinion of jimbotnik not being very Eggman like. He's definitely not the best version, Imo the best can only be the most definitive to both Eggman's true essence, design, and personality, which I don't think jimbotnik delivers.
At the very most he does just seem like a villain that takes inspiration from Eggman with some of his key traits of personality and a tiny amount design wise. But it's missing all the context/presentation/essence that actually makes it feel like Eggman. Anyone can have those traits and have a mustache, there's more to it than that for it to actually make it feel like him specifically. That's why I feel he could've easily just been a separate Eggman inspired villain the way he is.
I've seen people make comparisons and points about what jimbotnik is faithful to what makes og Eggman so great but I just don't see it or feel it because all I can see is jim carrey and the sequel trailer hasn't changed that either. When I play the games, I see a completely different villain that's super appealing to me in both design and personality. He feels much more unique with his beautiful cartoony fun design and his evil and egotism has very different vibes.
And yeah, that's really all I want too. I've been dreaming of a fully CGI animated movie for years before the Sonic movie was a thing. I've wanted it to look exactly like the breathtaking high quality detail and animation in Unleashed since 2008. The Wreck it Ralph movies are now the closest we've ever gotten to my dream of CG Eggman in a movie that exists and I really hope that will change someday with an actual full length CGI Sonic movie.
Unleashed's CGI was also a taste of what I think the perfect Sonic movie would be. It had the epic intense atmosphere, insane detail, and fantastic bouncy cartoony animation that would be so amazing to see on the big screen. Especially with Eggman being the perfect balance of energetic cartoony fun with beautiful realistic detail. Seeing that gorgeous Egg on the big screen and to hear Mike Pollock's Eggman voice blasting from those cinema speakers... 🥰💜 I need it so badly in my lifetime, you have no idea.
Eggman is a fantastic character just the way he is in the games, he's such a unique truly evil and threatening villain that can also be super goofy and funny. He's endlessly entertaining and refreshing in both design and personality from so many other villains in a way that I don't feel jimbotnik captured. The same goes for the entire Sonic game universe, I've always loved it more than any other Sonic media because it has so many beautiful unique and exciting locations that are better than any live action setting can be. I really want a movie that's faithful to the games more than anything, it would be amazing!

I'm not sure if I should make this the finale post or not to be honest because I plan on playing some of the DLCs soon, so I'll make this a 'light' finale post because I'm sure I've said more than enough through my playthrough.
Morrowind genuinely surprised me. I heard all the oldguard TES fans saying it's way different and some claiming it was miles better.
Specifically I remember when Oblivion came out I heard from somewhere that Oblivion was just "dumbed down Morrowind" and kid me was like "What the heck are you talking about, Oblivion is the best game in the world (right now)???"
But man, they weren't wrong, but that's hardly what I'd point at in Morrowind in comparison.
Then again my memory of Oblivion is all rose tinted nostalgia and half memories.
What Morrowind is to me today is a fantastic fantasy game with some really interesting lore, a villain I love, a world that feels alien, troubled, imperfect and intriguing, and a gameplay cycle that felt really satisfying to me from the very start to roughly level 20 or so.
I REALLY like how pitiful and overwhelmed I felt at the start of this game- it felt fucking awesome to me and I know for some that's a weird statement and others it's the most obvious thing in the world but man is it true.
Level 1 in Morrowind as a newbie who doesn't know up from down is like waking up in the woods naked with the sound of hungry wolves all around you.
It's brutal, and exciting- every little victory- a potion, a new dagger, a new piece of armor- feels like the world to you.
I LOVED the early game in Morrowind, more than I ever liked it in Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout NV, Skyrim, or Fallout 4 (yeah I'm looping the bethesda engine NV in).
Because I constantly felt like I was punching up at a behemoth but I was getting away with it from time to time until I started to feel more on par with the behemoth, and eventually I overcame and hit end game and really became the behemoth and that was fun in its own right.
But I've been "mega end game god" in like 900 dang games at this point, it's always fun! And feeling like I earned it (like here) makes it feel better! But the journey often beats it and Morrowind's journey was so fun to me.
But yeah, beat the main quest. I did a lot in this game, and barely scratched the surface.
Beating it immediately made me think of how fun it would be to challenge myself to beat it- or another objective- right from the start without dumping hundreds of hours into leveling because that early game is a treat.
About the only things I didn't fully love were most of the quest designs showing their age.
Nothing super egregious, but there really was a lot of extremely simple "fetch thing" "Kill thing" "Walk to place" quests that didn't hold additional story value to make up for it.
Not to say simple is bad, but to say having a LOT of my playtime being killing various creatures for no real story reason beyond being asked to makes some actions feel pointless and like busy-work.
There were also quests that DID tie story in, which was really nice to see- things like inter-guild relations becoming a thing for some quests, or some quests having consequences further down the quest chain depending on how you completed it, and of course (as implied) some quests having multiple solutions with some of those solutions being interesting in how you find out about them.
I mean I think it's really neat how the fighter's guild has like 4 quest givers and if you blindly follow them you'll be doing all kinds of questionable stuff with questionable end goals, but if you talk to each of them you'll find that one of them is much more trustworthy and honorable than the rest, and it becomes a common loop to be sent on a quest for the FG and swing by him to ask if the quest sounds legit- AND MANY AREN'T! AND HE OFFERS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS! THAT'S COOL AND LET'S YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BEING TOO LOYAL AND FORGETTING YOUR MORALS BECAUSE YOU ARE "JUST PLAYING A GAME" BUT REWARDS YOU FOR QUESTIONING THAT LOYALTY AND SEEKING ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS! THAT'S AWESOME! Though the solution almost always being "just talk to the good guy before you do the quest" was slightly lacking, but such a cool idea.
But there wasn't a ton of this, but there also wasn't not a lot of this- it was an idea they clearly considered playing with and did when they could- I just wish there were both more and that it was used more on the menial tasks you're asked to do as well. I'm a sucker for multiple solutions is all, and consequences appearing later and altering how events play out or quests line up is always cool and I think it only happens a couple times in some guild quests if I'm not mistaken-
But again, I didn't do much in the grand scheme of things lol.
A TON of time invested and still, a metric fuckton to do including 100% of both expansions lol.
So- Morrowind. I really like this game :)
I think it's my favorite TES game, though I might change my mind whenever I revisit TES4, but I can at least say it's my favorite early game BY FAR and PROBABLY my favorite TES game.
I wonder if I can get buff enough to kill Dagoth Ur with like potion abuse. I haven't looked into it, all I know about him (and I knew before this gameplay also, I was just attacking out of curiosity) is that phase 2 rapidly regens health at like 2 billion a second or something, so you have to one shot him if at all possible.
Also I knew that he was supposed to be weaker depending on how many ash vampires you killed, but that that wasn't properly implemented (and I don't think the morrowind code patch bothers fixing it?).
Anywho- great game. I've been playing a lot of good games lately now that I think of it. I mean most of this blog is me playing good games, but I feel like, and I could be mistaken, but I feel like there was a stint there where I was playing "complicated" games and "games I don't enjoy but want to see the merit of so I'm being a sourpuss while I play".
Now I feel like the last 10 dang games were strictly good and or great. Can't say that's a bad thing :)
If you haven't ever played Morrowind before but you're familiar with say Skyrim, I'd honestly say give it a look. A look first- because it's a thick game to begin and you might be able to discern it's not for you based off a look- but a look none the less.
It's Skyrim with more RPG nonsense going on and a more brutal "rags to riches" hero story for your protag. Might be up your alley as much as it ended up being up mine :)
So up next is EITHER an entirely different game with some ocassional Morrowind posts as I touch on the expansions, or more direct Morrowind content as I emphasize the expansions until I finish them, but I'm leaning towards the former.
I think beating the main quest has earned Vaksten the Idiot a short break.

Discussing the good and bad of Pokémon Journeys: Part “Chloe”
Time to discuss about the character that is still keeping me on board with watching Pokémon (2019)/Journeys despite having, cough, some issues with it. Let's talk about Chloe, also known as Koharu.
Tumblr media
TLDR; I like how Koharu is handled so far, even if I somewhat wish there was more of her, and I believe I know what the intention with her is, and that is to show that the journey to finding your dream goal can be an exciting one and with possible obstacles on the way towards it. More under the cut, Journeys abverted as JN.
So. Let's start with how I became to like her character the moment JN002 aired, but also how her debut in JN001 has become interesting part of how Koharu used to love Pokémon, but then grew out of it. Which to me, reminds of people who grew with playing Pokémon games, cards, etc, but then as they got older, they grew out of it.
Tumblr media
Anyway, as we all probably remember, both Gou and Koharu attended the Okido Camp as kids, where BOTH of the eventually meet Mew. From the very beginning, we're let known that Koharu is a daughter of a promising Professor Sakuragi, who's acquainted with Okido.
And we're also let known that the two are friends from before the camp, and I assume their games at Sakuragi's Lab involved playing as Pokémon or other stuff. She most definitely loved Pokémon and her dad's work back then.
But then when we fastforward to the present day as Satoshi, Gou and Koharu are all 10 years old, we see that this attitude has changed in Koharu. She's no longer interested in Pokémon that much, and the only Pokémon she accepts near her is their family 'mon Wanpachi. For me, this was very interesting approach, even if the "not interested in Pokémon" was done before with May/Haruka back in Advanced Generation series.
Even with this interesting approach, she was a side/supporting cast instead of main cast, which honestly felt weird to me as she definitely had a story to tell. But as I've been watching other shows lately, I kinda came to realise her approach reminds me of mid-season additions to cast, even thou her appearances nowdays are just a BIT more frequent, when before her joining the Research Fellows, she appear very seldomly.
Tumblr media
Anyway. In JN011 we finally learn that, she pretty much has issues with people's expectations and how everyone assumes her to be very much involved with Pokémon just because of her dad's work. Truly, this would end up affecting her affection towards Pokémon, thou it's possibly not the whole reason for losing interest. She even admits here she's not sure of what she truly wants to do yet.
It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of goal finding journeys, as they are very relatable to me as someone who took 20+ years to find out what I truly want to do for living, so Koharu wanting to find something instead of other people deciding it for her is very good lesson.
So what exactly is the approach with Koharu from this ep forward? Showing her see Pokémon in different, totally new lights, figuratively speaking. She's shown to take care of a Pidove who broke its wing in a runaway flight, helped her lil brother Sota's friend, Nami, attend to a small children's Contest, and went to a Fossil Exhibition with Satoshi and Gou to learn about fossils. And I feel like that, this fossil exhibition event is what truly rekindled Koharu's interest in Pokémon again. As we all remember, she truly enjoyed that trip, and she, for the first time, got to see Gou bond with a Pokémon, that was rampaging just moments ago. And this episode, accompanied with JN050, are why I am currently thinking Koharu's end goal will end up being related to fossils. It certainy would be an interesting approach for a female cast character, and I wouldn't mind her having a chat with some other character who's also involved in researching fossils... (cough Gary/Shigeru cough)
Tumblr media
Anyway. All of this seemingly lead up to Koharu finally meeting her very apparent soul mate: Eevee. I know, that most people were somewhat (or even totally) annoyed by the fact that yet another pokegirl receives Eevee as their Pokémon, and that this is just boring. While I understand the sentiment, considering Koharu's character: Eevee is the only Pokémon that actually fits her. Koharu is out there still figuring out what she wants to be. What she wants to do. And Eevee is the most relatable Pokémon for that kind of character: Eevee can become eight, and I repeat, eight, different evolutions. That's pretty much the same as having different paths to choose from when deciding your goal. And this specific Eevee has also not yet decided what it wants to do. It refuses to evolve. While in-game one could say this is because of the g-max factor, I highly believe this is purely done for the purpose of making Koharu and Eevee relate on a very, very personal level. So instead of Eevee having the g-max factor disabling the evolution (because let's face it, it's only done so people won't accidentally evolve their Gigantamax Eevee), Eevee is kind of, constantly pressing the B button to prevent it.
Tumblr media
Now: what has Eevee exactly given to Koharu's character? A lot actually. When before Koharu would try to deny interest in something or try to say she has something else to do instead of a trip, Eevee is there to push her forward to try things out.
Tumblr media
Like in JN050, Koharu is trying to priotize her School instead of a Fossil trip to Galar, but thanks to Eevee, who wants to go, Koharu gets the needed push to go and try out new stuff. I very much adored this scene in this episode, due to encouraging the "try out new things" approach in life. From this point forward, we then see Koharu join in on other trips like the Diglett Farm (where she definitely shined in team leading and got to experience the farming and team leader approach) and the Glimwood Tangle trip, that Koharu herself prompted to her dad and the boys, instead of being asked to join. Which reminds me of something else btw.
Tumblr media
While Gou is shown to be very knowledged with Pokémon, Koharu is shown to know more about other fields like how plants grows, and what kind of soil is good. This is from either school lessons or from her experience with taking care of the school flowers. She could possibly be considered a good student, and btw, I very much like the approach of not making her a school dropout once she started joining in on research trips, and instead takes homework to accomodate the fact that she's missing out on lessons. This isn't unusual in real life, so I'm glad JN is actually showcasing this approach with both Koharu and Gou. Thou with Gou, he's pretty much always absent, haha.
Now, her latest episode with Kikuna was an interesting one. While Koharu's main point in the episode was kind of to be the angel of love for Kikuna (which failed horribly, love you Kikuna <333 ), I'd say there was another reason for her being in that episode with Kikuna: it was to let her learn of the possibility of meeting possible pitfalls in one's dream goals. That lesson was in Kikuna's story about how she almost gave up in becoming a researcher due to a mess up with an important presentation for a conference, but found the strenght to try again. It's part of reaching your dream goal a lot of the time. Even Koharu's mom, Yoshino/Talia, gave her the story of how she originally wanted to be a mangaka, but gave up on the dream and instead approached something similar. These are all very important life lessons in how working toward one's goal can either fail, or come accoss obstacles. It depends on the person whether they'll end up switching the goal to something else, or strive to go forward to get past the obstacle. As someone who had exactly Koharu's mom's experience longside having to take a long while to find one, I appreciate that Koharu's journey has been about learning the good and bad experiences of working towards a dream goal.
Now: has this storyline been executed well? Imo, it has, but it ain't perfect, as there are some parts where I'd like to see some improvement on.
One of them is with how it's sometimes unclear as what kind of character she is counted as. Is the a main character alongside Gou and Satoshi now? Is the still supporting cast? Is she a lower tier main character that won't appear every episode still? The latest option would appear to be the case, but it's not often that simple to see.
Tumblr media
There's also the case of Wanpachi seeming like it was teased to be eventually becoming Koharu's first partner, but instead it ended up being Eevee. I think for most, before JN049 aired, people assumed Wanpachi didn't belong to anyone exactly and thus was free reign. But, as JN049 confirmed, Wanpachi belonged to Sakuragi himself. Which is sorta funny, as Wanpachi clearly loves him the least, haha. So, what exactly do they intend with Wanpachi? I think, that in time it'll eventually switch owners to Koharu, as it clearly loves her the most, but the journey there is still on-going.
Now, here's something interest to think about: I think Koharu not being in every episode has actually been benefitial for her, as she never gives me the feeling that she's taking anyone's time for herself, and her involvements in stories fit quite well. My current favourites for her are definitely her team leading in Diglett episode, which is JN052, and the Galarian Ponyta episode (JN055) where she clearly showcased that she's able to handle herself in sticky situations. Which is quite a beautiful detail, at least to me.
Now to quiiickly note her dynamics quickly, let's talk a bit about how she is a big sister. Like, for real. She's got a baby brother in Sota/Parker, and the two do seem to have good relationship going on. However, I really want to see more of this! There's way too little of it going on right now, and it's mostly been typical siblinghood. I'm so glad there's still full on family aspects in JN, which is what I loved in Sun & Moon so so so much, but I want to see more. MORE! MORE-
I already talked about how I enjoy her dynamics with Gou and how their childhood friendship is showcased so well, and yet I still grave to see more. The two know each other well, and Gou always, ALWAYS respects Koharu, while Koharu ain't afraid to tell what's on her mind to Gou. Thou, she also knows that Gou would judge her if she were to ask about Pokémon bonding tips. Dyamn.
Now: I want more of Koharu and Satoshi. The two def seemed to have a bit of a "uugh who are you don't talk to me" approach, but it naturally faded as they went on their first trip to Nibi City's Fossil Exhibition. And they've been in good relations since I'd say.
Also to quickly note, I love how Koharu has been mentioned in couple scenes as being the character who's taught them first-aid or told about jealousy and how one should take Pokémon's feeling into consideration (even if this latter one should be obvious to Satoshi but, I digress, Satoshi was way too focused on Riolu and just assumed Pikachu would be fine since they've been buds since forever).
There's also so much more I still want to learn about: how exactly did she meet Gou and why she decided to be friends with him, does she have other friends besides him (because I would assume so but she's never shown with anyone else), give us an episode that's focused on Koharu & Sota, let her see Satoshi battle as well (afaik, she has NOT), let her meet Alola Squad + other past companions, and oooh there's so much I want her to do and I see so, so much potential in her character and I really really REALLY hope the writers don't screw her up.
Tumblr media
Now is that all I wanted to talk about regarding Koharu... I guess so. As you might have figured out by now: I almost have no issues with how Koharu is written. She's enjoyable to watch and, suprisingly, I find the pace of her story-telling pleasant and not too fast nor way too slow. Could it do well with a bit faster pace? Possibly, but due to me seeing her as sort of a mid-season addition akin to how Precure or Digimon do them, I'm fine with this approach. Considering the current pace, I think she'll end up finding what she wants to end up working towards to by the end of this year, or early next year. And, despite how many might fear, I highly doubt it will be Contests. As it's pretty clear JN isn't out there to promote mainline games feature-to-feature, but instead cherry picks stuff it wants to do. I'm still quite certain, that she'll end up becoming a professor of her own fields, possibly of fossils (which, considering DP's Underground feature, could fit very well in promoting this feature of the remakes). Maybe even become a team leader of a fossil researching team, as she definitely showcases the skills for it, for knowing soil, fossil digging and again, team leading. And I totally didn't figure this out while writing this post. :'D (I totally did.)
So. I believe I'll end this post here, as this is already quite long by now and, honestly, there's not much left to talk about. It really feels good for me to talk so positively about a character in JN, as it's no secret that I ain't the biggest fan of the show. However, Koharu's approach speaks to me personally, very well, and I so, so look forward to seeing how her journey ends up going, and where it will lead her.
So who's up next on the list of discussions? I think you guys can guess it.
Tumblr media
And it's gonna be a doozy one. Oh man oh man.
Thank you so much for reading if you came this far, have a fantastic evening/morning/whatever, and take good care of yourselves!
This was Smiling Performer aka Aleira, signing out! PEACE!

You know something, you've had a love of the Zelda series since you were a little girl, ever since Ocarina of Time came out, but I don't think I've ever asked you why you, specifically, love it so much. Like, what made this your lifelong obsession when it comes to gaming? I guess it just never occurred to me because when we were kids, it was just as much a part of my life as it was yours, so it's like one of those "it's all I've known" kind of things.
Rose you opened up a can of worms that even I wasn't ready for. You expected a few sentences? Nah you get an essay with more effort put into than anything I've ever done in school.
I don't even think I covered it all.
Your interests as a kid can heavily influence your interests as an adult. I grew up with Ocarina and Majora and just kept following the series.
I don't know I guess it is a "it's all I've known" thing for me as well but it's one of those VERY few game series I follow adamantly. Kingdom Hearts is another one I love for the characters and their personalities and connections, but that was part of my life into my mid teen years, not since I was 5 like LoZ (and Resident Evil).
I don't know. I just really enjoy playing them, the simple stories with a random gut punch of depth here and there, the characters, the familiar gameplay with a fun gimmick (let's stop pretending gimmicks are inherently bad).
Link may be a blank slate of a character but sometimes he shows his own personality, while subtle at times. Link is a hero you can't help but admire. He's diligent in some games, but a goofball in others. He's a loving brother and grandson, embarking on a personal journey to save his sister and he finds himself on a quest to save the world as well. Or he may be skilled yet gentle warrior with a soft spot for children and animals, a farm boy chosen by the gods, destined for greatness.
The Hero of Time, a young, lonely hero with many faces who can't save everyone no matter how hard he tries. Forgoing his own happiness, he carries the burden of the dead to bring happiness where he can and prevent the end of the world after already doing it once.
A lazy schoolboy with impeccable skill at swordplay and lofting flight, dealing with everything from school bullies to the embodiment of evil itself. His love for his best friend being his motivation.
A teenager who just wants to go home, shipwrecked on an island that only exists in the dreams of a god. His desire to leave supersedes the lives of people who weren't even real but the bonds he made with them were.
An amnesic who's either a trash gremlin who eats dirt and frogs, running through a thunderstorm buck naked, or a stoic knight, set on sealing the great evil away alongside the princess, as is his duty. His personality is truly your personal choice.
In several cases, Link's motivation is saving someone he loves, be it family or friends, but fate and circumstances have something more in mind for this young man with humble beginnings.
~
Zelda herself is so different each game as well. She may be a dainty princess who seeks help, using what power she can to call to you in the dead of night. A young woman hidden in plain sight, guiding you through your journey even if it isn't obvious to some. A respected child pirate who's got a heart of gold, and captain of a loyal crew at her beck and call. Your best childhood friend who just wants to go to the fair and maybe see a magic rodent.
Your best friend and classmate who will ALWAYS be your Zelda even if she's a god.
A wise ruler who knows surrender will save her people if only for a time until someone on the outside can help, but she is also incredibly adept in battle in her own right, shooting Ganondorf while STANDING ON THE BACK OF A GALLOPING HORSE.
A young woman, pressured by her desperate father into unlocking a power she can't, anxious to help in any way she can. Starting off as an overwhelmed brat and growing closer to her appointed knight, finally unlocking her god given powers when it's seemingly too late. Zelda may not be in the spotlight most times, but she's important.
Your various companions, like them or hate them, are another thing that I like when they're there. Navi, the fairy assigned to guide the Kokiri who doesn't belong, is the only constant on Link's journey in Hyrule, wordlessly parting ways when her job is done. A powerful old man cursed by his own apprentice, Ezlo learns humility throughout your journey and leaves you with a parting gift to remind you of your time together.
A deposed princess angry at the world, Midna is cursed into the form on a catty imp by the very man who stole her rightful place on the throne. When kindness is given to her on her deathbed, her motivation is less about her and more about the lives of her own and Hyrule's people.
An emotionless android by design, Fi is knowledgeable on everything in the world, in the sky and below. During your journey, her stoic disposition is broken only once, as she tells you her understanding of happiness before saying the two words you've heard countless times on your journey, and hides away into the newly forged Master Sword one final time.
~
The antagonists have I less to say about but they're there. Disconnected from reality, Zant is a greedy, false king among a people who have been conditioned to have no selfish desires, only able to usurp the throne by using a power he didn't earn. Ghirahim is an eccentric leader of monsters, a dedicated tool to the evil demon king who started it all. He is a force to be reckoned with who relishes in the suffering of others.
Vaati is an arrogant mage who seeks a magical force to grow more powerful. Skull Kid felt abandoned and forgotten by his friends, so he made new ones and stole an evil relic with more power than he could handle. He had no idea what he was in for, in the end he was not wearing the mask, the mask was wearing him.
Ganondorf's motives for power and control are kind of the same in his every appearance but in Wind Waker at least his motive is understandable. Instead of power for the sake of it, he wanted to help his people, but it seems he approached it in the wrong way and went astray. His greed doomed his people and he was blind to the destruction he caused. My enjoyment of Ganondorf is surface level, not much depth for the most part.
I probably put more into this than necessary but my feelings and interpretations are why I love this series. I love the characters, companions, the settings. The game may primarily focus on swordplay but with all the fun tools at your disposal, you can play how you want.

Anon asked,
hello, could you write something with eleven where he takes the reader to an amusement park or something of the like on another planet and they spend the day there? maybe aliens show up, I don’t know, up to you! thanks love :)
So here's my best shot! I hope you enjoy it!

11th Doctor x reader
Visiting Childhood Places
The Doctor takes y/n to his favorite place in the whole wide galaxy.
Word Count 2,018
°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°
"Doctor, where are we going today?" You asked as you leaned your back against the railing.
"Oh I thought, we could go somewhere fun today!" He looked over to you smiling from the control panel.
Usually when the Doctor says, "fun" he means, "go to another planet and get accidently caught by aliens and sent to jail". So when you gave him a skeptical look he was not surprised to see it coming from you. Many times you were told places would be fun. Meeting Christopher Columbus was supposed to be fun and it was, until the doctor found out that Chris was just a clone who was part of some ancient alien race trying to take over the new colonie. Then that led to more danger and big spaceships. But in the end everyone was okay and ended up alive, and all of history was put back into place.
The Doctor just smiled at you, "trust me this one won't be as bad as the times before."
"I'll be the judge of that" you replied with a sly grin and a wink.
He laughed it off and started pulling levers and twisting knobs. The Tardis started making its iconic wooshing sound. You held onto the railing and was laughing as the Doctor jumped from here to there to get the spaceship to travel to wherever you were going.
As the Tardis settled down, the Doctor was ecstatic. He ran over to you with a happy smile, grabbed your hands and twirled you around.
You were astounded by his giddiness over one place. The last time he was this happy was when he learned to rollerskate. You had the biggest smile on your face as he twirled you around in a few more circles.
"Are you ready?" He asked as he stopped spinning you and took one of your hands.
You nodded your head and his eyes lit up. You followed the Doctor to the door of the Tardis.
"Now, when I say fun, this is what I mean. I haven't been here in hundreds of years!"
He swung open the door and stepped out with you right behind him.
"Welcome to the biggest amusement park on the planet Aerelia. Where all aliens can come together and have some fun!"
You looked at the place amazed. The whole place was like a human amusement park but 10 times bigger. There were rollercoasters, some with tracks some without. Food vendors everywhere, selling treats from all sorts of different planets around the galaxies. Aliens of all sorts were walking up and down the long walkways. Some of the aliens you could recognize were the ood, slitheen, adipose, and vinvocci, but there were a lot more that you did not know. Balloons and what looked to be cotton candy were being sold by some aliens walking around the park as well.
"Doctor this place! It's just incredible!" You exclaimed.
His eyes darted from one thing to the next like a child in a candy store. He started walking and you went along with him as both of your hands were glued to each other.
It was like walking in a wonderland filled with all sorts of delights and games, rides that you've never seen before that look quite scary.
"I was never fond of those ones" the Doctor would say as he pointed up to the huge roller coasters that floated above and around you. Some flipping people upside down while others just flashed before you like a speed of light.
"Are you telling me you're actually scared of something Doctor?"
"Well, not really. Just found other things around here to fill my time with." He smiled at you with eyes that were filled with kindness.
"Okay then Doctor. Show me what a normal day would be like here if you were a kid?"
His smile got much wider and he seemed to accept the challenge.
"One must first partake in the eating of a fried zigtobno."
"A what?"
"A fried zigtobno. It's quite delicious really! Somewhat of a funnel cake as they would call it on Earth."
You gave him a confused look as he led you down the aisle of food vendors, surrounding you on both sides. Many of the places had small lines, but the one the Doctor was leading you to had no line at all.
It was a small yellow shack that had a sign above it that said
~FRESH FRIED ZIGTOBNO~
The alien inside was a small creature with 4 tentacles running down its face. It looked like a small ood but with a shrimp like head with a human body. It had what seemed to be a thick layer of flour all over his apron, and when he moved the flour seemed to move with him like a ghost.
"Ahh Herbert my good pal! How's it been?" The Doctor flew his hand onto the counter and Herbet flew his hand on top of the Doctors. They did a very interesting hand shake that consisted of fistbumps, finger snaps, a pinky promise and at the end the Doctor made a bird call while the Shrimp man (or whatever he was) just put his hand up to his eyes and covered them.
After the complex ritual, Herbet and the Doctor started laughing.
"Good to see ya old pal! What can I get for you and your lovely misses today?"
You slightly blushed at the choice of words this Shrimp man had said.
"Just one fresh fried zigtobno please!"
Herbert smiled and whipped around to fix up a zigtobno. Although you couldn't see what exactly he was making it sure did smell good.
"How long have you known Herbert?" You asked out of curiosity.
"Oh just around 400 years or so. Great pal. He saved me from a trash can falling on me once. That's the day I fell in love with his food stand. Never wanted any other food than fresh fried zigtobno." He stood there with his eyes closed smelling the sweet smell that was coming from the little shed.
"One order for you Doctor."
The Doctor was reaching inside his pocket but before he could pull out anything Herbert just said, "Don't worry about it. This one's on me."
The Doctor smiled and patted Herbert on the arm. "Thanks friend. I owe you one!" He smiled and grabbed the zigtobno and walked over to a bench, sitting where you could look off at all the rides in the area.
The zigtobno was not what you were expecting. It had a cinnamon roll type texture but it was in one big heaping like an elephant ear. The powder that was on top of it consisted of pastel colors that luminated in the sunshine.
"Here you have the first bite." The Doctor said as he held the paper plate the food was on.
You tore off a piece and it was slightly gooey on the inside. Not sure if it was completely baked or it was supposed to be like that you took a bite anyways.
Your eyes light up like a million stars, as you tasted the pastry. The dough tasted as though a fresh warm baguette, with the powder as cool strawberries all mixed with a slight chocolate flavor hinting on the tip of your tounge.
"This is the best food I've ever had. Like better than Aunt Cindy's raspberry tart she makes for Christmas."
The Doctor laughed as you quickly reached for another piece and ate it quickly. He joined in as well and ate the simple pastry made by the Shrimp man Herbert.
Once you were both done eating, the Doctor continued to show you around a few more of his favorite places. Some of which were the center drama, where mini plays were put on throughout the day. The one you ended up watching was like a Romeo and Juliet spin-off. Instead of them both dying they just left Earth with some aliens and started a whole new colony. The Doctor thought it was fantastic while you on the other hand thought it could have been a little less cliche. But come on, it's Romeo and Juliet we're talking about.
He also showed you some of his favorite rides like the flying dragons, which you could control going up and down. And let's be honest the Doctor did most of the controls himself.  Another ride was more like a simulation of whether you could get out in 10 minutes or not. And again he did most of the work for that one as well.
But as the day went on the night started to fall and it was getting quite late. You were getting slightly tired from all the fun you've been having, but the Doctor had one more thing purposefully planned put. (Apparently it's been planned for quite some time. But you know time travel and how that all works, and let's be honest he probably wandered off to run to the Tardis and do this because he just thought of it like 2 seconds ago)
The sky was almost fully dark and the stars were shining brightly. The Doctor led you to one last ride, a ferris wheel.
He checked his watch and started mumbling under his breath. "Right. Now just wait a few more ticks and then we should be good to go."
You kept giving him sideways glances as you walked up to the large ferris wheel.
"Did you know that this was built only 200 years ago, and it still runs to this day!" You could tell he was getting nervous. Spilling out random facts about random things was what he did when he got nervous. Yet you had no idea why he was so scared over one ride on the ferris wheel. Didn't he want to go on it? Was he that afraid of heights?
With a slight "hmm" the Doctor seemed to settle down a bit and slowly started to relax more.
When you reached the line the doctor handed the ticket taker 2 very old fashioned tickets. The ticket taker smiled and then winked at me as we entered the cart.
When the Doctor walked in he turned around to see what my reaction would be.
The cart was filled with fuzzy blankets, a tub of popcorn, and a giant zigtobno placed on the seats across from us. The Doctor smiled as he saw my eyes light up with joy.
"Did you do all of this?"
"Oh possibly. Maybe it was the past me, or the future me, hard to tell sometimes." He smiled and sat down on the right side of the cart. You joined him and then the wheel started turning up.
When the wheel was at the very tippy top it stopped. You could see the whole sky from up there. Galaxies and stars could be seen from up here.
Soon shooting stars started to light the sky.
"Doctor this is amazing!"
He smiled as the stars were passing the both you from up above.
"Tonight marks the 500th year anniversary of the legend of Mika and Woo. The ones the play were about."
Ahh yes the cringy Romeo and Juliet play that you watched earlier that day.
The Doctor slowly placed his arm around your shoulder as he continued talking.
"Legend has it that once that Mika and Woo landed on an abandoned planet they started their own colony. Representing peace for all alien races. That's what this place represents, peace for all to come together as one."
"That's just beautiful Doctor"
"I know isn't it?" He turned his head every so slightly to get a glimpse of your amazed face.
You slowly put your head down on his shoulder, the Doctor tensed up a bit not knowing what to do. But as minutes went on he started to relax.
About 10 mins later you were out asleep, from such a long day you had the Doctor did not blame you.
He gently placed a soft kiss on top of your head and then continued to fall asleep himself.
