I think one of the worst problems with having the ADHD Internal 24/7 Radio Station, "the only station that broadcasts directly to your brain, from your brain!" is when you have to read words.

I purposefully don't put on music when I read so I can focus on the words of the text... but that doesn't matter because the ADHD Internal 24/7 Radio Station is playing the same song on repeat for the next 2 hours and I have to try and block it out as best I can to absorb the information from the text.

What’s your favorite violin concerto? :)

I’m gonna be real with you my dude I havent study/listened to many (any) violin concertos since high school because I went to uni to study jazz performance and eventually composition BUT one of the only 2 pieces I remember studying from high school was Mendelssohn’s violin concerto in E minor. I constantly get the opening theme stuck in my head haha what a banger. What’s your fav? Maybe you could give me some recommendations?
