Love Spell
Summary- Dr Steven Strange is no casual wanderer to the multiverse. He has fought countless of foes and monsters-including variants of himself. A proud man like him never really has time for distractions and always know what to do. But upon his return from one dimension, the Sorcerer Supreme hasn't quite been himself. It's as though he's constantly struggling to keep himself together, he's avoiding everyone and everything. But mainly you...

"Get ready. We must close the portal the minute Strange is through! Let nothing but him pass!."
Nodding to Wong's instructions, you braced for impact as orange sparks begun to flicker and swirl. "Get ready, Y/N!" conjuring up a shield as the sparks became a portal, glowing colours of purple, blue, pink and red flooded the Sanctum.
"Close the portal!" only Steven's voice could be heard and before the portal could become unstable, the Sorcerer Supreme burst through with such force, causing him to fall on top of you. Knocking you down to the floor. Wong quickly closed the portal before looking down at you and Steven.
Laying flat on your back with your arms above your head, with Steven sitting on your hips as he adjusted his hair. "Another dimension saved" he spoke proudly, not even noticing the awkward position you both were in. Or more correctly, the position you were in. Your eyes staring up at the ceiling, not daring to advert their gaze, for only the sight of Steven's crotch would greet you. Focusing on keeping your body perfectly still, since you already was feeling his strong legs beside your hips and legs. Smelling his sweat made you swallow hard, as you tempted you keep your thoughts clean.
Thank God, he can't read minds.
With a helping hand from Wong, Steven got up and dusted himself off, while you struggled back onto your feet.
"Ah, Y/N. I didn't see you there" he said, once his eyes finally fell onto you. "Now's not the time to lay on the job. You've got a long way to go, if you want to be my apprentice" "excuse you? Laying down on the job? You catapulted into me, Steven!" "It's either Sorcerer Supreme, or Dr Strange."
Why do I like this idiot again? You thought.
"Strange, what was the threat?" Wong asked in attempted to ease the frustration between the pair of you. Steven cleared his throat, "a witch and I admit... a powerful one." "A variant of anyone we know?" "thankfully not. I've never met this person before, but they did make me break a sweat. Threw a good amount of spells and incarnations at me." Wong pulled out a book and begun to flip through the pages, "you should be cleansed of their aura and magic. We can't risk any cross contamination." But Steven closed the book and took it out of Wong's hands.
"Yes, I admit, the threat was powerful, but nothing to concern yourself with. It was just a witch who went power-mad, they were willing to tare the multi-verse apart to see their 'beloved' again." A sympatric expression softened Wong's rounded face. As he fell silent.
"Sorry to hear" you thought out loud, "they lost everything" "oh enough with the pity party-" "pity party? That witch lost the one and only person they ever loved! How could you be so heartless?" Steven crossed his arms as his gaze narrowed onto you. "Heartless? They were ripping the multi-verse apart!" "to see their loved one again! But you wouldn't know how that feels, would you Steven?."
He took a deep breath, "it's either-" "fuck your title!" Wong looked at you with a shocked expression, as you continued to lecture Steven. "Of course you wouldn't know! There's nobody else besides 'The Sorcerer Supreme.' There's nobody you care about, let alone love! No wonder why you blew it with Christine!"
And with spitting out that poison, you walked away. Leaving Steven with a sad expression as Wong placed a hand upon his shoulder.
The Next Day.
Steven hasn't been the same since that afternoon. He would wonder around with a blank expression, only to suddenly mumble some nonsense whenever Wong snapped him out of his daze.
Throughout yesterday, his spells wasn't conjuring properly, as though his thoughts were elsewhere. And this morning, he didn't show up to your training, leaving Wong in charge.
After your morning training, you decided to go to Steven's room.
Perhaps I was a little too harsh yesterday. Mentioning Christine like that was a low blow, I guess. And I should apologize. It's not like Steven doesn't know the meaning of sacrifice. Just like everyone else, he has suffered.
Turning into the long hallway, slowly approaching a wooden door on the left side. Elegant and clean engraving of magic symbols was carved into the oak, each done with great position and workmanship. Breathing deeply you knocked the iron knocker, "Steven? It's Y/N, can we talk?." At first it seemed like nothing was coming from the room, until you placed an ear to the door and slightly heard some heavy breathing.
Rising an eyebrow you called for Steven, the heavy breathing suddenly stopped with a surprised moan. Followed by a sudden loud sound of falling books, "Steven? Are you ok?" you pulled away and gazed at the door. "Y-Yes? Who? What you want?" you pulled a puzzled expression as Steven's shaky voice came from inside.
"Its me. Y/N. Do you have a moment to talk?."
"No!... I-I mean, no. Now isn't a good time."
"Steven... I'm sorry, about what I said yesterday. I don't really want to talk through this door, but I want you to know that I'm sorry."
"U-Um, it's ok. You were upset. I understand. N-Now leave, told you this wasn't a good time- ah! Shit!."
A hard thud against the floor came from his room, along with another sound of tumbling books. Pulling a puzzled look as you reached for the door knob, "Steven?-" "no! No! Don't come in!" ignoring his... well it sounded more like a plea than a command.
Carefully turning the knob and poking your head first through the gap. Looking around the large room of well carved furniture, a Steven sat by the floor of his king, sized four poster bed. The velvet drapes pulled from their resting positions. As you fully stepped through, your gaze noticed the piles of books, which carelessly stacked on top of the bedside tables and chest of draws. Opened books showing spells, incarnations, curse breaking and more, scattered across the rugs of the wooden floor.
Finally, as you closed the door behind you. Your gaze stopped to see Steven sitting among the mess of opened books. His robes were messy, the collar hung low exposing his chest. His brown locks out of place. His breath unsteady and heavy.
"Steven, are you ok?."
"I told you not to come in!"
You crossed your arms, "maybe so but look at the state of you! After hearing your distressed voice, did you really think I was going to casually go on with my day?."
A heartfelt sigh left his mouth, "fine... I suppose, I can't be too frustrated with you. Well, I accept your apology, no need to linger around."
A violent twitch moved throughout his body, causing Steven to grip the bedsheets tightly.
"Thank you, but something is clearly wrong with you Steven. Let me help."
You saw frustration slowly build in him, Steven knew you wouldn't leave without an explanation. But the fiery feeling within his chest also wont leave easily. "Fine... That witch I fought... turns out one of the spells she casted upon me... was a temporality curse."
You placed your hands upon your hips, fighting the temptation of saying 'I told you so.' "Well... something was bound to happen, would you like me to get Wong?"
"No! No! He'll only say what I dread." His shifty gaze fell onto you, "the hated phase is all over your face already."
"True, but I'm not here to argue. You've got books across the room, clearly you've found something. We already have good news, it's temporally."
Steven hesitated before speaking, "I-I... have a lust curse upon me." His voice was filled with shame, as though he was talking about some severe news. "And... it's only temporally until it's lifted. And to lift it... I must carry out the act, of what the curse has yearned my body to desire."
Taking the situation more seriously, you sat upon the small surface of the nearby small table. "Well... a lust curse isn't the worse thing to have on you."
Steven frowned, not appreciating of you attempting to make light of the whole thing. "This isn't a joke!"
"Steven, I know. But seriously, it's a natural desire. Just y'know... hire a um, 'professional' to ease you."
"You purpose a dirty whore comes into this Sanctum? And not only lay hands on me, The Sorcerer Supreme? But lay with me? I am a warlock and a man of high calibre!. Regardless of my position! I wouldn't lower myself to such filth!."
"Alright. Alright... how about one of the females within this Sanctum? There's many understanding and pretty ladies here."
Steven rested his forehead against the edge of the mattress, "Y/N... I know you're attempting to 'help.' But please, only offer advice within your abilities." He took a deep breath before continuing, "what we do at this Sanctum is serious and secret. Performing or even mentioning such act with The Sorcerer Supreme, dishonours the Sanctum, it's people and what we stand for."
"Steven, it's ok to say you're worried of people's reaction if you fucked somebody."
"Say or think however you wish. It's a serious problem and not just anyone can... 'help' me solve it due to my title."
A brief silence fell over the pair of you. The tension soon became uncomfortable, therefore after a long hesitation you softly spoke. "What about... me?"
"What about you?"
You looked down and started playing with your fingers, can't believe I'm even considering this. "How about... I uh, 'help' with your problem?."
Steven looked at you with wide eyes, "Y/N, we possibly can't-"
"I know you're worried about dishonouring the Sanctum, and what not. But it's only gonna be us two that knows, nobody else. And I already know about your... 'problem,' so it saves explaining. Or making up some uncomfortable story to somebody else."
He shook his head, "no! No! There's multiple solutions! I just need to find the right one!"
"Idiot! You already said that it's a temporarily curse, until it's done what it's carried out to do. Plus, 'dishonouring' the Sanctum would be the least of your worries, as locking yourself up for days on end. Hoping the feelings go away, won't do you any favours. Because people would start getting concerned and perhaps suspicious."
Steven grumbled, resting his forehead against the edge of the mattress again. He took a few good heavy breaths. Not knowing what made him more frustrated and annoyed, the fact that you were right. Or how you were willingly to submit yourself in such a vulnerable manner.
After a hesitation, Steven got up and shuffled his way towards you, his head hanging low in shame. "Fine, but you speak of this to nobody! Understand?"
Knowing how uneasy he must feel, you cupped his face in an effort to comfort him. "Of course, Steven. I promise not a soul will know."
With your arms returning to your side, Steven carefully turned you around. With your back facing him, he started gently running his hands over your arms, then slowly massaging your shoulders. His fingers slightly trembled towards the collar of your robes, reaching underneath the fabric. Continuing the massage upon your shoulders, occasionally moving towards your collarbone and the back of your neck.
His hands retreated from underneath the collar of your robes, and ran a gentle touch over the curve of your back. Slowly wrapping his arms around your waist and leaning in to kiss your shoulder, his lips pressing against your skin with a soft, delicate kiss. You could hear his breath slightly tremble, as Steven tried to control his breathing and make it as steady as he could. He was hesitant, stiff and careful. Each touch and kiss mindfully place, clearly showing to be mindful of your comfort.
His kiss slowly moving along your shoulder, up your neck and stopping just behind your ear. Before moving onto the other side. Slowly placing your hand behind your back, you reached out for his belt upon his robes. Blindly tracing your fingertips towards his crotch. Steven moaned into your left ear, as you gently rubbed his erection.
The loose material leaving no imagination to Steven's length. His arms wrapped tighter around your waist, feeling the urge to pull you closer against him. A gasp left your lips as you felt his cock press up against your entrance. He teased you with a few slow thrusts, before turning you around to face him.
You saw the burning desire within his eyes. Your cheeks reddened even more, as realization came to you. "Steven... you don't have to fight for control anymore."
"Y/N... if we do this. I don't think I'll be able to stop myself. There be no holding back after this moment." He cupped your face, "I... I know, I'm harsh towards you. But it's never my intention to ever hurt you."
You gazed up at him with gentle eyes and a warm smile. "I know. You're the Sorcerer Supreme. It's your job to be harsh on people."
His hands slid down your neck and onto your biceps. You felt his fingers tremble, Steven hesitated before speaking. "M-May I?" you replied with a simple nod.
Any remaining control Steven had was now truly gone. Within a swift movement, he pushed you onto the bed, landing on your back with a little bounce. Your arms above your head, as he reached out for your hips. Pulling you closer, so your legs slightly hung off the side of the bed. Propping yourself up onto your elbows, eyes widening as Steven unfastened his trousers without any hesitation or struggle.
Fully sitting upright, you started to undress him from his robes. While Steven hiked yours up to midthigh. Your eyes wondered over his toned form, hands sliding up his chest and over his biceps. As he grabbed you by the hips and thrusting into them.
A low moan escaped from the pair of you simultaneously.
"Fuck! You're already wet!."
Steven's cock invaded your soft spot without mercy, with each thrust. The tip pushing against your cervix, and your insides adjusting to his length. The whole sensation put your mind in a spin. Steven leaned over you, placing his hands beside your head, clutching onto the bedsheets tightly.
You wrapped your legs around his waist, as you felt him crawl on top. Steven watched your breasts bounce within your robes. You saw the smile spreading across his face, pleased with the undoing mess you've become underneath him. Your hands moved from his biceps, and into his hair. Slightly tugging his raven locks, as you ran your fingers into them.
Steven kissed your neck with great hunger, leaving small bites upon your skin. His facial hair slightly tickled over your collar bone and down onto your cleavage, as his kisses trail down. He fondled with you breast, while his mouth cupped over the other. Small whimpers and moans left your mouth, as Steven bit and sucked on your breast.
Eyes rolled into the back of your head, your hips rocking in time with his rhythm. Your legs still wrapped tightly around Steven's waist, pulling him in with a little more force, each time he thrusted hard. His mouth pulled away from your breast with a satisfying pop, a surprised gasp came from you. As you felt Steven's lips press against yours, satisfied groans rumbled within his throat.
A passionate fire begun to flicker within your core, as Steven's peace quickened. Your breasts bouncing against his toned torso, while your robes gathered around your hips and waist.
"Steven! Steven!"
"Oh fuck! Y/N! Your pussy is so fucking wet! I-I can't get enough!."
Feeling the fire within you testify, you wrapped an arm around his back, while clamping your left leg over his. Using your free limbs for balance you tossed Steven onto his back, his cock remaining inside you.
Breaking away from your kiss and sitting upright. Placing your hands onto his chest while you rode out your orgasm. Arching your back and tilting your head a little, you closed your eyes. Feeling Steven's cock effortlessly slid in and out of your glistening pussy. Steven laid underneath you, stunned for a moment. Just taking in every small detail of you and this moment. His cock soaked from your wet pussy. How his eyes watched each bounce of your breasts, and the way your body reacted to the tip of his cock reaching your cervix.
Steven felt your legs slightly quicker and shake, as you almost reached the end of your climax. Eyes darting open but only seeing stars, as your peace quickened.
"Fuck me, Steven! Fuck me!"
"Shhh, Y/N! Someone's gonna- o-oh fuck!"
Looking down, a satisfied purr hummed from your mouth as you watched Steven's eyes roll into the back of his head. His hands reaching underneath your robes and clutching onto your ass, as he bucked into you harder.
The pair of you couldn't help but fill the air with your moans, as you both rode out your orgasms. A long satisfied sigh escaped Steven as you felt him cum inside you. Breathing out your last moan, you rolled off Steven and laid onto your side. He aloud you to cuddle into him, placing your head into the crook of his armpit, while he placed a lazy arm around your waist.
Both breathing heavily. Steven ran his fingers through his hair, finally feeling his body relax.
"Shit... that was brilliant."
You cuddled into him even more, placing a limp leg over his. "Hmm... that was one intense spell."
You looked up at Steven, seeing his face redden a little as he tried to look away from you. "The ah... the spell broke after a few moments."
It was your turn to blush, "so you mean?."
"Yeah... I was fucking you because I wanted to. I-I just couldn't stop. Didn't want to stop. And feeling you being so fucking wet..." his voice trailed off.
You pulled yourself up a little so you could place a sweet peck to his check. "I gotta admit myself... having sex with the Sorcerer Supreme was quite exciting for me too."
Steven kissed your forehead, "and he couldn't ask for a better apprentice. If... If she still doesn't mind being trained by him."
"Of course. But only if we do this more often."
Steven chuckled. "You think I'm only gonna want that pussy just once?"

🪄thoughts on Dr Strange: Multiverse of Madness🪄 long post and will contain spoilers under the read more
Disclaimer: I enjoyed the movie but this somewhat review will contain some major criticisms.
When Martin Scorsese said MCU films aren’t real cinema, and the MCU fans consume films like one would enjoy a theme park. I don’t think he’s wrong but I don’t fully agree with him either, but, MoM is the best example (if there was any). I’m not sure how to properly put this into words. I’ll give it a few days to see if I can do this thought justice. But know that I genuinely think MoM is the best example for this opinion.
Goddamn that plot was MESSY. Three act structure whomst???? (Extremely derogatory). My film studies teacher would have destroyed that script, gave it a D- and a whole month to rework it because that’s how much time it would need. There’s a Lad Bible interview Cumberbatch and Olsen did. They were describing how often things would change, how the morning of the shoot they would get brand new info. It’s very evident in the pacing of the movie.
MoM would need a 6-episode show, with 45-60 whole minute per ep, to fully do justice to the characters. The lack of character development, or effective character development was a little sad. The pacing is my biggest issues with this movie because they’re just bringing in SO many things into one film when they cannot afford that rn
It’s basically a horror movie in a lot of ways. It was visually stunning and absolutely lovely in so many ways. The music!! (And that fight scene w the music ohmygod) I love it.
Spoilers here on out.
Dr Strange, sir, I’m sorry this wasn’t your movie. Literally so many things happened, I wish I got to see how you processed the snap and the “dust for 5 years” thing. I’m glad you gave us a better quote to express love I love you 3000 was kinda ????, (like a friend said, it’s superior). “I’d love you in any universe” was wonderful (and I might get the exact wording wrong, sue me, I’m still drunk)
WONG MY BELOVED. You deserve to be Sorcerer Supreme!! Ur amazing and can do no wrong. Beloved <3
America Chavez!! You’re super cool and I cannot wait to see the cool shit you do. But also, I’m going to acknowledge that they’re brining a new character without putting in the work? To me it seems like they introduced her with no personality and a tragic back story. Do MCU women have any real backstory other than “a tragic event thats entirely (female characters) fault or something they should feel shame/take blame for?”
Replacing Irondad-Spiderson with a Strange & Chavez, Father-Daughter relationship I see. It’s cute, fanfics will be fun. Can’t wait to block the inevitable ship name.
Christine, I’m glad that in every universe, you’re prioritising yourself and your sanity instead of dating a man too afraid to be vulnerable. Good for you, girl!!
WANDA. I have so many thoughts!! You might get your own post??? She’s so powerful, I love it. Even though I think it was a horrible way to show her power, watching her destroy the Illuminati was awesome. The whole bit where she used her Intelligence and the reflections was a 11/10 better way to show her formidable nature. I think there’s some major cognitive dissonance in her motives. If she knows that she can create her own world through sheer emotions, then why would she need to go to another universe??? If you’re telling me she feels guilt, and that’s why she won’t hurt the humans on earth-616, then how do you explain her being ok with taking away another Wanda’s babies for herself? Anyway. Thinking thoughts. Feel free to explain I guess? Idk.
The fucking Illuminati!!!!!!!!!! This is a whole thing bro
First of all, REED RICHARDS??? THEY KEPT KRASINSKI’S CASTING HIDDEN?? Alleged Tom Cruise was a fucking phenomenal distraction, I’m in AWE. Andrew Garfield could NEVER!!!! Everyone else on that cast list we had strong inklings but ufh Mr. Fantastic that was GG as fuck. (Also I think I read Tom Cruise and Haley Attwell were dating so maybe the whole Tom Cruise Ironman came from him visiting her on set? Idk)
Now to shit on it.
You’re telling me the smartest man in their universe, Who voted on killing their Strange for Dreamwalking the darkhold magic, didn’t anticipate Scarlet Witch’s power????? Even if he did anticipate it, why would you tell her about Black Bolt’s power!!! God that was DUMB. Good to see u Mr. Jim Kraskinski but you deserve to be noodle string cheesed. The fam service is great tho, and I really hope we see Kraskinski-Blunt and Evans in a new Fantastic 4 movie
CAPTAIN CARTER I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!! Thank you for not bringing Steve into her narrative in any way what so ever. Thank you for the “I can do this all day” It’s lovely!!!! She’s Amazing and strong, but like I said killing her off was just meh move. I like that you did it that way? But idk,,, I want to see more of her so maybe Marvel will listen to their fans again and give us more!!!
Black Bolt, why did I think Ben Affleck played you?? You died in a super fucked up way and honestly, thank you for that. Your death was refreshing and will scar at least one (1) child, and idk if that’s a good thing but, parents definitely need to adhere to the movie ratings on this one.
PROFESSOR X!! I love you, I missed you, you were dressed like your husband (Mr. Magneto) when you died why was that??? I hate that Wanda killed you but I missed you. So much. I love you.
CAP MARVEL MARIA YOUR AWESOME but I wanna see more of you also if ur Cap then where Carol and did you still have a kid? What happened?? I wanna see more!!!!!!
Okay I think that’s mostly it. Closing notes, could do better, y’all threw character development out of the window. Randomly introducing new powers, characters and strengths is a little weak in terms of writing. Employee foreshadowing instead of expecting your fans to watch over 20 hours of content. It was good but you could do a lot better.
I will not watch it in the movies again, and I watch NWH like 3 times full priced tix.

It occurred to me during my most recent rewatch of Multiverse of Madness, that many movie-goers as well as actual MCU fans made a point of condemning poor, doomed Defender Strange for attempting to take America’s powers, basically for the greater good. To avoid some unknown dark, demonic creature from doing so. But Supreme Sorcerer Wong urged dreamwalking Stephen to do exactly that, for he could see no other way to keep the Scarlett Witch from doing the same.
Wong--the wisest man that Stephen Strange has ever known
Tumblr media
--urged him to take America’s powers for the greater good of the Multiverse. This is canon, and not some kind of anti-Wong nitpicking. So how come I’ve never seen the same criticism leveled against Wong, that has been heaped upon My Beloved Defender?
(Don’t get me wrong; I adore Wong, and I will always see he and Stephen as besties for life. I just think it’s rather unfair, and that people should judge Defender less harshly. Of course, the abundance of Defender Strange fan fics proves how very much Doctor Strange fans unconditionally love him and—by instinct alone—have built a rich lexicon of head canons about him. As I have too.😍💖)

How a lawyer consultation should go. 😂

Wong my beloved! When he said we were entering Phase Wong of the MCU he wasn't lying. He's amazing in the role, I'd love to have more of him in the future, these cameos are not enough (although his scene in Shang-Chi was my favourite thing in the movie 😂).
Everybody bow before the Sorcerer Supreme! (it's custom)

Alright, I finally got to see MoM, so have my thoughts about it (they’re free):
Multiverse of Madness SPOILERS
Stephen Strange: world renowned neurosurgeon, former Sorcerer Supreme, & savior of humanity cannot tie a tie.
Idk why he’s complaining about losing Christine when Wong is right there & available.
America Chavez my beloved, welcome to the MCU. Smashing entrance on your part, please stick around for the rest of my life.
Honestly I can’t really blame Wanda, I’d probably do the same thing in her situation. I don’t condone killing America, but considering everything Wanda’s been through & done I understand where she’s coming from & her desperation.
What I wouldn’t give for a miniseries of her slow descent into corruption by the Darkhold. (not a 2nd season of WandaVision, that ended perfectly, I mean a separate miniseries)
Sooooo Wanda’s line about Stephen breaking the rules vs her breaking the rules held up for literally the entire movie.
I have to wonder why Wanda didn’t seem to care about being w/ Vision as well as her sons. Probably because Vision would put a stop to that shit as soon as she tried it. But actually probably because they just couldn’t get Paul Bettany.
The entire Illuminati scene gave me AGGRESSIVE flashbacks to the era of WV theories. From Patrick Stewart’s Professor X making an appearance to John Krasinski as Reed Richards (tHe AeRoSpAcE eNgInEeR).
Also gotta wonder why the Illuminati is so bent about the powers of a man who got bested by a child who knew math.
I’d watch a Marvel Illuminati movie.
What happens when the Illuminati finds out that the Wiccan (son of the Scarlet Witch who possesses the same power set & is destined to rewrite the rules of magic & reality itself) becomes the Sorcerer Supreme (now also possesses the same powers they’re so worried about Stephen having)?
Honestly this movie said Sapphics Win bc we got:
- America being pretty
- America existing as a lesbian (yk that pride pin will be edited out to make money overseas but it’s fiiiine)
- America having 2 moms
- Wanda being pretty
- Wanda wrecking everyone’s shit in all her monstrous glory (covered in blood, morphed into a terrifying mind monster, killing innocent people, doesn’t matter. I’m gay).
- Live action Captain Carter!!!! Peggy on that Super Soldier juice
- Maria Rambeau wrecking shit right back as Captain Marvel
- & Rachel McAdams was . . . there
Don’t think a falling statue should’ve killed Captain Mar(ia)vel but it was caused by Wanda so okay.
Take a shot every time that 1 chord plays to remind you see? This is a horror movie! We’re a horror movie! It’s supposed to be scary you guys!
& take a shot for every eye the camera decides to emphasize.
Honestly props to Elizabeth Olsen’s acting prowess because every time she lets out her witchy side is *chef’s kiss*.
No fucking way Wanda’s dead, she’s way too powerful to be killed by some falling rocks, & there’s no way Lizzie’s contract is up.
(although if she wanted to - which she probably does - she could let herself die, & given everything that’s happened to her I wouldn’t blame her)
So, I’d thought that the woman in the mid-credits scene was that 1 girl from Eternals (which I didn’t watch) but I looked her up & apparently she’s Clea, so neat.
FUCK THAT POST CREDITS SCENE I WANTED WANDA CRAWLING FROM THE RUBBLE NOT PIZZA BALL VENDOR GUY.
Overall, I really liked it, & I want more America.

I just saw Doctor Strange 2 it was epic! Sorry im gonna have to yell about it
Spoilers below!
[Ok first im a normie mcu movie-only fan but i do frequent comic discussions so i know some things]
DS2 has been my most anticipated phase 4 marvel movie. I went into it 100% for doctor strange cause he's my fav character. Im not that huge about wanda sorry so i wont have much opinion on her,,, I won't lie i was quite worried for this movie with all the delays and reshoots, not to mention early reviews/reactions seems rather "mixed" so my expectations are kept in check Things i wanted to see before going into the movie: -Better magic fight. Frankly the magic in DS1 was rather meh. But they have been powering him up for the past couple movies so i had high hopes -Strange not getting overshadowed by Wanda and cameos -Better magic. Seriously i just want to see some cool magic. See that cool Strange vs Thanos battle in Infinity war? I just want an entire movie of that 💀 And they delivered! The magic was much more creative and varied! No more boring fistfight (except for that one scene where they literally cant use magic lol) A huge huge upgrade over the first movie. The music battle with darkhold strange (idk what to call him) was incredible! And when zombie strange turning the spirits into a cape. Metal af!! (Im gonna have to draw that someday). The magic in this movie is absolutely eye candy! Also holy fuck this movie is brutal i can't believe its PG-13. Black bolt head just fucking pop and Reed Richard is just shredded like spaghetti and its clearly see on screen. Rip all the parents bringing their kids into this movie I know many people are disappointed that the Illuminati were taken out so quick but im not a comic book reader so i wasn't obsessed over these cameos. Tho Professor X in that yellow chair was so funny i cant get the mental image of him rolling around in it during the battle with thanos out of my head So for the characters. Strange did get huge character development and i think he was really well written. I love the whole thing of him being able to accept that he doesnt always have to be the one wielding the knife. Christine role was very good too and im so glad she didnt give Strange a goodbye kiss at the end. Really like that last scene where Strange repaired the watch to show that he was finally able to move on too. Im very very glad that they didnt get back together at the end -The new character America Chavez i love her! I've only known her for 2 hours but if anything happened to her, I would kill everyone in this room and then myself. She punch star portals. Coolest thing ever! Needs more development in the future tho -Wanda. Im not wanda stan so i dont mind whatever role she's playing in this movie. I think she was a good villain. Tho im actually glad that it was the darkhold that corrupts her because going from wandavision to murdering a bunch of people is way too steep of a character turn -Wong my beloved! I was so scared they're gonna kill him off to make Strange the sorcerer supreme but im glad they didnt. He was really funny in this movie and i love the banter with strange as usual. There's that scene in Kamar Taj where he yells "FORTIFY YOUR MIIIIIND!!!!!" was so hilarious to me -Mordo (838) he doesnt really do anything. But im glad they didnt kill off og mordo like some leaks said -Who is that green minotaur i want to know moreee
Visual-wise this movie looks way better than most mcu movies. Lots of more interesting shots and better color grading. Tho some of the transition scenes are really goofy like that one going from Wanda's apple field and fading to Wong face lmao. And Raimi really loves eye closeup huh
Hm hm what else? Yeah the post credit. Im sorry I know many comic fans are very excited for Clea but that scene has strong "it's me blorko" energy skskskks. Anyways idk anything about her but she seems very cool and im excited to see her in the future I think the pacing in this movie is a bit too cramped. Def needs some extra minutes in some place like the beginning to kamar taj fight
Side note, this movie has a B+ Cinemascore (which is a rating system used in box office community to represent the casual general audience opinion). The only other B range mcu movies are Thor 1 (B+) and Eternals (B). Im honestly baffled that people like thor 2 (A-) and black widow (A-) more than this 💀 Overall good movie, better than NWH for me!

MoM spoilers under the cut
*there is some rant below so read at your own risk
So I finally saw MoM and I am not quite unimpressed. I actually had high expectations from this movie but honestly it was very underwhelming. It was kind of all over the place
Now the movie definitely had some plus points. There were amazing visuals in the movie. The special effects were off the charts. Rachel McAdams rocked as Christine. Benedict Cumberbatch was good. I loved America Chavez and Wong was a sweetheart as always. And Elizabeth Olsen nailed her performance as an unhinged Wanda. She definitely gave me Daenerys Targaryen vibes, especially when she entered the darkhold temple and the monsters bowed down before her. But the story was a mess. Here's some of my critiques:
• I feel Wanda's face-heel turn was too drastic, lazy and messed up her character arc from Wandavision. WV had its problems but it did show Wanda reconciling with her grief and freeing the people of Westview once she was forced to see the reality of what she was doing. For her to go from someone who sacrificed her (albeit fake) family because she realised she hurt people to sending monsters after Chavez and not caring if she dies is too drastic change imo. Worst of all this change is supposed to happen offscreen. And using the darkhold as an excuse to justify her sudden turn to villiany was plain lazy. MCU Wanda definitely had a dark side, which would have been interesting to explore but the MCU just wasted it. I personally would have preferred if they showed Wanda slipping into madness and then becoming unhinged.
• Can somebody please explain to me why Doctor Strange is so hated across all universes? Like the movie tried to paint him as a catalyst for destruction but honestly what was his fault? They just kept throwing lines like all you Stranges are the same. You all can't be trusted. The biggest threat to the multiverse is you. We had to kill Strange. Is it because he bends the rules? Or because he is willing to use the dark magic and forbidden spells? Or because he is practical and places importance on the greater good than individual lives? Everytime he broke a rule or used a forbidden piece of magic, it was for someone else's benefit. Isn't that hypocrisy given that the Ancient One also drew energy from the dark dimension, why is Stephen blamed when he literally does it because it is his last resort, and because he can't find another way. Stephen is just blamed for everything because he is slightly overconfident, guarded and willing to bend rules, which are just stupid in the first place.
• Talking of Strange, what was his character arc in the movie? It's his movie, how did he grow? What lessons did he learn? The only character development I saw was bowing down to the sorcerer supreme and keeping away the watch to symbolise the end of his relationship with Christine. Strange didn't have a character arc at all, this was basically a plot driven movie. What about his hands?
• Why the hell did Strange and the sorcerers of Kamar Taj not keep Wanda under their guidance after knowing what she did in Westview? How could you let her be all alone especially after such a big incident?
• Can Marvel stop bringing beloved characters only for fan service and then quickly disposing them off. The whole Illuminati scene kind of felt like a cheap fanservice to bring in fans, only for them to not matter. Us fans get excited about the cameos only for them to be quickly discarded. They did it in Hawkeye with Kingpin, and now the Illuminati. If they don't add to the story, just let it be.
• Also Marvel stop using deaths for shock factor. Its just getting boring now. You brought in Captain Carter, Maria Rambeau as Captain Marvel, Black Bolt, Professor X and most importantly John Krasanki as Reed Richards only to kill them off in a few minutes 😡😡. Especially when we know John will return in Fantastic 4 (I guess). Like that's idiotic and annoying. I think Loki series was the only one able to handle character introduction before character introduction properly.
• Where the hell did the concept of variants go away? You establish in Loki and NWH that variants are their own different persons with their own stories yet every single doctor strange variant had near identical personalities. What happened to let's learn from our variants and grow like in Loki and NWH? Every single Strange is essentially the same just with different costumes. And when two Strange do meet, there is no exploration of their differences, no delving into their mistakes, just a piano keys fight. ???
• Also why use the concept of multiverse when you weren't going to explore the idea of different realities and how they can interact and imbalance each other. And how many times are you going to reintroduce the concept of multiverse and add in new rules? Why isn't Marvel keeping continuity?
• Where the hell did the entire premise of Loki series go? And how could Chavez visit 72 universes when there is supposed to be a sacred timeline? (or I am getting confused)
• Also, I don't know why but I couldn't connect with Wanda's grief the way I could connect in WV. Like I couldn't feel her loneliness, her pain, even her motherly love towards Billy and Tommy. Maybe that's just me but this movie didn't pull my heart's strings like WV did.
• And lastly, what was this ending? It felt so rushed and didn't quite fit. Like you spend the whole movie showing Wanda relentlessly trying to get her children back then suddenly leaving. I feel the scene didn't deliver the emotional payoff it needed. Compare that to WV's last scene. It still moves me to tears.
I am not saying the movie is horrible. In fact, it is quite enjoyable atleast as a one time watch. It also has some jumpscare moments. But I guess I was expecting something totally different.

MoM spoilers under the cut but TL;DR, I’m not moving blogs! And naturally after watching the movie, Arrie, her younger brothers over on @troublexnfolds and my wasians over on @wasian-invasion are all active rn so feel free to hmu if you’re interested in interacting with any of them!
THANK GOD HOUSE OF M WASN’T EXPLICITY MENTIONED AT ALL. I think Wanda unaliving Charles was definitely a nod to that (as well as Charles’ wide-eyed realization just before he died), which is fair, but also, WHEN WILL THE MCU FINALLY TALK ABOUT THEIR 616 MUTANTS? 😭😭😭
SORCERER SUPREME WONG, MY BELOVED. I absolutely LOVE that the mutual respect and banter in his relationship with Stephen hasn’t changed at all.
THAT MUSICAL FIGHT SCENE WAS GOD TIER. This is why I love the Dr. Strange movies - they’re SO wonderfully creative, and as a storyteller, I hope one day I can drop everyone’s jaw like that scene did for me
The repeating question of “Are you happy Stephen?” HURT EVERY TIME
That scene where Stephen got dragged under that black ichor by the souls is almost EXACTLY how I imagined one of Arrie’s recurring nightmares happens.............. which is definitely something I’d LOVE to explore in an rp one day
The nod to the zombie verse specifically was really well done imo. Also shoutout to Stephen for being such a good mentor to America
Speaking of America Chavez, I will throw hands with anyone who throws negativity at her or her actress.
Last but not least, Elizabeth Olson KILLED it with her overall performance like oh my fucking god
If anyone wants to gush about that movie, definitely hmu, hehe

Hello I just wanted to say I am obsessed with curse-breaker! It was so so amazing I had to find your Tumblr and I'm so excited you're writing more ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Your writing is so incredible and descriptive and just sucks me in, it's only a couple chapters but the universe you've created is so tangible and phenomenal and I don't have the words for how much of an impact you made ❤️❤️❤️ Your characterization was so amazing, and I'm especially a huge Wong fan and I'm obsessed with how you wrote him. You mentioned you took some stuff from the Death of Doctor Strange, I'm curious what it was? And would you recommend reading it? No pressure to respond! Thank you again for creating such a beautiful piece of art and sharing it with the world ❤️
Oh my gosh this is the kindest anon ask ever, you've just made my day by sending this in!!! T_T ❤️❤️ Firstly, I'm super happy to hear that you enjoyed Curse-Breaker so much and that it had such an impact on you!! It was something that I really enjoyed writing--it was supposed to be closer to a quarter the size it turned out to be, but it kind of just...got away from me hahaha 😂 Honestly, though, losing myself in the cozy domesticity of the Sanctum Sanctorum and the relationship with Stephen was really nice, so it's great to hear that it was good from your perspective, too!! ❤️❤️❤️ And thank you times a million for the kind words on my writing, too! It's always a huge relief to hear that people think my characterization is on point, especially when I'm writing characters who are so beloved by so many people, like Stephen and Wong. WHICH speaking of Wong: some of my characterization of him is actually what I took from Death of Doctor Strange!! In DoDS, he has this really lovely scene first thing in the comic where Stephen is getting up for the day, ready to take Bats for a walk, and Wong is already downstairs, making coffee and breakfast. He's about to go to his life-drawing class (which I loved SO much for him that yes, I referenced that hahah) and he teases Stephen a little before wishing him well on his "walkies". It's the cutest thing honestly. I really love the idea of Wong being that gentle, warm, always-there-for-you type of friend who's not afraid to go head-to-head with Stephen in banter. Wong is undeniably an incredibly powerful Master of the Mystic Arts in his own right (I have so many thoughts about him as Sorcerer Supreme tbh) but at the same time, he's also a guy who has his own healthy interests and hobbies. Wong is SUPER underrated as a character, as a sorcerer, as a friend, and as husband material. Thank you for coming to my Wong is the Best TedTalk JSJDIFJ Lastly: I would *absolutely* recommend DoDS. If you have Marvel Unlimited, the whole series is available there! The art style is one of my faves in recent comics, you really don't need to have much knowledge of things that previously happened in the comics to follow along (though it does help if you know who Clea is, which I think most of us do by now!), and the story is EXCELLENT. Moderate horror vibes throughout, as would be expected from a Dr. Strange comic, with excellent pacing and characterization. The ending is emotional and unexpected. If you read it, please come into my inbox to scream about it with me. My only complaint about DoDS is actually about its sequel, Strange, because I cannot *stand* how Clea is being characterized in it so far. So there's that 🙃 Thank you again for this lovely ask, anon!! You've really made my whole day ❤️❤️❤️

Multiverse of Madness disorganized thoughts
Overall: A pretty good Marvel movie! Fun and gross and a little scary in the way I want from a Sam Raimi movie and a Marvel movie. Continues to humble Stephen Strange in exactly the ways I want him humbled, and introduced a new character I love unreservedly. Wong (my beloved) present and respected.
I really liked Strange’s arc in this movie. He wants to do the right thing but he lets his arrogant surgeon thing get in the way. The fact that the movie’s climax involves him stepqping back and letting America Chavez come into her power and take care of Wanda? Love it. Contrast with Tony Stark who is also an arrogant white man, but never really learns from his mistakes.
Wong. I am one of nature’s sensible side characters it is so important to me that that Wong be the sorcerer supreme. Yes, please give this important job to someone who will (be charming and) take it seriously and not be distracted by movie plots. Even knowing he would live I almost screamed when he fell off that cliff.
I hate Mr. Fantastic because his powers are so disturbing to look at, and I loved that he died in the most body horror way possible. I cringed and cheered at that scene in equal parts.
I loved seeing Maria and Peggy, and I both loved and hated that they died. No real point here except that it was emotionally effective to introduce them and then brutally take them away.
I wasn’t sure that Marvel would require people to subscribe to Disney+ and watch the shows to understand the movies, but yeah. I would not want to go into this movie without seeing WandaVision and What If?
Music battle my beloved.
I hope America finds her moms. I hope she’s in every MCU project from this day forward.
Wanda. Is she dead? I didn’t hate her storyline if she is. TFATWS also had an arc (John Walker) where a morally decent but not amazing person was given too much power and went nuts, and I think that’s what happened to Wanda? Like, she’s not inherently a monster, but she’s so strong that no one could remain uncorrupted by that amount of power. “Very human character destroys self because they are given too much power” works very well for me as an arc, basically.
I wonder what other Wanda’s story was? Are those Vision’s kids? Did d she have powers before our Wanda took her over? What happened with Ultron in that world? What happened to Pietro?
All I’m saying is that if only humans of almost superhuman goodness should be trusted with superhuman power, Sam Wilson and Steve Rogers are the guys I would trust with that power.
The Illuminati. I know that’s a comics things that I know very little about. But I’m tempted to see them as people who made moral choices that they shouldn’t have made. Peggy went along with the “Stephen Strange euthanasia” plan the same way our Peggy went along with the “recruit Arnim Zola” plan - maybe it seemed like the only thing that could be done at the time, but it was not the right choice.
Fundamentally I am ok with movies that show the morally “hard” choice being the wrong choice. There are morally difficult situations in the real world, but blockbuster popcorn films should probably always prop up the conventionally moral choice.

The Death of the Doctor Strange #5 review
Feelings, feelings everywhere.
We start the chapter with the conclusion of the fight between Stephen and Kaecilius.
While they’re at it, Wong is the one responsible for gathering the power of the sorcerers across the world, as I pointed previously. Thank you, anon, for clarifying the only one I couldn’t identify! I read the White Fox tie-in but I don’t remember if she appeared back in Agent of Atlas? It’s been a while since I last read this book and I was there for Luna and Silk, ngl haha
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I’ll come back to the differences between 60′s and current Stephen, but this is one of the interesting aspects that allow us to bring light into his character development. Stephen has many friends now, even though he pushes people away. His deeds may stay hidden from most people and heroes, but sorcerers are pretty much aware of his importance. And he met all these people over the years and allowed them to build a safe magic community. And for those who missed the preview post, here are their names: Doctor Voodoo, Shaman, Jennifer Kale (I think?), Auntie Ante, Nico Minoru, Mahatma Doom, Médico Místico, Count Kaoz, Daimon Hellstrom, Professor Xu and Talisman.
The spell is preventing the other Sorcerers Supreme (Aggamon and Tiboro) from escaping to their respective dimensions, for they need them to execute the plan against the Peregrine Child and the Mothers.
Tumblr media
Next, Stephen overcomes Kaecilius not with powerful attacks but a healing spell, which is absolutely in character since Stephen always does that in order to overcome powerful enemies. This is why I love him so much. IT’S NOT ABOUT POWER.
Stephen strangeplains that, since his soul is located in Kaecilius’ stolen hands, the healing spell regenerates his former body entirely. It demands flesh, tho, which kinda reminds me of Fullmetal Alchemist, you know. Very dark spell for 60′s Stephen to perform but hey, Kaecilius saw that coming.
Tumblr media
Stephen is not one to be okay with killing his enemies, that much is true. But I consider this one an equivalent exchange. And 60′s Stephen does explain that the kind one who wouldn’t do it is no longer among them.
Tumblr media
I think that... Listen, Stephen was supposed to have his hands healed, right? Because continuity and such. But do I care about v5? No. My mistake was to assume that there would be continuity, but I’m just so glad it didn’t because boi, you know the drill. V5 is definitely not my jam. And also, I don’t think this spell healed his hand (you can still see the scars). Instead, it healed Stephen’s “body” by transmuting it.
And so, our beloved Stephen is reborn (for a brief period, at least). He’s so confused haha poor thing. Also always a pleasure to see him in different clothes.
Tumblr media
Next, Stephen is contemplating his younger self’s accomplishments while he was gone. It’s funny to see how he says he doesn’t remember being like that, especially the cold aspect of his personality. Mostly because, as you keep reading Stephen’s chronology throughout the years, you start noticing subtle shifts in his subjectivity. The Sanctum starts getting crowded, first with the Defenders, and then with Sara, Imei, Wong and Clea, even Morgana (ew) and Rintrah. For an introvert, he sure had many people around him, and he grows fond of them, no matter how hard he tries to get isolated from time to time (as I always post that panel from New Avengers Annual #2). Stephen is aware of his own growth, as he points out. Even ice can melt, and he doesn’t regret the man he has become. Reckless, depressed, afraid of relying on others? Yes. But also kind, passionate and loved by those around him. I can’t help but wonder what current Stephen would do in his place. Probably a less dramatic sacrifice, but a sacrifice nonetheless.
Tumblr media
60′s Stephen then makes a demand of current Stephen. We do not know what it is yet, but we’ll find out.
Tumblr media
And as I predict, a price will be paid. Because magic comes at a cost. Stephen contemplates Death. She has been chasing him for a while now (that beautiful cover from Doctor Strange v2 #4 is a nice homage), and he always managed to deceive her. But not this time, he’s afraid. Stephen knows the price of magic, he knows the sacrifices he has made in order to protect the world. The same way that he knows that, even though he admires the courage in the Avengers and the X-Men, magic will seal the final battle.
Five Sorcerers Supreme to distract the Peregrine Child. I’m a little bitter here because some time ago I saw discourse on Illyana, saying she isn’t powerful enough to be a sorcerer supreme. Ah, Jed is definitely my vindicator. She’s an X-man too, but look at her, having the spotlight. BECAUSE SHE’S A VERY POWERFUL SORCERESS, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Tumblr media
Ahem. But back to the chapter. 60′s Stephen’s astral form then confronts the Peregrine Child, as planned. He’s consumed, and yet, he desires to be, for he’s their Trojan horse. The Peregrine Child is a concept that feeds upon magic, right? So imagine all the magic it has stored within? It’s beautiful, really, the way Stephen’s astral form ignites the fire.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I love these panels. It reminds me of Doctor Strange -  The End, in which his sacrifice ignites and restarts magic. It’s beautiful, I really really really adore this.
With 60′s Stephen’s aid, the sorcerers have enough power to banish their enemies across the dimensions before the child detonates. And so they do. The chapter then finally gives us a moment of Stephen and Clea (YES!)
Tumblr media
Here we learn what 60′s Stephen demanded of current Stephen. I’ve waited for this moment for SO LONG, since I last read Sorcerer Supreme #67. And I wonder about those who have been reading comics since then, or even before. 30 years!!!! And they finally, finally have a closure!! Literally, Jed can have my whole soul at this point. I’m just so grateful, even though, yes, Stephen is aware that he will not last.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I love how the chapters end with “the beginning” instead of “the end”. Because even though Stephen dies, this is not the end for him. Also it’s a new chapter in Clea’s life.
Stephen is right, though. It’s not fair for them but there’s literally no one else who could fit the job better than Clea. Let me remind people that a Sorcerer Supreme usually has to learn deity magic in order to become more powerful. Who are the four people Stehen has taught this kind of magic in the past? Jericho, Illyana, Victor and Clea. Jericho was once Sorcerer Supreme but the job took its toll on him. Illyana is the SS of Limbo and she cannot leave her realm unattended (things go south there). And lastly, Victor cannot stand the light of the Eye of Agamotto (also he wasn’t featured in DODS, glad to see that he will make an appearance in Strange #1 soon though heh).
It’s “easier” for Clea to leave the Dark Dimension in the meantime while she finds a way to bring Stephen back, not to mention that she was the one who learned the most while living with Stephen.
My heart is full and empty at the same time. Mostly because we have such a sad ending, but we’re also about to get more real soon, and I can’t wait!! One month, folks!
That said, Jed has been a blessing to my fan’s heart and I cannot stress this enough. There’s literally no one else I’d trust more to write Stephen nowadays. I felt it in my bones that he would do an amazing job as soon as I realized how deeply he admired Stephen through Felicia’s POV. He has been teasing his love for the character for a long time now and the fact that he fixed a relationship that has been ruined since the 90′s? That he has been delivering references and writing him exactly the way I see Stephen? That I’m not crazy for overthinking Stephen’s personality because it’s right there in a canon book? Really. I’m so so so so grateful.
My thanks to him, as well as Lee Garbett, Antonio Fabela and everyone involved in this book. This blog will have a quick shift to focus on Clea since she will be featured often in the next book, but this is not a problem since y’all been known my love for her since day 1 hehe.
10/10. A must read for sure!

stephen strange x reader / masterlist
summary; you and wong get tickets to your favourite singer, and drag the sorcerer supreme along for the concert / warnings; bad humour, it was a random idea that just came to me, brief mention of imprisonment, swearing, hinting at sex,
“A Hunk of Hulk of Burning Fudge please.” You smiled at the woman behind the booth, splaying change upon the counter, as you watched her scoop the delicacy into a small and travel safe pot, oozing the green ice cream with a caramel like sauce. “Thank you.”
“You order the same thing every time that we come here.” Stephen rolled his eyes lightly, quirking one of thin brows at you. Rather than denying it, for you both knew that fact was true, you simply shrugged, putting a portion of the avengers flavoured desert into your mouth, with the plastic spoon that accompanied your purchase.
“I am consistent. I think that’s what you were trying to say, and I don’t think you should complain considering my regular pattern of things keeps you... motivated.” Your gaze sternly drifted down to his crotch as you raised your forehead suggestively at the covered body part, sending the message directly to the sorcerer.
“Yes, that is what keeps me motivated. Surely not the need to protect our reality from negative forces that could cause it to plunder into a catastrophe.” In reply, you hummed, a smirk ridden on your face, before your phone beeped. “Who is it?”
“Wong, he’s pissed that we went to get ice cream without him.” Was your answer, as you drifted your gaze over to the counter as you prevailed in thought. “I better get him something, otherwise this weekend is gonna feel like an imprisonment from Surtur. And trust me, I am well versed with what that situation is like.”
“What is happening this weekend?” He asked bluntly, as though he felt left out on some big plot. A grand, rather intoxicating smile danced upon your face, almost cracking the surface like a piece of glass wear.
“We’re going to see Beyoncé!” It practically left you as a scream, your excitement clearly having got the better of you. As passersby walked past, you waved lightly at them, delivering them an embarrassed apology, before attaining your attention back onto Strange. “We have a spare ticket, my friend Darcy kinda pulled out, something about her friend Erik going bonkers again, but... you could come?”
“Me?” He had to repeat the offer, pointing at his chest where the eye of agamotto was hidden beneath his casual attire. It was no secret that you and Wong practically praised the earth for birthing such a beloved icon of the modern age; in fact it was him whom had introduced the singer to both you and Wong.
The pair of you didn’t get that reference, until the two of you delved into some coordinated research online. A part of him regretted ever making a reference about her, since the pair of you were practically obsessed. He was not sure that he’d survive a concert with the two of you, nor that the two of you would live through the performance, it was a rather mundane occurrence for the pair of you.
“No, of course not. I’ll just go and invite the other Stephen Strange; he wouldn’t dare say no to one of my... offers.” You smiled deviously, shovelling more of the fudge flavoured treat, sucking seductively on the cheaply made utensil, batting your eyelashes up at your master.
“Fine.” Stephen sighed, causing you to sigh, and pat the man on the shoulder. He rolled his head back, as he thought of the possible disaster his inclination to say yes would be.
“I knew you’d come around Stephie.” You spoke, handing him the pot of your slowly melting ice cream, pausing a finger upwards in the air, as you began to trail backwards. “Imma get Wong one of those, I’ll be back in a minute.”
“If i was a boy, even just for a day!” At the pitch that you wailed, Stephen winced. Wong was driving, and he was in the passengers seat, he had quite the suspicion that it was indeed not a bottle of water that you had brought along to the show. “Hey, I was listening to that!” You yelled, your voice being targeted at the driver as he fiddled with the track.
“I’m surprised you could hear that over your American Idol audition.” Stephen spoke, watching as your face crinkled, and the song of Wong’s choice had began to play. The sorcerer admittedly had quite a decent time accompanying the two of you, there were no days off with the tasks that you were given the responsibility to protect. Though, there had been a way around that worked out, and thus here the trio of you were, on the way back home.
The beginning of the song Single Ladies bustled from the CD player, and Wong inherently turned it up, watching amusedly as you pouted through the rear view, and crossed your arms. “If you don’t stop insulting me, then you will be a single lady Strange. I can find someone else to put a ring on it.”
“What was that?” He lightly smirked, turning in his seat to face you, as your skin crawled with the remarks of embarrassment. “Did you just admit that you want to marry me?” The man teased, watching as you shook your head, denying his claims that he had clearly heard.
“Nope.” The word popped from your mouth, as you leant against the restraint of your seat belt. “I don’t trust you with purchasing jewellery, you can barely keep track of the items that you wear.”
“I wear the eye of adamotto, the ancient one entrusted me with it. I- where the fuck is it?” His hands raked his chest, scratching the surface of skin below his shirt to find the item. It was gone. One of the most powerful weapons in the universe was lost, and worst of all, at a concert for normal people.
If one of them were to find it, they’d either think it nothing more than garbage, or a sick statement piece that they would brag about to their friends. Or worst of all, they would sell it, for less than it was even worth, since it was priceless, and some big bad would discover it on the shelf on an antique store.
“Language.” Wong muttered as he slipped his gaze only momentarily to the man sat beside him. His face remained void of emotion, but his eyes told another story. He was conflicted whether he wanted to shout at the sorcerer, or try his hardest to remain calm.
“You have to turn back!” The qualified doctor exclaimed, and all of a sudden, Wong performed a U turn, steering in the direction that you all had just come from. “Are you trying to kill us?!” The images of his own accident flashed through his mind, that fault of his own had ended him here, in a flurry of panic.
“If Beyoncé is wearing the eye around her neck, we are forcing her to use it as the cover for her next album. We’ll take some pictures, and then take it.” Wong stated, watching essentially as the man beside him began to bicker, his eyes wide and shocked by Wong’s priorities.
They were supposed to protect the reality, not shape it to their own whim. As they snapped at one another, you felt succumbed by the alcohol that you had subtly consumed, raising your hand to your chest, feeling a chain and a large, sideways diamond shaped pendant against your chest, below the material of your clothing.
Thinking nothing of it, you shut your eyes, and fell into a sleep slumber. Least to say, when you finally awoke with a raging hangover, after they had searched the extents of the stadium, neither of the men were impressed when they saw a familiar shape pressing through your top, mocking them as they established their fury.
“A part of me wishes Beyoncé had worn it.” Wong sulked, as Stephen went to remove the piece from you, but decided otherwise. If anyone could protect the artefact better than himself, it was a very pissed off and hungover you.

So what I gathered from the NWH trailers:
Peter is now in trouble cause his secret identity is not a secret anymore. That’s why you don’t take off your mask Peter. Not in front of gaslighting king Jake I mean Quentin Beck. So everyone knows who he is and how he killed an ‘innocent hero’ in cold blood, has top notch stark tech and is an actual menace.(That’s what JJJ said). He has to face the law for breaking the law and also damaging public property. Not to mention killing everyone’s beloved hero. Okay, now I’ll stop. He goes to everyone’s favorite wizard in town Doctor Strange, whom he met briefly during infinity war and maybe endgame to fix his problems because what could go wrong right?? Doctor Strange being the SORCERER SUPREME and narcissist agrees to a whining teenager to wipe people's memory about him being Spider-Man even though Wong warned him not to cast the spell but did Strange listen? No. He never listens. Wong should be the sorcerer supreme instead. Peter during an intricate spell starts to have second thoughts cause MJ will forget his identity and he will have to charm her again. Not to mention Ned, Happy Hogan and Aunt May as well. See, this is the thing you think before wishing to erase people’s memory of you. You make a list of people whose memory you don’t want to be erased and give it to the wizard. But Peter can’t keep his mouth shut and Strange ruins the spell and blames Peter. Even though Wong already warned Strange not to do the freaking spell. Way to put the blame off of your shoulder Steven. Shit hits the fan and villains from different spider verse pours in to make that sinister six line up they desperately wanted for so long to happen. Also Peter multiverse does exist now. Poor boy was so excited about the fake multiverse Quentin brought up, but now he himself opened up the doors for different spider-men and villains to enter MCU. I don’t know if he should be happy or sad about it. The bridge is built. Nostalgia hits us like a train when we see iconic villains resurrected to die again in the end. Peter doesn’t know who they are but we know very well who they are and what they mean. Tobey and Andrew are back baby! See, this is not in the trailers, but we know this will happen. Three spider men come together to take on sinister six(short on one member. Or maybe Mysterio will be back). People close to Peter will die. He will learn with great power comes great responsibility not from uncle Ben but maybe from alternate spider men. And after the third act somehow things will get better and everything will be fine and dandy.
If you read this far please excuse my broken English.

shang-chi spoilers!
these are mostly my initial thoughts in no specific order because I Am Tired but I want to share them anyways,
the fight sequences are absolutely beautiful, stunning and extremely well choreographed. you can feel and see the inspiration for them, but they manage to fit within the story and the world perfectly. the soundtrack is full of bops, and the score made me shiver more than once. the cast is absolutely phenomenal (simu liu my beloved <3), ben kingsley is a gift that keeps on giving, and I loved to see a full asian cast on screen- it’s obvious that this film was made with love. did not expect bruce and carol to show up at the end, but I was glad to see them, fully tying the film to the mcu by, quite literally, “welcoming them to the circus”. it’s an origin story that knows how to tell itself, and knows where its main strengths are. it’s fun, and it’s emotional, and it balances both tones very well. if I were to add only one thing, it would probably be a throwaway line said by wong about how “the Sorcerer Supreme wants to have a talk with you” but that might just be because a) this week’s episode of what if and b) the fact that I am a sucker for stephen strange.
Go watch the movie, support it. I guarantee that you will have a great time. Please let this be the start of Marvel moving things in completely new direction.
