During a pivotal battle that, in tfem, the Pack would lose, in the Tartarus au they win (with consequences to both sides) they somehow their way into building a harsh regime on earth, taking the planet over and creating a Decepticon Homeworld like Steeljaw wanted.

He granted (most) of the members of his pack high ranking positions, and Starscream is our air commander as nobody can do it better than he can. The Bee team (plus some additions, such as decepticons who exactly disagree with Steeljaw, iicr?) have become the Genesis Movement, with Bumblebee as the leader. Optimus is MIA iicr. Cyberton doesn't know what to do, they're not sure how to move against the (developing surprisingly quickly for million year robots) new decepticon empire, I'm imagining they were hesitant to restart the war out and out (plus there's still the situation with Cyclonus's team and all, I bet, the council is still. Something alright.)

Some of the familiar ocs and fankid ocs appear in very different ways in this au, especially say Starlight as she's the heir to the throne (and, considering how even in the Good Au that is tfem she's a menace... Her evil genius would develop in interesting directions in this darker atmosphere) there's also a few ocs who aren't familiar until now

And so, the war we've come to recognize changes its faces like a Quintesson, shifting but never truly ending.

The first night since they escaped from Tartarus.

While percabeth were blissfully cuddling in a United bed in Percy's bedroom. (The two were practically inseparable. Clinging against each other. Even in slumber they still clung to each other)

In the dream of Percy and Annabeth, things were different.

After getting over the weirdness of sharing a dream (it didn't take too long they just dreaded what was coming) a room appeared, it was a restaurant.

Fine dining, far different than the ragged clothing that were on the demigods metntal bodies

It was only a few minutes until the dread of the unknown finally gave way to clarity with a single voice

"Hello demigods.... or should I say little godlings now" Hera giggled smiled and holding a wine glass.

"I suppose a little bit of a congratulations are in order. Not many survived Tartarus and live to tell the tale, much less mortals.. oh no that won't do.

you aren't mortals now. You're immortal. both of you."

Percy and Annabeth looked at the goddess of marriage in shock. They had noticed that they had bled Gold more than red,that their crafts and skills were far stronger. Far more honed and efficient

The queen of the Olympians laughed.

Before the exacerbated demigods annoyance finally gave way to an explanation.

"Come now, haven't either of you heard the tale Demophon of Eleusis?"

Although it may have been botched, the method was not the issue, for there are many ways to burn away mortality off a demigod.

There's a lot of hard feelings in the daughter of Athena. But she was too lost for words, so shocked at having the apology and her mind was still refusing to comprehend the fact that they were Gods now.

A deranged thought regarding my Tartarus AU, but idk misery or someone grabbing a hold of Nico because he belongs there, he's so sad and tortured, son of Hades, is Tartarus not just the underworld's basement? He doesn't need to stay above.

And Nico is all for dying there.

Like it would suck but whatever Thanatos visits his mom regularly, he'll just sit outside Nyx's house until Thanatos comes and then go home with him.

But Percy is adamant that Nico is coming with them and so whatever is keeping Nico trapped is "oh you think, he belongs with you? prove it"

And then Percy ends up fucking Nico in front of the entity to prove his claim as Annabeth does her best to hold it off until he comes.

Absolutely none of them talk about it at all once they're allowed to leave with Nico in tow.

“NO” a scream, a soul shattering scream tore out of Percy as he sprinted towards Annabeth’s falling body. He missed her by just an inch, his fingertips brushing her arm just as her body produced a sickening thud. All he could do was to gather her battered body into him, pressing hard on the hole in her stomach. Too much blood was gushing out and Percy could only watched helplessly as life flowed out of her.

“Percy-“ so much sadness and rawness was in one word, Annabeth looked at Percy for the last time, and with a shuddering breath, Annabeth was dead.

This all happened in a matter of a minute, but that minute would be playing in Percy’s mind forever.

“No no no, Annabeth, wise girl, please wake up, please,” Percy whispered, he could not, would never believe that his wise girl was gone forever. He would go into the underworld to find her, he would bargain, fight the Gods, he would do anything to get his Annabeth back. But he didn’t even have the luxury to grief, the monsters were advancing fast and Tartarus was merciless. With one last look at his beloved’s face, Percy looked up and all the monsters paused. Some even took a step back and a silence that had never descend before Tartarus filled the air and for the first time, even the monsters felt fear.

Gently, Percy laid Annabeth down, kissing her forehead lightly before getting up. Riptide was gripped loosely in one hand, and as if the monsters had all collectively decided it was now or never, they all lunged at the same time, claws and fangs and swords out. Without even raising a finger, all the monsters exploded. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. Their blood or ichor or whatever liquid in them exploded out of their body and for a second, Tartarus was filled with the most bloodcurdling scream, then it was over. Percy was covered head to toe in dust, and some of it got on Annabeth too.

Percy barely noticed the silence, all he heard was Percy Percy Percy and whatever was left unspoken replaying in his head like a broken record. Numbly, he carried Annabeth’s body in his arms and continued on to the doors of death. When the monsters had regenerated and tried to attack him, without even looking in their direction he made them explode. Soon enough, no monsters dared attack him and he walked on, not once resting, pausing only to drink the fire.

You’ve mentioned an au where they’re all gods with a little bit of mortality what is that

So in the sense that they are gods, they can die. Not anywhere near as easily as mortals, it takes a lot to kill them by way of injuries, but it is possible. They're immortal in the sense that age wouldn't kill them. They are still demigods, but the older they get, the more divinity they gain and by the time they reach 12 they're at the threshold, their divinity and morality are equal. However, that depends on the parent, so it could either be slower or faster.

In Percy's case, by the time he reaches 12, hes past that threshold and has more divinity then morality, Sally managed to reign in his abilities for a little while, having a bit of divinity herself, but it got too much for her so Grover took Percy to the camp so he could learn about himself.

The prophecy is also a little different, instead of reaching a certain age, it's about the child of the prophecy ascending. The big three didn't know which child of theirs would be the subject of the prophecy, so Zeus had them swear to no children.

Despite this, Hades stashed Nico and Bianca away in the Underworld, wiping their memories in the Lethe. In their mind, they're minor gods, children of Hades and Persephone!

And, of course, Zeus breaks the oath and has Thalia (And Jason). That goes about the same way it does in canon, she finds Luke, finds Hal and then finds Annabeth. Except, she doesn't die on the hill.

Lukes Hespirades quest is replaced with a quest Thalia is sent on, to Tartarus. Of course, Kronos gets his hands on her and causes issues, leaving her stranded. When Luke finds out about this hes, understandably, upset about it. Despite having more divinity then morality, Tartarus would sap away at Thalias life and eventually cause her death/fading. The gods (read: zeus) opted to leave her there, as if she was gone, then the prophecy wouldn't come to fruition. Luke ignores this, and goes to Tartarus himself to get her. This is where Kronos gets his hands on Luke.

Most things go as the same as canon with the quests and such. The Di Angelos are put in Westover hall on request of their father to watch for demigods and are eventually brought to the camp where they learn they are not, in fact, children of Persephone.

Percy is the one who inevitability defeats Kronos, unlocking a new portion of his power which is what pushes him to ascension and completes the prophecy.

Considering their divinity, the amount of casualties from both camps and the army is cut to practically none. There are still casualties, but the point stands.

And of course, working with Kronos would wind up with punishments. Luke and Alabaster, being willing right hand men to the titan are left with the worst. Both are banished to Tartarus, Luke being broken up in the process. He's allowed to leave when he eventually reforms. Alabaster, however, is stuck there. His version of exile in this au :)
