ya know how it’s canon that damian was taking acting lessons with carrie? and that he was really good at it?

what if that’s his civilian job when he’s older?

like we know some of the bats have civilian jobs. bruce, obviously, runs WE. tim is CEO. dick is a cop.

what if damian’s civilian job is an actor?

i know it wouldn’t make total sense bc he’d probably have to leave set randomly in the middle of a scene because he’d have to go on a mission but hear me out.

we know he loved acting because he gets to be someone else. carrie says this:

yeah he could’ve been saying that to fuck with jon but because carrie said the same thing, i think he was being honest.

and besides, look at how he played that old man. that is a jolly old fella and i personally read it in sweet old man voice.

and the disguises he always chooses when going undercover are outfits like these

and yes you could say that it’s just a gag bit the writer put in to be funny or you could say that that’s how damian feels like “normal” people dress and he’s trying to fit in but to me!! i feel like it’s him trying to be the opposite of how he is. you know, being somebody else.

plus he’s so good with voices. he could easily put on any accent necessary.

and so i think he would be an actor. yeah, he wouldn’t be able to be in gotham all the time filming movies and stuff, but personally i love the idea of damian being like dick and moving out of gotham to become his own hero/person.

he’d get the opportunity to experience what it’s like to be someone else, someone who wasn’t taught to kill someone before they could walk, someone who wasn’t forced to grow up way too fast, someone who doesn’t have to risk their life every single night, somebody who doesn’t have to hold possibly the world’s biggest secret. he could embrace being a completely different person, even if it’s only for a few hours at a time.

and imagine how funny it would be for the batfamily to turn on their tv and watch their mean, stern little brother have a wide smile with an australian accent in a romantic comedy.

jason storming out of the manor after damian insulted him 30 times and then he turns on his tv to get his mind off it and there damian is on a beach searching for treasure side-by-side with tom holland

damian in a wired google search interview and the first result is “is damian wayne robin?” and damian just sighs.

damian on a press tour in an interview and he’s just shooting the shit with jennifer anniston.

tim watching the tiktok edits of damian and just silently fuming at the comments that are like “he’s so babygirl”

damian getting an offer for a star wars movie and yeah, he might hate star wars because the lightsaber duels follow no sword fighting etiquette but he takes the role anyways so that tim can’t watch his beloved star wars without seeing damian wielding a light saber with ewan mccgregor

would dc do it? no definitely not and logistically it wouldn’t work because crimefighter hours probs do not mesh with 14 hour days on set. however!! imagine damian in a buzzfeed puppies interview.

Nathan Drake as a character is someone who is incredibly capable, but in no way, shape, or form, trained. So, I wanted to find something where I could convince the audiences of his skill. I’d seen on Youtube this flare bartending and I thought it was always really cool, so I thought that would be a great way to demonstrate to the audience that he’s quite handy. So, I started taking bartending classes. I actually went to my favorite bar in London and managed to convince the bartenders to let me go behind the bar. I ended up working these kind of undercover shifts, I had the white tuxedo on and everything, but then the management team found out... and I haven’t been allowed back since. — Tom Holland

Some of my favorite stories are before the release of HOCO when Tom enjoyed to still be able to move under the radar, going to visit Z in the set of TGS and telling a crewmember that was trying to determine where he knew him from that he had probably seen him in "porn" or obliging the girls that went to visit the set of KC Undercover with taking their picture with Noon because they recognized Noon and not him. I would have loved to see his expression when the girls finally figured out that he was the new Spidey

He's still a cheeky little bastard when people are not really sure if it's him and he tells them that he gets people confusing him with that guy Tom Holland all the time. I love cocky a-hole Tom

Lockwood and Co Appreciation Week: Day Seven - Free Day!!

To be fair I wasn't sure what to post for today (and I totally didn't almost forget oops) but I thought today I would say a little bit on the cast!!

So of course everyone knows about Cameron, Ruby, and Ali now, and I absolutely love them. To see this as Cameron's first role is just??? incredible, that man's talent is so crazy. I hadn't seen anything Ali had been in before and Ruby you briefly see in Bridgerton, so it was really amazing to see all three of these young actors having leading roles in a hit show, and I couldn't be more proud of them!!

The supporting actors were also so amazing, and it was so exciting to see people from other pop culture / fandoms in the show too!! Jack (Quill Kipps) was in an episode of Sex Education - which I actually recognised him from! Louise Brealey (Joplin) some of you may recognise as Molly Hooper from BBC's Sherlock (!!) and I was so excited to see her on my screen again, and Jeff Rawle (Saunders) played Amos Diggory in Harry Potter!!

Amongst others I was so excited to see in the show was Alice Lowe (Adelaide Winkman) who I grew up watching from Horrible Histories (British kids will understand), Paul Thornley (Cutter - the undercover agent) played Ron Weasley in the original Cursed Child cast, and Paddy Holland (Bobby Vernon) who I was so trilled to see cast in the show and start getting acting gigs!! (Yes, Paddy is Tom Holland's brother, but I think it's really amazing for him to get roles outside of the limelight of Tom!)

ANYWAYS, I really really loved the entire cast for the show. As someone who's grown up watching so much film and tv it always excites me to see actors I recognise in new things and also being blown away by new actors because they're just so good. Lockwood and Co was no exception and I cannot wait for season two and more actors!!

Just a memory (Mob!Tom holland X reader)

The red wine splashed around in the glass. Above, the intricacies of the jewels and gems in the chandelier reflecting the light was blinding.He could hear the chatter around him but couldn’t seem to understand, he didn’t want to understand.

Harrison’s POV:

I saw as the red haired girl in front of me talk and laugh with the others in the room. Jane, my best friend since high school. ( Other than Tom of course). I always liked how she got along with everyone.An extrovert yet called herself the opposite just because she couldn’t confess what she felt, to the girls she liked.

“So everyone in this room has a liking towards girls?” She asked teasingly.

“Yeah shocking since you and Harry have the same type” I replied.

“Yeah well what about you, Tom? Who’s your type ?” she asked teasingly.

“Does anybody want any beer?” Tom pointed towards all of us, changing the subject, nervously looking around the room.

“Yeah I’ll take one, mate” Harry replied sensing the need to get out of this room in Tom’s eyes.

Tom went to the bar near his kitchen.

“So what’s up with him?” she asked “is he always this weird?”

“No he just needs a breather. It’s just something that happened with his partner in the past”.

“You mean the big bad cold wolf felt butterflies once ?” She pouted mockingly but I guess after looking at my eyes she understood not to joke about it and tread on dangerous waters. “I’m sorry …..” she looked at the ground.

“You have nothing to be sorry for…. Everyone is shocked when they hear his story” I said reassuring her.

“Why, what happened?” “Well once umm the Y/L/N mob and the holland mob needed to work together to bring down The Black Knives who’s leader was David Smith, Tom’s no. 1 enemy since first grade” I chuckled. “Tom and Y/N ;leader of the Y/L/N mob , were enemies once. Yet while Y/N was living here, through all the planning, the fighting, the galas, the undercover missions, the patching each other up ,they fell in love. Madly.” I smiled fondly.

“I mean I could understand why he fell in love with her, she was beautiful, a sight to see, was witty and clearly was the most smart and badass one out of all of us. Though , Tom once told me that he loved her for all of that but especially for the silliness of a child inside her.” Harry said while swirling his whiskey in the glass.

“finally after two years he proposed to her and she obviously agreed”Harrison grinned.

“But this all happened in the past , what happened to her? Where is she now?”Jane asked, mined filled with curiosity.

Tom’s Pov:

He could hear every single thing they said. Tears pooled in his eyes while his jaw clenched with anger.How were they talking about her so nonchalantly. He wished he had the power to do so.

Completely abandoning Harry’s beer he took a bottle and went outside.

The amber liquid left an intense burning in his throat. She would have prevented him from drinking the whole bottle. Her hands would have folded in front of her chest and scolded him .But he wouldn’t have listened, too distracted by her cute angry expression. Words would have flown out of her pretty lips. The lips he wanted to kiss so badly again but couldn’t .

He remembered her oh so beautiful smile. All of her witty comebacks when they still hated each other. Remembered the tears that slid on her cheeks and a mix of happiness and sadness in her eyes while she told him that there was a small being inside of her ,not knowing she was taking her last breath.

He smashed the bottle against the wall. The breeze ruffled his hair and he shivered under the touch of the necklace going through a ring. Her ring . He still remembered that day like yesterday.

Tom couldn’t believe his eyes. He swears he is seeing an angel walking down the aisle wearing a white gown and a beautiful smile right now. Tears were pooling in his eyes, the first time the mobster cried in front of so many people. He smiled back at her and said ‘I love you’ silently. She responded with the same.

Suddenly a bullet flew through the air piercing the joy in the air with dread. He saw people rush and scream . He looks into Y/N’s eyes and saw panic . Her eyes drifted downwards towards her abdomen. He followed her gaze.

Oh god please fucking no.

He ran towards her and caught her. “Oh love you’re fine completely fine SOMBODY HELP!!!”he panicked.

"Tom it's okay I'm fine" Tom knew this wasnt true she was scared too . He knew her better than she did herself.

"Y/N help is on the way please don't close your eyes, please love your the only thing i have left" Tom cried.

You smiled up at him and led his hand to your stomach "I'm sorry i couldn't take care of the little one. "

"You're pregnant?" Tom asked happy yet devastated.

"Yeah I'm sorry Tom"

"No there is nothing to be sorry of remember you wanted to make a nursery when we dreamed of having a baby, well we have an empty room we could make it there. And we also have to go baby shopping" Tom rambled on.

"Tom stop! I love you " You said and kissed him deeply with as much force you had left"I am madly in love with you Thomas Stanley Holland and please do not keep waiting for me. Live your life and fall in love and have kids . Ok? This is my order and last wish" You said smiling.

"I love you too Y/N Y/M/N Y/L/N so much " Tom kissed your forehead.

Soon your eyes started closing and you took your last breath thinking about Tom

"Im sorry love" Tom sobbed into your chest. He caught a glimpse of David Smith and swore to make him suffer

That Tom did and killed him but it's didn't give him the satisfaction he thought it would. But he knew that it was time to move on . Yet one part of him will always be grateful to fate for making him meet the love of his life.

"Tell Carter to do it." "Y/N, Carter is a man. We need a woman to do this job, and you're our best agent available." Your boss sat behind his desk, leaning back in his seat. A slight sneer on your lips as he took a swing of that disgusting bourbon he claims is absolute gold. "So? I'm already on the job. Doing two at once could fuck up everything on both sides. I can't." You were trying your absolute hardest not to show your frustration. A two-year job put on hold for a quick intel mission? Anyone can do that. "Which is why you are no longer assigned to that job. Melissa is taking that over. So, yes, you can." He spoke without looking at you as he poured himself another shot. His 3rd one while in your presence, the next three, and he'll be slurring his words like a pig. If they could talk, that is. "What?. You gave my job to her? The job I've put two years of my time into?" By this point, you were well beyond annoyed. Even pissed off. Though you knew declining a mission wasn't on your list of things you can do.

"Yes. Now your mission is to find, seduce, and infiltrate the home of a suspected mobster. We need you to retrieve a file he no doubt has hidden. You're going to New York. Understood?" The expectant look in his eyes for you to simply obey made your eye twitch. Taking a quiet deep breath, you nod and leave the room without another word.

2 days later

Here you were, in a skin-tight dress, waiting for the man everyone knew as Tom Holland to show his face. You had gotten the intel from the agency, and they had even been oh so kind as to supply your dress for the night. It was gorgeous, you must admit; it stopped in the middle of your leg; a slit on the right side went all the way up to your hip and stopped. It was just the right amount of sexy and classy put together, the blackness of the color adding to the mysterious vibe they wanted you to deliver. Your goal is to catch his attention; this dress will do that.

It was definitely a bright night; while you stood outside looking at all the lights, everyone else was brushing past you, rushing into the club before it became too crowded, and they were forced to either finish drinking at home or travel around the city for another bar. Checking your purse, you fished out the fake ID they had given you to remain undercover and safe. Walking up to the bouncer, you flash your ID, and he surprisingly asks zero questions and steps aside so that you can enter, which provoked a sea of complaining from those waiting. Ignoring all the irritating voices, you walk in like you know what you're doing; truth be told, you honestly don't. The loud base of the music and stench of bodies writhing against each other has never been your kind of scene.

Pushing past the hands grabbing at you both on purpose and by accident, you make your way to the bar in the hope that you may end up spotting your target from the whole angle of the bottom floor it gives. Turning on the stool, you order a small glass of Bacardi. Considering you're in the rich part of town, it's a simple yet intelligent choice. Scanning the room, a hum escapes your lips, watching everyone dry humping each other because they're too intoxicated to find a goddamn bathroom or storage closet this place no doubt keeps unlocked for that sole purpose. Your face scrunches in annoyance at the fact you have to be here. That's when you feel the change in atmosphere, a suffocating stench of power and danger. You blink, trying to reign in the shaking of your hand. Frowning, you look around, trying to see if you can pinpoint the direction of the feeling. That's when you see him. Tom Holland, the man that rules New York. But wait...
