Releasing the EGo
Seeing where my faults lie
Underneath the gravel
They used to haunt me
In every person I met
But now I know better
They are the pieces of me
The pieces that I was told nobody would accept
The wrongs and rights
That I spent my life working so hard to forget
Were there, all along
They are always there
More reliable than the people I keep
More real than the company I surround myself with
Pointing the finger in the wrong direction

Running away
From what I thought was toxic
Only to find another mirror
Portraying the same picture
What’s wrong with me?
Am I even human?
I feel so separate from the rest
Isn’t unity a two way street?

With the only things that have held on
Begging for something real
Tangible, Whole, Comforting, Accepting
Not realizing she’s right here
Why does she not feel good enough?

LOVE!!
We live in a culture of manifestation. Everyone wants to manifest something. Everyone sets their intentions and hopes that the Universe will magically deliver their order. I mean, don’t get me wrong, this is the most beautiful knowledge, being aware that you are the creator of your reality. At the same time, you have to remember that you are the creator of your entire life, not only this one specific manifestation.
This is a common misconception when it comes to the law of attraction. Too often, people think that they can ‘use’ the law of attraction when they want to manifest something specific. The thing is, the law of attraction is constantly working, whether you’re aware of it or not. It’s a universal principle. You can’t switch off gravity, and by the same token, you can’t switch off the law of attraction. As long as there’s a thought connected to strong emotions, whether positive or negative, there’s a creation.
Your entire reality is always an exquisite reflection of your inner condition. In essence, you don’t necessarily attract what you want, but you always attract what you are a vibrational match to. That’s why the only way to manifest your desired outcome is to become the energy you want to attract. You have to create a vibrational blueprint for your manifestation.

so i just thought of the best idea for forgiveness
to help us feel comfortable getting to know our shadow side
write down your regerts
everything that you carry around - responsibility for a negative situation, reactions from childhood, feelings hurt, any thing that comes to mind from the past that you are holding on to, and remember that memory
feel into it
and then you write
i am sorry i forgive you i love you thank you
and feeling the amazing warm energy rush over your body
cleansing and clearing you of all resentment, anger, shame and guilt
and allowing you the power to keep on truckin 
and then burn the fucken thing

Anger.. and how to deal with it
i have been fucking angry AF lately
and have also found out that:
ANGER IS A SECONDARY EMOTION
there is actually something lurking underneath that creates a feeling of lack and loss where our needs are not being met either by ourselves or by someone else
so...
I’m feeling the push to release 
release what i ask?
all the fucking stupid shit people do that pisses me off?
id much rather fucking oust the idiots that fucking started my rage rant 
but i know that isnt the case either
well, here i am to save the day
here’s some fucking tools and affirmations that will help you when you’re in a fit of rage
first off - scream the word “FUCK” as loud as you can at the top of your lungs and fucking let it out baby
if you are mad at someone, honestly the best revenge is to just let them fucking wallow
that rarely works for me, i always feel that they need to fucking know why i’m mad and why they’re an idiot lol
but... take your power back baby and realize that this is all internal
if they piss you off letting them stew and sit with themselves will be just as beneficial to you to either plan out your next session, or to plan your escape and say sayanara loser i’m out
so just walk away quietly (it’s scary) 
3. and when you are around a pillow you fucking take that pillow and i want you to fucking wrestle that motherfucker until you are blue in the face
fucking bash it on some bare walls and have a blast imagining your opponents head as the pillow and just fucking rage babe
4. another good one i like is to write a letter
if you are really as mad as you think you are you write that cocksucker a fucking letter and you go HAM on their ego
reread it, and then take that fucker and burn it
the burning will release your anger ( lol )
no it won’t
because you see ANGER is a secondary emotion. so when we release the emotion that is covering up the REAL issue
so you ask me:
well what if i’m so fucking angry that i can’t even tell what is underneath it?
well my friend, that’s where we use the emotion code chart
our subconscious mind is what runs our lives
it’s smarter than we are consciously lol
so you get that emotion code chart and you muscle test the shit out of all the emotions you are feeling
lol in light of all this shadow work we are embarking on
you remember that i love you
(have fun raging, it’s not a bad thing and we should feel no shame in expressing our anger)
now as i promised
here’s some fucking great affirmations to blow off some steam when you have it coming out of every pore of your body
i release all embodied anger!
i am a ray of beautiful light and fucking magnificence
i am free of anger
everytime i release anger i make room for amazing fucking greatness
i have the power to regulate my emotions
i know how to assert myself kindly, damnit
i feel angry, but this too shall pass! (in your best Gandolf voice)
it feels fucking great to handle my anger!
i am in control!
i am doing it!
i release all this burning anger!
and then take a couple deep breaths and fucking scream fuck some more, that usually works for me, and if you are in a place where you can’t scream:
pillows work wonders for masking noises, just do not use them on the person you are angry with!
i’m open to new techniques ;) 
so definitely share them if you got them

Empowerment
i know what it feels like to have fun and expose myself and be free and be rewarded afterwards.
more unconditionally loved than before,
to be accepted while showing and exposing myself.
if you’re anything like me..
you have been told to calm down, cool off, slow down, tone it down, quiet down, simmer down, and a myriad of other things
a new one i have heard is “you’re blowing this out of proportion”
“you’re overreacting”
as my insides scream... FUCK YOU!!!!
it’s funny unfortunate how we can put ourselves in situations where we feel we deserve to hear these things and that we end up listening taking them in and believing that we are “too much”
i hope we all start accepting ourselves as who we are
every little piece of ourselves
the good the bad
the beautiful and not so beautiful at times
we need to know ourselves fully, truly and accept who we are
in order to change
to keep what we want and ditch the rest
we need to know everything in order to remove the blindfold of who is who and what is what
when we are in a fight... talking from personal experience we tend to look at the other person and pick away at them
or at least i do
but even the simplest shift in consciousness and awareness can help the situation rather than hinder ourselves from growth and harboring negative energy that really doesn’t belong
from personal experience:
i tend to annoy and lash out on my partner when i feel like i am not receiving the attention i need or deserve
in turn starting a kerfuffle lol 
i want to see a reaction
anything
good or bad as long as their attention is on me
so when i do this it is my inner child replaying a program that i found as a child to work on my workaholic mother who was disconnected from her body
i lacked touch, time and love
even coming to a point in time where i am questioning if i have ever actually truly allowed myself to feel love or have had it be fully received.
so i would lash out
is there such a thing as right or wrong?
i really don’t believe so
but i also feel like i’ve been through the ringer and if i get a little hot, deal with it lol
looking at myself in the perspective of my inner child, who needed and craved attention so bad that i would go to any lengths to receive i feel empathy, compassion and unconditional love for that little girl
now realizing in my 26 y/o body that i am running a program in my brain from when i was 11 +/- i also have compassion for my 26 y/o self where i still have not touched this part of my being
i have not taken the time until now to understand why i do these things
to have an open mind and understanding of who we are and why we are really blasts the wall down of wondering how to fix it
because that will come naturally
just through awareness we are able to release
and through release we are able to integrate healthier and happier programs in
now i hope this benefits some and resonates but if it doesn’t
oh well lol,
i’m done catering to everyone
lol i always love you, sorry for lashing out
but i will not tone it down and neither should you!

What Would You Do... if you weren’t afraid?
the word... anything comes to mind
lol what is my biggest fear - failure, the weight and responsibility of success, exposure and judgement. 
the list could go on I’m sure
we have these fears because of life experience, past lives and a myriad of other “reasons”
you wanna know why we have these fears?
TO KEEP US SAFE
they are here to remind us that we have repressed emotions and traumatic events that we are still holding on dearly to for no other reason than our ego is keeping us alive, they are here to allow us the courage it takes to feel freedom
if we were gifted a perfect life, do you think we would enjoy living?
we have all these fears come up as emotions, they are to show us we are human... first off
and they are here because hey you know what, if i were to release the traumatic event that ensued this fear i will be able to live freely!
what is more valuable to you?
a moment of discomfort and release, or a life full of longing
i see in my life where i hold myself back and with me writing this you better believe that i am on the same path as you are, this is tough mf’in shit mang and it’s that way so we feel the accomplishment and celebrate ourselves at the finish line. we are working hard for ourselves and thats why it’s worth it, enjoying the journey can be tough as fuck but to learn to laugh at yourself and with yourself in times of turmoil is the ultimate win when we succeed and break these chains that bind.
let’s push these fears by doing something every day that is outside our comfort zone
if you don’t like doing things alone (me)
going on a walk by yourself is the perfect, little bite sized accomplishment you can celebrate at the end of the day
“The Compound Effect”
is a great book - mostly based on the premise of money
but in a spiritual sense it works just the same,
one little thing you can do daily will ultimately lead you to your big, high ticket goals
I embrace change in all forms
another fun game you can play with yourself is,
wouldn’t it be nice...
wouldn’t it be nice if i have $6000 deposited in my bank account for personal development courses to grow and expand my mind 
wouldn’t it be nice if i won a trip to a retreat where i can expand my knowledge and grow my love for yoga 
wouldn’t it be nice if i was surrounded by like minded people who wanted to help and watch me succeed while i return the favor boosting up my tribe
wouldn’t it be nice to make my first sale with my online business... by the end of the month
let your mind play and your concept of what’s possible grow to expansive lengths to meet your higher self’s desires rather than living in the small box of society

Who is The Holistic Hedonist?
I am a normal human, with a brain the works in overdrive most days. 😂
My calling lately seems to be bringing awareness to people about their emotions and impulses.
Since this is something that I myself am working through at the moment, to feel into the uncomfortable emotions rather than bottling and repressing them to deal with at a later date,
Because lets be real lol we have been doing that near our whole existence or atleast the existence of this life we are currently living.
More often than not I hear people talk about their lives like they're not the ones in control, and I have felt that also which really has brought me the motivation to put my thoughts into words to help the collective.
What do we really want, and authentically who do we want to be?
Without the chatter and clatter of societies boundaries and rules we face in our world today!
If we are so unhappy we need to shift something internally in order to live the lives we were put on earth to enjoy!
Thats where I feel my journey begins,
I felt a calling to learn more and dive deep into #ThetaHealing it had came into my life years ago and I had ignored the call.
Not the right timing and definitely was in a dark place in my life.
When I put my own health and happiness above others is when I truly saw the shift by helping myself I am doing the work needed to help the collective.
Coming into Covid last year I had signed up with an amazing theta healer and she has really blown every block and hurdle i have had prior legit out of the water lol I keep seeing these syncronicities as signs to dig deeper.
Now with everything I've learnt I am grounding myself into this knowledge and infinite wisdom the Universe has to offer as my purpose in life,
To write and bring awareness to common ailments we face as humans to help others handle their "not so good days" lol
I am a normal human being, with emotions the urge to help others and a heart brimming with love to help this Earth prosper and for us to grow and live in our full potential which is truly endless and infinite.
