Unlike more well-known and common methods such as "bitching\studding" transformation techniques - whether coerced or consensual—which involve a consistent exchange of body fluids between partners (also with β/⍵ and ɑ/β pairings ) over a period, leading to the eventual triggering of heat or rut.

To clarify "Bitching" and "studding" consist of: alpha, beta or omega receiving the fluids of the opposite dynamic, regularly for a prolonged period of time until the recipient's body responds, awakening the rightly stimulated instincts breaking into the best constructed dynamic understand and be complicit in what is happening in order to better survive.

Omegagrade consists of a change linked more to the idea of the a\b\o herd and its hierarchy.

In this case, omegagrade does not require the therapy like method as presented above. But it is based on mental and spiritual pressure.

The OG can be stimulated exclusively by a dominant ɑ over β and other ɑ s - carefully made submissive.

OG on another ɑ can occur following a dominance battle.

In the case of a clash between two dominant As, it requires a a distinctive branding and an (occasionally forceful - sexual) gesture of submission. This act will not only asserts dominance, change the ɑ to Ω but also brings the entire submitted ɑ ‘s pack under the command of the prevailing A .

In the case of a non-dominant ɑ , a specific act or mark is not required, usually this technique with this dynamic is performed as a punishment for the non dominant

or at the specific request of the ɑ who wishes to change his nature for personal reasons.

It's not a common practice but I've seen it used it in many FF works as a ploy for trans representation, and I found it very nice, so I included it in this summary.
