"you. are. evil." he mumbles spacing out his words with every card he picks up. as the night went one, the two of you were both down to one card. having both said uno and not knowing what the other had tension began to rise. luckily atsumu didn't have the that was need so it was your turn to put down a card. "y/n you're not gonna to win against me 'kay, just pick up a card and—" you cut his monologue short by ending the game on a wild card and to make matters worse - it was a +4. atsumu packs up the game with speed and walks away pouting like an angry child.

miya atsumu is a clingy boyfriend, very tenacious indeed. but not overly so to the point where it's annoying. he said himself that he'd never left your side and he's lived by that rule ever since the day you two met. he loves spending quality time with you. you've been overworking yourself lately because of upcoming exams, studying day in and day out getting no sleep. tsumu gets worried when you push yourself too much, he believes that you already have the intelligence to pass all your exams in flying colours. "baby yer super smart, you don't need to study. come spend some time with me instead" he sighs as you continue to ignore him. he was mildly annoyed by this.

he understands how important it is to pass your exams but working yourself half to death isn't the way how to do it. so what better to relax that taking your partner out for a picnic in the warm sun that was shining on a day like this. sat under the sun's ray's, the golden beams hitting your boyfriend's sunkissed skin made you realise how lucky you were to have him. the picnic that he arranged was the little moment of relaxation that you needed. it was like a breath of fresh air. "i'm glad you finally out them damn textbooks down, i was starting to get worried" he snaked his arm around your waist and lightly kissed the tip of your nose.

your phone vibrated, which ruined the moment, but before you could check it atsumu takes it and waves it above your head as if you were a child, "nuh uh, you don't get this back you need this time to relax, okay?". instead of fighting against it you listened to his words and he turned off your phone as well as his own. he wants to give you his undivided attention "apart from bein' swamped with yer tests, how've you been babe?". he could listen to you babble for hours on end, and he did.

spending all that time with you, laughing and joking around until the sun finally set was a moment you both wished would never end. with both hands intertwined he leans and whispers, "i love spendin' time with ya, you make me so happy" and softly pecks your temple.

"get ready, i'm downstairs waiting for you". the unexpected text message was enough to make you jump out of your seat, grab your keys and head for the door. you were too excited to change out your clothes which was a pair of baggy sweatpants and your partner's hoodie that he left for you. for the longest time you’ve been waiting to see your boyfriend, kuroo again. with the amount of away games he’s played, you two have spent little to no time together.

seeing him stand before you made you tear up slightly. his slender figure leaning against his car, arms cross against his chest with a small smirk on his lips. he squats down slightly with his arms out ready for you to hug him. without words you jump into his arms, he rest his head in the crook of your neck and whispers against your skin, "i missed you so much baby". you pull apart for a moment and he stares at your lips. "but i missed your lips the most" he playfully teases and winks at you to which he receive a soft punch to his arm as you giggled shyly.

you both get into his car, put on you seatbelt but you notice he doesn’t do the same so you ask him “kuroo, where are we going? and to your surprise he replies “nowhere”. you slowly take of your seatbelt and stare at him in complete confusion while a smile appeared his face. “why cant just stay in the car and enjoy each other’s company” he leans in closer to your face to kiss you but stops just before “that way i get you all to myself”. you weren’t opposed to the idea. sat in the comfortable silence, muffled blaring of the music in the car. for the rest of the night, the car was filled with laughter and joy. he was so caught up in the moment, staring deep into your pretty eyes as you continuously waffle about how much you’ve missed him.

he tries to avoid any and all distractions, such as his phone, to give consistent interest when spending quality time together. you are his eternal happiness and he’s never been more happier to see you.

you looked up at him to see the sincerity in his eyes. "do you really mean that rin?" he cups your face so that your tear-stained cheeks rest in his palms. "of course i do babe, i love you so much i'm so proud of you y/n", he wipes you tears away and gives you a soft peck on you forehead. you smile at his gesture, "i'm so glad i've got you rin". he smiles back, "i'm glad i've got you too"

"you're so fucking annoying y/n", he slurs his words, stumbling towards you in a drunken manner. as mentioned, you've succumbed to his unusual behaviour but, sometimes his words were like a bullet to the heart. hand clutching at your chest, tears began to rise above your waterline. you knew deep down that he didn't mean what he said, he never does when he's in this state.

"y/n baby... look at me please", he limps towards you, touches your shoulder and turns your body so that you face him. your eyes meet, his are heavy, delayed blinking but you can see the sincerity behind them. he leans in closer, the smell of alcohol that has attached itself to his clothes makes your stomach turn, "i-i'm sorry baby i'm such a fuck up, didn't mean to make you cry".

before you could respond he immediately pulls you into a hug, your head presses agsisnt his warm chest. you can hear his heartbeat, it's slow but steady like the breaths he's taking. pushing back a hair that's fallen in front his face you reply, "your not a fuck up haru" you tiptoe to kiss his cheek. "help me!" cried the young boy. you hadn't noticed his presence until he spoke. before you could even rescue him, the cursed spirit beat you to it. it was all your fault. if you had gotten to the kid a little faster, he would have suffered such terrible injuries. you could've had him killed. thankfully, he was still alive but he still had to be treated at the hospital. the feeling of regret washed over you as the ambulance drove away, sirens blaring in the distance. that same feeling followed you until you got home and broke down into tears.

you retold the story to your boyfriend as he wiped your tears away. "did you at least get rid of the spirit?" you nod. "did i tell you to stop", hanma's voice echoes breaking the silence in the room. he tilts his head backwards and gives you a dirty look. his bright eyes slightly squinted with a bored expression on his face. your hands that were once nestled in his dual coloured locks are now scrolling on your phone which angered him slightly. he's currently sat down on the floor, resting in between your exposed thighs. the show you were watching on tv soon bacame background noise for the both of you.

you giggle at his catty response, smirking at him with a playful grin while you lean towards him to plant a kiss on his forehead. "your hair isn't even that nice, it's kinda greasy shu", you tease. "you were practically gripping onto my scalp when i was pounding into you last night babe, surprised i still got any hair left", he gives you a wide toothed grin and props his arms to rest on your thighs so he can look at your flustered face. his elbows digging deeper into your skin as he gets closer to your face. his tatted hands cupping your cheeks, as he whispers into your ear, "don't stop playing with my hair".

"move back a little", he signals you to shuffle back with his hand and he climbs into to the bathtub with you. he lets out an exaggerated sigh, tilting his head back feeling the heat rise onto his skin for the bath water. suguru feels you turn around in the tub so that your back is facing his. "can you...s-scrub my back please", you lightly whisper hoping you didn't have to repeat your embarrassing request. "of course, my love", he mumbles as he grabs the sponge to scrub your back, holding your shoulder for stability. you can't help but lean into his touch, a quiet groan escaped your lips when he kissed your jawline down to your neck while he continues to wash your back. he tilts body forward so that his chest is pressed against your spine, feeling the warm breath on your earlobe he whispers, "i love you y/n".
