I have a funny and nonsensical IT headcanon… I think it would be hilarious if Richie and Patty were cousins.

IT’s magic kept the losers from meeting, but Richie and Patty had a standing once-a-month call they never missed. Somehow he never met his cousin’s husband. Missed the wedding too, flight got canceled last minute….

I think it would stress Stan out and I love that.

What are your thoughts on Rhaewin and Laemon? Do you think Rhaenyra really loved Harwin and that he is her soulmate? Same with Laemon?

I couldn't care any less about Rhaewin & Laemon. Never will, never did. They are two boring, completely uninteresting ships that have no relevance whatsoever.

But for the sake of your questions *sighs*:

"Do you think Rhaenyra really loved Harwin and that he is her soulmate?"

Rhaenyra got with Harwin in Daemon's absence, after Daemon asked to marry her and was exiled. She was also married against her will with her husband, who was a gay man. She found a lover that was in love with her, that desired her, that loved her. And good for her for not living like a nun as her antis want! I have no doubt that she cared for Harwin, but calling him her soulmate is nothing short of ridiculous, considering this man has absolutely no character traits, and Rhaenyra marries Daemon, the man who more than probably killed Harwin, almost instantly.

(If you also do a little math, you also can realize that baby Aegon was conceived while Harwin was still alive, btw)

As for Daemon and Laena: Daemon asked to marry Rhaenyra after months of courtship and was exiled under penalty of death. Years later, he had no money and no allies. Bear in mind that the moment Rhea dies he tries to lay claim on her incomes. That failes, of course, and what does Daemon do the very second that happens? Marries the daughter of the richest man in Westeros, who just so happens to be Rhaenyra's sister in law.

I said it before and I will say it again: Harwin and Laena were both canonically written as second choices that never would have happened if Rhaenyra and Daemon would have been allowed to marry from the beginning.

Harwin arrived at court with his sisters as the Hand's son and Rhaenyra took absolutely no interest in him while Daemon courted her. Daemon knew Corlys for years, ever since they fought together in the war, yet he took absolutely no interest in Laena and asked for Rhaenyra's hand to marry her.

The whole "Harwin and Laena were Rhaenyra's and Daemon's true loves/soulmates" is nothing else but headcanons that their stans made up because they hate daemyra as a ship. Mind you, Laena stans lead this campaign of "she is Daemon's true love" for literal years because they hate Rhaenyra and hate to see her being loved. So they take an irrelevant female character and self-insert as much as they can.

These couples' stans are people that try to seem intellectuals by taking a couple of sentences and inventing headcanons that are absolutely laughable. Then they threw a fit when Daemon and Rhaenyra were written as the main romance in the show with their own love theme, while the two plot devices received five seconds of screentime.

Rhaenyra and Daemon cared about them, certainly, but they were always each other's one true love and each other's first choice.

Yanno it's actually kinda mad that this isn't the first time that someone has said they struggle to find TMR writers who write for mlm relationships. Yanno, since there are literally only two women in the main group for the entire franchise.

And James Dashner has only ever confirmed one character's sexuality.

Which is Newt. Who is gay.

Newt's your best friend.

You've been through thick and thin together. From living through and surviving the Maze, to escaping and surviving the Scorch, to taking down WICKED and making it to the Safe Haven.

It's been a rough few years, but you're safe now. Like, you're actually safe now.

You and Newt had always been close. Closer than the other Gladers had been and you can normally be found going about your tasks together. Newt actually started spending his time as a Track-hoe because that was your job- and it meant he got to spend more time with you.

The other boys have always suspected something more between the pair of you. Especially Minho, who is basically your number one fan.

He'd actually be heartbroken if you guys never got together.

But now there's really no reason for you to not be together. With the dangers and the life-threatening scenarios and the hellish world the Solar Flares created behind you- you're just kind of avoiding the topic.

Part of you really doesn't want to mess up your friendship with Newt if you say something (despite Minho constantly telling you he's in love with you.) And you're also scared.

You've got plenty of friends. The survivors of the Glade, even Gally, are all incredibly close, with the additions of Brenda, Jorge, Aris and some girls from Group B.

But romantic relationships? That's different. None of you have ever experienced romantic situations, apart from Thomas, which is now kind of awkward because you're all starting adulthood. It's scary.

"You're killing me, man" Minho complains, lying across a bench like the dramatic little shit he is, after having yet another conversation with you about Newt. "Just ask him- go on a date, tell him you love him, go spend some time in your hut- though make sure to get consent."

"Minho," you glare at him, "gross."

"What?" He leans up, resting on his elbows. "It's not like I'm wrong."

You sigh, rolling your eyes at the boy.

"Yanno, if you guys would just actually get together than I wouldn't have anything to talk to either of you about. It's kinda boring here."

"It's peaceful," you argue, "you're just used to daily suicide missions."

"Uh, sorry for tryna get your buggin' ass outta the Maze- but it sure does get ya blood pumpin'. Who doesn't love a good workout?" You scoff at him, and he sits up, letting his hands drop between his legs. "Look, talk to him. Please, for the love of everyone here- shuckin' talk to the man. I've been watching this klunk for so long I'm gonna ask Newt out if you don't grow some balls and get it over with."

"Don't you dare," he fakes a gasp, putting his hand to his chest.

"You do it, then."

You grumble, but Minho is right.

So, you stand up, deciding to go and find Newt. Which, for the first time ever, is weirdly difficult.

He's absolutely no where to be seen.

You ask Thomas, then Gally, Sonya, Aris, Jorge, even Vince.

Eventually, you spot Newt sitting in the sand, his trouser rolled up with his feet in the water, seemingly enjoying a moment away from everyone.

For some reason, watching the blond throw his head back and take a deep breath makes you think of your time with him.

Like when you'd share meals in the Glade, or when he'd be particularly stressed and you'd go for a walk and chill at the small lake in the Deadheads.

Or that one time he thought it'd be funny to make you jump and you elbowed him so hard he cracked a rib. You both got lectured by Jeff.

Or when Gally was building something and a wooden board fell back and smacked him square in the face. You and Newt were basically crying laughing as you toppled over each other. Gally was salty for weeks.

Or when in the Scorch when you fought over a battle of water, which got spilt and you both had to run away from a homicidal Minho. Which is potentially the most terrifying experience you've ever had. He was the Keeper of the Runners for a reason, even on sand.

There weren't many happy or funny moments from your life as you remember it, but the ones you do have, all have Newt in them.

He means the world to you.

You couldn't imagine your life without him. I mean, thank God you all survived and are all immune to the Flare, right?

You suck in a deep breath, making your way over to him.

"Hey," you say, sitting next to him.

"Hey," he responds, "just the guy I've been looking for."

It's not like you're completely oblivious to his attraction to you, but you are completely unaware of Newt's deep feelings for you.

He's had a crush on you ever since you came up in the Box. Everyone knew about it- Alby used to even jump in with the teasing sometimes. There's been several moments that Newt has wanted to confess, and completely pussied out last minute.

But, after being pressured by everyone, he feels like it's about time he says something.

You scoff. "You've been looking for me?"

"Yeah, but I couldn't find you for the life of me- the shuck have you been?"

You laugh, shaking your head at the irony. "Looking for you, actually."

"Oh." He blinks before snorting. "Great minds think alike, eh?"

"Yeah, I guess- look, I need to talk to you."

"I need to talk to you, too, actually." He clears his throat.

"Okay, uh, you wanna go first?"

"I mean, you can go first, if you want?"

"No no, it's fine- you go first."

"You sure? I mean you can-"

"I'm sure." You're going to be here all day if you can't actually decide who's speaking.

"Okay," he shifts, moving his legs from in front of him and crossing his legs instead. "I'm just gonna say it. I think we should be a couple."

You blink at him. He said that with so little emotion it's almost funny.

"What?"

"I like you, dude- and if Minho is anything to go off, you like me too. At least, I hope so."

You blankly look at him, which clearly makes him uncomfortable. "You do like dudes, right?" He says after a very awkward pause, realising you've never actually had that conversation.

"Yes," you confirm, before laughing.

"Shuck it, this is dumb," he rubs his face. "What were you gonna say?"

"I was actually gonna ask you the same thing," you say in between chuckles.

He shifts slightly, turning so he can face you better. "Yeah?"

"Yeah," you hesitate for a moment, "I really like you, Newt- I always have but I never said anything 'cause, yanno, we were tryna not die."

He snorts. "Yeah, I get that." He pauses again, clearly uncertain. "So... do you wanna be boyfriends, then?"

You grin. "Yeah, let's be boyfriends."

"Cool," he lets out a breath he didn't even know he was holding. He's finally got a boyfriend- and it's you.

What a brilliant combination.

"Should we, uh, kiss?" You try to repress a smirk as the boy visibly cringes at his own question.

"Do you want to?" You ask.

"Yes," it's the first time in the whole conversation he's actually sounded certain of something.

"Okay, then." You spin more to face him, both of you awkwardly looking at each other for a moment before you eventually lean in.

Newt hesitates, but closes the gap, resulting in a memorable first kiss for the pair of you. It's a peck, then you reconnected, struggling to find a fitting rhythm.

The kiss is sweet and full of love, and it makes your skin tingle and your brain go fuzzy.

Until Minho's voice cuts through the Glade.

"Yes! Shucking finally! Thomas!" He shouts. "Yo! Where's Thomas? He owes me his stew for a week!"

You break away, watching the boy scurry off to find your friend.

You and Newt glance at each other before breaking into a fit of laughter, both of you calming down and then cracking up again when you make eye contact.

Newt looks beautiful when he laughs.

And now you get to experience it even more.

Because he's your boyfriend. And you're his.

Two requests in a day? That's unheard of from me. I'm back on my grind today.

In all seriousness, I am happy to be providing some much needed mlm Newt content because I'm sick to death of people ignoring his sexuality.

So I'm a weird HOTD/F&B fan, I adore both sides in all their flaws. Sunfyre best dragon btw. However I find Hill's alive very biased, not just in the dance era but in general. Would you agree or perhaps I just dislike their take on Daenerys.

Hello there! It's good to see someone willing to engage with both sides of the argument. I do wish more fans were willing to do that instead of parroting the same boring catchphrases and sticking their fingers in their ears.

So, to address your message, the thing is that I don't agree with every single point Hill's Alive makes and that is very normal, since you're hard pressed to find another person whose views coincide 100% with yours. That being said, I like her channel a lot and I think she oftentimes makes very well-thought-out arguments and presents a different perspective that perhaps I hadn't taken into consideration before.

A lot of other Youtube creators peddle the same stale talking points, especially when it comes to main series analyses, which is why I tend to prefer watching videos about backstories and worldbuilding - since those generally tend to be less biased. This is an unfortunate trend that I've also observed when it comes to creators discussing HOTD. SO much team black bias, everyone falling for Rhaenyra's hero-framing, no discussion on actual points of policy or medieval common law or historical inheritance conflicts etc. I suspect this also happens in part because they need to cater to their audience and the people who support them financially would have a hissy fit if they started presenting their faves in a critical manner. As such, Hill's Alive is one of the only channels presenting an alternative point of view and hats off to her. She puts a lot of work in her videos and she always has some insight to give and something interesting to say.

As far as Daenerys is concerned, she has historically been a very misunderstood character in the fandom with nearly everyone and their aunt pretending she is a morally righteous hero. This belief has been perpetuated so much that it's presented as being canon - it's not. Daenerys is, at best, walking the tightrope between good vs evil - it's very difficult for many to see because of her POV trap and because a lot of her foes have been cartoonishly evil. Add to that the very large gap between the publication of ADWD and TWOW and people started going a bit nuts with their headcanons and theories. But it will become more and more apparent when she finally arrives in Westeros. From what videos on Daenerys I've seen from Hill's Alive, I agree with her takes - I'm thinking right now of Mirri Maz Duur, her crucifying the slavers and her conflict with Sansa. The problem with Daenerys is that any criticism of her is NOT well-accepted and very much considered to be biased or delusional. Try asking her stans to come up with a fair appraisal (in their view) of Dany's flaws and you will hear crickets.

You were the youngest by far

RDJ was of course involved in choosing you, just as he was Tom Holland

“That kid’s great. Let’s go with her” was all he said and-

BOOM

Your life was changed forever

You were super nervous the first time meeting them all (at some random ass dinner at a super fancy restaurant)

But you just tried to be yourself

Which worked out for you because you’re a pretty great person :)

You immediately befriended Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan because of your mutual “hate” for Tom Holland

You and Tom had this dynamic where he’d be the poor and bullied costar, and you’d be the young, confident and superior actress

(Of course it was all jokes, and you both found each other pleasant)

Sebastian and Anthony basically adopted you right from the start

They dragged you into all their pranks because you were so sweet, yet so EVIL

They even tried to do a heist (you were stealing a copy of the script to Endgame)

You had a whole plan Mission Impossible style!

But you failed miserably when Tom ratted you out

That bitch

Most of the cast members (being old and out of touch) asked you for advice on technology and pop culture

In particular Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner

“What is a ME-ME?”

And you’d always just mumble something about them being hopeless, old men

But you loved them, and their cluelessness was kind of adorable

So during filming you became very close with Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson

Which, by the way, you’re so cool, you’re friends with Samuel L. Jackson???

Samuel taught you boss bitch energy

So did Brie to be honest

She helped you a lot with your understanding of women and the world

Benedict actually worried a lot for you

A lot of the cast did, but Benedict probably did most

He was NOT a fan of the whole “I’m a teenager, but I’m a famous actor, woohoo, time to ruin my self esteem” thing

Him and Elizabeth Olsen (the sweetest woman alive btw) made SURE you were staying away from hate comments

And expressed their concerns often

And you’d always assure them that you were fine

And if you weren’t you’d tell them

Because even though you weren’t super fond of opening up to people, they’d made it clear that they WANTED you to if you got sad :(

Benedict helped you with homework too

AGAIN this man is worried for you

Doesn’t want you getting stressed

Benedict is good at helping you with homework, but you can usually just get Elizabeth to tell you the answer to the questions

Because she is weak for your cuteness

And who can blame her???

Generally, most of the cast treat you very kindly

And they worry about you and are protective of you

Don’t be surprised if they’re AMAZED at your acting abilities too

You’re just there to have fun, just going along for the ride

It’s a wild ride for sure, but at least you’re in good hands with the nicest cast of actors and actresses around

And they would always be there for you

Until their contracts end..

These are super random but here they are:

- if he was alive today, he would be a major Yves Saint Laurent Couture stan, but he'd have a really soft spot for Burberry trenches

- wears lip balm religiously because he is beyond chapped lips

- can easily fall asleep anywhere at anytime and won't hear a single thing, but one murmur from James and he shoots up awake instantly because is his parabatai good

- secretly an excellent church hymn singer, but keeps this a secret from everyone except james and lucie because he doesn't want to be teased (but when he gets drunk, he quite happily belts out "Jesus Loves Me")

- was actually a cat person but Oscar Wilde was given to him by James as a puppy and hence he's converted to a dog person

- pretends to be a Flat Earther just to piss off the Thieves (especially Christopher)... Will overhears their conversations and now Wessa have an ongoing bet over when Matthew is gonna pull out "the Earth is actually flat" card to piss off people

The wind gently blew as the moonlight shined down on the figure that sat near the window. That small figure was S/O.

I sighed softly as I looked up from my book, looking into the sky. It's been hours since I've seen Muzan... I'm worried about him. I know he's told me many times that I shouldn't worry but, I can't help it.

He's a demon overlord, I can't help but worry about him, 'what if he was hurt? What if he got killed? What if he's currently dying? What if—'

All of a sudden, a pair of arms had snaked around my waist, I relaxed instantly. I felt a soft kiss on my cheek.

"I'm back honey, why are you up so late?" The pale demon asked as he looked down at me. I didn't even realize it was late at night, around four in the morning exactly. How did time pass so fast?

"Ah, hon... I'm sorry I stayed up so late.. I was just waiting for you again." I spoke softly, Muzan's scarlet eyes scanned me, as if he could tell something was wrong.

"Were you worrying about me again?" He asked as he gently brushed some of my hair out of my face. I nodded in defeat, he could read me like a book. He let out a soft sigh as he pulled me into his lap, one arm wrapped around my waist, and the other gently playing with my hair.

"Darling, there's no need to worry about me... There truly isn't any reason to let stress get to your mind." He spoke out as I rested my head on his chest, yawning softly.

"Nothing bad will happen to me, you know I'd refuse for that to happen. No human, demon, or being in general will cause any harm to me. So please, don't worry about me..." He whispered, rubbing my back slightly.

"Darling, Don't I always return home safe?" Muzan asked, looking at me, I stared back at him and nodded.

"Yes.."

"Exactly, so please, try to stop worrying about me. You're getting too stressed from worrying in general... What you should focus on is taking care of yourself. Can you do that for me?" Muzan asked me as he kept playing with my hair, I smiled softly at him and nodded once again.

"Good... Let's start with getting you to sleep. I plan on taking you out tomorrow, we can't have you falling asleep." He said with a smile, I closed my eyes and ever so slowly fell asleep to the sound of my partners heartbeat.

"Goodnight love."

already wrote this once but tumblr deleted it so second time’s the charm I guess

when or if I started shipping it.

I didn’t particularly ship them on my first reading, through I did enjoy their dynamic. I didn’t really ship percabeth either, my first ship was actually Rachabeth (which I still adore btw) cause shipping the two rivals in a love trinagle together is superior. Then as I joined the fandom I started thinking and reflecting about their relationship more and more and slowly started realizing just how perfect they were for each other. My passion for them grew as I had to defend them more and more against annoying percabeth stans and those interactions also made me lose any enjoyment I got from romantic percabeth (that and heroes of olympus)

And now here we are.

my thoughts:

They’re perfect together and should’ve been endgame.

What makes me happy about them:

Literally everything. I love their dynamic and how good they are together, the banter, their humor and the way they act as each others’ anchors for their respective worlds.

What makes me sad about them:

That they’re so underappreciated.

This is a really hard question but I’ll answer it the best I can.

Rachel is obviously a famous artist/activist and Percy is her muse/trophy husband. They obviously got eloped, you know these guys don’t have the time to plan a real wedding. They did have a couple of guests, tho, I think Percy would rather die than not have Sally at his wedding. I don’t know about kids but Percy has expressed a desire for them in the future so I guess they can have a couple of those.

I just want them to be happy, alive and together.

How long have you been stanning for - I started watching in 2012 and stopped watching after I finally watched s8 on boxset, around 2013/2014 sometime? (I *begged* my dad to take me to Walmart so I could buy it the day it was released) and after binging the whole thing I just... thought it sucked really bad....and started to fall out of the fandom. 2020 slingshotted me back into old obsessions though. Favorite Sam era - sam is my baby in every single season BUT hence the URL, i love bitchy sanctimonious grieving psychic awakening sam from s1 SO much. baby faced coconut head bangs king <3

Favorite spn season, but if the only criteria was Sam’s hair - season 2 or 3 definitely. he has a rough patch while it’s growing out for a couple seasons and it finally looks good again in like, season 11, but peak sam is short haired sam. he looks like a lesbian and i love it for him <3

Favorite Sam-centric episode - does croatoan count??? that’s an absolute banger of an episode from start to finish....the codependency....the crying....i love everything about it. if that doesn’t count tho then born under a bad sign, jared is SO good at acting unhinged. honorable mention to playthings, the greatest episode of all time (jirt)

You must have some intense headcanons you need to talk about, tell me one Sam hc that drives you insane - in the spn that lives in my head, sam is a lesbian so....that is my favorite headcanon i love to imagine lesbian sam struggling to put up with misogynistic dean and his femaleness/homosexuality heavily contributing to her feeling of being unclean and fundamentally wrong/sinful. in terms of headcanons that fit the actual show i love how multifaceted we know sam to be, even though we see so little of it on screen -- he’s smart and nerdy but into health and fitness and is kind and compassionate, likes children and animals, etc. when dean dies and sam settles down with his family, he gets & trains a therapy dog (that looks a lot like riot who he had to leave behind with amelia) and takes it to help sick kids in the hospital <3 ALSO after leaving the hunting life he becomes a nurse since he’s basically been a field medic since birth. oh and ALSO he loves to cross-stitch even though his ginormous hands make it hard <3 OK I AM DONE but i could definitely keep going. oh and btw he’s gay and his blurry wife was actually a man. dean jr is the biological son of a hunter that gets killed on a hunt. OK IM DONE FOR REAL

Tell me something about the hbo Sam that lives in your brain - i’m gonna be honest i’ve never seen hbo in my life so i don’t really want to say anything inaccurate but i wish in a more gritty or grimdark version of spn sam’s mental illnesses and his suicidality, disordered eating, etc would have more screentime.

Oh no, the writers forgot to give Jess a personality! Now it’s up to you. Tell me, what was Jess like - I feel like jess was the epitome of an all-american girl. I bet she was raised solidly upper-middle-class with two parents who loved her and had respectable jobs. she has a sister who lives in a different state who she is close with but in a normal way. and part of what sam adores about her is she’s just so...Normal...she’s like his embodiment of his ultimate fantasy and desire to live the American dream. i feel like that’s exactly why demon brady introduces her to sam, because he knows she is sam’s perfect fantasy of an apple pie life. And despite being so Normal she’s supportive, kind, insanely witty, and sees through sam’s defenses and deflections instantly. she knows there is something Wrong About His Life and doesn’t care. even if he can’t tell her the truth about his childhood he knows she would believe and love him if he could tell her, and he loves that about her. she pushes him outside his comfort zone a little bit to make him enjoy college a little bit more and always beats him at any game they try and play. i miss jess and i hope she and sam get to reunite in heaven!!!!

)Biggest injustice Supernatural committed against Sam (be as brief or as ranty as you desire) - i’ve only watched up through the first part of s11 so i don’t know what else bullshit will happen in the course of the show, but as of right now I would say gadreel possession. sam was ready to give up his life to shut the gates of hell and dean stopped him, had gadreel take his form to trick sam into agreeing to be possessed, and then lied/gaslit/emotionally abused sam about it for weeks (months?) and gets extremely upset when sam has the gall to be mad about it. after how much he has suffered being a vessel for lucifer, for having no autonomy over his life at all, this was just so cruel of dean and i’m so mad that the show never lets him get really fucking mad about it!

And finally, just say something about him that makes you smile ♥ - he has so much faith in everything and everyone despite how hard his life has been and how much he has been punished for his faith repeatedly throughout his life. he is a good man who will give himself up for others or the greater good in an instant. and he looks like a very huggable puppy despite being extremely muscular <3 sam is my ultimate comfort character.

I worry a lot about how Hilda’s dad will be handled.... he is never mentioned by hilda or johanna, except for being implied in the mountain king comic by something hilda said. he’s in no family pictures. if he is alive he is not there for hilda at all. even if he died before hilda was born, why no mention of him? it feels like he’s not meant to be a part of the story. And I just... love Hilda and Joanna’s dynamic.... And I want Joanna to have development w/o Hilda’s dad involved....

And as a lesbian, there is something special about single mom characters with no mention of the father in the story. So yeah, I am biased I guess.... but still, I wish if he was going to be important there was hints or any kind of build up to it from the beginning. (also even if Johanna is bi, which is valid, I still prefer the story as is without Hilda’s dad jfgdgjgjfrgj) Also, thank you so much for reading these anons.... I wholeheartedly agree with you. I remember before I began shipping sketchbook, I used to think Hilda’s dad would be a sailor, because there’s a lot of boat imagery in their house. But looking back, that really would be bad foreshadowing. Taking in consideration season 1, there’s nothing to link back to a father. For this reason, in my humble opinion, the appearance of a father in season two would only serve the purpose of shock value. And I’m really hoping that Hilda (the cartoon, not the character ncncbcncncjbckxbxn) is better than that.

One of my most common thoughts about season 2 is that I don’t want the librarian’s character development to revolve around a man, but I had never thought about the same happening to Johanna. Now that you mention it, if a father is included, it... really might happen. And it’s such a bad prospect. Johanna is one of the characters I want to see more of, and there’s SO MUCH to develop and explore with her character.

As for being biased... me too bitch, the fuck

Lmao okay, you’re in wlw zone here, my friend. There is something SO SPECIAL about a single mum with no mention of a father. I personally headcanon Johanna as bi, but for the reasons that were discussed above, I really wouldn’t like for a male character to pop up as her love interest, even as a former one. I may be as biased as you, but like... we’re from an under represented group, and we saw the chance to relate and project onto a character. To have that taken from us by bad writing would be really sad, and there’s no shame in being worried about how that will be handled. In fact, you can be sure you’re not the only one who is. I can assure you that I am too.

All that being said, I imagine this ask was sent because of the Bellkeeper? I mean, it isn’t related to him, but all the wlw Johanna stans have become a little uneasy because of this guy, so maybe you were encouraged to send the asks because the bell guy made you all “ugh” as well. If that’s the case, my friend (doesn’t even watch Hilda, just listens to my bs like a real angel lmao) pointed something really interesting out! Usually, shows make love interests have contrasting colours, and Johanna and Mr. Bell have the same colour pallete. So I think that may be a reason not to worry! My money is on them being related.

But whatever happens, you can rest assured that there will always be place for our sapphic Johanna headcanons in the fandom. She’s a character that matters a lot to us, and if we see ourselves in her, not even canon can really take that away from us. We have a nice, supportive little community over here, and even if we don’t like how the situation is handled on the show, hey, that’s what fix-it fic is for 😅
