no but i love the idea that at one point mary and stede start sharing the kids.

Just like. once a month, Alma and Louis go spend one week with Stede and Ed. It's supposed to be safe, like in one week they can't go far, but then anything goes at sea. They got attacked twice. It's a shared agreement to not tell Doug and Mary. Alma starts idolizing Jim because they're so cool. Louis has the whole crew melting and spoiling him. When she's 12, Alma enters a pirate phase and yes, Mary gives a look at Stede "You realize this is because of you, right?" "Yes, sorry" (he's not. he's ecstatic. his heart breaks when at 13 Alma finds pirates are lame now). Meanwhile Louis is learning how to steal and where to stab a man between a cooking and sewing lesson. When he gets interested in fashion, Louis uses the crew as models, and everyone has to be nice and supportive even when he gets experimental. Stede has to stop the crew from teaching Alma how to cheat at poker. She still learns how to cheat at poker. Families of kids being mean to them will find themselves attacked by pirates when they first go on sea after it happened. Alma and Louis are unstoppable.

#love myself a group of supposed tough guys melting when kids are there #they are SO SPOILED #once they make a concert and invite dad 2 and dad 3 #as well as the whole crew #tears are shed at louis' piano solo. they're so proud. they cheer and half of them get kicked out #stede is in the kicked out ones. ed tell him what he missed.#(as if they didn't make a plan to try and see it anyway)#alma solo glute had less success but they are still very proud and the remaining half gets kicked out too #ed is having a lovely time inside with mary and doug #they all spend the afternoon together #when alma gets a girlfriend and introduces her to the crew ed tries to play the scary dad #alma says it's really not necessary #when louis opens up about how he doesn't have any interest in anyone they're all very supportive #(they help scaring away any potential suitors. when one stands her ground she gets a seal of approval)#(louis ends up marrying her. they're in a very happy arrangement and louis is actually good friend with some of her lovers)#even as alma and louis are older and ed and stede go on longer travels together they still take time to see each others every so often #they are STILL getting spoiled with gifts #one from everyone on the crew #ofmd #our flag means death

i dont get why ppl think u hafta listen to a band all the time to wear one of their shirts. like. i used to go to small local metal concerts for the fun of it and heading over to the merch stand to chat and get a shirt was always a nice way to show support, and taking something home from a concert as a memento is a good feeling. i dont think i hafta be a die-hard fan to give a lil support and wear a design i like?
