okay i'm gonna say it bc i'm literally so brave...

stoner sero but like. the most cute and wholesome one. his bong is always cleannn, he rolls his joints with rose petals and herbal blends and folds cute little shapes into the filters. he carries eyedrops and gum always, he puts ice in the bong for special occasions, or for the newbies... he's literally the best person ever to smoke with for the first time. he's got a jar-return situation going with his plug to reduce his single-use plastic waste, he will literally NEVER let somebody feel pressured to smoke if they don't want to, he makes sure to take breaks and to take care of his lungs...

ぞ | hmmm, TAKEMICHI would have the ability to see glimpses of the near future. if he were the protag of bnha, his story would be that he wasted the potential of his extremely useful quirk by choosing to live a plain, ordinary life without aspiring to become a hero. then something absolutely terrible happens, but he gets the opportunity to turn things around for himself and for everyone else, if he goes back in time and claims the rank of top hero and saves the world. op music starts playing and takemichi starts his hero's journey ☆☆☆

ぞ | MIKEY would have the ability to put people to sleep. not just sleep, actually, his quirk enables him to turn people's systems off and render them comatose. if we're talking side effects, he's just sleepy ♡♡ and falls asleep real quick when he gets tired. he's quiet, a little shady but also very sweet, and whether as a hero or a villain, he'd be super powerful and useful <33

ぞ | i'll do DRAKEN a favour and let him have his motorcycle body. he's a cyborg. like genos from one punch man !! he has to get his prosthetic limbs removed and maintained regularly, and needs oil changes LMAO. imagine being the mechanic that takes care of him though <33 or the scientist that creates new body parts and weapons for him.

ぞ | BAJI is like Four Arms from Ben 10 SKHFHKH, he's big and muscley and has four arms. the perfect person to turn to, when you need a good sukuna cosplay. by the time he graduates hero school, he stands at 6'10" ♡♡ and so popular with everyone. holds fan events and meets, is super fun and friendly, good with kids — and he never turns down those calls asking for help bec a cat got stuck in a tree and needs saving LMAO

ぞ | ok ok KAZUTORA would have blood iron manipulation. realistically, your blood doesnt have THAT much iron so this is leaning towards the fictional side — but yeah, he can control your blood (maybe the flow of it out of your body, after a slash?) via the iron in your blood cells. he would be a hero turned villain <33

ぞ | MITSUYA definitely works in the rescue division. he has restoration abilities. i'm not calling it regeneration because it doesnt work on living creatures or people. it works on non living formations and structures, like stone and all. he's one of the front liners of the rescue teams. they locate people trapped under fallen buildings and such, and then mitsuya carefully restores walls and pillars, fixes cracks in the ground, and creates a safe path to reach the people from. he's also really pretty, a good leader, and skilled at providing guidance and reassurance, so everyone has a lil crush on him <33

ぞ | PAH-CHIN would have super strength. he's a lil like sakura from naruto (are there other sakuras? bec i dont know lol) and he would work in rescue, too, but in the opposite way that mitsuya does, i guess. he breaks down obstructing structures like walls and rubble, and paves way towards the people in need of saving.

ok that's takemichi + the toman ot6 but let me think of some more.

ぞ | of course KISAKI has an intelligence quirk. his ability allows him to make foolproof, precise plans that lead him straight to his goal— the catch being that they're only arranged according to his heart's desire. every step of his vision has to be followed out thoroughly to completion, to reach the end goal. however, some steps are incredibly self indulgent (step four: kill takemichi. LMAO) therefore, he's a loner at work, and more of an anti hero type. he does what he wants, how he wants, by himself. unless he met someone that was fine with doing things all his way <3

ぞ | HANMA can speak to the dead. if you come to him with enough grief and longing in your heart, for someone that's dead, he can summon their soul by channeling the power of your longing, and bring their spirit back to the edge of life for a short period of time. he would be a villain with a tragic backstory that's only revealed much later — and he works as the recruiter for his organization, by scouting people with useful quirks that have lost loved ones. "hey kid, if you do this for me and my boss, i'll let you see your sister one last time." that typa beat.

ぞ | i feel like SANZU would have some sort of energy absorption quirk. he absorbs fear. growing up, he was timid and more afraid of others than others were afraid of him, so his quirk was kept in check. however, once he joined the villains' side, he became ruthless — his gruesome murders, skilled escapes and endless number of successful heists make him his organization's beloved poster boy (which honestly only helps people to recognize and therefore fear him even more u_u).

ぞ | SENJU has a camouflage quirk. she's able to change her body to match the colours of whatever she places both her hands against — and therefore, she's part of almost every stealth mission the heroes carry out. she's leader of her division, and gets invited to a lot of workshops and expos — she's got a million fans, and the bnha universe twitter is full of senju stan accounts i just know it !!

ぞ | KOKONOI has charmspeak. it fits him really well — he's an excellent talker, silver tongued to begin with, so when he applies his quirk and slides in, he's able to coax information out of anyone he wants, and get his way no matter what the circumstances. he would've considered being a hero as a kid, but then he gets strung into a villain organization, where he decides to stay.

ぞ | if i mention koko i must mention INUI, who has a shielding ability. he's able to reflect the effect of quirks off him to some extent, giving him some level of immunity to quirk based attacks — and he uses this alongside physical shields provided to him by the hero association's weapon devs, to be both a physical and a mental shield to himself and any one he partners up with.

No one asked for these, but here is my general BNHA headcanons:

- Class 1A likes to watch RuPauls Drag Race together as well as Trixie Mattel and Katya’s show on YouTube. They even like to joke that Aizawa and Mic are literally just Trixie and Katya respectively (unbeknownst to them, both Aizawa and Mic are avid Drag Race watchers themselves and fully accepted that they embody the two drag queens)

- Sero and Uraraka are besties I don’t make the rules. They speak Spanish in front of each other (this becomes relevant later)

- Present Mic can and will sing Brittney Spears at any chance he gets. If they’re listening to music, they’re lip syncing. If they are at karaoke, they’re most definitely singing “Kill the Lights” or “Piece of Me” I don’t make the rules.

- (Ok this is kinda an AU but it might as well be cannon if a certain death didn’t happen) All Might, Nighteye, and Dave are also besties. Anytime Dave comes to Japan, All Might and Nighteye take him to many places so that Dave can experience Japanese culture. They even host parties so that Dave can interact with the other pro heroes. Lmao it’s at these parties that the heroes learn about staples of American culture such as the Cha Cha Slide, the Cupid Shuffle, and the Macarena.

- I have a lot of head cannons about the nationalities/backgrounds of certain characters, so to list a few:

Present Mic is Japanese-Italian (Mom is Italian). They are fluent in Italian because they totally would know more than just Japanese and English I feel it in my bones.

Sero is Colombian-Japanese (Mom is Colombian). In my head, Sero was born in Colombia then immigrated to Japan after his Mom passed away when he was like 13.

Uraraka is Japanese-Mexican I can feel it in my bones again. Her dad is Mexican, but took his wife’s last name when they got married.

Satō is Greek. I have no real reason for this I just saw someone else have this hc and it has been in my head rent free ever since.

Nighteye is Vietnamese-Japanese, born in Vietnam and is fluent in both languages. It just resonates with me.

Edgeshot is Thai-Japanese. It also just resonates with me. He was born in Thailand and is fluent in both languages.

Tamaki is Japanese-Hawaiian, born in Japan to a Japanese father and a Hawaiian mother.

- Every pro hero came to Aizawa and Mic’s wedding. Even Endeavor, who was forced to attend for good publicity or something idk. Aizawa wore a tux and Mic wore a wedding dress that had a mermaid cut at the bottom and lace sleeves that went off the shoulder (can you tell I thought long and hard for this one hc lmao). Everyone cried, including Aizawa and Mic’s parents. Years after the wedding, Aizawa is the one to show Class 1A the wedding pictures after some pestering from them after he lets it slip that they are together.

- This one is random as hell, but Mic, Aizawa, Midnight, All Might, Nighteye, Jeanist, Edgeshot, Hawks, and Miruko all meet up for game night occasionally. A lot of inside jokes get created as a result. (Such a random ass group but I saw it in a dream once and couldn’t stop thinking about it).

Tamaki is a very shy person. We know this. We've seen how he acts in public. He hides behind Mirio and asks Mirio to do all the talking and stuff. He's the same way with you.

He obviously is a cuddlebug. He's just too shy to admit it. He will start getting more comfortable the further into the relationship you get.

He gets nervous when out in public with you. Not that he's ashamed of liking boys. He's just afraid about the stares when you guys hold hands or when you give him a peck on the cheek all the :O faces he gets. He will put his head on your shoulder and just lay there until you reach where you're going. But he loves you and doesn't want to be with anyone else, but he could definitely go without all the stares.

If you find out what's making Tamaki so nervous, you will throw hands. Like things along the lines of: "What are you staring at? Have you never seen 2 boys love each other? We're not circus animals. Look the other way, Karen." He'll be thankful but with also be petrified.

Not that this has any backup, but I feel like he's extremely artistic. He loves to paint, specifically, oil painting. It is one of the hardest media's to use, and he is AMAZING at it. He loves getting praise for the paintings he...paints. and of course, when he shows you, you give so much love and praise, and for what he's created, he gets a little overwhelmed, and then you have to calm him down while mildly panicking.

Tamaki has some sensory issues. He doesn't like loud noises, which is the one that you can see in the show. Doesn't like fireworks or loud music or anything. So, there are no parties for Amajiki.

This boy loves taking baths, and I mean LOVES. Bath bombs are probably his favorite thing ever. His favorites are soft purple ones and the ones that smell like caramel and vanilla.

With the HC above this one, his favorite place to go is bath and body works or the candle section in Walmart. He definitely had like 50 candles. His dorm must smell amazing.

Tamaki has a fear of insects, but he loves butterflies and bees. My guy hates centipedes (same bro) and crickets. Or practically anything that jumps. Will runaway screaming if he sees a praying mantis. NEVER let this man around a spider he won't even be able to run away he'll pass the fuck out.

His favorite time of day is dusk and nighttime. He loves watching the sunset and mapping constellations he's great at astronomy. Bonus points if you're there. ^^

May I request either hcs or a short story about someone from bnha (whoever you think would be funniest/most interested) meeting a civilian who's quirk is basically just like one punch man, but their quirk manifested super late so by the time it happened they already knew they didn't want anything to do with hero/villain life and so they just kept their quirk a secret and they're just chilling with their regular degular life, probably being a cashier or something. The bright sun shone over the city, blinding through the windows of the shop that happened to be filled with no ane besides the worker and an elderly lady who was buying food for her cat. Swiping the pet food, the cashler hummed softly leming the music playing in the back fill their mine as the last item was scanned. The cashler smiled, "That'll be five fifty Miss. Miko."

"Ah here you go dear Y/n, keep the change," She handed over some cash. Y/n signed, handing the cash back, "Miss Miko, I can't accept a hundred dollars."

"Yes, you can take it as my tip for being an amazing cashier," She grinned, taking her bags and heading off. Y/n laughed, putting the money in the register, "Thank you for coming and I'll see you later Miss." Stopping their setnece the sound of someone coming through the door was heard, causing the young cashier to look up and see a man wearing all black with a mask over his head. He held a - painting it at the elderly women, "Give me all the money or this women dies."

"Miss Miko," Y/n blurted with widened eyes. The man screamed again, "Give me the money and set it on the ground."

"Fine, just leave her alone," Y/n mumbled, pulling the money out of the register and placing it on the floor. The man glanced down, "I know there's money in the back, bring that out as well."

"You want me to go alone?" Y/n questioned, about to head off. The man scoffed, "Don't doubt me, start walking I'll follow, keep your back turned as well." Nodding their head, Y/n raised their hands in the air and began walking, hearing the guys footsteps behind them. Y/n spoke, "Out of all the places to rob, you choose here. Bad luck I guess."

"What did you say?" The man snarled. Y/n smirked, "I'm just saying how it was bad luck that you choose to come to this convenience store instead of all of the other ones in this area."

"What do you mean?" The man wondered in a confused tone. Y/n shrugged, "Well anyone of this area knows that the heroes patrol around this time and it would be a shame if someone pressed the hero alert button alerting them that there was danger in this building."

"You bitch!" He cursed, ready to attack. Smirking at his reaction, Y/n spun around on their heels kicking the knife out of his hands causing it to slide onto the ground across the store. Y/n rushed over standing in front of the elderly women, "Are you alright Miss Miko?"

"Yes dear, but you should be careful yourself," She worried, staring at the man in front of them. Y/n glared, looking up at him, "You have five mintures to get out of here before the heroes come and deal with you themselves. Take the money on the ground and leave now."

"Screw you," He growled, pulling a gun out and aiming it at them. Y/n signed, stepping forward, "Really? You have a knife and a gun? Where are people getting all of these weapons from?"

"Stay back!" He shouted. Y/n rolled their eyes, "Or what? You're going to shoot me?" Swallowing harshly, he screamed, letting the-fire multiple times each missing the two in front of him except for one. He looked over seeing the cashier on the ground with a bullet in her head gushing out. He backed away, "No…"

"Jeez man, did you really have to shoot me in the head? LIke look at that, it's dead center," Y/n grumbled, sitting up and touching the wound on their head. The man shivered, backing away, "You… you're alive? How is that possible? I shot you in the head! How are you alive!"

"I ask myself that as well, now where were we?" Y/n asked, mumbling to themselves, "Oh yea, I was about to throw you out at that window." Widening his eyes, the man tilted his head not realzing what was happening till the sound of glass shattering was heard and everything went blank. Miss. Miko rushed over dabbing the wund on the cashiers head, "You're bleeding sweetheart."

"Hm oh yea, I'll be fine just have to heal myself and-" Y/n started before the sound of the covience doors slamming open were heard. A boy with green fluffy hair rushed in, "I am here!"

"Um, who are you?" Y/n asked in a confused tone. He smiled, "My name is Deku and I'm here to help- oh my god you were shot in the head! We need to get you to the hospital!" Shaking their head, Y/n tried to explain their quirk and that everything was alright but was once again cut off by the sound of explosions. A boy with ash blonde hair walked in with sparks coming out of his hand, "Who else do I have to beat up?"

"No one, I had it all under control," Y/n stated, but stopped when the hands of the green haired boy were felt. Deku rambled, "You still have a pulse and it doesn't look like a lot of blood was lost. I'll call the hostpial and send an ambulance over."

"No that won't be neccessary," Y/n started. The ash blonde huffed, "You idiot, they'll take forever. I'll fly over and then we can deal with this."

"No there's no need," Y/n tried to reassure. Watching the two argue, Y/n opened their mouth to speak when the sound of a large crash was heard and a sudden strange feeling was felt in their head. Deku cried out, "We killed them!"

"You're so stupid icyhot!" The ash blonde shouted. A new face spoke in a low tone, "Kaminari told me that zombles were real and you usually hit them in the head. This one must have been hit, but not fully dead. I was doing us a favor, Bakugo."

"I'm not a zombie," Y/n growled, rubing their head trying to crack it back into place. Screaming all three of them, jumped into each other's arms staring at the once dead figure that now was standing in front of them. Bakugo shoved his hand into their face, "Let me kill this zombie!"

"I'm not a zombiel" Y/n shouted, stomping their foot. Feeling the explosion, Y/n coughed out the smoke shooting a-glare at the three of them. Y/n spoke in an annoyed tone, "I'm not a zombie and I'm not dead."

"Then what are you?" Deku said.

"Anti-death quirk, they're unable to die from anything that is thrown their way and don't receive any pain or sickness," Endeavor explained, walking in with the elderly lady. Miss. Miko gave a thumbs up, "I filed your report Y/n, you're all cleared."

"Thanks Miss. Miko," Y/n took a deep breath, "Does that mean I can go home now? I got to deal with this bullet wound and I kinda need some peace and quiet."

"So you're not a zombie?" The red and white haired boy whispered. Y/n frowned, "Yes I'm not a zombie, now no more throwing things at me that makes me break my neck."

"Of course, if you don't mind, can I ask some questions? I would love to get to know your quirk some more," Deku exclaimed with stars in his eyes. Bakugo shoved him, "Stop being a nerd! Hey loser, you should train with me so I can try my most dangerous moves withou worrying about injuring someone."

"Are you sure you're not a zombie?"

"I'm not a zombie!" Y/n screamed, already done with the three boys.

Headcanons

When finding out about your quirk, he was amazed and wanted to know everything about it. He invited you out and pestered you with multiple questions filling in multiple pages of his notebook just about your quirk and the effects of someone who wasn't able to die.

He asked you to spare once and it totally shocked him when he tried to use one of his strong attacks and you jumped over it, doging the attack interly. He was also shocked when you landed a kick to his side causing him to fly into a nearby wall.

He's extremely shocked that you didn't become a hero knowing your quirk would have been good and would have made an excellent ability in missions. But, he respects your choices and supports your career path even if it continues with you working at a conscience store. On the bright side, you have a new customer that spends most of his money on foods that he likely won't eat

Didn't understand your quirk and didn't really care either. You were just some other nobody that was in his way of completing his goal, that all changed though when he watched you train with the nerd. After that moment, he demanded that you trained with him and let him throw his strong attacks at you and you complied.

Training with him was intense with him always pushing his limits just to get stronger, but he never realized it and it got worse when you barely broke a sweat. He throws everything he has at you and everytime you find some way to avoid his attacks never getting a single hit or blow on yourself. He never felt so much pain until be felt one of your attacks as you tackled him to the ground before he could throw another one of his explosions your way.

He doesn't care about your career choice, as long as you're not in his way he could care less. But, he wonders to himself sometimes why someone with your strengths didn't attempt the road so many with strong abilities took. You told him about your late quirk and he was confused, never having heard of someone getting their quirk so late, but he knew of Deku so it didn't shock him. He visits your convenience store when he's on his morning jogs or when he's done with training and every time he gets something random and always makes sure there's two of them so the two of you could share

He was so determined that you were a zombie and even convinced Kaminari that you were one, but the other two were quick to shut the theory down before it spreaded around school. It took him a while to talk to you again so sure that something strange was going on with you and he was always prepared for you to jump and try to get his brain.

He went to train with Deku when seeing you there and everything changed, leading to him freezing you into a giant piece of ice. He was proud of himself being able to stop you unlike the other two, but that confidence went away when you broke out of the ice and attacked him. He was surprised by your strength and skills, always finding your new moves amazing and well thought out

He didn't care much about your point of view with heroes, but he was thrilled to hear that you weren't a big fan of his father. The two of you grew closer from talking about his father and it got worse when be invited you to your house and you straight up insult his father in front of his family. The two of you were frineds after that and he spends the night at the convenience store when his father is around not wanting to deal with him.
