Menu Design in Europe and America. These were gifts from our wedding earlier this year. I couldn't believe it when I opened the Europe edition and our favourite menu ever was right there in front of me: from Salts Diner, at Salts Mill, where we went on one of our first dates. The menu was designed in 1993 by David Hockney.

Monsters by Christopher Dell
I bought this book on my first ever holiday with friends. We went to London and it was an adventure™. I've had this book on my shelves for years and only ever looked at the amazing collection of pictures, but never really sat down and read it. This book would definitely count as a coffee table book, it's made up of a lot of pictures and art from different places and times, and it's overall a really stunning object. The text portion of the book is a general reflection on monsters, both in mythology and folklore through the ages and different places in the world. Of course it's not an academic text, but I though it was a really nice starting point. It divides monsters different cathegories, talks about similar creatures of different cultures, and overall it can be a great starting point from further research. The only critique I have is that it wasn't curated that much on the editing of the text, because there were a couple of very sloppy typos in my edition. Nothing too serious, but it was very evident and it was surprising to see, plus it's an hardcover and I remember it not being that cheap so it would be better for it to be a little more curated. Aside from this very picky thing it's a nice book to have, and as I said it can be used as a starting point for further research since it mentiones a lot of creatures from all over the world.
I read this book for the one word title prompt of the winter reading challenge and for the non fiction prompt of the jumbo challenge.

Hello! I am hoping that you can help me out. Can you recommend coffee table, photo books of Princess Margaret? Thank You 💐
Hi Anonymous,
Perhaps our Royal fans can help you out here. *Signal boost* Please reblog with your recommendation(s), or leave a comment. I'll try to get back to Anony.
I'd also say take a look at Town and Country article: Five Books About Princess Margaret If You’re Obsessed With The Crown But they are more biographies.
If you're into more historical books, there's Princess Margaret's Wedding Book Hardcover Book by Neil Ferrier 1960 Coffee Table Book x
Sample the photos here.
There's also a more recent book that our friend over at The Snowdons @the-snowdons has just bought. The Crown in Vogue. It contains some photos of Margaret.
I've seen magazines online specials devoted to her fashion style. [x][x] But these are not books. Let us know how it goes. Hope you'll get some recommendations soon!
