#deadly detention au

you're well known to be a fantastic goyuu author. do you think you will ever write for other pairings in the jjk fandom, perhaps for itafushi?
Wait, hold up—
you're well known to be a fantastic goyuu author
I'M WHAT???
I'm...gonna be so normal about that. Yeah. Okay.
(I'm melting actually. Vox.exe has crashed.)
Re your question: My ao3 doesn't have any non-goyuu JJK fics for now, but I've written a few of them. All of them also have goyuu, so it's poly, typically V-types (e.g., goyuu and nanaita, but not nanago). You can find them here: chosoita+goyuu, nanaita+goyuu, sukuita+goyuu. Those links may not work on the mobile app though; you'd need to use a browser.
Re itafushi, I now have two ideas (more than the one it was when @thisdepravedsoul asked this question last month):
You know that new official art of Megumi? The magazine cover?
Tumblr media
That did things to me, so I outlined a fic where Yuuji sees Megumi like that post-mission, gets a little gropey, and they fuck in a haunted school or something, followed by goyuu where Gojou sees what was done to Megumi and comes to sample the goods (Yuuji). The other one involves Gojou dubconning Megumi until Yuuji finds them accidentally and then offering him to Yuuji (who's oblivious to the dubcon aspects).
I do have several more fics with non-goyuu ships planned/outlined. They all also have goyuu because that's my center of interest in JJK, and it's pretty rare for me to write more than one ship at all. Yuuji has so many interesting relationships that I can't help it. Here's the current list, sorted by ship:
On top of the usual goyuu warnings, CWs include incest, dubcon/noncon, and implied MCD. The ships discussed are nanaita and sukuita, but Choso/Yuuji, Kenjaku/Yuuji, and Higuruma/Yuuji are mentioned.
Nanaita (plus goyuu):
oldest story ever told (hold me till we both go cold): Yuuji has complicated sexual relationships with Nanami and Gojou that are on the verge of either imploding or becoming more when Shibuya happens.
and every step forward put a little more sword in your heart: No-Shibuya post-canon AU where Yuuji's been pining after Gojou for years, he and Nanami have drunken sex, and it escalates from there on all fronts.
out of my head, into the nature: Vampire AU where Yuuji resurrects after the detention center with vampiric features; Gojou's only too happy to lend a vein, and Nanami gets roped into it despite his better judgement.
blood, lust, and a holy war: Gojou's the devil and Nanami's the angel on Yuuji's shoulder, and he fucks them both. The size is a bit of an issue at first, but they make do.
saints just swimming in our sins again: Established goyuu and nanaita where Nanami gets deaged, Yuuji tries to keep his hands to himself, and Gojou works very hard to make sure teen!Nanami gets some TLC.
Sukuita (plus goyuu):
of all the deadly sins, he's lucky seven: Omegaverse with omega!Sukuna/alpha!Yuuji and alpha!Gojou/alpha!Yuuji where Sukuna yanks Yuuji into his inndate domain to ride out his heat, and Yuuji's body autopilots its way into Gojou's asshole.
what does the poem of a killer say when it's written in the blood of the prey: Gojou and Sukuna are both gods and Yuuji’s a dragon-human hybrid who semi-accidentally tumbles into both their beds, separately. Fifty shades of monsterfucking.
no psychotherapy will ever relieve the hunted needing: Modern reincarnation AU where Sukuna’s reborn as Yuuji’s younger brother, and it takes everything Yuuji has not to smother him in his bed; it escalates into something very different. Then Gojou’s thrown into the mix as Yuuji’s high school upperclassman.
one day, the only butterflies left will be in your chest (as you march towards your death, breathing your last breath): Apocalyptic post-canon AU where Gojou doesn't get unsealed, Sukuna plays cat and mouse with everyone until only Yuuji's left, and they hate-fuck while Yuuji guards a weakening Prison Realm.
There are also a few others featuring Choso/Yuuji, Kenjaku/Yuuji, and Higuruma/Yuuji, one each for all three ships, but the bulk of my goyuu-plus ideas are nanaita and sukuita.

“Detention it’ll be, Mr Hwang,” the potion professor glared, superficially rubbing his robes from nonexistent dust.
“But professor, I didn’t do it on purpose!”
“Maybe if you cared more about your surroundings… The kitchen, tomorrow after your last classes. And ten points deducted.”
“Isn’t that a little unfair?” pleaded Hyunjin.
“Complain again and I’ll double the points.” With a last deadly look, the professor went on his way and the Gryffindor ran to Quidditch practice. “Don’t run if you don’t want another detention!”
Hyunjin obliged and walked until the professor was out of sight. Then, he sprinted like his life depended on it. Arriving at the pitch, he put on his Quidditch robes, took his broom and joined his teammates in five minutes chrono.
“Sorry I’m late, I was going so fast that I slipped and hit an armor, and it made a sword fly in the air right on…”
“Hyunjin,” started Chan, the captain.
“Sorry, sorry.”
“Wait, I want to know if the sword flew on someone,” said Chan’s best friend and chaser.
“Yeah, the potion professor. I quickly pulled out my wand though and stopped it right before it hit him. I got detention anyway, in the kitchen tomorrow.”
“It’s alright, we don’t have practice tomorrow. Good luck, I heard from Felix that Pitts isn’t happy these days.”
“Thank you for your concern,” pouted the younger before leaving the ground.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
“It’s the third time this month that you forget your homework, Y/N Yoo. I’ll have to deduct five points from you and give you detention.”
“I understand and I’m sorry, professor,” you said as you looked down, rubbing your wrist.
“You can apologize to your House as well, tsk,” you heard a fellow Ravenclaw mutter behind you.
Lia, your friend and classmate, shook your arm gently to reassure you while glaring at the student.
She proposed many times to help you manage your homework and you thought that today was the final cue to accept. Damn your forgetfulness.
At the end of class, the herbology professor said your detention would be the next day after class, in the kitchen.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
Hyunjin was drained from practice, he sprawled on the couch after a hot shower and a second later, Heejin, one of his classmates, sat elegantly next to him.
“Hyunjin, want to help me on my defence against the dark arts homework? I’m really bad at it.”
Hyunjin couldn't see all the efforts Heejin put in getting attention out of the boy. It wasn't his fault he wasn't interested. Nor was it his fault she wouldn't back down on her own. He just let her be.
“Same here, you should ask someone else. Eric, for example,” he answered without opening his eyes. Eric was one of his closest friends in Gryffindor.
“Then what about we go out after classes tomorrow? We could go to Hogsmea-”
“I got detention, won’t be able to.”
“Oh, that’s too bad. Then I’ll get detention too, to spend time with you!”
Hyunjin finally opened his eyes and looked at Heejin in disbelief. She was, on the other hand, smiling innocently and feeling happy he would show some kind of attention to her.
“Why would you… get detention on purpose…? Those are awful…”
“I can take it, don’t worry about me,” she winked and as she got up to leave, she flipped her hair.
Hyunjin could only frown but eventually believed she wasn’t serious and relaxed against the couch, his homework could wait a few more minutes.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
The next day, Hyunjin and Heejin got out of class at the same time.
“Let’s go to detention together!” she excitedly said as she tried to take his arm in hers but failed miserably because they were going different ways. “Where are you going?”
“The kitchen.”
Her face dropped. “What? I have to polish the trophy room, oh my god.”
“Isn’t the caretaker the one that oversees this detention? You better run if you don’t want to be late.” Hyunjin left, fearing to be late himself while Heejin cursed under her breath.
It goes without saying that she spent a terrible time polishing countless awards and trophies without magic along with a few other students.
You were slowly walking to the kitchen like a condemned, not looking where you were going, so you bumped into a taller frame two meters from the kitchen doors —meaning you walked past it. You lost your balance and almost fell over but Hyunjin caught your arms and helped you steady.
“I’m sorry, I wasn’t looking straight,” you apologized looking at the person. Realizing it was Hyunjin, your eyes widened, you quickly freed yourself from his hold and entered the kitchen right away, but not without hearing him chuckle. There were two other students already.
“New students for tonight. Two of you can wash the floor while the other two make sandwiches,” Pitts, the house-elf responsible for the kitchen, ordered. The Gryffindor and the Slytherin rushed to the tables to start making sandwiches but got stopped by a yelling Pitts. “Wash your hands first!”
Hyunjin and you shared a glance, silently judging the students that unfairly chose for you, in your opinion.
A smiling house-elf came to you and Hyunjin with mops and buckets full of water and cleaning products. “You can use these, try not to wash too close to the fire over there, another student did that two days ago and put it out. Pitts wasn’t pleased at all.”
“Thank you,” you shot him a smile and went at the end of the place to start away, doing it as neat as you could.
“Then I’ll do the other side,” whispered Hyunjin to himself. He didn’t really know how to clean efficiently, but he did his best, tripping a few times.
While you were almost done an hour later, you realized Hyunjin was not even in the middle and three house-elves were on the floor, massaging their butts. The other students changed tables and went to your area of cleaning to avoid their shoes from being soaked. He kept apologizing to everyone but also didn’t stop his mistake. You quickly finished your part and joined him on the dry part of the floor, behind him.
“Hyunjin,” you called and watched him get startled with an apologetic smile, “you’re putting too much water, it’s never going to dry.”
“I’m sorry, I’ve never done this before.”
“It’s alright,” you assured. You didn’t learn any spell that could do the trick —yet— but you knew house-elves could do a lot. “Can you dry out this area, please?” you asked a house-elf next to you who happily obliged. “Thank you!” You turned to Hyunjin. “So, you need to wring it first before washing the floor, like that.” You showed him how it was done and he thanked you four times in a row.
“You’re welcome, I wasn’t expecting an ace of Quidditch to know that anyway.”
He was taken aback by your remark, not really understanding what Quidditch had to do with his lack of cleaning knowledge. He felt like you were nicer to the house-elves than himself and he found it intriguing.
“I get that you’re judging me from my popularity, a lot of people do, but—”
“Popularity? You think you’re popular?” you asked, crossing your arms and raising an eyebrow.
“Wait, wrong choice of word. I meant reputation.” You slowly nodded, motioning for him to continue. “Anyway, don’t let my reputation cloud your judgment about me, please.”
“Why do you care what I think about you?” You were confused now and uncrossed your arms.
“I—” he blushed, embarrassed. “I don’t know, you seem cool and I’d like to be your friend?”
It was your turn to be taken aback, never would you have thought this would happen.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
Your back was sore from all the moping you had to do —the kitchen had the same dimensions as the Great Hall so it was really huge. You complained to Lia, who half listened and half focused on her homework. You were seated at a table in your common room.
“Do you need help for your potion homework? I just finished it. We also have to write two parchments on how to take care of a kneazle for care of magical creatures.”
You sighed loudly. “What would I do without you?”
“You could start by buying a planner and note your homework on it. Then do them.”
“Nope. I prefer having you,” you smiled tiredly.
The 7th year keeper of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team entered the common room, spotted you and came to kiss your forehead.
“Hi sugarplum. How are you? You look tired.”
“I am, I got detention in the kitchen for forgetting my homework thrice.”
“Could have been easily prevented, then, huh? Please do your homework properly. I’m sorry Lia,” he added.
“Oh, it’s alright, don’t worry,” she blushed. “I can do that for my best friend.”
“Okay, dad,” you put your thumb up, eyes half closed.
“Big brother would be enough,” he laughed and left you to join his friends.
“Taeyang is so sweet, you’re so lucky to have a brother like him. Plus he’s really handsome.”
“Wipe your saliva before anyone notices,” you mocked as you got a closer look at your homework. You decided that you won’t be forgetting to do your homework anymore, it was too tiring.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
Eric sat next to Hyunjin in the Great Hall during dinner.
“I metamorphosed some library books into crows and the librarian didn’t find it as funny as me. I got detention with Heejin, we had to polish silver without magic. She was mad. She kept muttering she got detention for nothing because you weren’t even there.”
“Well that’s a good thing I wasn’t seeing your fingers.” They were full of bandages.
“Oh, that? No, it’s from the fanged flyers I sent in the courtyard earlier. They’re not easy to stop.”
Hyunjin shook his head and chuckled. “You’re unbelievable. Aren’t you tired of getting detention?”
“I’m having fun so it’s worth it. By the way, how was yours?”
“I learned how to mop the floor and Y/N was there.”
“Y/N? They’re from Ravenclaw, right?” Hyunjin nodded. “Did you talk?”
“Yeah, I asked them if we could become friends.”
Eric gasped dramatically. “What did they say?”
“Yes,” he rolled his eyes at his friend’s mocking behavior. “Eat your chicken and french fries before they disappear.”
Heejin, who wasn’t that far from the two friends, heard it all and wasn’t pleased by the news. She searched for you at your table and decided to put an end to this nonsense, starting by trying to burn a hole on your head —from the intense staring.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
You loved transfiguration, the art was beautiful and you appreciated your accomplishments after putting lots of effort into them, because it wasn’t easy, at all.
No matter how hard you were focusing on the hedgehog in front of you, you couldn’t make it into an acceptable pincushion. Yours still had the hedgehog’s spines while Lia's next to you, still had feet and even tried to flee. Both of you used the reparifarge spell and kept trying. At the end of class, Lia managed to make a perfect pincushion while you were… getting there.
“Hyunjin,” called your professor, “would you please tutor Y/N?” Hearing your name, you looked at her with wide eyes. Were you this bad? “I’m sorry,” she said to you,” but I’m afraid you won’t pass the exams if you can’t do this after a week.” By that, she meant three hours of class.
Hyunjin stopped next to you without you noticing, smiling and waiting for you to start packing your stuff. “I’ll do it professor.”
“Professor! I have trouble transfiguring this as well, could Hyunjin help me too?” you heard Heejin ask from the back of the room. Lia and Eric rolled their eyes in unison.
“How inconsiderate must you be to want your classmate to tutor two people at the same time? Chaewon, would you please tutor Heejin?” The Ravenclaw agreed with a smile and you got out of class with the hedgehog in your hands, avoiding Heejin’s glare, Hyunjin and Lia beside you.
“Do you want to practice now? Or after lunch?” As if to answer his question, Lia’s stomach growled. You were hungry as well.
“Let’s eat first and meet up in the courtyard,” you proposed.
“Good idea, I’m starving,” said Eric as he put an arm around Hyunjin’s shoulders. He shot Lia his best smile, which she answered with a smirk, before taking your arm and walking to the Great Hall, the boys following.
The hedgehog sleeping in your robe’s pocket, you were eating in front of Lia on the Ravenclaw table.
“Oh my god, she’s at it again,” she grumbled.
You followed her gaze and turned around to see Heejin next to Hyunjin, clearly overstepping his personal space. Eric’s smile, on the other side of his friend, was gone and he looked upset. Hyunjin was just ignoring her, trying to eat and talk to Eric.
You preferred focusing on your plate and that was the moment Jeongin chose to push Heejin gently and sit at her place. She was about to protest but one look from the 3rd year Gryffindor closed her mouth.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
Lia and Eric went their way to let you and Hyunjin practice in peace.
“Do you have the image of the pincushion in your head?” You nodded. “Okay, try.”
You did, and the pincushion had a head.
“Damn it,” you cursed.
Hyunjin used reparifagex right away. “It’s alright, it took me a while too.”
Yeah, like an hour, you thought.
“Your wand movement seems a bit off, can you show me again?” You nodded and tried again, without using the spell. “Hm. Can I?”
“Sure.” Hyunjin moved so he was behind you, putting his hand over yours. His hand was warm, enveloping yours perfectly. It felt like the movements he made were fine, elegant even, compared to the ones you did earlier. “I think I got it,” you smiled, turning to him.
Hyunjin let go of you with a nod, watching you try yet again. The pincushion was perfect, fancy color and neat sewing. “Yes! You did it!”
“It’s all thanks to you,” you said, trying a few more times to turn the hedgehog into a pincushion, just to be sure you mastered it.
“It’s my pleasure.”
You thought accomplishing this was enough for the professor but no, she wanted Hyunjin to keep tutoring you until the end of term.
“I’m so sorry, I’m going to be such a burden,” you whined as you got out of class, massaging your temple with two fingers.
“Not at all, we get to spend time together.” You looked at each other and shyly smiled.
Your friends, in the back, were smirking at the sight.
“Soon,” Eric whispered to Lia and she nodded.
“I don’t think so,” whispered Heejin from behind them. If looks could kill…
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
The next day after dinner, you were in your common room, doing your homework with Lia as usual. An owl entered by an opened window and landed on your shoulder. You recognized Soren, Hyunjin’s owl, for seeing her a few times delivering him posts on mornings. She lifted her talon so you could take the letter and after doing so, she affectionately nibbled on your ear before leaving.
You opened the letter. It was short and, as expected, from Hyunjin.
Y/N,
Would you meet me in the courtyard right now? I know it’s late and you might have other things to do— but I have something to tell you. I hope you’ll come.
Hyunjin
“Are you going?” asked Lia after reading the letter from above your shoulder.
“Yeah, I’m not turning down on Hyunjin,” you started, putting your stuff in your bag. “See you later,” you waved at your friend and left the common room to go to the courtyard.
Once there, however, Hyunjin was nowhere to be seen. Instead, you were greeted by Heejin, arms crossed, a disgusted look on her face.
“I can’t believe you came. What do you think he would say to you?”
You were annoyed to be deranged by her of all people. And for what? You never did anything to her. Your eyes rested on her bandaged fingers.
“What did you do to your fingers?” you asked, ignoring her previous question.
“This damn owl didn’t want to deliver my letter at first, she attacked me,” she said, clearly annoyed and you suppressed a laugh. “Anyway, stay away from Hyunjin. He’s too good for you.”
“You don’t know me but okay, is that all?”
Maybe you shouldn’t have been this disinterested by what she had to say— or she had planned to do it anyway, but the moment you turned around to go, she casted a hex on you.
“Colloshoo!” Your shoes stuck to the ground, you couldn’t move anymore. “Now you just need to wait for a professor,” she chuckled. Did she think you were this dumb?
I mean, you had a hard time in transfiguration, yes, but you were really good at charms.
You put out your wand and pointed to your shoes. “Finite Incantatem.” The effect of her hex got removed and you turned to face her. “I think you’ll need more than that to stop me.”
She sighed deeply and ultimately prepared for a duel. “Don’t chicken out now.”
“Just because I’m not a Gryffindor doesn’t mean I’m a coward. Langlock!”
Her tongue glued itself to the roof of her mouth, making her unable to speak. She clutched at her throat and ran away quickly. You decided to go back to your homework when you saw Heejin talking to the potion professor in one of the hallways. You couldn’t avoid them so you waited for them to come to you.
“And she just attacked me behind my back!” Heejin was smiling behind the professor but you still had her panicked face in mind when she couldn’t open her mouth.
“Y/N Yoo, did you just attack Miss Jeon?” he asked.
“Do you want to hear my side of the story or are you going to believe her lies?”
“I don’t have time for your little games, Yoo, I’m going to give you detention for attacking another student and wandering in the castle at night.”
“She sent me an owl asking me to come here, then used Colloshoo on me, and I get detention?”
“Maybe you should have stayed in your common room. Jeon, you’ll get detention for the same reasons.” If that was the only semblance of justice you were getting, you were going to accept it.
“What?” Heejin was not having it, though.
“But I won’t give you the same detention. Jeon, you’ll pickle rats’ brains in the dungeons tomorrow after class while Yoo, I heard the Hospital Wing needed hands to clean out the bedpans so you’ll do that.”
“Yes, professor.” The least you wanted to do was stay with these two so you rapidly went back to your common room, hearing Heejin’s protests in the distance. She probably got more trouble.
“How was it?” enquired Lia the moment you entered.
“Turns out it was Heejin wanting me to stop seeing Hyunjin.”
“What?! Where is she? I’m going to—”
“She complained to the potion professor —of all professors— and we both got detention. You better stay here.”
“What happened?”
You explained everything and she seemed really mad. “I wonder if she doesn’t have a rat’s brain,” was all she could mutter with clenched teeth.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
At the Hospital Wing for your detention, you found Hyunjin already there.
“Hyunjin?” you called.
“Y/N? Are you hurt?” His eyes widened at your sight and he ran to you.
“No, why would I be?”
“It’s the Hospital Wing, generally students come here when they need to,” he laughed.
“I have detention,” you pouted.
“Ah, me too. Eric used dungbombs in the toilets of the first floor and I happened to be there with him.”
“It sucks, I’m sorry. He seems to enjoy it though.” You started cleaning out the bedpans with him under the vigilant gaze of the school’s nurse.
“Trust me, he does! So, why are you here?” After you narrated yesterday’s events, he opened his mouth —only to close it a few moments later.
“No way… I’ll talk to her, I’m so sorry. This is embarrassing, she’s not even my friend.”
“It’s okay, I know how to take care of myself,” you winked, which reassured him a little.
“But… What she did isn’t okay, if only just the fact she used Soren, my precious owl…”
“She’s really sweet by the way,” you smiled at the souvenir of his owl’s affectionate behavior towards you.
Heejin wasn’t in neither of your mouths for the remaining hours in detention, preferring talking about the things you had in common and made you both smile.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
Hyunjin did keep his promise, because the second Heejin went to see him in their common room, all smooth and smiling, he confronted her.
“Hi Hyunj-”
“We need to talk.” His voice was firm, his face closed.
Heejin acted confused and worried, putting one of her hands on his arm. “What’s wrong?”
“Let’s talk privately,” he continued, leaving the common room to go in the nearest empty hallway, Heejin right behind him. “What you did to Y/N was so wrong, and don’t get me started on Soren.”
Heejin’s expression changed at your mention, of course you told him, what a snitch. “It’s not what you think,” she pleaded.
“And what am I thinking?”
“I— she attacked me first!” she tried.
He sighed exasperatedly. “I’m in no place to tell you what to do but it’s in your best interest to stay away from Y/N, Soren and me, from now on. If you could stop obsessing over me, it would be cool too. Please, wake up and stop trying to get me to like you, I won’t. I can't. I like someone else.”
He was about to leave when Heejin grabbed his arm. “It’s Y/N, isn’t it?” she rolled her eyes in annoyance. “They came out of nowhere and stole your heart just like that, while I was there from the beginning and gave you everything.”
“I’m sorry, but you were suffocating me. I don’t think that’s love.”
She stared at him for a while then finally let him go, looking down. “I— I understand. I’m sorry for hurting you.”
Hyunjin smiled. “I forgive you, and Y/N and Soren deserve an apology too.”
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
The next day, Heejin came to you as you were going to a tutor lesson with Hyunjin.
“Y/N, can I talk to you?” she blushed in embarrassment.
“Are you going to hex me if I refuse?” you raised an eyebrow. She shook her head in disagreement. “What do you want?”
“I wanted to apologize for what I did to you. It wasn’t right, I shouldn’t have done that. I was jealous of you and wanted Hyunjin for myself.” She had slump shoulders but maintained eye contact.
“What made you change your mind?” you frowned, still being a bit suspicious.
“Hyunjin, actually. He talked to me and made me realize how unhealthy and delusional I was being. I’m really sorry, Y/N. I’m not asking you to forgive me, though.”
You genuinely smiled at Heejin and offered a hand to shake. “I do. Let’s bury the hatchet.”
She happily shook your hand and you parted ways to go to your lesson.
“I just spoke to Heejin,” you said as you arrived in front of Hyunjin, seated on a bench in the courtyard. He opened his eyes wide. “She apologized and I forgave her.”
He sit up straight. “You did?”
“Yeah, you did too, right?” you said as you sat next to him.
“She told you?”
“No, I figured. You seem to be indulgent.”
“I guess I am. I’m glad she willingly apologized.”
“Oh, I thought you made her do it?” you joked.
You both laughed and started working on cross-species switches —a pain.
After the tutoring, you were doing your homework with Lia. Taeyang entered the common room and sat next to you at the table.
“Y/N, who’s the guy I saw you with earlier?” he enquired, looking over your neatly done herbology homework.
“I need you to be more specific.” You knew who he was talking about but you could have your part of fun from time to time.
“There’s more I don’t know about?!” His shocked expression was worth it.
“You know him, why act like you don’t?”
“So he is a Gryffindor’s chaser. You’re not feeling like befriending the enemy?” he joked.
“It’s not like I was playing and you’ll always be my number one Quidditch player.”
“I better be. So are you more than friends?” he smirked.
“Oh my god no Tae, and don’t you dare give me the talk!” You took your stuff to finish your homework on your bed, knowing Tae wouldn’t follow you there.
“I’m just asking, but you’re defensively answering, plus you’re fleeing. You’re hiding something from me, I know it,” he said to himself, comfortably installed in the chair, lost in his thoughts.
Lia whispered something to your brother then followed you upstairs and you both worked on your respective homeworks.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
“We got a friendly match coming up this weekend with Ravenclaw, so I want all of you to do your best. Their keeper and seeker are particularly good,” said Chan at practice.
“We weren’t expecting a friendly before at least three weeks, what happened?” asked Hyunjin.
“I don’t really know, Chaeyoung asked for this, and said it was important.”
When Hyunjin joined the pitch that day, he thought he understood why this friendly was being held. Taeyang was on his broom, flying over the stands where you were, talking together. He grew anxious and a bit jealous, because Taeyang was a really good —and intimidating— keeper and apparently, you were also close to him.
During the friendly, you were cheering for your house team and lowkey Hyunjin. He scored some goals but Taeyang stopped a large amount of quaffles. Ravenclaw won after Jisung caught the snitch.
After the match, you waited for the teams outside of the changing room with a bag full of cauldron cakes.
Jisung and Chani were the first ones to go out and thanked you after you congratulated them and offered them some cakes. Then Hyunjin came out.
“Hey, what did you think of the match?”
“It was great. You were great, flying like an eagle.”
He giggled. “Thank you.”
“I must admit, you’re pretty good on a broom,” a voice said from behind you. Taeyang put his arm on your shoulder and took a cauldron cake from the bag in your hand. Hyunjin was a bit intimidated so he thanked him quietly, his eyes fixed on his hand on your shoulder.
“I present you my big brother,” you smiled and his eyes widened. He immediately felt stupid for being jealous and looked away.
“I’m Hyunjin,” he proposed his hand, which your brother shook strongly.
“Taeyang. I’ll keep an eye on you, just so you know. Don’t mess with my sugar plum.” You grimaced at the nickname, he had to use it now.
Hyunjin gulped and shook his head vividly. “I would never.”
You were embarrassed and the rest of the teams coming out saved you. You offered the rest of the cauldron cakes to everyone and fled to the castle.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
Next saturday, you were wandering alone through the castle —Lia went to Hogsmeade with Eric— when your brother came to you.
“Y/N, I got an owl from dad. With no surprise, he told me to keep an eye on you and to keep you away from trouble.”
“How sweet of him. Couldn’t send an owl directly to me and ask how I’ve been, though?” That was your dad. And hearing about him angered you.
“Y/N… don’t be like that, please.”
“Like what? Did he ask how I was in your letter?” His silence answered your question. “See? My time in detention is all he cares about, I’m tired.”
“I’m going to answer him. Stay inside the castle, it’s going to rain soon.”
“Whatever.” It’s frustrated and angry that you walked outside, between the castle and the Quidditch pitch. You looked for a mud and poop free area, lied down and took deep breaths.
Your dad was a Quidditch player in his years at Hogwarts. He was so good at it that he made the national team after he graduated. His whole life was dedicated to Quidditch, so he was beyond proud when Taeyang made the house team in his second year, like your dad. But he was also extremely disappointed when you didn’t even bother to go to the tryouts, despite the pressure your dad was putting on you.
Your brother was supportive of your choices and always defended you against your dad, but it was pointless. He acted like you were dishonoring the family and his ‘legacy’. It hurt you to the core, but you wanted to live your own life like you intended to, not like your dad or anyone else wanted you to.
You could have hated Quidditch because of all this, but you kept on supporting your brother and your house team, by coming to the practices and bringing sweets along for the team. Your brother often asked you to stop, saying you were just going to make them gain weight but they never said no to your gifts, especially not Jisung and Chani.
You looked at the sky, trying to clear your head. It was blue with lots of white clouds and you closed your eyes for a while, enjoying the breeze. Around twenty minutes later, you felt drops hitting your nose, then your forehead and neck. Milliseconds were enough for the rain to pour like a waterfall. You sighed and put your robe’s cap over your head. The castle was further than expected but you didn’t run.
Suddenly, you didn’t feel the rain anymore although it was still pouring. You lifted your head and saw Hyunjin on his broom, an umbrella in his hand put above you. He had his Quidditch outfit on, water dripping from his damped hair. He smiled sweetly at you and your cheeks burned from the kind gesture. You ran to the castle so Hyunjin wouldn’t have to do that for too long and he didn’t have problems following you. When you arrived at the big door, your gaze went to the Quidditch pitch and despite the weather, you could see forms flying around, meaning one thing: Hyunjin was having practice and ditched it for you. He shook his hair while you looked at him and smiled fondly.
“Your hair is sticking out everywhere. Cute.” Your eyes widened at what you just said and coughed. “Thank you for the help. You were having practice, right?”
Hyunjin chuckled at your expressions. “No problem, Y/N. Yes, Chan will understand why I left.”
“Alright, you should go back now. Don’t catch a cold!” He was going higher but stopped to give you the umbrella.
“You’ll need this more than me. I suggest you go dry yourself and stay by a fireplace. Bye!”
He flew to the Quidditch pitch and you were left there, your heart ready to combust from the cuteness of the conversation you just had.
You entered the castle and Taeyang found you in the hallway.
“Didn’t I tell you to stay inside?” His disapproving look didn’t wash away your smile and heart eyes.
“I don’t regret it.”
Your brother used the hot-air charm to dry your clothes and you thanked him, before going to your common room together.
“I told dad you were doing good and that you could take care of yourself just fine. You okay?”
“Yes, yes I’m good. Thank you. You’re the best brother ever,” you chanted, linking his arm to your own.
“I’m your only brother, it’s easy.” He 100x preferred seeing you smile than being upset, and wanted your happiness above all, even your dad’s wishes.
You sat together on a couch close to the fireplace to fight the cold.
“How do you put up with the pressure dad’s putting on you?” you asked.
He thought for a while then shrugged. “I love Quidditch and I’d rather he focuses on me to let you breathe. I’m sorry it’s not going as planned, I just wish he would stop caring about Quidditch so much.” You hugged your brother tightly. You were thankful for him.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ✿
It was May and the last Quidditch matches of the season were being held. Slytherin had won against Hufflepuff, and the points in the match opposing Gryffindor to Ravenclaw were going to be crucial to know the winner of the Quidditch Cup.
You were excited to know which house would win this year and of course, you supported your own house, and Hyunjin.
You went to see him before the match at breakfast. “I’m rooting for you. But also my brother and my house team. Anyway, good luck.”
You left before he could reply so you had no idea how happy and confident it made him. Albeit you could feel it on the pitch when he came on his broom. You were in the stands with Lia and Eric, respectively in your house colors, and you must admit Hyunjin’s name left your mouth a lot during the match, maybe even more than Taeyang’s.
“300-270 for Gryffindor and the golden snitch isn’t caught yet,” said Jangjun, one of the commentators.
“Come on Jisung,” you heard Lia whisper beside you.
Your eyes were on Hyunjin. He avoided Chaeyoung and gave the quaffle to Lisa, allowing her to approach the goal. She pretended to shoot and your brother fell for it.
“Lisa scores! 310 for Gryffindor,” shouted Felix, the second commentator.
“It looks like Jisung has seen the snitch,” commented Jangjun. “Mark is right behind him. He’s gaining ground… Jisung’s giving his all… and he catches the snitch!”
“Ravenclaw wins 420 to 310!” announced Felix.
All the Ravenclaws jumped and screamed, pumping their fist into the air. You were really happy for your house team. Gryffindor did lose this match, but they accumulated the most points so they won the Quidditch Cup.
“We were 40 points away from the Quidditch Cup,” Taeyang had said in the common room where every Ravenclaw celebrated their victory. “But we did great on the match. I’m really proud of every single one of you. I could’ve stopped more quaffles—”
“Hey, you stopped a really large amount of quaffles and no one here could have done the same,” you said as-a-matter-of-factly.
You could hear some people agreeing with you and the screams intensified.
“Thanks Y/N. To our victory!” he cheered, raising his butterbeer into the air.
The crowd echoed and the party lasted until late but paused for dinner. In the Great Hall, you could see the pride in every Gryffindor’s eyes interested enough in Quidditch. You saw Hyunjin and gave him a thumbs up and a big smile but you definitely didn’t expect him to run to your house table and take you into a big hug, which you reciprocated, obviously.
Lia's smile widened and she discreetly clapped her hands while a few Ravenclaws gasped and stared at the two of you with wide eyes, including your brother. He knew there was something going on with the two of you, but, like you, he didn’t expect that to happen here and now.
“I think I did so well thanks to your encouragement so I wanted to thank you for it,” he whispered cheerfully in your ear.
“Are you sure? It was really awkward, not really an inspirational speech,” you jested.
“Yeah,” he laughed, a light sound you couldn’t get bored of hearing. “Maybe it’s because it was you.” He sounded more serious so you moved back to make eye contact. Neither of you cared about the people around you. “Y/N, spending time with you is the highlight of my days. You’re dazzling and I really, really like you.”
You smiled until your eyes crinkled. “Hyunjin, you happen to be a really good guy whose presence makes me incredibly happier. My life has been brighter since I met you. I like you too, like a whole lot,” you giggled and his smile couldn’t be wider.
He hugged you tight again and when you opened your eyes, you were met with your brother’s. He was smiling contently, giving you a thumbs up.

DNDADS AU: Red Zone
Red Zone is a zombie apocalypse AU following the characters from season 2 of dungeons and daddies!
Now, it doesn't follow the original fall of humanity, the first outbreak. Instead, we jump two generations, humanity has steady feet once again, the whole world is not reclaimed, hell half the country is still infested, but the threat is nowhere near as much as a daily looming thought as it used to be. Thanks in part, to green zones.
Green Zones are walled in cities or settlements completely free of the infected, with mandatory tests regularly and very rarely do people leave. In the years since the first fall, even trade between the cities has been accomplished, and internet has been re-established. Though of course back up self sustaining measures are also in place should the worse happen.
There are still infected, obviously, but now there are also mutations, smaller ones and more deadly variants. Minor mutations affect at least a quarter of the modern populus, including scary! With more extreme ones being rare and often stigmatised but surprisingly controllable; a strain Taylor has falls into this category.
Three out of four of the teens live within a green zone in what was formerly known as San Dimas, California. Normal is the only one who lives in the red zone, it's the area with some of the highest infection percent and is deemed unsafe to live in, but people like the oaks, who have proven to the new government bodies that they are being serious (safe house, tests regularly, many precautions) have been allowed legally to stay there. Normal gets a ride into the green zone with hero daily to go to school, where they are tested as they enter.
One day, the teens all find themselves in Detention, which you'd assume wouldn't be a thing after the apocolypse but hey here we are!
They sneak out, and on a stupid shitty dare and sense of adventure boosted by the fact normal lives there, they venture into the red zone.
Who would have thought that one choice would lead to the second fall of humanity to the virus? Certainly not the teens.
All thanks to finding their father's base, with may Hales holding down the fort in their seeming disappearance she allows the teens access to the whole base....
Including the basement floors, at the bottom of which sits an ever-young patient zero. W. Stampler. I wonder what happens when they let him out?
---
I'll get more into details and more specifics on the kids and plots etc in other posts!!! Or please send me an ask about anything y'all wanna know!
Au made by me and @orionis13 !!!

Armed gangs have tried to seize control of Haiti’s main international airport, exchanging gunfire with police and soldiers in the latest attack on key government sites.
An explosion of violence has taken place in the country, including a mass escape from the country’s prisons.
The Toussaint Louverture International Airport was closed when the attack occurred, with no planes operating and no passengers on site.
It is the biggest attack on the airport in Haiti’s history.
Last week, the airport was struck briefly by bullets amid ongoing gang attacks, but gangs did not enter the airport nor seize control of it.
The attack occurred just hours after authorities in Haiti ordered a night-time curfew following violence in which armed gang members overran the two biggest prisons and freed thousands of inmates over the weekend.
A 72-hour state of emergency began on Sunday night. The government said it would try to track down the escaped inmates, including from a penitentiary were the vast majority were in pre-trial detention, with some accused of killings, kidnappings and other crimes.
“The police were ordered to use all legal means at their disposal to enforce the curfew and apprehend all offenders,” said a statement from finance minister Patrick Boivert, the acting prime minister.
Gangs already were estimated to control up to 80% of the capital Port-au-Prince. They are increasingly co-ordinating their actions and choosing once unthinkable targets such as the Central Bank.
Prime Minister Ariel Henry travelled abroad last week to try to salvage support for a United Nations-backed security force to help stabilise Haiti in its conflict with the increasingly powerful crime groups.
Haiti’s National Police has roughly 9,000 officers to provide security for more than 11 million people, according to the UN. They are routinely overwhelmed and outgunned.
The deadly weekend marked a new low in Haiti’s downwards spiral of violence. At least nine people had been killed since Thursday - four of them police officers - as gangs stepped up co-ordinated attacks on state institutions in Port-au-Prince, including the national football stadium.
But the attack on the National Penitentiary late Saturday shocked Haitians who are accustomed to living under the constant threat of violence.
Almost all of the estimated 4,000 inmates escaped. Three bodies with gunshot wounds lay at the prison entrance on Sunday.
Among the few dozen people who chose to stay in prison are 18 former Colombian soldiers accused of working as mercenaries in the July 2021 assassination of Haitian president Jovenel Moise.
“Please, please help us,” one of the men, Francisco Uribe, said in a message widely shared on social media. “They are massacring people indiscriminately inside the cells.”
Colombia’s foreign ministry has called on Haiti to provide “special protection” for the men.
A second Port-au-Prince prison containing around 1,400 inmates was also overrun.
Gunfire was reported in several neighbourhoods in the capital. Internet service for many residents was down as Haiti’s top mobile network said a cable connection was slashed during the rampage.
After gangs opened fire at Haiti’s international airport last week, the US embassy said it was halting all official travel to the country. On Sunday night, it urged all American citizens to depart as soon as possible.
The Biden administration, which has refused to commit troops to any multinational force for Haiti while offering money and logistical support, said it was monitoring the rapidly deteriorating security situation with grave concern.
The surge in attacks follows violent protests that turned deadlier in recent days as the prime minister went to Kenya seeking to move ahead on the proposed UN-backed security mission to be led by that East African country.
Jimmy Cherizier, a former elite police officer known as Barbecue who now runs a gang federation, has claimed responsibility for the surge in attacks. He said the goal is to capture Haiti’s police chief and government ministers and prevent Mr Henry’s return.
The prime minister, a neurosurgeon, has shrugged off calls for him to resign and did not comment when asked if he felt it was safe to come home.
Why is there violence in Haiti?
Some of Haiti’s most powerful gang leaders say their goal is bringing down Henry.
The country has failed to hold parliamentary and general elections in recent years and there are no elected officials. Henry was sworn in as prime minister with the backing of the international community after the July 2021 assassination of President Jovenel Moïse. The latest round of attacks began in February after Henry pledged to hold long-awaited general elections by mid-2025.
A map of Port-au-Prince in Haiti
Henry’s whereabouts were not public Monday. When asked in Kenya if it was safe for him to return to Haiti, Henry shrugged.
Who is responsible for the violence?
Jimmy Chirizier, a former elite police officer known as “Barbecue” who is considered one of Haiti’s most powerful gang leaders, announced as gunmen began to attack infrastructure that he would try and capture the country’s police chief and government ministers.
Four police officers were killed when their stations came under siege.
Cherizier said last summer that he would fight any international armed force if they committed abuses, and he urged Haitians to mobilize against the government.
Other gang leaders also appear to be involved in recent attacks.
Johnson Andrï best known as “Izo” and leader of the 5 Seconds gang, appears in a video posted on TikTok wielding a heavy mallet in his right hand as he pretends to punch his face with his left hand.
Izo’s gang is considered an ally of G-Pep, archenemy of Barbecue’s gang federation, but alliances have been shifting in recent days.
A report released last month by the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime found that “for the gangs, the development of alliances is a fluid phenomenon.”
It also noted how “only the most powerful gangs — such as Izo’s or Chïrizier’s — are usually able to operate or profiteer outside their fiefdoms.”
Barbecue is leader of a gang federation known as G9 Family and Allies, and he has previously launched powerful attacks that have crippled the country. In late 2022, he seized control of an area surrounding a key fuel terminal in the capital of Port-au-Prince for almost two months.
Why have the gangs become so powerful?
An estimated 200 gangs exist in Haiti, with 23 main ones believed to be operating in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince.
Up until recent years, they controlled some 60% of the capital, a number that has since grown to 80%, according to U.N. officials.
Smuggled firearms and ransom payments to kidnappers have allowed gangs to become more financially independent. That has increased their power as the state has weakened, and an underfunded and under-resourced police department has been unable to contain them.
“Present-day gangs enjoy a much higher degree of military capacity than those a decade ago,” according to the Global Initiative report. “This has largely been driven by the gangs’ ability to acquire high-caliber weapons.”
A 2023 U.N. report stated that recovered weapons destined for Haitian ports include “.50 caliber sniper rifles, .308 rifles, and even belt-fed machine guns.”

About
“Emma is a Hufflepuff from the eighth year (created as a higher level of the education system, a phase within the study cycle that takes place after the end of the basic cycle (from the first to the seventh year). You most likely heard of her Muggle channel on YouTube, "Fun Sized with Little Cricket" who got over 1 million subscribers.
She's member of the Hufflepuff quidditch team, where she plays on the reserve as Beater.
Emma is considered on of the best Beater's Hufflepuff has in the reserve due to her deadly aim and strike; she has the inconvenient habit of every breaking other player's nose (even during trainings or friendly matches).
Even though she doesn't have the most outstanding grades and not playing with the Quidditch often, Emma is quite popular amongst her peers, especially because of her YouTube channel, being frequently invited to parties of other Houses and even getting small roles in muggle TV shows.
Emma has a keen talent to Transfiguration and is a good duelist, even if she often prefer to cast her wand aside and throw a direct punch in her opponent’s face. She's not very good at Potions, however, and took many detentions for exploding caldrons.
She is the daughter of a Muggle father and a witch mother, but was raised only by her mother after her parents problematic divorce. Emma also had older brother who works by the Ministry while her mother is a talent manager under Vought International (and the main responsible for Emma's social career, to her eternal chagrin).
Unlike the other supes, Emma doesn't show off her abilities very often, but no one actually knows why."

Since I spent a lot of time brainstorming this AU to the point I got tired, I will share the information of each character that appears down here:
But before, a summary of the AU once again since it has been a bit since I talked about it:
Being raised in a family that has been dedicated to detective work for generations, Eleanor’s idea of transferring her son, Freddy Thornfield, to Crimsonwood Preparatory in order to help her investigate a series of murders that occurred there, going undercover as just a new student, wasn’t really that wild to him. He has gone through so many schools changes thorough his life it did not matter. However, since his first day there, he could sense something was… off with the school itself, and every single student and teacher. Either reuniting on the long, seemingly never-ending halls of the educational establishment, or studying on the centuries-old library that has been carefully cared for as to not break, everyone there seemed to guard more than a few secrets. And if Freddy wanted to help to solve the crimes, he needed to race against time and discover the ones that will lead to the culprits.
Now, to the characters (with optional names that I think could fit more with the AU):
ALIVE STUDENTS:
Freddy Williams: The protagonist. He values truth more than anything else, and, due to his training, he also developed analytical and observational skills. While he is a determined person, he sometimes finds himself doubting his own skills. He is also overly cautious.
Bonnie (Byron): He's known for being a bit bizarre at times, and can get somewhat mean, but it isn't with the intention to hurt people, he's just being honest. He finds classes very boring, to the point he often has trouble not falling asleep.
Ann Chica (Annabel): A capricious and stubborn girl. Whatever she wants, she gets it. Her attitude can be beneficial sometimes, and for that, she's one of the best students. Besides that, she's very into making her own accessories to wear, things like chokers or anything that can be sewn, or made into jewelry.
Fox: The classic bad boy with a troubled past, becoming an orphan at a young age. He has a fierce loyalty to his friends. He also gets into fights, which can end up physical, and for such, he goes to detention at least one time per two weeks. Older brother of Mistie.
Golden Freddy (Gael Fletcher): As the son of the current director of the school, Gael is burdened by the weight of his family's legacy and the recent string of murders. Constantly anxious and on edge, the other students hate and blame him for, in their eyes, not taking action. Josephine's cousin.
---------
Joy (Josephine): The epitome of happiness and perfection. Her seemingly flawless persona gets unnerving sometimes. Some believe she must be hiding something. Gael's cousin.
Meg (Mistie): A girl with a short temper. People don't really approach her due to this. Despite her anger, she doesn't resort to physical fights like her brother. She's quite angry at him, too, due to a past betrayal when their parents died. She has a crush on Josephine, one she refuses to acknowledge or accept.
Bon (Blake): Despite his self-assured exterior, he struggles with insecurities, especially concerning love. Best friends with Byron and has a crush on him, though the latter seems to be oblivious towards that. In an arranged marriage with Torrie.
Toddy (Torrie): A young prodigy who excels academically, yet carries an air of arrogance. She has a never ending rivalry with Annabel due to this, and the fact she also makes her own jewelry. Some rumors this competence has the potential to become deadly. In an arranged marriage with Blake.
Springtrap (Skylar): A seemingly cheerful student, yet one who never attends classes. The school's handyman by his own choice, also cares for the old library. Best friends with Fox and Mistie.
---------
Cami (Carmilla): She's known for her interest in the occult, and rumors swirl about her involvement in mysterious rituals. Highly intelligent and perceptive.
Mai (Marilyn): Vivacious and outgoing, she has a thing for the bizarre and unusual but always maintains a cheerful demeanor. Fascinated by the strange occurrences around the academy. often acts as the bridge between her twin brother's calm nature and Carmilla's mysterious vibes.
Puppet (Julian): Calm, collected, and observant, though doesn’t run away from things when they get bizarre, he instead embraces them. He possesses a serene demeanor even in the face of the academy's mysteries, which he is also fascinated with. Him, Marilyn, and Carmilla are often seen together.
Owynn (Owen): While he pretends to be an evil person, his evilness is more cartoony than anything else. Has a mysterious connection to Carmilla, with her doing anything he says, yet they are barely seen together. His apparent control over Carmilla and his personality may be a facade, hiding deeper secrets…
Eak (Ezequiel): “Skepticism” doesn’t begin to cover him. He thoroughly refuses to accept there is anything supernatural around the school. He thinks Freddy asks too many damn questions. He’s more in danger than he thinks. Close to Carmilla and Owen.
---------
Maggie (Morgana): Cold, and somewhat rude, girl. Despite her tough exterior, she is fiercely protective of her group, yet is scared of the paranormal occurrences in the school. Serves as the mediator between the group.
Deuz (Denley): He's the leader of the group, displaying a tough exterior but a strong sense of loyalty. Denley is protective of his friends and has a no-nonsense attitude.
Oxy (Ocvran): Rude and combative boy, also the one that gets in trouble the most. Impulsive.
Onnie (Oswin). The most reserved of the four, though he also doesn’t shy away from getting into whatever is needed to defend his friends.
DEAD STUDENTS:
Fred (Frost): Now one of the many spirits haunting the school, he used to be charismatic and arrogant. He courted multiple students at the same time, trying to hide it. Secret that was revealed after his death.
Usagi Bon (Umiko): Umiko was known for her cheerful and carefree nature, though not a lot of students have memories of her, as she was pulled away from them by her friend, “Loon”.
“Loon” (Real name unknown): A deceased student with a shrouded past. There are no records of him anywhere, contributing to the mystery surrounding his existence. He was exceptionally shy, and Umiko was the only person he spoke to.
Liontrap (Todd): The most recently deceased student. He was acting exceptionally weird before his death, talking about some creature called “The Whispering Shadow”, supposedly following him.

Tumblr media
I made a couple thanks to a rp group chat I’m in! Imma explain each one!
Fang Ravager (Medieval Au)
Ravager was born in a rouge village, surrounded by thieves of many kinds, it was no surprise he’d end up a thief as well. But he grew bored of the same village, so he decided to travel. On his travels he met bean and bark. They became a team to scout out the dangerous of caves and find treasure! But during their travels they fight a dragon who captured a princess, and they eventually get wrapped up in protecting her from dark forces (yes the princess is Corsen)
Boom!Fang
It’s what you expect, fang if he was in the sonic boom universe! A silly mercenary for hire who will take any job to get that sweet sweet cash, he crashlanded on the island one day and just decided to stay there, bean and bark had a similar situation and they all kinda grouped up together, also fang is TW barker’s nephew, but they don’t figure that out till later! (And my original fang is also still barker’s nephew if barker was in modern, still doesn’t know yet though)
High School Fang

While also trying to avoid a deadly classmate that could be the ibliss trigger…and don’t get him started on Mr.Starline’s lectures…he’d rather be in detention! He may be the youngest of the fang’s but he is being secretly mentored by the mafia! (Young clutch the opossum let’s gO)

"Lost But Now Found" AU drabble about the unbreakable bond and unconditional brotherly love between Colli and Hunter ahead, my dear fellas. Basically, the potion class teacher got sick, and the substitute is a huge jerk towards the kindhearted starboy. Hunter is not amused! Same for Boscha, who is just as pissed as Hunter that her sweet little Moondrop gets treated badly. Alright, here I go!
Drabble: Substitute Teacher From Hell
It was a quiet morning on the Boiling Isles as the most inseparable pair of brothers sat cuddled close together in the Potion Track classroom. The small starboy with otherworldly fluffy lavender hair and a heart of gold sat on the young Grimwalker's lap.
Hunter took softly Colli's small hand, while Colli intertwined his fingers with Hunter's. Hunter's magenta eyes were filled to the brim with love and adoration for his sweet little brother. Unfortunately, the brotherly affection was not tolerated by the substitute teacher.
"Colli and Hunter Clawthorne-Noceda-Deamonne-Whispers, I demand that you two sit at separate tables! Colli, go to the table that's in the back of the classroom!" The kindhearted eternal little boy and the former Golden Guard were clearly upset as they were separated.
As Colli floated up, the substitute teacher didn't like it in the slightest! "I said go, not float! When I see you floating one more time, I'm going to throw you into the Detention Pit!" Hunter couldn't believe his ears! The blonde boy had the strong urge to beat the substitute teacher to a pulp!
"Yes, Sir. I'm sorry." Colli whispered as he teared up. He floated down and walked to the table. Hunter wasn't the only who wasn't happy that the teacher was so mean to him. The entire class wasn't amused! Especially Hunter and Boscha.
"Hey! Don't be so mean to Colli! He hasn't done anything wrong!" Hunter and Boscha said in unision. The substitute teacher glared at the two of them, but didn't say anything. He walked up to Colli and glared at him as well.
"Listen up, you little freak! If I see you using your magic in any form, I'm going to punish you! Do I make myself clear?!" "Y-yes, Sir..." Colli didn't understand why he shouldn't use his magic. Hexside was a magic school, after all. But he decided to obey. The substitute teacher scared him.
Hunter overheard the teacher threatening Colli. The blonde boy had to restrain himself from killing the teacher on spot. As Colli accidentally levitated something over, the teacher was about to hurt him with a whip! Fortunately, Hunter protected his beautiful little Sunshine.
Hunter got ahold of the teacher's arm and twisted it. "I don't care that you are our substitute teacher, no one is allowed to harm a single hair on Colli's head!" Hunter's magenta eyes were full of hatred for the cruel man. "I'm going to tell Principal Bump that you twisted my arm!"
"Yeah, go tell him! But don't forget to mention why I did it!" Hunter gave the man a very deadly glare. Then, Hunter wrapped his arms around Colli and cuddled him close to his chest. "Shhh, shhh. Everything is going to be alright." Hunter whispered softly as he kissed lovingly Colli's tears away.
The teacher was disgusted by the unbreakable and unconditional brotherly love between Colli and Hunter. He left the classroom and was about to go to Bump's office. Only to meet him as soon as he stepped out of the room. Bump already knew what was up.
"You are fired!" Bump spoke dangerously calm. "Why?" "You know why! You were about to hurt an innocent little boy with a whip! Are you completely nuts?!" "But this little boy is a freak who doesn't belong here! He is dange-" Bump didn't let him finish this sentence as he punched his jaw very hard.
.
.
.
A few days later, the actual potion class teacher was back. The entire class couldn't be more relieved! Especially Colli and Hunter, who were sitting cuddled close together. The immortal celestial boy had a bright smile on his adorable multi-colored face as Hunter kissed lovingly his freckled cheek.
Bump swore to never let something like the incident with the substitute teacher happen ever again! The entire Hexside staff was incredible protective of Colli. As Bump found out, the substitute teacher was so mean to Colli, because the man was a Belos apologist!
The End

could we possibly have headcannons of ajax and birb being like the dumbess duo there is at nevermore
btw I love everything about this au
These dumbasses. I love them dearly but they give everyone anxiety
They were reluctant besties at first. Not because they didn't like each other, but Birb was going through a lot when they met. So Ajax was like "hey, I got something that might help" and next thing you know, they're besties for life
More often than not they skirt around the "no boys/girls in the dorm" rule so they can play Halo. Weems knows this, but she allows it every now and then. Until they end up staying up all night and missing classes the next morning, then they just get detention again
They recruited Kent into their ranks as quickly as they possibly could. One of their favourite past times is going out to the lake to see if they can anger or irritate the Lake Monster (there is no lake monster) into fighting one of them to the death
Their other favourite past time is playing Can This Burn? It's where they gather things throughout the week and then, on a Friday night, they see if it burns. It almost always does. They almost always burn down various parts of Nevermore
One time, Birb and Ajax decided to go to Jericho just because. While their stories vary in degrees of inconsistency, there is irrefutable proof that they were put in the Jericho jail for 5 hours while they waited for Weems to come pick them up. Birb thought she was going to go mad and Ajax laughed at her the whole time
On one of the occasions where they burned down the greenhouse, they were trying to see if any of the other (deadly) plants could be turned into a Late Night Treat. They did not get ANY treats and instead got Late Night Detention
Wednesday once walked in on them doing horrible karaoke in the Opera Hall late one night (their shenanigans happen under the guise of darkness). They both froze, eyes wide and embarrassingly bright costumes still jingling away. Birb tried to be like "no babe wait" and Ajax burst into laughter when Wednesday just walked away without a single comment

Have Some Detention, With a Side of Death
@moceit-appreciation-week
Moceit week, Wednesday prompt: AU/General
(This is a Percy Jackson AU. You do not need to know anything about Percy Jackson to read this, Janus doesn't know anything either and he's totally fine!)
Word count: 3782
Summary: While Janus was of the opinion that Saturday detention was a cruel and inhumane punishment, he never expected it to be deadly
Janus’s father pulled up next to the school building, and put the car in park without turning it off. Janus didn’t turn his head, electing to stare straight ahead at the ‘no parking, fire lane’ sign, but he could see Dad turn to look at him out of the corner of his eye.
“I’m not happy with you, right now.”
Janus resisted the urge to groan and roll his eyes. Honestly. Dad had already lectured him last night when Janus handed him the detention slip, and again this morning before they left. Did he think Janus had forgotten?
“Fighting is not an appropriate conflict resolution. If you have an issue you should go to a teacher, or another adult.”
“Yes sir.”
“I’ll pick you up at one. You’re lucky I had time to drop you off today.”
“Thank you, sir.”
“Don’t you get smart with me now, boy.” The annoying thing was that Janus actually was being sarcastic, and getting called on it anyway made his bad mood worse. “Now don’t be late.”
“Alright.” Janus opened the door and stepped out of the car, grabbing his backpack that Dad had insisted he bring.
He didn’t even know that Saturday detentions were still a thing. Maybe his school was just old-fashioned. Lucky him.
He trudged through the halls to the room they’d told him to go to. Hopefully, they’d had more sense than to put him in the same room that the kids who had jumped him were serving their detentions in. He didn’t have much hope.
He grimaced. Our school has a zero-tolerance policy – oh, terribly sorry, he forgot that he was supposed to just lie down and take a beating. Honestly, they probably still would have given him detention for being involved with the fight at all.
Janus found the room and gave a hefty push to the door, letting it screech open. He was in the main building, which had probably been a very nice place a hundred years ago or whenever they’d built it, but at this point it was getting to a state of disrepair that even the best rooms had suspicious black sludge crusting the ceiling tiles, pipes that rattled incessantly, and most of the doors would open and close at will, even when locked. There were rumors about the school being haunted for a reason.
It could be worse, he supposed. At least this building had radiators, the “temporary” trailers that had been put up around a decade or two ago couldn’t even say that.
When he looked inside, he was relieved to see that the other kids weren’t there. Just the teacher, and - “Patton?” Janus said in surprise.
The boy looked up and beamed, waving. “Oh, hi! Janus, right?”
“What are you here for?” Patton was new, he’d just transferred a couple months ago. He was nice, friendly, and sociable enough that he’d managed to avoid pissing off the kids who normally wouldn’t have hesitated to beat him up. He was also incredibly pretty, though he didn’t have the fashion sense to back it up.
He was an enigma, to Janus at least. Janus was really good at telling when people were lying, even when they didn’t seem to show any tells, and Patton was a really good liar. Whenever he saw Patton, the other boy seemed to be telling some white lie - brushing off ‘how are you’s, ‘are you okay’s, and ‘where were you’s like it was second nature. And with that, combined with his aforementioned communication skills, he should have given Janus the impression of being a liar and a manipulator, purposefully crafting an image for others to see with every move he made. And yet, he was a distressingly genuine person. His friendly personality wasn’t a front at all, and he was somehow one of the most honest persons Janus knew. It was weird.
In any case, he was one of the biggest goody-two-shoes that Janus knew. The hell was he doing in detention?
Patton opened his mouth to respond to Janus, but the teacher hissed a shhh.
Looking at her, Janus was fairly certain that he’d never seen her before. She had one of those faces that could be anywhere from early thirties to late fifties, and the few streaks of white at the temples of her black hair didn’t help him at all in guessing. The fluorescent lights gave her olive-toned skin an almost green tint. She wore red-rimmed glasses, a flowy paisley blouse, and a green skirt that touched the floor.
“Are you new?” Janus asked, like an idiot. “Sorry, I just - haven’t seen you before.” And their school was small enough that he knew the teachers by face at least.
She gave him a close-lipped smile. “I’m here to proctor this detention room today.” She had a slight lisp, making her s’s come out hissed. “And one of the rules, that I’m sure you know by now, Mr. Cunningham, is that talking is not allowed.”
Janus pressed his lips together. He’d had one detention before this, and it quite frankly was none of her business. He didn’t bother replying, just took a seat near Patton and set his backpack on the floor with a thud.
Patton gave him a sympathetic smile. The boy was wearing slightly better clothes than usual, which was not remotely saying much. He was wearing skinny-fit khakis, which Janus didn’t even know existed, sneakers that might have been white at one point, and an oversized blue knit sweater with knit paw-prints stitched onto it (not knitted into the design, no, knitted separately and then attached so that they puffed out obnoxiously) over his polo shirt. At least he was wearing the damn sweater instead of tying it around his neck.
Janus sullenly pulled out his copy of The Scarlet Letter from his backpack. He may as well get some homework done while he was here.
He flipped the book open to where he last left off and grimaced down at the long blocks of text. Anyone who wrote paragraphs that were over half a page long and made up of only two sentences could die in a fire, as far as Janus was concerned.
Janus stared at the tiny type, willing the letters to stay still. The choked hum of the radiator gurgled to a stop in the background, making the room quiet in the way that made every sound in it twice as loud as usual. There was a fly on the ceiling. Patton was tapping his desk with his pencil. The teacher – huh, she hadn’t actually introduced herself – was walking across the room, her heels click click clicking against the linoleum floor, and she closed the blinds. All of the fluorescent lights were on, and were letting out a tiny electronic whine. Janus realized that his eyes had glazed over, and he forced them to refocus. Something about Pearl planting dragon teeth? Janus realized that he hadn’t taken in the last page he’d read at all, and stifled a sigh as his eyes flicked back to the top of the page. The teacher was click click clicking her way across the room again, having successfully eliminated all of the natural light in the room. She clicked her way over to Janus’s desk, and he stubbornly refused to look up. If she wanted any of his dwindling amount of attention, she could damn well ask for it.
Suddenly, he felt the other side of his desk – the side that Patton was on – lurch as a hand grabbed it and yanked, and Janus’s desk toppled to the side. With him in it.
He felt that the yelp he let out as his world suddenly shifted 90 degrees and he had to scramble to avoid hitting himself too badly was fairly justified. “Patton, what the hell?” he shrieked yelled.
As he spoke, Patton was launching himself out of his own desk, over Janus, and at the teacher. “Run!” he shouted, and pulled out – was that a fucking knife?!
Patton took a swipe at the teacher with the knife holy fuck, but she was gone in an instant, on the top of a nearby desk in the blink of an eye. She wasn’t standing on it, she was what the fuck what the fu–
She didn’t have feet. Beneath her skirt poked out the ends of two acid-green snake tails, one where each of her legs should be, coiled around the desk.
She hissed at Patton, fangs where her canines should be, tiny needle-like teeth in place of all her others. Her skin was definitely green, it wasn’t just the fluorescents, and her eyes were yellow, with slit pupils and no whites.
Venomous, the snake enthusiast part of his brain helpfully supplied. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, screamed the rest.
Patton swiped at her again, and she dodged backwards, desk falling back as she did so. Patton whipped his head back as she was distracted, meeting eyes with Janus. “I said run,” he said, then bolted to the other side of the room. Distracting her from Janus.
Janus scrambled to his feet and booked it for the door, as fast as his wobbly legs could take him.
He was almost at the door when something yanked backwards on his ankle and he pitched forward. He didn’t hit the floor, but was hoisted upside down in the air. He felt a hand grab his arm, and was twisted around for a disorienting moment, before he was being held vaguely horizontally, with one hand grabbing him by his upper arm, and another propping him up by the head, one snake leg still wrapped around his leg. He felt a cool breath fan over his neck and then two sharp points against it. He froze, his breath coming out in quick, shallow gasps. Her fangs hadn’t pierced his skin (yet), but they were resting gently against it, preparing to bite down.
The teacher (Janus was starting to think that she was not actually qualified for the position) was holding him with his head facing away from her, so he got to see Patton freeze in place, knife still in hand.
“Take one step closer, halfblood,” the teacher hissed, thankfully drawing back a hair to speak without biting Janus, “and this one dies.”
Patton shifted his weight, wide eyes flicking from the teacher to Janus behind his glasses. She laughed, a raspy hiss of a sound, and a drop of something fell on Janus’s neck. He hoped that it was spit. He had a feeling that it was venom.
Fuck, she was going to kill him, wasn’t she?
If Patton moved towards him, she’d bite. If Janus tried to talk his way out of this, she’d probably bite. If he could somehow take her by surprise -
Janus swung his free arm backwards, elbow slamming into her abdomen as hard as he could. She dropped him with a yell of surprise and pain - her hands dropped him at least, her snake tail leg was still wrapped around his leg. He fell, slamming into the floor, and felt something wrench out of place in his ankle. Fuck, that hurt.
She wouldn’t be distracted for long, but the moment of shock was all Patton needed. He darted forward while she was still reeling, feet pounding against the floor before Janus hit the ground, and as she looked up, already collecting herself, Patton stabbed her in the throat.
She shrieked, which was a fair reaction to getting stabbed, and then…crumbled, almost, dissolving into a golden glittery sand that mostly fell onto Janus (ew).
Janus laid there for a moment, motionless save for the heaving of his chest. Patton stood over him, looking at nothing with vacant eyes.
Janus coughed, some of the dust floating a little too close to his face, and Patton seemed to shake out of his stupor. “Oh my gods, Janus!” He dropped his knife with a clatter and fell to his knees, helping Janus sit up. “Are you alright?”
Janus was feeling an awful lot of things at that moment. ‘Alright’, charitably speaking, was not one of them. “What the fuck.”
“Language.”
Janus blinked up at him. “I’m sorry, but our teacher turned into a fucking snake demon, tried to kill me, and you fucking killed her. I will say fuck if I want to right now. I think I deserve that at least.”
Patton sighed, but whatever he was about to say next was cut off by the creaking of the door. Janus’s back was to the door, and he quite frankly did not feel like moving at that moment, but he could see Patton’s face just fine. The other boy froze for a moment, like he’d been caught with his hand in the cookie jar, and then abruptly sagged, with a defeated sort of look on his face.
“What on earth happened here?” the voice of a different teacher said from the doorway.
Janus blinked. He realized several things in quick succession:
There was absolutely no way he was going to be able to explain to the teacher - or anyone - what exactly had happened
Patton had realized this, and apparently accepted it, and,
Patton seemed to have accepted it with resignation, like he’d...done this before, and already knew that he wouldn’t be able to tell the truth, and that he would be blamed for whatever had happened. Janus suddenly remembered that Patton was a new student, and for the first time he wondered why Patton had transferred in the middle of the school year.
He made a plan of action just as quickly.
Patton’s knife was still on the floor between them, out of the teacher’s line of sight. It was long, triangle shaped, and made of...bronze? Maybe? For some reason? It was sharp enough for what he needed though. Janus snatched it, using his wrist more than his elbow to hide the action from behind, and made two small wounds in his wrist, close together. He spun in place on his knees, palming the knife onto Patton’s lap as he covered the action with his back, and looked up at the teacher with wide eyes. “There was a snake,” he said.
The teacher blinked. “A snake?”
“Yeah, it bit me!” He offered his wrist up, and the teacher crossed the room, stopping short and paling slightly when she saw the wound. “It came out from that inside wall, under the cabinets, and we saw it there – that’s why the desks are knocked over – and I tried to grab it but it bit me. Which, I, uh, should have thought would happen, actually.”
“You tried to pick it up?” the teacher said, aghast.
“It wasn’t venomous,” Janus said, praying that the teacher didn’t know that non-venomous snakes didn’t have fangs. “I wanted to grab it and take it outside, so that it didn’t get hurt.”
“I think I saw it slither under a crack in that outer baseboard,” Patton piped up from behind Janus. “It’s probably outside by now.”
Janus rolled his eyes. “The building’s old enough that that wouldn’t surprise me, there’s probably holes in the walls big enough for small mammals to get it, much less snakes.”
The teacher’s eyes were wide. “O-oh. Are...are you kids okay?”
“We’re fine, like I said, it wasn’t venomous, I’m barely bleeding,” Janus waved her off. “It just, uh, kind of...surprised us.”
“I’ll bet.” The teacher chewed her lip for a moment, looking at them, then said, “come on, we’ll put all y’all in the media center for today, I don’t want y’all in this part of the building.” She turned around, walking towards the door across the hall with the cracked open door, muttering, “gonna have to call someone…”
“Janus,” Patton’s fingers brushed against his elbow, like the other boy wanted to get his attention but stopped himself halfway through the motion. “Are...are you okay?”
“Fine.” That was a lie. Janus steadied himself with his hands and moved to get up, but fell back down with a hiss of pain, instinctively grabbing at his leg. “Less fine.”
“What happened? Oh gods, did she bite you?”
“No fool, I’d be panicking way harder if that was the case,” Janus grunted. “It - it’s my ankle, it got screwed up when she dropped me.”
Patton walked forward on his knees, examining the appendage. Janus tugged his skinny jeans up (with some difficulty), revealing a bruised and swollen ankle. He winced in pain.
“Looks sprained,” Patton observed. He bit his lip, seeming to debate something, then rummaged in his pocket. “Here,” he said, putting out a plastic bag with a slightly squashed...lemon bar? Inside of it. “Have some of this.” He broke off a small piece of it and offered it to Janus.
Janus leaned away. “Why?”
“It’ll help with your leg,” Patton said, a small, subdued grin at the corner of his mouth. He didn’t seem to be lying, even if Janus couldn’t figure out how a pastry was supposed to help with a sprained ankle.
Janus slowly reached forward and took the piece of cake, popping it into his mouth. It tasted like lemon and honey, and it was surprisingly warm, like it had just come out of the oven. That warmth stayed, traveling down his throat, and getting...hotter? Janus gasped as the pleasantly warm sensation turned uncomfortably hot for just a second, and then cooled until he couldn’t feel it anymore.
“Was that enough?” Patton asked, peering anxiously at Janus behind his glasses. “Is your ankle alright?”
Janus wiggled his ankle. It ached a little, more like a memory of pain than an actual sensation, but there was no swelling or bruising anymore, and the movement didn’t hurt. He reached forward to poke at it with his hand, and realized that while there was still blood on his wrist, the actual cuts were entirely gone – no scars, like they’d never existed in the first place.  Janus looked back up at Patton, brows furrowed and eyes wide. “What is that stuff?”
“Boys?” Both of them jumped at the sound of the teacher’s voice. “What are you doing?”
“Sorry Mrs...Harrison,” Janus said, remembering her name as he spoke. “We were checking to see if the snake was still here. It’s not, we think it’s gone.”
Mrs. Harrison seemed to buy it, even though they hadn’t moved at all. “Well come along, I don’t want you boys here if it comes back.”
Patton got to his feet first and offered his hand to help Janus up. Janus accepted, expecting just a steady hand to hold as he stood up, and almost stumbled when Patton pulled him onto his feet with one hand.
“Is your ankle okay?” Patton murmured.
“Uh...yeah,” Janus said, mouth a little dry.
They walked into the hallway. Mrs. Harrison was apparently proctoring the three guys who had jumped Janus, and they all gave him a nasty look once they noticed his existence. Janus had, quite honestly, forgotten about them entirely. Shit, how long had it been since he’d got to detention? The fight with the snake teacher seemed to have taken ages, but Janus was pretty sure it had been over in a matter of minutes at most.
“Let’s head to the media center, quietly,” Mrs. Harrison said.
Janus squinted at the back of her head as they walked along. Was she going to turn into a snake monster too? Probably not, Janus knew Mrs. Harrison, he hadn’t recognized the snake teacher at all. Besides, Mrs. Harrison was wearing pants and shoes; it was a little hard to hide snake legs like that.
Janus was rudely jostled out of his paranoia by one of the guys who had gotten him into this mess in the first place – what was his name, Anthony, Antony? Something like that. Probably-Anthony said in a low voice, “so what do –”
“I said quietly,” Mrs. Harrison’s firm voice cut over Anthony’s. “Mr. Moretti, perhaps you would like to walk up here by me instead? This is not a social event.”
Anthony scowed at Janus like it was his fault for Anthony running his mouth, then stalked up to the front of the group.
“Spread out,” Mrs. Harrison said once they arrived at the library. “I want everyone at separate tables, with at least a table’s length between each of you. Get your work out again, keep working on it.”
Janus sunk into a chair, pulled out The Scarlet Letter, and proceeded to stare blankly at it, not even attempting to read.
Why did Patton have a knife? Why did he know how to use it? Why did it look so weird? Why did Patton bring it with him to detention? What was that pastry he gave Janus? How did it heal Janus? Why did Patton bring that to detention? Had he been expecting the teacher to...do that? How much of that encounter had Patton been prepared for? Had he ever done something like that before? What the hell was that teacher's deal? Were any of the other teachers like that?
Janus barely moved until Mrs. Harrison gathered them all together at noon and herded them outside for their parents to pick them up. He hardly noticed Anthony’s dirty glare as the other boy got into his mom’s car, he was too busy making a beeline to Patton.
Janus snagged the elbow of Patton’s sweater. One of the paw prints had been sewn on like an elbow patch, and Janus valiantly ignored it. “My dad can’t pick me up for another hour. Can you give me a ride?”
Patton blinked. “O-oh. Uh, sure?”
“Thanks. You can tell me what the hell happened with that teacher on the way.”
Patton hesitated. “I...what do you mean?”
Janus raised a brow. “I mean how she turned into a snake monster and tried to kill us. And then you killed her.”
“...That didn’t happen.”
Janus stared. “Are you. Are you actually trying to lie to me about that.”
Patton winced. “Did it work?”
“...Oh, yeah, no, you’re totally right. In fact, I’ve already forgotten about the teacher who almost poisoned me and the fact that you stabbed her with the knife you brought into school. That information is entirely gone from my memory.”
Patton heaved an aggravated sigh. “I get it.” He looked off to the side. “We’re...not supposed to let people know about it.”
“First of all, that ship has sailed, wrecked, and sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Second of all, who is we?”
Patton bit his lip for a moment, considering, then looked up at Janus. “I’ll explain in the car.”
“Damn right you will.”
“Language.”
“Oh come on –”

Young Heroes AU | The School
The Villainous Youth Detention Center, or The School as it's nicknamed, is a government organization where the children of villains are taken and put through rehabilitation. Their methods of rehab are often cruel and abusive and they are known to forcefully take the children of villains from their homes even against the parent's will.
Currently, they are on the hunt for the escaped inmates making up the villain group, the Outlaws.
History
With the Hero Public Safety Commission out of the way, the government turned its attention to villains - more notably their children.
Fearing that the next generation would be as, if not more, deadly as their parents, they created The School as a rehabilitation center. At the time, the newly formed League of Heroes was building their own rehab: Sanctuary (I know that name gives flashbacks to all my DC followers and mutuals).
The League of Heroes politely requested that the government not get involved since they would handle villain rehabilitation themselves. While the government did back off, they continued building The School in secret.
Once built, they shunned Sanctuary's more benevolent and gentle approach and instead adopted a more violent and downright abusive approach to dealing with villains - mostly as a way to "teach" them that "villainy isn't an option". Staff and higher ups were taught to use fear tactics and propaganda to force the children to obey them.
Members & Inmates
{Redacted} | Undertaker: Top assassin and hunter for The School. She's the one who they sent to track down the Outlaws. Her origins are unknown and her memories of her past are scattered. She speaks in a cryptic manner. But she does remember one thing from her past; or rather, one person: a girl named Teela.
The Outlaws: They were former inmates of The School shortly before they escaped. They were subject to most harsh treatment due to their parents being classified as highly wanted villains by the higher ups.
Lourdes Megumi Amberflaw | The Madame: Lourdes was a prisoner at The School before being rescued by her parents. She was also subject to harsh treatment due to the classification of her parents.

Puppy Pack Au: Day 5 Drama/Suspense
Liam, Nolan, Theo, Mason, Corey & Alec, six boys who don’t know each other but end up getting in detention together at school on Saturday. They don’t have much in common, but they agree on one thing: this is the most ridiculous thing.
The day starts out boring, your regular detention work and no talking, but soon, like none of them could have predicted, the situation turns serious. When their teacher disappears and gets attacked, the doors get locked, a voice threatens them over the intercom, they realize that they are in danger, and need to work together to get out alive, even though they’d never spoken and gotten along before.
Liam, the charming lacrosse team captain who feels the pressure to constantly do better, takes charge and comes with a plan, immediately challenged by Mason, the brains of their class and the seemingly perfect home life, in his turn feeling pressured as well.
Teamwork in their little group seems unlikely, with class clown Alec, golden boy turned bad boy Theo with a past no one dares to ask about and the quiet ones Nolan and Corey with difficult home lives not making it any easier, but time is running out and they have little choice.
They make it out of the classroom, taking everything they can find to defend themselves, and soon it becomes clear that every one of them brings some important skill to the group. Tensions turn high, things come to light, learning things about the others no one would’ve known of even guessed. They’re paying attention, real attention, to each other now for the first time and get to know each other, learning to not be too quick to jump to conclusions anymore. And as the day goes on, they learn to rely on each other, the dire circumstances helping them to grow a quick and strong bond, growing extremely loyal to each other.
All six of them have secrets, an idea of who this person is and why they might be after them, not telling the others out of shame and fear they’re the guilty party, but together, they defend themselves against whoever is hunting them. They can fix this, and get out of this mess alive. If they do it together.

Do you have a list of your story/world building tags? I've recently discovered your stuff and it's SO good, it hits the spot of compassion/dark/funny/surreal
I have a page for my worldbuilding projects that’s a huge WIP, but in the mean time, here’s a list of the ones I can remember off the top of my head!  I’ve done my best to split these by genre, although some obviously fit in multiple categories.
UPDATE: Tumblr changed their tag system, so the links broke.  They SHOULD be working, but chronological links don’t cooperate with mobile, so I’ve made them general links.  Please add /chrono to the url if you can, a few of these are very weird out of order (looking at you, Boar’s Blood).
Urban Fantasy
Witchmouth General; comedy about a hospital in a city that is mostly monsters and aliens
Freedom Over Gold; a comedy-drama about a trio of homunculi killing their masters
Immortality and Tax Fraud; a comedy about gods who possess people and the hosts that are still resisting them (slightly NSFW)
Mundane Motherhood; a slice of life/recovery story about a woman who adopts a kid who was being raised to fight demons
The Empty City; a drama about a limbo world entered in dreams by people who compete for “days”, which give them another day of life in the real world
The Mortal Forge; an adventure story about a group of cursed people putting together an expedition to find a legendary cure
Tethered; a slice of life story in a setting where everyone has a familiar, starring two teenagers who are “tethering” their familiars, allowing them to become more physical and sentient
High Fantasy
Boar’s Blood; an adventure story about a magical society built on the grave of an undead dragon that is rapidly falling apart (NSFW)
The Phoenix Bride; an adventure story/romance about a woman exploring an ever-expanding magical tower to confess her feelings to the woman who created it
God Hunters; technically closer to magical steampunk, an all-women drama about monster hunters (NSFW)
Scales and Bonedust; in a setting where some humans live in dwellings draped over the backs of dragons, a man and a dragonling try to find their way home after their whole community is killed
Science Fiction
New Apocalyptia; a comedy about a world where all movie apocalypses happened at once (slightly NSFW)
Salt Water; an adventure story about a group trying to reach the bottom of their world’s incredibly deadly oceans, also mermaids and surfing as a death sport
Peppermint Circuits; a gay love story set in a world where everyone has a chip in their brain to influence their behavior (slightly NSFW)
Spycaller; a murder mystery about humans who interact with the intergalactic community from within mech suits
Superheroes
Superfish; a traditional coming of age superhero story about an LGBT group for college-aged sidekicks
Isaac is Okay; a very gentle story about a timetraveling superhero that traps himself in the past to raise his younger self away from their abusive father
Villain Risk; a superhero drama about an illegal hero team being arrested, told after the fact by a social worker, a kid in juvenile detention, and a shapeshifter who killed a cop and stole his life
Fate and Switch; a soulmate au fakeout about psychically linked superheroes who have been brainwashed, and their partners’ attempts to find them
Tooth and Nail; a superhero/kaiju mashup about bioengineered superheroes fighting monsters, and the protagonist’s attempts to protect his new apprentice from the horrors of their work

Hogwarts AU (Haikyuu!!)
Tumblr media
feat. Miya Atsumu
Let me know if you like this, or if you’d like to see more! This is slightly different from what I usually write, so just a fun, simple experiment haha.
Masterlist link: here
Warnings: HORRENDOUSLY INDULGENT FLUFF WTF.
Miya Atsumu (Slytherin)
It was your bad luck to have been sorted into the same house as he and his twin.
Miya Atsumu is horrendously brash, cocky and an all around loud mouth.
You’d avoid him if you could, but you’re not only in his house, but you’re his quidditch teammate at that - the third chaser to the Miya twins.
He annoys you to no end in matches, pulling dangerous stunts that he and Osamu never test out first in matches, provoking their opponents, getting so focused on chasing the damn quaffle he never notices the bludgers coming his way.
‘Do you have a death wish or something?’, you snap at him after a practice match with Ravenclaw. Their normally stone-faced beater, one Tsukkishima-kun, was provoked enough by Atsumu’s taunts to send some nasty shots at Atsumu’s head.
‘I dodged all of ‘em, didn’t I?’ Atsumu crows, broom lazily slung on his shoulder. ‘And I plan on getting the better of glasses-kun, so stop being a worry wart!’
You storm off, cursing your luck again for ever having met one Miya Atsumu.
--------------------------------------------------------------
True to his word, Miya Atsumu continues to confound the Ravenclaw beaters in their actual match two weeks later. He and Osamu swan dive towards the ground before shooting up to the skies, pulling off flashy aerial tricks that make the girls in the spectator stands swoon, and you roll your eyes.
You don’t particularly like the glint in the blonde, cool headed beater’s eyes - call it intuition, but you can feel in your bones that something bad is going to happen.
Sure enough, when Atsumu’s back is turned to Tsukkishima, the blonde idiot bopping the quaffle with his head, having just scored a goal off Akaashi, the Ravenclaw keeper, Tsukkishima raises his bat and with deadly accuracy, smashes the ball right towards Atsumu’s head.
There isn’t time to think, let alone time to take a breath, and you’re just a hair removed from the ball’s trajectory - so you set yourself right in the bludger’s path. You only intended to stop its momentum with your broom, but the spin Tsukkishima put on it was unexpectedly vicious, and oh -
You’re falling.
Atsumu speeds towards you, but he’s a split second too slow, his fingertips missing yours by a hair.
The last thing you remember is Atsumu screaming your name before everything turns into darkness.
--------------------------------------------------------------
You wake up in the hospital wing. Your head is shrouded in bandages, and you’re cocooned in a warm blankets - and one suspiciously unwashed Miya Atsumu.
‘Did you even shower, smelly pig?’ you manage to croak through the pounding in your head.
He whips his head towards you, and for once, he doesn’t even bother to formulate a retort. ‘Thank god yer’ alive’, he breathes almost reverently.
You snort. ‘As if I’d die from a bludger shot like that.’
He chuckles, but the sound is strained. ‘Yer scared all of us, y’know. What were ya thinking, diving in and playing hero like that?’
You pause, wondering what exactly prompted you to play the shining knight to this obnoxious idiots.
‘I guess I didn’t want to see you get hurt’, you answer with startling honesty. He stares at you, taken aback.
Then he surges forward, and you squeak, worried that he’s about to squish you with his bulk, but stops right before your face, looking into your eyes with a quiet tenderness you’ve never seen before.
(It makes you want to swoon, like those damn girls in the stands)
‘Then how d’you think it makes me feel, seeing the girl I like get hurt cos of my stupidity’, he mumbles, before pressing the lightest kiss to your lips.
‘Atsumu! Nurse said to leave her alone and let her get some rest or she’ll throw you in detention!’ Osamu calls from the doorway, an amused lilt in his words.
The both of you stiffen.
‘I’ll see ya around, get well soon’ Atsumu hastily tells you, scuttling off in the direction of his twin.
You blink, tracing your lips with a shaky hand. Did that really happen?
Then you cast your eyes down towards the bedside table. There’s a pile of your favourite chocolates, and a card with Atsumu’s distinctive scrawl.
'Wake up so we can go to Hogsmeade together, okay?’
His sign-off on the card, which you note with some amusement, has been crossed and rewritten many times as if he were in two minds whether to keep it or not reads -
‘Love, Atsumu’.
