Solomon [🪄🤍]
Solomon adores your adorable reactions whenever he sees you reading a book that you're invested in. You're his adorable apprentice and lover after all! He finds many things to appreciate about you. From the way you squeal with excitement after getting to the part where the main character finally kisses their love interest after what feels like forever, or your little gasps as your eyes race across the page taking in an exciting battle scene, he loves it all.
Solomon could just spend all day watching you react over your favorite books and it strangely gives him a sense of satisfaction as he watches you gush over your favorite books to him.
Solomon isn't that surprised when he sees that you've reached the spicy part of the book you were reading, your reaction gives it all away. The two of you had decided to take an impromptu date to one of the newly opened bookstores by Ristorante Six. You had split from Solomon for a bit, opting to look over the numerous books they had in stock. One moment you were there and in the next, Solomon turned around, noticing that you had disappeared from his side. When he did find you, he discovered you sitting in a secluded corner, your eyes wide as you read the contents of a book. You didn't notice him as he walked up to you and leaned in close, a knowing smile on his face.
"Wow, you look awfully familiar, although it isn't like me to not recognize someone as good-looking as you," Solomon laughs softly, teasing you as he takes a seat next to you, draping an arm around your shoulder. Your face grows flushed as you angle your book away from him. "Hi handsome," you laugh softly, pressing a kiss to his cheek, feeling your face grow warm as you try to discreetly set the book to the side but you wince as you accidentally let go of it too early and it clatters against the floor.
Solomon stares at you a slight smile on his face before reaching over and picking up the book, faster than you can stop him. "Solomon give it back!" You reach over and grab his arm, but he opens it, his smile splitting wider on his face as he holds it above you preventing you from taking it away from him. "No, I don't think I will," he laughs more continuing to read the contents relishing in the way your face flushed even more.
"So..." he leans over you, a playful smile on his face as his hand starts trailing down to your waist where he squeezes it gently. "What should I do with you hm? Would you like me to reenact the very scene you were reading, my dear apprentice~?" His nose brushes against yours and you shrink back, your breath hitching in your throat as he cages you in against the chair. Your mouth feels dry and you clear your throat to speak up, "Don't-" You press a hand to his chest, halting his movements. You feel your face grow warm as you turn to the side, "We'll get caught."
Solomon stares down at you, laughing softly as he ruffles your hair. You pout at his actions, moving to grab his hand, but instead, Solomon interlaces his fingers with yours. "We'll only get caught if we make noise." His free hand moves upwards from your side, his fingers brushing against your collarbone and you squirm, your legs shaking slightly, from the anticipation of getting down and dirty or the thought of getting caught by some bystander passing by, you didn't know. You could feel a warmth pooling in your nether regions, and against your better judgment, you pulled him closer.
"Dammit...but you better make this up to me later for making me lose my page," you scowled. Solomon chuckles softly his bangs hanging over his eyes, "Oh trust me, I always keep up my end of a deal."
Satan [😾💚]
He enjoys his outings with you, especially when the two of you visit his favorite bookstore in the Devildom. There are vintage and rare tomes that you're unable to find anywhere else. They also host a variety of different books.
Satan himself fancies romance novels. He likes to envision himself and you as the main protagonists in each. Of course, he also indulges in the more risqué novels, and his face flushes at the thought of committing such acts with you.
So imagine his surprise when he finds you reading that type of novel. A grin splits open on his face and soon he finds himself pressing himself on you against the bookshelf. It wobbles and the numerous books threaten to cascade over the side onto the two of you. Satan doesn't miss the small gasp of surprise you make as you feel his body rocking against yours. His breath ghosts over the shell of your ear causing you to shudder underneath him and you feel your legs grow weak as he continues rutting against you.
"You feel so good~" Satan smirks as he rubs his hand along your ass before smacking it lightly causing you to jolt up, "Already so wet for me, are you so eager for this? Or perhaps you're enjoying the thrill of potentially being caught hm? Or would you rather like it if I took you against the window where everyone walking past can see you drooling from how good I'm going to make you feel?" You can't even utter a word, focused on the feeling of his fingers prodding at your hole.
"Satan please-" you whine softly, trying to keep your noise level down so you don't get caught by the other customers within the bookstore. Your grip on the bookshelf tightens as you try to keep your balance, some of the books have already fallen out and are strewn haphazardly over the floor. Normally, Satan would have let out a scandalized gasp and would have picked up every single one but in the situation the two of you were in at the moment, it seemed he couldn't bring himself to care. You bite your lip as you feel his erection rub up against your ass, trying to keep your moans under control.
"Do you feel that? That's what you do to me," he laughs softly, pressing his face into your neck, nipping lightly. This causes you to squirm more, inadvertently rubbing against him more, eliciting some breathy groans from Satan's end.
You can hear him muttering to himself and the sound of him fumbling with his belt as he flips you around so that you're face to face. "Why don't you take some responsibility and...help me out? Does that sound good to you?"
Simeon [🥞🩵]
Simeon loves his outings with you, especially when your dates with him are unhindered by the presence of the brothers who constantly crave and demand your attention. Simeon knows that you're immensely popular in the Devildom, not that he minds. But there are times when he prefers silence and just enjoying his time with you.
Simeon is not naive by any means. He's more than aware of the types of books that you read and look for whenever the two of you visit your favorite bookstore, not that he minds. After all, who is he to tell you what you can and can't read.
Today's date isn't any much different than what the two of you usually do when you plan a bookstore date. Have a nice dinner at Ristorante Six, walk around for a bit, then end the date by spending some time reading at your favorite bookstore. Seems nice right? Thankfully it doesn't seem too busy.
"Simeon-" you gasp out, fingers digging into his shoulders. "How naughty, reading this where anyone could just walk up behind you." Simeon teasingly scolds you. You bite your lip, averting your gaze from his. Simeon laughs, pressing his hand against your cheek, "You're adorable, do you know that?" You huff, feeling your face grow warm. "Well you can't blame me for being interested in reading that sort of thing, especially when my boyfriend is so hot. It's not that hard to envision it's us doing what the characters are doing.." you mumble, feeling your face grow warmer from embarrassment.
"There's nothing to be embarrassed about," Simeon smiles softly, tilting your face so that you're looking at him, "These urges are completely normal, though I do wish you had told me sooner so I could have done this." You stare at him in confusion, until you watch him lean in more, the feeling of his lips pressing against yours. You groan softly in the kiss, arms pulling him in closer as you deepen it. Your tongue brushes against his bottom lip and you feel Simeon shiver against you. His hands rest against your hip occasionally dipping underneath the hem of your shirt but never further. When the two of you break off the kiss, you're both gasping for air and there's a thin string of saliva connecting the two of you.
You cling to him, pressing your cheek against the crook of his neck. You lean up, lips brushing his ear, your tempted to bite his earlobe bjt you hold off...for now. "Fuck...I need you so badly," you whine softly into his ear, feeling his figure stiffen against you. "Can't you feel how much I need you?" you smirk, taking one of his hands and pressing it down there. You bite back a moan, watching for his reaction. Simeon's eyes are closed, but you could sense his resolve wavering.
"Please~"
And that's all it takes for Simeon's last semblance of control to snap. He's tugging you out the door and back towards Purgatory Hall, his footsteps hurried.

Vads <3 (8:16pm): SOS
Vads <3 (8:16pm): 911
Vads <3 (8:16pm): SOS
You glanced at your phone, annoyed at the incessant vibrating while you were trying to study, and your eyes widened when you saw your girlfriend’s texts. You scrambled to answer her, anxiety flooding through your veins.
You (8:17pm): whats going on???
You (8:17pm): are u ok???
Vads <3 (8:17pm): get over here asap.
Vads <3 (8:17pm): pls im gonna cry
You shot out of your chair, didn’t bother with grabbing a coat or your wallet or your keys as you rushed out of your room, and nearly tripped down the stairs with your speed. You slipped your shoes on quickly, called out to your mom to let her know you were leaving, and then slammed the door shut behind you, breaking out into a sprint.
Vada lived a mile away, on the other side of town. Your lungs stung and your legs burned as you ran, not stopping for a moment, even when you felt like your body was going to shut down on you, even when you swore you were tearing a hole in the sole of your sneakers.
You bounded up her front steps and practically face-planted into her door before pushing it open, knowing the Cavells never kept it locked.
“Vada!” you called, hastily making your way to her room. “Vada, I’m here!”
You didn’t knock. You just barged into her room, and then you stilled at what you saw. It looked like a tornado had blown through her bedroom: her blankets were hanging off her window sill, her pillows were strewn around the floor, her books had all been pulled off her bookshelf. She sat in the middle of the disaster, on the floor, her knees pressed against her chest and her face burrowed in her arms.
“Vads?” you asked, careful not to step on any of her belongings as you ventured further in. She looked up, her eyes wild and wide, her breathing hard. “What’s going on? What is it?”
“I--" She inhaled sharply and clenched her eyes shut. You swore her lip was trembling as you knelt beside her, a hand rubbing soothing circles on her back. “I--”
“It’s okay, baby. You can talk to me,” you whispered, trying to keep your voice calm. You glanced around the room, wondering what could have happened to make Vada explode like that.
She looked at you, took a deep breath in, and then all at once said, “I lost my vape.”
You froze, disbelief settling in your stomach. “You--you lost your vape?” It took a moment for the statement to process in your mind, and once it did, you shook your head. “You texted me ‘911’...because you lost your vape?! I thought you were dying!”
“Baby, I am dying,” she argued. “How am I supposed to live without nicotine?”
“You’re the worst. You know that right?” You sighed and stood, extending your hand for her to take. “C’mon, let’s go to the smoke shop. I’ll buy you a new one.”
Her eyes lit up, a grin breaking out on her face. “Really?” She grabbed your hand and hoisted herself up. “Yay!”
She skipped out of her room, leaving you standing in the middle of it. You sighed as you looked around a final time. “Un-fucking-believable.”
bonus: when you and vada returned from the smoke shop, her vape safely protected in her pocket, and you walked into her room, you paused.
“vada…”
she hummed and looked at you. “yeah, babe?”
you pointed at her desk, where a familiar object sat out in the open. “is that your old vape?”
“...oops.”

Counting cobblestones was your best distraction from Robin’s loud groans and the noises her dress made as she stretched it further and further. The sun streamed through the both of you, causing you to squeeze your eyes lightly.
“Would you let my poor dress go?” You warned without turning to her, hand having a harsh grip on the gin bottle you were afraid of dropping.
“I can’t, it’s itching!” She groaned, harshly scratching her chest.
“Why’d you even ask to borrow a dress if you hated wearing them so much?” You threw her a look.
"I wanted to look presentable! But now, I think I’d rather wear a trash bag than ever be this uncomfortable again,” she said through gritted teeth, following you to the doorstep.
You giggled, “But you know what?” you turned to her with a smile, “You look super pretty in that dress, Robs,” you winked teasingly, earning a groan from her as your hand shakily pressed onto the red doorbell, careful not to drop the bottle that was in your grip.
A few rumbles were overheard before Steve swiftly opened the door, leaning against the doorframe as he gave the two of you a look, both of you in your sundress, while you held the bottle in your hand like a prized possession and Robin was still scratching her neck. “About damn time, I was starting to think you guys forgot where I lived!” He said teasingly, causing you to narrow your gaze.
“Whatever happened to hello? Hi? I missed you, my bestest friend, Pinky!” You exaggerated dramatically, “Oh and you totally look so much better than that traitor sitting in my living room,” you spat snarkily, perfectly imitating a bitchy Steve.
“You know about that?” Steve asked, and you were quick to nod. “Oh, thank fucking god! I did not want to be the one to tell you,” he sighed a breath of relief, a gesture you met with a roll of your eyes.
Steve quickly changed his tone to flattery. “Have I told you how much I missed you, sweetheart?” he said with exaggerated sweetness, “Oh, and you look so pretty!” He continued with an amplified smile, “so much better than that traitor sitting in my living room.” He hummed, covering his mouth sideways, so childlike that it had you giggling.
Amid the banter, Robin, still visibly uncomfortable, impatiently broke in. “Okay, doofus, are you gonna let us in?” She groaned and brushed past the two of you, making her way to the familiar kitchen.
“Hello to you too, Rob!” Steve responded with a chuckle, before closing the door and guiding you both to the cozy kitchen.
Once inside, Steve couldn't help but ask, “So, what have you got there, P?” His eyes locked on the gin bottle in your hand.
With an excited gleam in your eye, you presented it proudly. “A party gift,” you said with a grin, shaking it gently in front of Steve's face before he took it from you.
"For breakfast?" Steve asked with a huff and a raised eyebrow.
“We’re going to make breakfast martinis!” Robin chimed in excitedly, her eyes lighting up as she grabbed two elegant cocktail glasses she'd found in Steve's well-stocked kitchen. The crystal-clear glasses made a chiming sound when she set them down harshly.
“You guys have a problem,” he joked, leaning against the kitchen counter while he eyed the way you hurriedly searched for something in his fridge.
“Says the guy who used to shotgun five beers like it was nothing,” you scoffed behind the fridge door. A shushed ‘Yes!’ escaped from your lips when you acquired lemons and a bottle of orange juice from the fridge's depths.
“And that is not how you make a breakfast martini,” he playfully groaned, stealing your ingredients away from you. Your pout was met with a playful eye roll.
“Oh-kay, fancy pants,” Robin mocked, making you snort with her easy banter.
Steve couldn't help but ask, genuine concern etching his brow, “You sure you’re okay?”
You shrugged nonchalantly, but they both eyed your expressions curiously, almost as if you were a ticking time bomb.
“Oh, c'mon, you two!” You brushed it off, trying to shift the focus.
“We’re just worried about you is all,” Robin added, placing a reassuring hand on your shoulder. Her fingertips were warm against your skin, concern washed over her face.
“It’s perfectly normal to not be okay, you know,” Steve reassured you, his voice gentle. “I mean, it must be hard coming back here after everything-”
“Well, I’m fine, Steve,” you replied a bit more sharply than you intended, guilt settling in your stomach quickly. Steve's comforting stance somehow allowed your emotions to spill out more freely.
“It’s-it’s just such a fucking gut punch that he brought her here, you know?” The frustration in your voice was palpable, tone heavy with pain.
“I know, I know,” Steve empathized, both of them stood by your side, hands resting on both of your shoulders, comedically protective.
“Want me to beat him up?” Steve said with a serious gaze, hands forming into fists as he playfully punched the air. You and Robin erupted in giggles, as Robin elbowed him playfully, “I think she needs someone better at fights to protect her, you know?” She narrowed her gaze.
“Ow!” Steve dramatically gasped, “Rude!” He pouted. “Thank you, my knight in shining armor, but I’ll be fine." You snatched the gin bottle, moving on to the task at hand – preparing the breakfast martinis as you poured the clear liquid into the glass.
“I’m more worried about your health there,” he hummed, pointing toward the generous amount of gin you poured into your glass.
“Jesus, when did you become such a priss, King Steve?” Robin mocked further before he gave the two of you a look.
“I don’t like you two together,” he huffed, hand gesturing between the two of you dramatically, “so mean,” he said, tone exaggerated, and slumped playfully, pretending to be defeated.
“Aww, come on, Stevie,” you pouted, “I missed ya,” with a hum, you gave him a quick, affectionate squeeze in a tight hug. Steve responded with a theatrical cough causing you to roll your eyes.
“What have you been up to? I listened to Robin’s work crush, the whole fucking way…” You enunciated dramatically, drawing a teasing reaction from Robin, who exclaimed, “Hey!” in response.
“Can you believe her name is Lily? Lily… that’s so pretty, she’s so pretty… Like a flower. I mean her hair is so soft, I-I mean it seems soft I never like touched it or anything, that would be creepy-” You mimicked Robin and her fast-talking, and she stuck her tongue at you childishly.
“Is doofusness contagious? I feel like you’ve been standing too close to Steve.” She mocked with a smirk, taking a jab at both of you, but more so Steve as she leaned against the counter cooly.
“You’re quick with the comebacks today, Rob, jeez!” You praised, turning back to Steve who was disregarding the two of you with a shake of his head.
Robin winked at you, before snatching the bottle from Steve’s hand to make herself a drink. “So… Stevie, what about you?” You hummed, leaning in with a curious expression.
“How’s work?”
A proud smile spread across Steve's face as he said, “I got a promotion.”
“Oh my god!” You exclaimed, genuine excitement dancing in your eyes. “Steve, that’s amazing!” His frown had your brows furrowed, “why are you not excited?” You pouted.
“You remember Adam?” He huffed, “the guy from accounting?” Your brows quirked up in intrigue, Steve was quick to nod.
“He turned out to be a douche,” with a scoff, he leaned further on the courter, his muscles flexing with irritation. “What?” You asked with a frown, “but you said it was getting serious?”
“Yeah, I guess I was wrong, I dunno,” He shrugged, wanting to seem nonchalant but it was obvious he was hurt.
Your face fell quickly, “well, what about that other girl you met in the grocery store?” You asked hopefully, nudging him slightly.
“Didn’t even call me back,” Steve huffed, and you couldn't help but pout at his apparent string of bad luck.
“Stevie…”
“I dunno what’s wrong with me,” Steve admitted, his voice laced with self-doubt.
Your heart ached at his insecurity, and you couldn't help but reassure him. “What? Nothing is wrong with you! Are you kidding?”
“These people sound like the problem to me!” You exclaimed, “I mean look at you! A nice boy with a good job, and that hair? So soft!” you giggled, hand ruffling with his perfectly made hair, which he would usually yell at you for, but now he just looked at you with the most puppy dog eyes. “Harrington, you’re the whole goddamn package.”
“You mean that?” He sounded so insecure, and innocent, that your stomach was quick to drop, knowing that Steve doubted himself like this.
“Of course!” you reassured with a pat on his back, “fuck both of them! I’ll get you something to drink.” You winked.
“Please let me make it,” Steve replied with a hint of mischief, narrowing his gaze playfully. “In fact, I’ll make both of you a proper drink,” he emphasized.
“Fine, pretty boy.”
“Rob,” he called out to her with a tilt of his head  “Orange liquor, please?”
Robin looked at him with a puzzled look, “am I supposed to know where that is?”
A tad exasperated, Steve pointed to a spot on the counter. “Right there on the counter, Rob. Jesus, you never let me look cool.”
“Don’t worry pretty boy, you don’t need her to make you look cool.” You winked teasingly, hand gently placed on Steve’s shoulder to give him a reassuring squeeze, causing Robin to snort behind you as you elbowed harshly to shush her.
Of fucking course, that’s when they decided to come into the kitchen, you could hear Chrissy’s annoying giggles before you saw her, and Eddie’s face dropped the second he saw the two of you. And all you could focus on was how close they were standing next to each other, Chrissy’s shoulder brushing against his.
You felt sick again.
Eddie cleared his throat, the laughter in the room dying with it. His sour face grew hot because he heard your compliments to Steve, saw the smiles you gave him, and your hand on his arm.
Insecure thoughts were quick to race through his mind, why was your hand on his arm? And pretty boy? You used to call him that. And him only.
His thoughts should have driven him closer to Chrissy, to make you more jealous, to have that satisfaction, but all it did was leave a bitter taste in his mouth, another lump he couldn’t swallow, and he stepped a bit back away from her unintentionally.
“Hi!” Chrissy beamed, and your eyes squinted with her voice, the urge to roll your eyes, and confront her right now was strong.
None of you answered her, it was awkward, pretty fucking awkward that even Robin’s cheshire cat smile didn’t save the room, Eddie speaking up did.
“You- uh got any water, Harrington?” It was supposed to be a joke, but the way it rolled out of his jealous lips made him sound bitter as if he was pissed at him.
Steve, taken aback by Eddie's sudden change in attitude, raised an eyebrow and responded, “Yeah?” He pointed toward the refrigerator, offering some bottled water.
Annoyance seeped through you as they stood there, prickling like a knife through your skin, your gaze narrowed as you tried to avoid looking at them, but it was awkward, so fucking awkward.
Eddie was quick to take a sip from the bottle, the entire room filled with silence as his gaze never faltered on you, “you got any notes for me?” Eddie said cooly, leaning onto the fridge, Chrissy by his side.
It was aimed at you, and you totally would’ve missed it if every eye in the room didn’t turn to you. You furrowed your brows in confusion, trying to deflect the attention. "Huh?"
Eddie’s demeanor changed at your confusion, almost like his confidence wore off the second he realized you might not have read it. “The note, you said you’d review it?” His voice held emotion, you could hear it, a pang of insecurity along with betrayal, but you didn’t want to talk about this, and you didn’t want to talk about it in front of her.
“No.” You lied through your teeth, swallowing the lump in your throat when you finally looked at him, like really, really looked at him.
He looked tired, with dark circles surrounding his eyes, hair even messier than usual, his lips cracked, and you could smell the nicotine off of him, even though he was halfway across the room.
And there was a slight shift in the way he held himself when you told him you didn’t read it, his tongue rolling inside of his cheek in a sour manner before he straightened up. “Typical,” he spat, he didn’t mean to, it was more supposed to be his inner voice, but he couldn’t help himself.  He couldn’t help the way he felt insecure when he saw you standing next to Steve, and he couldn’t help but show how much you not reading the note shattered him.
“Excuse me?” You scoffed, the air in the room getting tense, Steve and Robin pretending to be distracted while continuing to make a drink, Robin’s clumsy clatters serving as a noisy backdrop.
“What does that mean?” You asked calmly, maybe it wasn’t as calm as you intended it to be, but he really had the nerve to come for you when he didn’t even realize he was the one who was in the wrong.
“It means that I wouldn’t have expected anything more from you,” he spat out like he was your enemy, and it hurt, it fucking hurt that he saw you as someone that careless as if you didn’t read the entire note the whole night, as if you didn’t fall asleep to Aurora playing in the background. As if he knew anything.
Your anger flared, and you couldn’t help yourself, “What the actual fuck is your problem?” Your voice raised, and you straightened yourself, taking a step closer to them as both Robin and Steve’s heads snapped toward your direction, wanting to interrupt, but Chrissy got to it first.
“Okay, I don’t think we should-” Her screeching voice grated your ears.
With that, your attention turned to her, head cocking in a sharp gesture of anger, “stay out of it,” you warned, both Steve and Robin watched you in full force, almost looking like they wanted to cheer you on.
Chrissy turned to Eddie as if she was asking for him to say something back to you, but Eddie’s gaze remained on you, unable to process anything else.
She took a step closer, her head slightly tilted to the side, “Oh, come on, take a chill pill, Pinky,” she gave you a smile, it wasn’t warming, it wasn’t genuine, you could see right through her. This was her catty smile.
And it almost triggered something in you—the way her head tilted, her hand on her hips, the ‘take a chill pill’ line, it was something you recognized all too well.
The same phrase, that same annoying octave, and the same hand on her hips when she first “accidentally” started the rumor that you had kissed Eddie—granted, it wasn’t a rumor. It was true, you had kissed Eddie while you and Billy were on a break, but you told her that in confidence, and she broke your trust. Yet, like an idiot, you believed her when she said it was an accident, and that someone must have overheard the two of you talking.
Once Billy found out about the rumors, he barely let you breathe, not only did the fights get more amped up and violent, but he also isolated you from your friends, and mostly Eddie. You didn’t put the pieces together that Chrissy caused the rumor until much later.
Then, at Steve’s party, the same smile, and that same phrase, like you hadn’t caught her with Billy in the bathroom minutes ago.
And now, she was doing it again, you assumed it was on purpose, or at least it all felt like it was on purpose. And it boggled your mind how quickly she made Eddie believe she was a nice person. Because she wasn’t, and even if she was, your friendship was beyond salvageable now.
You decided to take a step closer to her, Steve and Robin both jumping on their feet, afraid of what might happen. But you had no intention of doing anything, or even saying anything to her.
Because you had decided your mind.
If Chrissy wanted to play that game, then so fucking be it.
When the bell rang once again, Steve was quick to rise, “Must be Nancy and Jonathan!” he announced, voice almost cracking from the tension in the room. He was quick to scurry off, inviting the main couple inside. You turned to Robin swiftly, almost ruining her balance with the way you snatched the drink from her hand, you took a big sip, downing the contents in one go. Then, without acknowledging either of them, you headed inside, leaving behind the simmering tension in the kitchen.
-
You were all seated, Nancy and Jonathan side by side, next to them Steve and Robin, and on their right, were the rest of the band, followed by Chrissy, Eddie, and you.
The table itself looked perfect, you could see that Steve went all out for it, adorning the table with an array of breakfast foods. Plates piled high with pastries, fruit, muffins, and of course, Steve’s special pancakes. He never stopped raving about them, and the second he sat down, he grabbed a generous amount of it to his plate. A pot of steaming coffee sat right by the end of the table, along with your gin bottle sitting right next to it, which was what you had been preferring, because everything was fucking awkward.
You were sipping on your drink like it was your lifeline, Steve and Robin watched you with a concerned gaze, whispering back and forth.
Jeff, Gareth, and the new drummer you hadn’t met before, Nathan were laughing obnoxiously, and you almost felt like it was all aimed at you.
Maybe you were paranoid, but you assumed they wouldn’t be keen on you, knowing that after L.A. all they saw was a mess of Eddie who wrote nothing but sad songs, which all the lyrics seemed to point in your direction.
“How is pre-wedding life going for the love birds?” Eddie hummed seemingly more content than before.
Jonathan and Nancy both let out an exasperated sigh, giggling like kids after they realized how in sync they were, “pretty fuckin’ tiring,” Jonathan replied, taking a mouthful bite from the pastry he had on his plate.
“You guys are still on for tonight, right? I promised the guy at Hideout at least two songs from Corroded Coffin,” he emphasized the band's name mockingly.
“‘Course, dude, whatever you need,” Eddie gave him a small smile, a wink thrown in for good measure.
Unintentionally, Eddie shifted his gaze towards you, observing the way you seemed to shrink into your seat, fingers nervously tracing the rim of your drink. Chrissy's eyes followed him, her gaze narrowing as she caught onto the subtle shift in his attention. He leaned closer to you, so close that his hand almost brushed against yours that sat on the table.
Eddie opened his pursed lips, about to utter something, but Chrissy couldn’t let that happen.
“This feels weird,” She hummed, “the last time we were all here, this table was for beer pong.” She giggled, and slightly nudged Eddie.
Eddie gave her a tight-lipped smile before his attention was quick to turn back to you, but you ignored his burning gaze.
“Steve that was a sick party,” She exclaimed excitedly, trying to gather Steve’s attention who was busy trying to locate the syrup for his awaiting pancakes.
Your head almost popped up simultaneously at the mention… the same party. The same fucking party she tried to kiss Billy. The same fucking party she humiliated you with her words. The same party she made fun of…
“Huh?” He asked mindlessly, almost knocking over Robin’s drink with how fast he was looking for the syrup, completely ignoring Chrissy. “Jesus Christ!” He exclaimed, earning furrowed brows from Robin, who just shook her head at him.
“I forgot the syrup!” He groaned, getting up from his seat. “I’m sure you’ll be fine,” Robin mocked, as Steve threw her a glare before making a hasty retreat to the kitchen with a string of curses leaving his lips, while the rest of the table tried to soak in the awkwardness.
Gareth was quick to chime in though, “oh, yeah!” he quipped, remembering the party. “You went to that party?” Jeff asked with his brows pinched together in confusion.
“Yeah, Eddie was selling so he brought me along,” he explained, grabbing Eddie by the shoulder with a chuckle.
“Oh god, that was the same party you beat Billy to a fuckin’ pulp, dude!” His chuckle grew louder, hand on his stomach.
You and Eddie tensed at the mention of it, while you enjoyed Billy finally not being able to get away with his violence, none of that memory was amusing to you in the slightest. And nor was it to Eddie.
Gareth turned to Chrissy when his laughter finally died off, “Hey, didn’t we play beer pong together?”
Chrissy's face lit up with a nostalgic giggle, “oh my god, we totally did!” She exclaimed excitedly, but your gaze remained on your empty plate, unable to contain the rage bubbling inside of you.
"It was so funny," she began, "Gareth kept missing it, but..."
Your patience reached its limit, and you couldn't help but interject. "When was that?" Your voice tinged with an edge, cut through the chatter at the table.
Multiple heads were quick to turn to you, and Chrissy probably had no clue what you were up to.  Maybe this was a low blow, maybe you shouldn’t tell in front of everyone.
“We were pretty drunk, I don’t remember-” She said meekly, but you interrupted, again.
“I was at that party too, but I must have missed that!” You continued, your words sharp and calculated. And feigning a faux sense of intrigue. Maybe it was cruel, but this was the perfect setup, and Chrissy was falling right into your trap.
Before she could respond, you pressed on, your tone dripping with sarcasm. “oooh! Was that before or after you tried to hook up with my ex-boyfriend?” Your words hung heavy in the air, the whole table quick to fall silent.
Almost all eyes except Chrissy turned to you, Robin almost choked on the strong drink Steve made for her. Gareth, Jeff, and Nathan all stopped their inner chatter, while Jonathan and Nancy’s eyes widened in unison.
As the tension continued to mount, Jonathan quickly turned to Nancy, leaning towards her, “Should I do something-” He whispered to Nancy, who didn’t dare to move, watching everything unravel before her.
“Don’t you dare,” she warned, “she deserves this confrontation. And, I am tired of Eddie pestering us about this; he deserves to know.” Nancy shrugged, Jonathan reluctantly raised his hands in agreement, almost like he was surrendering to her reasonings.
Chrissy stood there, her voice caught in her throat, mouth agape, unable to utter a coherent response. She was frozen, eyes wide with shock, while her fingers nervously fumbled with the napkin on the table, struggling to find the words to defend herself.
You reacted with a bitter, mocking disbelief, shaking your head slowly. “Shit, or was it after you blamed me for what Billy did to me? You know, making fun of my bruises and stuff?”
“What?” Eddie’s face scrunched in disgust, his eyes flickering to Chrissy, who seemed to shrink under the weight of what she did. Jonathan and Nancy watched with their mouth almost hanging open. Robin had a smug smile on her face, she bit her lip in excitement while watching everything unfold. It was like all of them had been waiting for this confrontation.
Poor Jeff, Gareth, and Nathan just watched with a confused look, not knowing anything about the deep history between the three of you.
Chrissy stammered, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment, but once again you didn’t let her. “No, no, wait!” You were relentless, sarcasm cutting through your tone as you playfully hit your forehead in a mocking gesture. “I think it was after you made fun of my parents leaving me, what did you say they were?” You mocked a pensive expression, a dangerous glint in your eyes, “Junkies?” Your gaze narrowed, Chrissy’s stammering continued, and she turned to Eddie desperately, while her vision was getting blurry.
The room had grown oppressively tense, no one dared to speak, Robin, Jonathan, and Nancy all wore disgusted faces, along with the surprise of you laying everything out on the table, literally. Jeff and Gareth silently oofed, even though they didn’t know anything, they knew that what Chrissy did was fucked up.
Eddie struggled to process it, your words, the realization that Chrissy had done something worse other than trying to hook up with Billy was hard to sink into his skin.  “What the fuck are you talking about?” He repeated, his entire world almost shattering dramatically.
“Oh, didn’t your sweet, sweet Chrissy mention all that?” You weren’t holding back, every bitterness, every ugliness, you were ready to spit it all at him and Chrissy.
And you wished it would give you satisfaction, you wished it would make you feel better.
But it didn’t. None of it felt good, none of it filled the void inside of you. None of it helped you get over the betrayal that unfolded right between your eyes.
None of it helped you get over the cruel look Chrissy gave you when she made fun of your traumas, none of it helped you get over the fact that Eddie told you that you ruined his life, and none of it helped the way your lip trembled when you saw the two of them kiss.
“Okay, I’ve got the syrup!” Steve chimed in, unaware of everything that had just transpired in the room, his brows furrowed when he noticed the tension, every eye on the table turned to him, except for you, Chrissy, and Eddie.
Chrissy's desperate gaze fixed on Eddie, pleading for some form of understanding or forgiveness, but his gaze remained unwaveringly locked on you, filled with guilt. Your own eyes were cast downward, remaining on your lap, while you tried hard to fight back the tears.
Because no matter what, Chrissy betrayed your trust, you trusted her enough to tell her what Billy did to you, and instead of getting help, she tried to kiss him, or actually did kiss him, you never found out the truth—both of them told you a different version of the story.
She made fun of your parents leaving you. She blamed you for the things Billy did. Like it meant nothing to her. Like you meant nothing to her.
“Did I just interrupt something-” Steve was quickly hushed by Robin, who pulled him to his seat quickly. “Pinky is confronting Chrissy!”
“What? Now?” He whisper-yelled, putting down the syrup jar on the table, eyeing the tension between the three of you. Robin nodded, “Eddie’s trying to process all of it, and Chrissy looks like she’s about to burst into tears,” she added.
“He didn’t know?” Steve’s brows furrowed, “Nuh-uh, don’t you remember how P made us all promise not to tell anyone? You know how she is with her personal stuff,” the two of them whispered back and forth, earning a glare from Nancy that shut both of them up.
Eddie’s expressions were unreadable, mixed with every possible emotion as he drew a deep breath in a feeble attempt to make sense of everything. “W-what exactly happened?” With uncertainty in his eyes, he faced you, he wanted to know everything. But you didn’t dare to look at him, crossing your arms defensively against your chest—you were in no way ready to tell him anything.
“I-I wanted to apologize to you, and I wanted to..” Chrissy’s voice trembled, she seemed apologetic, eyes glistening with guilt, but it truly meant nothing to you.
“Shit, you really don’t fucking get it, do you?” You couldn’t help but click your tongue in annoyance, hand on your forehead in disbelief. “This isn’t about your stupid apology.”
“You knew them, Chrissy,” you continued, your voice quivering with raw emotion, “you were there with me when they left, you fucking comforted me when I cried…” All of it felt too raw for you, your chest tightening the more you remembered it all, “and then you used it as a punch line for a stupid joke, to hurt me.”
You took a deep breath in an attempt to continue, your heart tightening the more you spoke. “You knew what Billy did to me, you saw the bruises, and you acted like none of that mattered when you kissed him!”
“I d-didn’t—it was a misunderstanding!” She tried to defend herself, but you didn’t care.
You were quick to get up from your seat, feeling suffocated. “God, i-it really hurt, it did.” you confessed, your voice trembling as you blinked away the tears. “But it doesn’t anymore because you were dead to me the second you uttered those words.” Your lips trembled.
“And you,” with a tone filled with bitterness, you finally turned to Eddie, really looking at him for the first time. His eyes were filled with regret, brows scrunched up together with guilt. Your hand pointed toward him accusingly, “fucking date her for all I care, you two deserve each other.”
You stormed off to the backyard quickly, not being able to hold back the tears anymore. Eddie got up the second you did, pleading for your name. The room fell silent again, and just as he was about to chase you, Steve was quick to rise to his feet, intervening with a grab of Eddie’s arm.
“Give her some time,” Steve’s harsh hold on Eddie’s arm had everyone eyeing them.
“Excuse me?” Eddie retorted, his gaze dangerously fiery.
“She needs some time, Eddie.”
“Fuck off,” Eddie warned, gaze dropping to the hold that Steve had on him, his anger simmering just below the surface.
“Man, I’m trying to be helpful right now, you’re the last person she wants to fucking see,” Steve spat, gaze narrowing as he looked at him with disgust.
That was the breaking point for Eddie, he took a step closer, his anger ready to spill over to Steve, which wasn’t fair, but it had been building up the second he saw how close the two of you were. The smiles you threw at him. The compliments. It was stupid and so unlike him, but with everything, he couldn’t afford to lose you, not again.
And it looked like he just did.
“That’s not any of your fuckin’ business, Harrington-”
Before the situation could escalate further, Jonathan intervened, stepping between the two of them. “Alright, alright!” he gently defused the tension. “Steve, Rob, go see if she’s okay,” He demanded, the two of them looking at him dumbfoundedly, “Go!” he exclaimed, and Robin was quick to rise from her seat, dragging Steve away from Eddie who was still throwing daggers with his looks toward Steve.
“And Eddie, I need to talk to you for a second.” Jonathan caught Eddie’s attention and tugged at his jacket to the side while Nancy quickly excused herself from the awkward table before the three of them huddled in the corner.
Eddie was quick to shake off the hold Jonathan had on him, his anger still uncontained. “What?” His voice was raised.
“You need to calm the fuck down,” Jonathan warned.
“Why didn’t you guys-” He took a deep breath. “How could you guys not fuckin’ tell me?” His voice was desperate.
“She told us not to!” Nancy added. “God, I’m such a fuckin’ idiot.” He exasperated.
Jonathan agreed with a nod, “That, you are.” Earning a glare from Eddie, he continued, “I’m sorry dude, but it’s true, you shouldn’t have paraded her around in front of Pinky.”
“How was I supposed to know?!?”
“You weren’t,” Nancy sighed, “but you knew what happened with Billy, and that should’ve been enough, Eddie.”
Eddie shook his head to disagree, his disheveled hair hung over his forehead, barely covering his pained eyes. “If I knew, if I fucking knew for a second that s-she made fun of, shit-” His voice cracked, struggling to find the right words. The vivid recollections of your pain etched lines of hurt across his face. “God, I saw how much her parents leaving crushed her, Nance. I was there, I comforted her.” Nancy could sense the hurt in his voice.
“Every time she came over to a Munson dinner, every time Wayne told her she was family, every time Wayne did somethin’ for her... I-I could just see how much she appreciated it. Wayne, and me…”
His voice continued to tremble, and tears welled up in his eyes. “And I saw those goddamn bruises that fucking asshole left, s-she was shaking, Jon- I-I knew how hard it was for her, if I…”  He took a shuddering breath, voice still shaky, and gaze glistening with unshed tears.
His hands moved in agitation, desperate to defend himself and express his guilt. “If I… If I knew for one goddamn second that she made fun of that, I w-would’ve never!” He punctuated his words desperately, hands rubbing against his face in disbelief.
“I know, I know,” Nancy reassured with a soothing voice, both she and Jonathan reached out to rub his back comfortingly. “I think she’s just upset right now, Ed.” Jonathan spoke up.
“I mean can you really blame her? I know you didn’t know anything, but the moment she came back to the town, the first thing she saw was you and Chrissy kissing… it was probably a tough pill for her to swallow.” Nancy mumbled.
Jonathan was quick to add with a soft-spoken plea, “Give her some time, and then you can apologize, okay?” He nodded, trying to take all of the information he acquired in the last five minutes
“I also think you have someone else you need to talk to,” Jonathan whispered, gaze pointing toward Chrissy who had been itching to speak to him, her gaze repeatedly flickering in their direction.
And once Chrissy realized Eddie looking back at her, she was quick to get up from her seat, shoulders slumped as she approached him. She eyed the way Nancy and Jonathan gave Eddie a slight smile and a nudge on his shoulder before they left.
Her eyes were glossy, face red. “C-can I talk to you?” She stammered.
“Y-yeah,” he conceded, a hint of uncertainty in his voice, not able to help himself when his head turned toward the sliding door, wanting to get a glimpse of you but blocked by the figure of Steve.
“I-I should’ve told you what I did.” Chrissy sighed, swallowing the lump in her throat as she took a deep breath.
“I-I’m sorry. I just…” She recollected her thoughts, “you were like the only one who didn’t know and it just… It felt nice to hang out with someone who didn’t shun me out.”
“Steve, Nancy, Jonathan… even Robin, the second they learned what I said, they didn’t even look me in the face!” Her voice cracked.
“And I know I probably deserved that but that was so long ago and I…” Her gaze fell toward the floor, she felt embarrassed, she should’ve never done that to you, and she did have her reasons, but she also knew none of them would ever justify what she said.
“I was just miserable and bitter and P-pinky didn’t deserve any of that. I know that but…” Her head snapped up, her tearful eyes locking with Eddie’s, “I really had fun with you these past couple of days and…”
Eddie was quick to interrupt her, shaking his head, “Chrissy…” He sighed, fingers rubbing his temples in an attempt to comfort himself, it was too much, everything was too much.
And he didn’t want to be here, he didn’t want to talk to her, he didn’t want some pep talk from Jonathan and Nancy, he only wanted you.
He wanted to tell you how sorry he was, and how much of an idiot he was. Even though he didn’t know anything. But he should’ve known better. He should have.
And he felt the guilt gnawing at him, consuming him from the inside.
“I really felt like we had something-” Eddie was quick to dismiss her.
“Chrissy, I’m sorry I should have never done this, I-I’m such a fucking coward.”
“W-what?” Chrissy asked, her voice breaking again, tears brimming in her eyes. “I should’ve known,” she sighed, shutting her eyes briefly to avoid the tears.
Eddie let out a confused hum. “I-I mean I kind of did, I saw the way you looked at her, the way your eyes lit up unintentionally whenever someone mentioned her. The smile you had when she talked to you… You were never ever like that with me, not even for a second.”
It took Eddie a few seconds to process that, he knew he should’ve never done anything with Chrissy, he never should’ve tried to defend her to you, he should’ve listened to you. He was an idiot.
Chrissy was right. It was you. It had always been you.
“I didn’t- I didn’t fuckin’ mean to but I think like back in my mind, I did all of this to make myself feel better because I knew she might be coming back and I just wanted to make myself feel like I got over her. I-I know that’s incredibly shitty and I’m sorry-”
“So you just used me?” She spat, feeling like a pawn in a game she did not want to be a part of.
“N-no! That’s not what I tried to do! I just… I just, I’m sorry that it came off that way… I thought I could you know… do this,” he mumbled, pointing toward the space between them.
“I can’t and I never should have tried.”
“What the hell does that even mean?” He could see Chrissy’s hurt turn quickly to anger, and maybe five minutes ago, when he didn’t know what she did to you, he would’ve apologized for being a dick, and for doing something as stupid as this. But he couldn’t be apologetic to her, not anymore.
“I-it means it’s always been her, and it’s always going to be her, Chrissy,” Eddie admitted, something that he should’ve realized a long time ago, and Chrissy wanted to laugh at that.
Of course, it was going to be you, it was always you.
Billy, and now Eddie. No matter what she did, she could never compete with you. You didn’t even have to do anything and they would devote their whole fucking life to you.
And it pissed her off, made her bitter. Which wasn’t fair, which didn’t make what she ever did or said okay. But her mind justified it. Fueled her to say those things to you.
Eddie, struggling to process Chrissy's words, stammered in disbelief, “I can’t even look at you after what she told me. How could you be so cruel?” The way he viewed Chrissy changed in a matter of seconds, disgust overtaking his senses.
But Chrissy found that amusing. She chuckled bitterly, shaking her head. “Me?” She pointed an accusatory finger at him, “You just admitted that you basically used me. Jesus Christ, you’re an asshole.”
“And I’m really sorry about that,” he said, his voice filled with sincerity, “that isn’t what I intended to-“
Chrissy, still seething with anger and disappointment, didn't give him a chance to finish. “Save it.” She rolled her eyes, hand defensively pointing toward him.
Gareth, Jeff, and Nathan suddenly appeared, intruding awkwardly into the already strained atmosphere between the two of them. Gareth was the first to speak up, attempting to break the tension. He cleared his throat and said, “Uhhh- hey man, we’re gonna take off.”
“You comin’?” Jeff inquired, standing beside Gareth.
“Uhhh, no? I need to talk to her.” Eddie replied firmly.
“Seriously? You’re still running after her?” Gareth bit back, Jeff tried to elbow him to shut him up but it was no use.
“I’ll see you guys tonight.” He said through gritted teeth, not in the mood to deal with Gareth’s hatred for you.
“Chrissy, you comin’?” Gareth was quick to turn to her, and she nodded quickly, before throwing a harsh look at Eddie.
“Jerk,” she mumbled under her breath, leaving off with them.
“I did deserve that.” Eddie sighed, mumbling to himself before he finally decided to meet all of you in the backyard.
-
You leaned back on your seat, eyes still glossy but you looked happier, a giggle leaving your lips at something Steve said.
And it hurt Eddie to see that, it hurt because your teary eyes were all because of him, and you were giggling only because of Steve.
It wasn’t like this before, he was the one who always made you happy, he never made you cry, he never uttered horrible words to you like he did yesterday.
Was it all doomed?
Did the chance for the two of you pass by and both of you were too much of an idiot to realize it? Did he manage to fuck everything up with just barely two days?
Your laughter died down the second your gaze met his, breath getting hitched in your throat. He looked guilty, those shaggy bangs falling messily on his forehead, hand stuffed into the back of his black jeans.  Walking over to you with such shyness that your gaze softened, you didn’t want to be like this with him. It was never like this before.
But it hurt so much that you could feel your chest swell with the pain. His words, Chrissy… you couldn’t pretend like none of it happened anymore.
“Can we talk?”
“Dude, I just told you-” Steve was quick to interject, and it brought warmth in your stomach, the feeling nicely seeping into your skin, knowing that your friends truly cared about you, and how much they would do to protect you.
They had done it with Chrissy, you never asked them to do anything, but the second you told any of them what happened, they didn’t even throw her a second glance when they ran into her ever again in this damned town.
And it meant so much, knowing that there were people you could count on, a sense of protectiveness and security that your parents never provided for you. But you liked that, you liked having them, an untraditional way of family, but your family regardless.
“Harrington, will you fuckin’-”
You interrupted both of their stupid dick-measuring competition with a sigh, “It’s okay, Steve,” you murmured, throwing him a smile before squeezing his arm gently. “We do need to talk,” you nodded off toward Eddie, dragging him off to the other side gently, away from all of them.
“Look, fuck- I’m so sorry, okay?” He started, his voice apologetic.
“Eddie, please-”
“No, no, let me talk, please,” he breathed out, desperate, his gaze mirroring yours, fingers brushing on your arms, gentle, pleading.
“I’m sorry, I’m a fucking idiot, I’m the biggest fucking idiot in the whole world.”
“Y-you never ruined my life, okay? You could never, even if you tried your hardest. Even if you did the worst possible thing to me. I could never see you like that. I could never see the worst of you.”
“I-I shouldn’t have done what I did, I shouldn’t have brought her everywhere, and I shouldn’t have tried to defend her to you.”
“E-eddie, stop” you gulped, interrupting him, “You-you’re confusing the fuck out of me… You tell me I ruined your life, and then I read those stupid notes-”
“You read them?” Eddie’s brows raised in surprise, an idiotic grin curling on his lips.
“Of course I did.” You muttered, avoiding his gaze.
“But you said-”
“I wanted to piss you off,” you admitted with a meek voice.
“And what did you think?” He asked, hopeful, still feeling nervous with the way you were so calm, he knew nothing good was gonna come out of this.
“That I-I can’t do this.”
“I mean, the song is really great…” You muttered, and you wanted to mention the other note, how much it crushed you and how much you wished it could change anything, but you couldn’t handle it anymore. You couldn’t handle seeing him, you couldn’t handle anything about Eddie. You needed some time apart.
“And I’m glad you realized you fucked up but I… I’m just so tired,” you sighed, licking your lips to get some sort of encouragement to say the things that you were about to say.
“I-I can’t do this back and forth with you anymore,” you huffed.
“I mean just look at us! I’ve been here for almost two days and look how many times we fought and then pretended like nothing happened! T-this isn’t how we used to be,” you bit on your lip, tasting the bitter taste of metallic blood, just so the tears wouldn’t spill.
“I know…” he muttered, “but why didn’t you just tell me? Then… and even now?”
“I-I was embarrassed,” you muttered shyly. His brows scrunched, embarrassed? why would you be embarrassed for the shitty things she did?
“Why would you be embarrassed?” He asked.
“Because it was true, Eddie,” you blinked away the tears, settling with that uncomfortable feeling.
“What are you talking about, what she did was fuckin’ cruel, and if I knew-”
“N-no, it was true.” You huffed. “Deadbeat parents and an abusive ex-boyfriend… like how cliche could I fucking get?” You wanted to laugh bitterly.
“I-I’m a mess and she’s right… And so were you! It was such a gut punch when you said it to me, but you were right.” Your lip was wobbling, eyes squinted. “I-I ruined your life and-”
“No, don’t fucking say that-”
“But it is true!” You exclaimed with a sad expression, “I ruined your life and I-I should’ve never tried to re-enter it, and I should’ve left you alone.”
“I-I’m sorry, for everything, for LA, I could say that as many times as you need me to…” you sighed. “but I promise you don’t have to worry about me anymore.”
“W-what?” He stuttered, still struggling to process your words.
“I told you Eddie, I don’t want to do this. As we said, we don’t have to talk to each other this weekend, and afterward, I’ll be gone.”
“You won’t ever hear from me or see me again.”
“But that is not what I want!” Eddie exclaimed, desperate, he didn’t want to lose you, and he was going to. There was nothing he could do to stop it.
He already lost you once, and maybe he could blame you for that, but this one. It was all him.
He tried to reach for your arm, to touch you again, to feel the warmth he felt a night ago like everything would be just as it was five years ago. But you were quick to take a step back away from him.
“But it’s what I want.” You tried to speak calmly, your cracking voice fast to fail you.
“W-what about the album cover?”
With a touch of bitterness in your tone, you retorted, “I’m sure you can find someone much better than me.”
“C’mon, Pinky, you can’t be serious, that’s like a once-in-a-lifetime kind of thing-”
“I’d rather be stuck at the record store for the rest of my life,” you muttered bitterly, words cutting through him. You could see how much they were hurting him, but there was no other way, you had to protect your own feelings.
Staying away from Eddie was the only thing you could do to stop hurting yourself and everyone else. You had already caused enough problems for everyone in the room.
Eddie's voice turned somber as he uttered, “So, this is it?” A sense of defeat washed over him.
“We’ve been doing it for the past five years, why should it change now?”
Because I want you.
Because I haven’t been able to do that for the past five years either.
Because I could never stay away from you.
Because it has always been you, from the moment we met.
Because I love you. Always have, always will.
Was what he should’ve said, some grand speech, something to sweep you off your feet, something to change your mind. Anything. So he wouldn’t lose you again, so you could finally realize how much he cared about you, how much he would always care about you.
But nothing came out of his trembling lips, not even a sound.
He stood there, feeling as if time froze around him. Like he was stuck, everything around him moved, but he didn’t, he couldn’t.
He watched you go back to Steve. Steve comfortably threw an arm around your shoulder and let you know that you could stay here with him and that he would drive you to The Hideout tonight.
And it should have been him. Him, who offered to take you to his place. Him, you spent the rest of your day with.
Him, who you ran off to whenever you felt sad or when your heart was broken. He couldn’t accept that he was no longer the one you ran to, but the one who caused all of it.

Today I decided to visit my beautiful girlfriend in her lab. When I walked in I heard her beautiful voice ''Y/N, I'm so happy you're here! I want to show you something, come!''. I quickly came over to her. ''What is it?'' I asked with curiosity.
She then put on a suit I'd never seen before. It looked familiar to her normal suit, but the material looked different. More comfortable. It showed her curves so beautifully. And it didn't cover her face so I could see her beautiful face. She looked majestic in it.
The look at her made me wet in seconds. I could feel my pussy clenching around nothing. ''I made this suit, especially for our little fun''. She tapped on her thigh, a sign for me to come closer and sit there.
I sat on her thigh, patiently waiting for her next order. She torns my pants and patnies with her claws, throwing them away leaving me half naked. Luckily there was none there.
''Will you be a good girl today?'' she whispers in my ear seductively. I nod my head. ''Is that so?'' her hands slides in between my legs caressing my inner thighs. She licks my earlobe, making me moan softly.
''Ride my thigh.'' she demands and I obey without hesistation. I slowly start riding her thigh. The material against my clit feels amazing, making me moan. She grips my hips and makes the pace faster. I start to moan, but my moans are quickly silenced by her mouth. Her toungue fighting for dominance with mine. I melt into the kiss, her tongue inspects every place in my mouth.
''I'm close'' I cry out, desperately riding her thigh to get satisfied. ''Be a good girl and cum for me. Make a mess all over my thigh, princess.'' she muttered. It took me about five seconds and I came with cry of her name, making a mess on her thigh. My whole body is still shaking from the wholesome orgasm I just recieved. I rest my head on her shoulder breathing heavily.
She pats my head ''You did amazing, my love. You were such a good girl.'' I was still recovering from my orgasm when she started to circle my clit. Her words made me even wetter if it was possible. She entered two fingers and started fucking me at rapid pace. I gripped on her shoulders. ''You can take it, princess. You've taken it before.'' she encorouges me.
I smash my lips against hers as I feel another finger slipping in me. She bites at my bottom lip almost drawing blood. My moans get louder as I feel another orgasm coming. ''Such a good girl, clenching around my fingers, so goodly.'' the pace gets fast and harder her fingers curling in me every way possible, fetching my orgasm. I finally let go. I cum hard all over her fingers.
She slips them out, my juices flowing from me, dripping down my thighs. She brings them to her mouth and licks them clean, moaning at the taste of me. ''You taste wonderful, princess''
''Are you ready for another round?'' she says more informing me than asking me. ''I added a special thing in my suit, so I can fuck you properly'' she announced while tapped something on the screen and a strap created itself on her lap.
It was purple, big and thick. It matched her suit. Shuri watched me with smirk on her face as I was examining the strap. ''Do you like it, my love?'' she questioned. ''Yes, I like it very much!'' I nod my head and touch it. It's very flexible and soft.
Shuri then takes the strap in her hand and positions it against my slit. Coating it in my juices she slowly circles my clit with her fingers. ''Ride my strap with your sweet little pussy, princess'' with that she grips my hips and slowly positions me on the strap.
I slide on it slowly, moaning at how big it is. ''Kiss me'' she demands. I kiss her lips softly as I ride her strap. The kiss becomes quickly passionate and she sets up a rough and fast pace, fucking me with the strap deeply.
I try to pull the strap out from all the overstimulation, but her grip on my hips only tightens and she thrusts in me harder than ever before. ''Take what I give you, princess or you won't cum for a week.'' she growls in my ear, hardening every trust with every words.
My back arches as I feel that I am close to my climax. ''Not yet, wait until I tell you so'' she stated, also being close to her orgasm. She circles my clit bringing me closer to my release. Her thrusts become sloppy, but still deep. ''Cum for me, my love'' she said and with that I came, Shuri just a second later.
She circles my clit and kisses me, taking me through the orgasm. ''I loved it'' I say with weak voice. ''You were such a good girl for me today, I am so proud of you, my sweet princess'' she gives me kiss on my forehead.

All For You | Part Final [Hantengu X Reader]
Reader is Human Female | Fluff | Part 1 + Part 2
Recomended Song - I Wanna Be Yours by Arctic Monkeys
Tumblr media
The air tasted sweeter than usual, your chest rising as you pulled in a wide waking breath, sharply whistling an exhale.
That had to be the best sleep you'd gotten in ages, but despite that fact, your body ached in the same way it did when you used to go on missions. It felt as if…
You'd been manhandled by a demon… or four?
A shaky hand rose and pushed the mess of your hair back, just to keep it out of the way, all while using your wrist to rub one of your eyes with a much needed yawn.
"Huh."
The light blue colour of your extra bed set seemed to have replaced the one you usually slept with. But, when could you have done that? Using both hands to grab the edge and push it off your body, you were surprised to see yourself entirely naked, and very much bruised.
Not only that, but the soft smell of your lavender soap was noticeable.
Had you done something messy and cleaned up? Certainly you weren't at full thinking capacity yet, but you'd remember that many events.
And bruises? That looked like fingerpr-
"Oh. Oh my-" Your hand fell into your hands, hiding the red tint that fell upon your cheeks.
Wallowing in the embarrassment, a sharp nailed hand weakly pushed the sliding door of your room open, catching you at the worst time. In a moment, you grabbed the sheets to cover yourself, knees pushing up against your chest in an attempt to make yourself as small as possible.
"Hantengu!" It was him again, the one you recognized and not the four that had intruded on your peaceful evening mere hours ago.
"Im sorry! I-I- you hadn't woken up in an entire day! I was just, just-" Despite pushing the sentence on, he seemed to be at a loss for words, while also not caring about the fact that he had walked in on you naked.
Silence fell between you two, and while you had no idea what he could be thinking of, you were flashing between glimpses of last night's events.
"Who… those men." You had pointed a finger at him, and he seemed to shamefully back away a step or two, albeit on his hand and knees.
"Yes, yes you are correct, they are me." He was hiding his face into one hand, letting his curled black hair help cover his face, unable to look you in the eye. He remembered it alright, remembered every angle, and every curve.
You only sighed, laying back down to relax your aching muscles, staring at the scaffolding ceiling.
"I can't say I expected any of that, I'm not that familiar with how demons work, I'm just glad I'm not, you know… dead-"
"Never! We could never kill you!" Fractically, he crawled towards you, shakily holding a hand inches from your head, before caressing your cheek.
He was warm, much like his clones, but his hands much more calloused and rough, as if they'd worked far longer. It was a comforting gesture which you leaned into, and you could tell he enjoyed the fact by the way he hitched his breath.
"So that was the best way you could make me yours?" In the sincerity of the moment, you still found a way to joke, which simultaneously eased and increased his nervousness.
"Well-"  "You don't have to say anything, I accept."  "Accept?"  "Yes."
He still seemed to be discontent with what you were providing, though listened carefully when your hand brushed against his, pushing his hand further into your cheek.
"Yes, I accept being yours."

✮↳ If I Want It, I Shall Have It ↰
♡ yandere! princess x gn reader (2.5k words)♡
tw/cw: obsessive love, drugging, use of chloroform, kidnapping, reader hates the monarchy, slightly rushed ending
authors notes: im going on vacation for like a week so I probably won't be online much, here's my little gift to you all <3 (ignore how I literally had to force myself to finish this since I've been working on it for weeks-)
Tumblr media
➼ yandere! princess Who was never really interested in romance. She had her castle, she had her garden, and everything she could ever want, so she didn't think romance was necessary for her.
➼ yandere! princess Whose parents were constantly on her case about getting married and "continuing the family legacy". She was the only daughter of the king and queen, so she was the only hope to keep the monarchy alive.
➼ yandere! princess Who would always brush them off by saying that "it's not the right time," or "I haven't found anyone I fancy yet," but she knows that nobody will cut it for her. She's too high-maintenance, too extravagant; none of the princes in her kingdom or the next would satisfy her.
➼ yandere! princess Whose parents had finally had enough of her denial, so they decided to bring the candidates to her. It was just an unchanging cycle of them introducing an over-eager prince, her rolling her eyes, dismissing him, and waiting with a bored expression for the next disappointment.
➼ yandere! princess Who would look out her window longingly, gazing up into the endless night sky with tired, hopeless eyes. "Perhaps there really is no one for me..." she whispers into the cold spring air, lying down on her delicate satin sheets. As her tired mind begins to fade, a single tear slides down her cheek and onto her powder-white pillow, a single mark of imperfection.
➼ yandere! princess Who woke up feeling even more tired than before she had slept. She groaned, rubbing her eyes with her soft, perfectly manicured hands. She slowly gets up and opens her soft pink curtains to reveal a gorgeous view of the entire kingdom; a sight she was absolutely enamoured with as a child but had now grown sick of. She slides open her glass door to step out onto her balcony, letting the wind gently caress her face. As she leans against the railings, the soft scent of freshly baked bread surrounds her. She looks down to see someone stepping out of the bakery and taking some pastries out of the oven. Their face is hidden in shadow, but she can see their mouth turn into a frown as they look up at the castle. Her eyes linger on their frame even after they've left, sighing heavily.
➼ yandere! princess Who had gotten sick and tired of her parent's desperate attempts to get her engaged, and just needed a break from them.
➼ yandere! princess Who called her chauffeur to take her out into the town, and to not tell her parents lest they bring her back.
➼ yandere! princess Who hopped into her grand carriage, looking out the window as they left the castle gates, excitedly anticipating getting to see what a normal life would be like.
Tumblr media
"We've arrived, Princess." Her chauffeur calls from the front seat, getting out to open her door for her.
"Thank you very much," She politely nods to him, adjusting the scarf on her head. "Don't wait for me, you can head back to the castle." She dismisses him with a wave of her hand, walking into the market. She looks at everything with awe, all the ordinary stalls looking more magical to her than anything in her castle. As soon as she walks into the town square, she can hear whispers all around her.
Murmurs of "Is that Princess Asmaan?" and "No, it surely couldn't be!" float around her like dandelion seeds, drifting along the winds into every corner of the small village.
She pays them no mind, having become used to the constant whispering that follows her wherever she goes. Soon enough, that familiar scent of freshly baked pastries fills her senses. Not thinking about anything else, she follows the scent to a small building with a large oven right next to it. Her eyes are wide as she watches someone dive into the circular oven and pulls out a few scalding hot flatbreads. A look of awe and shock cross her face at the feat which, in her eyes, seemed incredible, but to you... it was just another day in the bakery.
A man walks past the counter, giving her a glance in her direction before stopping in his tracks. He looks absolutely shocked, but then smiles widely.
"Princess! It's such an honour to have you here- what brings you to our little part of town?" Your father asks in an excited tone, to which she returns the enthusiasm.
"I wanted to see how my people are doing, and I couldn't help but notice the smell of your wonderful goods! May I have two naans, please?" Her excitement is genuine, but it makes you sick.
"Of course! Y/n, bring two naans, the best of the batch!" Your father's booming voice is carried through the small building, making you roll your eyes.
"Coming..." you mumble, putting two flatbreads in a paper bag. As you walk up to the counter, you notice just who you're serving. A disgusted scowl appears on your face as you stride up to the clay table, slamming the bag onto it and glaring at her straight in the eyes. "That'll be 421." You grumble, your voice full of disdain. Your father looks at you with a shocked expression, as if to say "You dare tell the Princess to pay?!" but you remain stoic as you wait for her to reply.
"Oh... yes, of course!" She reaches into her purse and pulls out a few crisp bills, to which your father interjects.
"No, no, there's no need for that! You're the princess, after all, we should be glad just to be in your presence!" He waves his hands in front of his face, smiling nervously. You, on the other hand, snatch the bills from her hand and put them in the drawer under the counter.
"Have a nice day," You say in a monotone voice as a clear indicator for her to leave. She looks a bit taken aback but takes the hint regardless.
"Ah... you too!" She smiles brightly before turning on her heel and walking away. As she walks through the busy streets, her mind is focused on one thing; you. She's never seen someone look at her with such hatred... she's the princess, everybody loves her! Everybody except you. She found your annoyed behaviour to be quite intriguing, almost... alluring. "They're a very interesting person... i need to know more about them." She thinks as she takes a seat on a large rock in the town square, silently eating her food. She looks down at the golden brown bread, her eyes softening slightly. She takes one bite, then another, then another before realizing something. You were the person that made this. It was you who flattened it between your palms, you who sprinkled the sesame seeds on top, and you who dove into the oven to bake it. This seemingly ordinary pastry was now not ordinary at all; it was a piece of you. She smiles to herself as she eats in silence, the naan now tasting that much sweeter to her.
After another hour or so of walking through the crowded streets, she started to get bored. She walks back down the street in which your bakery resided, smirking as she went behind a few buildings and to the side of your bakery, watching with soft eyes as you move about the kitchen. You notice someone behind you, a pair of eyes staring and watching your every move. You take a deep breath, put the dough down, and turn around. You clearly don't expect to see her, causing a look of surprise to grow on your face, before quickly turning to frustration. She giggles at your expression, not saying a word.
"Why are you here?" You hiss out from behind clenched teeth.
She looks around innocently, playing with the end of her scarf. "I wanted to see how a bakery works." Her answer is truthful, but it only angers you more.
"Never seen a bakery before?" You scowl at her, going back to flipping the bread and stretching it out. "Spoiled, entitled little brat..." You mumble under your breath. "Probably never even seen someone making food since everything is done for you..."
She rests her head in her hands, leaning her elbows on the ledge of the open window as she gazes at you longingly. She stays quiet, thinking about what you just said, before speaking up. "Do you hate me?" Her question is simple in nature, but has a complicated meaning behind it. It could be a threat, a genuine question, or a test.
You've always been one to answer with your heart, so the answer comes to you naturally. "yes, I do. You're a selfish, spoiled little rat who's always had everything handed to you on a silver platter. You pretend to care about your people, but while we're all here living in literally dirt-poor conditions, you're sitting in your lavish castle without a care in the world. How could I not hate you?" You're practically seething at this point, but she doesn't care.
"You're right. I'm lucky. I could've been born into the same fate as you, working hard every day just to make ends meet. But I wasn't, and I'm so thankful for it." She sighs, standing up straight. "I'm sorry that wasn't the case for you." Her voice is slightly sad as she walks away, the cold night air enveloping her entire being. She gazes up at the large castle looming in the distance, a small frown appearing on her face. You were right, she had everything handed to her. whatever she wanted, she got. And she was going to make sure that included you as well.
Tumblr media
iIt's late at night when she finally returns to the castle, rushing to her room with quiet feet so she doesn't wake up anyone. She opens the double doors to her bedroom and slowly walks inside. Lying down on her bed, her mind wanders to the conversation she just had.
"How could I not hate you...?" She repeats your line in a whisper, the soft moonlight cascading onto her. As she's lost in her thoughts, she stands up and walks to her closet. "How could I not hate you..." That single line plays in her mind on a loop as she grabs some dark pants and a black shirt with a matching scarf. "You've always had everything handed to you..." She mumbles as she pulls on the loose shirt. "Everything... but not you." Her voice is firm as she walks out, a stern glare in her brown eyes.
She silently opens her door and walks over to one of the many cleaning closets, sneaking inside and locking the door. As she waits for her eyes to adjust, she starts to think of a plan. Her eyes focus on a sheet of paper stuck to the back walls with a list of chemicals on them. She scans the paper before finding the one she needs. "Blue jug, Chloroform". She grabs a rag and the blue jug of chemicals as she plods through the room and to the door, trying to be as quiet as possible so as not to disturb anyone. She sneaks down many flights of stairs while having to take breaks in between, her frail arms not being used to having to carry that much weight. When she finally reaches the entrance, she takes a deep breath and opens the door a crack, slipping through noiselessly. Walking past the castle gates and into the road behind the now silent town, she starts to wonder why she didn't just have one of her maids do it for her. She's about to return before your words come back to her in a wave. "You've always had everything handed to you... how could I not hate you..." Your words spur her on to continue with her plan, determined to prove you wrong. Perhaps if she did this on her own, you'd finally see her for who she is!
She sighs dreamily as she walks behind your bakery, peering inside the window to see if she could spot anyone. In the dusty glass window of the kitchen, she can see you sleeping at the kitchen counter. When she sees your calm resting face, she almost swoons. You've only ever looked at her with hatred, be it either to her face or up at her from the ground. Her resolve is now set, she had to change your mind.
She soaks the rag in the chemicals, wrapping her scarf around her face so she doesn't breathe it in. Her feet are quiet as she sneaks behind the counter and into the kitchen, the lack of doors making it so much easier for her to creep in. She stands directly next to your sleeping figure, a sad look crossing her face. "I'm sorry I had to do this..." She whispers before her gentle hands slowly place the rag over your nose and mouth.
A minute after she puts the rag on your face, you start to wake up. Your eyes grow wide as you realize what's happening, but with the scarf covering her face you can't see who's attacking you. You start to thrash and scream, but nobody can hear you because of the rag. She holds you down with a gentle touch so that you can't escape, and after a few more minutes, you're completely gone. She grins wildly when you stop struggling, your limp body a sign of her success. She pulls you out of the chair as carefully as she could, but she ended up dropping you because of how delicate her arms are. "You won't mind, will you, qaundom~?" She chuckles softly as she drags your limp body across the floor.
She drags you past the kitchen, the counter, and the side of the building until you're finally back behind the bakery. She takes the bottle of chemicals and ties the handle to her shirt so she doesn't have to carry them, dragging you along the grass and toward the castle. Eventually, she makes it to a door at the back of the castle, opens it, and throws you inside with all of her remaining strength, now completely winded from the trip. After taking a minute to recuperate, she takes your hand and hauls you into an empty cell that's been separated from all the others. She lays you down onto the thin mattress, dusts off her hands and looks at you lovingly.
"You were right, darling. When I want something, I get it." She walks out and closes the cell door softly so it doesn't make that much noise, the rattle of the chain lock echoing through the desolate dungeon.
"And absolutely nothing can stand in my way." Her eyes go cold for a split second as she stares at your lifeless form before turning on her heel and walking to the door.
"Don't hate me for this." With a slam of the iron door, she's gone, leaving only the faint scent of her perfume in her wake.

Tag list: @iwouldbangchan @1uvlywon @just-here-to-read-01 @candidupped @minnie-mouser22 @shiningstar-byulxx @90s-belladonna @misssugarlips @tommolex @hoeforhao @honglynights @homerunhansol @dkakapizzaboy @junhui-recs @svtup @buffhoshi @meowmeowminnie @caratochan @lovebot4han @lovelyhan
The only times you’ve cum were by the will of your own hand. It’s embarrassing to admit, but you are painfully a virgin.
High school wasn’t great to you and neither is college, but it came at a point in time you were ready to get it over with. God, did you sound like some cliche. Not any more cliche than this party you’re at though. Drunk, horny, high. Almost everyone there was one, two, or all of the above.
You aren’t all that different. Especially after landing your eyes on possibly the best lay you could have. His eyes round like planets, shining brighter than any star in the sky. His hair is coiffed more perfect than the head of any Ken doll. And his lips, so naturally pouty and biteable, sinking your teeth into his bottom lip would taste sex alone.
“Ooh, he's a good one. Nice eye.”
“Em, I can’t,” you say, shaking your head at your friend. “Look at him. He’s too out of my league. What would I even say? Hey, you’re really hot, wanna take my virginity sometime? Are you kidding me?”
“Why the fuck not? You’re hot, he’s hot. You would make the hottest porno ever to exist—if that was your plan.” She adds that last part after seeing the panicked look in your eyes.
“Yeah,” You reply, rolling your eyes. “Hot stud steals V card from loser virgin.”
“There’s a market for that,” she nudges.
“Whatever. I’ll probably just look for someone more approachable.”
“Hey, the worst thing about coming up to him is he says he isn’t interested.”
“And how is that not at all traumatizing?”
“It’s life. Just be willing to walk through it.”
With a bit more convincing, somehow she’s managed to push you toward him. Your sneakers dragged against the floorboards, hands shaking in anticipation. In a split second, his bored gaze lands on you, and a chilling strike runs down your spine. It halts your step. Time slows down as the corner of his lips slowly turns up. His chin lifts up to greet you nonverbally, waiting for you to come closer.
You finally reach him, eyes following you like a hawk, you try to relax in his presence. Emphasis on try because besides the music, all you can hear is the pounding in your chest that travels to your ears. You release a shallow breath before saying “hi,” really wishing now you accepted that drink earlier when you arrived.
“Hi.” His voice was deep, yet mellow. “Having a good night?”
“I think so. You?”
“You can say that.” He briefly nods off to scan the party. “Could be better though.”
“How so?”
“It just,” he simply shrugs his shoulders, “could be better.”
You take a second to think about how you can turn this around in your favor. Strategizing happens to be one of your many amazing qualities. Like a light bulb appearing above your head, you remind yourself of the neighborhood you’re in and how familiar you are with it than you realize. “What if I told you I knew a place we can use a hot tub? No one home, all to ourselves.”
“I’d say, ‘hi, I’m Seungcheol. Pleasure to meet you. What’s this about a hot tub?’”
You make your grand escape from the party to take Seungcheol to a neighbor's house that you’re used to babysitting. As far as you know, they’re on a vacay to the Bahamas and won't be back until next weekend. That means you have all the freedom to hop over the fence to their backyard with an unlikely chance of getting caught.
“So, how do you know this place we’re trespassing?”
“I know the owners. I’m sure they wouldn’t mind.”
You turn on the hot tub and watch as the bubbles start to form, your smile doing just the same. Your eyes shift from the water to him nervously. “Just takes a few seconds. Meanwhile…” Your fingers fiddle with the bottom hem of your shirt, raising it past your mid-drift. Your nails graze up your sides as your shirt is pulled over your head, revealing imperfect skin, an imperfect body, scantily clad by beige–your safe color–lace and ribbon. “We can’t get our clothes wet.”
It took time for you to give your body the love it deserves and some days you still feel it’s not worth it, but at the end of the day, you’re the one living in it. You had it only in yourself to love it the most, even if you made it the reason you’ve gotten this far without popping your cherry. Your worst critic would always be yourself, after all.
Even in this backyard, where Seungcheol can't even bear to tear his eyes away from you. He draws in a breath, quietly scoffing to himself as he outlines the shape of your body. To him, the evening air smells delicious with the addition of the view. And no, he wasn’t looking at the full moon tonight.
The sensation in his chest deepens when your shorts are released from their top button, falling to your ankles after the zipper is pulled down. “Well?”
He looks up after your eruption of giggles, watching as your toe is first to dip in the warm water. Inch by inch, your body gets submerged, raising your internal body temperature by several degrees. He breaks away from your gaze with a smug smile, finally removing articles of his clothes, starting with his shirt.
An Adonis body perfectly matching his Adonis face. Chiseled all over, his muscles stood taunt on his figure. He joins, sitting across from you, sharing the heat of the surrounding water, now glistening his skin in the beautiful twilight. You could devour every inch of him.
“This is nice.”
“I told you. Would take this baby out when the kids I babysit are asleep. Let my mind go blank for an hour or two.”
He nods at that, silent after.
“This is actually the first time I brought someone, always too scared about getting caught on the job. Haha.” Why would you say that?
You shut your eyes in embarrassment but tried to get over the initial cringe of your words before changing the subject. “So, do you always follow strangers at the mention of a hot tub?”
“Not always, but I find it better not to question most things. More fun that way. Do you always lure strangers into intimate and private settings?”
“No, but so far I have no complaints.”
He gives you a closed-mouth grin, now making you wonder about the smile he’s hiding behind those lips. “Let’s hope I keep it that way.”
The air is thick with tension, even six feet apart from each other. Most men would pretend not to look, but not Seungcheol. His eyes stayed stuck to you, dark and stormy in stark contrast to the clear skies faintly illuminated by the lawn lights and barely there stars. You are almost sure he wants you at least a third as much as you want him, but he made no gesture in approaching you first, so you dangle yourself in front of him.
Lifting off your seat, your breasts bounce up from the water it once floated in into the cool, crisp air. You saunter in his direction until you're mere centimeters away from him, supremely conscious of the pure sex radiating off his pristinely large build. “It’s gonna sound like a cliche, but I don’t do this kind of thing. I’m usually a by-the-books person.”
“What’s changed?”
Your hand reaches for his bicep, hard and pulsing under your fingertips, and you pull yourself towards him, knees bent on either side of his thick thighs until you're straddling him. Your eye level ascends until you’re looking down at him, his irises dilating once he sees you and feels your soft curves meet his deep hollows. “You look more fun than books.”
“So what, you’re gonna do things differently with me?” You feel the pad of his fingers ghost over your spine, shivers following, causing you to arch into him with a gasp. “I don’t know if I’m worth all that.”
Your hands trickle on the nap of his neck, threading in his dry hair, and excitement bubbles inside you. “The call I get to make.”
His lips, pink and plump, meet yours when you lean in. Like pillows, they cushion the impact and hug the curve of your lips before they start ebbing with carnage. His hands press into the solid of your lower back, fusing into like a tense thread has snapped loose. Your tongue beckons him for access, cheeks flushed against him. You whimper as he holds you tighter, his erection digging into your crotch, and you can somehow feel how wet you are. You’re wet all over from the water your party submerged in, but the lining of your warmth contains a more viscous fluid.
Eventually, Seungcheol pulls away, earning your bemused expression. “I’m not taking your virginity.”
“What?” You ask, shocked, backing away. “How—Why the hell not?”
“I overheard what you and your friend said. Not very subtle. As to why…you deserve better than that.”
You roll your eyes, “Ugh, you’re one of those guys. Remember that not everyone holds the value of sex to this same high standard.”
“But you do, given you feel so pressured to do it for the first time.” He lays an awkwardly platonic pat on your arm, discomfort apparent on your face, but he shows no sign of caring. “I’m not going to let you throw something…heavy away to someone you met—what, 15 minutes ago—to cater to a societal norm. Depending on the person, they would have hurt you. I could’ve hurt you.”
“Look.” Your hand presses against his bare chest. “I approached you. I chose you. Who I decide to have sex with is up to me. I’m grown enough to make that decision.”
“I’m not telling you to promise your body to someone you plan on marrying. What you deserve is to have it to be with someone special, at least someone you trust. Why would you let me even this close to you?”
You scoff. “You had no complaints when we were making out. So don’t use this generic ass excuse that it should be ‘special’ or someone I ‘trust.’ If you don’t want to sleep with me then don’t.”
“You don’t listen.”
“I’ve complied with most things in my life. This will not be one of them. Now, if you don’t want this, it won’t be you. I’ll move on to someone else…I’d just hoped it’d be you.” You lift yourself onto the ledge, only your feet in the water. “Seeing as this is going nowhere, thanks for wasting my time. Good kisser though. Three stars.”
You’re about to leave when his hand stops at your knee. You look down at him expectantly as he gets closer. “Stubborn too.” He stands in the pool to meet your eyes, lips pursed in an amused smile. “I followed you so no one else would. I plan to keep it that way.”
You raise a brow, unsure where your surge of confidence came from, finally feeling the tremble of your hand as it covers his. “What makes you think after this I plan on staying with you?”
“Because although I won’t be having sex with you, I can give you something just close enough.”
Now both hands are on your knees, lips colliding with yours once more, just as hot and sweet as the first kiss. You moan as his teeth dig into your bottom lip, his hands finding your unbreached heat. Then there's that familiar reflex of pulling away, the situation dawning on you now. You blink back at this beautiful man that takes your breath away just from his mere presence and get that same feeling every other time you come close. “Seungcheol…”
“You backing down on me, virgin?”
“Okay, that hurt.”
He chuckles. “I’m teasing, but not the kind I should be doing.” He lands a kiss on your nose. “I’ll be careful. If you let me, that is.”
“I am. You just make me really nervous.”
“I understand. I won’t do anything you wouldn’t want me to.”
You nod, a little too eagerly. “I want you. I-I’m letting you.”
“Good, then relax.”
He parts your legs further away, hand firmly pressed against your warmth, seizing the oxygen from your lungs, and he kisses you tenderly. Your hand clasps over his cheeks, deepening your liplock, and you feel the courage seep out of his fingers as they push aside your damp panties. His digits glide over your moisture, coating himself in the arousal built over your time together and you feel him smile against your lips. “That’s definitely not water, but I have a feeling you know that already.”
“More teasing?” You ask in a weak breath.
“I’ll make sure it’s worth it.”
He bows his head, his knees hitting the plastic bottom. His hands glide over your thighs, a tingling sensation follows its path. His kiss marks your skin in a way that wasn’t visible, only burning you with an unreplicable heat. His touch—gentle and firm—makes your head go to places you usually go to when you’re alone. His eyes tell you comfort and safety, but conflict with the glint of hunger that shines through.
He kisses the center of your folds, easing at you with light flicks of his tongue. Although delicate, it drives you insane, wanting you just to bury his face inside you already. Patience eventually rewards you as his tongue runs stripes over your bordering thighs—small jumps on your end—then your slit. He coats himself in your translucent nectar, sighing in your heat. Mewls then leave you like a nursery rhyme, haunting yet addictive. “Delectable just as much as you look.”
There’s a slow rise and drop of your chest watching him devour you. His lips purse to your core, darting in you to lap your insides, and you whine from his vigor. Your thighs press against his hot, red cheeks as water splashes around him. You shake—vibrate actually—speaking his name like it was the only thing that makes sense, and somehow you still feel how gentle he is with you.
This stranger is meant to be a stranger, so why did he make you feel special?
With the curl of his fingers, they plunge in you, feeling how you pulsate around him as he sucks on your clit. You buck into his face, a wreck, hands glued to the edge of the tub in anguish. Your moans are a grand symphony on loop, the background music to the beautiful moment he’s savoring. How you gush feels him with pride, tightening his core as you push his head closer with your knees. “I-I’ma cum…”
He says nothing, only rummaging faster, deeper, holding on to the pace until his gums are filled with your climax, not minding how it makes him a mess. Your hips hit his face in an erratic beat, only settling down after he licks your thighs clean. You gasp in amazement, only for that gasp to be swallowed by Seungcheol as he sticks his tongue down your throat; you taste his promise.
You part in thick, glossy ribbons, eyes fucked from–you still can’t believe you’re saying this–orgasming by someone other than yourself.
“T-thank you,” you say with gratitude you conjured from the pit of your stomach.
“If you really want to thank me,” he leans in closer, “Let me take you out sometimes and I’ll let you experience it all over again.”

hai!! I just want to say that your writing is amazing!! and welcome to Tumblr!!!
do you mind if I request vampire cyno? where he is addicted to readers' blood because he's been striving the whole day without readers presence since reader was out?? IM NOT SURE IF THIS IS A GOOD REQUEST BUT HOPE YOULL DO IT <3
Tumblr media
✦◦ blood thirsty
Tumblr media
summary. the hunger that cyno's feeling isn't just for blood, but also for you.
notes. cyno x gn!reader / suggestive / vampire au / established relationship
author's thoughts. this is my first ever request! thank you for requesting. i hope this satisfies you ^^
Tumblr media
Cyno felt like he was going insane.
It felt like an unwelcome thought, involuntarily burying itself inside him. He ran his fingers through his thick, white hair, massaging his skull. But it didn’t do much to help. The hunger inside him was getting worse by the second.
Where were you?
You were supposed to be back three hours ago. Cyno could only writhe and shiver on the couch for so long. He felt breathless. He felt his lungs shrivel. God, he needed you.
As though the archons above had heard his prayers, the familiar creaking of the door sounded through your home. Cyno felt a jolt of electricity course through him, his heart hammering against his ribs.
He froze for a split second, enough for your figure to inch ever so closer into the living room. The hours of need seemed worth it right now.
“Cyno! I’m home—” Your words caught in your throat, feeling a force collide against you, pressing you down.
“Finally.” Cyno breathed. His breath tingled on your skin causing you to shiver. Your response only encouraged Cyno to go further. The grip on your waist tightening as he held you flush against himself. Tonight, the hunger he felt wasn’t just for blood. It was for the thrill of the hunt. The hunger was for you.
Cyno cupped your cheek, looking into your eyes with an expression that you could only describe as tender. Rather ironic for the situation you both were stuck in.
You took a small step back. Your boyfriend mirroring your step, closing the distance between you two. Cyno’s lips landed on your’s, capturing it in a kiss. It lasted for a moment, a flicker maybe, before his calloused hand tilted your head sideways. Your neck, now visible.
“...May I?” Cyno asked, though his mouth was already inching ever closer to your skin.
With a subtle nod of your head, Cyno latched on to your neck. The bite felt like it always had; a prick, sharp and immediate, the pain subsiding as quickly as it came. A breathy, weak snivel escaped you.
Cyno parted from your neck for a split second, his breathing, once uneven now more steady. “...Was waiting for you,” He muttered. “For so, so long.”
His fangs sunk into your skin again. Cyno swallowed thickly as your sweet, sweet blood travelled down his throat. He felt it was almost impossible to let go of you. The warmth of his mouth on your sore neck was comforting, in an odd sense.
Cyno would part from you for a few moments only to mutter the same things about waiting for so long, about needing you, about needing your blood. You could only let out a small gasp each time, murmuring soft ‘I knows’ and ‘I’m here nows’.
Eventually, the vampire’s grip on your form faltered, softening. Cyno’s once glazed over eyes now seemed to refocus, taking in his surroundings for the first time this evening.
A soft tsk echoed as his teeth parted from your skin. Cyno held your body steady as your feet failed to find strong footing. The feeding session was long. You were weary.
On your neck were two circles, the only sign that Cyno had ever fed off of you. He couldn’t help but feel an inkling of pride swell in his chest as he saw his own marking on you.
He held your face in his palm as he pressed a soft kiss on top of your nose.
“...I’ll take care of you now, love.” He said, gently cradling your body in his arms.

Wasn't so bad (Julian Loki x GN reader)
Maybe it wasn't so bad. It wasn't so bad you were spending the extended holiday with your older brother in france. The country itself was beautiful, with so much luxurious architecture, clothing and treats. Moreover you were also missing your older brother, you can't deny, its been a long time since you both have met up. Waiting at the airport felt like an eternity, constantly checking your phone to see if your brother ‘Akatsuki’ texted yet. Seeing no text yet, you sighed and impatiently tapped your pointer finger against your forearm, waiting for the familiar red-head to pick you up.
Texting him one last time and reminding him that you were already at the airport, and making sure you dearest brother didn't forget of his responsibilities. And finally he decided to respond after what felt like HOURS..
The reply wasn't one you expected nor even thought of. A friend of his was picking you up?. You felt slightly worried, you haven't met any of his friends yet. Which made you feel slightly anxious.
Till you were taken out of your thoughts by a handsome young
Man.
The young man spoke in french, leaving you to tilt your head to the side, confused what the handsome french man was telling you.
The Frenchman catched on that you didnt understand him, which prompted him to let out a soft chuckle..and speak in english for you
“Bonjour, Im Julian Loki, one of your brother's friends!” Julian introduced himself politely. His accent strong but soft, it made your heart rush
Quickly you shook off your shock and introduced yourself back.
‘’(Name) (Last name)..” Not fond of speaking to people you didn't know, you just simply told your name. Julian smiled softly and soon repeated your name.
‘’(Name)..” The way your name rolled off his tongue so smoothly made you flush internally. Julian was an attractive young man, no doubt he was physically active due to the muscles you could see..
Clearing your throat you asked the most important question.
“Are we just gonna stand here all day?” This question caught Julian off guard but made him chuckle nonetheless, he shook his head and soon helped you with your bags.
Julian insisted he would be the one to place your luggage in the trunk, while you wait inside the car.
Not so long after, the car started. With Julian driving and you in the passenger seat.
The car ride was silent but comfortable, soft french songs were playing. Julian hummed the rhythm of the songs.
Taking a quick glance at Julian, your cheeks flushed. Your heartbeat fast.. Maybe..
It wasn't so bad to spend the holiday with your brother. If it meant you could see the French man more often.

BONUS As you were enjoying the silent ride to your brother and Julian's shared apartment, your phone buzz indicated someone had messaged you. It was from akatsuki.

Opening his message, you immediately felt the need to punch your brother..cheeky bastard!

Tumblr media
Your vision goes blurry as you’re thrown against the wall of a dingy alleyway, sharp nails digging into your skin. A loud hiss and hot breath against your neck make your heart jump in your throat. Grasping at your wooden stake, you smack the back of it against the vampire’s head, sending them reeling. Taking the chance, you kick them up against the opposite wall and drive your stake through their hand.
Their scream of pain smells like blood and flesh.
You aim a well-placed kick at their head, knocking them to the concrete, and they still. The sickening crack of their skull meeting the pavement gains no reaction from you.
You reach down, yanking the wooden stake out from their hand. They don’t move.
You raise it over your head and bring it down, stabbing straight through their chest.
A raspy breath escapes the body as their muscles twitch, and they fall still once again.
“I see you’re out and about again, mon chérie.”
You don’t even acknowledge the familiar voice as you stare down at your most recent kill. Despite what people in the business say, you know you’ll never quite get used to this.
Not killing the vampires, and certainly not the vampire that’s taken to following you around on nights like these.
His name is Comte de Saint Germain, and the tension between you two has always been palpable.
“Indeed I am.” you finally respond, turning to face his towering silhouette. It’s at times like these when you’re fully aware that he is, indeed, a vampire, despite what the upper class of France may believe.
It’s not that you’re wary of him because he’s the type of beast you hunt.
You’re wary of him because he hasn’t stopped you yet.
“I’m assuming that poor soul attacked an innocent.” he mused, stepping closer to you in order to examine the body.
“They did.” you answer curtly.
Comte hums. He kneels next to the body and murmurs something under his breath.
You reach for your stake.
“There’s no need for that.” he turns back to you as if sensing your movement smiling up at you.
The smile is tense. Fake. Meant to make you let down your guard.
You grip your stake harder.
Comte stands up, not a single speck of blood or dust on his clothing. He’s facing you, the smile on his face still plastered across his lips.
“You should consider taking a more peaceful approach next time. You never know what the vampire you kill could be suffering from.” Comte says, and although his voice is soft there’s a steely edge to it.
“I’ll keep that in mind.” you reply coldly, eyes narrowing as you wait for the slightest movement.
He makes no move towards you. Instead, he chuckles and disappears into the night, and you’re left in the alleyway with blood-soaked clothing and a racing heart.

SOMETIME IN 2001 - FEBRUARY
Sam sat across the room from you, his chair far in the back and to the left whereas you sat to the front…you had pulled the short straw. You found yourself turning around every now and then, locking eyes across the room, trying to get him to laugh. He was in one of his bad moods today, hair in front of his eyes and hood up. You and Dean had pretty much accepted the fact that you’d be moving around alot, your families working together as hunters but Sam wasn’t as happy about it. He didn’t want to leave again.
“Y/N,” the teacher began and you spun back around, eyes wide. “Eyes on the front please, Sam doesn’t need you distracting him.” You nodded and got back to work, though you could feel Sam’s gaze burning on the back of your head.
You had known Sam for as long as you could remember, the two of you used to share toys while your parents were out hunting with John. He was always a shy kid, but this year seemed to be the worst of it. Maybe he was going through a phase.
Class finally ended and you packed up your books before heading to the back of the class, kneeling down and leaning against Sam’s desk. He looked up and smiled, muttering a quiet, “hi.” you grinned and grabbed his bag, watching as he pushed the hair away from his eyes (it had been longer than usual lately).
“Are you still upset about moving again?” You asked, walking alongside him, his hand gently holding yours. Sam sighed, shaking his head as you made your way out of the school and toward the same motel you had been staying for the past few months.
He ran his spare hand through his hair. “It’s just…we’ve just got comfortable here. I’ve actually made friends that aren’t you or Dean. I just wish we never-.” He stopped himself short. It was a stupid thing to wish.
“I know,” You replied. He wished his family weren’t hunters. You both stopped in front of his door, staring at each other silently. It wouldn’t be long before Dean got back and started his relentless teasing, so with one final goodbye, you went your separate ways.
That evening was wholly uneventful, an hour or two of homework, some research for your dad then the sweet and familiar feeling of zoning out while listening to Deftones on your hard motel bed. ‘Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want.’ had just faded out when there was a gentle knock on the door, one you recognised. You opened the door and took in the smiling sight of your best friend. He was wearing an oversized tee with a blue dog on it that you had given him and a pair of pyjama bottoms. He looked much more comfortable than he felt.
Sam had been building up his courage since the beginning of the year and, knowing the both of you would still be on the case when it rolled around, he wanted to ask you to prom. Even if it were just as a friend.
“Hey Sammy,” you smiled and stepped to the side to let him in, noticing how he was fiddling with the strings of his pyjamas. He was nervous. “You ok?” It was a simple question, but from the look on his face you would’ve assumed you had asked him to marry you.
He laughed slightly and scratched the back of his neck, replying, “all good, just wanted to come chat!” He smiled awkwardly. God, he thought, he was already blushing. He sat across from you, slightly wet hair brushed to the side and fluttering eyes locked on yours.
You laughed at his nerves but pressed play on your music again, turning the volume down so ‘when the sun hits’ could gently sit underneath your conversation.
“Y’know,” he began, hands fidgeting, “We’re gonna be in Oregon until spring, which means we’ll actually graduate this time.” he spoke, voice soft and wavering. “So um-”
He cut himself off, not knowing how to ask. He had wanted to do something nicer, get you flowers or something, but it hadn’t exactly gone to plan (that and Dean had told him to do it now before he got too nervous). You put your hand on his to stop it from shaking and urged him to keep talking and he smiled so softly you could’ve imagined it.
He breathed out before speaking again, “I was thinking we could go to prom? Together?” You went still. That’s what he had been nervous about.
“As friends?”
He seemed to shrink. “Uhm, yeah, if that’s what you’d want.” Sam was downtrodden, though he had expected you to take it this way, it still stung.
You smiled gently. “I’d love to go with you, but maybe not as just…friends.”
He looked up, confused for a moment. You had said yes. Blush bit at his ears as he fought the urge to get up and physically jump for joy. “I’d like that.” He managed to get out before standing again, you joining him by the door.
“I should probably head back, dad will be wondering where I am.” Though you both knew the statement wasn’t true at all, you agreed and let him walk out the door.
“Sam.”
He spun back around on his heel and you stepped closer, placing a kiss on his cheek. To him, it felt so gentle, like the breeze gently brushing his face, but it still brought up a blush so aggressive it felt like he was on fire.
SOMETIME IN 2001 - PROM
It was a few weeks before graduation, which meant it was prom night. You were sat in your motel room, in the nicest outfit you could find for cheap, waiting for Sam to finish getting ready. Since asking you to prom, the two of you had spent every waking moment together though you weren’t, as Dean would say, official yet (despite being only a label away from it).
Eventually, he walked out of the bathroom in a simple navy suit, one that matched your own outfit almost perfectly. You had both found them by chance in separate thrift stores and found yourself extremely lucky when they not only fit, but matched. “You look so handsome.” you said as he fiddled with his tie, trying to get it to sit right. Eventually, he gave up and gave you a look of desperation, asking you to do it for him with his eyes alone.
His gaze never left you as you fixed the tie, gentle hands righting the knot. Sam had planned tonight out to a tee: Dean was going to drive the both of you in their dad’s impala and then he’d get permission to take three (which was masterfully negotiated down from ten by Sam) photos. Then, he’d link his arm in yours like a gentleman and walk you into the gym. From there, his dancing skills took charge.
Each part of the plan went well and it was the middle of the night before either of you took a break to get a drink. There was a tired flush on both of your faces and a glint in Sam’s eyes you hadn’t seen since you were young. It was there, the two of you were sat when ‘your song’ came on. The song Sam had asked you to prom with (though it was more of a coincidence).
The boy took your hand gently and led you to the dancefloor again, his hands finding a place on your hips. You wrapped your arms around his neck and swayed gently, humming along to the song and staring into Sam’s eyes. The night was perfect.
Or would’ve been.
There was an impossibly loud crash and both you and Sam stared at each other in a split-second of recognition before the gymnasium went dark. Screams erupted from the crowd but the two of you stayed calm, quickly retrieving your respective silver blades that John had forced you to keep that night. Sam was furious. John had promised he would chase the monster in the opposite direction. The man had lied. In the panic, the two of you had been separated and you knew better than to call out for him in the dark school corridor.
You had prepared for this, trained. But you had never actually fought a monster before. Your hands shook from fear and tears glistened on your cheeks as you gingerly made your way down the hall. Your only lightsource was the large, dirty skylight that sat at the far end of the hallway and you found yourself glad - for the first time ever - that it was a full moon. Light trickled through the glass, fragmenting when a crack or some growing mould got in its path.
There was a growl from behind you and you stiffened, chills running down your spine. You turned slowly, eyes shut tight. You weren’t meant to be scared, you had been taught to not be afraid - so why couldn’t you find it in you to be brave. Your eyes opened and locked with the werewolf that was a mere centimetre from you now.
You gripped the blade with a sweaty palm and shoved it forward, piercing through the monster’s heart, though not before it could bring its claws down across your face. You both cried out and fell to the ground, you clutching your face and the werewolf growing still. “Y/N!” Sam called out as he sprinted over. Within a second, his hand was under your head and he was cradling you close to him.
Sam was hurt too, grazes littering his skin and a cut pulling at his lip - though he found that unimportant compared to the overwhelming amount of blood that seeped from your face.
“You’re ok.” He whispered, “You’ll be ok.”
THAT EVENING
You leaned against Sam as he got the first aid kit ready, having previously cleaned his own injuries as quickly as he could. Tears mixed with the blood on your face and Sam had to fight not to cry too, he hated seeing you hurt. “This is going to hurt, Y/n/n,” He began, eyes wrought with sympathy and a dusting of tears, “I’m so sorry.” he whispered and you nodded, preparing yourself. He moved his spare hand to the least injured part of your cheek for both control and comfort then gently let the alcohol John had provided trickle over your injuries.
You let your hand rest on his forearm, his mint breath fanning your face as you held in your tears with sharp breaths. “I killed them.” You whispered and Sam looked at you in empathy. He knew exactly how you felt. He didn’t want to shush you, (he didn’t know why people did that) he knew you needed to cry - but at the same time he didn’t want you to feel guilty.
“He was going to kill you. You did the right thing.”
You sighed, breathing shaky from the tears that stuck in your throat. “It doesn’t feel like that.” Sam stopped what he was doing and pulled away, eyes meeting yours.
He smiled gently. “You saved so many people, Y/n. no one in there would have been as brave as you.” Sam whispered and you nodded, finally finding it in yourself to agree with him. He gave you a break from cleaning the injury for a while and you got a better chance to look at him.
There were rips in his tux, some tinged with deep red stains and his previously white shirt was littered with mud stains. Cuts littered his arms and face while a particularly vicious bruise was slowly forming on his jawline. Despite all of this, he still looked handsome - you found it difficult to look away.
He knew what he was doing well enough, sanitise everything, clean the wound and then pray you didn’t need stitches - still, he couldn’t stop the anxiety from filling his mind. Sam was gentle, it was just who he was. Soft, caring hands worked quickly and lovingly while he muttered words of comfort. You were incredibly lucky, the wound was mostly superficial.
Both you and Sam sighed in relief as he placed the butterfly closure tape to each major point of the scratch mark. “See,” he whispered, “Told you you’d be ok.”
You smiled, careful not to tug at the cuts and leaned in, wrapping your arms around him. Sam’s hands found a home in your hair and he gently ran his hands through it as he sighed in comfort. “I’ll always be here for you, Y/n/n.” he whispered, voice strong, honest. You found it easy to believe him.

whenever i do childe's weekly boss fight, i always make sure that im listening specifically to sugar daddy by qveen herby. because for some reason, i always get really good drops afterwards.
and then i remembered that one sagau imagine that a previous anon shared; about the characters being able to hear whatever music we're listening to. and i just, omg...
i just thought of sharing cuz it's too funny not to 😭.
Tumblr media
SAGAU: Fighting Childe with Qveen Herby’s Sugar Daddy playing Note: I intended to make this post just a small mail post but I don’t want to pass up the opportunity to write it as a mini fic. REQUESTS OPEN 24/7 BUT BE WARNED THAT THIS AUTHOR IS A TURTLE AND VERY SLOW Warnings: This ended up becoming a SAGAU Childe x reader because your author is being a bit of a self-indulgent right now.  Masterlist
Childe remembers the first time you two fought. It was the heat of the moment that made him forget for a second that he is sentient and that some of his abilities are not bound to the game anymore. He can hear you behind the wall that separates his reality from yours and part of him just wants to have a power strong enough to break it and make two realities mix but it is impossible. He’s mad and frustrated he could only taste your frustration through faceless sounds.
The second time Childe was thrust in a battle with you, the atmosphere was different. The world around him seemed to be muted and he knew exactly what was going to happen. He was out with Xinyan in Fontaine when it first happened. It was a small mission given to him by the Tsaritsa but things went haywire and got him stuck in Fontaine for weeks. Lucky for him before he even went insane he ran into a familiar face that greeted him with a smile. Suddenly while they are both yapping about music and fighting, the world around them stopped and a foreign sounding music entered Teyvat and became the start of the new music age.
Childe readed his fighting stands, his mouth moving along the coded lines the system is forcing him to speak. At the very second he finished talking and about to start speaking an unfamiliar song started playing. The beat was a little slower than the usual and he admits, it fits the slow movement he’s doing in the battle field.
‘He love me He give me all his money That Gucci, Prada comfy My sugar daddy’
Childe felt his face heat up and made him almost lose concentration while aiming against your team. Sugar daddy? Based on Albedo's investigations, people of your world call them names a lot and daddy is one of the many names they were called. He’s flattered that people find him good looking but he’s flustered with you at the moment because he didn’t think you’d be this bold, coming to his battle domain playing a song like that.
The heat from his face didn’t dissipate at all but it didn’t hinder him from continuing his attacks. Paimon who is standing outside the domain barrier is looking at him weirdly with the traveler just looking done with everything. He has a feeling he’ll be asked what a sugar daddy is later given how inquisitive the tiny companion is.
‘Looking back on the boys that I dated All the popular boys overrated’
Dated? Childe’s jaw clenched and his attacks went harder on the phrase. Songs don't usually reflect the state of the person listening to it but that chance is still a chance. Who did you date? There’s a burning feeling in his chest at the thought of you, their player, dating someone in your world. If they could only break barriers and then he won’t hesitate to immediately take you away and spoil you with all that you wanted but that barrier is persistent and only grows stronger the more they try to break it.
‘He love me He give me all his money That Gucci, Prada comfy My sugar daddy’
‘Damn right I am’, Childe muttered under his mask as the match finally ended. He was transported outside the domain with Paimon cheering everyone on. His cheeks are still tinged pink from the music that was played but he hoped that the rewards are to your liking. He had it prepared way before the match started and even though he was prepared, the music made him feel unprepared. Perhaps you can play the song again the next time you two play fight. Childe waved everyone goodbye as his exit is on the different part of the Golden house. He can’t wait for the next week to come.

the rain outside is loud, thundering against the tiled roof of your house as you lie in bed. you're snuggled up under your white bed sheets, eyes drooping with sleepiness as the warmth of your blankets beckons you into a soft and sweet dreamland. you pull them up all the way to your nose and you inhale the comforting scent of laundry detergent.
your Tom Tom Club record spins quietly in the corner of your room, drowning out some of the rain. you listen to Tina Weymouth's lovely voice and slip into sleep, but a sudden clink against your window rips you away from your trip to a blissful slumber.
you blink a few times and turn your head to gaze at your window, another soft clinking sound meeting its glass barrier. you groan, untangling yourself from your sheets as you step onto the carpeted floor of your bedroom. you stumble over to your window and open it, the cold night air blowing harshly against your face. you don't dare to stick your head out the window any farther, unless you'd like to get rained on.
"Rapunzel, Rapunzel, will you let down your hair?" a familiar voice calls to you.
"my hair isn't long enough for that, you dork," you reply, making your annoyance clear. you receive a chuckle in return.
"Eddie, how many times have I told you not to throw rocks at my window?" you say as you look down onto your front yard, your boyfriend's lanky frame apparent in the darkness.
he had made an unfortunate habit of doing this. instead of using the front door, like a normal person, he would pick apart your pebbled walkway and throw rocks at your window to get your attention. it reminded you of a fairytale, as if you were a princess locked away in a tower, Eddie being your knight in shining armor to come and rescue you (although slightly less romantic). you liked that he wanted to see you, sure, but his means of doing so we're…inconvenient.
"they're not even that big, it won't break anything," Eddie calls up to you, his ever present grin plastered on his face. you roll your eyes.
"you're so annoying," you huff. you don't want to show any excitement in regard to his visit.
"tell me about it when I'm not getting rained on. can I come in?" he asks you, and you reluctantly oblige.
you watch with the slightest bit of nervousness as he skillfully climbs the tree on your lawn, jumping onto the small ledge just outside your windowsill. he carefully steps through your window and closes it behind him, finally turning around to face you with an all-too-pleased expression adorning his handsome features.
"ta-da," he exclaims as he spreads his arms out wide, bowing. you shake your head and bite back a smile.
"I'm getting better, huh?" he says, shaking the water off of himself like a dog after a bath, "I didn't even fall this time."
"whatever you wanna tell yourself, Munson," you sigh.
all he does is smile and you know that you can't really be angry with him. the sentiment behind his visit is too sweet.
"let me go get you a towel," you break the momentary silence, walking out into the hallway, "you're dripping all over my carpet."
"oh, my sincerest apologies," you hear Eddie say and something compels you to think that he's not really sorry. you wander back over to him and throw the towel into his arms.
"what are you doing here, anyway?" you ask him as he rubs his face against the soft fabric. you know the answer but you want to ask him anyway.
"wanted to see you," he answers with no hesitation, not even bothering to look at you. your cheeks heat up slightly at how sure his words are.
"Eddie, do you not understand how being grounded works?" you quirk a brow at him and he finally looks back up at you, "I'm not supposed to see anyone. especially you."
"well, those are your mom's rules, right?" he puts his hands on his hips and you nod, "and guess what? you're mom's not here."
"it doesn't magically disappear like that, Eddie," you say and he shrugs. he tosses the towel you handed him onto the floor and wanders over to you, grazing his hands along the sides of your arms. you shiver.
"would you like me to leave?" he queries smugly.
"...no," you answer reluctantly and he smiles.
"thought so."
you do enjoy his company, that's something you're certain of. there isn't a day that goes by that you don't want to spend with him - spread out on his mattress in his trailer or watching MTV on your couch. he is comforting. he feels like somebody that you could spend the rest of your life with (you had been secretly meaning to tell him that, but it was far too embarrassing).
"you're still soaking wet," you murmur as you observe his rather damp state, "take your shirt off."
Eddie raises his eyebrows at you and you already know what he's about to say. you brace for impact as his mouth drops wide open.
"oh, how very forward of you!" he exclaims and you flush, averting your gaze from his large, brown eyes.
"Eddie, that's not what I-" you stammer awkwardly, your eyes flitting from him to the floor, "I just don't want you to get sick."
"sure, sure that's what you meant," Eddie smirks impishly, leaning down to whisper in your ear, "I think you're just asking me to strip."
"I am not!" you almost yell, and Eddie laughs at how red your face has become. you want to push him away, but Eddie's gentle touch against your hip distracts you from doing such a thing. he grins at you and tugs his shirt off, leaving you to gaze at his bare chest, littered with tattoos.
"like what you see?" he waggles his eyebrows at you and you scoff, looking away. you do, why wouldn't you, but he doesn't deserve to hear you say such a thing. not when he's acting like this. you like to leave him begging for more sometimes.
your attention is refocused when you're suddenly pushed against the side of your bed, Eddie's arms lacing around your frame. you open your mouth to say something but Eddie silences you with a kiss. his mouth is warm and his lips are rough, like usual. he presses his nose against your own and runs his hands up and down the sides of your body, tugging at the fabric of your night shirt. submitting to his wishes, you loop your arms around his damp neck and pull your lips away from his. you stare into his pretty brown eyes, feeling like you could get lost in them forever.
"missed you," Eddie mumbles, his voice so quiet you can barely hear him. your eyes close as his thumb strokes the skin of your stomach. it grazes the band of your underwear and you stifle a gasp.
"you'll see me tomorrow. I'll be ungrounded then," you whisper, trying to ignore his attempts to take your clothes off. Eddie frowns a little and lays you back onto your mattress.
"I know," he says, his gaze wandering over your figure, something he can't help but do, "but it's different when we're at school."
"there's always after school, you know," you reply sympathetically. he doesn't seem satisfied with your answer.
he marvels at how pretty you look, your hair all spread out on your blankets and your large eyes, like little moons, that gaze up at him cautiously, expectantly. he takes in the beautiful whole of you and you can't help but feel as if you're being studied, like a little thing under a microscope. you clear your throat and turn your head away from his scrutinizing stare.
"you've got a nice side profile," he comments randomly, his words enough to draw your focus back to him.
"you think so?" you blink. he nods.
"yeah. sweet face, too," he replies with a flirtatious wink.
your cheeks burn crimson as you smile at him and he leans down to kiss you again, harsher this time. his hands graze your neck and tangle in your hair.
"you're not so bad yourself," you say in-between the slow movement of his lips. Eddie chuckles at your teasing response, his teeth bumping against yours for a brief moment. he climbs on top of you, caging you between his arms and pressing you into your white duvet, but his lips don't leave you until he finally needs to breathe. he pulls away, leaving the two of you desperate for oxygen. you stare up at him, at his bare chest and many tattoos and perfect hair, heaving. his eyes are half-lidded and filled with a look you know all too well.
"you're so damn pretty," he says, a frequent compliment of his, and his eyes don't leave you. you smile gently and spread out your arms, beckoning him into your embrace. he obliges your wordless request and leans into you. he nuzzles his face into the crook of your neck, sighing deeply.
you listen to the rain and your Tom Tom Club record keeps spinning. you close your eyes as you feel Eddie's heartbeat against your chest, the moment so blissful and sweet that it's better than any dream you could've had while asleep.
"you feel nice," Eddie murmurs against your neck, his hot breath tickling your skin, "warm."
you hum in response and comb your fingers through his frizzy, brown locks. he moves his face to gaze at yours, a dreamy and loving look in his eyes. he ghosts the tips of his fingers across your cheek, bringing you into a kiss once more. he mumbles soft I love you's under his breath and you make a small noise of satisfaction when he bites your bottom lip. his hands go up your shirt once again but the sound of the front door opening downstairs ruins the sensuality of the moment.
"shit," you hiss suddenly, and Eddie pulls away with a confused look on his face. you turn your head away from him, listening to your mother's keys jingle faintly.
"shit, my mom's home," you say frantically, attempting to sit up with Eddie still on top of you.
"the hell is she doing getting home now?" Eddie questions, seeming to not realize the seriousness of your situation.
"she works late nights and-" you splutter, "Eddie you have to go!"
"what? why?" he questions, nose to nose with you. you feel overcome with the sudden urge to smack him, forgetting the sweetness of his demeanor before.
"because my mom will kill me if she sees you here! you were the one who got me grounded in the first place!" you explain, panic apparent in your eyes.
"I could just hide in your closet-" he tries.
"Eddie, if you don't leave, I swear to God I'll be the one that kills you," you threaten.
Eddie draws a long sigh, pulling his shirt back on and stepping backwards towards the window. he opens it and shimmies his way through, his eyes still locked on yours. you meet him between its white frame, disappointed that your visit had ended so soon. if anything, you wanted him to spend the night.
"I love you," you say suddenly, gently. Eddie's eyes soften as he looks at you, becoming soaked with rain once again.
"shit, sweetheart, I'm crazy about you too," he grins his familiar Eddie grin, the one you're so obsessed with, "and I would stay here and whisper sweet nothings to you forever, but I am getting drenched and I don't want you or your mom to kill me."
all you can do is laugh but you're quickly silenced when your mother barges into your room. you flip around to face her, your heart in your throat.
"(y/n)?" she says. you blink owlishly at her.
"hi mom," you squeak out, fumbling with your shorts. she looks at you for a long while, gaze flitting from your figure to your window.
"what are you doing with your window open?" she asks you. you open your mouth to say something, then turn around, half expecting Eddie to still be there.
but he isn't. he had gone as soon as he had come to you.
you let out a long sigh of relief and turn to your mother with a shrug.
"I, uhm, forgot to close it, actually."
"well, make a habit of doing so. you're gonna bleed the house of all its warm air, otherwise," she says, then exits your room with a quick goodnight.
you stand in front of your window for a long while and then finally get back into your bed, sighing from the night's ordeal. you already miss the feeling of Eddie, his lips against yours and his hands stroking your skin. your Tom Tom Club record continues its spin, and you close your tired eyes as Tina Weymouth says that he's the genius of love.
you sink into your covers, fully agreeing with her.

hi! i would really love to send an emergency request. my brother has been being horrible to me again-- i dont know how comfortable you are with ranting though so ill just say he said something really horrible about my depression diagnosis and i keep thinking about it. if you can, (and i totally understand if you cant!! i know this character isnt written about often, so he might be difficult to write for. u do so much for so many people so dont feel bad at all if you ignore this or put it off for a while <3 ) i would really appreciate anything platonic relating to rui :,) i dont know if its weird, but i find a lot of rui's emotions with family sort of similar to mine. whenever i think about him, it helps me sort through my own stuff. i dont know if that made sense either, but im trying to say i would love if you can write about the reader being a big sibling reader to rui / comforting him, but idm if you do somwthing else too. thank u sm for reading this too, i again understand if you dont want to write this
have a really great day <3
Heyo darling. 💗 I'm as comfortable as you are: in other words, rant as much or as little as you need (feel free to do so in my DMs, if that feels safer for you?). I hope my interpretation of your request fits your vision/helps you sort through your own stuff — even if just the tiniest bit. ☺️

we’ll be okay!
Rui x Reader
Word Count: ~1,000
CW: familial, traumatic references
~faqs~
“Rui?” you knock tentatively on his door, your ear pressed against its wooden frame, eyebrows furrowed at the faint sound of muffled sniffling.
“I’m f-fine,” a low snarl responds.
“May I come in?”
“No.”
“Please?” you persist, knowing he usually takes a couple nudges.
You’re met with silence, albeit, not uncomfortably so. This routine is as disappointing as it is familiar — as heart aching as it is heart bonding. Disappointment, not in him, but in the circumstances people fracturing, jabbing, dissolving his weary innocence; familiar in its consistency and relentlessness. Heart aching as you acknowledge your own distance, unable to pry the root from its poisoned soil; heart bonding as you still try to dig just a little deeper, just a little closer, just a little harder, every time the routine resets, replays, continues.
“I said no,” he grunts, even as he unlocks his door, footsteps retreating quickly back to—you assume—his bed, letting you decide whether to enter or flee.
You enter, of course. You always enter.
Regardless of how steadily you brace yourself, you’re never fully prepared for the sight of his sickly, dour form haunched and moping; his patchwork, handwoven quilt draped loosely over his thin shoulders. You understand he wishes he could be anywhere but here, motionless beneath the quiet weight of lingering expectation — of all consuming failure. You also understand he doesn’t know how. Doesn’t know how to grapple with his self proclaimed burden; doesn’t know how to break the surface of his distorted perception of self worth and self respect; doesn’t know how to be anywhere else. He amazes you, truly. Your younger, softer, guarded brother. Your Rui. How incredibly cruel and powerful, mesmerizing and devastating, that he has to feel such controlled anger — such rigid turmoil.
“May I sit?” you shuffle toward his bed.
“Whatever.”
His sole method of invitation, really, so — you sit: wordlessly turning on his bedside lamp, tucking his quilt under his cold toes, making a mental note to bring his dirty dishes to the kitchen when you leave. His gaze follows your movements. Judgemental. Grateful.
“Do you want to talk about it?” you finally murmur.
Typically, his answer is another No, but you ask nonetheless. Just in case he ever says Yes.
“They got mad at me.”
You blink away your shock. He’s rarely so forthcoming.
“I just wanted to help.”
Ah.
“I know I’m frail.”
You know better than to explicitly point out his glistening eyes, opting to hold out your arm—your sleeve—to him instead.
“But I- I want to be strong.”
His voice wavers as he accepts your sympathy, patting at his tears, dampening your shirt.
“How can I be strong when I’m forced to do nothing?” he scowls, “If practice makes perfect, then I want to practice. I want to-” he bites at his tongue, barely restraining a strangled sob, “I want them to see me. Not just who they wish I was, but who I am.”
“I see you, Rui,” you whisper.
Because you know that They do see you isn’t what he needs to hear. Perhaps when he’s more lucid. Calm. Unrattled. But certainly not now. Not when you can sense the freshness of his despair, the relapse of his doubt and deprecation. It’s difficult, being his older sibling, because remaining impartial without alienating him is… a fragile, fickle task. You’re conscious of his pain, his frustration, and are loathe to invalidate or dismiss him. And yet, your parents’ approach resonates with you as well. Rui is frail. Undeniably frail. Especially as you observe his trembling, hawkish stare. So frantic to be tough. So impatient. So bright. How do you encourage his resilience without physically overexerting or endangering him? How do you guide his earnest determination without accidentally extinguishing it?
“I know you do,” he grumbles, “That’s why I’m yours. You listen.”
His trust, his claim, in you warms you. Chills you. Reminds you of your responsibility as the eldest. To protect and nurture the youngest — to inspire and relinquish him. You advocate for him. Suggest allowing him to shadow you as you do your chores; run errands; go out with smaller groups of friends. But your parents are reluctant, afraid, of worst-case-scenario consequences.
“So you’re going to coddle him until he dies miserably and alone and safe?” you’d asked them during a particularly heated conversation.
That night, Rui’d been the one to knock on your door, unaware of why you were muttering—loudly—to yourself. Unaware of how pissed off, how terrified, you were for his future. Crawling into bed beside you, wrapping his fatigued hands around your tensed fingers.
“Don’t worry. We’ll be okay!” he’d declared, splintering your heart further.
You were supposed to reassure him. You were supposed to be the older, wiser, grounded, sibling.
“Thank you Rui,” you’d mumbled sheepishly, kissing his forehead.
“I’m sleeping here,” he’d nodded firmly.
And who were you to deny your younger brother? You’d fallen asleep with his cheek on your chest, forgetting to brush your teeth or change into your pajamas, cherishing the brief reprieve from the incessant reality of Rui’s health.
“Are you hungry? How about we wash your dishes, cook something for dinner, and I’ll sleep here tonight?”
Dim excitement stirs in his expression, his tone almost childish—almost normal, because damn it He is a child—as he smiles hesitantly.
“But what if-”
“I’m sure they won’t mind. We’ll be home after all.”
Rui’s smile stretches to a grin, bitterness shoved aside at the prospect of feeling wanted. Of getting to be strong.
“Love you, [y/n].”
“I love you too, Rui,” you ruffle his hair, chuckling at its tangled strands.
His mouth opens, closes, opens again. You’re patient. Unhurried as you stack his dishes. Fond as you wait for his gentle affection.
“Thank you. You’re the best older sibling.”
“I’m the only older sibling,” you retort playfully.
“Whatever.”
Truthfully, you love when he rolls his eyes at you — when he permits himself to just… be your younger brother. To be young. To be Rui.

I Won't Say Im In Love 🎩🌻
Author's note: this fic is a fic about my Lyney x oc ship (yeah this is an ocxcanon fic) also apologies if the pacing and grammar is weird im not that good at writing yet 😔 Also this is my first time posting my writing in tumblr i tried my best with the formatting so yeah thats it i hope you like it qwq
Tags: fluff (i think), Amaranthe being in denial, basically the whole fic is based on I Won't Say Im In Love from Hercules (hence the title), semi-proofread
Tumblr media
That Cheshire cat smile, those glinting lilac eyes, and piercing yet gentle gaze, they wouldn't get off of her mind.
Ever since the magic show that Lyney performed for her birthday at the estate, she felt something warm and fuzzy inside of her chest. She quickly ignores it thinking the feeling will go away.
She was wrong.
Every waking hour, her mind lingers on the thought of his gaze and charming antics, the way those precious compliments that she hold so dear slip out of his lips, and the feeling after he softly plants a kiss on the back of her hand.
She snaps out of her trance only to see the magician's figure that she subconsciously sketched on her sketchbook. Flustered, Amaranthe slams the book close before shoving a cookie on her mouth furiously in hopes of these thoughts to go away, cursing herself for thinking such things.
"Watcha thinking about there Amaranthe? You seemed a bit troubled there.. And flustered."
Charlotte questions the artist from across the room.
"Have you paid the rent yet, roommate?"
Amaranthe says, speaking while her mouth full. The Steambird journalist smirks playfully before sitting down next to her.
"Dont even try avoiding the question, Amaranthe. Something is clearly on your mind, dont even try to deny it either."
Amaranthe stayed silent while chewing on the pastry, she then swallows it and speaks with a flustered look.
"Ok fine, I've been thinking about Mr. Lyney—"
"YOU ARE?! DO YOU HAVE FEELINGS FOR HIM?!"
Charlotte exclaimed as she slams her hands on top of the table, a wide grin spreads across her face.
"No no no no no NO! I- its not like that..!" Amaranthe tries to maintain her composure, bringing her hair to cover up her crimson red cheeks.
"Your face says otherwise though." Amaranthe glared at Charlotte, signaling her to stop teasing. The painter sighs before reopening her sketchbook and stares at her sketch of the magician's familiar face. Charlotte gasp out of surprise, pointing at the drawing trying not to laugh.
"You're clearly in love with him, i wont blame you though, he's very charming."
"Im not in love with him! There's no way im in love with a nincompoop like him!"
Amaranthe yelled with a flustered look painted across her face, she sighs before closing the sketchbook. She stands up from her seat and walks towards the door.
"C'mon Charlotte, we cant be late for the twins' magic show."
Tumblr media
"Welcome one and all to Lyney and Lynette's magic show!"
The crowd cheers, enthusiastic comments can be heard amongst the crowd, Amaranthe sat on her front row seat, looking at the young magician's purple eyes.
The young painter observes his every move, the sleight of his hands, and the way the corner of his lips curves up into a wide grin as he hears he audience's amused reactions. Lyney then meet Amaranthe's gaze, sending butterflies into her stomach, she felt her fingers curl against the soft red cushions of her seat. She averted her eyes away from him, trying to maintain her composure.
Oh archons, she hated how much he makes her feel this way.
She continues watching the performance, every single trick the magicians pull never cease to amaze her, she finds herself gasping and clapping with awe while a faint smile spread across her lips.
The twins then take their final bows and descend into the curtains, before the crowd gather at the opera house's entrance to take their leave.
Amaranthe was about to set foot on the outdoors when a familiar voice calls out her name, she turned around to face him with a curious painted on her face.
Once Lyney caught up with her, he takes a few moments to catch his breath before meeting her eyes with a wide grin on his face.
"Amaranthe! How was the show, my lady?"
"The show is fantastic as always, Mr. Lyney. You and Ms. Lynette's tricks never failed to surprise me."
"Thank you, my lady! Say, would you like a special trick just for you before you and your friend depart?" The magician said with a charming smile.
A trick just for her? Amaranthe would be lying if she says that she isn't interested, so she nodded. Lyney grinned wider before proceeding to pull out a card that has a flower imprinted on it, Amaranthe tilted her head in curiosity. Then, at the sleight of his hand, the card dissappeared and a Rainbow rose took its place.
"For you, my lady." Lyney said with a soft smile.
Amaranthe looks at the flower as her cheeks grow warmer and waer by the minute, she heard him let out a soft chuckle as soon as he caught sight of her reddening face.
"Th- thanks." She takes the Rainbow rose and twirls it in between her fingers to admire its beauty.
Then suddenly, Lyney gave Amaranthe a quick peck on her cheek. When he pulled away, she gently stroked the spot of the kiss, looking at the magician with widened eyes.
"I think i should take my leave now. See you tomorrow, my lady Amaranthe."
Lyney then walked away to meet his waiting sister, Amaranthe stood there, watching his figure getting smaller and smaller before she can no longer see him from her sight.
So many thoughts crowded Amaranthe's confused mind. Her cheeks are warm and decorated with pink hues, her hands are trembling, and she feels like butterflies will burst out of her stomach.
"Ugh what's the matter with me.."
"You're in love that's what" Charlotte said with a wide grin.
Her teal eyed friend's voice startled her, snapping out her trance.
"I saw what happened Amaranthe. Admit it, you like Lyney. Wait no, admit that youre in love with him!"
"For the last time Charlotte, i am not! Plus, what made you come to the conclusion that im in love with him?!"
Charlotte puts on a mock thinking face. "Well first, you cant stop talking about him. Second, you always draw a doodle of him in your work notes and sketchbook. Dont even deny that one, i saw it with my very two eyes! Third, you smile very often around him! A- and the list goes on!"
Amaranthe exasperatedly sighs. "I definitely do not do those!"
"Uh well you do."
The yellow haired girl rolled her eyes before throwing away the rose and walking outside of the opera house. Charlotte luckily caught the rose and followed her.
"C'mon Amaranthe, it wont hurt to admit that you're in love! Its not like being in love with someone is taboo."
"He's a nincompoop. I will never be in love with a nincompoop like him." Amaranthe pouted.
The Steambird journalist sighs before giving her friend a pat on her shoulder. "Im impressed. Really! But unfortunately its not enough, Amaranthe. No matter how hard you try to conceal it, i know that you're in love with Lyney."
Amaranthe glared at her with a sharp look. "Seriously?"
Her look then softens when her gaze then went to the Rainbow rose that's on Charlotte's hand, on the rose that the magician handed to her. She even smiled at the sight of the flower.
"Look at yourself, Amaranthe! You're smiling!"
"No no no no im not! Just leave me alone!" Amaranthe then ran away from Charlotte, trying not to look at the rainbow roses that adorned the street.
She then sat down by the area near the dance floor of Copellia and Copellius, her favorite place of the Court's region. She watched the two automaton dancers elagant twists and twirls, their performance slowly calmed the troubled painter's soul.
Her childhood friend sat down next to her before showing her the flower, gesturing for her to take it.
"You can run away from me, Amaranthe. But, you cant run away from your feelings forever."
Amaranthe looked at her before taking the rose to her hand. She touches its delicate pink petals and take in its sweet scent, shades on pink spreads across her face as she looks back at the time when the flower was given to her.
Rainbow rose. Symbolizes passion and romantic encounters.
She then hid her face on her knees, curling up into a little ball.
"What am i going to do?"
