If this comes off as rude at all feel free to ignore this ask but it’s about that one drawing you guys did with scar picking up grian and don’t get me wrong it’s amazing but actually bird bones don’t weigh less than mammal bones because they’re hollow. they’re actually denser than mammal bones so they have the same mass but it’s dispersed differently.

It's okay, anon! We can just pretend that Grian says they're hollow because he's self-conscious about the density of his embarrassingly heavy bird bones and doesn't want Scar to get an ego over how easily he can pick him up, regardless.

The Japanese bullet train system is equipped with a network of sensitive seismometers. On March 11 2011, one of the seismometers detected an 8.9 magnitude earthquake 12 seconds before it hit and sent a stop signal to 33 trains. As a result, only one bullet train derailed that day.
