My answer to "is this valid?" Is almost always yes. A personal philosophy of mine is something like... "do/be whatever makes you happy as long as it doesn't hurt others or yourself". This hurts nobody, so its okay in my book!

Plus, in regards to chosen alterhumanity identities, i personally find it a bit fun to "collect" constels, just as i do for xenogenders and pronouns :3 [id: cute cat face emoji]

Now, regarding the actual question. I also c-link (clink?) many characters! Not as many as you do i think, i haven't made a full list, but i get where you are coming from.

(Refering to copinglink here) I think there is nothing wrong with finding comfort in that many characters, and the merrier! More comfort to go around.

And with otherkin, depends on wether all those kins are spiritual or psychological. If they are all or mostly spiritual, that is such a rollercoaster for a soul to have gone through! Hope it wasn't too bad, hope they had good experiences.

it's still the same for me but i am trying to make some positive changes this year, so i think i am going to read more books on psychology, philosophy, self-help, medicine, etc. I am also preparing to apply for Master's degree (s) and a second bachelor's degree both in my country and abroad. In short, I want to do better and feel better and this requires lots of work on myself (mindset), and yeah. I would want this year to be all about self-growth, healing, improving my health. That's right I'm saurr slayful🤪🤪🤪 and yeah!! It started on the 17th(?) of Feb. But everything is online and I haven't even been on campus ONCE YET💀I'm tok scared to go and since it's not compulsory for me I'll just keep chilling at home until the time comes✌️

Technically I am in the humanities faculty because I do English and linguistics (I did philosophy last year and it was ass,, -516161711/10 do not recommend😒) Psychology is in the community health sciences faculty but they allow people from humanities to take it too!! It's really interesting!!

And omg same!! But for me it's kind of like,, "oooh I have this super great amazing idea in my head but I can't for the life of me write it the way I want to" and then I just don't write it lol💀

8. Is what you like to write the same as what you like to read?

It depends, specially with requests. Usually, I read hurt/comfort and extremely slowburn fics with eventual smut, and even tho I write fluff or straight up smut from time to time, it's definitely not the type of fics I read the most (I do, just not that often) But slowburn fics are coming your way, don't worry. When it comes to literature outside fanfiction, I read a lot of science fiction, mystery/police and psychological novels (and well I don't really write that here hehe).

17. Do you think readers perceive your work - or you - differently to you? What do you think would surprise your readers about your writing or your motivations?

YES! I don't really know about my work, since from the feedback and comments I can tell you guys enjoy and hurt to my writing as much as I do.

BUT WHEN IT COMES TO ME I do think I get perceived in a completely different way than I am. I love writing angst, yes, but that doesn't necessarily make me an introverted, someone extremely shy or someone who cries a lot (nothing wrong with that, but that's not me... Except for the crying part, but I'm saving that for my finals) ; because I'm probably the most social, extroverted and cheerful person you can meet. I enjoy intense emotions more than anything and that's exactly why I enjoy writing: to feel something, whether it is heartbreak or love.

When it comes to motivations I use music, a lot. I am a musician myself so I can just zone out and create a full plotline while listening to a really good song (it can also be just instrumental) or even as I write and play my own. I'm not sure if it peeks through I'm my writing —I'm not the right person to judge that since I'd be biased— but its a detail that's essential for me. Besides, I'm a hopeless romantic mf, so daydream more than I should do in class and write down the ideas that come to mind right then and there.

Fun fact: my philosophy and arts professor often asks me about the plotlines I have planned and shares possible ideas with me, because he saw me writing in class one day. He's a cool guy, he actually gave me the idea for the Valentine's Day fic I have planned.

23. What’s the story idea you’ve had in your head for the longest?

A THREE PART FULL ANGSTY FIC BASED ON THE ORCHESTA VERSION OF "What Could Have Been". I've had that idea for months now and I have the whole thing in drafts already, but it still needs finishing and detailing so it'll take a while. A lovely anon requested something about hanahaki disease, and that was like a crucial detail I didn't know I needed for this short future fic hehe.

Also a musician!reader full fic (like 9 or 10 parts). I have like a whole aesthetic board and playlist made about that idea. Still debating if It should be angst or fluff, only time will tell.

I am a short girl (basically 1m58).

Personality wise I am a Gemini and an INTJ. I am creative, ambitious, mature and have a high sense of morals. Sure you read about it and wrote about it but it wasn't all that common to see which warmed your heart because of how much more approachable it made him seem (his tree-like height doesn't exactly stop him from coming off as a little intimidating-)

As the two of you get closer, you start to help him around the shop more and more often and get along so well with his siblings and parents to the point that you're basically an honorary member of the Oswald family

He's more than a little taken aback when he hears you talking to Seth and Ray about war tactics and strategies that would be useful (with the amount of books you read and the amount of stuff you have retained in your mind about battle strategy, you can't help but feel happy that it's going to good use rather than just rattling around inside your brain at 2am)

When the two of you (finally-) get together

The two of you spend a lot of time flitting around each other when you realise that you have feelings for each other and neither one of you wants to say something first, you because you start worrying about not being a good enough partner for him and him because he knows how passionate you are about the things you want to do in life and doesn't want to take that way from you by asking you to stay in Cradle

He ends up confessing that he loves you when your over at his family's flowershop as usual and he gives you a bouquet of pink and red tulips

He knows that you know exactly what they mean, he was the one that gave you the book on the language of flowers

Before you actually get to give a response his siblings come rushing out and ask if you said yes which, naturally gets him flustered and he looks over at you (of course you say yes!)

When you two (finally) get together he's very patient with you and let's you get accustomed to the idea of it and make you feel secure in the relationship

More than a little often, he'll take you out into the forest to explore the plant and animal life there as well as just sit by a lake (this has escalated into a water fight more than once. The two of you got questioned very thoroughly when you came home drenched even though it hadn't been raining)

When the time of the full moon did come around, he did make sure that you considered everything before deciding to stay in Cradle because he knew just how much you might regret it in the future

His heart MELTED when you said that you still wanted to stay with him

When you two actually start dating, he loves the way that you will blurt out random facts that you have stored in your head to distract him from his paperwork because you know that he doesn't planning to stop anytime soon without a little convincing

He's always open to you because he knows how much you overthink and get insecure and doesn't want to hurt you by keeping unnecessary secrets

Literally lives for the way that your face lights up when you're singing or dancing and that adorable look of concentration you get on your face when you're reading or writing? He just wants to take a picture of you so he can keep that image with him forever

Feels so privileged whenever you let him read over your drafts because he knows that you love writing and honestly thinks that you're writing is incredible and is written in a way that just suits you so well

Adores that you take the time to write not only for your own enjoyment but because you want to make other people smile with your work and he can never manage to comprehend how he got someone as creative and talented as you

Sometimes he has to remind himself that he isn't dreaming whenever he sees you reading to his younger siblings or dancing elegantly and looking like an actual angel

Whenever you're having a bad day/ feeling insecure or your OCD starts to become difficult for you to handle or deal with, he'll sit down on his bed with you in his arms and just let you talk it out and let you relax in his arms

All in all, your relationship is really steady and sweet because of how open to and understanding of each other the two of you are and the two of you essentially become the black army's parents (with you joining in the chaos on more than one occasion-)

He can't stay mad at you though; he says he isn't biased but Ray and Fenrir will tease the two of you about how lovey dovey you are all the time (Que protective Seth noises in the background-)
