You deserve to be comfortable in hot temperatures. In fact, it’s very dangerous if you wear clothes that prevent you from cooling off because it stops your body from being able to regulate/cool your core temperature as you’re not allowing sweat to escape properly. Not only can it worsen symptoms of already being outside in higher temperatures— such as nausea or dizziness, but it can also increase your risk of heatstroke.
If you have body hair, you deserve to be comfortable in hot weather.
If you have stretch marks, you deserve to be comfortable in hot weather.
If you have self harm scars, you deserve to be comfortable in hot weather.
If you’re fat, you deserve to be comfortable in hot weather.
If you have any other scars that you might hold shame or embarrassment over, you deserve to be comfortable in hot weather.
If you’re disabled and it affects the way your body looks, or you have additions to your person like an ostomy bag, an insulin pump/cgm, or any other extension of you, you deserve to be comfortable in hot weather.
No matter the person, what you look like, how you feel about your body (whether you hate it or love it or somewhere in between), you deserve to be comfortable.
I absolutely understand hiding under a hoodie, I used to do it too. However, when you cover your body with layers, or a hoodie or long pants whatever, you block out its own ability to help you survive. When you sweat, it cools your body down and also releases sodium and other electrolytes from your body. The harder your body works, the more you will sweat. And the more you sweat, the more fluids your body loses. Which is why you see all of those Gatorade ads for athletes. Also, your body begins to work harder when the weather becomes warmer because it’s already triggering that natural response. And if you’re not drinking at least water, you will make it worse and it can become life threatening if you’re not careful.
You do not have to be in the sunshine to get heatstroke. It can happen to anyone, anywhere— including indoors. (And that’s why you see the “don’t leave your kids or pets in the car” warnings and advisories.) Keeping yourself cool can mean life or death. You won’t ever win against the sun.
You deserve to be comfortable this summer and every summer after that. Please, take care.

If someone local to you saw that you have an ED and wanted to be your Designated eater would you let them eat your food for you so you don't have to? Like say you're out with family and friends and don't want to eat they would stealthily eat your food so it looks like you ate to throw off any suspicion of you having an ED.

Hi, this blog is not about EDs. The purpose of my content is that hunger is a niche interest that I’m fascinated by. Any and all intentional restricting is for the purpose of exploring that interest. It is mostly fictional, and if it is used in real life it would be met with a big meal afterword as well as returning to good eating habits when you aren’t exploring. It’s not something to be done daily. I understand that the line can blur between doing it for fetish reasons and for typical reasons, which is why it’s important to be mindful about it and keeping healthy eating habits. This blog is very pro recovery and pro self care. Please keep discussions of ED off of here, unless it’s to encourage not falling into one or getting help for it. Thank you for understanding.
Side note-I’m not into my own hunger at all. In these scenarios I reblog I’m the one enjoying someone else’s hunger. If I do reblog a post saying something like “I wanna be hungry” it’s about the idea of someone else wanting to be hungry, not me.

it’s okay if getting better is taking longer than you hoped to. if getting better doesn’t mean getting cured. if somedays are better than others. if others seem to heal faster. if it’s exhausting. if your illness is chronic and progressive. it doesn’t mean people won’t love you as you are, it doesn’t mean you don’t deserve help, it doesn’t mean that you can’t ever be happy. you still deserve care, love and kindness when you’re suffering, and i hope you find it within yourself to feel compassion towards your own body, even if some people might not, even if it doesn’t work in the way you wished it would, even if it’s different.

i get that it's a fantasy, and i know most people mean it in the context of fantasy, but some corruption stuff on here doesn't feel like it's respecting the difference between play and reality. if you feel ashamed, afraid, disgusted, or in any way bad about a sex act you did or the kinks you're playing with, either before or after the act, the answer is not to "just edge and corrupt yourself more until the feeling goes away!" you can do genuine harm to your mental health that way. i worry a lot about the number of people, usually subs, who express what looks like sincere fear or unhappiness about a kink or the like who are met with waves and waves of strangers telling them to just do it more until they like it.
if you like [insert any kink here] but find that you feel gross in a bad way every time you do it, that's your body telling you that something isn't working here. it doesn't mean that you're bad or your partner(s) are bad, it just means that right now that kind of play isn't safe for you. maybe you need to work through some things in therapy and then it's fine. maybe it's something you can continue to fantasize about but it's not something you'll ever be able to safely play with IRL. maybe you just need to tweak the scene to avoid some specific triggers. the answer is not to keep forcing yourself to play in a way that leaves you feeling empty and hurt. that is self-harm.
again, i know that a lot of this shit is fantasy and people are just pretending, but if it isn't. if the porn you're watching or the play you're trying really does consistently make you feel ashamed or sad or gross or wrong, don't listen to the freaks who tell you to ignore your body's warning signs. take care of yourself.

Rough, rough week.
I’ve been grappling with a total sense of lack of motivation: not wanting to go to school, not wanting to study, not wanting to do anything at all, really. My friends have been trying to drag me out of it, and I’m so thankful that they’re here.
I think a big reason behind it is that I’m burnt out. I have too many extracurriculars on top of my already large workload for school, and I’m not coping very well.
But I’m slowly making my way through it. And all I could do right now is to take it easy and try to see the light on the other end.
