I finished this piece just in time for the season finale of Bad Batch! This is based off of the movie Whale Rider starring Keisha Castle-Hughes and Rawiri Paratene. Crosshair and Omega's relationship growth really reminded me of Paikea and Koro's, so it felt fitting to draw them as a nod to the movie. They even resemble the characters from Whale Rider, so I wonder if it was intentional on the creators' part?

I am sad that this is the end for The Bad Batch, but I'm also incredibly grateful that I've been apart of its run for the last two years. This show is what got me into Clone Wars and I have thoroughly enjoyed Star Wars since. I could watch it again and again and the nostalgia of it all will make it feel like the very first time I watched it.

Speaking of my love for Star Wars, I got the chance to meet Daniel Logan last week! He was such a nice guy and had so much to talk about. I told him I was a fan of The Clone Wars, and he told me about the scrapped arc where Boba was supposed to kill Cad Bane, Ventress, and Ahsoka, which I had no idea! I'm so glad I got to meet him.

Anyways, I haven't watched the season finale yet, so I'll get to it!!!
