Ninjago post crystalized HC

-Therapy (I was considering only writing that and posting lol)

-Everyone starts finally settling down and a couple of the ninja are even looking into college courses since a lot of their technical skills revolve around fighting and they're kinda sick of that.

-I like to think Jay and Nya open up a mechanic shop together with some silly name like Electric Wave or something along those lines.

-Pixal starts working with Cyrus Borg again

-I think Zane should be an EMT or something like that, since he can asses wounds and work really quickly and has endless knowledge in his database so I think it fits

-Cole probably takes a bit to figure out what he wants to do but I could honestly see him going into psychology since he's pretty empathetic and a chill dude (bestie literally made friends with a snow monster and some dude who'd been a ghost for centuries I think he's got the skill)

-Kai was kinda hard ngl but I think that since he's seemingly ending up with Skylor maybe he helps out at the noodle house? Honestly I'm not sure Kai is tricky for me.

-Lloyd goes into law to some degree, HERE ME OUT, he totally seems like the type who still wants to defend innocents and those who have been wronged and what better way to do that (that doesn't involve ninja powers) I could totally see him fighting so hard for like kids and stuff since his childhood was pretty jacked up too.

-Wu and Misako probably start adventuring again, though more for fun and not looking for answers to anything, it's just to learn more about the world.

-I think it would be funny if Garmadon got a painfully mundane job in an office, like a data entry person or some shit like that would be so funny (like imagine "Oh you need that done? Yeah go ask Folson" and then you find out "Folson" is fucking GARAMDON who's just like chilling at his desk with coffee like "What do you want?")

-Lloyd reconnects with some of his old friends and while they're still a little bedazzled by him but still

-The ninja probably do a couple interviews after Crystalized kinda finally sharing how they really feel and people are shocked how scared their hero's have been this entire time.

-The ninja totally compare scars, like "Dude I got my face scar from literally being turned into a ghost, it's cooler than yours" or "Are lightning scars cool if I accidentally did it myself?"

-Lloyd starts reconnecting with his father again and slowly but surly the man Garmadon once was begin to shine through bit by bit, not fully but clearly he's there.

-Cole helps with reconstruction once his powers start coming back

-They all meet up when they can to do something fun together

-In addition to the last prompt: Sometimes they need to get some energy out and they're like "I need to fight" and they get together to absolutely pummel each other to get the fight out until the next time (Zane has totally recorded a couple of these fights, a particularly flasy one between Kai and Cole is in fact on the internet and people go nuts over it)

-They all pick up hobbies to relax a little: Kai-wood burning Lloyd-felting Zane-baking (he still does it to wind down) Cole-crocheting Nya-knitting (her and Cole fight over which is better by) Jay-skating Pixal-drawing

-Garmadon get's more plants, him and Vinny's new place has the nicest front and back garden and the oxygen in their house is CRISP

-Cyrus Borg kinda adopts Zane like "I already have one nindroid child, what's one more?" they totally have family dinners and I'd like to imagine Pixal's partner (idk who but it's not Zane cause like sibling dynamic> anything) and Cole just kinda siting there with three super geniuses and the two are just like "I forget what I have for lunch sometimes"

-Everyone starts to heal and the world is better... at least until this new show (whether I think of it as cannon is dependent on how much I like it lol)

Can I have an emergency request? I don't want to seem like I'm venting, but recently I feel like somethings wrong with my family. My mom works midnights by herself to support all of us, my dad has a breathing condition and cant work and lately they've been fighting so much more than they used to and bringing me and my brothers into it. He got material, reading material, An audiobook and some handouts.

"You should take a closer look and listen to all of this in the near future."

His child looks at him questioningly.

Echo waits several days, but his child doesn't ask questions.

He feels a bit insecure and overwhelmed. His child's changing moods are getting to him, but he knows where it's all coming from. Tech has given him some good tips and provided reading material.

Wrecker is open and warm; his children, despite what they may be going through, find it easier to open up to him and seek advice or help in an emergency. Patience, understanding and caring, characterize him as a father.

"It seems like yesterday when I couldn't get you off the animal merry-go-round at the fair," he says wistfully.

"Dad, that was 11 years ago."

Wrecker sighs.

"It was still only yesterday to me. You grow way too fast, it's like you're getting married and moving out tomorrow"

The child laughs and squeezes him warmly.

He showers his child with reading material and gives one lecture after another until the child's ears almost bleed. It is very likely that Tech will have to be slowed down a bit by his partner or another family member.

A child going through puberty is a challenge that Tech takes seriously, too seriously, perhaps. He really exaggerates his efforts. He has read far too many reports of other parents' experiences and has been unsettled by many a horror story.

Theoretically, he is prepared for all eventualities. Even for the absolutely most improbable cases, for which he nevertheless admits a certain percentage of probability in the back of his mind. He is prepared. At least, he hopes he is.

"It's probably going to be scary," he says seriously.

His child says matter-of-factly, "I'm already educated, Dad."

He leaves as much as possible to his partner. The whole thing is an unpleasant, embarrassing topic, he thinks. So he tries to avoid big conversations about it.

Shikamaru

The two of you meet at the bar where you did open mic. He was in the corner with a chess board enjoying the ambient music that was provided, and your lyrics happened to get his attention.

Very few people could actually pull off writing in Iambic Pentameter, at first he thought that maybe someone else wrote your songs for you

Somehow you ended up talking with his friends (Ino probably roped you into it) and he realized that you were more intelligent than he originally gave you credit for.

The two of you meet up for coffee after that, and it was all history from there. Shikamaru was there to support you through all the stages of you becoming a celebrity, he even took it upon himself to learn about the music industry and represent you as your agent ("It'd be a drag to have some outside person do it. This way you don't have to worry about ulterior motives")

The one thing that he desperately hates about your job is red carpet events. ("They're such a drag, we should just stay home" 'I've been nominated for an award, we can't stay home,')

At the event he is quiet, he follows your lead and tries to stay out of the lime light as much as he can. He tries to fly under the radar (occasionally he has to step in when reporters get a bit to pushy)

At home he spends a lot of time in his office [going over deals, reviewing contracts, filling out charity paper work, looking into brand deals, the works. By the end of the work day he is completely over looking at paperwork and dealing with people.

It's around this time that he'll stop into your recording studio and listen to whatever project you're working on

Your melody's aways manage to sooth him, you've always worries that it was boring listening to you work shop the same bars over and over (he assures you it isn't) he usually ends up being in such a state of relaxation that he ends up dozing off [which is totally not the reason behind you buying that super comfy couch]

Kiba

Kiba and you met through your college's jazz concert class. He needed the elective, you were pursuing a career in music education.

For an extra credit assignment, you were asked to create and perform as a band. You and Kiba decided to work together (along with a few others from class).

While the class required you to perform as a jazz band, the four of you found that you worked well together and decided to make your band work more official.

During the first few years of the new band, you worked as a teacher, and Kiba worked for his family's vet office. You would play small venues every other weekend (mainly playing covers of bands you were aspiring to be). On weekends when you weren't playing, you were working on songwriting.

One of the nights you stayed late at Kiba's place, you were so close to getting your new song to sound how you wanted it, the two of you took a break for dinner and began talking, the next thing you knew he was taking you out officially.

You two have been together ever since.

Your band slowly grew in popularity, eventually getting to the point where you all left your typical jobs and were able to focus full-time on creating music and performing shows (you even managed to pull out a headliner tour)

Eventually, you found yourselves at a few award events here and there. Kiba relished these events, they always stressed you out a bit. Being the figurehead of the band usually meant you were the one participating in the interviews and speaking on behalf of your bandmates.

The day after these events were always filled with Kiba boating about you on the internet

"Look at how good my partner looks!" Always accompanied by pictures of the two of you from the event

"And my friends look alright" Accompanied by unflattering pictures of your bandmates.

As soon as you could, Kiba insisted that the two of you purchase a house. One that had enough space for you to have a studio and plenty more space for a dog (or two, or three... or five).

You did end up adopting quite a few dogs [ and then running a nonprofit foster and rehab for abused animals] despite his aggressive exterior, Kiba was the bleeding heart of your relationship.

Let’s face it

Butters’ parents don’t take good care of him, this boy is probably almost always starving

He’s grounded almost all the time so he probably ends up having to eat a lot at lunch

Because he spends almost all of his time in his room anyway

So let’s just say that there’s some culinary class that the south park school offers

for one of your last grades you were supposed to help the school lunch ladies prepare a lunch

And the students would leave anonymous notes and requests for how to improve/what they liked

So you probably made the dessert!! You made Butters’ favorite, Strawberry Shortcake

So by the time lunch rolls around, Butters is one of the first in line

You recognize him almost instantly and he flashes you a smile.

“Well heya, Y/N! I didn’t know you were cook in’ here!”

Tbh you can probably hear his stomach rumbling and you feel kinda bad for him that his parents are so neglectful

You bring Butters food when his parents aren’t home a lot of the time

And sometimes you even bake with him!!

He’s grounded 99.99% of the time

So, you often bail him out by bribing his parents with your amazing baking

They probably force Butters into learning how to bake and cook, lucky for him you’re the perfect teacher

So you two bake a lot together!!

And you begin developing feelings for each other

And one day you’re standing in the kitchen together and you’re making cupcakes

He notices that you have a bit of batter on your cheek and goes to wipe it off but at the last minute he ends up kissing your cheek

One Piece and a Reader with Anxiety

Luffy

Luffy doesn't quite understand it, but he tries his best to be supportive. Growing up with Ace, who carried a lot of guilt for being the son of Gold Roger left him with some anxiety. Which is the extent of Luffy's experience with anxiety.

Luffy is a very extroverted person, so he tries to draw attention from you in social situations that might overwhelm you.

In the case that you do get overwhelmed by a situation Luffy will attempt to calm you down. If you're ok with physical touch when you have panic attacks, he's pulling you into the biggest hug. If not, he's breathing with you and making sure it's quiet for you.

In the instance it's a person that causes your panic attack he's giving them two options. Because no one messes with his crew. Either they apologize and leave, or he'll make them.

Sanji

Sanji has an unprecedented amount of childhood trauma (then again most of the crew does). But unlike some other members of the crew, Sanji had a mentor to guide him through it. Zeff believed in tough love, so he wasn't exactly giving Sanji hugs and fatherly approval. That being said, he did care for Sanji's mental health after being abandoned both by his family and on the stranded island.

Sanji is probably one of the most emotionally intelligent Straw hats. Having learned coping skills from self-help books Zeff 'conveniently' left around the Baratie.

Sanji's kitchen is a safe haven you're free to escape to whenever you like, or so he says. On weeks that are busy and stressful, Sanji likes to make the crew's comfort foods.

Sanji likes to multitask when cooking, be it explaining the process or listening to a story. So, feel free to vent while he cooks up one of your favorite meals.

Nami

Nami growing up under Arlong's thumb, feeling like there was no way out has unfortunately also had many panic attacks. Nami, unlike Sanji didn't have a mentor or parental figure to teach her how to deal with her anxiety and as a result is somewhat learning how to handle her anxiety with you.

Nami for the most part used the tactic of getting angry to break out of her panic attacks (authors note: Do not recommend 0/10). So, when she sees you breathing through your panic attacks, she's caught off guard.

From then on, in instances where you start to get worked up, Nami will begin to coach you through breathing, both for you, and as an excuse to practice.

While Nami may not be the most emotionally intelligent member of the crew, she will always be there for you. Ready to talk, kick someone's ass, or just a shoulder to cry on.

Usopp

Usopp likes to pretend that he's a tough guy that doesn't feel anxious or overwhelmed. But... come on. In all seriousness, Usopp is extremely empathetic and completely understanding.

Usopp does his best to distract you in situations known to overwhelm you, large social gatherings? Crowds? A psychopathic clown trying to kill you all... on second thought he might choose to run instead for that last one.

But even when he's scared, he'll always come back for his crew. And when the time comes that you all get to relax a bit, he's completely down to get wasted with you. Unless you don't drink, in that case he's down to get wasted and entertain you with his.... Usoppness.

Usopp is also used to helping Kaya with her fits of coughs, asthma, and choking. So, while it may be different, he doesn't panic as much as he does with other things when he sees you stop breathing.

Zoro

Zoro isn't the best equipped when it comes to the emotional side of things, but he isn't inept. In fact, despite being the least emotionally intelligent, he is the most observant. He can tell when your mind is spiraling and you're overthinking.

Zoro catches your mental state often before you. When I say that he's emotionally unintelligent, that doesn't mean he can't comprehend or empathize, more so he is awful with expressing his sympathies. So, in other words, he has the world's worst case of RBF.

Zoro comforts you in the way that a father who's trying his best comforts his kid would.

"Maybe the reason you don't think you're enough, is because the rest of the world are fucking assholes."

Regardless, Zoro acts as a sort of guard on watch. Keeping an eye out on you, ready to tell the rest of the crew to jump into action with the weighted blankets and ice cream.

Shanks

Shanks is a man that prefers to look on the positive side of things and keep a light air about him. With that he easily the best to be around as a person with anxiety.

Along with having Shanks as support you also have the support of the entire Red Hair Pirates crew. Not to say that the Straw Hats are incapable of supporting you, just that as more experienced adults, the Red Hair Pirates are better suited.

Shanks makes it clear that if at any point you begin to feel overwhelmed or anxious, to use the captain's quarters as a place to hide out and take time to yourself.

Shanks with the permission of the rest of the crew gives you the most blankets to use until they can find a weighted blanket for you.

There is little to no chance that anyone will be able to spur you into a panic attack between Shanks and the crew. So, you just snuggle up in your blankets and talk story with Yasopp while the others deal with the problem.

Mihawk

Mihawk is solitary by nature. He understands your anxiety and is one of the most accommodating. Giving you a home with him on his personal island leaves little chance for any outside entity to flare up your anxiety. Of course, keeping you at home isn't healthy, and he will take you with him off island, though this comes with its dangers.

Mihawk makes sure that when you leave for missions, he sets up safe spaces for you to escape to when things get stressful, a nice hotel room, or a cozy cabin.

On a particularly long mission in the east blue, while eating at a small restaurant, a group of men that were clearly intoxicated continued to make a slew of unwanted comments to multiple parties within the establishment.

Noticing you growing uncomfortable and starting to breath slower Mihawk was quick to leave a generous number of berries and guide you to the door. Unfortunately, the group of men noticed this, laughing as though they had won some sick game.

Though it irritated him to no end, choosing to start a fight in front of you would no doubt end terribly. Instead, Mihawk lead you back to your room, letting you calm down and fall asleep.

Your unconscious self would never know the amount of effort it took to clean off all the blood from his sword before you woke up.

Buggy

Buggy was someone who struggled with anxiety early on. And though he will never admit it, still does. He tends to act like he doesn't care or that it isn't his problem but fails miserably.

He takes mental notes of your stims and disassociation signs so he can tell when you're starting to feel anxious.

Gives you tasks with less social interaction like cleaning his outfits and sharpening his knives.

Eventually, however, something will cause you to panic and break down. If it's caused by situational stress, Buggy will break character to drag you out of it and get you somewhere quiet.

In the case that a person pushes you into a panic attack.... It's never going to happen again. Listen, maybe killing someone in front of you while you're having a full-blown panic attack isn't the best idea, but he's trying his best.

Sleep (Izana x GN!Reader)

A/n: I often see writers write like this headcanon-oneshot hybrid style (more os than hc), so I figured I'd give it a try with this thought that has been plaguing my mind. Legit, I wrote this in an attempt to get me to stop thinking about it. (Yes, I know this is a pt. 2, get off my dick) And yes, there is a bit of Filipino because I'm learning and proud. Don't know if my writing's good, it's having a moment rn.

A few hours after Izana left to go to a Tenjiku meeting, Kakucho called you

"You should get down here. Quickly, preferably."

He didn't tell you much more, just that it was about Izana; he seemed rushed

It was strange; he seemed perfectly fine this morning

You drove to Tenjiku's meeting place, where all the lower levels were gone and it was just the executives and heavenly kings

Ran led you to Izana, who was sitting in a chair, clutching his abdomen and curling into himself. He was pale and sweating bullets

Kakucho, Rindou, and Shion were around Izana.

Mochi, Mucho, Kisaki, Koko and Hanma stood back, almost not trusting themselves to go near Izana

Rindou was talking to Izana to soothe him, "Hey, it's alright, man. Take it easy, relax."

Shion was holding his other hand while grasping a water bottle for Izana.

If Izana was letting Shion five feet near him, there was an issue.

"Kakucho," I put my hand on his shoulder, "What the hell happened?"

"He just started feeling really bad in the middle of the meeting," Kaku shrugged, "I'm not sure of the details; I had the Haitanis bring him into the back to chill."

"Ran! Get over here!" I yelled.

"Yes?"

I nudged his shoulder, "Tell me what happened with Izana."

"He didn't seem well and Kakucho told Rindou and me to take him into the back," Ran looked around worriedly, "He was complaining about pain, I couldn't really decipher half of it. He was completely out of it."

I crouched next to Rin and gently tapped Izana's clammy cheek, "You alright, Mahal?"

He looked up a bit, his eyes bloodshot, "'m fine..."

RIndou looked at me, "No matter how many times any of us ask, that's our answer."

"Because it's true..." Izana answered, his voice hardly audible.

"Want me to take you home, 'Zana?"

There was little protest on Izana's end, even as Kakucho carried him to the car. The reason was probably that he was barely conscious. Ran and Rindou exchanged worried looks.

"I can come by later," Kakucho said after closing the passenger's side door, "Help you out a bit."

I nodded, "That would help both of us."

I said my goodbyes to everyone before getting in the driver's seat and setting off for home. It was clear Izana was trying to stay conscious, struggling to keep his eyes open.

"Izana?"

He turned, "Hm...?"

"Now that we're alone, are you gonna tell me how you're feeling?"

Izana shut his eyes tightly, "It hurts... Everything hurts..."

I reached over and put my hand on his forehead. He was warm, but nothing to be overly scared about. He flinched away but relaxed soon enough.

"When'd you start feeling like this, Mahal?"

"No clue... felt kinda off this morning..." His words were slurred, and it was clear he wasn't... all the way there.

"Go into the console and grab some ibuprofen for now, that way you can go straight to bed when you get home."

Izana groaned, opening the console and taking two ibuprofen tablets before setting it back in the console. He leaned back in his seat and shut his eyes tightly, a bit of color returning to his face.

"Think you can walk in?" I asked as I parked the car in the parking lot.

Izana scoffed, "I'm not a fucking child..."

I forgave Izana's rudeness; he was always rude, ill or otherwise. He stepped out of the car and clung to the outside for dear life as he took small, shaky steps.

"Nuh-uh, we're not doing this," I came beside him, "Put your arms around my neck."

"I said I got it!" Izana hissed before tripping over his feet.

"Mhm, you were saying?"

"Shut up," Izana put his arms around my neck and allowed me to carry him up to his apartment.

I set him down gently on the couch, fetching him several extra pillows, blankets, ice packs, and anything else Izana wished for. I felt bad for him; he clearly felt like shit, and he had been through enough already.

"Don't leave..." Izana muttered sleepily, "Stay here..."

I clutched his clammy hand, "Just relax and go to sleep, I'm not gonna leave."

He was out like a candle during a windstorm, sleeping relatively peacefully. I kept my word, sitting beside him clutching his hand whilst he slept. More color returned to his face, yet he still looked awful.

There was a knock at the door.

I let go of Izana's hand and opened the door for Kakucho. He looked over the room quickly before setting a bag of stuff down.

"I wasn't sure what he needed, so I just got everything." Kakucho muttered, motioning to the bag, "There's more in Koko's car if you could help me get that."

"You're such a great friend, Kaku." I followed him downstairs to Koko's car, which I am sure he did not steal.

"How's Izana doing?"

I tucked my hands in my pockets, "I managed to get him to sleep."
