Ek ajanabi apana sa lagane laga tha,

Kon tha, kaisa dikhta tha, kaha rehta tha mujhe nahi pata,

Par hamari baton ka silsila badhne laga tha,

Fasale milon ke the darmiyaan, par jazbaaton ka sailab umadne laga tha,

Ek ajanabi mujhe apana sa lagane laga tha....

Pal pal ki bate use batane ko jee karta tha,

Har ek lamha uske sath bitane ka jee karta tha,

Uske rooth jane par use manane ka jee karta tha,

Ek ajanabi mujhe apana sa lagane laga tha....

Bich ki duriyan kam ho jaye,

Tu or me ab hum ho jaye or har mushkil khatam ho jaye,

Kya ye kbhi mumkin hoga?

Me teri or tu mera humsafar hoga?

Ye hi sawal soch soch mera dil ghabrata tha,

Bol na payi use kabhi, ki mere is dil me ghar usi ka tha,

Ae ajanabi tu kyu mujhe apana sa lagata tha.....
