The point of Wylan Van Eck is that he does not belong with crows, but you need to squint to see it.

It’s in his mannerisms- how he folds his clothes still even though he has no dresser or closet to put them in. How he carries a clean handkerchief because what kind of person doesn’t have a clean handkerchief on them??

It’s how he uses cutlery even when no one else is. How he keeps his fingernails clean despite working with gunpowder and other explosives all day long.

It’s in his manner of speech- how he slips up and uses too intellectual of words for an average Barrel street rat. How he tries to use slang and ends up sounding just a bit off.

It’s in the slight clipping of his vowels, in his patient tone. He’s never had to lie his way out of death, never had to manipulate his way into a meal. He does not know how to smooth talk. How to caress his way into someone else’s secrets with his voice alone.

It’s seen in his subtle judgment of those around him. Jesper tries to clap him on the back and Wylan flinches away- not from the touch, but from the gunpowder that lingers on his hands and would stain Wylan’s already dirty shirt.

It’s subtle, the ways that he does not fit in. You wouldn’t be able to know it just by looking at him, even if he doesn’t fit the typical Barrel description. But spend enough time with Wylan Van Eck, and his upscale roots begin to show beneath the cracks in his carefully molded facade

Haven't even talked about what each member of Triple S does within the band!! RAGH

Sonic plays guitar, that's a bit of a no-brainer.

Silver is the main vocalist!! that creature can sing!!

And Shadow plays the drums!!

Shadow knows a couple different instruments. Gerald actually really encouraged Shadow to improve upon his musical talent and ended up signing him up to a shit load of different tutors (those sort of dwindled as he got older, he mainly wanted to focus on drumming but Gerald doesn't know that's what he plays now, he just thinks Shadow quit entirely). He still somewhat remembers how to play these instruments to a pretty decent level but he's definitely a little rusty.

Both Sonic and Shadow will occasionally sing too if it's needed but it's usually kept to a minimum!!

Silly. I had to see if I could recreate the effects of digitally coloring a marker drawing. I'd say this method works. Shading feels fun this way, too, so that's a win-win.

at the start of rich readers and Sarabis relationship reader tried his best to buy Sarabi stuff™ but once he realizes that Sarabi isn't all that into it he tries to make something for him and of course he fails spectacularly so reader gets really sad and cue ugly crying and panicking that Sarabi might leave him (Sarabi is rich readers first genuine relationship so he really wants to prove himself to Sarabi) so in his panic reader just..... buys Sarabi a yacht. rich reader is literally on his knees begging Sarabi not to leave, promising to do better.

Sarabi is just like "I'm not going to leave you." He tries his best to reassure you, but he's not entirely sure about keeping that yacht. He appreciates it, don't get him wrong, it's just... What is he supposed to do with a yacht?

He kisses you until you stop crying and then asks if you two should throw a yacht party, since he now has a yacht. The other Lions are jumping at the chance to attend a yacht party, so it's just a bunch of Shadows in one place. Hopefully they don't ruin the beautiful yacht you bought him.
