The more I reread Throne of Glass, the more I understand less and less why people are such strong Aedion and Chaol haters. I get that they have moments where they are unkind, but honestly the way people are constantly mad at them for reacting poorly to being manipulated and not even the least bit concerned about the fact that they were BEING MANIPULATED really irks me. So yes, I am a Chaol and Aedion apologist and I am not in the least bit sorry about it. Tower of Dawn is one of my favorites in the entire series, and I enjoy almost every moment that involves Aedion. They are both complex and fleshed out characters that deserve appreciation!

After getting out of the upside down, Steve and Eddie started dating before the seasons had a chance to change. They’ve been together for several months now and they’re really happy. Eddie noticed that at a certain point in their relationship that Steve stopped doing his daily workouts and he’s gotten comfortable with eating the snacks that Eddie has brought to the house. Eddie didn’t mind this at all! He loved seeing Steve taking it easy on himself and not focusing so hard on having what a ‘perfect’ body should be. Of course he stuck to his healthy foods but now he has a little belly that pokes out sometimes. Eddie thought this made Steve’s attractiveness skyrocket, he didn’t mind the extra fluff that came with him. Eddie loved Steve no matter what he looked like and that’s all that matters.

They were roommates. They were doomed.

The nerve of bg3 fans calling bloodweave old man yaoi when these two are RIGHT. HERE.

On the real, were i not so sleep deprived, i have a great many thoughts and pained feelings about them, their bond, the potential of their story, the way they speak to each other. I'd like to dive deeply into it. I haven't the faintest if anything I've written already carries a vague sense of coherency. Another day, perhaps.

For now. Someone commiserate with me in regards to these gith men, their common goal, the bond they share, and gods know how long they've known each other. They speak as friends. Was voss there the day orpheus was chained? Was voss there and forced to turn traitor? Only to spend eons awaiting his chance to make things right? Was voss there to watch vlaakith subjugate orpheus, knowing he had no power over either? Hopelessly watching? Horrified by what he could not prevent? Eons he's spent seeking ways to free orpheus. Eons. Hiding, lying, mapping his plans in the skies, waiting. How many millennia until he's free again?

Will he remember me?

Will he know i fought for him?

Will he know i would have stopped her had i the power?

Will he know the heights of heresy I've arranged from the depths of our bond?

You know what will heal my heart?

Sasuke and Itachi stuck in a limbo like Naruto and Sasuke after their final battle. They both pour their hearts out to each other. Itachi lets Sasuke know how much he was hurting leaving Sasuke alone and having to make him go through hell. Adult Itachi's soul comforts little Sauske from afar. He watches over him. His guilt doesn't let his shadow fall on Sasuke because Itachi believes he isn't good enough to be close to his little brother.

And teen Sasuke pouring his feelings out to Itachi how hard it was for him to hate his brother. How every day without him was nothing but a world jumbled and distorted into something he didn't understand, so to make the world make sense he clung to his hatred. And hating hurt even more.

Sasuke helping Itachi forgive himself, telling him he deserves it. They're dead and they don't have to take the burden anymore.

Sasuke is free from the burden of being the last surviving Uchiha and Itachi is free from the burden of crimes he was forced into.

Little Sasuke comforts his brother because he knows Itachi is suffering. That's the only thing he can do.

Reminder for all of you tma fans that are coming back to the fandom with the new content, and to the fans that have been here for a while! Rusty Quill has more shows than just Magnus, and they are just as good!

Rusty Quill Gaming - A tabletop rpg run by Alexander J Newell, and an excellent storyline with amazing improv! it also features Lydia Nicolas (voice of Melanie King) and Ben Meredith (voice of Elias Bouchard)

Trice Forgotten - A pirate found family story with amazing representation with both PoC and queer folk, and features a lot of Magnus voice actors! it's fun to try and figure out which voices you know

Stella Firma - Sci-fi comedy with the Meredith brothers! Need I say more? I will! I have never not laughed during this podcast, and both Ben and Tim are incredible voice actors and writers who manage to make the story interesting along with funny

Chapter and Multiverse - Rusty quill's second tabletop rpg, but this one has a twist! They switch playing systems each time, and it makes for a very intriguing and informative listen! I've only listened to the first episode so far, but from what I've heard, it looks like it's going to be great! Also, Lydia and Ben are there :)

A lot of these shows and other rq shows have been lost in the shadow of tma, and they really deserve more! So while you're waiting for the new Magnus seasons, maybe consider taking a listen to some of these!

Stepping out of my comfort zone here. Several ALOTO friends have been kind and supportive in their attempt to convince me to write a fic. Then my wife stumbled across the first chapter on AO3 I told no one about two months later, calls me at work and asks, “are you Cordelia_Gretson?” 😳🫥 So I admit that I am and she wants to know if Carson ever replied to the letter. Well according to a notebook I’d been dragging around, yes but not anywhere else. Her and a few others nudged me along and this is the result.

So, here goes nothing and admitting it’s mine. 😮‍💨
