These three panels are quintessential Tim Drake Robin. Tim is quite capable of tossing this mad scientist around like a hackysac toy but it's not his first response. It's the fact that he gets the antidote through mind games alone (no threats of violence) that makes this work.

Immortal Nanny
Bruce Wayne had never been a father. He knew what it was like to be a good father, and he knew what good fathers should be like, but adopting Richard was an impulse, a moment when he decided to give a child the comfort he needed, as he himself had needed in the past.
But just because he knew and understood didn't mean he could do it, or that he could become a good father instantly. Alfred would be a great help, of course, but it was he who had to raise the boy, Alfie was too old to start raising another child.
So, it was only natural that he forgot all about his busy life as "Brucie Wayne", adopting Dick hadn't stopped the million interviews or meetings, and while Alfred was extremely capable, Bruce still decided to hire a nanny.
Daniel Nightingale was a bit of an outsider (in a good way), he was studying at Gotham U, and was doing very well in his chosen career; though his records were strangely empty, Bruce knew he could trust him. His tired look and the shy smile he gave him upon arriving at the mansion was enough to calm his concerns.
Perhaps it was because he was just starting out as Batman at the time that he didn't investigate further.
Anyway, Dick loved Danny, from that first day, he used to tell Bruce about his "adventures" and how much fun he had. On one occasion he even told him they had a snowball fight (which confused him, because it was July but he was too tired to question the excited kid).
So, Danny became Dick's, and later Jason's, official nanny. He never complained and always smiled. The boy got along quite well with Alfred and would attend to any emergency, although he was never involved in the vigilante business.
It was only after Jason's death, when Tim arrived, that someone began to question Danny. Tim wasn't sure about Danny, there were a lot of things...that just didn't fit, and if the old photos of the mansion were any indication, the nanny wasn't getting any older.
Dick wasn't ten anymore and that was pretty obvious, but Danny looked exactly the same. Tim frowned, puzzled as to how no one had investigated such an oddity before. Alfred simply looked at him with an amused smile. He wondered how long it would take for the family to notice the (rather obvious) secrets of the elusive nanny.
Alfred couldn't blame the boy, the easiest way to hide something was in plain sight. And he knew the halfa would never hurt his family.

The press was going wild. Headlines like, "A bat unmasked?" and "Bat kid gone wild!" which Danny thought was uncalled for. He didn't even do anything that bad. All he did was rescue those kids and preformed a perfect flying kick to the mans jaw! He didn't even knock out a tooth!
Oh. And he wasn't even one of the bats.
Danny had only been in this dimension for a day and had no idea what was going on. He didn't actually have plans to stay in this world long so when he saw a guy around his own age being held hostage by guys in ski masks he just acted. He just flew invisibly to the hostage and took them.
By the time the captors realized thier hostage was missing they were long gone.
Turns out the guys name was Tim and he was rich, which honestly explains the kidnapping. Tim had a lot of questions and Danny just wanted to know where to drop Tim off at.
Later that night he gets to meet the bat himself and of course he trolls Batman and makes the man chase after him around the city. This turns out to be a big mistake. As Phantom Danny wouldn't dare use any of the fighting techniques his mother had thought him. His mother had trained in a very exclusive dojo by a legendary master who only ever took 7 pupils in his lifetime and his mom taught this stuff to Danny up until the accident. So if Phantom used these techniques his mom would know immediately that it was him.
But here no one knows who he is.
No one knows about him or Phantom.
And he doesn't plan to stay...so why not go ham? Thus Danny play fighting the bat across streets and rooftops, through bars and crowded shopping districts all while giving witty banter.
It probably didn't help that he was a very Robin shaped boy...so naturally all those photos of him and the dark knight wound up in the papers. Danny thought it was hilarious until he had his fill of chaos and tried to leave...only to realize he couldn't.
He was trapped in this dimension with the mess he made. Uh oh.

I think a really fun idea to explore with Tim would be the idea of him having Hyperthymesia.
Hyperthymesia is an ability that allows people to recall almost every event of their life in great detail. It's extremely rare and honestly doesn't have that much research done on it, but recent studies have suggested that people with this ability are limited to autobiographical memories, people with HSAM sometime tend to show symptoms of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and may demonstrate obsessive tendencies.
I think it would be an interesting way to explain why Tim was able to recall his first meeting with Dick Grayson and connect the dots to seeing Robin. Tim does display a lot of obsessive behaviours, and while he doesn't really physically display compulsion (like someone with OCD would typically display) there certainly is a strong case to be made for him potentially having it.
But also, can you imagine how fucking horrible it would be for Tim to remember each and every traumatic thing that ever happens to him as a hero and those memories just never fading. Yes, it would make him a better detective and allow him to be arguably smarter than your average joe, but at what cost?

Rogue: We have Nightwing tied up, unconscious and drugged in the basement. You think about touching us and he’s done.
Tim: So you have Batman’s child, Superman’s nephew, the big brother to a whole slew of bats, brother to the original Teen Titans and the second batch of them, best friends with whatever we’re calling the red head Flash to distinguish him from the other Flash, mentor to Young Justice and a favorite of the Justice League? Did you think this through at all? I’m positive that there is a fleet of Kryptonians coming here now, so uh surrender him I guess if you like your bones in one piece?

I’m Not The Sun
Y'know, when Kon ‘died’, do you think a grieving Tim could have mistaken Danny for his best friend? Do you think that, in a moment of desperation and exhaustion, he might've kidnapped a floating Danny in an attempt to bring Kon home? And when he realized he kidnapped a random civilian, do you think he still kept Danny for a while as a replacement for Kon?
Do you think Danny got tired of being called 'Conner' after the first week but was too distressed himself to correct Tim? Trying to leave or tell the fellow teen his name was Danny was obviously sending the kid into a spiral. He seemed to think Danny was the dead spirit of his best friend. Maybe if he played along, this Conner guy would show back up?
Hopefully, before Tim completes his cloning research. Danny's been doing everything he can to sabotage the equipment, but even with ghost powers on his side, Tim is a smart person. Every time Danny sets him back one step, Tim takes two steps forward. And since he's well outside of his haunt, Danny is starting to feel weak and ill from lack of ectoplasm. He's running out of time.
Do you think Kon would feel upset that his best friend replaced him?

jason todd falling in love with someone from the perspective of the other batfamily members has got to be the funniest thing ever, because he's not going to tell them anything about his personal life so easily, which is going to lead them to greatly misunderstand everything. so while jason’s giggling and kicking his feet while imagining his future wedding with his crush, his family is immediately calling john constantine to exorcise the demon that is clearly possessing him.

wrote a fun scene last night and then immediately realized i need to cut it, so here's a little (mostly) non-spoilery bbts deleted snippet!
---
Tim’s in the lounge kitchenette, sneakily draining one of his contraband Red Bulls after the session, when there’s a slight disturbance in the air behind him. It’s either Kon or Bart, and Tim makes a split-second guess before launching himself up and springing off the door frame as Kon’s arm sweeps through where Tim just was. Tim lands in the center of the floor, keeping a hand pressed over the mouth of his can so it doesn’t spill. “Hey,” he says. “Open container here, that’s mutually assured destruction.”
“Almost,” Kon groans, dropping himself onto one of the kitchenette bar stools. “I almost had it that time.”
“Hmm,” Tim says. Kon and Bart and Tim are engaged in an ongoing Scoop Robin competition, which is an intricate sport in which players with super speed abilities (Superboy, Impulse) try to scoop players with non-super speed abilities (Robin) off the ground. There are a number of rules, like no scooping in battle and full uniforms in the Tower = fair game, partial uniforms = out of bounds and spilling food and/or drink results in negative points for all players involved. The score currently stands at Superboy: 0, Impulse: 0.5, Robin: 17. “Wouldn’t have counted anyway, since you’re not in full uniform.”
“What?” Kon looks down at himself. “I haven’t changed yet.”
Tim grins into the lip of the can. “Missing your jacket, though.”
“Yeah, but that’s…” Kon starts, and Tim watches, fascinated and a bit giddy, as Kon blushes.

Jokes on you
Felt a little angsty today. Not sure how often I’ll get to this as I really want to try finishing Mini Phantom Invasion before moving onto a new story line.
🤍🖤💚💙💚🖤🤍
Tucked behind the curtain, a child giggled then laughed as the man on stage glance at him. He didn’t know why but if he didn’t laugh, the man would hit him. So, he laughed to escape the pain and the loneliness. If he giggled and laughed or even smiled, then the pain wouldn’t come and the man payed attention to him.
The boy remembered, there was a time, when he didn’t have to smile all the time but that was a long time ago. He still had a caretaker then… he didn’t know where she went and didn’t ask. They had moved then to. The apartment was smaller and the window in his room was cracked.
That’s when he started to smile all the time. The man didn’t let him call him ‘dad’ anymore since then. The man would come home angry all the time and if he didn’t laugh at his jokes the man would hit him.
So, he laughed and smile and giggled. Even when he wanted to cry and scream and shout.
*****
Danny shot awake as their head bumped against the glass of the bus window. Blinking, they placed their head in their hands as they huffed a laugh. It had been awhile since they’d thought of that man.Glancing out the window from the corner of their eye, they watch as familiar yet long forgotten streets flashed by.
It had been years since they’d last stepped foot in Gotham, with good reason… But something was here in the city. The tugging at their core, that had been there since the beginning, had grown in strength. It had gotten to the point that whenever they transformed, lately, it would cause them physical pain. It was worrying enough to make them giggle when ever they felt it. Which was NOT a welcome returning habit but they were learning to accept themself and this, unfortunately, was apart of them. No matter how much they wished it weren’t and they could forget it all.
A giggle slipped past their lips as they took in the buildings and caught site of bright red graffiti. They didn’t know why their core led them back here but they were not happy to be back in this broken city.
