Leo really needs more company than just me!

I really love having F.Leo's company on my computer while I work ❤️‍🩹 but I look like a therapist listening to Leo's traumas, while he looks at the family photo and cries over the death of his brothers and father! 😭

I was really sad that I couldn't hug him when he was having a really bad time, so I got him some family company (I know the baby version of him and his brothers can't hug him, BUT STILL! THIS MAN NEEDS LOVE AND HUGS! AND MANY MAAAANY PATS IN THE HEAD!)

WHAT I'VE MANIFESTED

So this list is going to be very long (I don't even remember more than half of the things I manifested tbh) as I've been manifesting from the past 3 years and i didn't manifest occasionally lol, I did it on daily basis and still do it.

I bet my kidneys that after reading this, you'll believe in the law of assumption. So sit the fuck down and read.

1. So, I love dancing and i really wanted to participate in this function organised by my school but my medical report came out very bad and my teachers and even the vice principal was against my decision (of dancing). So they strictly rejected me. I cried for hours but then I realised that I can just manifest 🤨☝️so i fucking did. I asked my mom if i could do that medical test again and I ended up doing it and the report came out good. And guess what? YOUR GURL 💅 ENDED UP DANCING💃 RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PRINCIPAL'S FACE 🤭

3. So not long ago, my city was severely polluted and schools (only primary) were closed but pollution makes me kind of sick too 🙁 so I was like bitch, your descision doesn't matter 🖐️ and guess what? 💆

Rosie adores children of all ages, she’s a very motherly person, so it’s safe to say when you first stumbled into her emporium, clueless, she was more than delighted to help you!!

So when she sees you stumble back to her parlor, looking like you had just cried, her heart broke for you.

This man buys your kid so many presents it's genuinely concerning. Your child is spoilt to hell and back by Fukuchi. You need to discourage him from this behaviour STAT

He constantly uses dad words like 'buddy' and 'pal' and 'kiddo' to refer to your kid and they eventually start responding to these nicknames lol

He would totally also do dad stances and just embrace the fatherly aura that is slowly overtaking him day by day (bro starts falling asleep on the couch while the game's on at 9pm)

He's actually surprisingly gentle with your child. If they cry he'll pick them up and comfort them very well. He's like a whole different person when your kid is scared or sad- it's the cutest thing ever

If your child ever gets him a Fathers' Day present he'll probably cry like old man tears of joy. In fact if your child ever does anything nice for him he'll be incredibly touched. Kinda reminds him what he's doing his job for :')

Tells your child great exaggerated (CHILD FRIENDLY) stories about his heroic achievements as a soldier before bed. It's genuinely super cute you guys

If the kid ever runs up to him in excitement when he arrives home in the evening he returns the energy and is like 'omg there they are! that's my kiddo! how have you been??' and picks them up and AUGH they're so cute

Your child is probably scared of him at first. Within their first meeting he probably makes them cry.

Sorry y'all 😭 but he doesn't exactly come off as much of a teddy bear...and nor does he really act like one with anyone else other than you in private

Jouno just isn't good with kids. Not in the sense that he's scared of them but that he doesn't really know how to interact with them without being intimidating or otherwise just detached

But he really loves you, and he wants to be a good parental figure to your kid, so he tries to warm them up to him by getting them a gift. That probably helps- he might not know much about kids but he's right to assume that they fucking love receiving gifts

Whatever your child's hobbies/interests are, Jouno genuinely does try to connect with them over it, and after a while it does work.

Soon enough your child and Jouno are inseparable and your child is spewing sadistic military rhetoric and oh dear god you've made a terrible mistake introducing the two of them

Yeah, Jouno probably teaches your kid all KINDS of horrible things. He will tell your child stories about times he's tortured suspects, or slaughtered gangs, and just stuff that is not family friendly. You have to nip that behaviour in the bud or else...

He's generally pretty good at taking care of your child, but like, if your kid cried because they were scared there was a monster under the bed, Jouno would probably be like "Yeah. There is. Good luck." and then turn off the lights and leave 💀

Just give him time. He'll learn how to be an emotionally available parent at SOME point

Tecchou:

He's not the step dad. He's the dad that stepped up

Tecchou is definitely very aloof and awkward around your child- like, he knows how to interact with you, but children are different. Children are frightening. And they are his biggest fear maybe

In spite of this, he is fiercely protective of your kid. He will make sure that child is as safe and calm as possible at all times, and he certainly prefers to show that he cares through actions rather than words.

He usually wouldn't initiate physical contact with your child but if they hugged him he would hug back, if they gave him a hi-five he would do it back, etc etc. he will never let your kid down

If your child likes make belief, you can bet you'd walk into a room and find your kid all dressed up, off their rocker in full theatre mode, while Tecchou is sitting on the floor, also dressed up, but looking more depressed than ever before

Save him from your baby. They are taking YEARS off his life

He probably accidentally sends your kid to hospital at some point because he cooked for them. Damnit Tecchou, how don't you realise that a child's stomach wouldn't be able to handle a combination of chocolate and beef

It's okay though, he does learn from this. Plus, he takes care of your child and buys them presents and hangs out with them until they're better <3

He might not join your child in the ball pit, but he would watch them swim around in there with the softest, faintest, most affectionate smile on his face. And that is all that matters folks

Teruko (platonic):

The funnest, meanest, coolest auntie ever

Teruko will lead your child down a dreadful path. Limit their visits to holidays and birthdays for your own sake and the sake of your young one

She's really more than happy to negatively influence look after your child if you need her to though, and they love her because she's super chill and lets them get away with all kinds of things (that aren't violent crimes against humanity)

Your parent says one cookie after dinner? Screw it, have six. I won't tell if you won't. - Teruko, probably

She uses her ability to entertain your kid sometimes- usually she'll decrease her age so she can join them in things like building pillow forts and playing on jungle gyms

I'm just picturing them playing at the park and some concerned parent coming up to them asking where their guardian is and Teruko just fucking transforms into a grown woman on the spot and goes 'WHO'S ASKING' 😭

Teruko is a super cool fun aunt. But she is very wise, and she really will give your kid good life advice on occasion.

She'll also cheer them up when they're feeling down, and if they're feeling scared she helps them step out of their comfort zones and confront their fears (in a safe way!!)

If your kid is like, getting picked on at school or something, Teruko will nag you to phone their school about it. If you don't, she does. If they don't do anything about it, she does. Bottom line is NOBODY fucks with your kid when Teruko is around

I guess technically she really is scary dog privilege lmao

Tachihara:

Help he's so nervous at first? Tachihara this is a child, not a wise sage- you can be normal around them

He just wants to make a good impression on the child okay he's doing his best

But (obviously) your kid immediately loves him, and thinks he's the coolest guy ever, and wants to hang out with him all the time

Tachihara has a bit of a concern that the kid will think that he's trying to replace their other parent, which is fair, but it's unfounded because your child absolutely adores him and does not care about that at all

If your child ever calls him 'Dad' watch his soul fucking transcend to a new plane, he's so surprised and honoured that this beautiful person's child would consider him their parent

Your kid has Tachihara wrapped around their tiny finger. He will oblige them with anything- if you've got a toddler who likes uppies and piggybacks, say your prayers for Tachihara's upper arm and back muscles because he will carry them for hours

You really need him to stop leaving weaponry around the house, though- the absolute HEART ATTACK you had when you saw your precious baby carrying around an unloaded pistol

Also, Tachihara, babe, STOP SWEARING SO MUCH AROUND THE BABY. I CAN'T HAVE MY KID SAYING 'FUCK' TO STRANGERS - you, probably

Doesn't really ever talk about his job(s) with your kid, all they know is that he 'kills bad guys', and they think that's cool as fuck

He's not perfect, sure. But he is trying so hard to be The Perfect Parent™ and, more importantly, he loves your child to bits

quackity being a dad headcanons because there has been too many baby tiktoks that give me baby fever

i think if you were both hispanic or both speak spanish fluently, he would want his kid to speak it too as their first langauge. If not and you dont speak spanish or arent hispanic and speak a different langauge , he would teach them english because its a common ground between the both of you, but he’d teach his kid spanish later when they are more like 5 or 6, teaching them common things to say.

loves your kid to death. like so so so so much. If he’s working or doing school (im not sure if he finished yet), he would carrying the kid in his lap. Or he loves hearing his baby giggle when he does something funny. and seeing the babys smile melts his heart

when the baby cries, it would break his heart. I think like if the baby cries over the night, he really tries his best to take care of it- but he gets so wind up in his work- so you usually take care of that. but he feels guilty when he sees you so tired but then he sees your smile when you finally make the baby fall back asleep. and his worries go away

i dont think he would mind changing the baby 😭 he thinks its gross but its not like he’s never gonna do it. he knows its normal so he gets it done and then goes on with his day.

if the kid got an attitude with him, he would be the type to leave them with a warning. like taking away their toys or a spanking. and if the baby stops having an attitdude, then nothing happens. but if they do it again, then something will happen. I dont think he woukd have too much of a problem with punishng your kid???i mean he knows when is too much but he also knows when a child needs discipline.

although everyone wants to be the most perfect loving parent, we all habe our flaws. I think quackity tries to be ther all the time for the kid but gets so winded up in work that he often doesnt habe enough time for the baby. But he tries to make sure he’s there for good and bad times. he hates the fact he cant be there the whole way but he also wants the best life for his child,so he works as hard to make sure his kid gets everything they need and want. I also think he puts some presure on his kids. like for grades and school. I remember him talking about how he tried and how he would try to get the best grades so i think by habit he woukd put the same pressure on his kids. but if you talked to him about, he would cool it down a bit.

takes pictures of EVERYTHING. your kids first time going to mexico? picture. your kids first time going to school? picture. your kids first time going to the beach? PICTURE. he tries to take as much oictures because its just little reminders of the progress of his child he is so proud of.

his first impression of the baby, he felt like crying. he heard the baby cry, his heart was racing out of joy and nervous. but when he saw the baby kaying down after it calmed down. he realized that was HIS. he was gonna raise this baby, and he couldn’t feel prouder.

the m!reader gets placed into the 141, just being a very joyful and playfully sarcastic person all around that everyone can get along with well. M!reader suffers from depression and is very good at masking it, putting up a really strong facade and front. He is pretty introverted and extroverted, he can be very active but also clammy and avoidant at times when he is asked personal questions, deflecting them subtly. He’s mostly quiet-ish, not too loud but loud enough sometimes you can hear him

M!reader is trying to be useful to 141, doing anything but relaxing for a moment. The first to notice anything strange would be Ghost or Price, just a weird change in their mood as they do. Slowly his mask is breaking as they could see the life in his eyes practically slowly drain away, looking as if he had mentally broken

Shortly after all of 141 notices eventually, they would sometimes ask or pry, but m!reader responds with a smile and re-assurance but it’s bs….. they can feel it too but he is still telling them he’s alright. M!reader is slowly losing it internally, but anyways………..,.😭😭😭😭😭😭

M!reader always goes outside during the night and silently breaks down on rare occasions, when he does he just letting the tears fall. This time though 141 follows him outside where m!reader breaks down, anguished filled cries and many years of mental and or physical torment where it makes someone’s heart ache. M!reader is not known to cry so this is a first for them, whispering to himself self-deprecation as 141 now just steps in and comforts the poor m!reader 🥺🥺

Summary:On the outside your a super fun and cheerful guy but in the inside your hurting and you slowly start to lose your cheerfulness

You were the most cheerful person. Always having a large smile on your face, cheering others up, etc, etc. You were a happy guy, sorta. There were times when your mask would break, showing your unsettling blank face staring off, but that only happens when you're alone. If someone finds you like that, you were originally alone. Some people, like Ghost, had doubted your happiness due to the fact your in the military, you've seen hundreds die, you've possible been tortured, kidnapped, starved, had to survive with barely anything at your grasp, he wouldn't know, you didn't originally join the 141, so he didn't know, but what Ghost did know was the smile never left, your eyes would sometimes tell other stories but the smile, it was like...frozen there, forever. Price was another to suspect you, mainly because you avoid personal questions like it's a grenade, aka as much as possible you try to run away from it, or throw it back. Getting something personal out of you was like finding a whale in Ohio(as an ohioan, there are no whales. But there a law about them), it's not gonna happen. Trust Price, he's tried. But other than that, only the sometimes emotionless eyes or sad eyes make him wonder if you're really happy. No one else really noticed. They didn't pay enough attention or didn't spend enough time with you to notice. But either way, it wasn't easy to notice. But eventually, you started to break, every act you've put on it coming to an end. Your smile became weaker, less happy. Your eyes become droppy with sadness. You stopped being so cheerful, less talkive, and you couldn't hold on to the act much longer. You stayed outside longer, the crying for hours on end, you were stressed, overworked, overwhelmed, sad, a lot of things but happy wasn't one of them. You tried to talk to Price, but it didn't work. He was either too busy or you were too scared. You also tried telling Rodolfo, That didn't work either. You changed the subject before even mentioning the original subject. You started to activity avoid mentioning it. How much longer could you hold up? Not much longer, let's say that. It's currently taking everything in your power to not break down in front of everyone. It is hard even lasting all day. Shivering from the cold, you hug your knees to your chest, thinking about how to deal with tomorrow. You had nothing planned, but you heard Soap was gonna try and hang out with you, which you were fine with. Sighing, you wiped your tears and stood up. Dusting your pants off, you walked back inside, telling everyone you were just tired when they asked if you were okay. Laying down you looked over at Gaz, your bunk mate, who was asleep, not necessarily sound asleep since he snores a lot, along with random words, like mac...one of the most common words he says. Sometimes you think it has something to do with mac & cheese, that his one of his favorite easy meals to eat. Rolling back over, you let out a small whimper, holding back your tears. You hugged yourself and took a deep breath. Letting yourself fall asleep, for once. When you woke up, Gaz was gently shaking you. Looking at him, it was abit blurry and the light shining in your eyes made it hurt to look in his direction.

"Heeeyyy, morning sleepy head. You need to get up we got training to do"

Gaz smiled at you, a warming smile that would make your heart warm slightly. Giving a weak smile back, you slowly got up. It was more difficult than most days. It was like you had shackles weighing you down. Sitting on the edge of the bed, you stared down at the floor watching the shadow of Gaz go from one side to the other side. He was walking around getting ready for the day. Looking up at him, you watched him tighten his belt before looking over.

"You gonna get ready?"

He still had that smile. Nodding, you stood up and hurried to get ready. Once you're done getting ready, Gaz had already left the room. Looking in your mirror, you took a deep breath a couple of times, making eye contact with yourself. You saw those sad eyes, rubbing your eyes. You looked back at yourself, still with sad eyes. You sighed and gave a smile, making sure to have the wrinkles by your eyes to give the effect of a real smile. Nodding to yourself, you walked out and headed to where Gaz was. You did your best, not enough to please Ghost, but enough to not break down. Going into the kitchen, you stood there staring at the sink. You rarely eat, ever since that wave if depression hit you for the first time your eating habits got worse and worse, you got skinner and skinner, but stronger since you were in the military. Sighing you walked out of the kitchen without eating anything, again. König watched you leave, confused he looked at the skin where you were looking. There was only a cup overfilled with water, but you could see your reflection. König looked the way you left. You walked with your head low, staring at the floor you walked on. Everyone made sure not to run into you or make sure you don't run into them. Walking to Prices office you knocked on the door. Silence. Groaning you knocked again. More Silence.

"Captain Price!"

You yelled with the happiest tone you could muster. Again, silence.

"Alright, I'm coming in"

Opening the door you peeked in.

"Captain....?"

It was dark, flicking the light on you looked around confused. Price wasn't there at all. Sighing you turned around, turning the light off and closing the door, you looked around turning to think of where he could have gone. Walking around you looked for the captain, and you kept looking until evening. Looking over you seen Soap looking at you from across the room. Smiling, he waved you over. Smiling back at him with a wide, warm smile, you trotted over to him.

"Hey Soap, how's it going?"

You and Soap talked for awhile. Cracking jokes, talking about multiple different things, etc. After awhile you said you had to go. Going outside you looked around for Price alittle more, sighing you layed down, and stared up at the stary sky. The moon sighing bright.

"Are you sure about this captain?"

Soap asked while they all walked to the back door. Captain had seen how cautious and panicked you looked awhile looking for him. So much so that you didn't notice him. Ghost was walking next to Soap, with Gaz behind them trying to keep up with them, a tad bit to tired to fully process what's going on.

"You didn't see his face, now did you?"

Price looked back at Soap who shook his head no. Nodding Price opened the doors with both hands, looking around he seen you laying down, staring up at the sky quite far away from them.

"There"

Price didn't point at you or nothing, just hurried over to you. Before he could say anything, Ghost stopped him.

"Price."

Price stopped and looked at Ghost.

"He's crying, seems to have been going on for awhile"

Looking back at you, Price saw your hand wiping your eyes, sobbing quietly, you muttered to yourself. Price looked at you with guilt, now understanding all those times you walked into his room, just about every day. Standing over you, Price looked down. Seeing your fearful shocked eyes, filled with tears, your cheeks shiny from crying. Price signed and crouched down. Gaz leaned against Price, still tired. Soap and Ghost where standing next to Price, also looking down at your hopeless body. Price his hand on your cheek, rubbing away your tears.

"It's alright son, no need to hide it."

Gaz snapped out of it when he heard that. Using Price's shoulder as a lift, looking at you, he gasped. He's never seen you so weak, so vulnerable. Letting out a loud hic, you grabbed Price's hand, ugly crying you let Price hold you.

"Let it all out, your safe here."

You sat up, hugging Price tightly. You cried into his shoulder, hard. Soap dropped to his knees and hugged you, it's the most he could do right now, he had nothing he could say. The lump in his throat preventing him from saying much.

"We got you..y/n we got you, okay?"

Soap whispered in your ear, hoping to calm you down, even just alittle bit. Gaz patted your head, pulling your head away from Prices shoulder you looked up at him. Smiling, Gaz gently caressed your head. Giving warm to your worn out brain, that's corrupted with the wrong thoughts and ideas.

"Hey..y/n,"

You looked at Ghost.

"Why did you hide? We understand if you can't keep going, you knew that, didn't you? We're here to help, that's the point of the military"

Your eyes widened, you didn't have a answer for him. You didn't have an reason.

"I-I..."

You couldn't give an answer. Ghost let out a small sign, not one of disappointment or anything negative. It's just that small air he's been holding in without realization.

"No need to answer, just... try to talk to us, even if it's hard."

You nodded, opening your arm to Ghost. He stared at it for a second before joining the hug. For you.

“It’s okay, Mama’s okay, Winnie.”

Your daughter sat beside you on your bed, the last day she’d ever be an only child, the last day she would be your only daughter. Your hands gently petted her curls, her eyes were full of worry for you.

“I’m so proud of you. You called for help and got me help,” Your hand gently held her cheek. “You are so good. Roach is gonna take you to go to sit and wait, okay?”

Your husband’s friend stood quietly a few feet away - he was the only contact of Simon’s you had since he used to babysit Winnie for you when you had emergencies back home. He was nice and very apologetic that even he couldn’t get in contact with anyone from the 141, let alone Simon.

Winnie leaned forwards and kissed your face, you kissed her cheek back as your right hand clenched onto the blankets beside you - you could feel the start of another contraction.

“Go. Be good for me.”

“Okay, Mama.”

Roach scooped up the four year old, he gave you a smile before carrying your daughter away - now you were alone. No one you loved could be here in time, and the most important one didn’t even know you were pregnant, let alone laboring and delivering alone. Your parents were stuck in Maine for another day due to a bad storm, your oldest brother Jake was deployed, and your two younger brothers, Tommy and Dave, were too young to travel by themselves. You had no one, but you had assumed you would the entire pregnancy. The only person who came through was a friend of your husband, but you needed Winnie to be safe before you needed support. As soon as they were out the door, you called out for your husband, a weary voice mumbling, “Simon, Simon, Simon…”

Heart beating out of your chest, another wave of intense pain ripped through your stomach, hands gripping onto the handles of the hospital bed as you let out a yell; the nurses that bustled around your room didn’t even bat an eye. One of them instantly came to your side, holding your phone which you had given her an hour ago. She gave you a sorrowful look.

“I’m sorry, he still didn’t answer.”

You nodded, still gripping the handles of the bed and trying to breathe.

You can do this. You can do this. Do it. You’ll be okay.

Fear had been written into your entire body with fire, burning the underside of your skin with every move you’ve made for the past however many hours you had been in the hospital. The harsh light, the ice chips, the IV that always seemed to go off whenever you finally got some sleep - it all made you feel uncomfortable. You weren’t ready. You wouldn’t be ready until Simon appeared by your side, taking your hand and telling you everything would be alright - but he wasn’t coming.

The nurse took your hand from the handles of the bed, squeezing it with her own and she smiled at you. “It’s okay. I’ll be here the whole time, whatever you need. Let’s meet this baby, yeah?”

You cried when she said that.

“I can do this.” You spoke quietly.

She nodded. “You can do this. We’ve got you.”

Your phone was left on the side table, quiet. Your newborn was just placed on your chest after she had her checks, wrapped in a small blanket. You hadn’t even seen her eyes yet, her cries has quieted as she pressed her little baby face into your collarbone with a mere squeak.

Your arm held her up, your free hand smoothed out the small H/C strands on her head. Your fingertip traced the shape of her eyebrows, the apple of her tiny cheek, her button nose - there was no mistake that your daughter looked like her father. It made you smile.

“Hi Melody. I’m your mom.”

She cooed as you gently tapped her nose, your nurse gently cleared her throat. You didn’t even look away from your beautiful baby.

“Melody Riley.”

“No middle name?” The nurse asked from the bassinet, writing your daughter’s name onto the paper placard.

You shook your head quietly, admiring the little human you made. The way her skin was warm and soft, a comforting weight on your chest as you memorized her little face. Her little eyelids squeezed together as she sneezed, you almost muttered a ‘Bless you’ if it wasn’t for her opening her eyes. They looked exactly like Simon’s, and it made you smile.

“Not yet, my husband gets to name her too.”

There's this phrase from a book you've read a long time ago that stuck with you, somewhere along the lines "I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, and then all at once".

That's exactly how you would describe the way you fell in love with him. Little by little, like you were floating away then all at once you realized he's the one.

It's all the little things he did and still does that makes your heart flutter. How attentive he is, he knows when you're in the room shooting you a smile and saving a seat right beside him.

He'd tell you stories and ask you about your day. He asked about all the things you liked hoping he could one day be a part of that list.

He remembers you love your iced coffee in the morning so for you he'd get up early even though he's not a morning person. It doesn't matter though, not when you smile at him so brightly you might as well replace the sun as the center of his universe.

He pays attention to you, even when you don't know it. You always forget to bring a hair tie, so a lot of times you have to brush your hair away from your face sometimes he does it too. An action so simple yet it was enough to leave you a blushing mess.

Then one day just another day of you forgetting to bring your hair tie, but before you could brush your hair back he holds you by the shoulders making you stand in front of him. He gathers all of your hair with one hand and gets the tie with the other, he watched so many video tutorials on how to do this but he's still so nervous afraid that he might hurt you. But then you turned to face him with a confused but amused look on your face.

"Where'd you learn how to do that and where did you get the hair tie?" you asked

"I got it at the convenience store the other day, I got like a bunch of them for you. As for the learning, I'll you some other time"

You blinked at him, there it was again that thumping on your chest you get whenever you're with him. "Thank you" you tell him and he smiles back at you, like knocking the wind out of you.

Then that moment you knew he was someone you'd love for a long time. It's normal for the two of you to spend the day even outside of campus, he's the first person you'd call if you need someone to hang out with.

"Why are we getting ice cream when it's so cold out?" he asks you, but he didn't even stop you from choosing the ice cream on the freezer. Noticing you pick his favorite before getting yours.

"Because I want it" you tell him, walking towards the counter to pay. When all of that is done, the two of you sit outside. The cold breeze hitting your skin making you shiver.

Of course he notices this, but instead of getting the usual nag from him he just shrugs his jacket off catching your attention

"What are you doing?"

Once it's off, he pulls you up and throws the jacket over your shoulders. He pulls your arm that wasn't holding the ice cream through the sleeve before making you do the other one, "You're cold" he answers, gesturing for you to wear it properly while he eats his ice cream. Then he makes you hold his treat, stepping closer to you.

The wind is cold but you can feel your palms getting sweaty from feeling nervous. He closes the jacket, zipping it up enough to make sure you're warm.

"All better?" he asks you

"Do you like me that much that you'd rather be cold so you give me your jacket?" you ask back

"I like you so much, I can't stand the wind whirling by you" he answers back rendering you quiet.

You stayed quiet the whole walk back to your place, he doesn't say anything too. Letting you have time to yourself.

Then you stop walking, turning to face him

"Why do you only say it now?"

"What?"

"That you like me? I thought you didn't see me that way" you mumble, in return you hear a chuckle from him then you feel his finger under your chin making you look up at him.

"I tell you all the time, I give you the first bite of my food always. I watched that movie you wanted even though we've seen it like 10 times before. I have your favorite snack in my bag always, my mom even brought extras for you. Do you think I do that for people I don't like?" Doyoung asks you, caressing your cheeks with the tip of his finger

"That's not telling me, you never said anything" you pout at him, "Do you want me to tell you?"

"No, now I feel like you're only saying it because I asked"

You stepped away from him, acting like you're walking away when he stops you. Holding your hand back making you halt your steps,

"You know, I was scared at first I admit. In my head I went 'Oh no I'm falling in love with my bestfriend' then I see you smile and every time you do I just think 'Oh I'm in love with my bestfriend'"

"I'm your bestfriend?"

"That's all you heard?"

Then you're grinning, smiling so big it might hurt. You jump towards his waiting arms, holding him close. Closer than you ever did. "I confess my feelings to you and you just bestfriend zone me?" Doyoung jokingly mumbles against your cheek

"I love you too, you dummy" you tell him, he puts you down but kept you in his embrace. To you there's no warmer spot than this.

"I just want you to know my feelings are sincere, it took some time to say it but I've been trying. I'm better at showing it to you, I could be better. I'll be better for you"

You shake your head, holding face in your hands, "You are the best there is for me, there's nothing better than this. Keep loving me the way you did, but this time I'll do it with you. I'll take care of you too, like you always do for me"

He smiles at you, taking in your appearance. Memorizing every detail of this moment so he'll never forget. In the silence of his mind he screams, he's in love.

Happy 9 years in this fandom to me 🥳🥳

I made this tumblr so that way I could start posting my first 1D fic (spoiler it’s unfinished - blame Zayn leaving) and try and make some friends in a new fandom. Very quickly I befriended @ashavahishta (because I asked for beta/britpicking help in my author’s note and she reached out to me 🥺) and I’ve been lucky in fandom friends ever since. I joined fandom during a really difficult time for me personally and sure! The nonsense that was 1D in 2015 was absolutely wild but it also kept me distracted from what I was dealing with and so I will always, always be thankful for this fandom for the people it has brought into my life.

I’ve seen Harry 4 times, one of them being ONO for HS3. I’ve seen Niall twice and will forever be bitter about the canceled Niall/Lewis tour with Fletcher as opener. I’ve seen Louis 3 times, once was for his album release in NYC for walls - WHERE I ALSO MET HIM WITH @crinkle-eyed-boo AND @onesweetworld18 AND HE SIGNED MY CD (and also swore so loud when he realized I was 36 weeks pregnant 🤣) I helped @londonfoginacup and @lululawrence and LOML Jenna hand out hundreds of rainbow flags in Iowa and then danced with Sus waving our flags the entire time and Louis kept coming over and watching us and then gave the SPEECH HE GAVE IN IOWA ABOUT BEING BRAVE AND TRUE TO YOURSELF THAT WAS FOR US IT WAS FOR US SUS HE LOVES US 😭😭

I’ve written over a million words in this fandom, 72 fics in total. I’ve brainstormed so many fics and read even more fics. I’ve been moved to tears and changed by fics I’ve read. Hell fic is what brought me to tumblr to begin with because everyone just had to keep writing this stupid trope where Harry and Louis have complimentary nautical tattoos and this company Modest is forcing them to be closeted 🙄 like what popular fic gave rise to THAT madness (it was them your honor. Those fuckers right over there)

I cried at music the boys have made. I’ve laughed at the dumb interviews they’ve done. I have a stupid teddy bears number in my phone because of these assholes. I’ve been woken up at 3am by a phone tree to let me know new music has dropped. I’ve been here for leaks and demos and rumors and it’s been such a huge part of my life and my identity. You literally can’t say “we are all moving in one direction” in front of me without me giggling.

I love this fandom so much. I love tumblr larries. I love my friends. I am so happy to have been here for 9 years and I can’t wait to celebrate more years 🤗

"Yes, baby girl? You okay?"

"I want to leave the house, I'm tired of being stuck in here."

"You do leave the house, baby. You go to your doctor's appointments."

"Not the same, and you know it. I'm tired of hiding this pregnancy." You said while pouting and crossing your arms.

"Now are you absolutely sure? Because obviously once it's out, we can't take it back."

"No shit." You muttered as you rolled your eyes.

"Baby, quit it."

"But I AM SO BORED! All you do is feed me healthy shit and watch movies with me and make me exercise which is getting harder for me to do because I can't even see if my feet are attached to my body anymore. I need to leaveeeeee."

"They're attached, I promise. But if this is what you want to do, then okay." Jack said while shrugging but you could tell that he wasn't on board with the idea at all.

"Really?!" You asked while turning to your right side to look at him.

"Yes, if this is what my wifey wants. I just have to be ten times more protective of you." You simply eyed him because you could tell deep down that he didn't want you to do it.

"You do that now. You barely let me out of your sight. I'm lucky if you let me pee by myself."

"Do you blame me? We went from having a miscarriage to having not one, but three babies so excuse me if I'm a little protective, but one thing I'm not going to do for damn sure is apologize for it. You're my priority and you know that."

"I know, I understand why. I'm just miserable sometimes. I can't sleep properly and when I actually do, it's never for long periods of time. Might as well go outside."

All Jack did was sigh and look at you.

"You don't want me to post it do you?" You asked and you just looked down at your hands. You couldn't help it, but you started to cry.

"Oh fuck, baby don't cry! Okay, okay we'll post it! You don't have to cry, I didn't mean to upset you!"

"I JUST WANT THIS ONE THING, WHY WON'T YOU LET ME HAVE IT?!"

Just then you heard Urban's footsteps and assumed he had heard you crying and knew that Jack was about to get yelled at.

"JACK! WHY IS SHE CRYING?! WHAT DID YOUR ASS DO?!"

"HE WON'T LET ME POST MY PREGNANCY PICTURES ON INSTAGRAM!" You replied as you continued to wail.

"Um, well......" Urban started to say and then scratched the back of his neck.

"Well, what?! You agree with him?!" You asked as you found a tissue to wipe your face.

"We're just protective of you. All of us are, but you knew that already. If you do this, you know if you leave the house, you can't go anywhere by yourself. Even if it's to the damn mailbox."

"BUT URBYYYY!"

"Nope. I'm siding with your husband on this one."

“But….” You continued to cry and eventually they both agreed to let you do it.

“Look, if we do this, after we post it you still can’t go anywhere for a few days.” Jack said while sighing even though he was still uneasy about the whole thing.

“Okay, fine. Oooohhh I want to go to wing stop first!”

“Out of all of the places that we can possibly go, that’s your choice?” Jack asked as Urban smacked him in the back of the head and you started to pout.

“OW! SHIT!”

“Let the pregnant lady decide what she wants to do with her new found freedom. I’ll take you since your husband is being an ass.”

“HEY! No I’m not! I just want to make sure that’s what she really wants.”

“OOOHHHH BABE! THEY JUST RELEASED A NEW BIRKIN!” You said while shoving your phone into Jack’s face to show him.

“NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! YOU LITERALLY HAVE ALMOST 20 OF THEM!”

“That’s it, I’m calling Maggie.” You responded while opening your contacts on your phone and Jack just about damn near tackled you to get the phone away from you.

“WAIT! WHAT COLOR?!”

“Light blue please.” You said while smiling up at him and all he did was roll his eyes.

“Spoiled as shit, I swear.”

“No I’m not, I’m just well taken care of. There’s a difference.”

“There is? Enlighten me please.” Jack said while handing you his credit card so that you could order what you wanted. Since he handed it to you, that was an invitation for you to get anything that you wanted so you added three more Birkins to the cart.

“You take really good care of me and get me what I want.”

“That’s… that’s the definition of spoil…… BABY WHY IS MY TOTAL $10,000 DOLLARS?!”

“Huh?” You asked while looking to Urban for help who acted as if he didn’t know what was going on.

“If you can huh, you can hear Mrs. Harlow!”

“I just wanted the girls to have matching ones! You know if they are girls that is!”

“Well, we already know how the four of you will gang up on me in order to get what you want.”

“We will do no such thing!”

All Jack did was eye you as Urban laughed.

“Oh! What pictures should I post?”

“It would be none if it was left up to me, but you can post one and one only. That way the other ones are something special just for us.”

“The Harlows are about to break the internet, just watch.”

“And Normani can finally say that she was right the entire time.”

“Right about what?”

“She was the one who said that we would have triplets.”

After you and Jack agreed on which picture to post as your announcement to the world about your pregnancy, you logged out of instagram after finishing the movie and went downstairs in order to make some chicken alfredo pasta since you had been craving it.

The pasta was on the top shelf of the cabinet and you didn’t know where Jack or Urban was so you moved the chair so you could step up and reach it when you heard Jack yell from behind you.

“If you put one damn toe on that chair! Baby, you better not!”

“Oops.”

“Caught red handed! Why didn’t you call me to come help you?!”

“I can still do some things on my own without your help! I’m just pregnant!”

All Jack did was cross his arms and stare at you.

“Can you get me the pasta noodles, please?” You said in a small voice and Jack reached up to get them with no problem.

“You know all my therapy sessions are now centered around you and how you have me fearing for your life on a daily basis because you don’t ask for help. Baby, you have got to stop doing that. I know that’s what you're used to, but you can’t do that right now. Now what if you would have fallen and then what? You could have hit your head or anything could have happened.”

“I… just.. I feel like a burden sometimes.” You confessed while starting to boil the water for the noodles. You had your back turned to Jack so he couldn’t see how your eyes started to water.

“What?! Why would you EVER think that? Baby, look at me. You are literally carrying three of my big headed children. You know I would do anything for you no matter how big or small and even if you weren’t pregnant, that’s not going to change. You know you’re my priority and you come first.”

“I know… I just feel helpless sometimes. I hate asking you for things that I used to be able to do on my own.”

“And you will soon get back to being able to do it on your own. Just not right now, okay?”

“Okay.” You quietly said as Jack leaned down to give you several kisses which you eagerly accepted and pulled him into a hug.

“I love you and I only want to keep you safe.”

“I love you too and I know.” You said while hugging him tighter.

Just then Jack’s phone went off indicating a text from the group chat that you were both in from 2fo.

2fo- I think the two of you just broke the internet. Instagram is down AND twitter crashed ever since you two announced it two hours ago, I think TikTok might be next lmaoooo

“Baby, Urban called it.”

“What happened?”

“2fo said he thinks we broke the internet. Instagram and Twitter aren’t working and haven’t been for the last two hours.”

“Well, did you expect anything less? I make pregnancy look good.”
