HOW TO BE A TIMELESS WOMAN

TIMELESS

; eternal; everlasting

adjective. without beginning or end.

In a world filled with never ending trends and unrealistic beauty standards, it can often feel like the beauty goal post is always out of reach. Be it the 90s model thin or the bbl era in the late 2000s, collectively women have been changing their bodies to satisfy the demands of the masculine gaze.

However we would notice that throughout history there are certain women that somehow seem to always be relevant in conversations. Women like Audrey Hepburn, Princess Diana, Eartha Kitt, Carolyn Bessette Kennedy, Cher, Sade, Grace Kelly and so many other iconic women.

Timeless women surpass all beauty standards.

As a timeless, there are certain traits that you possess that go beyond petty, fleeting aesthetics. If you were a bag you’d be a classic Mini Kelly. Simple, elegant yet extremely expensive.

Signs Of A Timeless Woman

1. A Classy Woman Is Timeless -Style & Grace Will Never Be Out Of Fashion.

Insecurity is loud, confidence is quiet. Never the loudest in the room but always noticed. A classy woman never needs to brag or show off.

A wise man once said “behave as if your parents raised you correctly even if they didn’t”

The word "classy" or "elegant” seem to get a bad rep in today’s world. I assume it is due to the conception that these words are for a particular set of people ie. high society.

The truth is class has nothing to do with your economic class but rather your manners. It is about how you choose to present yourself to the world and how you treat the people around you.

simply put, class is showing respect for yourself & others.

What makes a woman classy?

Personal style

High self concept

Manners/Kindness

Communication Skills

Boundaries & Standards

Exclusivity

2. A Self Focused Woman Is A Timeless Woman.

Where attention goes, energy flows.

Learn to focus on yourself.

A woman who minds the business that pays her will always win. You would be surprised at how far ahead of everyone you would be if you could maintain a laser-like focus on your goals in a world where everyone else seems to be distracted and keeping up with everything but themselves.

The key is to train your mind & kill your distractions

Do not let the fear of missing out stop you from becoming your best self.

3. An Influential Woman Is A Timeless Woman.

The term "influencer" has been used carelessly ever since social media started gaining popularity.

An influencer doesn’t necessarily need to have 100,000 followers or be a celebrity.

Simply put, an influencer is someone who has the ability to motivate or impact those around them.

A timeless woman has the capacity to create change in people’s lives by her words & actions. This woman goes beyond the materialistic things of the 3D and influences the mind and spirit. People are constantly inspired by her uniqueness & grace.

The best way to influence the world around you is to start with yourself. There is information everywhere. People don't require additional knowledge. They require those who embody it.

#any time i see a young kid come into the league and he ends up in constant fights and plays an overall physical game like rempe has been #i can't help but think of derek boogaard and all the side effects fighting left on his life before his death #it's not a perfect one for one obviously but i worry for these guys #and yes he's a rookie but he's also a 21 year old adult that needs to be responsible for his actions #and i hate that the league/team/coaches/fans/whoever are encouraging this style of play for him #there is a lot of nuance to the conversation obviously and i will admit to enjoying the physicality of hockey #but there is also a point where at the end of the day it is just a game and I want these players to be able to live long lives #after their playing careers are over

Between softball, dance, cub scouts, and the million other activities you are involved in, you keep us running but to see the joy on your face is enough to overshadow the exhausted feeling. You excel in school beyond what your mommy could ask for, always straight A’s and always trying to do better!

Your kind heart, compassionate personality, and warm smile instantly take over a room. You’ve overcome so much much this year. You have handled the news of becoming a big sister (again), mean bullies at school, helping your little brother navigate a new school, guiding Coit thru his Autism journey and through new phases he’s experiencing, with poise and grace. I would never expect anything less from you. Thank you for always being you and never let anyone dim your light. Happy Birthday Addison!

rewatched shooting stars aka the baby bron and friends movie <3 very cute

#wood harris was so adorable in that role i love cringe coach dad harris #the fab five <33 #thats so lame lol i love them #the movie was rlly long tho.. like scene-wise the pacing could be better cus i watched with other people #and we looove talking through boring scenes of movies and we talked A lot #we dont rlly talk during movies like that.. only during quiet or long takes so #and then the editing style was like?? near the end like it tried to be winning time which is fine cus wt didnt invent that style but #it's just weird cus it suddenly switched like that idk #BUT the length of the movie did help highlight a lot of the people #their friendship felt incredibly real bcs it was #seeing romeo go from adversary to own honorary video game controller was <33 #their lil 'epic fight' which quickly concluded them running and hiding in the team bus #the goofy kids were just goofy kids forced to deal with growing up too fast #maybe thats why the editing style suddenly switched so stylish-like near the end.. everything happening at once #suddenly all the life is flashy and stuff #even if that wasnt on purpose i like thinking of it as a new positive way idk i like having more than one side to the coin #that still connect to the same coin #kinda wish they talked more about cotton tho smh his only personality really was kind funny and likes to eat #so basically every heavyset person in media #i wanna hear abt his problems as well!!#hes a real person too! hes gotta have em!!#mane #i guess we dont know 😭

Wisdom and Kindness - A Spiritual Story

This newsletter has the possibility of holding the energy of relaying that greatest of greats - wisdom and kindness.

The difference between the personality, character, and ego traits and wisdom become more obvious as we hopefully learn with the aging process ( that’s not everybody of course.)

Wisdom can be defined in spiritual terms in this way, “wisdom doesn’t need to speak. Instead it sits back, listening with the heart fully engaged, while the personality speaks out loud.”

Kindness is one of the loveliest traits of mankind when we exercise it, and all too often we haven’t been particularly famous for being kind at all, not now or throughout our history. Let’s hope there’s massive room for improvement in this area.

Bringing the two energies of both wisdom and kindness together, is a wonderful combination, and one we all deserve to not only meet in our lives, but also to experience first hand.

I am living every day with a man so kind and loving, it sometimes takes my breath away. He is way more patient than me, and even on the roads in the state of Florida (which currently has the absolute worst drivers I’ve seen so far), he has a tolerance that I don’t possess. It’s one of the things I’m working on. The urge to sit with my head out of the window, using very bad language, is one I have to stop myself from doing all the time. Enlightened? I think not!

He has shown patience to grown and growing, quite selfish and uncaring people in his life, while he continues to love them and leave doors open for their behaviors and attitudes to change. While I am a door closed, locked, bolted and I’m in another realm, far enough away to forget any of that even existed.

I am learning so much from him, and it’s really cute, because he thinks he’s growing and learning from me (perhaps we won’t tell him just yet.)

I personally had a very different childhood than any of my siblings. They didn’t care for my mother, and I adored her. They didn’t bother to get to know her, and I couldn’t soak up enough details of who she was, what mattered to her and how she grew up in war torn England. I found her fascinating, lovely, wise, kind and one of the best people I had the great pleasure to meet. I certainly preferred her to anyone I lived with, and she was a woman close to my heart and soul. I don’t know or understand anyone who had the opportunity to meet her, to not appreciate the gentleness of her soul. I knew that about her, and felt better about me for being able to see the wisdom and kindness in her.

I seek that in everyone now (not as much the Floridian drivers yet, but I’m working on it!)

#its about finding purpose thru leadership #he was so ready to give up but ted saw the untapped potential in him and guided him towards it #its about realizing that he LIKES watching people grow and knowing that he had a hand in it #its looking to ted for approval after he gives advice to isaac #coming back to coach the team bc when he sees the boys shine he cant help but shine along with them #being there for jamie bc nobody else was going to #what do u understand? that it has to be me. can’t be anyone else.#and roy was DONE he considered his life as good as over when he couldnt play football anymore #he never thought he’d do anything important in his life ever again #never thought he’d feel fullfied— satisfied— proud of himself ever again #and then ted came along and guided him into realizinf actually yknow what feels even better than scoring a goal or winning a game?#watching the BOYS do that after i guided them through it #and yknow what feels even BETTER than watching them succeed on the pitch?#watching them succeed AS PEOPLE #roy fully subscribes to the ted lasso style of coaching— not about the wins and losses.#helping these fellas be the best versions of themselves on and off the field.#so is growing up without someone believing in u #roy commits to the ted lasso school of coaching and its the best thing that ever happened to him #completely rejuvinates his view of life bc he has a PURPOSE again. he has a way to feel proud and fulfilled in his life again #greatest gift ted couldve possibly given him and he managed to do it with that ONE LINE FROM THE BOOK #IT HAS TO BE ME. Topic: Gender Nouns

The language tips that I provide are usually in English/Spanish however, you can still apply your target language in the examples below because my language tips are for everyone and all levels. So, let’s end our introduction and start learning! This exercise focuses on your listening skills and helps you add more vocabulary to your vernacular. Remember to speak in your target language the same way you would speak in your native language which is with a strong, confident pronunciation.

Are you having difficulties learning a language? What if I told you that learning a language is not as difficult as you think. If you want to master your target language then all you have to do is be open-minded. Some languages have gender nouns while others do not. If your native tongue is English and you have encountered a word in another language like "la mesa" then you might be confused, but before you roll your eye to the side in disgust you should know that English used to be a gendered language until the Middle English period.

Masculine vs. Feminine Nouns

What is your gender? If someone were to speak about you then they would say he or she and these nouns work the same way. Think of these words as people and call them by their appropriate gender.

What's the difference?

Depending on the language depends on their rules for masculine and feminine nouns. In Spanish if the word ends in o it is masculine and if it ends in a then it is feminine, sometimes. Languages are like math formulas which can create irregularities so in order for you to fully know when to use masculine or feminine nouns you must follow the rules and memorize the irregular nouns.
