Color Phobias

So I got curious about the different color phobias since I was writing an OC who'd be afraid of the color red, and it just went down the rabbit hole and I ended up searching for the other colors as well. Not sure if this is all of the colors, but this is what I ended up with.

So I hope this helps you guys if you yourself ever got curious or if you also wanted to give a color phobia to a character of yours or to a canon character from whichever fandom you're writing for.

Here are the different color phobias:

Erythrophobia, fear of the color red.

Chrysophobia, fear of the color orange or gold.

Cyanophobia, fear of the color blue.

Kastanophobia, fear of the color brown.

Leukophobia, fear of the color white.

Prasinophobia, fear of the color green.

Rhodophobia, fear of the color pink.

Porphyrophobia, fear of the color purple.

Melanophobia, fear of the color black.

Xanthophobia, fear of the color yellow.

Flower Crown

After Vicky showed Oz and his phobias how to make flower crowns, Oz decides he wants to make his first flower crown for her as a thank you.

Meanwhile Damien passes by, noticing Oz and sitting down behind him and wrapping his arms around Oz. "What's this?"

"A flower crown. It's for Vicky, for teaching me how to make one."

Damien continues to watch Oz silently for a while before releasing him and hurrying off without another word.

Oz didn't think too much of it - except that his boyfriend might have gotten bored after a while - and finished his work in the meantime. Gladly, Vicky was overjoyed by his gift. She was wearing it for the rest of the day and even wanted to go to bed with it, as far as he had heard from the conversation between her and Amira in the room next door of their shared apartment.

When Oz came to school the next day, Damien pulled him aside. Not too unusual. Unlike what followed when the prince of hell pulled out a far from perfect flower crown from behind his back and put it on Oz's head. "For you. I thought you deserve one too."

Damien got the longest hug of his life that day, because Oz refused to let go of his boyfriend for the next two hours.

Got any soft hurt/comfort type trypanophobia + the chain headcanons? I could really use some

Time wasn't too keen on getting earrings again once he came of age naturally, but Malon promised to hold his hand. He ended up too giddy to even feel it.

If somebody else is there to handle the talking, Twilight can and will use his wolf form as a therapy dog.

Warriors is no medic, but he saw too many of his men have their fears invalidated during the war. When the time comes for post-battle stitches, he always makes sure that his brothers are treated right.

Wind doesn't feel any pressure to be a good example for Aryll as the "brave big brother". She understands his fear and holds his hand the whole time, and he does the same for her.

Four's colors know how to comfort each other, whether they are combined or not. Vio lets Shadow lean close, Vio and Green calm each other down with words, and Blue and Red hug and balance each other's unstable reactions.

Wild is one of the clingiest without realizing it. A healthy dose of physical comfort and words of affirmation will put him much more at ease.

Legend is the most trypanophobic by far, and most of it comes from childhood trauma. He almost can't believe it when the Chain offers unconditional support for the first time.

Hyrule is an escape artist and needs to be hugged tight so he won't slip away. He's easily bribed with sugar.

Sky needs to be closely monitored so he doesn't faint or throw up. Humming and imaginary visualization are great for distracting him.

Ravio is nearly as trypanophobic as Legend, but it stems from self-preservation and fear of pain. He and Legend are no help to each other in practice, and they need Fable to step in as a calming presence.

I also have a headcanon list for a trypanophobic Chain and one for a comforting Chain (They are written in an x reader format, just in case you are not comfortable with that).

Most of my writing comes from an evaluation of my own angsty trauma so I appreciate the opportunity to focus a bit more on comfort!

"Stiftz first wrote the class system for ordinary humans, classes 1 to 5. The Peoplebusters encountered sssome more fancy types over the years, like you, so class 6 was added. "The problem came with class 7. Deman thinks if we count humans that are partly undead, then that includes zombies. Stiftz thinks zombies don't count on the list at all because they are completely undead. Then there's Erica, who's a zombie and a hybrid. They went back and forth for ssseveral nights until Deadmore came up with a compromise, he sssuggested that zombies were a sub-class of 7, since they're usually under the control of a more powerful being. "Ssso that's where we're at now. Zombies are 7.1 and have their own chapter. I wouldn't bring it up around Peter again, he might try pessstering Ray to re-edit the whole thing. Then I'll have to update my notes!"
