Update on My Legal Situation

I'm still waiting for the wheels of justice to turn. I did learn yesterday that I may need to hire yet another lawyer (three!) to handle a specific piece of my situation. That's vague, but so it goes with most things legal. I can't give you details without permission. It may be quite a doozy. One solidly good thing is that over 150 people have donated to this crowdfund. You believe in me, you are showing up for me. That's tangible evidence I can cling to when I'm overwhelmed and frustrated. I appreciate that so much. I don't have much family at all so feeling supported is not my baseline. And I must admit that I think a lot about all of the peope who don't have this support or investment in a basic family law attorney. What happens to them?

Saturdays are for updating because braining on social media during the week is hard!

Work continues on the between-episode soundscapes. Who the hell wrote a stream fishing scene that specified no birds? Why would they do that? I should fire them. ... wait, ok, fine.

Three more soundscapes to go and the first episode is out two weeks from Monday! Plenty of time and not too much. Crowdfuning is still a thing, and still a thing I could be a lot better at. I'm probably going to write up a "lessons learned" at the end because then I'll see it for later and it might be useful for folks. We broke 100 listens this week for the trailer and prologue. Chris Roberts born may 27 1968 is a british american video game designer and programmer film producer and film director. he created the wing commander series while at origin system and as of 2011 has been working on the crowdfuned space simulator star citizen. wing commander was published later in 1990 ans was highly acclaimed. wing commander soon become origins most successful product. Roberts was not as heavily involved in the sequel wing commader 2 which he only produced, he instead concentrated on strike commader.

hi i usually keep my business off tumblr but im scared

so washington elementary school teachers (aka my mom) are going on strike ONCE AGAIN and will not have income for about a month or more (depending on when they settle the strike). its already affecting us (we’re having to borrow money from my nana because my mom has to pay my 538 dollar rent check next month) i dont have a job, ive been applying everywhere i can but its really slim pickings where i live. i have some food in the house but not enough for long term, i havent gone actually grocery shopping in about a month, and we cant really afford to get me anything new! on top of that my mom pays for our wifi and she really cant afford that. we’re probably going to go into a bit of debt right now. ive also got a big copay that insurance wont cover from therapy (like 200 bucks) so if u wanna help a nonbinary trans lesbian and their mom eat and sleep soundly please consider reblogging or donating my paypal and venmo are /thexmasfiles and i also sell nudes/for the right price do a painting of someone for you and send it to you!! we’re kind of panicking because this is all happening really fast and my mom JUST got a condo that had a broken water heater so please please reblog
