Unofficial Tips for Endgame Players (Late S3-S4) and How I am Preparing for S5

Hey there!👋 It's been a while since S4 ended, and most endgame players like me are bracing for S5...I thought it would be good to share the things I learned to advance in the latest chapters (including hard mode) since I saw some people struggling on the difficulty spikes.

Some context/disclaimers: I've been playing Obey Me on and off for almost three years now. Over the years, the Devs had given us plenty of resources, birthday URs, etc so I'm aware I might have more advantage in raising cards than newer players. That said, this guide is not for everyone. I only wanted to share how I'm dealing with the possible difficulty spike in S5. Just because this method worked on me doesn't mean it would work or be enjoyable for others.

Skill-ups Vs Skills?

Short answer: Memory and demon skill-ups >>>>>>>>>>>> actual useful memory skills

Long answer:

Skill procs are very random; though I did notice in my gameplay that higher skill-ups heighten the chance of a skill proc'ing, tho that is debatable. Not sure yet if higher skill-up makes the duration of the skills longer.

As long as you get one busted card for each sin that has decent skills, the supporting two memories don't matter. Just focus on daggering the one with the highest skill level as skill-ups are good as it gives a card higher power levels, which make a big difference in endgame. Here is a sample footage of some hard mode gameplays I had for higher levels nodes: one of them with memories with higher skill-ups, and one with better skills but lower skill-ups.

Higher Skill-ups: Envy Team (Memories)

Lower Skill-ups: Sloth Team (Memories)

Higher Skill-ups: Greed Team (Demons)

Lower Skill-ups: Lust Team (Demons)

Tips on Daggering Cards (Memory)

Based on my own experience, I only felt the need to level more UR Memories at S4. Around S3, you can get away with just one or two good Memory URs so long as you have one for each sin. (Lonely Devil is your friend!)

Tips on Daggering Cards (Demons)

For Demon Cards, it's a bit trickier. But general rule of thumb is cards with second skills/reflect are always better to raise than cards without.

Indispensable second skills: paralyse, stun, poison, skill ban

Indispensable first skills: almost any skills that apply a status effect to an enemy, luck, skill ban, refresh, speed up

**cards with poison and luck are usually slower than the other cards. If you want to use cards like this and you have higher skill-ups, it would be better to team them up with other slower cards too/(or cards with speed up such as Art Solomon UR+)! (ex. Diner Solomon, Anniversary 2 Solomon, Pastry Chef Lucifer from Anniversary 2, the free Asmo UR+ etc.). The time difference may seem little in an event node, but that one second can save you in hard mode and S5 chapters!

Skills such as counter ban, berserker, speed down, etc. are lower priority. I don't really find any good use for them so I tend to avoid raising cards with these skills unless they have high skill-ups.

Saying that, if you have favourite demon cards, consider investing on them, and pull for more copies if they're in the gacha. If you really like an event Demon UR, considering getting more copies by:

Ranking in Events

Ranking can be really scary, and I definitely understand that this method is not for everyone. But if you're like me and you only have one favourite character, investing in getting more copies of them by ranking had been really helpful. My two experiences of ranking for Solomon's event UR cards (Circus and Bunny Boy. I didn't really rank for his Cyberverse card since I already have a skill 5 envy UR+ of him) had been amazing! I have only really vied for getting the lowest tiers that offered his card copies, but they've made a great difference. (Lowest ranking rewards that will give you card copies will guarantee you at least skill4-skill5 of the UR Demon card!)

Of course, only do this if you are really set on getting more copies of a character Demon card in the ranking rewards, and you like the gacha cards enough/you think the gacha cards have decent skills that can give you more reasons to get their skill-ups to accumulate more event points which will be great in ranking (for those who are ranking, I found that around >250 points is a decent point per node to keep up with ranking)

The gacha cards I got to accumulate points for ranking have actually been really helpful in completing my Sin teams! (especially the Luke and Diavolo URs!)

Plus, if you rank...you will also get copies of the UR Memory. Before I grinded for more shards for the Circus Memory UR, I got it up to Skill 7. The Bunny Boy was a better investment imo, as due to the Celestial Boxes, I got the Memory UR card at Skill 10!

If you look at the strength comparison of a level 100 card with only skill 2 to the Bunny Memory UR I got at Skill 10, the difference in their main card strength is quite high.

On Daggering Demon Cards

I would have to be honest: I daggered my favourite cards first haha.;; But I did invest some skill-ups on the cards I really liked which would make them stronger and will give me more advantages to dagger them (so they won't ever leave my team xD) .

Just dagger who you want first and then work on making your teams even levelled, whether with cards that have higher skill-ups or cards that have useful skills.

Again, for demon cards, imo the

skill-up>>>>>>>>>skills is mostly applicable especially for main cards (the one that takes higher priority to dagger)

Completing Demon Teams

Unfortunately, for later lessons...completing your teams is a necessity. If you look at the video I shot, I already have full demon teams at level 120+ but I still struggled at S4;;;. :( You can get away with just two Demons at 120+ as long as you have glowsticks and good RNGI guess? I'm planning on getting my final Greed and Gluttony (and possibly replacements for my Wrath Mammon and Lust Levi)in future banners/birthday banner reruns I like for skill-ups.

Skipping Events

This is advised if you want to catch up on getting a card that will complete your teams and you're not particularly interested in the event rewards. I'm already satisfied with my current teams (save for some specific teams which I feel needs more skill-ups on memories and demons).

Andddddd that's about it! This is how I'm preparing for S5! c: I hope this helps even a bit! Feel free to ask questions and I'll do my best to answer you. ^^

Summary

Make full teams per sin (With most of the cards at least 120+)

Skill ups >>>>>>>> skills (daggering should also consider skill ups. You can add cards with good skills as secondaries/backups)

Consider ranking in events (celestial blessing events are advised) for memory and demon card skill-ups.

Skip events you aren't interested in to have more time to strengthen your teams. (Consider grinding in latter hard mode nodes for Grimm during Leviathan's Boot Camp).

Try to get cards that can counter known common enemy status effects (such as paralyse for Sloth, stun for Envy, poison for wrath, etc.)

I've played through the DLC for TPoF countless times. Eventually, after some time, I unlocked an achievement I had no idea existed - called Real Simp. I completely forgot about it, but when I wanted to play the game again next time, alongside the memelord mode, another one called Simp Mode appeared. I turned it on, and OH MY GOD, IT COMPLETELY CHANGES THE GAMEPLAY! I don't know about other characters, but with Fox, everything is better.

At the beginning, of course, there's the auction where you beg the announcer to take you every time you have the chance. Then you wake up in a bunker, and that's when the real rollercoaster begins. From my experience, I can immediately say that Chat doesn't matter at all, only Fox's points matter. I'll give you a brief walkthrough in case you haven't unlocked it yet.

Warning: spoilers ahead!

You wake up in the bunker, it's dark, you're tied up. You make noise and catch Fox's attention. Nothing changes here, but your thought process is… significantly different. Someone is in front of me. I focus my gaze and see my favorite beastkin. He looks great, only he wears a mask covering his handsome facial features. Too bad, a great pity.

Fox asks how you feel and if you remember anything. You get several options, including a new one to click on: I meant your bedroom. This leads to a dialogue: You: (sigh), I don't want to be rude, I really appreciate that you fulfilled my request and took me, but I meant your bedroom more than this musty basement. He is silent for a moment, looking at you, then bursts into laughter.

It's the standard text about not worrying because you made the choice to be his co- star. You look around, see cameras, he says no one has ever asked to go with him before. Then you notice the lingerie he chose for you, praise it, and he's happy, standard. For a while, nothing changes; you choose the option to Stay quiet, then Put it back. Fox turns to the cameras and talks to Chat.

This wasn't what I expected from our first night. I'm a little disappointed, you think bitterly.

Let's move on to the foot and there's a slight difference here. Fox: She's gotten nice and wet… What do you think Chat? You (smiling weakly): I'm nice and wet, not only there But Fox rudely interrupts you by sticking his finger into your wound.

Still nothing changes. When you get a choice, you click on Beg him to stop. He cuts you with a knife until you bleed, you cry, standard. At WoundFucker's request, Fox starts choking you, but before you choose the Please, I don't want to die option. He chokes you with a cable until you pass out, then he smashes your face on the concrete, great.

The next game is a gun blowjob and here you have to click Obey confidently, because this time Fox forgot to do the poll. So you do your thing, looking deep into his eyes, he touches himself , nice time. Everyone is impressed by your skills, so you survive, but it's not over yet, because the icing on the cake awaits you. AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Once Fox holds your poor eyelids, a new narrative emerges. I know well what will happen next…. And you can select the Open Mouth option, but it only lasts for a few seconds, so you have to be quick. Once you manage to click it, this appears: I open my mouth and stick out my tongue. He must be surprised by my reaction, because the grip of his claws on my head weakens and I manage to squeeze my eyes shut at the last moment, just before his cum lands all over my face and hair. But not in DAMN EYE! Fox is a bit surprised, ends the stream and you pass out from blood loss.

You wake up in a cell. He speaks to you with ordinary words. You look around and express the hope that now that you've performed so well, Fox will finally take you to his home. He just laughs and states that you now work for him. He's about to leave when you stop him and choose the option: Please stay, I don't want to be alone. Fox tilts his head, with a half-smile, remains silent for a moment, and exits without a word.

Then, you sit in the cell and contemplate. All narratives about the eye are, of course, omitted. You worry that perhaps you didn't try hard enough, considering Ren didn't want to take you home. Since you care so much about him, you decide to give it your all the next time you see each other.

Finally, they come to you. You dress up in a sexy mesh outfit and decide firmly that you'll survive this stream too. When given the option, you choose: Please go easy on me, and Fox likes it. He's about to start when someone asks: What happened to her? And Fox tells and shows everything. Fortunately, your eye is intact.

You move on to the soldering game, and when he asks you, you confidently reply that it's a soldering gun. You're not stupid, duh. Fox burns a heart on your back, and when he shows it on the camera, you comment aloud: You: Wow, it looks great, much better than a tattoo. Fox: I'm glad I fit into your tastes, darling.

Then you let him set up your arm without any protests, standard.

And the sex scene. Not much changes here except when Ren wants to put a tentacle dildo in your mouth, you have a time-limited chance to click: Open your mouth. Probably just to score points with Fox. Of course, while you're at it, you're pushing against him with all your might, in fact, you've been dreaming about him fucking you. It's a bit shame to be in front of the camera and with that collar with needles, but you don't complain, you take what they give you.

After everything, perhaps the biggest change. Because there's no longer an eye operation. Instead, there's a game with a nail gun for questions and answers. The first question is, of course, about Fox's name, and here, a window appears WHERE YOU CAN TYPE YOUR OWN ANSWER! There's no other option; you type REN HANA, all in capital letters, because you're so excited to finally let it out at this moment. He looks at you carefully, averts his gaze, and… shoots!! Shocking. Here, I think there may be several reasons for doing so. Firstly, theoretically,you don't have the right to know his name as MC, and maybe it unsettled him, put him on high alert or something. Or it could be an option that it was a warning shot. Ren didn't want to reveal his identity to Chat. Generally, the matter is a bit strange because if you answer all the questions correctly, he shoots a nail into the middle of our forehead, killing you. Okay. Some sample questions: What is today's date?, Whose father is my most loyal patron? And the question about the last letter of the alphabet, but it's time-limited. If you answer this incorrectly, Fox mocks you. After this wonderful game, you are forced to remove the nail from your body, which is quite painful but concludes the second show. You lose consciousness.

You have various dreams, when a touch wakes you up. Fox strokes your head. The beginning of the conversation is the same, there are no texts about the eye prosthesis because you have that eye. You ask: Why are you helping me? He explains that Chat loves you, but it is picky, and you may not survive for long. You relax and gaze at him, and he points out that it's not very polite. You ask, Who did this to you? He responds in the usual way. But your reaction is different. You: Are you sure? Fox: About what? You: That if it weren't for that person, you would be in exactly the same place doing exactly the same thing as now? Fox measures you with a probing look from half-closed lids and says it's time for him. Then you have the option to click: Hug him. You do it, and he looks at you surprised. You ask him not to leave yet because you don't want to be alone. He also lightly hugs you and strokes your head. After some time, you drift away.

And the ending. THE BEST.

You wake up in a bright room. Apparently, someone's bedroom. You feel an electric collar around your neck. Fox appears, wrapped only in a towel, wet hair, bangs falling on his forehead. He pins you to the wall, his eyes glowing, and says: I decided to keep you for myself. You're mine.

TPOF DLC Survival Walkthrough (SPOILERS)

This is a walkthrough to get the DLC’s survival ending, “Fox kept you.” MAJOR trigger warnings for torture/violence/gore/SA/rape

Bidding

Towards the end of the questionnaire, choose “Point at the Announcer” (it doesn’t matter what you choose prior to this). The Announcer will laugh and want to wrap up but you “Beg the announcer to take you home.” After this you get jabbed and pass out. This is when you enter the “The Show Must Go On” DLC.

Show 1

You wake up in a dark room in front of Fox (the Announcer). When asked if you remember what happened, answer with “What’s on your head?” He laughs and brushes it off, then you look down and see you’re dressed in lacy underwear. Fox asks what you think of your new outfit, choose “I guess it’s cute…” Fox likes this response and then starts live-streaming. He introduces you to the stream, so you “Beg them to help you”. No one really cares lmfao. Fox then dislocates your finger and asks if you want him to put it back into place or leave it, so you say “Put it back…”, which he then does, making your finger feel a little better. He then cuts your foot and despite it bleeding a lot, Chat wants more blood. Fox asks what you think, respond with “Fuck you!”, which doesn’t phase him. He starts cutting your chest, and makes you look into the camera, saying “You’ve been so quiet, darling! Why don’t you say something for your admirers?” You look in the camera and say “… Hi…” you’re then lifted up by a cable around your neck. Fox talks to chat for a hot minute and you pass out, then gain consciousness when you fall to the ground. Fox grabs your head and slams your face into the cold floor, probably breaking your nose, and asks if Chat is ready for the finale. He shows a gun to Chat which causes you to freak out. Fox notices and says he won’t kill you if you do a good job, then makes a poll for Chat to decide if you should live or die. He points the gun to your face and you have to suck it. Fox looks at the screen, turns back to you and says “You better get to work, they’ve already started voting.” You have to Obey reluctantly since you don’t really have a choice. At the last minute, Chat decides you should live. Fox comments that you’re a natural, and Chat wants to see more! He then says you and him should give Chat a treat before you guys “wrap up for the night.” He then forces your eye open and busts a fat nut in your eye, which is already bad, but he then plunges his claw into your eye when you moved. Oops!! He then ends stream and takes his mask off and you pass out. You wake up in a shitty jail cell type room and Fox talks to you for a little bit. You touch your eye and feel bandages. Your eye is fucked tbh but Fox says you have a spare. You ask if you’re going to be let go, and he laughs at you. He says you’re not going to be leaving, you need to continue performing, and to heal as much as possible before your next show. You ask him “Why are you doing this?” And Fox laughs and says because he’s really fucking good at it. Then he says good night and leaves. You Go to sleep because your body hurts too much.

Show 2

Eventually you wake to him in your room with two guards behind him, saying that you need to get dressed, and throws fishnets toward you. You Get dressed. One of the guards puts your wrists in metal shackles before pushing you toward the streaming room. Fox asks if you’re ready and to take a deep breath, then starts the stream. He tells you to say hi to your admirers, so you say “Please go easy on me…”, looking at the camera and trying to smile. Fox first prods at your foot’s stitches, then brings a camera close to your face to show off your new and definitely not improved eye! He tugs your eye bandage off, which also tore off the flesh it fused with. Fox is like wow we probably should’ve changed that, sounding a little apologetic. He brings out a soldering gun, and asks you if you know what it is. You don’t, so you respond with “A… glue gun? I-I don’t know.” Fox laughs a little and says that’s close enough. He then carves into your back with the gun. He gets to your spine and you dislocate your shoulder as a result. He brings the camera over to your back, and you see the carving is a heart. Fox asks if you want him to push your shoulder back in, and you say “Don’t touch me!” Causing him to scoff. He unlocks your wrist shackles, giving you a moment to decide if you should try to escape or not. You decide to Stay still since your feet are still attached to the floor. He tells you to take a deep breath and make sure your tongue isn’t between your teeth. He asks if you’re ready and you nod weakly. You screamed as it happened but the pain went away quickly. He then puts the shackles back on your wrists. He asks chat if they’re ready for more, and forces your legs apart. You and Fox are going to put on a show like they’ve never seen! He tears your fishnets away and then brings out a large wedge, pushing it in front of you. He puts a tentacle gag in your mouth, and brings out a choke chain, where you will be grazed by the choke chain’s needles if you move too much. He forces himself into you, and your feet began to slip. You’re faced with an awful decision, to either lean forward into the choke chain or lean backward into him. You decide to lean backward. After he finishes in you, he talks to Chat and takes your choke chain and gag off. Chat says your eye looks terrible, and Fox agrees. He says the eye is going to have to come out. You agree, saying “Yes… Please take it out…” he says he will do everything he can to make it better, and touches his mask to your forehead like a kiss, making you feel better. He looks for supplies, giving you a moment with Chat. You attempted to Smile at them. Fox comes back and holds a metal instrument up to you, explaining its to keep your eye open. You Nod, saying you understand. He whispers he’s only cutting out the bad part for Chat, and he’ll have an expert look at it later. You start to pass out. He talks to Chat for a little, and you pass out fully. You wake up back in your room to Fox petting your head. He says your eye couldn’t be saved but you may get a prosthetic. You ask “Why would you help me?” He answers that your shows have been very popular and the audience wants to see more. You look down at his skin, noticing his scars. Fox says it’s rude to stare, and you ask “Who did that to you?” He laughs and says a dead man did. He’s about to leave, but you ask “Are you going to kill me or not?” Fox laughs again and says it’s up to Chat. You reply with “I thought you were the one in charge.” He then leaves and you go back to bed.

Show 3

You wake to Fox’s guard shaking you roughly. You look down and see you’re dressed in an extremely girly pink lingerie set. Your limbs are completely numb, and Fox says to chat you’ve had a bit of a “cocktail” before the show (painkillers and other things). He brings out a pneumatic nail gun. He points it at you and asks if you know what that is. You say “Don’t shoot me!” Which is not the answer so he shoots you. You couldn’t feel pain, the nail feels like it shouldn’t be there. He then asks you what his name is, and you truthfully respond with “I don’t know!” Since he never said. You’re shot a few more times. You ask Fox to take them out, and he responds that YOU should take them out. He unshackles you and you take them out at a quickening pace. Fox asks you to show your “new holes” to Chat, and he demonstrates how by pressing his claw into one of the holes. You think it feels good due to the insane amount of painkillers you’re on. He pushes your hand into your underwear as he pushes more of his claws into your puncture holes. Fox orders you to beg for more and you do, causing you to bust a fat one. Afterwards, one of the Chat people asks to bring out a flame gun, which he happily obliges to. He burns your skin, and you feel hungry. He brings your arm to your mouth and you pull a chunk of your meat away, chewing. Fox takes his mask off and clamps onto your collar, ripping your skin apart. He laps at your wound a few times before putting his mask back on, a little embarrassed. For the “grand finale,” he connects a chain to the wire loop around your neck, pulling you up. It was hard to stand on your toes since your body felt so heavy. He hands you a knife. Fox says Chat wants to see blood, and you slash the top of your thigh, but Chat wants to see more. You slash your legs again, and Fox says to slash your stomach, deeper. You deeply cut across your belly. Fox says “Wait.” He pauses and then turns to the screen. He says “Your wish is my… Actually, fuck that. Show’s over.” He turns the screens off, making the room go completely black. The knife is grabbed out of your hands and thrown across the room. The wire holding you is released and you fall on the ground, your shackles also released. You’re pushed onto your back, and begin to ask why Fox stopped. Fox tells you to stop talking and calls the medics to stop your bleeding stomach, he wants you alive. You’re his now.

Obey Me (OG) Newbie Guide

Author's Note

There are multiple guides for this game existing already. Most could be found in Obey Me sub-Reddit or by searching in Google. Since the game is already 4 years old, this game has finished the main storyline and already moved on to a new prequel game called Obey Me Nightbringer (NB). Obey Me (OG) is still up and running at the time of this writing, since they run the events in both OG and NB, so if you want to still play this game, then that's up to you. Keep in mind though that this game is grindy.

In this post, I'll make a concise guide that will help new players (hopefully) traverse in the game. As always, this guide isn't only from my own experience, because I'm going to include tips from different sources here. The links for the sources could be found at the bottom of this post. I've created this guide with the idea that this is my game notes just in case I forgot about this game.

When starting an account

You can't reroll account in this game thru normal means.

It's not recommended to reroll in this game since you'll get a free UR Asmodeus card in mail but, if you're like other players who want to reroll just to get a card of their favorite guy or you want to get ahead by having more UR cards early in the game, then here are the steps.

Play the tutorial by skipping dialogues until you get a 10-pull. The cards you'll get is fixed.

Keep skipping until you clear 1-6.

Click the home button and go to mail after being bombed with announcements. Claim all. (You'll get enough to do a 10-pull.)

Roll in Nightmare. Preferably in event banner.

If you don't like the results, create transfer code for this account. (Walkthrough on how to setup Transfer Password here.)

Close the app in this phone.

Have a second phone or an emulator (e.g. Bluestacks) with Obey Me app.

Open the Obey Me app in the second phone or emulator.

From the title screen, click Transfer Data > Enter Transfer Code > Input your Transfer Code and Transfer Password > Tap Transfer

Once done, the account is now transferred to the second phone/emulator. Close the app.

You could use the first phone to create another account again.

All about UR or UR+ cards

UR/UR+ cards are the endgame goal to collect in the game. The difference is that UR+ cards either have outfit for character or moving background, while UR cards don't. Both have similar power level.

UR/UR+ card is the highest rarity. SSR cards could work for early game, but would need to be replaced once you reach harder content in game.

There are two types of cards needed to create a team - demon cards and memory cards. Demon cards can be obtained from Chapter A, any event banners, or event reward ladder, while Memory cards from Chapter M, from event reward ladder, or from shard farming in hard mode in lesson 61+. Chapter A and Chapter M are considered standard banners in game.

NOTE: You can't have 2 demon cards of the same character in 1 team. You need to have varying characters for each attribute.

Different ways to obtain UR/UR+ cards:

free pull in Chapter A for demon cards

free pull in Chapter M for memory cards

[RECOMMENDED] pulling in event banners with devil points (DP) or demon vouchers (DV)

[NOT RECOMMENDED] pulling in Chapter A and Chapter M with DP or DV

buying UR card shards in Akuzon with raven (Akuzon > Exchange Raven > Piece of Card)

Surprise Guest

Surprise Guest randomly comes out after you manually battle a stage. One of the 3 guys in the demon cards you used will appear. Getting their 3 interactions right make them gain intimacy points.

Their preferred touch interactions after battles can be found here. Better go look at the list yourself because the options are many.

You can also get gifts when you get a heart reaction for all 3 interactions. You could get 6 gifts per day. Gifts include:

2 AP x10

2 Grimm x1,000

2 Raven x1

Devil Points are premium currency used in game and can be bought using real money.

Demon vouchers are used to pull in Chapter A and Chapter M in Nightmare. These can also be used in limited-time event banners.

All about Grimm

Grimm is used for upgrading card level, unlocking Devil's Tree nodes, and pulling in Chapter G. This is a scarce resource if you are a F2P so you need to allocate this carefully on the cards you only want to use and level up.

All about :D Jobs

:D Jobs is where you can obtain grimms, Surprise Guest gifts, raven, keys, and daggers, and increase intimacy points for characters you send.

TIP: Always send the characters in :D Jobs.

All about Daggers

Daggers are used to uncap the max level of card. This is done in order to increase the power level of the card, to be used in harder lessons in main story.

For example, UR/UR+ card has max level of 100. You need 10 daggers of same sin attribute with the card, 100,000 grimm, 100 gems of main sin attribute, and 100 gems of secondary sin attribute of card in order to increase the max level of this card. Each uncapping of max level of card is increased by +10 levels.

All about Lonely Devil

Lonely Devil is a mode where you could rerun the past events in game. You could unlock a past event using LD tickets or by paying 10 DP.

Players who have missed their desired rewards from the event ladders rerun this event in order to continue what they have started. The total points acquired from previous run is saved and could be continued on your next run of same event. The event rerun lasts for 4 days. However, cheat cards don't work in here.

Lonely Devil is a great way to obtain UR memory cards in the game. Daggers could also be obtained here.

All about D-energy

D-energy is used to increase the chances you could have in capped battle stages. Battle stages that have x3 cap are event stages and hard mode stages. Using one D-energy gives 3 battles. If you run out of D-energy, 5 AP will be used to get 3 more battles.

All about Card Mechanic and Total Power

UR/UR+ cards have max level 100 and could be uncapped until you reach max level 200. SSR cards has max level 80 and could be uncapped until you reach max level 160.

Each card rarity has their own power level that is used in battle stages. This part will be further explained in a separate post (because I think I'm almost reaching the 30 max image cap in a post). I will link the post here later on.

If you don't want to grind the main story and just want to read the whole story, here's the link for the lesson summaries for lesson 1 to lesson 80.

Miscellaneous Info

You can drag your finger across the hearts that appear on screen during battle instead of tapping them individually. WAY more effective.

Choosing quick clear x3 or x5 on battles only gives EXP to player level, not including the card level, but you still get grimm and rewards.

Save glowsticks. Rainbow glowsticks are the more powerful buffs in battle.

You don't need to complete all daily missions in To Do. Just clear 7 missions in order to get the 18 DP daily.

You can leave your rewards sitting for as long as you want, and collect them whenever.

AP will carry over when you level up.

You can edit the game's graphics settings if you have lag. Just go up to the top right corner and hit the settings gear.

Work towards building a deck that covers all colors with a variety of characters, both demon cards and memory cards alike.

Try to keep your in-use cards (your deck, as opposed to your overall collection) evenly leveled.

Don't forget to level your memory cards. They are also important in total deck power.

Daily server resets at midnight JST or UTC+9. Convert into your local time to know when it will reset in your location.

On One Piece, my main man is Roronoa Zoro. I also love Shanks, Law, Pell, Katakuri, Ace, Rosinante, Smoker, (and for some reason, probably before I knew who he was) Kaku, and of course Sanji-kun and Luffy. I'd say Rayleigh and Mihawk too but not the same kind of love. I just think these two are so cool and I'd love to have them as my ojichan and otochan respectively. 😏😉 (Yes, I'd call Mihawk Otochan not jijiwe, not otosan... otochan lol)

Aside from OP, MCU is one of my other obsessions hehe but don't ask me what team I am on Civil War because you won't get a serious answer lol ✌️ I love Iron Man, though. He's my favorite Avenger. Loki is my favorite, too. And if I have to choose among the villains, I'd choose... Thanos because I hate him the most. 😅

Obey Me! Incomplete Walkthrough - Lesson 1

So I noticed that there isn’t exactly a walkthrough for the game out yet, and I figured it couldn’t be a bad thing if I posted my findings.

 I do have to preface that this is incomplete, and that is because I found out that when replaying the game, there is no indication if your answers from previous playthroughs prodive intimacy increases. So all of my original answers from my first playthrough will be marked, so as when you are reading this you are aware that THEY SAY “NO INTIMACY”, BUT IN FACT COULD BE INTIMACY INCREASE ANSWERS. I did not take note during my first playthrough.

Lesson 1-1: No opportunities for intimacy increases that I could find.

Obey Me! Surprise guest guide and other tips

Thank you so much to @ike-sol and her friend for starting out this project, for making the spreadsheet to better organize the data, and for inviting me in to do this with them!

This guide focuses on how to get 3 hearts from the boys after the dance battles without using any item. Also, we only compiled the results for if you get 3 stars in the battle. Let's get into it!

First, we found out that there are 6 different places where you can touch your Boy. You have the option to tap, or rub these:

The high five (no rub for that one)

The hair

The face

The chest

The arms (both arms work the same)

The hand (for Lucifer and Satan only)

(There is also the option to shake your phone but research has not been done on that because it's just way too annoying to do)

Important: The shoulder is a lie! It acts as the junction point between the arms and the chest, and can pick up as either depending on the Boy, and sometimes even the side.

And now for the other tips part:

(Sorry if this is a bit jumbled)

If you're farming for certain battle rewards (watches, cups, etc.) you will get better results by battling in higher numbered chapters. This doesn't really apply to objects like skulls and above because you can only get them from hard battles, which you can only try 3 times a day.

In battle, little demons of pride never attack immediately when their bar is full. Don't wait for them, it's better getting your 2 attacks with your whole team and sometimes taking the hit.

Little demons of greed follow anyone that attacks, whether it's you or other members of their team (when paired with other non-greed). Wait for their bars to get full to attack them all at once.

Little demons of envy only follow you in battle when you are not countering. Wait for their bars to get full to attack them all at once.

Little demons of wrath rarely attack immediately when their bar is full. Don't wait for them, it's better to get your 2 attacks with your whole team and sometimes taking the hit.

Little demons of lust rarely team attack, usually each member will attack solo at random times. Ignore them, attack with your full team, take the annoyance.

Little demons of gluttony attack immediately when their bar is full, or sometimes one second later. If your whole team has the speed, counter. If one or more of the guys is too slow, take the hit and attack with all three guys when you can.

Little demons of sloth attack immediately or sometimes one second later, in groups of 2 if the team is only made up of sloth demons. When mixed with others, they will only NOT attack if the other two are attacking or have attacked in the last few seconds. Counter only if all your guys' bars are full. If not, take the hit and attack with all three guys when you can. Beware of their shock attack, even if the game shows you a wide smiley before the battle.

I don't know if you've ever played Bloodborne but I got thinking today about a Bloodborne + Obey Me fusion. Bloodborne is a messed up gothic horror with eldritch abominations, madness, and monsters. The Great Ones are basically Lovecraft monsters that can't have their own children so long for a surrogate. The hunter you play as was already on death's doorstep/ready to die because of their paleblood.

Honestly either Devildom seems tame to the Good Hunter after Yharnam or they feel right at home. Maybe lowkey inspired by JT Music's Bloodbrone rap + the songs by the Aviators for the game. Here Comes the Ravens and No One Will Save You are my favorite.

While I haven't actually played Bloodborne myself (no playstation :( ) I have consumed so much Bloodborne media including walkthroughs its ridiculous. An MC who was the Hunter would be such a shock to the brothers. I can't help but think either MC in this case would be charmingly amused by their antics or get real frustrated real quickly. This is what is turning the world to shit? It would also put lesson 16 in a whole new light - if not change the outcome entirely.

I love the idea of the Avatars being Great Ones themselves - or potentially, maybe even their Father.

AND YES THE SOUNDTRACK SLAPS. I sometimes put it on for study music, alongside the Doom Eternal OST. Keeps me motivated.

Pulls a real ‘dad move’ and takes the game from you until you calm down

Helps you strategize in a real Napoleonian way on how to beat the level.

No idea what he’s talking about, but it sounds really smart

Mammon

Immediately heartbroken. But tries not to show it

More than any of the others Mammon can’t stand you being mad at him

Even if it’s ‘fake rage’

Will leave with a flippant “fine! Be that way! It’s not like I wanted to help anyway!”

Inside he’s devastated

Please go hug and apologize to him quickly

Levi

Totally gets it. He’s been there more than once

Leaves you alone until the rage-stage passes

Gives you some plushies to throw and beat up constructively, rather than irreplaceable things

Helps you tackle the level/problem together with his eons of gaming experience

If you win, you celebrate together and high five like he’s always wanted

If you lose, well now you’re just in the rage spiral together and can’t get out

Satan

Does not understand ‘gamer rage’ but understands rage

Immediate reaction is to get mad and yell back

But that doesn’t solve anything, so he takes a deep breath and leaves you alone

Returns with every gamer play walkthrough & handbook he could find from Levi and the library

Knowledge and solutions are the key to inner peace. Calmer head will prevail

Will 400% get madder than you if his perfect strategy plan fails, and now you have to get him out of game rage mode

Asmo

Cue beautiful silken tears and a magically appearing chaise to drape himself on

Does not like to be yelled at, but is mostly hamming it up for sympathy

Insists that you ‘make it up to him’ by going shopping with or getting iced coffees with him

Actually, the break is a little nice. It gives you a chance to get out of game rage headspace

Tells you that you shouldn’t game so much because lack of sunlight and stress is bad for the skin

“Your skin will be as scaly as Levi’s and his fish if you’re not careful!”

Beel

Poor wounded himbo puppy!!!

Doesn’t understand what he did, but apologizes and leaves you alone

His feelings are really hurt. Getting yelled at is no fun

Quickly accepts your apology when you give it to him

Everyone has bad days, so he wouldn’t hold it against you

On his way to bring you some snacks when you came to apologize. He gets really cranky when he’s super hungry, so just assumed that eating something would help. Obviously your favorites.

Belphie

Startled at first. Then angry

He didn’t do anything wrong! He was being a good person, who got all the way out of bed, to check on you!

Goes back to bed because he doesn’t deserve this

Will not come out of his blanket nest when you come to apologize because he’s a cranky brat

Eventually, with enough sweet words and coaxing, he comes out. Like a pouty rabbit

Enjoys his next nap beside you while you game because his calm sleeping position will keep you calm while you game.
