2. What’s your total Ao3 word count? 89,680
3. What fandoms do you write for? At present just Silm and Lotr, but I'm hoping to participate in Yuletide this year and thinking about The Handmaiden, Hustlers, Swan Lake, and The Wolf Den as potential fandoms to offer

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? Yes lol. I'm not sure what's meant by "what kind", but I've done F/F, M/M, F/M, F/M/M, M/F/F/F/F and a fairly big variety of kinks so like... most kinds?
10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written? No, and I'm not a huge reader of them, although I long for a Silm/Succ crossover
12. Have you ever had a fic translated? Yes! The lovely @camille-lachenille translated see it fall, child of war into French. You can read it here.
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? No. I write very slowly and erratically, which I don't think would be fair to any potential cowriter.
14. What’s your all time favorite ship? Legolas/Gimli is a long term otp and one couple where I really can't see either side with anyone else (if they want to invite Aragorn or Eomer to join for a night I'm not opposed). Elwing and Earendil is another couple that I feel the same about (and I'm also defensive of them as a couple and genuinely see them as an example of some of Tolkien's most romantic writing). I also really like Celegorm/Orome for being basically perfect for my id.
15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? Eeeh. I'm really trying not to officially throw in the towel on any of my wips. It's just taking me a long time...
16. What are your writing strengths? Can I say smut? I think I'm quite good at setting, food, and clothing descriptions too.
17. What are your writing weaknesses? Any plot that's more complicated than "emotion in space" or "dick in hole". Also actually DOING the writing.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? I used to do it much more than I currently do. Now I feel like it breaks the flow of the story.

20. Favourite fic you’ve written? I've said it before but I was really pleased with how one of your girls came out and have reread it a couple of times since publishing. Actually I think I got some writers block after publishing it because I feel like I can't surpass it lol.

The Car Ride [S3:E17]
A short discussion Jim and Ed have while they're driving to the meeting with the Court of Owls. The main topic? A certain mayor that's allegedly dead.
So I've watched Gotham. Actually, that's a lie. I binged Gotham in a week and now I'm watching it again, but with my mom because no one is safe from my fixations.
Watching Gotham means I got a new OTP. OT3. OT4 even considering I do ship Oswald and Ed and Jim and Lee all at once in a funny, mad little poly relationship. It's not even that far from canon, honestly, it's Gotham. Everyone slept with everyone at some point. But that's a later topic (soon, maybe).
This ficlet came to me because, honestly, I wanted to make fun of Ed and Jim. Especially Ed, considering he's so madly in love with Oswald but won't admit it. So, here are the two of them, calling each other out on their own bullshit.

They were driving.
The road to the harbor was quiet, and so it seemed way longer than it was in reality. They both knew it, they knew very well what that road looked like. Yet none spoke up. Not even the radio was playing. Just two, lost men, a cop and a cop murderer drowned deep in their thoughts.
Jim was tired. He didn’t sleep well for what seemed like ages by now, the road was dark, the car was quiet and his eyes felt strained. Lately there was no time for a break, his brain was running every hour of the day, to figure out the court, to protect the people of Gotham. To not think about Lee and Mario and the heavy, heavy guilt weighing his shoulders. To not think about the mayor, gone and dead by the hands of the very man taking the passenger seat right now. Sure, Cobblepot was a menace, a criminal and an insane murderer, but having him around was normal . It was something Gordon got used to, even despite himself. To think that he was really dead right now was… unsettling. And added to Jim’s pile of things to not think about.
The anger was bubbling softly in his abdomen, but he didn’t want to let it win. Instead, he let the tiredness take over. The kind that made his brain into a mush and his muscles into cotton candy, that could melt and let him fall any moment.
That would be more pleasant than sitting by Nygma right now.
The other man seemed emotionless. He was looking straight ahead, on the pitch black road, his eyes dark and unfeeling. He looked like a statue yet it was far from what was happening inside of his head. Contrary to Gordon, he couldn't make them shut up. But oh, he wished for it so much. For the thoughts, screaming at each other, to quiet down. He was lost, caught in a crossfire between Riddler, yelling about murder, revange, betrayal and raging like a monster and Ed, spilling riddles that had no sense. And in the middle was he, trying to focus on the goal, on the riddle that he had to solve, otherwise the two voices would drive him mad. Madder than he already was.
And detective Gordon, quietly driving them to the place of meeting, seemed to be an anchor. No, not because of the images of his suffering that Ed used to play over and over in his head since Arkham. Actually, it was because of the riddle. Jimbo was always a riddle, so righteous, always nice to Ed when they still worked together, sharp and quick with his deduction. Yet still morally gray. Knowing stuff that normal cops shouldn’t know. Like right now. Jim Gordon, out of all people, just had to know about Ed’s goal.
Still, the silence between the two men was long and awkward.
“What happened between you and Penguin?” The sentence felt like a violation. As if Jim grabbed the silence between them and ripped it in half with his voice, causing Ed to recoil in almost physical pain.
“What?”
“I’m just curious. You two seemed… close. And suddenly he’s dead.”
The implication was there. Oswald got close to Ed, he died. Miss Kringle got close to Ed, she died. Isabella-
Nygma didn’t know if it was intentional, but he took it as such. It was Jim he was talking with. Detective Gordon, smart and sharp and dangerous with his deduction.
“He killed someone close to me. It was revange.”
The word shouldn't feel so bitter on his tongue, but Ed still had to lick over his lips to get rid of the after taste. He thought that, in the darkness of the car, Gordon wouldn’t see.
“Was it worth it?”
The question felt weird, out of character and, to both men’s dread, hung in the air between them. Nygma saw how Jim cringed briefly, then furrowed his brows. Ed licked over his lips again.
“What’s with the chit-chat, Jimbo? Does it really matter? He’s gone. I was sure that you, out of all people, would be happy about it.”
Ed sounded irritated, bitter and, somehow, also weird. He knew it. He used all his strength to calm his nerves, to focus on his goal. And then he saw how Jim clenched his jaw, doing the same thing.
“Criminals murdering criminals should suit my book,” he said with voice gruffier, more annoyed. “But it’s still a murder.”
A soft laughter filled the car. Nygma smiled one of his wide, creepy smiles at Gordon.
“Don’t tell me you also wanted to put your hands on poor, ol’ Oswald? Considering how much of your hair turned white because of him I shouldn’t be surprised, but Jim , he was your mayor!” Jim kept quiet, focusing on the road. He shouldn’t have spoken. “Or… am I missing a clue here?”
“He should just go back to Arkham.”
“Oh! A fate worse than death for him! Cops really are sadists, aren’t they?”
Again, Jim didn’t answer. He met doctor Strange more times than he wished for. Usually, he tried to not think about the kind of therapy Penguin had to indulge.
Something on his face had to sell his thoughts to Nygma. He wasn’t sure what it could be, but Ed always had a knack for noticing tiny details.
“He was a criminal, you’re a detective. It was inevitable one of you had to die at some point. The only riddle here is: why do you suddenly care ?” Ed’s glasses glimmered dangerously. “You always seemed to hold a soft spot for Oswald. Is it because you let him live? Or because he considered you a good friend all this time? Is it the- maybe? Nobody wants me, But those who never have me, nobody wants. What am I? ”
Ed shut down his loud thoughts, waiting for an answer. Gordon could hear Harvey’s voice, calling him an idiot in his head.
But he indulged.
“Guilt. But no, I didn’t feel guilty about him. That sounds awfully honest though, Ed.”
Jim smirked, hearing a harsh inhale through the nose. He hit right in the spot, didn’t he? The anger, bubbling in his stomach, was making him vicious and petty and Nygma’s reaction gave him a short lasting joy. And now, that he took the initiative over their discussion, he was not going to let go of it.
“In any way, who cares . Oswald is dead. It’s time to forget about him,” hissed Ed. For a reason Jim would never speak about he tightened his grip on the wheel.
“You say so, and yet here you are. Penguin’s gone and you run around like a lost puppy, searching for its master. Kill random people, play with police, get yourself into schemes bigger than you. It’s like you lost your purpose and are frantically trying to replace it. What happened to the ruthless cop murderer that framed me? With a smart guy that had a plan for every occasion? What happened between you and Penguin, Ed?
The way Nygma got red was almost amusing to Jim. He never showed his emotions like that.
“I don’t need him,” huffed the criminal. “I never needed him, especially not with emotions getting in the way. He was naive and that was-” Suddenly Ed cut off and got quiet. Jim felt a piercing, furious glare on himself. It didn’t get rid of his smirk, nor the anger swirling in his stomach happily.
“ I can fill a room or just one heart. Others can have me, but I can’t be shared. What am I? ” He asked the riddle, thanking himself for that one night at the bar with Lucius once he was back from his break. Harvey was antsy about being reminded of the whole situation. And Gordon had fun.
“...loneliness.” Ed sounded crestfallen.
“Don’t you have to answer my way?”
“That’s enough .” Nygma chuckled but it sounded forced. Jim smiled wider, more proudly. “I don’t know what’s the purpose of your games, detective Gordon, but I suggest that we answer it the way of the person who’s holding the gun .”
Gordon knew Ed wouldn’t shoot him right now, he still needed him. But still decided to go with the other man’s suggestion.
The silence was back, but not for long.
Suddenly Ed chuckled and shook his head. He looked at Gordon again, a cunning smile on his face.
“You know, detective, if I didn’t know better I’d think you also sound awfully honest. Wouldn’t that be just pathetic of you, though?”
The anger in Jim’s belly was gone, leaving only tiredness so strong it was making him nauseous. His face fell, darkened and he felt a need to just punch Nygma to shut him up.
“We’re close,” he said, instead of answering, bringing back a heavy silence between the two of them.

I love trying out new crafts but will always stay with drawing.
What are your favourite types of fanworks, when you’re not creating?
You can always catch me talking about or reading fanfiction. I admire any writers who can build a whole story with just words and letters.
What do you like in particular about this fandom?
I mainly got into this fandom because of the DD TV series and later on the comics. I guess the thing I like best is either Fratt or the amazing comic artist and writers of the DD comics. I love a good struggling Daredevil having to face his darker side!<3 and dealing with the Punisher highlights his morals and struggles.
Do you like participating in fan events?
I like participating in events where you team up, communicate and create something together. For example big bangs or team bingos.
I want to interact within a community and together with other fans! Create and share content and love.
What about your creating process?
To really get into it, I put on my Daredevil/punisher playlist and get going! Music always sets the mood for me while drawing. Depending on what mood the drawing is going to be, will determines the kind of music genre I listen to.
Do you interact a lot with other fans?
Not that much in my opinion. Over the past few years I always try to be more communicative within fandoms. Before that I never even thought about more. Just posting a pic and be done with it, was the extent of interaction I deemed "normal".
Now I'm actively leaving comments and starting convos about prompts. Getting more into fan spaces and sharing the fun:)
Do you have other fandoms you'd like to talk about?
My OTP is Reaper76 <3 from Overwatch which has no obvious similarities. But compared to Fratt: a thing they have in common is the friend/enemy dynamic which I just love. Lovers and Rivals.
And I like Tony Stark as well as the X-Men.
I guess what drew me to Daredevil, was his determination, struggle, guilt and wit he shares with Tony. A fighter and honestly a motivation to do better myself.
Is there any particular piece you'd like to showcase for this post?
In various comics (for example one what-if issue), Frank became a cop. And in his TV series, he wore the uniform once. I just thought, if he ever went undercover or has a secret identity, daredevil would definitely figure that out.
How would that play out?

(INSANELY BIG SPOILERS FOR MY FIC
so they'll be under the cut

... Guess who!
(takes place somewhere around the 2/4th of Book 2 - How A Cat Tamed A Wolf)
.... If you got it right, and I believe you have, here comes the big explanation. And MORE SPOILERS .
Brace yourselves.
So, at the very beginning, a year and a half ago, when I was just getting fresh ideas for the story, this kinda just slipped through.
Why? Because, sadly, most of my OCs fall in love with the main male protagonist of the story, and I never even tried to stop this.
Yes, it's sappy, it's cringe-y and well overused in any fandom - yet I'm still a sucker for those plots.
However, being a Love Square shipper, this brought troubles to the table I haven't been able to sort out to this day.
Reminds me kinda of my days in the Kingdom Hearts fandom, where I shipped Sora and Kairi but added my own OC to the story. However, I managed to work things out there without touching the canon OTP, and they never went beyond friendship. However, HERE, I didn't even think of going down that road.
Don't get me wrong - Luna/Amani wasn't supposed to fall in love with Chat Noir right from the start. It took well over a year for her, as well as his best efforts to break the walls she had unknowingly put up between herself and every other living being.
However, one thing I wasn't gonna do with Amani was use the typical 'she was scarred by love/other people before and has closed up because of that' trope. I wanted to try something new.
Amani is not your typical girl. She's okay with physical closeness but has experienced affection like 10 times less than Adrien - emotional counted. So the Cat had a lot of groundwork laid out for him in order to reach her - and we know Adrien just loves getting in people's personal space as much as it's possible. However, he ended up doing it a little too much with Amani.
And here comes the problem: by then, Luna/Amani learned both his and Ladybug's identities, and has been keeping them secret from the two as best as she could. But because she knows who they are, she knows how much they're already meant for each other. And now que the gifs I set above.
She's trying to keep her emotions under check, but is failing fast after she realizes she has them. And to make matters worse - we know how much Ladybug has been turning down Chat, and Adrien didn't get the hots for Marinette yet, as this was a fic I was making during Season 4 and the story will probably still be most relevant to it.
So - you have a confused Cat who just wants a good relationship, a lovestruck Wolf - and a little Bug who has no idea what is happening behind her back while she's still pining after her Perfect Prince Charming.
... I still haven't worked out the kinks, nor do I know how I will. Mostly, I let the story write itself, but it didn't get me anywhere (during the time I was actually able to write without hating the canon...); I am now torn between the two ships.
However - for all this time.... I never saw Adrien getting anywhere with Amani - mostly because she wouldn't let him. And to be fair - we all know he has a special spot in his heart for his Lady that only another equally special girl could take and, well.... I don't think Amani is that girl.
But don't you worry - I have so much planned for these two that his episode with Kagami is going to be very short in comparison and probably completely forgotten at the end. (Then again.... the canon might beat me to it and kill me before I manage to write anything... :') )
... Wish both me and my girl some luck! 🍀🤞😂 We're gonna need all of it for the roller-coaster ride that's ahead of us.

1. WHAT IS YOUR OTP FOR YOUR CHARACTER(S)?
I mean Alekt and Spy are obvious since they’re canonically married to each other otl. Best power couple.
If we’re talking about my other blogs though,
@th-ramblr: Again, Kytes and Reno are obvious because they’re also married and mates (*jazz hands @ them being wolf shifters*).
And for my canon muse blog, @49th-rabbitch, Lavi x Lenalee. They’re basically canon and I like to try and stick to being faithful to his canon material. I also have a rarepair of Lavi x Road as more of a tense/toxic thing. I just find them kinda neat.
2. HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?
I guess it depends. I’m not so much fussed about age gaps as I am about the people writing them and/or the content and how its portrayed, which I think matters more. As an example, if someone is basically titillating themselves off of adult x minor ships and finds that personally “hot” for instance, that’s different than someone who is willing to write it but is sensitive OOCly to how awful it actually is.
Think: The difference between “Lolita” and “The Suicide of Rachel Foster”. One is an exploration of bad events while being sensitive to the reality of the subject matter and still OOCly condemning the offender, the other is a blatant pro-pedophile narrative spun as “entertainment” that doesn’t even bother trying to hide how pro-pedophile it is, to the point of openly mocking the pedophile’s victim for committing suicide from the trauma.
That said, I will outright refuse to write anything involving a muse under 15 and usually for teen muses they have to be with someone of their own general age range (15 to 20 at most). Reason being that some of the universes I write in either have different societal standards (think medieval universes where people were expected to marry by 16, if not earlier), involve realistic criminal elements that I don’t feel like sugar-coating and pretending don’t exist (like human trafficking), or have characters that are that age range where I first got into those series and started shipping stuff when I myself was that age (Lavi being canonically 18-19 and Lenalee being 16) and I think its kind of dumb to pretend like 16 year olds don’t get together with other 16 year olds.
If I don’t know you well enough to make a judgment call about whether you’re actually capable of writing certain things without being weird about it though, my default for muses is 18+ at minimum. 20+ preferred. I will not make exceptions to this even if you ask me really, really nicely.
Also while this blog is not strictly 18+ for general interactions (Kytes’ blog is strictly 18+ though), I will not do any shipping or NSFW with actual real life minors. If you ask and you’re not at LEAST 18 years old, I will hardblock you. “I’ll be 18 in a few days/weeks/months” is NOT “close enough”. And there again, I prefer you to be OOCly at least 20+.
There probably won’t be shipping on this blog at all anyway though, so I don’t see it being an issue here.
3. HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY ARE CONSIDERED NSFW?
I’d say probably anything intimate that’s beyond kisses, cuddles, innocent touches, and “puppy love” things.
4. ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?
Extremely. I don’t trust a lot of people, and I generally don’t heavily involve myself with people whose main focus is NSFW/shipping ahead of any other proper development, even when it comes to canon characters lol
Unpopular opinion but my experience with people who are too ship-focused is that they’re fickle and only want to use other people to get off, but as soon as the shipping and NSFW stops they lose interest in the person behind the screen. Not here for that. I’m a ride-or-die bitch when I get involved with people. Sorry not sorry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
5. WHO ARE OTHER CHARACTERS YOU SHIP YOUR CHARACTER WITH?
None for my OCs. Alekt and Spy are married. Kytes is married to Reno (@legendscried).
Lavi is a bit of a hoe and very Bi and he doesn’t do “committed relationship” so he’d just as easily ship with most anyone as long as they don’t do the whole “feelings” game or try to make him only be with them.
6. DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?
Yes. Communication is everything and I don’t do spontaneous or forced ships. I’m also not here to just serve as peoples’ shipping fix for them to masturbate to and then leave. None of you are paying me enough lol
7. ARE YOU SHIP OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS?
I honestly don’t care for NSFW ships. If they happen, they happen. If they don’t, just as well. Brotp type ships are awesome though. Give me all of them.
Basically I like characters who have chemistry and can work well together, but not really that into romantic or sexual ships. Friendships, family, found-family, rivals, enemies, frienemies, business partners. Give me all of those, yes.
8. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SHIP IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM?
Out of my OCs, Kytes and Reno (@legendscried). They just have a ton of history and chemistry. Funnily enough, they were never supposed to get together and were planned to be more of a found-family dynamic but, welp, here we are.

My recent reads ( to those who are looking for something to pick up ) ; I’ve been in a slump for a while and could only finish fanfics so i’m pretty happy that i’m finding stuff that grab my attention.I added links to the Manhua too cause that’s how it usually starts for me. I like a Manhua, it’s not complete— so I look for the source Material.
• Golden Stage : Novel
The usual court politics and it’s actually softer than what the plot makes it out to be. 🤍 This is also considered short, with 77 chapters. ( + 2 for epilogue). enemies to lovers.
The notorious imperial court lackey and the meritorious military general were well-known for their mutual dislike, a pair of arch-enemies set in stone. Who could have foreseen the unexpected change in the winds of heaven: the general injured on the battlefield, both legs disabled, and even forced by the emperor to marry his nemesis. With one marriage edict, two people with mutual hostility are forced to marry and live under the same roof. Yet after these long days together, they come to the realization that this fellow is not truly devoid of any saving grace/unattainable and high out of reach.
• Madness of the Heart : Manhua | Novel - upto chap 120 the rest are here (chap 186) but it’s MTL so i’ll just wait for the first link which has better translation.
If you liked Body Electric or Swallowing the Seas then you’d enjoy this. Modern setting & solving cases. The photo I used looks sweet— but this story covers some pretty serious issues. 120 chapters done and i’m waiting for the rest. Manhua and Novel sequence of events don’t match. The Manhua adds scenes from when they were kids which is in a separate prequel novel all on it’s own. so keep that in mind.

I suggest going for the Manhua first if you’re like me who finds it hard to get into Novels that have lots of characters and unfamiliar settings in general. Anyway. I really like the premise of this story! and the pairing is a SLOW BURN. I love me some slow burn! 🔥 This is the only one I haven’t finished yet, currently on Chapter out 40 but I’m loving it so i’m adding it on this list.

She should have brought an umbrella.
Well technically, she did, but when Isaac stood on the porch alone, carrying that heavy Tuba case and worrying about whether the rain would damage his instrument, she knew she had to do something about it. After all, now that his parents were both gone, he was all alone.
And Beth knew 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 how it felt to be alone.
So she offered her umbrella to a wide-eyed Isaac Bowin and headed back into the building to wait for the rain to pass.
“Beth.”
“Oh, hey Rick! What are you doing here?”
“I forgot something. Why're you still here? I thought you left an hour ago.”
“Oh. I uh… It started to rain really hard, so I thought I’d just wait it out.”
“Didn’t you bring an umbrella?”
“Must have forgotten it at home,” she lied. Rick never liked Isaac, and she didn’t want to cause a greater rift between them. “Are you driving to Pat's?”
He shook his head. “Pat’s fixing my dad’s Mustang. Something about the carburetor. He said it would be done by now though.”
She looked out the windows. “The rain seems to have stopped. I’ll come with you.”
He nodded. “Hurry, before it comes back.”
Now that Courtney spends most of her time at the library catching up on schoolwork and Yolanda has taken up a job at the diner, Rick and Beth have begun to spend more time together. Heading over to Pat’s garage together after school has become as natural as breathing air.
They were nearly halfway through their journey when a light drizzling began. A cold wet breeze blew across the path and sent shivers through Beth’s body.
“Ah-choo!”
“You okay?”
“Yea, haha. Must be my allergies,” she let out a nervous laugh.
“You don’t 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 allergies.”
She was trying to think of a retort when she felt a warm cover over her head and shoulders. She turned and realised it was Rick’s jacket.

He grunted, his eyes fixed on the road ahead.

“It’s fine,” he said. “We’re almost there.”
From the corner of her eyes, she could see a small smile tugging at his lips. The wind was still cold, but she felt warm inside.
She should have brought an umbrella. But right then, she was glad she didn’t have one.

A = Affection (How do they show their affection?)
The kinship type of guy. A lot of holding hands and smiling forehead kisses. Almost everywhere does he wrap his arm around his s/o’s shoulder. At a basketball game or something he will pack an extra blanket or jacket to give to them if they’re cold. He is very thoughtful about the little things in a relationship.
B = Breath (What could their s/o do to take their breath away?)
Their smile. Seeing their whole face light up when they are happy or amazed. How their eyes sparkle and maybe their dimples show? It’s his favorite thing in the world. His s/o’s smile makes his aches go away and his day clear up. It clears his mental acne really.
C = Cuddling (Do they cuddle? If they do, how and when do they cuddle?)
Huge cuddler. All the time. (See more at H)
D = Dream (What do they dream of doing with their s/o?)
He would want to take his s/o to Chicago and show them where he grew up. Introduce his parents and show his partner around. Make them taste his favourite pizza, maybe a road trip? The open road (the highway to heaven....), sunsets and gas stations. Have midnight pancakes and black coffee at a diner!
E = Effort (How much effort do they put into a relationship?)
This I am not sure about. I would say he puts in a normal level of effort. Pretty much the same amount as his s/o. He shows them they are precious and his most valuable thing in life but he won’t go full bonkers on valentines day or something like that.
F = Fear (What do they do if their s/o is scared? How do they handle it?)
Johnny handles it very well. He is very educated and cautious about mental health in general so he would take every fear seriously. If his s/o is anxious about anything he will do his best to make a situation more comfortable for them or try to avoid the situation as a whole.
G = Gifts (What type of gifts do they give their s/o? Do they want a gift in return?)
Accessories. Johnny strikes me as a men who gets his s/o small things likes designer bracelets or card holders. Things they wouldn’t buy themselves because it’s unnecessary and expensive but if he knows they will accept and like it and most importantly use it - he will get it to them. And if they say they can’t accept he would say something like “It’s alright, don’t worry. I got a discount on it because I worked with them earlier this year.” Even if it’s a lie.
H = Hugs (Do they hug their s/o? How often?)
Johnny is tall and he has long arms. Perfect to wrap around someone and should them from cold wind at a busstop or pull them in after a long walk in the rain. He knows how much his s/o craves those hugs and how protected they are feeling when he holds them tightly.
I = Intimacy (How romantic are they? Do they have problems with intimacy?)
Has this man issues with intimacy? No?? Have you seen him??? I would be just as confident if I was him.
J = Jealous (Do they get jealous? How do they act when jealous?)
Jealous boyfriend right here. Johnny might act chill about his s/o hanging out with other men on days he is also available or seeing them walk out of lecture together on a day he wanted to surprise them by picking them up. He won’t let it show because it would hurt his reputation as LBBY (Laid Back Boyfriend of the Year) but his s/o will notice. Maybe by how short his answers are or because of all the questions he asks about that friend. Or maybe by the way he kisses them later that night. Maybe he also dislikes this side about himself because he knows he can trust them.
K = Kiss (Are they a good kisser? Do they like to kiss? How often do they try to kiss you?)
Johnny’s kisses are to melt for. Just the perfect mix of soft pecks and slightly rough ... idk how to describe it. He would randomly bite his s/o’s lips to catch them off guard and if they blush he will laugh about it and pull them into a long lingering and smily kiss ...
L = Love (When do they say they love you? How often do they say it? Do they prefer to say or show it?)
Constantly. He will say it. He will text it. He will moan it. He will ask you “You love me right?” There won’t be a day his s/o won’t hear or read it or both.
M = Marriage (Do they want to get married? If so, what kind of ceremony?)
In a committed relationship Johnny would think about marriage 100% but he doesn’t have to get married right away. Maybe ever. He strikes me as the kind of guy who is happy just being with his s/o. Maybe he will think different if they’re ever thinking about having a kid. But in that case time will tell.
N = Night out (What type of dates do they like to go on? How often do they like to go on them?)
Goofy dates! Game nights! Haunted houses where his s/o clings on to him! Arcades and hours of dance dance revolution!
O = Out of the Ordinary (What’s something they don’t normally do with/for their s/o?)
I don’t think he would go to fancy restaurants. Not even for an anniversary. It’s just not his thing and this casual red wine at the river or beach is more his thing than make dinner reservations and letting waiters tell him what wine he’s having. I am not saying that he doesn’t do it at all - maybe he enjoys it on some occasions (when he has to impress parents for example) but overall with his s/o ... I think a chill open air wine tasting might rather be his thing.
P =Playful (Are they playful in a relationship? If so, how do they play around/mess with their s/o?)
He messes around all the time. He will make himself a bra out of lather when he’s in the shower try to seduce his s/o, he will mock the radio moderator and make up an semi-interesting newsflash about their breakfast.
Q = Questions (Do they ask their s/o their opinion on things? Do they share theirs?)
Loves to ask their s/o for their opinion so he does it a lot. Sometimes he even changes his decision if his s/o has some really good points or perhaps even better ideas.
R = Random (How spontaneous is their relationship? Do they do things on the spot or plan ahead?)
This man is so goofy how is he not random. He will wake his s/o up in the middle of the night just to go see the stars. He would make last minute dinner reservations and trick them into a dinner date by asking them if they come pick him up.
He is so random and I love it. Though it would drive me insane.
S = Sleep (How do they sleep with their s/o?)
A lot of cuddles and soft temple kisses during the early state of the night or the going-to-bed/settling in but once everyone is comfy and tired they slew butt to butt. He jokes about that constantly.
T = Trust (How much do they trust their s/o?)
He lives off and thrives on trust. A relationship in which he wouldn’t fully trust his s/o is no relationship to him.
U = Unique (What makes them unique as a s/o?)
Johnny radiates positive vibes, which makes him insanely attractive. He is so comfortable with himself and empowering towards literally everyone it’s as if you would have your very own personal cheerleader. With him on their side his s/o could literally accomplish everything.

He is pretty open about his feelings and concerns so I don’t think it would take a long time for him to talk to theyr s/o about everything. He shares his worries with a lot of friends/close friends but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s less significant when he tells his s/o. He might talk to a lot of people about things but he might only take advice from a few.
W = Weather (What would he do during a cloudy and rainy day?)
Coffee and galleries. A day with rolling thunder or just light annoying rain for him is the most welcome excuse to take his s/o for a classy museum tour. It doesn’t matter if it’s modern art or some good old fashioned photography. He would love to spend hours there and not missing out of anything in the outside world.
X = Xylophon (What does he think about their s/o’s taste in music? Is it different?)
If you they like the same music as he does - he would love it. But honestly he is such an open-minded man we would listen to anything at least once and even though he doesn’t like it would say something like ‘It’s interesting.’ On a car ride or something they would agree on something they both enjoy or put on a shared playlist and he would peacefully endure the songs he doesn’t like or enjoying them just as much because they make his s/o visibly happy.
Y = Yuck (Is there anything that might bother their s/o about him? Any flaws?) So... we all know how much he enjoys coffee. Sometimes maybe a little too much. And we also hopefully all know the rules of basic hygiene and how you shouldn’t overdo it. What I am trying to say it that boy has coffee breath. He has so much coffee during the day that he can’t possibly brush his teeth every time. Not saying that he is dirty or anything. Just ... take a hint - pop a mint.
Z = Zeal (Are they passionate as a s/o? Do they want or like passion?)
This man breathes passion. I honestly don’t think he could be with someone less passionate than him. More reserved? Yes. Someone who doesn’t take the lead? Yes. But someone lacking in passion is a no-no. I’m not even talking solemnly about passion in a sexual way. It also applies to interests or hobbies. Being passionate about a certain topic or sport, music, politics, ... you name it. He is the utmost passion able person and we all know it. Period.

There was this viral tweet that went around about THE UNTAMED awhile back that was basically the cycle of every fan of the series that I have ever met: 1. 19. Road Trip Bonus Post
Another installment in the camping series nobody asked for. Set after Grill from the September OTP Prompt Challenge.

The acrid smell of singed hair was inescapable as it wafted through the car, mingling with the scent of damp clothes. Heavy rain pelted the windows as they crawled along the road, wind buffeting and shaking the car.
What a miserable road trip this was turning out to be.
Juleka looked around at the other occupants of the car. Luka was squinting ahead, knuckles white on the wheel as he tried to find the road through the downpour. Beside her, Marinette was trying to find a hotel on the map. The fact that the map was about thirty years old and written in German was making it difficult. Why they had a German map in the first place, when no one in their family even spoke German, much less read it, was beyond her.
She was trying to get a signal on her phone, but there was no service. Which meant no GPS.
The only one who seemed completely unaffected by their situation was her mom. The Captain was going between backseat driving and claiming they “didn’t need to find a hotel” and “a little rain never hurt anybody.”
“I warned you,” she murmured to her friend. “This kind of thing always happens.”
“I know.”
She hid her smile; instead, rolling her eyes at the lovesick grin Marinette shot at the back of Luka’s head.

otp questions from this post <3 I just went ahead and did them with David and Michael lmao. it’s mostly my usual headcanons with my fic as the backstory but you don’t necessarily need to read it to understand. cw for light nsfw but it’s mostly tame.
Who is the most affectionate?
David is disgustingly affectionate. he lives to make people uncomfortable so he would be the absolute worst perpetrator of PDA. he and Michael have gotten kicked out of too many establishments all because David is constantly letting his hands wander. I don’t even think he’s aware of it at this point lmao
Big spoon/Little spoon?
they bicker about it a lot, but usually in bed, David ends up being the little spoon. he tries to start off being the big spoon but he always wakes up with Michael’s arms around his chest, specifically covering where the holes from the antlers were, even though the scars are long gone by now.
Most common argument?
usually comes down to who/what/where to eat.
Favorite non-sexual activity?
they love doing tons of stuff together, but they really like racing, watching bad sci-fi movies, and going on haunted tours around the country. they’ll really go the extra mile for the ghost tours and get huge cameras to hang around their neck and everything and act all tourist-y. it’s a great time.
Who is most likely to carry the other?
David fusses but Michael carries him around when he can or requests it. he doesn’t like to do it too often though because it always reminds him of that first time he did so, thinking he was carrying David’s dead body in his arms.
What is their favorite feature of their partner's?
Michael’s favorite feature is David’s mouth, especially when it quirks up into his signature smirk, but he can also tell a lot about what David’s feeling from what he’s doing with his mouth. David hates that Michael can read him so easily (even with their shared mental connection) and asks how the fuck he’s able to do that, and Michael always gives an enigmatic smile and swipes his thumb across David’s lips.
David’s favorite is Michael’s eyes. he could lose a whole night just staring into them. he can’t quite place the color, but they remind him of how the sky would look at noon and he gets a rush of nostalgia every time Michael looks at him. whenever they light up like when they’re with Michael’s family or when he’s talking about the coolest bike that he saw in town that day is David’s absolute favorite. and when only his eyes turn amber, before the rest of his face follows to match David’s, David falls a little bit more in love every time.
What's the first thing that changes when they realize they have feelings for the other?
not much changed on David’s end since he was attracted to Michael at first sight. he couldn’t let it show though so he just found excuses to touch Michael whenever he could, passing him the joint and their fingers brushing when Michael took the bottle and catching him when they fell off the bridge.
when Michael realized he started to share those feelings, he was confused at first considering everything that happened between them. he wasn’t sure if he wanted to hit David or hit on David when they first met, so those feelings simmered a bit until he could get to know David beyond their history. he doesn’t fully admit it until he realizes he’s the one David is pursuing and he has the ego boost from this combined with knowing there’s more to David than what he allows people to see.
Nicknames? & if so, how did they originate?
David likes how Michael’s name sounds too much to give him a nickname, but will sometimes hit him with a ‘babe’ just to see him flustered. Michael calls him Davey just to make him mad but especially in public.
Who worries the most?
Michael since he still can’t seem to shake the fact that he doesn’t need to worry anymore about human dangers. he still flinches and looks twice before pulling onto the highway and all. but mostly he still worries about his family and their perception of him and whether or not they see him as a bad person, despite their love and support. and of course, he worries about how he’ll be when the day comes that he gets older than them.
Who remembers what the other one always orders at a restaurant?
David knows Michael’s order all too well and specifically chooses restaurants that have at least fifteen kinds of burgers to choose from.
Michael swears David is making stuff up at this point whenever they go to a sushi place or a Thai place and he chooses something new to try every time. he knows David’s bubble tea order by heart, though.
Who tops?
Michael, but they’ll switch whenever David has had enough of Michael being too gentle with him.
Who initiates kisses?
David, but he’ll usually give Michael a look when he wants a kiss and Michael is happy to oblige. otherwise, since David likes gross PDA, he usually steals a kiss whenever he can.
Who reaches for the other's hand first?
David and it’s usually because he has to pull Michael along after he gets lost in his thoughts, more often than not after they feed.
Who kisses the hardest?
Michael. David nipped at his bottom lip once and that’s all it took for his fangs to come out and sometimes, it gets a little bloody.
Who wakes up first?
Michael. he has to practically drag David out of bed most nights because he’s too comfortable.

David as stated above lmao. who knows how long dude was batting it up before he could sleep in a bed again.

there’s no one to tell at first since they were keeping it secret, but Star finds out first and is initially upset, mostly about being lied to. grandpa eventually finds out next and then Sam stumbled across them by accident, so...both of them technically spill the beans together each time lmao
What do their family/friends think of their relationship?
Lucy is supportive and likes David a lot. she knows she should probably resent him for turning Michael, but he really seems like a boy who was in a bad scenario and is making due with what happened to him. she also knows Michael has been a good influence on him and trusts the two of them are doing what they need to to survive. her and David bond over shit talking Max and the best kind of wines.
Sam was understandably skeptical at first, but he and David came to an understanding and they’re cool now. they bond over music and David eventually comes around to really enjoying board games because of Sam, mostly because he wins every single game. Sam even refers to him as his brother-in-law.
Star took longer to come around but she mostly listens whenever Sam tells her what they’re up to. she’s also mostly relieved that she dodged both of those bullets and can live her own life how she wants to now, grateful that the boys gave her an escape and that Michael helped get her human life back.

both of them suck at dancing, but Michael will spin David every now and then when a cheesy slow song comes on, or Careless Whispers and they both crack up.

when they’re back spending time with Michael’s family, David is usually the one helping Lucy in the kitchen. he’s chided Michael before about joining in, especially with the big holiday dinners but Michael is always there to lick whatever spoons and bowls clean when they make dessert.

they’re not usually too far from each other but David gets a little mopey until he can see Michael again. he’s protective so he doesn’t let Michael too far out of his sight. Michael feels a little part of himself missing when David’s not with him, so he’ll do whatever he needs to do quickly or just take David along with him.
one headcanon about this OTP that breaks your heart:
despite all the time David has had to mourn and grieve, he still misses the other boys every day and sometimes it gets really painful. his only regret in life is not easing Michael into the vampire thing more before turning him, but he was under a time constraint from Max so he didn’t have much of a choice. they still get into shouting matches very rarely about whether or not Michael was the catalyst for the other three’s deaths and David’s very deep, hidden fear is that he’ll never learn how to accept it and one day, his emotions will take him too far and Michael will get sick of his guilt trips.
one headcanon about this OTP that mends it:
Michael does blame himself for David’s grief, because how could he not. he feels like the constant source of David’s sorrow when it comes to the boys but also his ecstatic love and it pulls him in two directions. he listens intently whenever David tells him about his past and his time with the boys and asks what they’d say or do if they were there with them right now, and it continues into the modern era. Michael asks what kind of blog Paul would have (music reviews and fashion), what Marko would name his Instagram account for bird photography (vampigeons), and how many followers Dwayne would get on tiktok for posting thirst traps. David knows Michael cares and is trying to keep the spirit of the lost boys alive.
