Summary: There was a rumor through the school of Bangtan that there were seven witches in the school but L/N Y/N thought that was stupid. Being in her final year of school, she could finally leave the rumor behind her and move forward with her life with her best friend, Yeri. Meeting the class president by running into him wasn’t the plan but what most definitely wasn’t the plan was switching bodies with him. Now, what's going on in this school?

Forever (M)

Genre: Space Pirate! Yoongi, Weapon Shifter! Reader, ancient magic, quest time lol, romance, fluff, smut, violence and angst

Summary: The nation of Qepriotan was a doormat nation because of the overruled space pirates and bandits. There was a time when it was thriving but it was all taken away when the Marigold saber went missing. Centuries later, Yoongi’s father thinks he's found the said saber and will use it to become king of Qepriotan. When he requested Yoongi to steal the saber, he was met with something he wasn’t expecting from touching it. A beautiful girl with dark orange eyes stared at him with a blank face.

Otherworld (M)

Summary: Y/N is the daughter of a rich and powerful CEO but he wanted nothing to do with her. He trapped her away in a tower so no one would know about her powers or even about her. All she can do is tend to the flowers around her and visit him in his dreams. Hoseok was the only person that knew about her but to him it was fate. The only time they can be together is within the dream world. Will love save the young girl or will it only continue to hold her hostage?

Perfect Idiot! (M)

Genre: Top Student!, A-Ranked! Namjoon, F-Ranked! Reader, strangers to enemies, enemies to lovers, romance, fluff, comedy, smut, and angst

Summary: Hybe Academy, is the school that is changing the education system for the modern age. Where you literally need to fight to earn your grades here. The number one student Kim Namjoon is located in A and L/N Y/N is sadly located in F. On the first day of school, Namjoon goes against her to show how superior he is to her. What he doesn’t expect is losing to the new student and her nonchalant attitude makes it worse. The F student beating the top student, now that's a story.

Isn't It Wonderful? (M)

Genre: Samurai! Jimin, Princess! Reader, Bts are her guards, somewhat of a established relationship (Jimin knows her but she doesn't know him), strangers to lovers, ancient magic, romance, fluff, smut, violence and angst

Summary: In the land of Aeries, the mystery of the princess was well-known throughout the country. Rumors saying the princess was a vampire or her being corrupted were the many reasons for her being hidden from the world. It wasn’t until Jimin’s team was needed to protect her when she was needed by the Neupool region. How is Jimin going to do this mission without falling in love with the mystery princess?

The Same Coin (M)

Genre: Time God! Taehyung! College Student! Reader, Jimin is Taehyung's partner, Bts are all gods, somewhat enemies to lovers (On Y/N's part), romance, fluff, comedy, smut, and angst

Summary: Almost everyone L/N Y/N knew believed in the Gods of the Magic Shop. The story that would put kids to sleep or give hope to adults was something Y/N thought was a waste of time. In the past few months, she's noticed that things weren’t the same for her. Somebody is watching her but she doesn’t want to know who. When arriving home, she opens her door to see two mysterious men on her bed playing with magic in front of her. Why is the God Of Time in her room drinking her apple juice?

Raindrops (M)

Genre: Fire Mage!, A-Ranked! Jungkook, Water Mage!, S-Ranked! Reader, team bts, enemies to lovers (On Jungkook's part), romance, fluff, comedy, smut, violence and angst

Summary: In Zopron, guilds with powerful mages weren't out of the ordinary, it was the way of living here. L/N Y/N is ranked number one in Black Swan but one mage thinks she's not worthy of that place. Jeon Jungkook complains about her ranking to his teammates and sometimes even to her face. When a citizen asks the two for a task, Jungkook throws a fit but his leader tells him to go anyway. Along this trip, he learns so much about her and he starts to regret ever questioning her skills. He doesn’t just see her as a mage anymore but as someone, he wants to be with.

After Dark

Genre: Soul Reapers! OT7, Human! Reader, supernatural, reader can see all the supernatural beings, romance, fluff, comedy, smut, violence, mystery, and angst

Summary: Death was something everyone feared in life. For some, they were given a chance to become protectors of the world from supernatural things. The Bangtan squad was the number one team in the Pagoda dimension. It wasn’t until they saved a human that could see them, why could she see them? Why can they touch?

One Piece - the Jimin Connection

We're big manga fans in our house and everyone was filled with an unsettling mixture of anticipation and dread when the Netflix version of One Piece was announced.

Especially after the disappointments we have had over the years. The Netflix version of Death Note was a particular low point and revealed a complete lack of appreciation of the source material which is hard to forgive. Beware who you let adapt your original work!

This time, however, the writers may have hit the sweet spot. Sufficiently close to the manga that people are nodding saying yep, that's how I had imagined that character, great they kept that scene in etc. but also sufficiently it's own thing that it can be accessible to newbies and still surprise the long time fan. So if you haven't seen it yet do give it a whirl and don't read the critics until you have had time to make up your own mind!

All the actors have been getting attention over the last couple of weeks but Mackenyu Arata who plays pirate-hunting swordsman Roronoa Zoro is being promoted as the breakout star.

He already has quite a lengthy CV from his eight years in the industry including adaptations of Full Metal Alchemist, Tokyo Ghoul, and Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventure but a quick glance at IMDb shows these aren't vehicles that were going to get him noticed on the global stage. Now, I imagine, the offers will come rolling in.

The character of Roronoa Zoro also happens to be Jimin's favourite character from One Piece and one of the reasons that he took up martial arts at a young age and especially Kendo.

Kendo (剣道) or 'way of the sword' is a modern Japanese martial art, descended from kenjutsu (one of the old Japanese martial arts, swordsmanship), that uses bamboo swords (shinai) as well as protective armor (bōgu).

Last year I did a whole countdown to Jimin's birthday including a blog on his birthday in 2016. What I didn't realise then was that one of the gifts he received in this Bangtan Bomb....

is actually a Roronora Zoro model figure.

COMBAT & COMPATIBILITY

The Hon. Kim Namjoon struggles with his purpose in life once the end of his mourning period formally removes “husband” from his collection of identities. This is further compounded by the marriage of his brother-in-law, Park Jimin, to the lovable but spontaneous Mr Kim Taehyung (no relation) who, inspired by his previous adventures with the multitalented Jeon Jeongguk, elects to take them all on a lengthy journey out of the country. Taken along to celebrate Namjoon’s newfound freedom is their good friend and neighbour Min Yoongi, so deserving of a holiday after being forcibly separated from his own intended Mr Jung Hoseok. Somehow, they end up ferried across the war-infested Mediterranean by none other than the notorious Captain Kim Seokjin, who is unlike Namjoon in so many ways that the chemistry between them is both unexpected and undeniable… but can the pirate’s code cooperate with the morals of a philosopher gentleman?

⛅: Favorite piece of dialogue in an WIP

I love this exchange between Hobi and Yoongi in one of my WTMS drabbles that I'm working on. (This drabble visits where Yoongi and MC are at in the same moment during their years apart, and Yoongi is meeting Hoseok for drinks):

Below the cut

"Alright, old buddy, what's got you down?"

The slim, dark-haired young man slid into the booth across from Yoongi. The older man's eyes softened slightly, and his mouth quirked up into a small smile as he regarded his companion over a swig of Pacifico.

"Who says I'm down?" he asked in a mildly affronted tone, drawing a hand over his beer-slicked lips.

The other man's mouth broke into a toothy smile, his lips pulling into a heart-shaped grin as he let out a boisterous peal of laughter.

"You never call these days unless you are," he rejoined, grabbing a foggy acrylic standee from the center of the table and squinting at its small list of beverages. "Geez, they really don't have much of a selection here, do they?"

Yoongi snorted.

"Since when are you an alcohol connoisseur? You don't even drink, Hoba."

"I do too!"

A waitress slid a food menu in front of Hoseok, who trailed wide eyes up her tattooed arm to her bright blue pixie cut with a thick swallow.

"Our mango ahi tacos are on special tonight," she hummed with a wink.

The young man's ears flushed a bright shade of crimson as he stammered something about passing on the food but wondering if they had any ciders. She pocketed her tongue in her cheek as she flicked her eyes to Yoongi.

"You hungry?" she asked, cocking an eyebrow and tilting a hip clad in low-slung cargo pants and a studded belt in his direction. Yoongi looked up at her and shook his head, taking another sip of beer.

"Hm, damn shame," she hummed, flicking her eyes over him a last time before sauntering back to the bar.

Hoseok tracked her every move with a slack jaw, craning his neck to watch her slip through the kitchen door before turning his face - features, still frozen in lascivious astonishment - back to his friend.

"Holy shit, hyung," he murmured, covering his mouth with both hands, "You could see her nipple piercings right through her shirt!"

Yoongi grunted in assent, trailing a cloudy gaze over the table's waxy surface as he picked at the bottle's damp label.

"You gonna get her number?"

"What?" Yoongi shifted in his seat, eyes refocusing on his friend.

Hoseok sighed.

"No, you're not. This is about her, isn't it?"

Yoongi glanced down at his beer again, then raised it to his lips and drained the bottle.

☔: Is there a fic concept you have that you'd like to just explain and share because you're not sure you'll ever write it? If so, what is it?

I have one that I will probably never get around to, but that I like to daydream about from time to time: Pirates of the Caribbean via BTS.

Basically a reader-insert OT7 pirate AU that centers around a Namgi rivalry where Namjoon is the notorious captain of the bloodthirsty Bangtan crew, and Yoongi is his erstwhile first-mate (banished from the crew and now on a mission of revenge).

For the members in Namjoon's crew I always think of Jin as the cook a la Long John Silver (with the parrot, without the peg-leg), Hobi as Namjoon's new first-mate, and VMIN as crew members who are lovers AND are actually sirens Namjoon freed from human enslavement and who now crew Namjoon's ship out of loyalty and gratitude (wouldn't they be scary and sexy though???).

MC and Jungkook would fit in as strangers who end up on Yoongi's ship seeking your own ends (stowaways? captives?). There would definitely be romance involved, lol.

I'll probably never write it, but if anyone sees this and gets inspired, please feel free to steal the idea!
