not the easiest request tbh, since the man lana describes is rather different to imayoshi, even a yandere!imayoshi, and i wasn’t 100% sure what you wanted, but i hope this works!

He lives for love, he loves his drugs, he loves his baby, too

this lyric doesn’t represent imayoshi 100%, but hear me out. imayoshi doesn’t live for romance, but he does live for his interests - studying people, studying probabilities and risk, etc. in short, he’s not someone that could live for work; he’s someone that needs an interesting life. anyway, following along with this line of thinking, he lives for (his) love of (enriching his life), he loves his drugs (i.e. his interests that very involved in, though he’s not the type to get addicted to things), and only after these things does his s/o feature. he’s too independent a person to need to rely fully on his s/o.

imayoshi’s no flirt, and, honestly, the longer the relationship goes on, the more casual he gets about any sort of romance at all. but, when he does decide to compliment you, he’s knows exactly the right thing to say - that’s the benefit of dating someone who intuitively understands your emotions. as a result, just a short sentence from him can light up your day.

two possible readings here. 1) in arguments, imayoshi’s very good at saying what he knows will upset. he seems like he’s got good control of his emotions, but that’s cause his anger tends to be more cold than hot. and when he’s angry, he’s very good at goading you into getting more upset - his passive words inspire active behaviours in you, i.e., “I freeze”. and 2) i don’t think imayoshi would want a s/o who becomes too like him - he’d rather have someone independent and individual like he is. in other words, someone who’s going to freeze to his ice isn’t ideal for a healthy relationship with imayoshi (a yandere relationship with him however…)

imayoshi’s power as regards being able to control others: need i say more? but, on a non-yandere-ish note, imayoshi doesn’t often ask for your help, at least in a meaningful way. aka asking you to help him move the sofa, yeah. but asking you for help when he’s in a tricky situation with his family, less likely. so if he sincerely asks you for help, thus expressing his vulnerability, then, of course you’d run to him, wouldn’t you? it’s a show that the relationship’s finally becoming more equal.
